Sup Guys, lm feeling all emo again so lm gonna write bout friendship some more hahahaha But all joking aside..... every week l post pics on facebook of my week and take a minute to really look back on what happened because l need to know to write in this xanga. And everytime... its nice. Just seeing old and new faces. Most the time we're doing the same shit over and over again that we enjoy doing and sometimes theres some change. But overall..... its just really nice. Having money is meaningless if you dont have anyone to enjoy it w. And you cant do things without friends even tho you have the money to. Like throwing a BBQ. And l mean true friends - dont wanna hear smart ass answers like 'you could pay people to come'. But yea..... friends are seriously the most important thing in life along w your health. l think people really take it for granted. Also..... Freedom. Memorial Day made me think a lot. Well l was thinking bout it b4 Memorial Day but just in general. lm really happy about how lucky l always been w freedom. And by freedom l mean that in A LOT of ways. Finacial freedom. l dont do things to usually cost a lot of money. Street Fighter 4 on my xbox live is just my xbox live $50 a yr subscription. Dancing is just having space - and l get into clubs for free and free drink passes. Dance competitions and gaming competitions are like $10-20 to enter and take up a day. Hookah and food and friends over is cheap as well. l have no urge to go travel if it isnt w friends. Then there is mobility. My car - Honda Civic 04 w 173k miles on it. My car has gone to Hell and back w me on 8 separate tours. Whatever l wanna do, theres a location for it and my car gets me there. Then.... personal freedom. l never dated someone who told me l couldnt go out or had friends who were so lame my life got lame because of them. lm always able to go out and have fun whenever l want. l have the freedom to really do whatever l feel like to a reasonable extent. Its really nice and many other people have this too. Just.. we overlook it. People dont have money, transportation or the right friends to do whate they want. Or maybe have a gf/bf who doesnt 'allow' them out. Lastly... people are fools. Seems like.... anytime you wanna set something up, ambush someone, play stupid when you're really good or in better position then you let on.... just any trick really. People just assume what they see is the truth. lm speaking mostly on gaming aspects but in just life in general.... people are fools. It baffles me people dont second guess themselves before making moves based on what they are seeing. When you see an opponent do something, the questions through your mind should always be 'what are they aiming to gain from doing this and where do they plan on going?' Sat woke up early as Vicky had me sleep a bit earlier. She always does as shes trying to get my sleep back on sced and cuddling always knocks me out. Its just too relaxing. Cuddling > hookah in a hot tub while smoking hookah, drinking a mike's hard lemonade and getting a shoulder massage. And its warmer to sleep w a buddy lol. So woke up and got a lot done. A lot of stuff online and things w work are flowing well and lm not too stressed anymore w juggling 50 things at once. Hit JohnP's place and chilled and Gram was over. We got pizza's, smoked hookah and built the firepit l got him as a house warming gift. lm really happy for him and always knew since freshmen yr of college he'd do well for himself. l invited them to Adam's party knowing they'd get along w everyone well because everyone is nerdy there. Gamers, car lovers and enjoy anime. Got Brown, got shisha for the hookah and hit Adam's. John and Gram made it through and they got along w everyone and friends told me later to keep inviting them out as l knew they would. l love when friends become good friends w other friends. l mean.... they should since all my friends have common interests w me that they would of course have common interest together. But overall, my squad is all bout gaming, dancing, partying and being a nerd. Not these new age 'being a nerd is cool' posers but truly the ones that were stereotypically made fun of for being into things like anime, video games, lord of the rings ect. Smoked hookah, played and won in Injustice and Scott... work on that Joker game!! It's pretty good and the zoning was pretty good. Just l deal w mad zoning being Solomon Grundy so lm use to block-dashing everything. But Scott was very dodgy on my grabs which lead to air grabs being successful to keep him honest so then ground grabs worked more. As most players. Adam made a ton of awesome food and Gif and Matt brought amazing food as always. Mike made it out and glad he was meeting everyone and on his own, didnt need to introduce him to everyone and make him feel welcomed. Always nice and def will be letting him know whats up more often. Diamond and David came through and introduced them to everyone and got Rita later on as Chris's car got a flat and got them. Will and Marc made it through as well and l love Marc's commentary on everything. He makes not funny things funny and makes funny things funnier. Domkey and Pete came through as Domkey was judging a jam and Pete won. Pete had a nice edge as it was endless rounds till the judges just stopped it saying who won and Pete has maddd energy and a ton of moves so it was the perfect bboy event for him to enter. Drank girlie dranks, smoked hookah, ate food and played video games. Dope night and really nice not driving mad far and needing to drive far coming home and saving some money sticking at Adam's the last 2 nights. Also... just good quality time w friends ya know? Ended the night as me Sean Mike Brown and Chris ended up playing Poker and all put in $5. Brown ended up taking it. He still has it. Its been forever since we all played. Just after high school, l didnt have a group who liked to play besides my Fraternity Bros as we'd go get drinks and play at the bar for happy hour. Pced out and hit home, playing online and reading up on gaming. Very chill sat def. Always loving my weekends.        Sun Brown picked me up as l woke up and we hit Taco Bell and got some food and then got a box of DragonMaze Magic cards and hit up Hack's house for our lil Sealed Tournament. SteveF, his gf and ScottM came through and SteveC joined us in the lil tournament we had. Ate food, played Magic and had a good chill evening w the Scumbag Squad lol. Came in 2nd as Brown ended up beating me in Finals as we were tied w top scores. l hate losing to Brown only cause l like getting him pissed when l beat him and talk shit. It makes it exciting.... and its fun being obnoxious. Me and Brown had a Magic rivalry since forever. Always trying to one up each other. Glad SteveF is really getting back into Magic tho. He was MIA for a lil bit. Scott... he's my new project. lm gonna make him a beast. So yea, played and chilled and that was pretty much Sunday. Chill as always.   