Sup Guys, work is going very well lately except for the finding clients part. Got closings and offers sent in but now in this nice weather, l dont get to enjoy it w house showings. So last tues, had work during the day and then started my 14 hour online course. Fun Fun right? So lm cheating in a way as lm taking pics of every page w my iphone5 then going to the notes during the question. Ended up taking a break as Brown took me out to eat for my birthday. Got Red Lobster and yo... people talk a lot of shit on Red Lobster cause its a chain but no.... LOBSTER IS LOBSTER AND EATING 2 LOBSTERS IN ONE MEAL WILL ALWAYS BE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!111 So thank you Brown as that was awesome. Lobster's Lover meal was a bit too amazing. l get off to it. We hit Best Buy after to get shit. l got an electronic piano that plugs into the computer to make beats and junk. Its pretty fun. l like to play w shit and music, its fun. Working on learning the program in general. Finished up the rest of that half of the 14 hr course and did it in 4 hours and 45 mins.   Weds Vicky came over early and we had a picnic. DawwwWw... So we got some food at Super Fresh and ate and chilled in Tyler State Park. Walked a little but... its a park lol... not much places to go so we headed back pretty early. Laid out on some rocks and enjoyed the weather and it was really nice. Later on Joss and Adam came through for hookah and food. Bummed it and then we ended the night hitting up Chinatown. Got bubble tea and salt and pepper chicken at David's and enjoyed that. So that was awesome. Dropped off Vicky and said night and hit back home.     Thurs got my haircut when l woke and did some office work late night. Ended the night on Street Fighter 4 on stream for a long time. Didn't really do much that day. Just some work on my phone and junk and yea lol, l enjoyed that a lot. Very quick day.  Friday pced out to KU and met up w Eric and the brothers at Jeff's place. Smoked hookah and chilled. JimS came through and l was glad to see him as its been a while. Cant believe w pledged Spring 05 and its Spring 13 now. 8 yrs ago. So l got the guys a keg and we brought it to the sister sorority AST's house and had a party. Just drank, played beer pong and me and Eric still have it!!! JakeH came through along w his gf and it was really good seeing them two. Jake was my old wingman senior and super senior yr of college. He was always just down to go out when l would've been rolling solo to a party l wanted to go to. Hahahah we were getting destroyed by the younger guys but still won. Met some friends of friends and some who turn out to know some of the same friends in Philly. Swung by the bar and caught up w so many friends. Glad to see l still knew a good number of people still there. Just ran around and caught up w friends and later on Mandi came through from the KU Dance Team as she was judging tryouts the next day. Danced w her and Jade(also currently on the Dance Team) and had a good time being there. Ended the night as me Steve and Eric stopped by Emily's place and met her bf and the former KU Dance Team President along w another one of the judges for the tryouts the next day. Heard some things that was a nice ego boost. The same thing that ego boosted me my last few yrs of Kutztown University and after lol. l cant believe it still exists. Mandi was also staying there and Jade chilled w us as well. Just talked and it was nice to be chilling w the new dance team. Hit back to Jeff's late night and me and Eric ended the night smoking hookah and watching Top Gear. Very glad l got to see my fraternity brothers, sister sorority and former dance team.      Sat woke up and stopped by the KU Dance Team tryouts. Emily gave me quite the intro as l walked in lol, felt like a celeb. Hung out and also got to catch up w BreeS who l was friends w who was also on the KU Dance Team before l graduated. Really fun just seeing the judging process and tryouts again. It was nice just being there. Back in Risley too, holy shit. So met a few more of the Eboard and had a good time being there and hanging out. Left later on to JohnP's bbq at his home(my first real estate sale) and ate food, lit the hookah, had some drinks and chilled w friends and met some other friends of friends. Very friendly people and had a good day being outside. Been waiting to bbq forever. l love when the weather gets nicer. DDR and watching shows and eating more food. It was a very nice time. l plan on getting JohnP a firepit for his place since everytime l've been to his place was very sporadic and havent had time to get him a house warming gift. Pced out from there to hit up Hai's birthday party at Jeff's. Got there and caught up w friends. l havent been around the Philly asian squad much lately as every weekend l've been bouncing around spot to spot. So got to drink and eat w a ton of friends and some of my crew came through. Adam Will and SeanB also made it out and had fun dancing and playing beer pong. Won our first game w Yenn tho it took forever on that long ass table and playing 10 cups. Good to catch up and chill w Yenn as well. Met some new people and just had a good time being immature. Ended the night w korean bbq w Adam Will and Sean and stuffed face and hung out till very late night just talking bout tons of drink and going apeshit on this food.               