Got a lot going on and nothing is physically tiring but mentally, l've been a bit overwhelmed but for good reason. There's even more new opportunities but for right now, lm trying to just focus on whats right infront of me. But there is def some really cool exciting things that I'd like to jump on in the future. Voix is close to opening which lm so hype to FINALLY start up. Our venue is so nice and l know lm really gonna enjoy being there.
KK so the past 3 weeks.
10/23 Weds started off the day working on a potential rental and writing up details for a potential offer. Its so random how real estate can just hit suddenly. It’s a good thing. Headed out to meet up w Long and a client and then headed out to meet up w Deng as well.
Afterwards, got Mee Siam at Penang. Classic fav dish. Hit Ngoc’s and just took it easy. We watched the movie Mindscape aka Anna from 2013 that is really dope. Really liked it a lot. Stayed up late, getting a lot of work done and watching Netflix on Unnatural Selection and Rotten. Very chill night and just hung till 615am.
Thurs got up early and hit house showings w Christy and we saw some better potential this trip. Talked about a ton of stuff and lm seriously so lucky that my clients are all my friends. It really just makes work not feel like work but just a hang out with a purpose. Met up w Long and other people for some paperwork afterwards in Chinatown and then headed back towards home. Got shisha on the way, hit CVS and then hit Peppi’s pizza for food.
Got home to catch up on all the work piled up. Got on COD BO4 and we got 4 wins w the guys. Watched some Star Wars as Brando and Alex were over and leaving for Japan the next day. Ended the night playing mad COD MW.
Friday got up and did work most the evening. Got on COD MW and yooo Josh was making breakfast for dinner and made me a huge dish. I love you. Kept playing and ate inbetween games and life was great. Simply… kept playing all night. Only took a break to watch Fullmetal Alchemist.
Sat got up to work on and offer and reply to inspection and finished up right before house showings. Headed out to check out homes for the evening and then got back to bum w Raul and Jeremiah. We allll kinda knocked out early in the living room. Got up later on and made food and we watched Dirty Money and Ancient Aliens on Netflix w Raul and Jeremiah and we hung out mad late. Played some more COD MW campaign and finished it on Realism mode which is the hardest difficulty Veteran but with no HUD which honestly made it much more fun. Also w no HUD the game looks so clean and it really feels well… Real lol. Not knowing how much ammo l got left, my equipments and everything, l really gotta decide when to use things. Played some co op to end the night.
Sunday got up mad late and friends came through to hang. Ngoc came through too and we just played board games, lit the hookah and ordered Peppi’s pizza for everyone. Tried out a new game and just had a realy nice bummy sunday night. Nothing too crazy. Ended the night just w a lot of netflix lol.
10/28 Monday got up late. Took care of a lot of work and ahhh l love mondays. Just feels good wiping out a ton of the stuff to worry bout. Go on COD and played w the guys all night. Things just go so smooth but we have been playing together for a year now. The flow and team composition we have is just really smooth. Plus since we haven’t stopped, the new COD MW we’re already pretty comfortable. Played latteeeee into the night. I couldn’t stop lol.
Tues got up for early house showings w Christy. Checked out some potential and there was one we really loved. Hit back to Ngoc and we hit Wawa to get a ton of food and hit Sheri and Dru’s to chill for a lil. Had drinks and then headed out to Six Flags. They got the season pass so for me and Ngoc, it was only $10 to get in. Crazy cheap. Thanks guys!!!
We hit rides mad fast w no lines being a late tuesday night that was kinda lightly raining. It was nice. We rode infront for a ton of the rides because of it. El Toro and Nitro still being 2 of the best. Fuck going upside down, its not that big of a deal. Going FAST is the thrill and El Toro and Nitro deliver. But yooo Kingda Ka…. dudeeee….. Our face hurt from slapping so much rain. That ride is insane. I def wanna go on a tues again or something to ride that specifically. The big ass drop ride was also still nuts. I love and hate getting on it and then going up. I regret everything and then it happens and I’m happy l went lol. Had an amazing time and glad l went.
Weds hit my office to take care of a lot of work and printing. I aint using all my own ink when l gotta print mad docs. Hit home to do work and then later on we have a Voix meeting and some interviews. Found some potential and dude…. I use to think doing interviews would be easy. And then friends started telling me how much they hate doing it and lm wondering why. Then I started doing it and yoo… there are a lot of dumb people out in the world. Like…. Its CRAZY how good referrals are. I’ve always helped friends get jobs of other friends looking and you know, it’s a good first impression but yo… after doing it myself and seeing HOW MANY people we hired from referrals and how many we didn’t. It’s insane. The referrals are so important. Its where you find the vast majority of your good people.
