Sup Guys, lm really happy bout getting a lot done in my careers, dancing and gaming.. l love running my body into the ground  Ask God for opportunity.... lots of it hehehehe.... Lately..... so much good stuff has been going on, that once again the problem is... figuring out WHAT the best option is... typical each night. Weekends are full of options and its just like..... 2 of 3 really fun options and it sux its all happening at the same time. l do so much work in EVERYTHING in life to get the timing down right for so much stuff and sometimes theres just nothing l can do about it but pick. But.... atleast l have several options rather than none, ya know? The only thing right now taking a hit is gaming. First off..... the popularity of Street Fighter X Tekken isnt very good and if it drops out overall of being a tournament worthy game.... well that sux for all the time l spent understanding it. Street Fighter 4 will always be my favorite but it was nice having a new thing similar but still very new. The only other game of allllll the fighters that are out and coming out that l will be into playing at a tournament level will be Dead or Alive 5 which lm very hype for. But yea, w gaming, l did have a good few weeks of playing hardcore but lately it calmed down a lot and plus time to go to a tournament is shot w weekends full of work, promoting and partying in Philly, roadtrips to see friends all over MD VA DC and dance competitions w Flock. l dont mind THAT much tho because the reason gaming is taking a hit is mostly cause l've been working more and more every week and for most people, working more sux but working on commission means lm getting closer to getting more money and its exciting for me. Getting accepted offers, playing listing agents and getting friends a home or a place of business is really satisfying. We'll see what turns up w gaming later. KK so weds was very lucky for me. l took care of a lot of shit at home and business calls and junk in my basketball shorts all day and the following evening was my office's cocktail party. So l thought it started at 5pm at the Green Parrot in Newtown. Turns out it was 530pm. l showed up at 515pm being the first one there and lucky me....... got a new client. These 3 ladies were sitting on the stairs that l obviously had to pass through and walking towards them, they showed no signs of moving though they noticed me. We started talking and l told them bout how its a office cocktail party and we do real estate. Turns out the one lady and her husband are moving from LA to Newtown in the winter time and we exchanged contact information and talked bout what shes looking for. They need a space for their houses as well and are in the $500-600k range. Trust me, l already texted her a lil back and forth and will be MAKING SURE come winter time, l will be their realtor. That is MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!11111 If l showed up at 530pm or after w everyone else, someone else woulda got to her first. Thank you God. So got pretty drunk and ate mad food at the cocktail party. Cocktail parties are always amazing. l never had an ok or less time at one. Just great food and drinks. Socialize and pick at food and drink all sorts of random stuff. l was just telling the waitress to make me 'one of those' as l'd point to something. Good to chill w co-worker though outside of the office and got pretty drunk. Came back home and played Street Fighter X Tekken like an asshole seeing how much shit l could get away w fireball spamming and teleporting back and forth, just MOCKING the shit outta people. Well someone got pissed enough to report my Biography on Xbox Live which simply writes 'Get Naked!!!!!!!!!!!111' and l got banned from Xbox Live for one full day lol hahahaha whatever.... l wasnt going to have time to play for a while after.  Phonedoken.... its the new duck face... thank you Bounme    Haterz gon hate Went to bed early cause l was flat out drunk from all the beer and liquor drinks. Woke up early and hit Philly for the home inspection for Anthony. Went well and everything l expected happened. Just chilled for the most part and nothing too crazy. Just chilled w Anthony and his friend and spent a few hours going through the inspectors w the small things to worry bout. Got a lil food w the guys and went over the inspection and talked bout other junk. Very chill evening. lm in Philly so much its ridiculous. Afterwards, had a dance party w a lil black kid w shades in the back of his parents car and me and him were going fucking HAMMMM hahahaha the Dad caught me tho probably wondering why some chinese guy is driving next to him going apeshit lol. The kid was awesome tho. Got Vicky and watched some Pretty Little Liars and went out to get food to cock. Well, we did an ok job haha. Had fun cooking tho. l like cooking when its with people but HATE it alone. More Pretty Little Liars and chilled and it was a very nice peaceful thurs w the loser. l cant watch this show without her. We finished Season 1 and l started to download season 2 haha. Its so addicting. Call me gay, l dont care.        Fri woke up and just took care of stuff following the home inspection and made some calls to check up w my peoples. l have lots of peoples now. Its fucking awesome looking at how many people l have to follow up on, tho its overwhelming looking at it as well.... the whole list says to me 'potential thousands of dollars' which is pretty dope to look at. Dealing more and more w commercial listings. l really do like commercial as the money is good and its.... different. Its just a different spice up than houses. Of course, it is harder finding that space that not only is built the way they want it but LOCATED where they want it. So Joss and JessY came through and we hit Brown's shore house. Cause of Father's day not everyone could make it but still had a squad of 14 come through. No traffic at all going through. Hit the back route of going on the turnpike to 206 which shortcuts and is parallel to the Atlantic City Expressway. Got food and junk, got in, ate food and it was party time. So we played some games of beer pong first and man... lm not as good as l use to be sadly. l dont pride myself in it as much as l use to either lol. College was 3 yrs ago now haha ughhhhh lm an old fuck. Me and Jess got taken out early goairhgoarhgoai wtffff... So we had fun making fun of each other all night, talking shit and smoking hookah, drinking from this Yuengling keg since it was the only thing left lol and playing lots of beer pong. Kristina suggested Civil War beer pong which is always a good time, 3v3 3 cups per person, if it hits your cup, you gotta drink it all till you can keep shooting and its rapid fire pick up and throw. The FUCKERS would all gang up on me first so l'd always be drinking till l was out and barely shoot cause they know l had a good shot. Brown Kristina and Bryan were a pretty killer team. No one was safe from harassment. Even Birdman was taking jokes left and right of bird jokes everywhere lol. So we all started making Joss's pizza bites lol sorry Joss and we all would eat them so fast as they came out so we could get some and everyone was just burning their mouth. Had a good time smoking and chilling when l wasn't eating Joss's food or playing beer pong. Adam brought his buddy Marc who fell into the group very well. Dorky, into Marvel, lots of good jokes, very cool guy who became our new bff that weekend. Vee and Dan brought liquor and we were slamming shots somewhat. l did pour the Three Olives Bubble Gum into people's cups of Yuengling. Sorry Marc. There was some arm wrestling and took down someone but right after lost to Adam lol. Cut and bruised my foot jumping around and slipping into cabinets. There was keg stands and more food stealing/eating. Yea very good time lol.               