With plans for my future on where l see myself going and seeing my investments in my past finally starting to pay off and seeing how easy and smooth everything is compared to how lost l was b4.... life is really good.
Mon just started hitting up all clients. Sending out listings. Booking showings ect. W Xanga closing - started importing my xanga entries to wordpress.com. Was going well posting them by months as xanga archived my entries by month so l have Aug 2003 Sept 2003 ect. Almost finished posting everything, wordpress.com shutdown my account lol l guess for spamming. Ended up making an account of blogspot.com finally..... its worry free. Watching History Channel and Military Channel on Gettsburg ALLL DAY AND NIGHT and even tho lm hearing the same story over and over again, the diagrams, maps and so forth really explain this better than history class. So yea.... now posting it all on Blogger.com the new xanga for me. Kept it a chill night and to myself. Nothing too crazy but got a lot done.
Tues l had a nice good anti social computer day. Just working from home and having History Channel on all night about Cults lol. Played some Street Fighter 4 finally and got into the swing of things again. Slowly but it takes a day or two to swing back into it. Just havent done any Injustice in a bit. Its hard to even balance out two games. Just time is rough to find free time. But yea, kept it another simple night to myself.
Weds woke up mad late and had work to catch up on. Hit up Hack's house w Brown for SteveC's birthday. We played Beerio Kart and that was mad fun. The guys were set on their tactic to chug the beer first, then race as you have to finish your glass b4 you finish the race. l won one game by starting out in 1st cause they all went to chug their beer, stayed in 1st, stopped at the finish line, chugged my beer and finished crossing the line. The other 2 games l got destroyed in last place and didnt even finish my drink haha. very fun times and glad l got to play games of Beerio Kart w everyone.
Afterwards, we got Vicky and drove down to MD to Bounme's place. Met up w everyone and we played 5way Magic, the ally and enemies variant where your opponents are those not next to you. Its A LOT of politics lol. Had fun and Brown and Alex won as Alex could have risked it to win alone but was sure Brown would have killed him at the end so it went to draw it.
Thurs woke up and holy shit...... what a crazy 14 hours. So Bounme's July 4th BBQ party was massive. Played Texas Hold'em which Alex won and then played lots of ping pong and was killing people tho l got gross as shit ontop of it just being hot in general. Lost to Bounme in UMVC3 which l havent played in a bit but he had the controls all screwy and he posted a status about beating me and all my jerk off friends added to the troll. And lm still pissed bout the trolling.
People started coming through around lunch time and more people made it through as the day went on. Started off bbq'ing and hookah w some drinks. Introducing Vicky and Brown to everyone lol. Met Mario's girlfriend Kelsey as well. First time l got to chill w Mario in forever. Had a good time, smoking hookah and enjoy Goof's jokes. The food was really good and later on the slip n slide got popular.
So the slip n slide cut my body up like crazy from crashing into the grass. Actually talking to Ch'Kori about our backs lol and how they are cut up. She loves my Xanga. And my stories in general. Tried a lot of tricks but dish soap and water is just chaos. Crashed on my head a ton of times. Me Goof and Akuma had a lot of ideas... nothing worked perfectly but thats part of the fun. Ch'Kori seemed a bit nervous in the start but jumped in later on. Also got to catch up w Jen a lil too since l last met them two at Bounme's months ago. They love my stories.Had fun bobsleeding and shit too haha. We all got mad dirty and had to hose off really hard.
Then Bounme screamed DODGEBALL and then played a lot of games of Dodgeball. Only rough part is that you cant jump and roll as the tennis court cuts you up. Got a few good pegs in people but overall our side lost more times. 4-2 blacks vs asians lol. Every house party l go to is racist in someways.
Night time comes around and people showed up in hordes. Just like his NYE party, it was ridiculous. Big dance party and DJ in one room. Gaming in another. Food and socializing in the kitchen. Beer pong and ping pong in the sun room. Bonfire. People setting off fireworks. Hookah and Final Fantasy arguments on the porch. Never have l seen a group of people go ratchet on Final Fantasy hahahaha.
Overall l laughed A LOT through the entire day. There was competition in so many forms all over the house and massive backyard. It was hard not to be gross as it was a hot day plus running around like an animal lol. Got pretty drunk when me Brown Vicky Domkey Mario Kelsey and some others just started doing shot after shot by the liquor table. It happens.
