It’s a constant battle. Weekends, people hanging out late or just being really productive late night just keeps me up past 5am. Also waking up early, l think my body just will never adjust lol. Atleast l'm eating somewhat healthier. Still the goal is to sleep by 4am and wake up at 10am or 11am ish.
Everything else has been fine lately. Real estate is going great again and lm excited for this Halloween event. I'm kinda nervous if l'll be really overwhelmed soon but we'll see. I dont mind overloading my plate for a little as long as l still get everything done.
KK past few weeks.
10/8 Tuesday, so its crazy how persistent l can be. I just played.. Horizon Zero Dawn… for 15.5 hours straight.
I got off COD BO4 around 1230am, me and Jeremiah watched some Stranger Things till 4am. Then back on Horizon Zero Dawn.
I started it on Ultra Hard and was making crazy progress and then kinda forced a fight where l could at anytime leave but kept getting closer… but l was stuck on this part lm not suppose to really do yet for 3 hours lol. Like l know this is a bad thing. But I wonder how l can apply this to something positive. Cmon, who can say they can play a game for almost 16 hours straight through? Its crazy how much l can do when motivated.
I think its embarrassing and amazing at the same time. It’s also fortunate I am able to do that as well. Eventually the guys came over for FGC Night and l stopped at 730pm. Played some Ultra Street Fighter 4 again haha, its always fun when we go back. I still got some of it down but l dunno how these guys still remember everything as if they still play it often. Like, its impressive. Hung out till 1230am and then knocked out.
Weds got up at 6pm. Did a lot of work and yoo…. Its crazy how much sleep l got it. Once again, embarrassing and amazing. Also fortunate I am able to do that in general. Watched Stranger things and then played Horizon Zero Dawn again and then simply more Stranger Things into Thursday.
Thursday got up early and hit real estate rental class. Some informative stuff and also it was required for a cert. Class went till a lil past noon and then hit back to stuff face and watched Netflix Explained. I love documentaries. Slept some more and then got up at 6pm.
Did work for a lil and then headed out to the Chinatown Night Market. So found Ngoc and then we ran into KP and KimL. So they invited us to 1010 to drink and met new people and saw other friends. Had some shots and drinks and then Tina and Tony came through to join us as well. Def nice to pregame a lil till more people got to the Night Market.
Ran around finding food and running into everyone. It was nice. Just a big social fest lol. Family styled a ton of food together at a table towards the edge of the night market and aiohgoaihgoiahga the food was pretty damn good. Next there was a nice loitering fest outside of Bonchon as a ton of us met up there to drink. Just hung out and did shots. Socialized and this was the first time I loitered in forever. It was pretty fun. Ended the night partying at JWL and had a good time just partying w everyone. A lot of new people since a lot were coming from the night market. Had a great time overall and then bounced back to Ngoc’s at the end of the night.
Friday got up early actually and did mad work all day. Bummed w Ngoc when she got back for a while before hitting home to get gas, a shower and get liquor and food. Back to Ngoc’s to stuff face and eat sushi from Shogun and watch Supernatural.
Next hit pregame at Ramen Bar for John Lee’s bday. Pregame was mad fun and just drank soju and smoked hookah for a while. Pregame was mad chill then hit JWL to celebrate. They got the middle table and partied up there most the night. Drank downstairs part of the night w Ngoc and her friends and glad a lot of people came out for John. Crazy he was my wrestling partner from like 99-03 back in high school some of the times along w his younger brother Chris. Glad we’re still good friends. Happy Birthday John!! Partied till closing and was so dead from waking up early. Hit back home to chill w Jeremiah and Moses to end the night.
Sat got up and did a photoshoot w my real estate team. Shoot was chill and nice to be together as a whole w the team. I dont spend a lot of time w them in person. Hit home to eat and watch Andy Richter Controls the Universe. Such a great show. Hit Chinatown to visit my grandparents w my mother and Allison and ate and caught up. I’m gonna try to visit them more. I feel like a bad grandson. Dropped off Allison and Cliff at the bus station and then hit Ngocs to bum.
We knocked out for a lil then got up and hit Chinatown to get food from Pho 20. Viet food is so good and we got a dish and pho and summer and spring rolls adighaoihgaio soo good. So cheap. And healthy too. Watched Supernaturals as we’re starting from the beginning and late night, did work while having Explained on Netflix on.
Sunday got up early and hit home and did work all evening. Played some Street Fighter V w JustinR online and Raul took over for me to play for a lil too. Ngoc came through and we headed out to shop for a new rug and also got pizza and water ice for everyone. Friends came over and we played Overcooked, Badlands and some board games. Had Thor Ragnorak on which is one of the best Marvel movies ever lol. Really chill night. Ended the night w All American on Netflix.