Mon had to catch up on work like crazy. Massive amounts of calls and texts. Just touching base w EVERYONE. l like that being my Mondays tho. My organizing day. l call all clients, text if they dont pick up and make sure we're on the same page. Seeing if they want to see more homes online, if they wanna see homes l sent them this week in person and so forth if we have had an accepted offer. Booked showings and did MASS AMOUNTS of reading on gaming. On Magic, on Injustice, on when the Street Fighter update will happen ect. Anti social Monday was nice to get my affairs in order. So Tues l decided to get a lot more done by myself and not see people and to focus on a lot. My NJ classes coming up soon and worked on writing. Also looked into EBooks and real books. Theres tons l gotta do. Tons l gotta write on as well. l have so many notes and writing..... its ridiculous. As lm writing, l wanna say so much but lm writing in each section about 1 thing and find myself just making new paragraphs writing bout other points as they come to mind. ADHD is a KILLER but lm getting a lot done. lm just leaving everything open and not writing it from start to end but just breaking the book into massive sections and those sections into more sub sections and just writing like crazy as my mind focuses on topic to topic. Its nice tho and when l do focus.... l focus really good and get so much writing done. lm really enjoying it. So weds got lunch w Hack and that was nice. Always good just talking bout shit and his dialogue is always interesting. l swearrrrr to you, l could make a hit HBO show based off a character off Hack. He's like Ari from Entourage, you just like to listen to him. Later on more writing in the book and re-reading many notes and doing research. Mostly- gaming is my research. Studying patterns, trying to understand personalities to get the most accurate assumption of an opponent. The rough thing is... no matter how much you study.... someone could always do something else, you can only increase your odds. l read an article about win percentage compared to tournaments and unless you have about an 85% win rate does your odds of winning tournaments start to SIGNIFICANTLY increase. Its an interesting read and something l gotta re-read again. Booked more house showings and had a house showing w Julie who l use to work w time to time at KLC. Saw one interesting home lol. Def interesting. But glad she really liked it and talked about it for a while. Ended the evening w more bookings and yo... clients like cray cray. lm loving it.   Thurs had a crazy ass day and glad l got to rest up. Hit the home Brett was getting the next day to check up w the inspector to make sure things were up to code. Apparently MORE smoke detectors were needed. Each bedroom AND the hallways. l dont got a smoke detector in my room!?!?!? Anyway.... ran, got a screw driver, batteries and Brett stopped by and we played Handy man haha. We got stuff done and it was kinda fun honestly. Got inspected again and passed it and then back to my office really quick to print out paperwork then back out to Montgomery County for house showings. Saw this one home that was pretty amazing. Something l'd want for right now. Just move in ready, spacious and clean. Theres a lot of things l look for in a home that dont make sense. Like one... ld like to live in this area in Bucks County when l move out but l'd be paying MORE and having higher taxes for things like the school district BUT I DONT HAVE KIDS and l dont know if l ever plan to. So it just doesnt make SENSE to.... but l want to cause l like it. l want a pool and hot tub in my backyard.... but l dont need a single detached home.... a condo for me is perfect minus the pool and hot tub but l reallllly want that hot tub and pool. l'll figure it out. After my showings, then into Philly for house showings for condos and saw one of the coolest things ever. A pool right by the river. Just look at the pic. It was damn gorgeous. Ended the night hitting up University Pinball as waiting for Vicky to get home. Its always nice to play Street Fighter 4 and seeing the opponent. Felt good taking out people. Esp when they were scouting me play the CPU so l started to play like an idiot so they put their quarters in hahahahahah...... people are so foolish. Anti air Ultra 1..... l love knowing its 100%. So got Vicky afterwards and we got some Sonic and she wanted milkshakes and then hit up the movies to see Fast and Furious 6 as she really wanted to see it lol. l liked it. l didnt see 4 or 5 tho. But l get what happened inbetween.      Fri all day w the gf hehe so we got korean bbq stuff at Hmart and cooked up a bunch of different meats. Butt Ribeye and chicken. Madddd good food. l love cooking w her as we like to have lil dance parties inbetween cooking lol. Trust me, nothing worth watching haha. We watched some Pretty Little Liars and then started on Walking Dead. Walking Dead is so good!!! Ahh finally got into it after all this time. Friends been yelling at us forever to start. So we napped and then it was time to party. So at night we got Yenn Dora and their friend Maria. Got Grase as well and then hit up pregame at Nicky's place and lit the hookah and they got a really good hookah. Nicky thank you for having us over as always. AndyP came through w 4 more girls too and had a really fun big pregame. More friends stopped by and played drinking games, smoked hookah and drank for a good hour and half. l love pregame. Its a mini party to me. Social time where friends can meet friends and you can get a lil tipsy if you like. Had a great time there, did shots and met other friends of friends and then we set out to party. So hit up Rumor as my event was there and a ton of friends came through. My crew came out, the people l pregammed w all came through and also other Philly friends like Sophia, Chloe, Jieun, John came through. KeithM came out as well rolling squadron deep as usually hahaha. l always see him out now. It was Long's bday and he got bottles and introduced the girls to him and everyone got along and just ran around on the dance floor. So after doing MANY introductions, l just wanted to party and forget everyone for a little bit. No one NEEDS me, it just helps to get an introduction if my one friend thinks my other friend is cute ya know? But l couldnt be playing cupid all night and me and Vicky just ran out on the dance floor first. Just us hehe. Started dancing and in 3 mins a ton of friends hit the floor and joined us. Grinding trains and party bouncing and it was a really really great night. Just so many friends under one spot was really nice. Chilled in VIP for a lil too and Hai and Ryan came out as well and good partying w them again. Been getting to see friends of that group a bit more often lately. Glad friends met friends and everyone had a fun time together as a big group. Ended the night getting Maria as she ended up at Z Bar and we got food at Ken's and Adam came through. Good late night dinner and stuffed face real good. So much food hahaha.                    