Sun woke up and me and Adam hit up Hack's. Just had a full day of a lot of Magic the Gathering. Got my birthday gift from the guys. Thank you Scumbag Squad. Its a playmat of me w the wordes 'Every Day lm Tappin' LOL hahaha l feel on the floor laughing. If you dont play Magic, you wont get it. But l love the gift and will be using it at tournaments and shit. Its so vain!! Its awesome. Watching SteveC play Zerg on Starcraft 2 HOTS and Game of Thrones. Ate food, talked bout nerdy shit and just had a really nice full day there. Also watched one of the One Piece movies which did spoil some things for me but its gonna be forever till l start on that series. l like to play video games or read up on video games on my free time. l only watch stuff on the side when lm doing stuff on the computer or when lm eating lol. But yea, very awesome Sunday w the Scumbag Squad w Adam Steve Joe and Hack.      Monday woke up and had house showings w John and Michelle and had a really good day of showings again. Weather was nice and it was just a good day. Me and Adam picked up food again and ran into my team leader Mary. Got some good food and hit Hack's for more chillage w Hack Joe and SteveC. More Magic the Gathering, watching Louis CK and eating pierogies and stuff. Another fun night and chilled till 1am. Afterwards..... hit my office lol yea.... had some work to do. Took out a ton of work and got to work peacefully and had fun at my office.     Tues more house showings w John and Michelle and hit my office for some paperwork  .
Very fun day w them as always and bought Injustice Gods among us and
hit home and worked on my online courses. Mostly done but l just got fed
up how POINTLESS it really is and cracked open the game and played for a
while. l was loving it. So Injustice Gods Among Us review by Rob Zheng. Game is awesome. So execution for combos isn't extremely tight like Street Fighter. There are not links, so as long as you press the chain of commands, they all happen even if you hit it really fast. The ONLY time you need timing during the combos is during a bounce. A ground bounce or wall bounce, you gotta wait till they are about to hit the floor for their knockdown and right before that happens, you start the next chain. So there are a few ways to make the combos more damaging. Using the environment which takes a lot of skill since it is very situational(being at the right spot at the right time) but the pay out adds around 50% more damage than just using a typical Bread n Butter combo. You can use your Meter Burn(Street Fighter EX Bar) to do more damage on your specials, use your specials to extend and juggle your opponent or dash cancel and do a bigger combo. Of course, you always gotta quickly do the math if its worth it or not. In a single match, l've been building a total of 6 bars per game. The Super requires 4 bars which is the max you can stock at a time. Also, use the bars for wager battles of breaking combos. Theres a lot of...... math to do to see is it worth it or not. Esp when they lose their one lifebar, they just start another so you dont wanna burn meter when you can take down the rest of one lifebar without using it. lm not gonna Super them when they got 16% life left. So the game though very different than any other fighter w so many new mechanics is still like Mortal Kombat is some sense. Everyone has a sweep which is the same command, everyone has an overhead that is the same command and same w the wall bounce. Everyone has the same health, same hurtboxes and it seems like same types of dash. Not like Street Fighter w different health, walk speeds, dashes and properties, hurtboxes... practically everything is different. In a way l like everyone being totally unique but for jumping into ANOTHER Fighting Game, it makes things less complicated and therefore user friendly that there is more consistency between characters. Why? Well all combos work the same on everyone where as Street Fighter, you can get in some combos on bigger guys than other guys, then there are just odd things that you can and cannot do on just other characters. Its good to know, knowledge on a combo is consistent among the cast. Also playing multiple characters will be easier. To jump into another Fighting Game as deep as Street Fighter, say King of Fighters