To have more fun than last yr, make more money than last yr, throw bigger events than last yr and in general beat out last yr in every possible way. The issue w this is once the bar is set higher than its ever been before... its really hard to go beyond that. Obviously we can use high jumping as an analogy. l use to high jump back in jr high and high school and well... it got kinda boring. Track was a social sport for me and as l got older, l got lazy and didnt feel like running and l was a decent jumper so l ended up just doing all 3 jumping events. The problem was second l hit that peak, it was like 'well this is my peak, lm not gonna get better from here, even if l do, it's by very little'. There's a saying that l really like - 'you're only as good as your last party'. 2016 is going amazingly well but lm really gonna have to do some creative thinking to make 2017 even better. As confident as l am - lm nervous if l can do it or not. That feeling of peaking is really shitty cause whatever lm into gets boring fast second l peaked. We'll see. l still got 2016 to ride out first.
7/29 Friday l got up mad early... like 5am. Started doing a ton of work and caught up on my gaming news first. Had some soup and watched Its Always Sunny. l was thinking bout Pokemon GO too much about the whole 'Fighting pokemon are around real life gyms and stadiums so l went to the Planet Fitness and got nothing. l drove all the way to the philly stadiums to see nothing as well. Hit Spruce St Harbor and just bummed it. Catching Pokemon, met some people playing who happened to be Valor, got a cheesesteak, read Game Informer and caught Pokemon all evening. Hit up Tea Do afterwards to play more and drink bubble tea. Oh yea, got a Machop there lol.
Later on checked out homes w Johnny all over Montgomery county and caught up about stuff. Saw some cool homes and had fun browsing. Afterwards hit up pregame at Vince's to drink and hookah for a bit. Bounme made it over and friends came through and had fun at our lil party before the pool. We hit Monarch for my event and yoooooo so much fun. There was a ton of people and the weather was perfect. The last 2 Monarch pool party events, the water was too cold where after l got out, l was done swimming for the night. But this night the weather was amazing. So many people throwing friends into the pool all night. It seemed to be the theme of the night. Met a ton of the models and got to catch up w Emkay as l havent seen her since last yr. lm glad she got on that level where she's one of the really known well models as she's been in the scene for a quite a bit. Swimming felt amazing and had a ton of drinks as the ice buckets were nice. Also throwing ice buckets onto people. Watching friends toss other friends in and stuff.. it was the best Monarch event we ever had.
Sat got up mad late and me and Bounme left to hit up Tuner Evolution. Checked out the bboy jam as Ryan was one of the judges and caught up w other old friends. Saw some cool cars and found Brown Adam John and the rest of the squad. Talked to some of the models and some of them got pretty hammered on Friday and took a poop.
Afterwards, me Bounme and Jeremiah hit up Bonchon for wings and yooo.... cant ever go wrong w korean fried chicken. Met up w Paola as she needed a lil video promo shoot. Bounme ran around to shoot and later on edited this.

Makes me so happy relooking at this. Good for promoting in general. Ok afterwards, we hit OJs for a huge ass pregame we aimed to have. Easily one of the biggest pregames we've ever had. So happy everyone was coming out to party together. Had tons of drinks, lit the hookah, some fucking how lost to OJ in beer pong again cause for some dumb ass high school reason - l cant beat him in beer pong when he is high... lm not even kidding. Its terrible. Pregame was amazingly fun tho and its just what l wanted. A house party before the club.
So we hit up Coda afterwards for my event for the DNA Tuner Evolution After Party and its always a big party. Got there just as Paola was DJing and holy shit.... so many friends came through. So many in fact... l had my biggest guestlist ever. 111 Paid Guests. Earlier this summer, the first Monarch event l had 101 Paid Guests that being my record. Danced w tons of friends on the dance floor, tried to get everyone into one big clump up front but friends were just everywhere. Was on stage half the night, drinking and jumping in pics. Very fun having so many friends take photographs of the night. Bounme, JohnV, Jason(unlimited) and ChrisS were all taking photos. Music was on point of course and JennyJ and Emkay were gogo dancing. The more friends there are, the more fun l have, always. And good music of course.... and bottles... and bitches lol. Partied till 3am and was so happy about the full weekend. Tuner Evolution always helps bring out a big crowd. Paid out my dancers and hit home where me and the guys stuffed face before passing out.
Sunday got up for my open house 40 mins away. Got there a bit early and made the place look nice and slowly potential buyers came through. A bunch started coming in the second half and had 2 that were really interested to follow up on. Afterwards, hit up Long's to collect the money from the weekend. Def a good pay day. On my way home, got a ton of sushi from Shogun to celebrate and just did real estate work all evening. Stuffed face and watched a ton of Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia and did a lil more work already on the next events coming up. Went to bed early.