Woke up Sat and hit the beach. We tanned and it was pretty winded so we never really felt hot and we all got burnt lol. Ran into the water a lil, took a walk, listened to music and chilled. The sun was beaming tho. Hit back and chilled, smoked more hookah. Joss and Brown looked like Dad's haha. Then we realized Brown look like a Backstreet Boy. Bryant and Marc had me laughing allll afternoon w jokes. Just lots of sick jokes in the afternoon w the hookah. Slept in the afternoon getting woken up by one of Brown's co-workers visiting haha. Adam hit up Solena and her and Julia and Teressa came through as well. Ate food here and there, read comics and talked bout Marvel for a good chunk of time while smoking hookah. Lots of people making fun of people. Lots of civil war. Kristina your 6pack is ugly lol. Had games of Asians vs White which asians won game after game tho there werent many including arm wrestling and beer pong. White people had to keep drinking vodka. Me and Julia re-inacted a picture taken over 2 yrs ago. Brown got shit faced and broke a chair and started Gargoyling. Also was taking care of guestlists back in Philly for Bamboo Bar DNA event, thank you Dan for the paper and pen lol. Made some $$$ lol for just a few calls. Glad people at home had fun too.     lm too sexy for my towel.. too sexy for my towel                  HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111 So Sunday morning, woke up and cleaned up and hit back home. Had a smooth ride back too oddly. Prob cause of Father's Day. Said late to Joss and Jess for rolling through w me and thought l was gonna take it easy. Vee invited me to a lil Father's Day thingy for her Dad of course and ate mad food and had more drinks and cake. So that was chill and it's always nice seeing Vee's family. That was followed up by a crew meeting bout the upcoming jams, rides, who can make what and whose battling thingy. Ate sushi at Shogun lol cause its so cheap!!!!!!111 And so0o good. So had a good time w the guys, met some friends of the crew and talked bout a lot of stuff, half bboy related. Either way, good time being w the crew.       Passed out early as fuck from exhaustion. Woke up Monday early to do house showings for MattH and Gif and saw one amazing place. Good just running around w them as well. They took the Hack route and are looking at nice cozy town homes/condos. Had a good day w them and hit back to check out the history of the home and hit up other clients as Monday is a big follow up day. Got so busy w work, l was trying to cook pizza and forgot there was pans and glass bowls in the oven and took them out and threw water on it cause it was so hot and making sizzling sounds and a big glass dish blew up, literally BLEW UP, mostly the middle. It was scary. l just QUIT cooking w the oven and stove unless lm with supervision lol. l just microwaved the pizza anyway and ate it while continuing work. At night hit practice at Ryan's new studio l got him over the last 7 months. MattH Asil and Jason came through as well as other friends. It was a lot of work but yoo..... this place is so damn fucking dope. AMAZING place to practice at. HIGH ceilings to work on flips again like crazy and just more space. lm really happy for him. His location is so close to his old studio, he didnt lose a single client and got more walk ins in a SINGLE WEEK than he did ALL of last yr because there are 3 things right next to his studio... a chinese restaurant, a pet store and an AMC movie theater. And the glass is huge from the outside, EVERYONE sees into it if you go to any of the 3 neighboring businesses. Its just amazing. Had a great practice w the guys and burnt out pretty well as l just drank, ate and smoked like crazy for 3 days lol.          So tues woke up and made some calls bout some homes and worked listing agents and ahh things are falling so well into place hehehe.... theres some evilness is what l do but its only evil to the people who arent my friends so whatever. Its business, theres so many more terrible cutthroat things l could've done in the last few months that l didnt do. Theres some opportunities that l didnt even mean to TAKE ON that just.... well l kinda feel guilt but whatever..... business is business and no one got rich just being a good guy. Went and got Hack and got food at some burger joint he talked bout and it was good but SO SMALL!!!!!!1 $7 for a burger that was the size of a White Castle Slider... WTFFFFFFFFFFF!!!! Ok it wasnt THAT small but it was smaller than a normal HAMBURGER at McDonalds. Then the milkshakes were small too!!!!111 So l was still hungry as fuck so l figured Delilah's. Free dinner buffet at 5pm and yo...... l dont care what you say.... STRIPPER FOOD IS DAMN GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!111 So we hit that up, got drinks and yooo the buffet was dope. Hot food, dumplings, rice, chicken fingers and a big salad. l enjoyed it very much. Chilled, watched the dancers and met a girl who turns out to party w some of my friends. l just knew she looked wayyy to familiar through pics. So chilled w Corinne for a lil and Hack flipped a shit that my network is just obnoxious lol. Had a good time though and pced out late and hit practice. Practiced w Ryan Lori and Asil. Went over a lot of shit and lm really liking my toprock a lot compared to.... ever lol. As a bboy, l always felt a lil off w how l danced, just l guess l was too mentally choreographed, l tried too hard to always 'dance like a bboy' ya know? But yea, l've grown comfortable lately. Dancing dancing at a club/lounge w a girl infront of me, l've been beyond confident since high school. Party dancing is the best way l dance overall. Had a good practice and it was sweaty as fuck. Slipped a ton of times in my steps or w my hands gripping the floor. My abs and legs were burnt out from the last 2 days of practice and it just felt really good. Working on flips each night.... LOVING IT!!!!!!!!! Just standing backflips, round off back flips and gainers. Keeping it simple.   So woke up weds and had a big day. Met up w Mary and hit The Limit bout listing it. Mary got a good feel of the place and went over some ideas. Finding a right buyer will be a challenge but the pay off will be dope as fuck. It was cool riding w Mary there and back as we had a lot of time to talk bout stuff outside real estate. Afterwards, we worked on some stuff for Anthony and l pced out making mad calls on my way to meet up w Anthony at Johnny Brenda's. Got hummus and we signed papers, tho just 2 lol and talked bout wrestling and junk and it was a good evening w Anthony and we're hyped bout the next several weeks. Hit the RE-Max right by the Piazza and finally met the listing agent Manfred who has been really good to work w. Went over some stuff w him and pced out to meet up w Hack and SteveC. So l was already in Bucks County to Montgomery County back to Bucks then to Philly then back to Bucks and was gonna hit more Philly lol. But first we got MORE SUSHI at Shogun lol. So we stuffed face and had a good evening there talking bout junk and plotting the night. Well l first thought l was gonna take the night easy finally and play video games finally and chill. NOPE!! So we hit the Parx Casino and saw an old friend JeffL and caught up w him. Ran around and l turned $60 into $180 throwing it all on the 13-24 on Roulette and it hit 16 OEIGHIOSGSIO SteveC you are the man for saying go for middle. l was gonna do 1-12 but the last 4 spins it hit in the 0 00 1-12 range so by odds it just didnt make sense. The money was going to a fun night at the strip club hahahahahaha why?! Just cause l was in that kinda like 'lets be douchebags' kinda mood. Not saying dbags go to strip clubs but the whole... Casinos, strip clubs, cigars and throwing out money like fawk ballers haha its just fun to be spontaneous and stupid ya know?! Well got cigars from Hack's and hit Club Risque as l had free passes. The one in Bristol is the best local strip club l ever hit so l expected good things from the one in Philly but it was wack. Oddly, l