So l still got real estate going on, getting things moving and trying to find more staff for Voix and then me and Long have our DNA Halloween event coming up. Also trying to TRULY fix my sleep scehdule. Ideally l’d like to wake up at 11am everyday and go to bed by 4am every night. That would be PERFECT. Trying to eat healthier without having food spoil and it be expensive AND trying to work out… BRUHH…

Sadly, not all of this is possible without giving up something and lately that answer seems to be my nightlife social life part. I’ve been going out less and by less, it’s probably the amount the normal person goes out lol. It’s reduced to like 2-4 times a month rather than 8 minimum(every weekend and maybe a thurs here or there). I’ve been hanging at the house more and with friends over all the time, it’s fine. It’s just different. This is by far the least I’ve gone out since before driving… I do miss seeing everyone all the time though.
I’ve just been getting anxiety with so many things going on. It’s crazy HOW MUCH can be accomplished each week but trying to get all my work done, trying to be healthy and still have a social life… l dont get how people do it. Its like that kid in school who parties like crazy but still has perfect grades. What's your secret?!
Overall, I’m happy l’m managing keeping everything together and trying to be healthy again. We’ll see if l can keep it up. WORKING OUT BLOWS SO BAD. I HATE COUNTING MINDLESSLY.
I may just give up and end up fat in 2 weeks, who knows.
KK so past few weeks.
9/12 Thursday got up and did work all evening. Got on the cod mw beta and had fun. Was def more tactical which I love. Later on got on cod bo4 and played w Vince Beezer and Goof and later Denny swapped in for Goof. We got 3 quad wins and 5 Alcatraz wins. Def was killing it. Edited clips and me and Jeremiah found and killed 2 big ass spiders lol. Played more COD MW for a while then some gaming news and uploaded the wins of the night. Kept watching videos on my youtube though of my Twitch.Tv days… into friday…. Like lunch time… so yea, watched this documentary on Netflix Dirty Money on the episode bout Donald Trump. Made pasta and me and Jeremiah ate and did hookah watching that before passing out.
Sat cause l woke up around midnight… got started on getting shit done. First thing, Verizon’s website has been freezing at ‘looking up your account’ and l cant change shit ughhhhasirghoairg… when l try to be productive… Texting w Tina bout everything and got some junk done before heading downstairs to hang w the guys. Me and Alex had fun w the Orzhov Vampire deck and then later on watched this movie Shadow aka Ying. Really liked it a lot and yooo this bladed umbrella was pretty bad ass. In the morning started on COD MW beta and then headed out to get groceries in the evening. Got mad food at BJs and aoirdhgoairdhga so much food l wanted but l gotta stay strict w myself. Ate food and watched some Fullmetal Alchemist and then went to bed at 530pm.
Sunday woke up around 130am and friends were over. Hung out, ate food, smoked hookah and we watched 2 episodes of Kingdom. The Netflix show about Zombies in ancient korea. Pretty cool. Played some more COD MW beta for a while till the morning. Hung out and ate potatos and watched Fullmetal Alchemist then took a big nap in the evening.
Got up at night and got on COD BO4 w the guys and we got another 6 wins. 3 of them me cheesing the game w Outlander. It’s such a good plan. Had a lot of fun as always w the squad. Goof played w us the first 2 games for back to back wins, both ending in chaos at Shipwreck. Then a bunch of cheesed games w one of them ending w Peter killing them all before l could play cheap.
Afterwards, me and Alex did a lot of MTG arena and we had Lord of the Rings on. Good job Alex, earn me those packs lol.
9/16 Monday got up in the evening just to send out listings and book homes for the week ahead. Made calls for switching around things w internet, loans and other adult stuff. Not fun. Knocked out in the evening and got up to do some work and hit downstairs to eat. Stuffed face while hanging w the squad as they played D&D and then got on COD BO4 and we got some wins all around. Ended the night watching John Wick…. All of it lol. Watched all 3 movies w Jeremiah while eating pizza, smoking hookah and then icecream and then ramen cause lm a fatty lol.
Tues still up got work done in the morning. A lot going on but l’ve been pushing through. Listening to old school Asian Kungfu Generation because I reheard the song Rewrite on Fullmetal Alchemist and lm having a JRock phase again. It’s really just AKG actually lol.
Took a lil nap then back up for more work. Got so much done in a few hours and felt a lot better. Even started… working out… ughhh… shit sucks so bad. Got a lil more work done and lm so fucking fat that l went back to sleep from exhaustion of working out lol.
Got up for FGC night. Playing matches against Erico and Gabe in Street Fighter V. Happy Birthday AJ!!!!!!!!111 Good shit on the cake and cookie cake guys!!! So many people brought food and l madeeee potato chips by cutting up some potatoes and air frying them. Hung out late. Me and Alex tag teaming the MTG Arena and ranked up a lil.
