My theory has always been.... if you aim for 80%, you'll prob hit between 65-80% give or take. If you're happy with your 80%, that's all you'll ever get. And yes - 80% isn't a bad grade/place to be/achievement ect and if you are happy with 80%, that's totally fine. But if you aim for 80% and you get 80%... next time aim for 85%. It's not that much more work than before and its baby steps to get better. Now lm applying this analogy to all types of goals. lm def beyond happy with everything l have going on for me and sometimes l get greedy but lately... its hard to even try to be greedy. l dont know how my weekends could be MORE fun than they already are(as they have been for... forever lol) and w all other things coming together so nicely.... l dont even know what goals l want to make. lm already knocking out lil goals here and there for 2015 ahead of time and most likely going to exceed other 2015 goals by the time its Dec 31 2015.
l want to be greedy so l get more things done, materialistic satisfactions met and yea.... if l want lobster, steak and oysters everyday - that's not an issue for me to log into my wells fargo account lol. After l buy some few small USEFUL items off Amazon.com tho... lm done spending money like crazy as l get into these phases. It's because sometimes lm just playing video games, working and partying and not buying anything... when l do buy... l go overboard. l clothes shop literally twice a year and buy a lot each trip(which l just did this weekend). Anyway...
Had the busiest work week of my life this week and that is not an overstatement. Also had an AMAZING memorial day weekend.

Tues l got up early as balls and got my teeth cleaned by my mother as she's a dental hygenist. Had to listen to her talk about whatever but some good news about the future and my grandparents plans and shit. Good news but overall, l rather not depend on my family for anything, not in a dick way but in a independence way.
After, got my haircut by Sarah and we caught up about Philly nightlife as we always talk about and ahhh l LOVE getting my haircut. l just feel complete when lm not doofy looking. Took care of mad work and hit Giant to get mad food and dropped off my old Graphics Card that l spilled water on to hopefully get sent back over w a replacement even tho it was my fault on the water damage.
Had some time to play Mortal Kombat X and streamed finally as l feel comfortable w my character - Erron Black, Outlaw variation. Went 9-1 to start before l started to even out the ratio. He's just a really good solid character. Now that l see fighting games differently... OMGGGG lm so fucking picky in finding everything l like.

So later, Brown got home and we hit the hookah and just talked bout a ton of stuff for almost 2 hours and then afterwards... ate my lobster because l deserved it. Squeezed two full lemons into melted butter and threw in lobster meat and ate that shit. OMGOMGOMG.... soo.... l may just buy 3 lobster tails for $30 instead of buying a full lobster but something is just fun about getting a live full lobster ya know?! It just feels right. Haven't decided yet. Maybe l'll get a full live lobster and another lobster tail on the side as l was so sad when l was done eating. Anyway..... it's so easy how to have an awesome evening.
Peacefully took care of work and bullshitted on Facebook and shit to end the night.
Weds got up and got Ryan and we checked out his new home for the final walk through and hit up closing. Great to see everyone again at closing and always good to catch up w Mike Drew about all the clients we have together and how things are moving along. Closing was extremely smooth and was under an hour. l literally just sat there and talked about whatever as the title company took care of everything at closing as always. Hard work lol.
Afterwards, Kevin met up w us and we got a ton of sushi to celebrate. Just stuffed face and yo.... l dont eat sushi as often as l use to. Shogun is really cheap AND GOOD so its like... l should eat sushi more often ya know but l just dont think of it when coming back from Philly or going out of my way to get. Most the time.... lm just too lazy to leave the house if l dont have to because a lot of the time, l have to leave the house for work or whatever.... so when l dont have to just for food, l rather not. But yea, glad we got a massive plate of sushi and it really hit the spot perfectly.
Next up, moving yayyyyy soooooo yea we spent the whole evening moving from his old place which he's now renting out both units(because lm awesome and found him renters within the first week after we got an accepted offer) and filled up his new place. Very happy for him and he deserves everything he has. Also very happy that he makes me life easy as we only did a single day of house showings and research and made our move on this amazing home and got it for a great price. Working w friends in general is already EXTREMELY pleasant... but having friends who know exactly what they want is a very nice bonus ontop of that.