Sat we woke up and watched Walking Dead while eating maddd leftovers. We got so much food. Had icecream and we just kinda had a really bummy day. Cuddling n shit yao ming?! It was nice tho. Fri was pretty exhausting and bumming it was really comfy. At night, we pregammed at Jaime's and Jack came through surprisingly as l havent gotten to chill w him much. Rita came out as well, Black Nasty Adam Dom and Will also came through and had a chill pregame and smoked and drank. Caught up on a lot and glad Vicky finally got to meet Jack. So we headed out to Whisper and ahhh my second home. Played in VIP again for Long's bday and had fun dancing in there. Dancing w Vicky, Black Nasty, Sam and her bf, Miguel, Long and other friends was a lot of fun. Mixed it up by dancing on the dance floor and in VIP back and forth. Vicky was a bit more drunk than usual from the VIP section but she was much more open to dance and party as shes usually a bit reserved in the start of the club night until she slowly lets loose lol. Other friends came through Whisper and made introductions. Music was really good and a lot of 90s hip hop came on. Long and Miguel's fav. Stuff thats a classic that is always fun to dance to ya know? Also never really seen Long dance but not saying it cause he's my boss but he dances well. Not so much like a club party bounce bro fist pump kinda style but a smooth step good weight transfer kinda style. He grooves is the best way to put it but its pretty slick. Me and Vicky watched a lil as we chilled in VIP towards the end lol. But yea.... sat night was fun going ham again for Long's bday. l think he was really happy bout the last 2 nights for his birthday having so many friends out for him and just in general having a good time.            Sunday woke up and had work. Writing up offers w Julianne and Somanette's mother. From there, hit up SteveC's w Brown and got Taco Bell as always. ScottM and Jeni came through too and had a draft. Was fun, Brown won again. His 3rd Limited win on us. That ass... l am the leader of Scumbag Squad!!! But yea.... ate food, hookah outside and had a good evening w the guys. Played some Injustice showing the guys my madddd skills. Very good times as always w them. Def trying to get Scott on a higher level as always.    Monday woke up in the evening and hit up Jeff's BBQ. Tommy and David from Flock came through and tons of other Philly friends of the same group stopped by and stuffed face. Burgers, hot dogs, kabobs and corn. Was loving life. Lit the hookah and grabbed some soda and had a great evening w the guys talking bout all sorts of shit. Two Hour Tommy LOL how ridiculous. Got icecream a bit later and just bummed it. Thank you Jeff for always hosting. Hit up AC and met up w Nicky and his squad at HQ in Revel. RachelK and her bf and people were going as well but didnt find them. Ran around w the guys, got drinks and it was my 1st time in a long time going wolfpack w the guys and not rolling w any girls. l forgot what it was like to not bring my own sand but after it got filled up, ran in and started dancing w randos. Not a big fan of grinding for too long as its a bit.... repetitive and turned people around to dance... like actually dance. If anything, to bounce... you know what l mean, literally bounce, fist pump and all the fun party gestures when there isnt enough room to FULLY dance. But yea had fun running around, lost the guys on and off and just danced w randos lol. Felt like l was 17 again haha. Late night, head back home and ate food and slept.           Tues just had a bum day hitting up ALLLLL clients. Caught up w a ton, sent out comparisons and booked showings and followed up w agents. Feeling really good and just kinda doing the best l can to just keep all my clients active and up to date. Played some League of Legends w EdT Jason and friends. Didnt do so well... still so new to the game lol. A lot to learn. Been eating, checking up on order statuses. l got a AC.... a suit and a gift for Vicky. Not much of a day but kinda needed the down time. I see Vicky tomm. Def looking forward to it. l'll be back to socializing tomm lol. Late.

Sup Guys, lm emo and feeling very fortunate again. It drives me crazy sometimes seeing how people have absolutely no idea how well they have it because they always WANT more. There is nothing wrong at all for wanting more and l think its actually a good thing. It gives people a drive to work towards a goal. Now lm shallow and petty but atleast l acknowledge how good my life is. Having true friends is easily the most important thing in life. Well that and having good health so you can enjoy life. But think of a place that would be MORE fun without your friends? Exactly. Now think of a terrible place and how you'd feel with your friends there and not there. l really believe if you got a nice squad of really close long term friends, you already won in life. For the people that don't have that, hopefully they do soon. But imagine if you didn't have friends like the ones you have. It just makes me mad. Now l have a ton of proud, reasonable and responsible goals ahead along w a ton of unrealstic, petty, evil, egotistical and/or obnoxious(but fun) goals too. As many goals as l did achieve and as many as l will and wont accomplish - it doesnt really matter. Its just something to work towards. l have amazing friends and lm constantly thankful for that. Friends who l see ALL the time, some of them l've had since elementary school, my oldest Brown who l've been friends w since 1994 and still chill w every week. And since 94, just added on to the overall broad group of my 'squad'. As long as l have my squad w me, hardships arent that bad and the good times are so much better to share them w people l care about. Plus - l really dont have hard times. Overall l've been very lucky to have dodged so many things that happen to other people that no one has control over. So.. life is good. Actually.. its quite amazing. So now l will complain about shallow things!! My brain hurts so much from all the things l've been involving myself into lately. My goals - the big boy ones to the childish dreams. l always been highly involved in a lot of things but as l got older, it got more about intelligence and less about athletics. l finished up basketball, tennis, wrestling and track&field(jumping events) all at the end of high school. With gaming, real estate and learning about stocks and investments - lm always worrying about, catching up on or needing to learn A LOT about something. l've been sleeping randomly more and just been feeling overwhelmed. Its paying off tho and l dont regret any of it. Just wish l wouldnt get so burnt out from it ya know? l love being involved in a lot because its exciting to succeed. l think my insecurities about my intelligence and to overall fail or succeed in life driven me to be competitive. Think about it. If l was SECURE about my own intelligence - would l NEED to.. and also.. get SO happy when l beat someone? Like lm constantly reinforcing to myself 'lm smart because look at how many people l beat at this tournament and these people went out of their way and put money to enter so they obviously care and try'. A truly secure person wouldn't need this ya know? Mehh... overall tho winning is just fun. And theres more to win than just in video games. Everything in life is a game w its own systems, mechanics, rules and metagame. Its fun to play. Why not play? So Tues l got stocks in Disney. Big boy moves. Been talking w Brown and other friends about stocks a lot the last few weeks and made an account on updown.com to see how l'd do if l hypothetically did put the money in of what l'd do. Well.... if l woulda did all the moves l did since a week ago... l woulda already made $2000.... but no... l didnt because lm new to this. God damn it. So..... lm just gonna keep learning and make small moves for now and make sure l know what lm doing b4 l play w bigger portions. l plan to learn more from my Father. Watching the stocks he suggested........ this week alone 10%... Ughhh..... for now.... my time is just an investment of knowledge/intelligence. It'll pay off soon enough. Vicky came by and we had a chill night. Showed her the new phonecase l got her. Another Hello Kitty one but one she can use and not worry bout getting it stained and stuff that she really liked. Got it from Britain lol. We got Five Guys and stuffed face and had a good evening together. Finished the night off chilling.   Weds had house showings w Vee's family. Saw some stuff and it was nice as always. Later on Brown and Adam came through to chill. Talked bout stocks and Marvel all night haha. Very chill evening. Then at night started learning League of Legends. Jason is making me play lol.   Thurs Vicky came through and watched Pretty Little Liars and we ate pasta. Lots of cuddle time as always and l love it. lm just the biggest cuddle whore. We got carrots, broc and celery w dip and had Brown Joss Adam come through w wings. Smoked hookah and Vicky loves blowing bubbles lol. Had a good evening chilling w friends eating and smoking. l love it. Its simple and its w good friends and my girlfriend. Thats all that matters. Finished the night off w being w Vicky cuddling and stuff all night. Great way to spend a day.    Fri had more house showings and howed the exact same home of a previous one Vee's aunt liked and found 2 and well..... things look very good. lm excited to get her this place, one of the two. Afterwards, drove my little sister to Philly and headed over to Grase's. Got her and hit up Su's place in which they took forever to get ready lol. Ate Subway and watched Street Fighter 4 videos as they got ready. Hit Jeff's house for the pregame and tons of friends came through. Sent in my guestlist as Rumor was popular and had a good time smoking, drinking and playing drinking games. Played Up and Down the river and Fuck You Pyramid and introduced friends to friends. Pced over to Rumor and Vicky and her friend came through. More and more friends poured in and had friends all over dancing and partying. The Sigma girls came through as well and just had a full night dancing w my girlfriend, my friends, Sigma's(karen lien lori steph) and my my crew members(asil domkey david). Had a great night acting wild. Ordered water towards the end of the night and lm liking the change. l dont feel TERRIBLE when l drink all night but having 2 waters b4 l pce out has me more refreshed. So a ton of us got food afterwards at David's and stuffed face. Played w water lol and had a good dinner eating and filling up. Jess blowing up her friends spot lol and it was a bitttttt awkward after but whatever. Jess and her friends met some guy randomly and we ended up playing beer pong and smoking hookah and chilling at his place for a bit. Got to really talk to Sophia Meera and Tiff. Really cool girls and had fun smoking and talking bout lots of junk... including this xanga. Random ass night. Hit back and crashed as the next day l had a long ass day of driving.                 So Sat woke up and got the girls and two of their friends who came to visit. Lien Karen Jess Ty and Malcolm hopped in my car and we hit up AC. Got food at Earl of sandwich and knew it was gonna be my spot of this casino. Got the suite and more friends came through and met everyone as they came in. Had a fun pregame. Smoked hookah, did a ridiculous amount of shots(most l did in the past year easily and was my last big drinking night) and had a good time getting to know everyone. Got changed and it was fun getting ready w everyone. It gets people hyped for the night. Me and Karen were gonna get playing cards for drinking games and then we heard people singing so we just barged in their room and it was more Nova people lol so they came to our room to drink and smoke hookah and even gave us a bottle of whiskey hahaha!! We planned out our night and started slamming shots again b4 heading out. We went out and there was a limo and l jokingly said 'Oh my rides here!!' and well... fixed rate and got it for $5 a person lol which would've been about a taxi ride to our location but it kept our group together and also... its just more fun haha. So rode in the limo because it was stupid fun and got to Tropicana as they had more friends to meet. Saw several old Kutztown friends too randomly lol. So afterwards we hit up Dusk at Caesar's and went apeshit. Thank you Ty and Malcolm for the drinks!! Much appreciated!! So danced w friends as the girls werent that cute at the club. Running up on stage, watching Jess show off on the stripper pole, and just acting out was a ton of fun. Had a great time w everyone that came through and also helped a few more people get in as l put extra names under Lien and Karen under Alec's list aka AK Promotions. Thank you Alec!! So it was 1am and l was like 'oh shit, lm tired' and it was only 1am!!!!!111 But other people were feeling it too. When you start drinking at 7pm.... yeaaa.. so we pced out and got more food at Earl of sandwich. Got another Italian. SOOO DAMN GOOD!!!!!!11 So hit back and more hookah and chillage w friends. The neighbors stopped by telling us their adventures lol and had fun chilling till late night.                  So woke up and more Earl of Sandwich. MY THIRD ITALIAN!!! SOOOOO FUCKING DAMN GOODDDDDDD seriously.... l love it. l didnt try anything else lol. Simple day, just headed back, got my Mother stuff for Mother's Day and watched ScottM and SteveF play Magic the Gathering online in a draft and was on headset w them along w Hack and helped out the best l could. It was pretty cool in a way cause we were like playing together in a way. It's like cheating in a way. l love streaming. l think its the coolest new thing to come around and is slowly becoming more and more popular. People do it mostly for learning purposes. Also playing Chess against Vetou. She won but l coulda won, just made one small error at the VERY END aouirhgariohgaiohrgaio. Its fun playing Chess again against someone good. Playing Chess against someone that blows is such a waste of time.  