know a good amount of dancers from Delilah's who started at Club Risque in Philly. So had a beer and bounced. Small area, DJ was wack, it was just bright and the girls were not attractive at all. l didnt feel so baller or bad ass there at all. Hit Delilah's as other friends were going to be working and got there, got drinks, smoked cigars, did shots and Tiff and Sarah came through to chill for a lil on and off the night. Feel in love w 'Green' from last night hahahahahaha oh yea, 'Amber' cause oddly l wrote on the back of the free pass for Club Risque that 'Amber' gave it to me. By CHANCE the 'Amber' at Delilah's came to chill w us and she use to work at Club Risque in Philly so that was just like a really odd coincidence. Had a good time. Dances and junk and SteveC went a lil... overboard. SteveC: Oh this is awesome!! This will be like $50 most HAHAHAHAHOIGHOSIHGOSIHGOSI So me and Hack were like 'did he get champagne room?' cause he was gone for so long. Damn this big ass black girl got Steve good. He loves chocolate lol. Hack got his first dance YAYYYY PARTY PARTY and its funny how we corrupt each other back and forth. Enjoyed the evening and yea.... l had a great time. Especially that Parx Casino payed for it all hahaha. It's just.... FUN ya know? A 1/3 chance turned a simple in night of video games into a lil chaos. So pced out and dropped off the guys and said late. Been home and just downloading all these files l took off our database to have on my computer of listing agreements, rental agreements, all this shit like 12 PDF's hahaha. l just dont see a point of having it all online when you can have it on your computer. Having stuff online is BACK UP to me cause l like to have the copy on file ya know? But yea... gonna knock out. Gotta re-look at that home Gif and family friends and then take care of some business w calls all mid day and hopefully seeing Vicky all afternoon and night. Should be a good day. Not sure if lm gonna stay in Philly fri and hit MD for a crazy sat or just go fri night. We'll see. lm promoting the Whisper event for DNA on Fri and havent been around the last few weekends. So we'll see. People are always down to party and l've been letting Philly people hang. Its just one more weekend but July because of bboy battles and Otakon, l wont be around much on weekends either. Then Brown's shore house again August 10th. Oh mannnnn.... We'll see.         Still having wayyyy too much fun. Luck and opportunity. They go well together. Late.

Sup Guys, lm really happy business has turned around a lot in the last 3 months. Its good that homes have become something lm into because of the career. l always liked homes, liked planning out my home and liked talking bout the lay out of a home(in college just how well suited it was for having people over) and yea... its funny this is my career now. Been picking up clients like crazy lately and checks been coming in, offers are being accepted and lately.... AGENTS have been really helpful. Usually lm working w an agent who is on top of the stuff on their end, catch problems early to the point where it was never really a problem and who are friendly. The other type of agent is the one who doesnt have anything done on their end until l call them like a teacher asking if a student did their homework, who can be rude and worst of all, keep secrets from me that could be deal breakers which has happened in the past. lm feeling secure and thats always a great feeling. So Monday hit up clients. Some bout the a new commercial building, MattH as him and Gif are going to be looking again and Mitch bout looking for a new place and also listing his current home. l was surprised w the prices of commercial buildings. Apparently, w the economy hit, commercial took even a bigger hit than homes did. Homes took a hit because of all the foreclosures and then because of all them existing, the value of homes in general dropped because everyone rather just to a gamble w a foreclosure. Anyway... night time practice and came up w some ideas for some shit. Good practice, had a nice sweat going and got a lil sick. Prob just the heat. l've been getting dizzy lately prob from lack of water and it being hot. My only problem is.... creativity isnt THAT creative as l realized some new stuff lm making up is just re-washed versions of other things and its not fully unique to what l already do. Still just playing w ideas tho and had a good time w the guys. Got to try out my new pumas, similar to the ones l use to dance in for years. The Roma's just were too thick on the bottom and yea.... was screwing up some stuff and w these new 'ninja style' shoes again, things move smoother. Ended the night w video games lol. Played a lot.    Tues was much or less the same thing. Following up w clients pretty much and booking shit and sced appointments and not just house showings. Just a lot of meetings for different reasons and l feel thats half my job. Tho everything can be done on the phone, l do get why its always best in person. You just get more done. Got my new fighting stick omgomgomg and tested it out and had fun w that. Later on, Vicky came through and we did our typical Pretty Little Liars marathon and when we got hungry, hit Olive Garden for some food. l love Olive Garden. So that was chill and afterwards, slept early as food coma hit.     Weds woke up early as balls. Got some work done, took a nap then back up to meet w Anthony bout putting in an offer. That took a few hours and got everything in order. This deal so far has been running maddd smoother which is always great. Did some video games and yea.... not much of a weds really. Started downloading a lot of shit. Music and Insanity as l plan to get in shape. l dont think my body is terrible at all, l dont have a gut nor do l have mad flab or anything gross.... just l rather do it for the sake of being in top shape.... no reason really. Yea for dance kinda but more for the.... why not reason. l might as well do it just to do it. Thurs woke up early again and had a full day. Lots of phone calling, counter offer games w the listing agent and the seller's and then ran some errands w my sister. Returned and got new dress shoes from Aldo as the ones mailed to me were the wrong size. Visited the kids and got to catch up as it was the last time to see them as school was ending. Kinda sad seeing the 6th graders go as they wont be around next yr. Hit home, cleaned a lot again as OCD or something kicked in and then slept early again.       Fri woke up and saw Prometheus w Hack and his friends from work. Dope movie but gahhh it was creepy and scary. But l liked it. l barely go to the movies so its nice when l do. l just dont think you should be going on a fri or sat night when theres partying and apeshit like adventures to be had. Afterwards, was gonna nap and shit but had work to do and then got sushi on my way to Maryland. Hitting up agents and clients part of the car ride w the games. Back and forth being straight up the middle man, calling clients and then agents then agents calling their clients then calling me back and eventually got a middle ground of an accepted offer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111 Ahhhh so l went apeshit having the most ridiculous dance party in my car to Swedish House Mafia as l downloaded a lot of their music over the last few days. Hit Osaka and met up w everyone. Domkey Oscar Goof Nick and Andy and had drinks and chilled. Hit back to the house and chilled, smoked hookah and bullshitted and it was nice being there again. Later on, hit The Get Down and met up w more friends and just danced and drank. Thank you DavidF for the hook up on getting in and drink passes. Met some people and also got to check out the sweet loft in the 3rd floor. It would be dope to pregame there and have small after parties since its connected to the club. Partied and it was just good to be partying in MD again. Hit back, ate mad food and smoked lol Oscar was all outta it. Knocked out late night.                