would be incredibly overwhelming which King of Fighters 13 is one game l would like to play one day but maybe l'll wait till 14. Lastly, it is like Mortal Kombat on the Yomi aspect and being VERY clear on it. Yomi is a japanese term and we use it because we dont have a term for it, just the layers of countering. Overall, l enjoy it... its all bout patterns, reading patterns and bullshitting people. Its like poker bluffing and reading but on speed. If l plan to throw rock my opponent based on the previous few games may have an idea lm gonna throw rock of all choices, so then l'll throw scissors, to counter his paper, but then they may think that so then l throw paper to counter their rock. If l think one more layer, lm thinking of throwing Rock again. So Yomi never goes past 3 layers. Not only in rock paper scissors but whatever is the popular choice, theres a counter, theres a counter for that too and then to counter that, is the first choice again. So in this game, from talking to friends of my Midnight Fights Group on facebook(gamers who l enter tournaments w).... the metagame is such... Projectiles are how the matches start off. They dont trade but go past each other. So the quicker projectiles win which is why l like Deathstroke. So then people have to dodge the projectile to get to me which in this game is practically only jumping forward. Dashing will crash into the bullets and there are no teleporters. You can use environments to get closer but in the end.... theres no moves(lve seen anyway) that dodge projectiles. Then when you jump, l can jump and shoot horizontally or use the anti air projectile. Pretty much.... l throw rock a lot and when l feel you are gonna stop blocking and go for paper(jumping forward)... l throw scissors and you're back on the ground, damaged and as you get up, you're already getting pegged w Rock again. Now why is this good? l set the pace of the match. YOU must REACT to ME. Theres other ways l can throw scissors too. lm gonna learn several characters and not take it TOOOO serious for a bit tho. The game is gonna get an update lm sure to drag down whoever is top tier and change things and l'll have more fun not stressing myself to be the very best and enjoy multiple characters. So yea, Injustice, its friendly to new comers to Fighting games and just a fun game in general. Pace is a bit slower than lm use to but thats ok. Gives me a split second longer to think of if l should shoot, dash back, anti air or go in.  Weds Vicky came over early and she brought over Joe's Crab Shack. YUMMM lol l love seafood and she brought a ton w her. So stuffed face and oh man l was loving it lol. We chilled all evening and the weather was just wayyyy too nice so had to have people over for drinks food and hookah on the back porch. Been dying to do that forever since the end of last summer. l remember Sept it was getting a bit too cold to have people over and outside and l was pretty sad. So we hit my office as l had to turn stuff in as l got stuff in my email and Vicky was my little secretary. She doesnt like it when lm bossy hahaha but it was kinda fun just telling her to go into my emails, reference things from it, go to the printer and hand me the paperwork and stuff. Having a secretary seems fun. l need more money so l can hire one lol. Afterwards, Joss Brown and Adam came through and we had a chill evening smoking eating and drinking. l damn loved it!! Its just sooo damn relaxing. Having my girlfriend, my friends, drinks food hookah sitting outback in this nice weather. l really turned into an old man but l've grown to appreciate things like this. That and bbq's, firepits, pools and hot tubs lol. l dont need everything to be apeshit crazy or competitive to enjoy something. l appreciate and enjoy things a lot more lately. It's nice not to stress about winning or having a crazy night sometimes. Good time chilling and talking bout stuff and it was just nice. Afterwards, we just napped and talked and had the rest of our night to ourselves. Relaxing and tried to trick her to stay over night. My trickery only gets her to stay longer by keeping the conversation going when she's about to leave lol.      