Met a lot of people, got to catch up w so many friends as my traveling time has been cut along w dancing and gaming in general so it was just REALLY NICE being w the overall MD group again. lm gonna try to visit a bit more as l just feel like lve been MIA from the scene around there esp w me making it to no bboy events as of lately but l dont like going if lm not entering. Its watching other people have fun. But yea, very fun times w a full day of partying and glad l got to spend time w so many friends. Thank you Bounme and Kotey for throwing another epic ass party. l wuv you guys.
Late night, drove home and dropped Brown off and me and Vicky passed out after getting a quick shower.
Fri made Vicky breakfast in bed. Did a good job w the scrambled eggs cooking them on low as youre suppose to. l usually cook them on high and see if l can make them good b4 they get burnt so they cook fast lol. Had a very lazy day as we were so beat from Thurs. Watched a lot of The Walking Dead as well and damn.... that show..... pretty epic. We made some korean bbq and napped and just rested very well. Had a nice full day w her before taking her back home. Got Mike and Brown and we hit up Whisper after dropping off the babyyyyy.
So we got there and saw McNabb so that was cool. Got VIP and Shwe Ly and Khin got there just as we were going in and the girls came in w us. So drank, did shots and danced through the night. Not a huge night as it was July 4th weekend. But w enough booze and friends, it was def a good night. Got all shitty, danced w the squadron and had fun lying to our bottle service girls for the sake of lying. It was a good time and also McNabb photobombed my selfie in the bathroom. Hit home late night and stuffed face w Wawa lol.
Sat got up in the afternoon and got Brown and we got sushi. Stuffed face and god l love it. From there left straight to Cookie's house party. Yea...... partying nonstop for Brown's birthday lol. So we got there and just started playing beer pong, drinking, shots, hookah........ yea lm mad tired. So l went 11-1 total in beer pong... 9-1 w Brown and then 2 more wins later on. Set up hookah and that was lit all night and playing other drinking games. Met some new people and glad l got to introduce Brown more to the ASA Squadron. Made a new bff Egan, this super nerd who had me and Brown cracking up all night, esp during beer pong. Yea it was just a really great typical what you hope for house party. Thank you Cookie for having us homie. Late night pced out, got wawa and hit home.
Sunday had house showings w Mally during the day. It was def a really hot day. Saw some good homes and it was good hanging out. The homes we liked were similar and its in an up and coming area. Afterwards picked up Vicky since l was 25 mins away and we got food at a Viet place close to her place. Just wanted to see her ya know? So we stuffed face and cooled off in the Viet place. Also a drunk guy(bum?) was just drinking and screaming. Like the guy was really really drunk. Who just day drinks at a shopping center?! Someone obviously likes to party. So we hit up the HMart next door and the good thing about going to this one in Upper Darby or in the city is its a lot cheaper than going to the HMart in Levittown. Its mostly cause that food has to be shipped far out ya know? Got more korean bbq pork butt.... god its so good.
Dropped her off and said late to the gf and hit back home to shower and then Brown got me so we hit up Hack's. The guys got some food to bbq and a cake for Brown's birthday which we sung him the worst Happy Birthday ever. First off, Hack turns out the lights b4 lighting the cake.... then realizes we have no candles so we sung it while Hack held a match, it blew out early so we just gave up singing halfway through hahahahaha. The guys got Brown an awesome card and we had a good night playing Standard and eating cake, burgers and then the Tom Collins. Hahhahaha YO they are sooo0o fucking good. So they were made strong and got pretty drunk. l was having a blast taking Brown's cell phone and causing trouble. Playing Magic and drinking Tom Collins. Tom Collins is one of the best things Hack introduced me to. That and Shadowrun. Besides that, hes useless. So we watched Dexter ep 1 and 2 of this last season and had a good night. Good times w the homies and we hit back late night and then l got the worst sleep in my life from the heat even w the AC blasting lol.

Monday had house showings w Phil and Kristen and saw some amazing homes. Like several really great homes. We really had to think to narrow down our favorites and why. Its just theres so many different factors what makes a home a great home and also of course, the location of the home is the biggest. How far it is from work, the highway, where your friends and family are, school district. Then the home itself - lay out - future remodeling - future value - future potential problems. Then you gotta put a point value on how important each is to you. Its not simple at all.