Sat woke up and hit up Bounme's and had a very long chill day w Bounme Pepe and Kotey. Watched the movie The King of Beggers which was mad dope and then chilled out on their nice ass deck and smoked hookah, had drinks, ate hot dogs and got a lil tan. Talked bout a ton of shit, played some card games and it was really nice. Just what l sat should be. l had some work to do but it was short mini phone calls here and there. A lil text msging and email forwarding. Nothing an iphone cant handle easily lol. So that was nice. Bullshitted all evening there actually and made some calls of what was going down that night. Eventually convinced Bounme to come out and he came w us back to Domkey's and chilled and watched Redbull BC One live and got a shower. Figured out the night and pced out to DC for U Street Music Hall.... Welllll lol there was a Gay Festival in DC that night. lm friends w a good number of gay people, both guys and girls and never really feel odd or outta place and even dance at some gay clubs w some girls that are open late. Wellllll all the girls we had potentially coming bailed so it was wolfpack time w the guys lol. Tommy also met up w us. Toyz suggested this place and l was never there before. There was some straight girls but there was a lot of gay guys and girls there and nothing really phased me besides this old man drag queen in a bra, a short skirt, a blonde wig and tiara on his head. It was the only..... gahhh thing lol. Did some shots, thank you Toyz. Did more shots later hahaha cause l needed a drink. Danced w some girls, got drunk cause l kinda had to so l wouldnt be phased by some stuff. Hhahaha me and Domkey were dancing w this girl and she says 'hey wanna meet my friends?!' being 3 gay guys and we were just like GAAEOIGHOASIGHOSIHGOI hahahha the only issue w gay clubs is l cant tell which girls are lesbian and which girls are straight sometimes and then sometimes they mistaken me for being gay. Tommy: Did you just rub my back? Me: AHHAHAHAHA no.. Which is why l like to go w straight girls to gay clubs.... always. Had fun tho being out w the guys and our adventures and leaving the club, gay guys just waving to us and prancing infront of my car lol....... it was a little much because many of them were like overly gay. Like SUPER DUPER HAYYYYYYYYY in yo face gay. l have no problem w gay strangers but wow.... def did feel a bit outta place. Late night, hit the 711 and stuffed a full pizza down my pants cause l needed some more ridiculous in my night and that seemed to be a challenge. Got food and hit back to smoke hookah and eat. Talked w the guys, bullshitted and it was a nice ending to a ridiculous sat haha.         Hit home Sunday and didnt do much of anything. The shots of whiskey and rum killed me the night before and got sushi and ate that while watching DragonballZ. Went to bed mad early, like 8pm early. Woke up early as balls on Monday of course and took care of a little work and played online for a lil bit but didnt have much to do. l still had 5 hrs before my meeting w Mike, the mortgage guy from John's deal who things worked out pretty smoothly. John's a smart guy and knew what he was doing mortgage wise so l see Mike having good offers to my clients on their mortgages. Went back to sleep and woke up and got ready and met up w Mike over some hoagies and talked business in Montgomery County. Didnt just talk business and turns out he knew one of my fraternity brothers as well. So that was a nice lunch and will def be passing Mike along to my clients when it comes mortgage time. Afterwards, hit back and only had a lil office time to print out junk, look up listings and stuff and then went back out from Bucks County to Philly. Met up w Anthony at Johnny Brenda's and did businazzzz over some brews lol. But yea, paperwork was coming over smoothly. Getting deposits and talking bout non business junk as well. Afterwards, hit the Piazza as the listing agent's office was located right by there and dropped off the work and everything was good. Ahhh so nice when things are smooth. Hit back and took it easy as practice was cancelled since Ryan was opening up on Tues. Some food and organizing and slept early again.  Today woke up early and spent the whole day on clients. Just keeping my 'touch' w them. Appointments for the next 2 weeks are set and hyped bout a new listing and also taking out Matt and Gif again to browse. My events and sced got so packed, l use to memorize it all but lately l HAD to have it all written down on my calendar on my phone cause l know soon enough l'd miss something. House showings, listing appointments, home inspections. Its a busy 2 weeks. Also figuring out things for Brown's shore house this weekend and then also figuring shit out and doing guestlist for G Lounge Friday and Bamboo Bar on Sat for DNA tho sadly l wont be able to make either. Been forever since l did Bamboo but it'd be nice to check it out again. It's great for summer. Just l know their friday's are way overpacked being 17 and up and sat being 18 and up... lm sure it's pretty packed as well where you can ONLY grind and not dance. We'll see soon enough. With everything else...... well.... got good ideas for dancing and lm hoping they run smoothly at practice. Gaming is going great. Been doing Street Fighter 4 here and there to make sure l still got it. Its like riding a bike. Only takes a lil bit of training room time to get back into the loop. Sup Guys, been on a rampage w that 'work hard play hard' mentality. That
and 'champing it out'. lm getting a lot of things done and have a
shitloada fun but my body is taking such a toll, its ridiculous. Half of me is so excited for the future that things are picking up as they should be w just learning more and more in the things lm into. The other half of me is wondering if lm just wasting my time in everything l've been focusing my time into. Well... w everything in general, things are SOMEHOW even better than before. People make things really interesting and People is also my business in both Real Estate and in Event Planning/Promoting. Because of Open Houses and house showings on the weekends(fri-sun), its been limiting my roadtripping which l am really sad about but.... l knew this was going to happen. l havent been to MD/DC/VA since my birthday weekend of April 6th-8th which is REALLY long for me. l had to visit my fraternity brothers AXP more on thurs nights and JUST thurs nights w the exceptions of a random single friday or sat or even weds night but couldnt do full weekends Fri-Sun. l havent been to as many dance competitions or gaming competitions because of work as well. l missed 4 bboys events in the last 2 months and 2 gaming events because l was w clients or doing an open house, just as l missed the gaming competition on 5/20 doing the Open and on 5/25 submitting offers, negotiating and doing comps for the homes 2 of my clients are aiming to buy. So that all sux.... However, in the past 2 months, l got A LOT more familiar w Philly in so many ways. Mostly just closer w party friends in Philly as instead of seeing them out a few times a month, l've been seeing friends almost every night. l havent had 2 full days of peace in a row lol. As much as my body is dying from it. Its pretty fun. l met a lot of ambitious people and also a lot of people who already know what they're doing and also some who have completely made it and just mentor other people in business in general and lm really lucky through friends, l got to meet these people. Overall... tho lm losing a bit of my lifestyle in some areas, lm gaining a lot in others. Its an interesting change. l still hope to compete fully in bboying and in gaming but l know l have to focus on making money which sounds snobby as fuck but lm 26 ya know? In the end.... lm having so much fun and getting so much done, networking, picking up mad clients and making