Thurs she came back over. Nice waking up to my girlfriend entering my room lol. So we napped cause l didnt get much sleep the other night and woke up later and hit the carnival at Shady Brook Farm. So we got the $20 all you can ride and met up w my little sister Allison and her friend Emily and ran around and hit rides, played some games and ate funnel cake. It was a fun night and all the rides were all dizzy as shit. just a lot of spinning one way but moving another way. You just get sick lol. Like all of them. Except the straight drop ride. That shit was scary. Its only 2 seconds of free falling but that free fall feeling, it'll always be scary. l enjoy it more cliff jumping into a river tho. Just that youre not connected to anything at all, its more exciting. Plus hitting the water feels nice. Also got an accepted offer on the home for John and Michelle. Told them the great news and was in a really great mood. Feeling great about my career now having 2 more closings coming up. It'll be nice to constantly have 2 closings to look forward to as lm showing houses. l need more clients tho. Closing and getting accepted offers on all of them(one more left!!) leaves me w money coming in but l need to have money for the future. Potential money anyway, one thing that's not fun w commission. But still.... lm very happy we got accepted off the bat and its an amazing home. A LOT of the homes we looked at EITHER had great location OR it was a great home but we had a hard time finding both in one home and lm so happy we found it and got it. lm really happy for them. So that was a fun evening and hit back and we ate food and watched more Pretty Little Liars. We need to catch up fast so we can start of The Walking Dead. We just cuddle too much lol, no joke. She pced out late and l just knocked out afterwards.     Today(fri) woke up and hit the home inspection on Brett's home and things checked out fine. Chilled w Brett and his family, Mary and Ted the inspector. Glad things went smooth and it was pretty quick. Hit the office afterwards and had A LOT of paperwork to do for the accepted offer and also putting in another offer. lm much more confident on paperwork now. It's finally not....... 'Omg what is this shit!??!  'John came through to take care of some things as well and got all my work done in 4 hours. Dropped off paperwork to the listing agent and hit back home. Now just typing here, posting pics and will be working on my online courses. I would be doing it now but it keeps crashing lol. So yea. Gonna do that and maybe play Injustice if l got free time. l wanna play now but l really gotta finish my online courses lol. Clubbing tonight and introducing 2 college friends who DJ to the General Manager Clark at Whisper Lounge tonight and hopefully will be able to set them up w some nights to DJ there soon. Managing DJ's, promoting..... seems pretty fun. Along w my Real Estate career, lm also hyped to see where my night life career will go in the future. Its just straight up fun. Well... l love my life as always. Sup Guys, l had a great birthday week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111 l love my friends so much. From the closest friends to the ones that l just see at clubs and parties and barely know..... you guys all mean a lot to me. So check it out. Thurs had house showings w John and Michelle. Saw some potentials and had a good time just browsing homes and enjoying the search w them for that dream house. Finding a great home isn't hard. Its finding a great home at a great location thats the tricky part. Got on the phone and got an accepted offer finally on Brett's offer. So lm really happy about that as he's been waiting for an answer for quite some time. Def feeling really good about my career lately. Later on picked up my Father from the train station as he came home from China and l dunno.. he's just screws up too much. Esp when his mistakes were effecting my career. Just w my parents..... l guess different is the best way to describe them. In life you choose your friends, you choose who you want to date and what kind of people you want to surround yourself w. You however never get to choose your parents. Afterward dropping off Father, headed out to meet up w my girlfriend Vicky and met Dana and Jimmy for dinner. We had a nice sushi dinner at Fat Salmon. So l read the Yelp reviews(l love Yelp) and it seemed pretty positive so l excited to have nice sushi. Got there and had a nice time talking and eating w Vicky and her friends. The sushi was bigger than normal sushi. Guessing thats why they are called Fat Salmon lol. It all made sense. Stuffed face and had a really good dinner w them and we checked out another spot for bubble tea. So we got bubble tea and l usually ALWAYS get Taro cause thats all l know. Tried out new stuff and it was not too bad. lm still a Taro fan tho lol. Ended the night and said night to Vicky Dana and Jimmy.    