Weds got up early… well 11am. But still. Got a hot bath and defrosted lol. Did work and got a lot of personal shit done and ahhh it feels good. Just chilling at my PC, making calls and stuff, figuring out roomate situation, Verizon switching and reading up a bit on the new Magic the Gathering cards coming out this October.
Headed out to get pizza and shisha and then back to clean up an offer. Got on SFV w JustinR for a while to play his E.Honda and did much better now that I took an hour to work on the match up in training mode and take down a bunch of notes. Later got on COD BO4 w Beezer Goof and Ninja and we got some wins but holy shit, fights nonstop all night. It was kinda crazy but we slipped in our wins. Ended the night playing a lil Magic the Gathering Arena and catching up on gaming news.
Thurs got up early and hit house showings w Christy in a few good parts of Philly. Good to catch up w her as she’s been working and hasn’t been out as much. Saw a bunch of homes and kept 2 in mind for the future. Good chilling w Christy and then dropped her off in Chinatown. Had a lil time to kill before getting Marisa at the airport so hit TeaDo and got bubble tea and shumai. God shumai is so good. Got Marisa from the airport and dropped her off and caught up and then finally got back home.
Had a ton of real estate work to do and also had to get in the waiting room for Magfest. We got in WAITING LIST omfgggg sooo hopefully we get lucky or that really makes the trip meh by not having a room IN THERE.
Got on COD w Beezer Goof and Vince and we did a lot better. Got 6 wins. A few me shooting down into the final circle while living outside of it w Outlander. Outlander sooo good for staying out of final circle and killing people inside. Had mad fun.

Friday got up late. So like, waking up early and being productive has been great but 5 hours of sleep each night was just toooo much. Since l didnt have to wake up mega early, l slept in… but then my dreams are really fucking good. Like, its an adventure. I kept sleeping till night. I needed it but oh man, lm really messed up again lol. Got up to do work for a lil and then headed out. Got stuff for pregame and hit Min’s.
Min held a big pregame for Angie Lo’s birthday and lm really happy so many people came out for her. Crazy how she joined the group 3 yrs ago and how close we got overtime and how many friends she made since then. I’m really happy for her in general. Pregame was a TON of fun and just good being w everyone in Philly. Being out less has been relaxing I admit. But l do miss seeing this group as a whole. Its funny, no matter what lm doing, lm happy. Its just who will l be with each week.
We headed out to West and Down and split bottles and had a lot of fun acting dumb, running around and seeing even more friends. Catching up w people and dancing both in VIP and on the dance floor. Just a great time as expected but with this group, we coulda had fun anywhere. We were actually talking about at pregame that this group could just stay at Min’s all night and have a great night. We could go to a shitty bar and have a blast, it really didnt matter. Doesn’t matter where you’re at but who you’re with. Its the truest statement of my friends.
Afterwards, picked up Nurdeen’s Bonchon and hit back to Min’s for the after party where we stuffed face w mad Bonchon wings and smoked hookah. Afterwards, went to drop off friends but ended up crashing the night at Ngoc’s place. Her place was really nice and chill and ended up hanging out late night, playing The Mind which is a really crazy interesting yet simple game.
Sat got up and turned out Ngoc lived .4 miles away from Local Host where my Street Fighter V tournament was held. Thank you Ben SOO much for picking up my fightstick at my house and getting Katsu. Walked over cause it was so close and yooo they pulled up at the corner RIGHT as l got there as l was bout to call them. It felt like butler service. So perfectly timed. I owe you Ben. Had to poop somewhat and yoo for $10… you got the enter the tournament in any games. Then got a free meal, free Redbull Conquest hat, water and free Redbulls. DUDE I love when Redbull hosts events. For Fighting games and for BBoy events, they’ve always did an amazing job and l know they do the same for other activities they host events for. I really do love Redbull the brand. They earned it. Their marketing is just great. So took my free meal before the tournament in fear the food would be out if l waited till after. Was suppose to start at 2pm and had to poop bad… god damn it. They it started late but l didnt wanna run and poop incase l was up since I was up first in my Pool. Katsu luckily was the Tournament organizer so he said go poop lol. Ran to poop and came back just in time for my matches. Lost to Punk in my 2nd match, a famous player for Street Fighter V in the world. Then running through Loser’s bracket. Won until my 5th match losing to an M.Bison player. Hung w friends for a lil then said late to my friends and hit back to Ngoc’s to kinda sleep.
Got up as her friends Sheri and Tony came through. We hit Chinatown and got food at M Kee and yoo lm really loving that place. Simple good chinese food for mad cheap. SOOO MUCH food for your dollar. It is god damn insane. $10 can get you so much food, it’s 2 meals, seriously. Got drinks and hit back to chill, drink and hookah for a lil. Afterwards, knocked out and sadly couldn’t make it out as a lot was going on in Philly but w the lack of sleep lately, l was just dead.