so many new friends.... its worth the lack of sleep and painful mornings haha. W friends in general.... as long as my friends have my back, thats all l need. l do like when a friend has more uses tho. l believe a lot of friendships are symbiotic. My overall best use to my friends is setting them up for fun, setting them up w other people to date and introducing friends to other friends who become good friends eventually and lm a lil closer to balling up alllll my friends together nicely. W capitalizing.... the way l play video games is the same as it is in real life. lm GREAT at setting myself off and maneuvering and plotting things to happen the way l want and also to have great mentors in EVERYTHING l have interest in. My problem is capitalizing. l never seem to FULLY SEIZE the advantages l gain through my efforts and l gotta change that. l could be greater in everything lm into if l just.... learned to capitalize stronger. lm determined to make a lot of myself in the next few yrs because l have the connections to make me great... l just gotta take advantage of it. K so last last thurs... Woke up a bit late and did some work w new clients. Picking a lot more strangers as clients lately. Also picking new clients through friends a lot more than just my actual direct friends. So worked on stuff to send out to them and at night JoshM was having a party and hit up people bout that. Adam came through and we got brewssss lol and went there. Caught up w friends drank and met some other gamers haha. It was nice nerding the fuck out talking bout Diablo3 and Street Fighter. Played some beer pong and l showed disappointment in myself. All the lounges and clubs and shit.... l barely do house parties and have weakened my beer pong game. Just... house parties arent as frequent of course being older. No one likes dealing w the hassle and mess and organization when you could all just be stupid at a club. The thing is.... club and lounges have rules and it costs money lol. l still would take a great house party any day. Had fun tho met some new people. Pced out late and knocked out.      Fri woke up and prepared for the listings me and Anthony were going to look at. The properties looked good and went to check them out and put the shittier ones on the bottom. As l called it, the 1st 2 were the very best. Me and Anthony got along great as we could relate to a lot of things as well as what we liked in the properties. Afterwards, we had drinks and went over all the homes we looked at outside at this interesting bar w its own stand in the back and junk. It was different but l liked it. Afterwards, got Vicky and we chilled, watched Pretty Little Liars and bullshitted around. Very chill evening and its what l needed as of lately w all the mayhem. She's fun to beat up on. Tho l have red marks everywhere. Late night, we got some food at Applebees and stuffed face and then more Pretty Little Liars. That show is sooo0o good. No homo lol.    Sat woke up tired as balls and hit the Flock BBQ at Jason's house. Thank you Jason and Michele for holding it!! So the whole entire crew that lives in Philly and other friends were able to make it which was really nice. Started off w the food and holy shit aorihirhioa I FUCKING LOVE BBQS SO DAMN MUCH!!!! Summer my 2 fav things are bbqs and pool parties(jacuzzi pref) lol. l just really enjoy chilling l guess cause lm so use to only seeing people at dance practice or hardcore party time that its just REALLY NICE to do things like bbqs, chill by the pool, beach, house chillage for hookah and the pregame time b4 party time. So ate food, smoked hookah and chilled for a while. Just talking bout crew t shirts lol we so cute l knowww... Did some UMVC3 and taught Mos and Nick some Akuma tricks and how the Instant Hell Murder lv 3 blows through other Hypers. DavidH and me battled it out as always... 4 wins against him, 2 losses. He did get me good tho when l thought l had won and he lv3'ed me w Vergil. WITH MY OWN TACTIC OF HITTING THEM IN THE AIR - SWITCHING TO VERGIL - M M H HELM BREAKER - DEVIL TRIGGER - DARK ANGEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOO DAVID YOU BASTARDDDD THATS LIKE KILLING SOMEONE W THEIR OWN SWORD!!!!!!!!!1 Then we started playing some Kings hahah and ended the evening w dance battles. Well we went back and forth after every wave of battles was done to more food, hookah, umvc3 and drinking. Had a really fun time and made it to finals in our Allstyles battle cept we did things differently. Was pretty sure Black Nasty was gonna win it but well we never really finished it haha as it was a 3 way final. We wrote down a shitloada styles and threw it in a hat and you had to battle that style. There was voguing and robots from outer space hahahhaha lyrical and crumping. It was a very very good time w the crew. Drank and smoke till night time and hit people up bout Whisper. Mellissa and squad were down so headed down there. Also was meeting up w Isabella and happened to see Izzy coming in and rolled w him as well to VIP downstairs w some of his friends and he introduced me to a lot of people. Some older, some our age. Met his roomate as well who is looking for property as well in Philly and traded information. Had fun meeting people, doing shots and hit the floor dancing on and off w Isabella. Always a really good time w those guys.              Had to wake up early as fuck however for an Open House. Its bad... when l say open house... l keep thinking of saying 'open house party' but its 2 totally different things lol. So worked that, it was a $625,000 home. Really really nice lol of course. Met some buyers and did a lil chit chat and acted all businessy. So got home and bullshitted around, video games and such. Hit Brown's at night for Game of Thrones, hookah and food along w Joss. Always a good time. Brown didnt wanna hear my stories of mayhem but l know he loves it. Joss is doing well w his new woman and Game of Thrones left us pissed as usually. There is never closure to any episode, only more questions. But as always, good time w the guys. Afterwards, more video games and yea... doing better and better. Brought my battle points to 2000 which l had a hard time breaking the 1000 line b4. l just went for too many sweeps when people would jump and people are JUMP crazy in this game. Def way crazier than in SF4 so lm use to people playing a chill maneuvering ground game ya know?!    Monday woke up late and started work asap and just worked on stuff till l had practice. l hate waking up past 12pm cause l feel so.... rushed w stuff. Returning so many calls and l ALWAYS try to do a lil bit of everything so l feel better bout the list of things l need to work on. Plus it feels great when you just accomplished 5 tasks all in the same 30 mins. Hit practice and that was good. Worked on new small stuff. l just need more explosive stuff as always. Wasnt feeling too well prob from all the drinking and smoking and eating. Yea, thats prob what happened. Good practicing w everyone as usual of course and afterwards, got sushi from Shogun and hit home to eat and watched a Jackie Chan film called 'Shinjuku Incident' which is nuts seeing Jackie Chan murder people and junk. Its really good and not a typical Jackie Chan film tho typical Jackie Chan films are amazing. Only watched some as l had to leave to go perform at Yakitori Boy in Philly and got Ryan and met up w Flock and Repstyles members and we danced, did a lil show and Mighty Mouse kept going allll night hahahaahahha he just really put on a full show. It was entertaining. Drank, ate and glad l got to chill w everyone as l havent seen Mantis Lien Mouse and Pete out partying much lately. It was good just to catch up w them. We had a very nice party squad and good seeing and introducing Isabella to my friends and she also introduced me to some people as well as one of the owners of Yakitori Boy and she brought out a bottle of Jameson and we all did some shots. Late night hit back and crashed from the drinking.         