Fri woke up and hit the closing for Hack's home. Hack and his brother Joe bought a home which is my first new construction deal. What l liked about it was that there is a lot less work. Less paperwork, home inspection is pointless, no worrying bout mortgage(they get home benefits w going w the new construction mortgage company) and yea..... l kinda just signed one piece of paper and got the check lol. Didnt take as long as most closings either. lm really happy for them tho. So aftewards was helping move in. Well...... that shit was gonna suck even tho we had so many people. We saw the storage garage and even w all of us, that shit sucked so bad lol. Took a few hours but we got them moved in comfy. Had some drinks and pizza and hung out. Met some of Joe's friends as well and tho it was a long day, they got their home and everything moved in and it looked really nice. l was really happy for them. Hit home only to eat and head back out. Hit up Jieun's birthday and met up w some friends and met some of her other friends. Had drinks and danced a little at Ten Six in Center City. We then pced to Whisper and got her and a few in for free and the rest reduced and ended the night there dancing and drinking. She seemed really happy having a good squad of her friends there and it was a chill night. Thank you Clark for the hook up.         Sat me and Brown hit the Magic tourney. First time not placing within the Top 4. WAHHHHH lol but it happens. l wanna try out his deck and both SteveC's and Hack's deck sometime for local tourneys. l just have to learn them more. We got food afterwards and two of the players joined us as they were cool to talk w. They also do tournaments for Mortal Kombat which l could relate w them. Nice guys. Later on hit Hack's. Adam wasn't feeling MD and my other ride to MD left really early while l was still at closing w Hack so l sadly could not go to my 4 way birthday in Baltimore MD at The Get Down. It's just too much to drive for 5-6 hours just to party for 5 hrs and drive home. Esp alone and having to pay for all the gas and tolls. Tho l sadly didnt get to party w my MD friends, lm glad l still got to chill w the guys at Hack and Joe's new place. Played Magic the Gathering, drank and ate and had a really chill night w the Scumbag Squad lol. Scott was teaching Jeni how to play. Me Brown SteveC and Hack were playing each other aggressively and for a sat night not out going apeshit, it was nice. Sunday well me and Brown woke up and kinda went back over and hit people up. Adam playing Monster Hunter. Joss came through late and actually really liked using SteveC's mono black deck. Drinking my girlie Mike's Hardlemonade and we all chilled and watched the first episode of the new Game of Thrones. OMGOGOMGOMGOMG l love Game of Thrones. It was a full day of more Scumbag Squad chillage.      Monday started the day off w more house showings w John and Michelle and the weather was beyond amazing. Didnt even feel like work. Chilling in various backyards, feeling out what it could be and comparing homes. It was relaxing. Just a lot of thinking between two homes. Prob one of those incidences where you need to sleep on it and see it from a different perspective. Hit the office afterwards and worked on paperwork for a while and snacked on Wendy's. l was set to just sit out on the back porch and just smoke hookah and call to see who was down to smoke, drink and eat out back w me but then it just started to rain lol. What timing... so l hit Street Fighter 4 on stream and had good time playing, messing w new ideas and set ups. The problem is.... so many ideas only work on defensive people. l need more safe approaches that punish aggressive players. Aggressive players do much better against me than non aggressive cause lm always going for offense - blindly. Ended the night doing the Draft w Hack SteveC and Brown at Stomping Grounds. Went 2-2 but Brown atleast placed in tied for 2nd. Had fun and it was a good time chilling w the guys. Seeing Brown blow more money on building new decks like a baller lol. As l was hitting home, people were mentioning Mur Mur and l have been wanting to hit AC for a while now to just go apeshit crazy on the dance floor as long as l dont have house showings in the morning. So did a lot of planning as Siweon and her boyfriend Min were in AC NJ as well.     Tues woke up and hit the office to kill a lot of paperwork. Just did my best for my time and had my only meal - progressive soup. Right after had house showings w Brian and Somanette and we saw some potential homes and did a little research for them about them. Booked more showings of the ones we liked for Friday and left to get Vicky. So l picked up Vicky and we were going to Atlantic City NJ to meet up w Siweon and Min. We gambled a little and got changed as Alec put us on his list. We played slots for a little to see who would last the longest. Losers finished off our pregame bottle that we brought to Caesar's. Vicky won but then we didnt even know what we did w that bottle lol. So hit the club and got drinks and chilled for a little then started dancing. Had a really good time and l like the vibe of Dusk. Danced and acted like retards on the dance floor and had a lot of fun. We all ended up spilling our drink on the dance floor at one point or another lol. So bad. Afterwards, ran around and took pics w many things, mostly statues. Did my pose w the big Caesar right outside of Dusk and we took more pics w other stuff for a little bit. The girls being pervs lol.                   