Had more work after for my closing on thurs. Just kinda worked... all day... you know... like careers are suppose to be lol. Uhh yea that was kinda my day.
Tues kinda was really stressed w work. W major things happening w several clients, l just had soooo much to work on. Had to miss the tournament in Philly l was gonna enter Street Fighter 4 and Injustice in because l had to take care of some things and was pretty upset about it. Gaming competitions arent common at all so when one is close(50 mins) l really want to go and to be so hype and miss it was just a big bummer. l was also gonna get dinner w Vicky afterwards since l'd be 10 mins from her place and didnt get to see her. Worked literally ALL NIGHT and DID NOT SLEEP on Tues. Just kept taking care of things and when l was all done. It was very late and l had to be up at 730am the next day to work and then hit real estate class for my NJ license. So finally had time to chill and got Team Fortress Classic to mess around. Still a great game. Maps were so smart then and in Team Fortress 2, they are terrible. Honestly..... all Team Fortress 2 needs is smart complicated maps. The maps were sooooo fucking open and mindless... its pointless. Imagine COD w just big open areas. It'd be stupid. The maps in COD are ridiculously complex.... in MW2 a bit TOO much where it felt like a maze. Anyway got Hitman Abosolution and yooo LOVE IT!! SOO GOODD!!!! BEST HITMAN YET and its a LONG game too. lm so glad the series is back. Beating it one time on Hard difficulty just to see how you're suppose to play the missions and then beating it another time on Purist(hardest) difficulty where you literally see nothing but crosshairs when aiming. No HUD, no radar or indicator.... just the game. It looks clean like that tho. Played for a bit till weds morning lol.
Weds hit my real estate class while taking care of work during our lunch break. Simple class and its only 15 hours. Not bad right? Felt kinda long tho... l mean first time in over a year l was taking a class for anything. Working on my closing for thurs ALLL day afterwards and couldnt sleep till l got some signatures back to send out to everyone else and wouldnt be able to get them till late night when the listing agent's sellers would get home so l ended up being awake for almost 30 hours. Its crazy how my body will just stay awake when l know l have to stay up. Its a little TOO good as l should just feel tired and NEED to sleep. l dunno, its adaptation... l think? Uhh yea... kinda just worked all weds... real life. Its like that eh?
So later hit up Penthouse to have a drinks and see boobs lol. It was aiight. Did my house showings w Mally and those went well and we saw one that really caught his eye. Good times chilling w Mally as always and after our house showings, pced to see Vicky Dana and Jimmy at Noche. So it was my first time there eating and not partying there lol. They ordered a bunch of stuff and we stuffed face on all sorts of food. Pizza, tacos and junk. Good catching up and seeing Dana and Jimmy. Me and Vicky tried to convince them to come to Delilah's w us to see some boobs but they couldnt make it w early work. l like corrupting people. Its fun.
So Me and Vicky got drinks and chilled at Delilah's for a little. Fun criticing girls w Vicky lol, its just fun. So saw some friends that worked there and introduced Vicky to Corinne as well. First time l saw her in a while. We then pced to Byblos for food and hookah and bummed the evening away. It was just really nice. Full evening w the girlfriend. Its crazy how l first viewed Vicky and now shes coming w me to strip clubs and smoking hookah. Hit home and passed out hardcore after that.
Fri just did work all evening as l woke up and then played a shitloada Hitman Absolution. The game even on the very hardest isnt actually that hard at all. You just gotta chill and be slick. Its so fun tho and so addicting. Later on got Brown and Adam and we hit up AC to meet up w the Drexel squad for Keith and Ivana's birthday. Got to Harrah's and started pregame right away. Lit the hookah and started drinking and meeting people haha. Very good times for the pregame as always and hotels are just fun in general.
We all got the limos and hit up HQ night club in Revel and just went apeshit. On the dance floor for almost 3 hours straight w this squadron. We were like 25 people deep. l was so damn sore but it was a really good time. Danced w some randos as Chris whispered something to one girl l was jokingly going to slap her ass and she smiled and took my hand lol. lm STILL wondering what he said to her. Whatever it was, it worked but still.... l must know!! Danced all night w new and old friends and glad Adam and Brown had a good time coming out and once again Keith's bday was nuts lol. We hit back to the room and smoked, drank and chilled and got to really know some people and some people went gambling too lol. Late night Adam drove me and Brown home and we got in at like 730am. Yea Friday.....
