Sup Guys, so much has been going on - both dancing and gaming has taken a backseat. Work is going great however and lm feeling very secure and happy about my future. For how many hours a week l work and how stress free l am and how lm starting to see the flow on constant closings and how l dont feel overwhelmed when it comes to paperwork. lm just very happy about my career. K so Thurs morning hit up the home John and Michelle were buying and we did our walk through testing everything in the home. Turning on all the water making sure its hot, setting off the smoke detectors, hitting every light - its fun lol. Hit closing at the listing agents office who is the Father of my friend JohnB and got to see JohnB. First time seeing him since high school. Him and his Father do real estate together. MikeD came through(my main mortgage guy) and Steph was the conveyancer again which kept my life very simple. Kinda just sat there, had a few papers signed and Steph took care of it all. Hung out, had chit chat w everyone and when the money was wired we were good to go! Very happy for John and Michelle on their new home and so happy it nailed everything they were looking for. My career is def rewarding. Its just nice knowing l helped find and get them their dream home where they are going to start a family. So afterwards, hit home and played Street Fighter 4, getting back into it. Injustice l feel l got Solomon Grundy down very well, l just gotta learn matchups that take a while. Packed up for the shore and chilled and later on Brown got me and we hit the beach. Adam and Black Nasty came through and just had a chill night playing beer pong for fun and Metal Slug 3, Dead of Alive 5. Had fun bringing back old memories of me and Brown just playing Dead or Alive 2 3 and 4 for hours. Had a chill night and stayed up late. Fri woke up late into the evening we the 4 of us went out for supplies for the party. Got cups, kegs, liquor and food and hit back to chill and set up. It was a chill evening and slowly everyone started coming through. About 25 people all partying and sleeping in one house haha. So yea, huge party, lots of beer pong, making mix drinks w the blender, hookah and yea it was a really fun partying watching so many different friends come together for one weekend. Proud to say l gave Sophia her biggest win streak in beer pong. Enjoying Jason's one liners outside making fun of people. Meera making everyone doing Jager bombs lol. Beer pong got really serious tho and was center stage of the party lol. Mixing it up from inside to outside. Some dancing in the living room and just overall a great night w tons of friends under one house. A group of us hit the beach late night and ran around till we saw car lights and in fear of cops just started running haha. YESSSS lm 27 yrs old and lm still running from cops!! Being juvenile is ridiculous immature fun. Its a cheap thrill. We ended up partying till the sun coming up. Even when trying to sleep, people running room to room, everyone up talking everywhere, sleeping was useless. Stayed up and watched the sunrise and smoking hookah and snacking. Went to bed at 9am lol. So Sat got up in the afternoon. Didnt hit the beach, was wayyyy to beat. A bunch of us walked to lunch and stuffed face and had to get more stuff for the party again. More people went out to get food for a bbq and we had a bbq feeding the whole house. Of course Asil and Black Nasty(the only two black dudes) swarmed the chicken haha. More friends were making it through. Sam brought some really good drink that was 8% so everyone was getting tipsy mid day. It was terrible how early we were drinking. l finished college in 2009....... ughh... So huge bbq and then it kinda blended right into the party. So taught Asil and Dan Lying Dice and people really got into it. Of course Karen and Susan knew how to play being asian girls who havent been white washed lol. So yea playing Kings in the living room and beer pong in the kitchen, hookah outside and Lying Dice. It was just a lot of games. Then more games were created. So a few of us were smoking hookah outside and we see everyone screaming 'CUERRVOOO!!!!111' and flipping the fuck out constantly so we joined in. They were just spinning a bottle and whatever it landed on, you drank/ate. There was chips, water, beer, Jose Cuervo and other shit but apparently just anytime it was kinda close to Jose..... they just made it Jose and would scream Cuervooooo!!!!1111 lol. It lasted like an hour. It was ridiculous. This huge handle Jason brought almost got finished from swigs. People stole random things from the street. Signs and emergency cones lol. Partied till the sun rose again. Also ScottM's amazing beer pong streak. He was just on point but watched him take out 6 cups in a row during 10cup beer pong. Making a behind the back - followed by hitting the island cup making him 'on fire(shoot till you miss) and then just straight shooting the last 3 cups out. We were just blown away. He looked like a human version of God. Someone went to college. Ended the night staying up late w a group smoking hookah, having drinks and watching Karen's Vine videos. Shes so good at making funny Vine clips of whats going on. Ended up passing out at 9am again. Sunday morning people cleaned up and the house was great and me Brown Black Nasty and Adam got lunch at some pizza spot and talked bout the weekend. Did a quick house showing w my family on some homes in the neighborhood. We hit back and me and Brown just ended up back at Steve/Hack's for a lil draft. Hack made frozen margaritas and yo... it isnt easy lol. Using the Ninja blender l got them as one of the house warming gifts. Drafted but we didnt finish as l had to face the winner of Scott and Steve for finals. Just after each weekend, thinking is the last thing l wanna do. l just wanna sleep and be lazy. But yea, had fun drinking and playing w the guys. Just glad Brown was losing haha. His reign of terror has ended tho we didnt have a final winner. Monday more sleep and slept a good 14 hours. Booking house showings and planning out things of the beach house and DNA events. Dinner w my parents afterwards talking about my career and the future and it was actually pretty nice. It was nice having my Dad here for a little bit, having