Next we got my room and the 4 of us hit The Pool in Harrah's. We jumped back and forth into the hot tub and the pool and it felt really nice everytime we switched. The view was ridiculous, being a sunny day and being in the center of the pool and the center of the glass dome. So ended up playing water volleyball w other people in the pool as they set up the nets. More younger people, more our age came in when that happened and had 8v8 Volleyball for like 4 games tho we lost lol. l was killing it tho hehehe just we had this dude who jumped for everything but always jumped early and then would fall WITH the ball and not hit it. But yea, ended up staying in there for 3.5 hrs lol. l thought we'd be there for a bit under 2 hours. But lm really happy we were in the pool and hot tub for so long. lm ALLLLL ABOUT POOLS AND HOT TUBS!!!!!!111 Pools... hot tubs.... bbqs...... firepits....... back porches..... I LOVE SUNNY WARM DAYSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!1111 So we built up an appetite and ate our remains and me and Vicky went to sleep for a little. Siweon took my phone and took a pic of us and posted it on my instagram lol. We got Bill's burger and stuffed face and gambled a lil on slots and roulette. Just lost some chump change and then hit back. l wasnt there to gamble, just to chill. We then got my hookah and smoked and drank and chilled all evening. Later on Adam JessH KarenM Lien and StephO came through!! So we pregammed and chilled and smoked and had a lot of fun in the room. Really happy they came through. 1130pm we got stamped for free thanx to Alec and The Pool was RIGHT BY our room which is why l got Bayview towers. Went back up to drink and smoke more and then at like 120am we hit The Pool to party. So ran around danced and aorighaiorhga the music was so dope. The lighting, the space, the pool in the middle as the girls jumped in for a little. Dancing under the stars. It was very ideal. Had fun dancing w the girls. It was kinda ridic, me and 5 girls lol. Just got wild and acted stupid all night and had a blast. Partied till a bit past 3am and decided to hit back to the room. Chilled w Vicky and Adam and the girls came back in later as they were gambling off rich guys money lol. They lost it all hahaha l still gotta get the full stories of that night.                     Thurs me and Vicky hit back and got some food on the way home. Dropped her off and had to do paperwork for a while as my cell phone can only forward and read my emails and stuff for what l had going on. Later on hit practice at Ryan's and had a good time chilling w the guys and working on new ideas and barrel mills. Pulled my thighs though lol lm an idiot.  Fri hit the office for more work and then had house showings in the evening w Vee's family. Both her aunts and we re-looked at a home that me Somanette and Brian saw before. They really loved it and lm really happy and now we'll be putting stuff together in the future. lm really happy we found it together. Later did some gaming in the evening and then hit Lori's for pregame for my birthday party at Whisper. Adam got me and friends came through to smoke and drink. StephO thank you for the cookie lol. Had fun w friends pregamming and chilling and just socialized for almost 3 hrs at Lori's drinking and smoking. Had a really good time w friends and introduced friends to friends. MattC and Jared came out too and introduced them to everyone. We bounced to Whisper a bit late and found friends all over the dance floor. Everyone asking where have l been lol. l love pregame lol. But yea, dance floor all night. Got drinks and thank you guys for the Corona's and Kamakazi shots. Mostly on the dance floor all night going apeshit w everyone. Introducing friends to friends on the dance floor and danced w some randos as well lol. Met friends of friends at the bar and dance floor and l was more drunk than usual and was more wild than usual. Had an amazing night out and it was everything l wanted. We ended the night w some late night McDonalds lol. Very good times. Thank you again Lori and Ryan for setting up the pregame.                   Sat woke up early and took my sister to the train station then hit the Magic the Gathering tournament w Brown during the day. Used SteveC's new mono black deck as l think its fun to play and its actually very good, esp against aggro. So went 3-2 in the Swiss but 1 of my wins was against a higher seed as there was 19 players entered so some people would get seeded up and down later during the Swiss format of the tournament. 