Sunday got up and hung w Ngoc. She left for her house showings as she is also a real estate agent. Slept more and got up later and we bummed all day. Watched The Wandering Earth and ate left overs of my pan fried noodles w pork. GOD SO GOOD. Seriously, if youre in Chinatown, go eat there. Hung out later than l expected and then pced out to hit home.
Friends were over and l got on COD BO4 and COD MW Beta w the guys and we had a lot of fun. Talking bout all sorts of shit while killing people. Good times!! Got some wins and then played MTG Arena w Alex. Enjoying the Orzhov Vampire deck. Seems like the Knights tribal deck(red white black) coming October will be what lm going for since it’s a tribal deck, my fav way to play and I like the cards in there. Had fun w Alex and yooo me and him laugh so hard everytime we Legion’s End an opponents creature and see we took one from their hand or killed 2 on the board w it and THEN THEY QUIT ahhahhhaha SUCH a good feeling. Glad that card is sticking around for another year. It feels great. Got some work done upstairs and then back downstairs watching this Netflix documentary about Bill Gates w Jeremiah.
9/23 Monday got up late ughh.. Flooded w work but yoooo accepted offer for a friend’s spot and booked house showings for the next day for Christy. Knocking out allll my screenshots and shit. I screenshot anything l gotta do so its right in my face.
Hit downstairs and got food and stuffed face while hanging w the guys as they played D&D and then got on COD BO4 and had fun on the crazy ass Tanks and shit rock metal themed gametype that came out. Had a lot of fun and the tank was so fun to use. Took a few 2nd places but no wins. The jumping around and infinite grappling hooks is nuts. After, more MTG Arena while the guys finished D&D and watched some Lord of the Rings Two Towers.
Tuesday big day. Up early and headed out to house showings w Christy for a while. We were all over Philly and its good she’s getting a good feel about multiple areas of Philly to see for herself rather than ONLY my advice. I find it nice to educate my buyers rather than only TELL my buyers ‘this is a good area’ ‘this is a good price’. Once they know the areas they like, they know the price a home in that area should be, they feel good making a move because they’re educated. Had a good time checking out some spots and found some potential. Some factors to decide on like the house w the big bedrooms and decent living room vs the HUGE living room and open layout along w big kitchen but smaller bedrooms. Areas, prices. All of that.
Afterwards, got bubble tea from Mr.Wish, this sherbert lemon drink Ngoc suggested and brought it to her and we headed out to Oyster house. IVE BEEN CRAVING OYSTERS FOR SO LONG!! So happy to finally eat some. We got 48 oysters and stuffed fucking face hahaha. Really good meal and Ngoc is mad cool. We hit back to her place to bum and took it easy. Kinda.. Huehuehueheuheuheuheuehuehe….. Afterwards hit Chinatown as she had a meeting and I picked up more food from M Kee. The same dish as sat, roast pork pan fried noodles and also got roast pig. GOD the skin is soo goodd!!!!11
Hit back home to do a lot of work. So much work and personal shit to take care of all of a sudden. The guys were over and just took it easy. Folding socks together and talking bout Vince on refinancing and we lit the hookah. Played some MTG Arena and then ended the night with Lord of the Rings 2 and some of the third movie.
Weds got up and did some work before showing my room off to Moses who decided to move in. Real chill dude and his friend Frank is mad chill as well who l expect over often. Hit a real estate team meeting w my team in our office and it was good to spend time w the team and yoooo sooo much food!! Stuffed face and went over stuff and then hit home.
Got on COD BO4 and we got 2 wins, small but l’ll take it. Def fun w the guys as always. Did some MTG Arena while having Lord of the Rings on. Ended the night w gaming news and watching Fullmetal Alchemist and laid in bed and couldnt sleep at all. So much on my mind.
Thurs still up cause l didnt sleep. Moses came to move stuff in and l headed out to make keys and hit Hmart to get food and snacks. Did work in the evening and then finally got tired and slept.
Woke up at 830pm and did more work then hit downstairs to play MTG arena as the new set is out. Made ramen for the guys l got a Hmart and then brought out snacks and it was movie time. Watched Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw and then Spider-Man Far from Home. Ended the night on gaming news and then more reading for Magic the Gathering on the new optimal decks.
Friday got up in the evening and did work. Sleep got messed up so bad again. I wonder if l’ll ever be normal. Did some work and hit Philly to get a deposit check and then hit Ngoc’s. Brought stuff to make broc shrimp pasta. Real simple dish. It’s healthy and tastes good. We stuffed face while watching this movie Furie on Netflix that is really good and is apparently the top grossing Vietnam movie. We headed out to bowl at some spot that’s byob everything lol. Def nice and its a chill spot. Met a ton of her friends, some of which who know my sister because its a lot of Volleyball people from Philly. Really chill group and had fun bowling. Trying different techniques cause l cant decide if l wanna yolo slam it w a light ball or slowly roll it w a heavy ball. Both tactics did really well but then would sometimes royally suck lol. Had fun fucking around and meeting her friends. Afterwards hit back to her place to bum.