Monday woke up and took care of a lot of work, planting seeds hehehe but yea, making safe smart moves for clients. l think lm pretty slick honestly. My success rate backs it up. Made calls and talked w clients about different areas. Got up later and Vicky come over. Napped and cuddled and watched Pretty Little Liars. Allison made chicken alfredo and did a really good job of it and stuffed face on that. We had just a nice in day but ended up going to Tulip's for hookah w David Jeff and their two girl friends. Domkey came through too and we just smoked hookah, drank(l just had soda) and had a good time. The girls blowing bubbles like mad and it was a very nice chill evening. Hit back and me and Vicky passed out for a while just as we always end our hang outs haha.     Woke up Tues and had a lot of work. Hack calls and got lunch w him first and we got hibachi. Always a good time lol. Talked bout a bunch of junk and their draft they had last night and sent Vicky a hot pic of her fav two boys lol. Hit home and set up house showings for Thurs and also put in an offer. l have clients in a very good position and then l got another call making the already good position even better. lm very happy and eager to see how things develop. Its odd getting excited about this but l see it as a game and winning is always exciting. Esp when winning is getting paid. Its a market game. Needs vs Wants. It's really not THATTTT MUCH to be a home owner. If you have money to rent.... you can buy - thats the simplest way to put it. Well unless you're living w a buddy and getting a great deal like under $750 a month. Played 7 games of Chess against Vetou and l just got worse and worse. Just dumb moves here and there. She catches every single one of my slip ups. She forks like crazy too. Also shes really good w abusing my King blocks as a pin. Been playing Chess on my iphone to practice because of this.  Weds had work during the day. Just a ton of calls. Its crazy how smooth things can go and how they can turn quite disastrous off one small thing. But thats my job to fix all these issues. Middle manning that shit. Brown Joss and Adam came through in the evening as l promised them wings to make up for last times 'party tray' hahahhaha. So had wings, drinks and hookah and sat out back and had a really good chill evening. Talking bout nerd shit and business. Good times as always.   Thurs house showings for 6 hours in Phoenixville, Collegeville area all day w Somanette and Brian. Had a good day of showings and saw some stuff we really liked. It was a fun day joking around w them all evening and getting Wawa lol. So l was right by the Sigma's at Villanova so l swung by after l was done my house showings. Ate and drank and we picked up Karen's friend who was visiting her for Graduation. This crazy girl Chloe lol. So we had a full pregame and more people that l met through the Sigma's last week in AC came through the house to drink too. Had a good time drinking w everyone and later on we got Jess and hit up 23 which used to be called Brownies. So lm thinking... college bar, it'll be aiight. It was pretty nuts. Music was good and the dance floor was fun. Had a Corona and then water the rest of the night as l go. It feels good. Ice water is a better refreshment than beer lol. Danced all night and pced out at 2am and hit a lil after party to chill. nothing too crazy, just a hang out. We bounced out early and got food and ate back at the house and chilled. Watching Green Latern and stuffing face. Stayed late and it was a good time chilling and pced out late night at like 5am haha. Glad l got to see the girls again as that was the last time l got to party at that house.            Fri woke up and hit the office and took care of a lot of paperwork. A lot of phone calls and was trying to juggle a lot at once. Its a bad habit and l really should focus on one client at a time so l dont get all confused but l had it in control. Taking care of problems. Sending out paperwork and preparing for the closing next fri. Got cups and Mike's hard lemonade Classic Margaritas, mad good. Vicky came through and we cuddled and chilled for 2 hrs b4 hitting Adam's party. Got Brown and pced over. Brought food, hookah, alc and video games lol. So stuffed face as Adam mad a ton of dip along w having salsa for everyone. Tons of friends came through and l was just in a really good mood. Nerd party lol as we talked bout gaming a lot. Smoked hookah and drank and had a really good time house partying w my home friends. It was nice not to drive far out to have a good time as lm always traveling. Just a lot of socializing and glad everyone got to come out. Late night bounced out and Vicky came to sleep for a little. Def a really good night.       Late.

Sup Guys, took 3rd at a Magic the Gathering Pre-release Tournament(out
of 61 players) and 4th at an Injustice Tournament(out of 24 players) and
really proud of my progress. l've taken 1st and 2nds multiple times
jumping back into Magic again but 3rd for 61 players is my overall
biggest success. Just very happy and proud. Also.... l think lm gonna quit drinking in 2 weeks. Well not totally quit but not every fri/sat kinda thing. Special occasions like the beach house weekend... birthdays.. ya know?! But overall.... l think l just always used drinking as an 'excuse' for my behavior to act wild when its party time... people dont think 'this guy is hyper active..' they just think 'he's had a few drinks' but really.... l very rarely get drunk. l never blacked out b4 and couldnt see myself doing it. Anytime l would have drank THAT much... l puke. But yea... just w saving money, my health and not feeling like ass.. l think lm just going to give up drinking. That doesnt mean AT ALL that lm giving up partying lol. The way l see it... just as my friends make fun of me for everything else and remain my friends... no ones really going to give a shit l dont drink for no reason and they'll still be my friends. l'll just get water at the club or fill my cup w all chaser and no liquor(because lm weak minded and would feel awkward at a party just standing around socializing and would need a red cup of Coke to feel comfortable). But yea... jumping into circles at lounges time to time and showing off... after drinking.. l just have an upset stomach and that shit hurts. Corona's are refreshing dont get me wrong. After dancing nonstop for 90 mins... hitting the bar and getting a fresh Corona and shoving 3 limes in it and drinking it feels great but overall... l shouldn't be blowing $7 on a refreshment lol tho l always consider the price 'paying for the environment' since we always get in free(reduced for some as lm limited comped passes). Also... making moves into my future. Each year, l worry more about my future. lm sure l'll be fine in the end but l