10/14 Monday woke up sick ughh. Got madddd work done but ughh it was rough. Hit Hmart and got way too much food and then hit home to cook rice and dumpings and played COD BO4 w the guys. We got 10 wins. Crazy how we’re going past 2-5 wins a night into higher numbers consistently. The last 5 games we won in a row. Our record is 5 wins in a row twice now. Ended the night watching this movie 14 Blades w the guys.
Tues got up and worked on real estate and a lot of stuff for our DNA Halloween event. Very excited for it. Hit BJs and once again got way too much food. Freezer is PACKED. Visited Rita and Chris for a lil and caught up, smoked hookah and drank in the hot tub. Their new house is really nice. Glad to see them as its been a few months. I didnt get to meet their new son yet because he was sleeping. Glad to have stopped by though and yooo this hot tub... totally worth the trip itself lol.
Friends came over for FGC night and made a massive thing of fried rice for the guys and had fun playing Street Fighter V w Big Damian and Jeremiah(Phatboi). Chill night as always and just had fun.
Weds worked in the evening as l got up a bit late and then hit Ngoc’s to make pasta. We made a ton and then Sheri and Dru came through to chill too. Watched the movie Annabell Comes Home and then we hit up Eastern State Penn for the Haunted House and had fun running through the shit. A lot of around the corner scares lol. Enjoyed how scared the girls were, esp Sheri. We got drinks afterwards and then slept early.
Thurs got up to book homes and then headed out to do house showings w Christy. Saw a bunch of potential and the list is pretty good. Afterwards, got some Pokebowl and then met up w Danny for a deposit check and then headed to my office to drop it off.
Hit home to do work all evening and ate pokebowl while watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Rewatching both to compare again. Got on Street Fighter V ranked for a while and got a higher rank in points than ever before. Later on, hopped on COD BO4 and we got 4 wins. Some crazy slaughterish endings. Our squad is just so good and so fun. Me Vince Peter Beezer Goof Denny is the overall main squad and we just play w whoever makes it. Then some back up people.

Friday got up late and did work in the evening. Me and Ngoc headed out and go Rita’s Waterice and pizza for friends coming to chill. Played some Street Fighter V w JustinR for a while against his E.Honda and then some of the guys came through to chill. Raul made the hike over again and Ngoc was knocked out lol. Def chill night doing whatever all night. Hung pretty late.
Sat got up in and did work and then hung w Raul alll day. Just straight up bumming. Food and hookah with shows and shit. Late night, headed out to get Ngoc Sheri Paula and Ellen and hit Andy and David’s house warming party. Mad friends came through and had a really good time just drinking and smoking w everyone. Emily posting on my IG and Facebook story so mad guys message me again lol. Laughed a lot and its weird how nothing really happens but its so much fun. Ended the night w a small after party for games at Ngoc’s that lasted till around 530am lol.
Sunday got up and hit KPot at Franklin Mills for AlexL’s bday lunch. Stuffed face and stole some small dishes to use for home lol. Lunch was great and we ordered maddd spare ribs and the special pork. Gotta abuse the all you can eat!! Happy Birthday Alex!! Hit home and me Brando and Josh headed to Home Depot to buy stuff to fix the ceiling up a bit and the guys worked on that. Thank you guys. Played and finally beat Horizon Zero Dawn and then ended the night watching Rotten on Netflix.
10/21 Monday got up early as balls. Met up w Long and a client and showed some properties and things are looking good. Long introduced me to his friend who will probably be involved and thank you for the free food! Me and Long hit Honeygrow and got to catch up on a lot. Both on this rental situation and on our DNA Nightlife Halloween Event.
Got my haircut by Happy at Room 209 and then hit home to get shit done and chill. Friends came through to chill and hopped on COD BO4 where we played pretty well. Denny and Goof are all about killing in a survival gametype lol. They compliment each other well while me and Vince are just straight up camping in a house lol. Got 5 wins and stayed up late. We watched All American and then had Rotten and another show about human engineering on as l got a lot of work ton and also posted pics and posted the wins of COD the past few weeks. I dont post EVERY win as some clips are kinda boring from my point of view.
Tuesday got up to do mad work as things are moving along w everything which is great but a bit overwhelming. Hit house showings w Brian Somanette and El and saw a really nice home in Newtown. Good seeing them as always and hit home to send them comparisons and other listings. Afterwards, had the guys over for FGC night and made a ton of dumplings and some buns w meat inside. Did work all evening though while hanging w people instead of playing games. Its ok. It felt good just chilling w friends while getting work done. It’s very relaxing. You know how people like to do work at coffee shops and stuff. Just people around. I’m that guy but l like just having people over. Ever since college, having a roomate to talk to whenever you felt like needing to talk to someone, I’ve always liked it. Hung out pretty late. Reading gaming news. Organizing shit.