Sat woke up late and MattC came through as he had a meeting not too far. We played some Hitman together and then pced to Chris's place along w Rita to smoke hookah and we got pizza. Just smoked and chilled for the evening and convinced Rita and Chris to come out clubbing w us haha. So hit back and taught Matt a bit of Street Fighter 4 as l got ready and showed him online matches and we got Chris and Rita and hit Whisper. Met up w Ly and Shwe and the 6 of us danced all night. Also Jieun and her bf made it through. There was also G Lounge's event open till 6am and told friends to hit that up after Whisper was done at 3am.
Glad l got to party w Matt Rita and Chris tho as l havent gotten to PARTY party w them in a while. Havent gotten to see Matt in forever it seems. My legs werent even 100% from fri night but l lasted till 3am. Hit back and said night to Chris(monica's Chris, not Rita's Chris lol) and Rita and hit home and just stayed up playing Hitman Absolution all night so l could make the Magic the Gathering Tournament lol.
Sun met up w SteveC Hack and ScottM and we hit up the Magic the Gathering Magic2014 tournament pre-release event. Got the cards and made the decks and l was really hyped but l kinda FORCED red in lol as l was red/white. l got two really good white rares but nothing in red but forced it cause l always play red lol. So went 3-3 overall coming in 17th of 80 some total since l was 3-1 at the start.
Kinda sad l didnt do so hot but if l woulda won game 5... l woulda been 4-1 and then l would be 1 game away from being in Top8 but l lost by one turn in a crazy turn. Did win one game cause l coin flipped Tails 7 times in a row which is absolutely ridiculous. Kept getting two 1/1's each time l did it and it would stop when l hit Heads lol. People crowded around as it was happening as l did it once each turn and later on twice a turn. We all did aiight and Hack even did decent lol. l dont think he was so YOLO this time. Good times w the Scumbag Squad and hit back home to watch EVO. Only saw some of Injustice and passed out from being up for over 24 hours for the second time this week.

Mon had Real Estate class and then got Vicky. We got Dim Sum and Dim Sum Garden. Tho not really how Dim Sum is done because you dont order it, l love eating there. Its just really really good food. We then hit Penthouse so she could compare and see boobs lol. It was aiight again. Only 2 really good looking girls. They had some straight up fat chicks in there. Afterwards, got Rita's waterice and we got Allison from the train station and hit my office to get my check then finally hit home.
Me and Vicky took a good nap and then then woke and watched some The Walking Dead... We're almost halfway done season 3. We seriously watch 3-5 episodes each night together lol. We hit the grocery store and got ribs, noodles and stuffed shells. Cooked together and it took forever lol. We realized we wouldnt be eating dinner till midnight haha. So ate and watched more The Walking Dead before passing out.
Anyway.... We hit the Honda Dealer as SeanB fixed up my tires and gave me an oil change. l owe him and got him something tho. He doesnt know it but l'll deliver it soon. Me and vicky jumped in some cars and l thought about my future car. Prob gonna be another Civic. l like the Accord and yea its more luxury and only $7,000 more but overall.... l like the civic more interior and exterior wise. The Accord just has more stuff but the feel of it isnt as dope as the Civic personally.
Hit back and got steaks and made those w sautated onions and mushrooms and stuffed shells and stuffed face while watching The Walking Dead all night. Got sooo crazy we couldnt stop watching!! We watched till midnight and then l took her back late night. Miss her already arioghaiorhgaiohgoigar. Very good two days w the baby hehe.
Woke up early weds w no sleep and hit my class and aroighadiorghaio class is so lame. Took my test and got an 89% in the class and got my Certificate for CE/Broker credit and now lm eligiable for my NJ license. l gotta study the NJ rules and regulations and re-study the national portion of the testing again as l have to pass BOTH at the same time rather than 1 part on try one, another part on try 2. It blows. Hit back home and was still getting maddd dizzy from lack of sleep. Pulling two all nighters in one week and getting under 4 hours of sleep b4 a big exam is kinda a killer lol. So slept at 430pm and woke up at 1230am now being thurs lol.