Afterwards, met up w Long to pick up money for the last big event at Rumor as a massive Temple graduation squad came through. Got Emily and we hit back home and got some food to snack on at Giant and got home and took care of work and oh yayyyyy accepted offer on DavidS' home. Partyy!!
Thurs worked like crazy during the day and felt really bad Emily kinda just played on her phone for a while but w an accepted offer last week, accepted offer last night... lm busy as shit... The craziest time for me is the next 10-14 days after an accepted offer as there's a lot of changes and signatures to be made along w sced inspection, having inspection, replying and negotiating inspection and making sure deposit checks are in asiohgtarihgaiorhgoairhgoaih
and then yea..... accepted offer on Jeni and Scott's home. OISREHGOIHRSOGIHSROGIHSRIOGHRIOGHS sooo def a lot of work lol but in a great great way. We got food at Johnny Apples in Holland and mehhh..... not going back. JBDawson4Lyfe!! Hell Applebee's is wayyyy better. Made Applebee's feel like..... l dunno fancy places but it made it feel like Applebee's is God. The actual physical recreation of what we image God himself to be. Afterwards got a lot of stuff done and after everything was finished, it was late night already. So we bummed it and yoooo strawberries and nutella and wine while watching Harry Potter. Good times indeed and passed out.
What a crazy ass day.... minus Johnny Apples... that place wasn't dope. Booooo..
Friday got up at 6am and we watched videos of this one game MattH posted on Scumbag Squad that is a survival game thats more about gun fights. Its $5 in alpha phase. Seems worth it lol... its $5 and looks fun. Watched prank videos by DM Pranks which are hilarious...

so ok... too early.. back to sleep. Woke up later in the afternoon, took care of work and hit up the Oxford Valley mall w Emily Joss and Brown. Ended up finding myself a ton of clothes l been looking at online. Express had a 40% off everything sale so l got 4 pairs of shorts and 2 pairs of shoes that go w it then hit up H&M and got a ton of plain v necks that go w it because l really really really had deciding on what to wear. For work and nightlife its simple... Boots/Dress shoes.... Black/Blue jeans... any dress shirt. Done. For like casually hanging.... its mostly simple but for summer... l needed new clothes l know.
Next up, ate dinner outback and smoked hookah and chilled. Relaxing evening w everyone and then we convinced Brown to come clubbing. We hit up pregame and had a really really big pregame and just had a lot of fun in general. Got Jenna and her friend Cindy and hit up Weili/Emily's. Same thing as always w drinking, hookah, gambling and just having everyone chill together. Very fun pregame as its always a mini house party and then off to Rumor.
So big guestlist and JohnV and MayW also were promoting and our squad at the club was massive as MayW came w a big group as well. Emily introduced us to her friends and it was just tons and tons of friends along w friends of friends all over the dance floor everywhere. Very fun dancing w everyone and we partied till closing of course.
Ended the night as me and Emily ate a ton of food while watching the History Channel on Rome lol.
Sat got up mad late and took care of work and hit up Emily's sorority house as she needed to get her bathing suit and we stopped by a lil asian cafe to snack. Really nice place and forgot what its called. Next up BBQ POOL PARTY TIME!!!! So a ton of the usual group came out and brought food and drinks and we just had a really good evening together as if it was another pregame but the whole night. Just yolo poker, drinks, hookah and all jumped into the hot tub later which was a good size. Met some new people and just had a really good time in general. The water was perfect and it was fine getting in and out and not being too cold later on because it was so hot in the hot tub. Winning money and introducing friends to friends. Very good night.
Afterwards, dropped off Emily to meet up w some of her sisters and me and Brown swung by Coda to chill, drink and say whats up to friends. Ly and Zaki met up w us and it was really good to chill w them again. l havent seen Ly in a year now. l keep promising l'll visit her in Baltimore soon. One weekend l promise!! Afterwards, hit up an ASR house and had drinks and smoked for a bit and met some new people. Saw this painting Emily is working on for me as l had to find it as she didnt want to show me. l really do love it lol. Its bad ass. Like me. Ended the night eating soup w Brown back at the house before passing out lol.