would just like security for my future to do WHATEVER l want ya know? It's like a game that l shouldnt treat like a game but l DO see it like a game. How to make a lot of money without working long stressful hours. l love my careers and have other career plans to chase after while working to make bigger moves in my career right now. Theres just A LOT of things l want to do in the future that just seem very enjoyable and also happen to make me money. l hope not to sound like a snob but money is very important. With money, l can take care of people l care about in ways you obviously cannot without money. Plus... l wanna just be able to truly do whatever l want. That's true freedom. And yea.... doing well... being successful... its good to be proud of yourself. l know lm insecure subconciously about a lot things and l think my fear of not having a good future is what makes me try to prove to myself that l'll be fine. lm def insecure about my intelligence which is why l have this NEED to outsmart people which is why l get off to competitive gaming so much. Hopefully the insecurities will push me to great success  . Lastly... w Magic the Gathering... l think l figured out why lm doing better in it than anything else even tho yea... obviously playing a game on and off for like 19 yrs def helps but theres several factors. 1. Rational and logical decision making - When making moves and deciding to attack.. l do my math and l consider all possible outcomes. What is the most logical thing to do and what is the most logical way for them to react and then l make my choice. This is basic and not THAT difficult but you still need it. 2. Bullshitting - This is how to get cheap small damage in for free or gain an advantage that l shouldnt have based on things lm doing to trick my opponent mentally. Examples will be holding a land card that has no value in my hand and then l start counting my creatures, staring at their creatures and start doing fake math. Then when l attack.... they let the attack go because they think lm gonna wipe out their creatures if they block when really - no.... l have a land card... l couldnt do shit. Poker bluffs and reading is so important in Magic the Gathering but people dont realize it. People just play the game. If l say 'meh my hand is ok, l guessss l'll keep it' but really in my head lm thinking 'YES WHAT A PERFECT HAND IM GONNA SLAUGHTER YOUUUU!!!' my opponent may keep a hand not so great instead of mulliganing down to 6 cards because he thinks l have a bad hand too. Now l have an advantage. 3. Statistics - This is where l think l excel greatly as a Magic the Gathering player and is probably why l do so well in Limited. Building a deck requires lots of math. Ratios mostly but also probability. BOTH which lm amazing at. When building a deck of 1-3 colors, of course the more colors involved, the more variation of land is required. Then the math is 'how much of each land do l put in?' which l am amazing at coming up w that answer. This is one of the most difficult things to decide on, esp when you just finished selecting the cards you want to use and only have 8 mins to throw in land and youre rushed to do statistics. 1st there is probability where l count say - the number of red using cards - white using cards - black using cards. Then l also count up how much land is required for each of those cards. l want to find a good rate where the ratio of cards is equal to the ratio of land. So if lm red 7 white 10 black 12 l want my land to be 7:10:12 but of course, if l got 16 lands... whats that breakdown? l'd personally go w 4:5:7. Also if the mana curve is high... l may take out a card or two and do 18 lands which then re-distributes my land. l'd prob go w 4:6:8 if l were to throw in more black cards. Anyway..... my flow in land has been always really good and l think thats where l do extremely well and have the advantage over many. OK so my last 3 weeks. April 19th lol - Friday had a lot to do w the new accepted offer w John and Michelle. lm quite envious as lm no where near getting married and buying a home w my future wife yet. But its the trade for going wild for a few extra years lol. Later on played some Injustice on stream for a while and then pced out to get Sameer. So we hit up Whisper and were undecided if we should hit up Delilah's for a bit since we felt we were going a bit early lol but we decided to just hit up the lounge. Drank in the car, talked bout stuff and went in and met up w Scarface and Sandman as l planned to introduce them to Clark, the General Manager and hopefully set them up to start DJing there. So ran in, got drinks, chilled for a bit and then jumped on randos lol. We had a fun night, just dancing w girls, catching up and having drinks. Nothing too wild. Just another fun night l like to typically have. Ended the night and drove us back and chilled for a little before sleeping.      Sat woke up late as Brown wasnt feeling the tournament and l was just tired as balls too. So we didnt hit that up and l just played Injustice for a while. Later on hit up a house party Keith invited me too and Adam and Sean came with. Drank, met people and had a really good time. Nothing too crazy happening, just being immature lol. But met people who come to a lot of DNA events and stuff too which was nice. Vicky was close by and her and her friend Dan were gonna get drinks close by so me along w Adam and Sean got drinks there and chilled. Been to this spot before... forgot what its called. Chilled and talked and it was chill. Took Dan and Vicky back and then we did food at Ken's in Chinatown. Stuffed face and hit back. Chill night overall.    Sun all day Hack's place. Brown came w and played Magic the Gathering, tried out Monster Hunter as Adam loves it and now SteveC and Hack got hooked into it lol. Got SteveC's xbox360 and showed them Injustice. Nerd day to the fullest. Got foods, making stuffed shells and junk lol. It was a fun day. Watched Game of Thrones to end the night. Hit back home, watched Vikings and knocked out.   Monday was phone call crazy day. Just w clients, mortgage guys, my team, listing agents, title company. Its just a lot of calling you to call them to get back to me to call them and let them know..... its nothing stressful or difficult. Its just a lot of phone calls and thats all. Home inspection w John and just hung out. Chill day to just talk as work got done lol. Had practice at night at Ryan's and Asil and Domkey came through and worked on barrel windmills to other combinations like crazy. So its odd, lm improving while getting worse at the same time. lm trying to get the mills where l dont even really roll to the front, where l roll and bounce off my upper back and twist so fast that l just kinda skip over the front and come down back on my shoulder to back to other shoulder bounce off and skip over the front.... its getting there but they are getting less smooth. Def worth my time working on them like crazy tho. Bruised up my wrist tho along w getting some more burn marks along my arms. Meh.... Knocked out really early afterwards when l got home.    