Afterwards, Steven got us Magic Noodles and yooo really dope spot right next door to Voix. I have a feeling l’ll be ordering from here often but then again, there’s food at Voix and l get a discount.
Hit home to do work for a lil then got on COD BO4 late and we still got 3 wins. We still got it. Ended the night watching All American.
Thurs got madddd sleep. Felt so good. Was still kinda sick since l think I got sick from being in the rain all night on Tues at Six Flags. Did work and then MattK came through and we hit up Voix for a lil Halloween party Steven was hosting for his real estate company. A lot of friends came through and had some drinks and sang some songs. Justin Bieber of course lol. Met some new people and other friend’s of friends and just had a good time in general. But yoooooo our layout asdghaosighoairhga and lighting system aosighoaridhgioa and high ceilings aorighaordhgaoirg DUDEEE I cant wait to be open now. Also the music for karaoke all being done on my phone. Always gonna have my phone fully charged for work lol.
When we ended, a ton of us hit Rose Bar for Shemmay’s Halloween event. Had a big solid squad and also Denny and his crew all were there. Had a good time partying there and was able to light my hookah there too. Danced and drank and thanks for the drinks Shemmay!! Partied there till 2am w everyone and it was fun pointing out who is hitting on who. I enjoy observing lol. Got home late and watched Fullmetal Brotherhood and ate while smoking more hookah cause l have a problem.
Friday did a ton of work for DNA Nightlife for our big event. Got groceries, liquor and some yawn for the costume contest badges. Worked on that all night and wasnt able to jump on COD w the guys. Hit Voltage to set up and everything was all together before 10pm. John Lee was there to DJ. Jesse made it as our videographer and EmilyL and JennyJ were our door girls. At 1045 the line really started to pour through and our event was pretty massive. It beat out last year by a good margin. Had a ton of fun running the event and friends came through to party w. Made DavidV and ChrisY help w the costume contest. The night was mad fun but yooo l was so exhausted. Ngoc came through too for a lil and glad the event was smooth. Ended the night hitting Ngocs to bum rest of the night.
Sat got up late and me and her wake up on our phones, answering text and emails lol. We got on our laptops and both did work for a while and hung w her into the night. Later on hit home and bummed and got on COD w Goof Dom Peter for Spec Ops for a while.
Headed back out for Danny and Thanh’s Halloween party and saw some friends and made new ones. Just stuffed face like crazy and drank a fair amount of Soju. Party was pretty fun and was bouncing all over the house chilling w people. Midnight hit Burch and Yan’s Halloween party and brought out more Soju. Hung w a ton of friends and partied from midnight till 430am there. Just ran around and socialized lol. Nothing nuts and the beer pong line was too long. So just hung, gossiped and had a great time there. Rounding up people for AC and matchmaking others lol. Ended the night crashing at Ngoc’s.
Sunday got up and we got lunch w Ngoc’s brother and fiance. Pho was mad good at this spot they hit. They are family friends w them and it was a really nice cute pho spot. Pho was so good, got more to go lol. I love pho. Hit Long’s to take care of stuff for our past DNA event and then hit Paris Bug to get some cakes lol. Hit back to Ngoc’s to eat and bum and we watched Supernatural for a while. Hit home late night and watched COD and SFV related videos. Smoked hookah and watched Netflix w Jeremiah to end the night.
11/4 Monday got up late and did work all evening. Very peaceful evening and then headed on COD w the guys for Spec Ops. It’s cool to do a co op campaign w the guys. Played all night and then later on watched the Netflix movie The King which was really cool and focused highly on Henry the 5th’s biggest accomplished battle which is really interesting to see. Did work late night and knocked out.
Tues got up early and hit house showings w Christy and we found some really good ones. Brewerytown, you get more sq ft for your dollar by far and EVERYONE l sold to in Brewerytown has had their property go up a good margin. Hit BJs and got mad food and hit home to do work all evening.
7pm hits and friend started to come through. Brando and Alex came back from Japan and had mad gifts and snacks. Thank you guys for the gifts!!! Got some cool shit and yoo the candy was nice. Really appreciate the stuff and had a fun night chilling. Watching Canada Cup for Street Fighter V and then we watched more Street Fighter clips on youtube. We ended the night finalllly watching this movie Good Boys I’ve been dying to see which l really liked a lot. Its like Superbad but the kids are like 12 and mad dumb and said mad dumb kid shit we’ve said when we were that age. Watched some Fullmetal before knocking out.
Weds got up in the evening and did work all evening. Really peaceful and got a lot done and then got on COD MW and we did some Spec Ops and Multiplayer. Seems our best is doing 10v10 Domination. We coordinate very well on capturing and defending points. We always like to hold A and B or B and C. Theres just a lot of spots where you can defend both and if you have the ‘good’ side in a lot of maps, its practically game. Ended the night watching Fullmetal and some Twitch.tv.