Monday got up early and just started on some work. Kinda just worked slowly and was outta it and slept midday. Got up later and Kevin swung by to pick up a rental check as l got new renters for his brothers place. Picked up my Team Leader Mary and we hit up Linda and Kenny's for a listing appointment to sell their home that l sold them 2 years back as we are getting them a new bigger home this December. Good hanging out w them as always and got to catch up w Mary on everything w work and life.
Got home and on Skype w Mike and Sam to go over their wedding plans. Caught up w everything and we were all very hype for the wedding. l def feel mad special being the one to unite them in marriage. It's just something fun and new to do in life. Like how many people get to say that? lm glad lm uniting a really good couple tho. Did some more work and just went to bed early again. l felt normal.
Tues got up early as balls. Did work and made my venison steak and it was pretty good. Bummed it all evening and got out to get the new Harry Potter book to surprise MaryF. Hit the bank to deposit cash and got Ryan and we hit up the baseball game that Mike invited us to w his suite and got in and yooo..... suite life. It's like getting bottle service but for sporting events lol. So found Mike and got to catch up w him and glad we got to just relax and drink together. Making tons of jokes and met some new people. Also some other friends that l got to work w that Mike also had as his mortgage clients came through. Glad Phil and Kristen made it out and glad we got to have drinks together. Very fun full evening and hit home and checked out tons of party pics. Ohhh man l love party pics cause they document amazing nights to look back on and to show everyone the fun you get to have. Played some Hitman and knocked out.
Weds got up late and worked all evening. Went out to buy a fuck ton of food and other junk and made sushi and stuffed face. Just from working so much Sunday-Tues, l was ahead of my work and just ended up playing Street Fighter 5 allllll night lol. It was much needed. When l play Street Fighter... l need ATLEAST 2 hours to get into the zone but l prefer 4 or more hours.
Thurs l was still up playing Street Fighter 5 all night. Ate some food and started on Better Call Saul Season 2. Played some For Honor FINALLY after watching this game for over a year and its more fun than l expected. There's so much lil things each unique character has within the mechanics of the game that make it really interesting. In most games in combat in anyway there is typical 3 factors always in play that alter in balance. Damage, speed, range. This applies to so many games and it games that are 3d combat like... those are usually the main factors that are the majority of the game. Now in this game, each character obviously of course has different ranges, speeds and damage and its always having 2 of the 3 factors. A sledgehammer has damage and range and no speed, a knife has damage and speed and no range, a long bo has range and speed and no damage. 6 characters are open and lm really liking 2. A long range heavy hitter who also has great grappling and throwing and then another quick long range samurai that is good at getting in.
Slept midday and then got up to hit up The Lab for the tournaments. Came in 2nd place for like 2094362094362x for coming in 2nd place tho not a lot of players for Pokken. Street Fighter 5 lm getting worse going 0-2. l really need to play more. Had fun being there and hung out till late. Did work when l got home and got an accepted offer for Johnny and Kim and ate food and watched Better Call Saul. Ended the night playing For Honor all night.
Friday got up and got on Skype w Mike and Sam to go over the wedding one more time. Played the Hitman Elusive Target 8 and failed when l hit the target w a wrench and ran and got shot by security UGHHHHHH.... l hope wayyyy later, they just allow all Elusive Targets open when they are done making content for the game(which l hope isnt anytime soon). Played For Honor and then got MaryF and we hit up the wedding. Hung out w the guys and took some pics and then went over the gameplan of the receiption. Hit down and did a smooth job joining Mike and Sam in marriage except the end when we were suppose to toast but the wedding planner didnt tell us she moved that part to the ending. Then it was weird for 5 seconds and then l told everyone to exit to cocktail hour.
Joined the picture group upstairs to the rooftop for pics. Mike got us some really nice cigars to smoke and enjoyed those while doing the photoshoot. So much fun as all photoshoots are lol. l wish l was a model. Fuck. Had fun doing too many poses and then ran quickly downstairs so l wasnt leaving Mary alone for too long. Joined cocktail hour and quickly got drinks and stuffed face w the food. Food was soo good but l didnt have much time to eat everything. l guess it's good cause l always over eat during cocktail hour. Cocktail hour is like one of the 5 gifts from God. Afterwards we hit dinner and enjoyed a full night of drinks and dancing. Danced a lot as the music was pretty good for being wedding music family friendly and we had a lot of good friends together. Mary is fun to dance w which is pretty important since l love dancing w people so much so lm glad shes not shy or off beat or anything. Me and Diamond voguing cause she's my Vogue Queen. Mike and Sam had a cute routine as well that made me just go DawwWww.... partied till late and was pretty gross lol. Very fun times but most importantly lm glad everything went well for Mike and Sam's wedding. Hit home to smoke a lil hookah and knocked out late.