Sat got up and hit home inspections which went pretty smooth. Nothing too crazy and then headed out to Chinatown to get food from M Kee which is becoming a favorite spot. Got bubble tea at Mr.Wish. This lemon sherbert thingy is so good. Hit back to Ngoc’s to eat and Netflix and then we napped.
Got back up later and dropped off checks and hit back home to chill w friends. Just played a lot of MTG arena w Alex and we were hating these new decks lol. We were sucking. It was trash. There are a few other decks we’re interested in trying, we’ll see.
Sunday got up late and cleaned like crazy. Cleaned the fuck outta the kitchen. The bathrooms. The microwave and toaster oven. Felt so good. Hit COD BO4 w the guys later on and we got 2 wins and then more MTG Arena w Alex for a bit. Ended the night playing Horizon Zero Dawn as l just downloaded it and needed something new.
9/30 Monday was still up cause l have a self control problem and kept playing Horizon Zero Dawn all night. Did work during the day and then finally fell asleep at 12pm… Got up at 530pm and did more work for both real estate and DNA nightlife for our Halloween event coming up.
We got on COD BO4 and yoooo of the 19 games… we WON 13 fucking games!!! WTFFFF Me Beezer Vince and Peter were on a fucking tear!! Dude… it was amazing. We were SOOO fucking on point! We just have GREAT teamwork. We good at fighting and positioning but its def def our teamwork that makes it. We have a lot of call outs too. Later on edited all the clips and posted it to youtube real quick and then late night me and Jeremiah watched the first original Fullmetal Alchemist movie that wraps up the ending. Ended the night playing a ton of Horizon Zero Dawn. That game is crack cocaine.
Tuesday did work in the morning and hit my office. Later on friends came through for FGC night and played a lot of Magic the Gathering building and played some Street Fighter V w the guys. Good amount of friends came through and had fun as always. Glad Raul came through as he’s been MIA like crazy lately. Raul ended up hanging late which lm glad since he has such a big drive to our place and back. Ended the night w more Horizon Zero Dawn.
Weds got up for house showings w Christy. We saw more potential and it was a hot ass day. Afterwards, met up w ChrisC for a bit and thank you bro. Always appreciate stuff like that. Hit Ngoc’s after for dinner and yooo she mad me so much food but yooo THE FISH aosighaorighoasighaosigha the skin…. So fucking good lol. Glad she cooks well. Stuffed face and watched shows. Watched this new show Prodigal Son and then later on we watched IT. Using the new massage gun and chilled all night.
Thurs got up and dropped off the cable boxes and got some stuff for the hookah. Got food at Giant and then hit home to do work all evening. A lot more going on. Got on COD later and we got 3 wins and good just talking w the guys as always. Ended the night w crack cocaine Horizon Zero Dawn.
Friday got up late and did wok all evening and ate ramen. Played a lil Horizon Zero Dawn and headed out to get Paula and then we hit Chris’ pregame. Mad friends came through and met some new people and we had a really fun big pregame. Socialized and caught up w some old friends who happened to show up.
We headed out to Noto for Tritonal and yoooo such a fun night. So got our fav table 110 and also got 109 since our group was big and did 4 bottles. Made drinks, did shots and had fun DANCING ON SHITTT hahaha me and Ngoc dancing uptop of the seating area. One of my fav spots. The other spot is uptop infront of table 110. Ran around socializing, more dancing, voguing and just had a really good time. Ended the night eating pasta at Ngoc’s place and knocking out.
Sat got home and did work and hit BJs for food. Got mad food and Raul came through to play mad Street Fighter V and the guys came through for board games. Ngoc also made it over. Made mad food. This big thing of shrimp pasta w basil that Ngoc gave me and then also pizza. We just had a big full gaming bum night. Played Horizon Zero Dawn till 4am.
Sunday got up and started the day w Raul on Street Fighter V. Ngoc started Detroit Become Human which we’re curious to see which choices she picks. Made pizza and had the hookah lit. Played some Magic the Gathering Arena, the guys playing Street Fighter V and Tekken 7. Later on did some board games. It was just a nonstop GAME night lol. Ended the night w Horizon Zero Dawn.
10/7 Monday was still up early. Got more work done and slept all during the day. Got up at night and did some work for our Halloween Event and my real estate clients then got on COD BO4 and we got 4 wins. Had fun as always and then back upstairs to get more stuff taken care of. Small stuff and was on the phone w Ngoc the whole time as she helped me on making my event page for the event.