Sunday got up and hit up Vee's parents place for Solena and Chris' baby shower. Big ass get together as they always host cause her Dad is super event planner. Its crazy how many of her family members l became close w over the past decade. Her cousins, sister, parents, aunts and uncles and family friends. Its always from these massive get togethers they host. Its really nice and got to catch up w a ton of people. Was just running around trying to say hey to everyone first. Cool having drinks w so many friends that l havent gotten to see in a bit. Now that the weather is nice again, everyone is out and people are hosting things more frequently. Its really nice. Stuffed face w food, played beer pong and just had a good time talking w friends about tons of stuff. Going over business ideas l have and one day.... l really will Kickstarter something on my list lol. But for now, its best to focus my time making money on whats actually making me money lol. l'll find time tho. Stayed late night and pced out late to go fishing w DavidH AmyH and Diamond. Later on tho right before l left, they changed their minds to Dorney Park which was fine for me as l had a TON of lil things to catch up on.
Monday got up late and took care of some work and hit up the mall to get the Witcher 3. The 2nd one was fun and l keep hearing bout it so l was like yolo. Need something chill for my brain for a bit. Traded in my 3ds xl and games as l wont be playing them. Got cheese, cheese cutter, bread and stuff and hit up Ryan's as me Ryan and Domkey watched the latest Game of Thrones and took it easy. Chill night talking bout a lot of stuff while smoking hookah and eating cheese. Nothing crazy but def really relaxing. Hit home after and stuffed face and played Witcher 3 alllll night into Tues.
Tues got up late and spent all evening working. Just harassing clients to check their emails lol. l feel like a Dad sometimes. Later on, hit up Long's and checked out his new place, same building but different section and it looks really nice. Hit up Home Depot w him as he needed things on making adjustments to the new place. Talked a lot bout a ton of stuff, not just nightlife and was a relaxing evening and also got my money for the last weekend of events. 28 people(who paid) came out last Friday for that massive Rumor night.
Afterwards, got Emily and hit back to get food and watched the last 2 Harry Potter movies. Yooooooo so l missed SOOOOOOOOO MUCH by little details. Also the fact that l didnt recap before watching each new Harry Potter movie so its hard to put things together ya know? l understood SOOOO MUCH MORE watching it w Emily tho l drove her crazy asking questions but HOLY SHIT.... l only got like half of all the movies. l had 50 questions per movie that just watching them back to back makes things so much more clearer and having Emily explain as she's a big Harry Potter fan lol dork...
We then played Mortal Kombat X till 10am lol uhhhh.... but yea, she ended up really liking Kitana. Def a fun night. Glad she reinforces my TERRIBLE sleeping habits lol.
Weds got up pretty late and took care of a ton of work. We got food at JB Dawson's and lm gonna try every steak there and determine what's worth it and whats not. Def suchhhh a good dinner and afterwards we uhh slept some more cause we're lazy as fuck together. Def chill. Got up and we watched Insidious and plan to watch Insidious 2 next week and then Insidious 3 in theaters. Uhh l suck at watching scary movies as when l jumped, l scared Emily too much. We had to sit apart from each other lol. Bullshitted playing Mortal Kombat X again and stuff till morning. Eating fruits and drinking champagne and wine and smoking hookah to the new day. Def really nice way to start the day tho we've been up since 10pm..... god that sounds so bad.
Thurs continued the day from fruits, hookah and drinks into Home inspection for Scott and Jeni and good seeing the inspector Scott again. Good thing l saw him too as previous clients had questions and it was easy to have him there to answer things. Home checked out nicely and glad Scott and Jeni got the very best home we saw on the market. Hit back and spent the afternoon booking homes and answering calls of new clients(Thank you Amy Le for the referral). Finallllyyyy got to sleep at 3pm. Got up at 8pm and we were like oaiurhgoiahrgoiahrgoia.... what is life?!
We hit up Spruce Street Harbor to chill but ahh all hammocks taken. Its so rare. We were gonna eat there but then decided to get food in Chinatown. Got bubble tea at Kung Fu Tea and then ate at David's as we got a ton of small appitizers and pigged out. Dropped her off and def had a really good night.