my family as a whole. My family is just different but lm really trying to make an effort to have a connection w them again, somewhat. Just..... they never really were that supportive so l just kinda gave up on them when l was younger and stopped caring. The only person l ever really cared bout in my family is my little sister and thats been it. We'll see. Maybe theres hope for a normal family in the end. Had a really chill day and from the weekend w no sleep, l just kept sleeping Nothing crazy. Tues continued from Monday in an awkward blend as l just slept on and off and had house showings w Mally in Philly. We saw a transsexuals house as we saw autographed photos so l looked her up lol. Lots of phone calling and offer making and running around. Lifes fun lol but l have had no time for dance or gaming. My competition life ending? l dunno.. . Competition now is seeing if l can beat my success from the prior year... every yr. Pretty much competing w myself on my future. Weds did a lot of running around Newtown for a closing coming up w Vee's fam. Just lots of printing, driving and signing. Later hit Philly for some work and then saw Hien too and caught up. Got Vicky and we had a chill night watching The Walking Dead and stuffing face. Very fun simple evening and glad l got to get her at night than during the day on thurs as traffic on I-95 just blows terribly. Thurs Vicky gave me a full body massage yayyyy and then we made pasta cause we're awesome at that and watched more The Walking Dead. Checked out a house in my neighborhood l was curious bout for my family and for Brown. We hit the movies after and saw World War Z. Brad Pitt version of I Am Legend lol. It was really good tho, def recommend it. We hit my office and Dunkin Donuts and back to Vee's parents and got work done. My secretary lol. Also in the mail was my iphone glass cover that took 2 hours to replace. Just so many things to make sure l have to get just right. l had to pretty much learn it as the online videos werent too helpful. Took 4 tries so everything was perfectly in as my front cam didnt work the first few times. So had a great full day w Vicky and late night dropped her off. Coming home, coming off I-95 Bradley and Adam nearly run me off the road lol so we stopped by my place for hookah and food and caught up on the last few days. Chill random hang out, cant hate on that. Fri me and Brown and his Father checked out the HUD home l checked out w Vicky on thurs. We hit Best Buy to get my phone cover. Hit up the mall to check out Express and got chinese food and we regretted it. Mall chinese food.... ughh.. So checked out the home one more time and then back home only to shower up and make calls. Did my guestlist and hit Rumor and met up w Mike. So got drinks and chilled and later on found friends. Carolyn ended up being there and l thought she was teaching in Korea but she got a teaching job in Philly. Good catching up w her and then Sonyta also was there w friends and partied w her and her friend and brother. Ran around dancing w friends and met Mike's two friends. Chelsea and Anne. Ran around w them and also later on Ly and Shwe came through. So yea partied w friends everywhere all over Rumor and at 150am me Mike Ly and Shwe hit up Whisper and other friends made it out as well. So JohnL and his group came through and Mike got a bottle so me Mike and the girls played VIP, drank mix drinks and danced the rest of the night. The DJ at Whisper was really good and was on the dance floor most the night, only hitting our VIP area for shots and drinks lol. We got the spot right on the dance floor as its just nice that our alc is right there and even when chilling, its got a good view of the dance floor. Had fun partying w them and ended the night looking for Mike's keys lol. Clark gave me an envelope of cash from the last few groups of people l had at Whisper, Thank you Clark!! So Mike realized 30 mins later, Valet has his keys. We chilled and smoked, stealing sodas at the Comcast Center's outdoor bar and chilling lol. Ended the night going back to my car to see Sonyta and her friend Sony and her bro and helping them get back to their hotel lol. People like to drink haha but glad they got home safe. Hit back home and got home at 530am. Sat woke up only to eat and have Mike and Brown over for hookah and food and had a chill hour bullshitting. Nothing too crazy, l just like socializing haha and its summer time so being on the back deck is always enjoyable. l gotta take advantage of the weather while its sunny and warm. So afterwards, napped again and woke up only to go back out. Got Brown and Vee and had a good time laughing bout how Brown looks like Eric Snowden. Hit Fire and Ice Lounge for Dayu's Birthday and Miguel's Birthday. Got in, ate sushi and got drinks and people started to come through eventually. Set up VIP for friend's of 2 tables and ran around socializing, introducing people to people and slowly people started dancing. The place has a lot of potential, just its not open every weekend to have the word out about it being a spot to party at. There is a lot of seating and the lighting tho l get its 'fire and ice' theme being red and blue.... it needs to be a bit darker to give it that lounge/club feel. Had fun running around and dancing w friends. Sam being one of my fav people to dance w as shes always going apeshit. Glad Dayu and all the Drexel group had fun and they kept me posted about their after party. Lounge closed at 2am and pced out and hit up the after party. Playing beer pong, smokage and welllll doing shots of Morgan at 3am...... yea l know exactly why l feel like ass in the morning. We got wawa before heading back home and dropped off Brown around 440am lol. Sun woke up mad late and just had a lot of work to do online and w phone calls. Sending out more listings. Digging up info on homes and investment properties. Been writing here, texting all night w Vicky and watching a lot of History Channel, Military Channel and Animal Planet. Plan to just have a really productive night, working on the book, doing some studying and signing up for LSAT testing/classes. Got the hotel booked for a big gaming tournament in a month and gotta start practicing. Another tournament next week as well. Injustice and Street Fighter 4.