Woke up Tues and did work again late and felt rushed hahaha lm great, l know. Took care of my shit and prepared for Weds house showings and visited to kids as l havent visited in so long. l felt so bad. Brought mad Jolly Ranchers. $10 worth lol and swung by and chilled w the kids. Hearing some gossip and playing dodgeball. l got pretty gross. Got intense wont lie. The kids... l trained them well. lm sure they are the best dodgeball players in their class. Aftewards, got more sushi w Kristina Vee Hack SteveC and Adam. Stuffed face while talking bout all sorts of shit. Hack's sexual adventures and business lol. SteveC had all the good jokes as always and HEY STEVE do you see this shoutout?!!?!? We had a lil chit chat bout my xanga here. Besides that nothing too nutty...          Weds woke up and prepped and did the house showings for AnthonyM again this time w some of his friends and re-looked at some spots and found one place flooded a little hahaha good thing we double backed. We looked at new places too and he's ready to put in an offer which is great. 2 showings and ready. So we hit Delilah's for food and drinks and yea..... strippers are cool. Turned out my one friend Thao was working which l totally forgot she told me bout like years ago haha. Caught up a lil and it was good seeing her. So chilled, talked bout the homes when we werent distracted and enjoyed just bout out. AdamW came through as well and met everyone and just had more drinks and met some of the dancers. Turned one into a client as she was a dancer, ballet modern and something else l believe and is looking to open up a dance studio. Traded contact info and been in contact since haha. Crazy who l turn into clients. Leaving the place, Izzy was walking in by chance, like CRAZY timing and hit VIP w him and everyone else some of which l met on sat, Chris and Drew ect. Met another guy Kevin who is a broker in NY who also owns software companies. So drank in VIP as they had bottles of Goose and Patron, did shots, got shots from shot girls and they had a massage girl w us too. Reg massages you ass. So partied there for a while and chilled w new friends and at 2am we all hit Zbar. Got free passes by the doorman for our group but didnt need to use them as our group bypassed paying in general. Also good seeing Jaz as she was working the register. So the guys got more bottles in a VIP area next to some players on the Sixers and Allen Iverson. Pretty wild. l didnt notice it was them till PatB who happened to be there cause he's also one of those 'lm everywhere' kinda guys, told me 'you do know whos next to you right?!' hhahaha also saw and chilled w Pauline as she happened to be there. l didnt realize Zbar was such a hot spot on weds night. So more shots and drinks w Adam Izzy Chris Kevin and everyone else and met a few of the strippers and shot girls who came from Delilahs to party w us. So yea... that was uhhh pretty fucking fun hahaha wont lie. Got pretty drunk and it was fun just drinking and meeting all these people. Hit home pretty late and got in and knocked out.           Thurs woke up early as fuck for the closing on JohnP's house. Congrats man!! l will miss day chilling looking at houses w him and friends and getting lunch. He got a really nice house and lm pretty excited for when he starts having things go on. Hit the house for the walk through, hit the settlement and that was PAINLESS and really smooth and then we checked on the home before leaving. Checked in w Mary bout everything going on and pced out to get Vicky for our Pretty Little Liars and food date. MORE SUSHI!!!!!!!1111 Yayyy so yea, stopped by Shogun and got more sushi cause lm obsessed hehehehe. Chilled, ate, watched and it was a nice evening.      Fri woke up and did work allll day on the computer. Just trying to multi-task like a beast and tried TRIED to eat and couldnt enjoy it cause l was so busy. Just calls and listings and aoirhgoiahergiahgoiahioghaihg its good lm busy but l just hate feeling RUSHED. Its been hectic the last few weeks. So at night, after taking care of guestlists and junk too best l could, hit Adam's and Will came through. Pregammed and smoked hookah for a bit and chilled and me and Will had a long good talk bout video games and mostly Street Fighter. We went on a rant bout Guile hahaha. So got Vee on our way and then got Solena and hit G Lounge for Long's birthday and met up w Chris and Jaimie and we drank and partied in the VIP section of G Lounge to the left in the elevated area. Chloe and Mellissa made it through and also met Yanni through Long who promotes who it was cool talking to bout setting up parties, events and talking bout different lounges. Its good meeting people who see night life the way l do. l got plenty of people to talk w bout dancing and gaming bout bout business and night life in the promoting and hosting aspect, its nice to have that change. So partied, danced and MarissaS and her friend Shannon came through. First time seeing Marissa in a while as she was visiting Philly. The dance floor was flooded w girls oddly and well..... good for the guys haha. So after, we all headed over to Whisper Lounge for more dancing. Danced and partied and nothing too different lol. Isabella came through to party as well. Oddly by chance ran into Thao again as her and her sorority sisters came out. l know l shouldnt be surprised running into the same friends since l've been all over Philly the last several weeks but lm still like 'whoa crazy seeing you here' tho its Whisper and everyone goes here lol. Danced and socialized and had a really good night out. Jaimie thank you for the Corona haha. l only spent $3 that night and it was on the bathroom guy for using mouth wash and clone. SteveO was able to make it over and help move too and Hack had to hit work. Moved and talked bout junk. Dan making fun of my lazy tired walk. So unpacked stuff and got my sweat on and that was fun just being w them. Got another poop in and blew up Vee's parent's house toilet too!! Hehe so afterwards, hit back and got a shower and changed and hit up some seafood place which l forgot the name of but it was really good lol. Got food and stuffed my face w lobster and junk which was amazing. Talked bout junk and tried my best to convince everyone to come party w me. After dinner, it was pregame time at Ryan's and drank and watched some UFC and made lil bets to make the fights more interesting. l've been making a lot of good bets lately  .Then party time. So hit Whisper Lounge and met up w tons of friends. It was Lawrences birthday so got him the hook up and Jack Jaimie Rita Monica Chris and people came through to party. Took care of Tony's table as Ghost hit me up to take care of him as he was visiting PA. Met him and his squad and other people and yea, there was a lot of names. Met a shitloada people actually sat night. Long also got bottles in VIP for his bday at the table across on the dance floor. Lori was thinking of coming in and got her in comped and her and Ryan were all mushy mushy all night. SteveO and Adam were on the hunt as always lol and l just enjoyed dancing w new friends and strangers. Actual dancing dancing all night as there was somewhat room. There was again a shitload more girls than guys in the night. Talking a lil bout the shore house and thats coming up which lm mad hype for. 2 dates are set for this yr. Its ALWAYS a great time with friends. Just a full weekend of partying, beach, eating seafood, boardwalk and casinos and just NOTHING BUT US. Like we're away from Bucks, away from Philly.... just a beach house, a beach, food, alc and friends. Its ALWAYS a great time. l cant wait for both trips. Afterwards pced out to old city to meet up w Jack Fallon Sam and some of their friends. Met up and got a parking spot right at Lucy's which is where we were going but it was closed but other places were open. It it memorial day weekend