Tues l kinda went Injustice crazy after taking care of work. So hit the office and got SO MUCH DONE!! l was so happy. Just relieved. So uhh yea played for like 8 hrs haha... was learning A LOT and kicking so0o much ass. Solomon Grundy is a character where if you dont know his set ups, you're gonna lose mad health... like 28%-40% off a wrong guess. Tho you got 2 lifebars... 40% off one of your bars. Its ridiculous. Yea that was fun lol.  Weds had house showings in the evening and hit up Delilah's for a little before hitting up practice at CEC w Ryan Domkey and Asil. Had a good practice tho l was in dress clothes lol, yea didnt think l was gonna make it at first. Went over sets as that floor just hurts big time and then pced out to the Redbull party at Voyuer lol as Fleg was DJ. Sooo0o we thought it'd be different and a lot more bboys would show but it was chill. We got mad redbull tho. Actually, after l drank my 2... l took 9 more, so did Asil lol. Steph Lori and Mike came through as well and it was chill. Had a good time w just our group. Hit back to Lori's and checked out the bar there but it was too.... old people like, got food and ate and chilled at Lori's before hitting back. Really good night still being out w friends. So fun throwing people all day w Solomon Grundy. Just after a knockdown, depending which knockdown l used. l have a chart of what follow ups hit just as they wake up. Theres tons of things to do on a person's wake up but not ALL of them hit right on time when they get up. Still, even just having 2 choices is enough to mess w people. lm always attacking on their wake up. Tho they could use wake up attacks, l dont even care.. The damage is fine to risk. People are always scared anyway and are trying to block, backdash or jump away. l love it. People get salty.   Fri after l got stuff done, hit up Yenn to get her and Dora and then hit AndyP's friend's place to pregame. Vicky and Dan came through shortly after and Black Nasty made it out as well. Met Andy's friend and smoked hookah and pregammed w maddd redbulls and Wolf Berry Bacardi. Mad good, l liked it a lot. So had a lot of fun at pregame and these med students got me pretty drunk wont lie. Everyone got along nicely and saw Vicky reaching for the hookah on her own hahahahhaha l knew she'd get into it eventually. Started off w making bubbles and now shes whatever about it. Hit up Rumor as l was throwing an event there and ran around, lost and found tons of friends and danced w Vicky through the night. Jaimie came through and also met Vicky's friends Miriam and her group. Danced, drank and just ran around lol. Mad people made it through and it was pretty packed all night. Def had a lot of fun and trying my best to play cupid lol. Ended the night w more hookah and gatorade w the med students before hitting home.               Sat woke up and hit the Fighting game competition and entered in Street Fighter 4 and Injustice. So l havent played Street Fighter in a bit because lm waiting for the update to finish b4 getting back into it. Lost to my friend Ike as l got him game 1 but he switched characters and got me game 2 and 3. Same thing happened on my next match sadly. But Injustice l was on a nice winning streak and lost and was thrown into Loser's bracket right b4 Loser's finals. Had fun destroying the people l did and my cell died as Black Nasty was recording to record all my matches. First guy was mad pissed he kept losing to grabs that were meter burned. Afterwards, pced out and got Lori and picked up Ryan from the airport and pregammed at Lori's. Asil Adam Sean Ryan Lien and Karen all there to pregame w us as well and smoked hookah and drank before going out. Got our group together and hit up Whisper and partied there all night. Minh and a squad made it through w bottles and Andy and his friends came through as well. Partied, danced w Lien Karen and randos. Had fun getting drinks and acting out on the dance floor all night. Finding and losing friends all night. More random friends made it through and had a good time dancing w everyone. Just really happy to be going wild on the dance floor all weekend.         Sunday woke up for the Magic the Gathering Pre-release tournament for Dragon Maze. So built a deck based on using the gates and used all 6 gates l was given and had 4 cards that took advantage of the gates. Because of those cards and always having 2 gates out.... l took 3rd of 61 players!! My best huge tournament placing yet. SO CLOSE to 1st. So l went w Boros of course (red-white) and my secret guild l got w Izzet(red blue) but l REALLY just didnt want to go w it and decided to go w black added in so l was red white and black. l figured black had good creature removal and sturdy creatures. Did mad thinking doing the numbers right for my statistics, the ratios, the probability of how cards would draw out, how the flow of my cards would work and how the deck would play out - mentally. My brain was really sharp as l made a lot of good choices. Was SWEEPING opponents and went 10-1 being tied for 1st place during the Swiss portion of the tournament. Swiss format always has you facing off against players w your record so after l won my first game being 1-0... l faced an opponent who was also 1-0 and then game 5 l was facing an opponent who was 4-0 like me as well... so dont think l just got lucky facing no0bs... l was facing better and better players each game and still doing well. 'Hold the Gates' ended up being my trump card as l put all 6 gates l could into my deck as even tho not ALL of them were fully useful... atleast l was using 1 of the 2 colors in each gate l had. The 'gatekeepers' l was using which was 3 of them all was pulling out big time w having 2 or more gates out all the time getting 2 for 1s. Lost in semi finals to an aggro deck that l was surprised to see since this set is very slow and it is very difficult to build an aggro deck as you really need to get lucky w the right cards. Took my $40 in cards and pced out to Hack's to chill w SteveC Hack Adam and even Vee came through. Had a very good time playing games and chilling. So they made us watch the movie 'Movie 43' WORST FUCKING MOVIE EVERRRR. So usually... lm not a good critic when it comes to movies, food, cars ect.... just they all seem pretty fine to me and l cant notice differences by that much. NO this movie was absolutely horrible and l had to watch all of it... Shitloada A list celebs w a TERRIBLE script. Just fart jokes that were poorly written. Like they wanted to be like Southpark but failed. Fart jokes are fine but these jokes just straight up weren't funny. It seemed like someone just wrote it all in one take and that was it. Ughh l wanted to choke Hack. Still overall and really good day tho. Stayed late to watch Game of Thrones and pced home.         