Thurs got up late and did work till it was COD MW time. So we finally had Me Goof Peter Beezer and Vince, all 5 of us together for once and yooo we were wrecking shit. It was just really nice. Me and Peter were holding down homes defending points. Vince Goof and Beezer running around killing people and taking points and yooo we were on fire. Had 6 wins in a row on 10v10 domination. Played late night and then watched gaming videos w Brando and then checked out some Twitch of Death Stranding which everyone is all about but l dunno, l dont think the game is for me. Watched a bunch of COD videos learning shit and did some Pokemon and Street Fighter 5 reading before knocking out.
Fri packed and hit Ngoc’s and chilled w her for a lil and then hit AC to get the rooms and shit. Smug came through too w his boys and first time getting to party w him in a while. Set up a big pregame and introduced people best l could and had mad soju. Raul learned what Soju was hahaha. Got people together and hit downstairs and yooo aosighosaghai people forgetting IDs or IDs expired and had to stamp trick mad people.
More pregame after stamping where we really started to drink and smoke and then downstairs to party in the hot tub. We got 3 bottles and just had a lot of fun acting dumb in the hot tub. Slowly people started intermingling and I like seeing my friends become friends w other friends. Its just nice. Partied till 330am and we killed these bottles. Got nearly $100 in wings and we had a big after party till 530am. Stuffing face and smoking hookah late night.
Sat got up and drove back at 2pm and hit Chinatown w Raul. We got Pho and a cake for Ngoc at Paris Bug and then hit back to her place to chill. Ate, showered and then people were already over Ngoc’s for her birthday. Happy Birthday Ngoc!!! So drank and smoked hookah and we were hurting but had to champ it out. We hit this bar, Bardot close by and got drinks and food and had a good night. Met a TON of people and yooo… I was in party mode then died early. We did start pretty early though. The food was pretty good and ughh peer pressure on shots killed me. Ended w a big after party at Ngoc’s till late. Knocked out but yoo… woke up to like people wrestling lol.
Sunday got up and me and Ngoc hit her bro’s place for hot pot and stuffed face. Some people came through and it was a good way to start sunday after so much drinking friday and sat. Hit Long’s for a bit to take care of some work and then hit back to nap. Got up later to do work and chill w the guys. Raul Brown Brando Chang and Avery came to just bum all day. Just ordered pizza’s, lit the hookah and took it easy all night. Def a really good chill night.
11/11 Monday offically Ngoc’s birthday oasidghoishgoiahgioa OMGAAH Happy Birthdayyyy!!!! Hit house showings w Christy and re looked at some favorites. Got back to Ngoc’s and me and her just chilled and did work all evening.
At 650pm we left to hit dinner at Barcelona Wine Bar for her birthday. We got a ton of Tapas and a bottle of wine and yooo the food was so good. Hanger steak aorighoirahgoihraioghroaigha Also this duck dish was really nice that had sour cream mixed w the noodles. It was def interesting. Dinner was really nice and lm glad we went out.
Hit back and we were kinda drunk from the wine lol. Watched some of this Netflix movie about Ted Bundy but l was dosing off and we slept before midnight… early as balls.
Tuesday got up early and hit homes again. Afterwards, got my haircut at Room209 and then got some Pokebowl. Hit back home and got some groceries and ate while watching Netflix stuff on Ted Bundy. Did work in the evening and later on did some Spec Ops w the guys on COD MW.
Later on friends came through for Dumpling Sessions and played a ton of matches w Jeremiah(phatboi) and Gabe(Static Gorilla) in Street Fighter V. Hung out all night and yoo… we decided to bet real money on twitch.tv Salty bets. A channel where its a Mugen of different fighting game characters, some made by fans and others taking from games where they just fight. Had a ton of fun and laughs betting on it. I enjoy how we can keep coming up w new ways of fun.
Later on we watched on Netflix some All American and some Daybreak and ended the night on gaming news on youtube about a bunch of different stuff. More so on Counter-Strike GO. Def interesting to see how things evolved, having lived through those changes.
Weds got up and did work all evening and had Ted Bundy Tapes on Netflix on along w the little Netflix series on Ted Bundy. Got Subway and stuffed face and played on COD MW w the whole squad Peter Vince Beezer Goof and also GaryK joined us. Dude… we were on fucking fire. Raised my win/loss ratio by a good margin. Just we have REALLY GOOD teamwork. Also, the ideas and Beezer’s Riot shield being great for taking and holding points. We were laughing a lot and yoo…. Goof getting big killstreaks to lock down the enemy… it was a great night. Ended the night watching Netflix’s Unnatural Selection.