tho ya know?! So we hit up other bars like Cuba Libre which is fun for pretending like you know salsa and another bar. Got drinks, danced and got to know their friends pretty well. Got to catch up a lot w Jack as tho we been partying here and there, we been running around the clubs and junk all mayhem like and havent had a LONG sit down pregame chillage. We still pregame together and stuff but l havent done one of those 2 hr talk bout everything while drinking cranberry vodka nights b4 going out haha. So it was really nice catching up w him on everything then. Got to know the 3 friends they brought pretty well and hopefully l see them out again more often. Laughed a lot at this group that was begging for too much attention for a Sunday night. l just find it really immature and thats COMING FROM ME!!! Just..... if youre out on the dance floor, begging for people to look for you, you didnt get enough when you were in high school. l did, cause lm a bboy and lm past that. Past that since early college actually. l HATE when its like 'Zang go do something, go spin'. Just had a talk w Ryan bout how its like... if other people start a circle, we'll jump in of course now that theres other dancers and something to compare us to but not doing it one time by myself 'hey everyone move out the way so l can show you a trick' ya know?! Well these were those people. Anyway... partied till 2am and took everyone back b4 hitting home. Caught up w his family and after helping him find a studio, lm closer w not only his direct family but his uncle and friends of family as well just from meeting up, helping fix up the place and being around. Its nice. Its like Vee's family. So yea, stuffed face w lots of food and Ryan made us this drink that was beyond tasty. Perfect bbq pool kinda drink. Malibu mixed w sparkling Lemonade omgomgogmoagaoirhgioahrgoai it was dope. Thank you for that drink and having me of course. So drank and played in the pool. Layed out on the side where you put your limbs in like left leg and left arm laying on my back or face down. Got to know some of the family more on the younger side and talked to 2 of them for a while just bout DJing and night life and stuff as they DJ right now and want to do bigger things when they get older. Very nice evening w them. So tried to convience Ryan and Adam to go out and go nuts w me in AC for Mur Mur Mondays as Fedde Le Grand was playing and that alone for me was reason to go as l really enjoy his music. HAD A TALK w several people bout how we hate how dance, trance ect music even dubstep(tho lm not a fan besides Skrillex) is now... Main stream and COOL and how b4 it was cool to meet someone into Kaskade or Steve Aoki or Fedde and now.... everyone knows who they are and lm happy for those artist career wise in making more money but it just seems like now the music me and a lot of club heads always liked in the past is now the stuff thats the trendy thing to do now. Same w dancing. And yea lm glad its like a cool thing to do now and A LOT more people are into dancing than back in the day but it feels so...... 'lets do it because everyones doing it' right now. More so hip hop choreo than anything else. Everyone seems to atleast play around and take some classes. Whatever.... so yea, hit AC and gambled for an hr and broke even w my $40 on craps going up and down hitting up to $60 and going back to $40 eventually and stopping there and then met up w Chloe and her friends. Also Tony and his squad were coming down as well doing VIP. Also saw and met a girl who was in my dance studio wayyyy back in high school days at Elite Dance Academy. We knew some of the same people. So met up w Chloe and her friends and well..... l totally forgot bout their connections and junk AND its AC and girls rule the clubs as Mur Mur was at MAX capacity, there was a LONG line and it was $25 to get in....... Cut line, didnt pay and got in even tho it was at max capacity hahahahaha felt pretty dope. But some of the girls worked there b4 and knew people and yea...... always got the right friends for the right situations l feel like. So partied, danced and Fedde Le Grand was amazing. Danced and drank and ran around for a lil and went back out to find her other friend Sam. Gambled a lil on Roulette w Chloe and Sam and we were having a lot of fun on it. Usually lm tense when l gamble but they made it fun. When we'd win(shared money) the girls would be screaming, making a scene and having fun w it. Sam - OH MY GOOOOOOOD WE JUST WIN A MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!11111111 And people would turn and look to see if we really did or not hahaha when we'd only win like $17. Went up and down and played. So Sam was at the Beyonce concert earlier and said 'todays my lucky day, what is today's date?!' l said 'the 28th' and she put $1 on 28 but really it was past midnight so it was the 29th and the ball was already rolling and while it was, no more bets happened, then as we realized it was the 29th and couldnt switch it... it hit 29 OSIGHOSIHGOISHGOISHGSR $36 missed cause lm an idiot. THEN we ended throwing $18 on black..... Sam said 'Todays my lucky day, DOUBLE ZERO' but l said 'youre crazy and put it on black..... well it hit Double Zero... 1 outta 38th chance she calls it and she did... when l threw down the last $18.... we coulda won $648 if we wouldve listened to Sam's crazy Double Zero. Welllll piece of advice... Listen to the crazy girls. So ran back in and Sam's friend had bottles and went in to party some more, danced, drank and one of the Les Twins, the same one battled a while back at one of the World of Dances was there and talked a lil. Izzy was battling one drunk earlier in the weekend haha in AC. So yea, had fun and partied till 4am? It got blurry. More running around, hitting up B Bar and then early morning hit back. Got home w the sun rising. Been doing that a lot lately.... watching the sun rise lol. Its kinda nice and kinda.... oh shit.         So tues woke up and got Buffalo Wild Wings w Hack. Thank you Hack for that. Heard some of his DEVIANT stories hahahah and yoo he FINALLY showed me a pic of one of the girls he is currently talking to and lm very surprised!! l was expecting MONSTERS because he's always shady bout it and even admits they are creatures of the night and not human beings hahaha but hey..... this guy.... this guy hahahahahhaa l was very entertained. So that was nice to break secret for once. Talked bout houses and work and junk too and it was a nice evening. Hit home for video games and then hit dance practice at Ryan's. FOCUSING on poses lately has paid off well as its consistent in a lot of poses. JUMPING into things looks so much cleaner than reaching and planting and then having the body position for the pose as JUMPING into poses has that explosive effect AND you're set there not moving where it counts longer for holding it. Working on power as well and trying out Ryan's SUPER CUTS as l call it as he turns his back completely to the dance floor right b4 jumping into power, then cuts and turns completely around and then when he jumps and plants, when both hands are planted(going for ground power) in that mid air push up position he is again facing away from the dance floor, altogether cutting a full 360 from start to when both hands are planted. Playing w it.... well you def have the momentum easily, just controlling it is different. All power moves are impressive because you are CONTROLLING a lot of wild momentum. The only thing l really gotta work on is keeping my hips from touching the floor as l gotta jump up higher when jumping into it so my legs are higher in the air. Had a good time w everyone tho. Played around w ideas w Asil as well for a good combination he was working on. Hit home for DragonballZ, food and video games. Been KILLINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG IT on Street Fighter X Tekken.... l realize, my problem was l went AFTER people too much when all l had to do was play chill, get a lil life lead w fireballs to start and then take advantage as there are only a few options to approach people and prepare best l can. Also.... not giving up ground, l try not to backflip and air fireball so much even w teleports, a good reader can heavily punish me coming outta the teleport if he assumed right when l would do it to get outta a corner.  