Look at that name rise to the Top  Monday worked on music cutting for SamB for her son's talent show. Pretty easy as the tracks had the same tempo so l didnt need to put explosion sound effects or whatever to make the transition. Fun cutting and messing w music again even tho it was minor. Me and Vee worked on a little video for her Spine Venom Under Armour project she had for work as she works for Under Armour. Had fun recording her break boards l held tho she sidekicked my hand lol. We got Applebees after and got to catch up on a ton of stuff. Was really nice just chilling w Vee like our early college years like that. Thank you for dinner!! Hit my office to take care of paperwork then she came over and worked on editing the video. W the Guile Theme song, the video is epic. Like so0o epic for just breaking boards, its stupid but funny because of how stupid it is w our bloopers at the end.  Tues Vicky came through and had our day to ourselves. Lots of cuddling and bf/gf stuff lol. We got Texas Roadhouse as we were gonna get sushi but we saw a sign and l just went w it. Food was DOPE!! Steak... so damn good. She loves steak. That steak fiend. l think its fine tho, keeps her lean haha. lm glad she eats well and eats a lot tho shes mad petite. High metabolism from always eating 3 meals a day and consistent w it. lm gaining weight from my random eating times, random amounts of food and eating like ass. Watched some Pretty Little Liars and napped at night and yea... it was very nice as always.   Weds got Monica's Father from the bus stop in Chinatown and took him back as his bus was running late. Afterwards, hit the bank and had some discussion about my credit card and other things. Then transferred money and did things as Disney's stock is going up and up and in the next years, everyone is talking about how its only going to go up w Marvel and Star Wars under their belt. Adam and Joss came by to snack and hookah and had a chill hour and half w them and then they got me to get sushi w them. Checked out a new place Joss suggested and it was good. Saw JackK as well as he was getting dinner w family. Really good meal and sorry guys for farting so much!!!   Thurs got a massage from Newtown Sports Medicine. From a guy lol... happens but whatever haha but l would have preferred a female just as it still felt a bitttttt uncomfortable haha. Got my hips re-aligned as they been off from all the bang ups l've had lately. lm getting old as fuck. Played Injustice and have been DESTROYING lately. Win Loss ratio is between 2:1 to 3:1 overall. Just 'Yomi' is highly working in my favor. Esp in panic situations like throwing opponents into the corner and being overtop of them. They jump like crazy so lm always jumping and knocking them straight down w it... 2 times then my attempt for the command throw ALWAYS works because they are scared to jump a third time to get hit. Brown came through to talk about stocks for a bit and then we pced to see Ironman 3 as Ryan Lori Hack Ron Rick Jorge and Jorge's Bro and gf came through. So l loved it. Thought it was better than The Avengers. Just really really well written. Action was intelligent. Jokes were funny. Overall GREAT movie. Watched in 3D IMAX.   Fri JohnM came through to drop off stuff for his home that we are closing on in a month. Dropped off my sister at the train station and dropped off the paperwork to the listing agent who was right by the train station which was great timing. So we had a big squad and just had a GREAT time acting wild on the dance floor all night. Met more friends of friends and just drank and danced all night. Some people started a circle a few times and jumped in. Just did tops, some footwork and windmills lol didnt need to go all out. Had a great night and pced out a little b4 3am and hit home. Very good to finally party w Cindy lol as l heard of her cause everyone thought she was my sister since we have the same last name and both promote for DNA.           Sat woke up and hit the office for paperwork then got Vicky and we hit up the South St Festival. Drinking on the streets and dinner and stuff and it was chill. Met up w Adam Bao and MikeF and got Lorenzo's pizza. The line was 20 mins long but they made us get it as we never had it b4. Just huge slices for $3. Hit the Abakus store party and drank and chilled. A lot of Philly friends were there that l met through my crew over the last 3 yrs. Had drinks and met friends of friends and chilled. Nothing too crazy, just a store party lol. Next spot Jaime's for pregame. Adam Bao Mike and Black Nasty came through. Rita made it out and then Jess Karen and Ash also made it over. Had a fun smoking hookah, introducing friends together and having drinks and then we pced out to Fire and Ice Lounge. So got there and got in and its really nice, really big and is just in general a great venue. The rough part was parking and it's a nice lounge in old city which is more for a college bar hopping kinda area. Got drinks, danced, more friends came through and had fun as friends were doing the video for it. We pced to Lucy's for a little and danced there and Lucy's is aiight, good music but can be so..... TOO bro like. lm a bro and all but yo... theres certain levels that l cant stand. Same thing w being nerdy. Sometimes at Otakon and Magic the Gathering Tournaments.... lm annoyed and ashamed of the community that l am a part of hahahahha they're just too much. Like... how are people so naive about certain basics in life.... like girls. Dont they like girls?(talking bout the nerds). Anyway.... had fun and bounced back to meet up w more friends at Fire and Ice Lounge. Had a very good night as my whole evening was w the girlfriend and various friends joined me throughout the evening lol. Dropped off Black Nasty and Vicky at the end of the night and hit home.                Sunday straight nerdage as Brown got me and hit Hack's. Much Magic the Gathering as the guys were buying boxes, played 2 different tournaments of Sealed. Won the 1st one, did mehh in the 2nd one w Brown going 4-0 on everyone. Just w the new Dragonmaze set and because of all the gold cards, we had to play 3 colors or youre limiting yourself too much. We and Brown brought Taco Bell and stuffed face through the day. Hack Joe ScottM Adam and SteveF were all here to chill. Thank you Scott for the pizza as well. Had a lot of fun going crazy building decks and it was fun practice for Sealed Tournaments. Of Limited play... Sealed is my overall favorite. Watched Game of Thrones after it was downloaded and dude, l love that show. Hit back late night and stayed up all night doing my readings, studying on gaming related and career/future related things.        Well today is a new day(Monday) got some homes booked, made my phone calls, checked up on all my clients and need to figure this ETrade.com shit out fast. DISNEY STOCKS KEEP GOING UP AIOEGHIOSERHGSIORHGIORSHGOIWRH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 Gonna get my haircut. Been chilling watching my friend Keemay play Street Fighter 4.