2 of my wins were against Aggro opponents too which were pretty easy wins. Small smart choices that l had to make but overall, went well. Lost in Top 8 however and got packs. Pced out to hit home only to shower and then go back out for Rona's birthday dinner lol. So l was afraid of getting there late but nope l was the first one lol. Friends came through and met other people through friends and had a drink and chilled at the bar till we got seated being all nice and fancy pants lol. Everyone got there eventually and ordered more Risotto hehe, this time Seafood Risotto. Very nice dinner indeed. Had a good time socializing and stuffing face and dinner was very good. l Yelped it ahead of time to make sure lol. Enjoyed the jokes and Karen loves me jokes so much. Very good seeing Rona tho and happy her birthday dinner was a success. She's always been very nice and calm. Very nice to meet her bf as well. Positano Coast was very dope. Got some vanilla cheesecake for Vicky and pced out and said night to everyone. Got Vicky and hit back and we ate Cheesecake and watched shows and cuddled and aeroighaeirghaiorhga we so cute. EHHEHEHEHEHEHEHE so we just kept it to ourselves and it was a happy way to turn 27.          Woke up and we hit Isaac Newton's. So Vicky forgot her phone at the house and ran in real quick to get it as l was in the car but she's clever and she actually called in to tell them we were coming to give me surprise birthday cake lol. So got there and stuffed face and holy shit the burger l got, Blaine's burger, HUGE!! So l had to Hulk Smash that shit down first before eating it. Stuffed and then 3 people came to sing to me Happy Birthday w the cake. l made a nice wish .
Nice being there as l use to work there on and off througout high
school when l wasnt doing sports(summer and fall). Thank you Vicky for
the surprise. So later on, we hit up H-Mart for different asian meats,
ribeye and butt lol no joke and lychee for our Lychee Martini's Vicky
was excited to make. Hit back and took a good nap and then woke up and we played some Street Fighter 4 on stream teaching her the game. Just realized how insane it is to teach someone a game like Street Fighter who never played a fighting game in general. Theres just....... so much to take in. She was able to do special moves pretty quickly tho. l was probably overloading her w information as lm eager to get her good, just like the piano. l had fun. Adam and other friends were watching and chatting w us on my stream. Rita Chris Brown and Adam came through to smoke hookah, have food and drinks and it was really nice. So we made the Lychee Martini's which turned out really great. The girls did it really lol. l just set up hookah. Made the meats and rice and it was amazing. Siracha sauce w it. Was a good time. Joss came through later to smoke and chill. Had a nice evening just chilling. For my actual birthday, it was simple and nice and from all the partying, it was good to just sit around a table w some good friends and enjoy food, hookah and a nice drink. IT WAS VERY IDEAL!! l just wish we coulda did outside but it was too windy. lm waiting on that day to smoke drink and eat outside on a porch. l dunno if lm getting old and lame or if lm just really able to appreciate simple things now. But yea, just friends, food, drank, hookah in the nice weather is what lm so excited for. But yea........ that night was perfect. Afterwards everyone bounced around 11pm and me and Vicky napped and napped for a while. l didnt wanna take her back but eventually did late night lol as she had work in the morning. Talked about a lot of stuff on the way dropping her off and had a nice ride home. lm very thankful for my relationship.            Today(mon) woke up and well 7 houses were booked and mapped it out and had to do some tweeking as hoems and times got all a4iwehaeihgioaehg but l figured it out and met up w John and Michelle and checked out homes all day. We were VERY GOOD w sced for seeing so many homes in a single day. l was afraid we'd be terribly off sced and miss out on a few homes. Had a good time and the weather was amazing again. Afterwards, hit home, ate dinner then back to the office working on paperwork as the title company prob wants to kill me. Always thinking l got everything turned in but not perfect. l THINK l got it all in this time. l also worked on and finished my Ulti file (ultimate fileee) but l like saying Ulti file, l dunno why. Just to keep paperwork and stuff much easier and in tune..... yea, lm excited to use it on my next offer lol <- this is how lame l got. Turned 27 and excited bout paperwork pdf files l created. Been in and writing here and watching River Monster and chilling. Gonna eat and watch more shows and yea got 14 hrs of online continuing education for real estate to do. Not fun and a waste of money cause obviously lm just gonna screenshot every page and use it during the 5 quizes and test obviously. Online classes..... what a joke.      KK l love you guys. Late.