KK so stayed up all night and all day on weds. Got in some trouble. Didnt even do anything, was just auto-in trouble. Quiet amazing. It was high school bullshit and thinking bout the past.... fuckkkk it. This person cries too much and too easily and it was unnecessary. Oh wait.... shes blocked. It was Bianca lol. l usually never post personal stuff but she wont see it haha. Took care of a lot of shit online and yayyyyy for $$$$$$$ lol.... also l've been online shopping a lil mucho lately but still using the major discounts. Shoulda spent $380 but spent $230 cause lm boss and got 4 new graphic T's from Express and a new fighting stick from Mad Catz and also new sneakers, similar style (ninja style) from Puma that l had b4 that l danced in for over a yr. The current shoes lm using, the classic Roma Puma which is like the classic Adidas sneaks were just too chunky for dancing and l never felt fully 100% fine dancing in them. l just did cause my other pair literally was falling apart lol. Bullshitted, ate, DragonballZ and played A LOT of Street Fighter X Tekken and blowing it up like crazy. lm playing SO confidently now and so calm. l just look forward to beating the next person. On win streaks like crazy, 5 win streaks, 8 win streaks here and there. Stayed up all night as well and took it easy. My body l think is SO USE to being on crack mode, it just stayed up. Broke my record and was up for 37 hrs lol. Pretty nuts. Got appointments booked for Fri and Mon and yea... feeling good bout life in a lot of ways. Money is always nice hahaha. Eventually knocked out. Woke up Thurs, did more work, booking appointments to see houses and others to write up offers. Yayyyyy write ups!! So hit up some clients to check in w situations on different things. Some friends are going to start looking at homes again now that they saved up more for a bigger down payment and stuff. Business in general just has been... a lot. So afterwards... Vicky came over to chill and watch Pretty Little Liars and bullshit around w. Chilled, got Wendy's and didnt really do much but bum it. She pced out late night and just took it easy. Fri started off w house showings w Mitch, an old friend from high school. Checked out just one place, first and only showing and he liked it and yeaaa.. OFFER TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111 So thats another one this week. Followed up the evening w video games and then getting ready to go out. So got Adam and we hit Jack's to pregame. Drank and talked and Chris and Jaimie came through. Very good time chilling and watched the game, had some bud light limes and it was the relaxing pregame l always talk bout. Talked bout girls, work and junk and l love pregamming at Jack's. We pced out to G Lounge and the rain killed some of the potential crowd which sucked. Pete Knuckles Rukkus Mantis Lien and her friend uhh forgot her name. The guys had no problem dancing asap. So partied, danced w friends and kept it simple. Typical night of good looking go go dancers and bartenders, the guys hunting girls like wolves and the bartenders up on the bar pouring shots in people's mouth. Afterwards, swung over to Whisper Lounge and met up w more friends. Izzy Chris and people were also in earlier and hung out w them most the night. More friends came through to the bottle service area. Brad who is a new client of mine who l met through Izzy, Sandra and Cece, Drew and girls we partied w at Delilah's and Zbar in the past. Met some new people as well just being in the area and a lot of the gogo dancers were partying w us as well. Also met SamK's good friend from school and she joined us for the remainder of the night. Had fun socializing and it was a good time as always. Late night, pced out and stuffed face at McDonalds and me and Adam enjoyed that mucho. Pced home and dropped Adam off and knocked out.            Sat morning woke up w only 4 hrs of sleep and got up to take my sister to the train station and we worked on her driving. She's driving just fine. Just time is all she needs. Afterwards, chilled for a lil and Brown got me as he had to nerd out and get 110 graphic novels from a guy selling them of different Marvel novels. We got Joss and hit King of Prussia Mall. Got the novels and hit the mall and Brown got us food. Thank you homie. Ate udon noodles and sushi and browsed some stores looking for dress shoes and trendy shoes. So ordered a pair l've been looking at for some time at Aldo and also visited Vicky at Forever21 tho she couldnt really talk as it was really busy. l thought it'd be really funny to take a picture of her, send it to her and have her be like 'wtf you were in my store?!' but then after doing so, l even felt like a creeper and had to go in and say hi haha. So hit back and only had a lil time to chill b4 Rich showed up. He got here and we hit AC NJ for Matt's bday. Made some calls and LaurenS, her bf Danny and DanielleA were gonna make it as well. Hit the hotel room and pregammed and ate food and chilled. We went in to get stamped and headed back out to pregame more. Getting the hookah, me and Rich stepped into an elevator w an old asian lady he didnt see cause she was in the corner and Rich said 'yo its smells like ass in here' and turned and saw her and we held it in best we could but we were dying laughing. We were laughing so damn hard w no sounds coming out, it was ridiculous. Laughed the entire elevator ride up and it just felt..... very college. More friends showed up and just drank, heavily lol. So the prices for drinks are ridiculous of course and its best sneaking in your own alc. Harrah's The Pool is by far the easiest to sneak in alc. After getting stamped and reduced, after pregamming for a while and catching up w the posse, we went back downstairs w not only our own drinks in our hands but l had a full pepsi bottle mixed w Bacardi in it. So we danced and refilled on my pepsi bottle of alc hahaha. Got pretty damn drunk as Rich was just pressuring me to drink all night. Danced inside right next to the pool and upstairs outside area as theres space to freely move. It was nice being w friends of my main groups during my college years. Matt on the KU Breakers, Rich my pledge brother from Alpha Chi Rho and Lauren and Danielle from the KU Dance Team and Lauren also being in Zeta Tau Alpha. But damn.... years ago we'd run out and party in Kutztown 2-4 nights a week together. Late night ended up gambling just a lil on roulette and then eating and chilling back in the room. We pced out late late night and got to my house and the guys passed out in the car. Slept all day and the guys pced out around lunch time l think haha and continued to sleep. Woke up at 6 something and just chilled and hit Brown's early to chill w Brown and Joss again. Smoked hookah, ate wings and watched OGMOSGSOG well first Unstoppable and then the season finale of Game of Thrones. Then Veep. Very good times. Bummed it and it was nice. Since then, hit home did some work. Found potential properties for one of my random clients and also 2 friends told me they were looking for homes so that was more work. Currently l have 14 clients. Only 3 of them are totally random, 4 being new friends and the rest are all friends l've had for a while. Business is good.                         Well... its 7am... l have house showings at 515pm in Allentown oihrgioharioghao.... a lot of driving. l really need to download all this music l plan to steal soon so l have something new for the car ride. Lifes fun if you didnt read this entry lol. lm just very tired tho. Late.