Sat me and Mary slept all damn day. Got up late and started on the show Stranger Things which everyone is talking bout. Made food and watched 3 episodes and its a mad cool show. Went out to pick up drinks and junk and dropped Mary off as she wasnt feeling well. Prob too much time w me lol. Hit pregame at OJs and god damnnn OJ and his fucking weed. l cant beat him when he's powered up. Its damn ridiculous its because of him being high.... like seriously?!!?
Hit up Monarch to party and again the weather was perfect to be in and out of the water. Mike and Sam and a bunch of the wedding made it out and just had a really good time drinking in the pool. We played a horrible game of Volleyball that MikeM doesnt understand the concept of 'imaginary net' cause he'd spike it downward through where a net would be and cheer lol. Started throwing heavy shit at each other. Tried standing on the floating beer pong mats and actually Allison got up there. Had ice buckets of drinks and it was just another amazing night there. No dancing but we need the mix up. Gotta get in the pool as much as we can before summer is over. l love pools and bbqs. So partied all the way till closing and then got Mary as she was feeling better and hit back home and made more food and watched 3 more episodes of Stranger Things.
Sunday we got up maddd late again wtfffffff.. made more food and yayyy more Stranger Things. Finished the season in just 2 days. Binge watching at its finest. Afterwards dropped off Mary and hit up Long's to pick up money from the past weekend and talked bout future events. A LOT going on in the next month, lm very hype. Hit home and ate and watched Better Call Saul and ordered more junk online cause l have a problem and ordered over $500 worth of bullshit in the past 2 weeks lol. Stuff for my Anbu costume. A Razor backpack that seems like it can hold a lot. $30 in pokemon stickers...... yeaaa... lol ok lemme explain. Matt(Plural) had a Garchomp sticker on his controller and it was cool and also just quickly shows which one is his so it doesnt get mixed up w anyone elses. So l decided to get a Machamp one for my controller... then l ended up buying one for everyone at The Lab for which ever character they use. They l bought a few more after that cause some were cool and l dunno what l'll do w it lol. Ok l got a problem.
Monday got up for house showings w Brian out in collegeville area ish and saw some potential homes. Hot day out but saw one home that really had potential. Afterwards met up w Johnny and Kim for paperwork real quick and then hit back home to Dick's sporting good to get stuff for my Anbu costume. Ate and did work all evening and worked on my Anbu costume which is coming together nicely. Played tons of For Honor and really enjoying it. l still should mess w all the characters to get a feel for who l like and why but overall lm liking the Viking's Raider and the Samurai's Kensei
Raider - big damage, good range, slow attacks, tackle and throw move and grab and toss in any direction move, stuns
Pretty much anytime you're jumping someone, Raider is great since you just wanna be swinging and you got a teammate helping cover your slow attacks and he does big damage for when you do land attacks
His tackle and throw and tossing people in any direction is good for cheap kills throwing people off buildings
Stuns help give frame advantage so l can swing slow big attacks
Overall pretty straight forward and effective
Kensei - Long range, quick dash up guard break, some very quick dash up attacks, controls space really well
Easy to just swing at your opponent when you can hit them and they cant hit you
After conditioning them that this is the range you'll be fighting in, quick dash up attacks or guard breaks work well
Hits fast so you hit first usually when both swinging at the same time which leads to more attacks while your opponent has to switch gears on blocking not attacking
Fast and good range w some dirty shit
Ended up gaming all night into Tues.
Tues finally slept at at 10am and got up at 4pm to do a ton of work. Mailed a check out, got taco bell and watched some Better Call Saul while stuffing my face. Show is so damn good. More work and then worked on my Demon Wind Shuriken as l decided to make one since l had the cardboard from the chestpiece that came in for my costume. Rita wanted to smoke so she came by and her and Josh helped me work on the Demon Wind Shuriken. Smoked and bummed and it was pretty relaxing working on something. l get why old people like knitting. It's peaceful. Afterwards watched Better Call Saul and ate more Taco Bell like a fat ass and then played Street Fighter 5 all night.
Weds played Street Fighter 5 till bout 8am or so. lm still adjusting to the rushdown playstyle. When l used Akuma in Ultra Street Fighter 4. l was mostly focused on zoning and anti air and then would apply the Vortex of dirty mix ups after l got a reset or knockdown. Other games, l play grapplers w just heavy mix up. Now Necalli in Street Fighter 5 does have a command grab but that's it on the grappler side but it def does help open people up who are good at tech grabbing(stopping me from using a normal throw). Still.... lm use to putting myself in an advantageous situation and applying big damage when that happens. The thing w Necalli is l have to rushdown for that situation where other characters l use have efficient long range tactics to get a knockdown to move in or have a long range moving move to get in safely. Necalli's ground pound is slow as fuck and his across screen slash is punishable when blocked so you cant just throw it out there. His dash is good atleast and even better(one of the best in the game) when Vtriggered. We'll see.
Did work all morning and have potentially new clients as friends hit me up about real estate questions. Worked on planning out events and went to bed at 3pm.
