Sup Guys, on the topic of being 'real' and 'fake' l get both sides and people on both extremities piss me off.
The people that are always too 'real' dont get manners, dont get its unappropriate to say certain things for no reason even if its the truth just cause they are 'real'. You dont just go up to someone and say 'you're fat and gross' because its rude. Also w being real - if you have ANY SORT OF REAL CAREER, you have to be a little fake. Why?! Because lm not going act the way l act around my clients(who werent friends first) the way l act w my friends. With my older families l dont say 'Yo this house totally blows dick.' but w my clients who were also my friends since elementary school(l have had multiple past clients who l've known since elem school) we can laugh together when l say that. l also dress the part the best l can to look more legit so l get more business. lm not gonna act 'real' and lose business - plain and simple. lm not gonna tell my boss(if l technically had one) that his hairstyle looks like hes from 1960 or that l would bang his wife. One person in an overall circle of friends isn't trusted and invited around much anymore because of how many times he has been 'real' and seriously offended other friends for no reason.
As for people being too 'fake' theres a time and place for going w the flow and other times where you should do what you want to do even if everyone else disagrees w you. Usually its the unharmful stuff. Everyone STILL hates on my tight Puma sneakers but l love them and l wear them and my friends tell me they hate them and then come out w me so it really doesnt matter. Standing up for any of your beliefs is fine - most people learn after mid 20s get how to debate, not argue(huge difference) and its nice to get into debates. Gets the mind going.
l guess what lm trying to say is just like everything else, its best to be flexiable. Theres a time for saying what you want and doing what you want and theres a time to go w society even if you dont like it - things like dressing up for your job and not telling your boss to fuck himself will help you go further in your career and thats kinda important if you care about a lot of other things in your life. Saying anything disrespectful to your friends, girlfriend/boyfriend will just make you lose them regardless if you're being truthful or not. Delivery is kinda important there if you really wanna say something people probably dont wanna hear.
Its not about being 'real' or 'fake'. Its about being smart.
The people who don't get that are stupid.
Kk so my week.
Friday started working on my guestlist and l think because of the weather, people were gonna go crazy on Friday since it was going to snow on Sat evening. So hit up the usuals and spammed facebook and did some real estate work. Real estate is going smooth, just still searching for bigger buyers as of lately. Def a good thing lol. Hit up Soho and picked up 4 orders of chicken. One for myself split w AdamZ, one for my sister, one for Brown and Jieun and one for SamY. Got SamY and then hit up pregame at Mel's place, a friend of Sam's who l just met.
So AdamZ Jieun and Brown came through and the 6 of us had a good time stuffing face w Soho chicken, drinking Mike's Hard Lemonade cause its awesome and girly and lm a lil bitch and smoking hookah. Def a nice pregame and then it was party time. So we pced out to Rumor first for the DNA Event. Saw tons of friends there and thank you Tee Kim for the drink passes as always. We abused the free open bar from 1030-1130 and drank too many Midori Sours again lol. Its so good but the sugar gets to my stomach. Introduced from SamY the first time we did free open bar at Rumor.
Saw more friends from all over the place and had a good time dancing and acting retarded w friends. Rumor was a social fest tho and both rooms were hype as shit. It got chaotic fun at first and w fun friends, l was easily just in the mood and going w the atmosphere. Kinda sad l didnt party in the EDM room much at all. It seemed fun in there too and we wanted to dance in there but it was SOO PACKED and the hiphop room got ridiculously packed as well. l didnt plan to go to Whisper till 130am or so but we decided at 1245am to hit up Whisper so we could breathe and fully dance again. l need my space. l dont need A LOT of space but l step and rock side to side and back and forth... l cant just be in a single spot w my feet planted next to each other. Thats not really dancing. Its just rocking in place on beat.
So we hit up Whisper and found Amy and thank you Amy for the hook up on drinks. Introduced her to my friends and then hit the dance floor and let loose. DJ was interesting as he was playing really good music, just didnt blend music too well and it seemed jagged and random at times. However the music selection was very good and had fun singing obnoxiously w Sam and going overboard on the dance floor. Sam is seriously one of my favorite people to dance w of all times. But all good friends who dont pay attention to anyone else and know how to act out are always fun. Also had a nice lil vogue battle w some Beyounce Miss Independant Woman Lady as l was jokingly bobbing my head like her and she started dancing which lead to a funny battle. All l really got is the duck walk, the make up move, a quick 8 'strike a pose' moves and The Hand lol. lm terribly at Voguing execution wise(as my execution in many things is not well) but l know the moves well enough and am confident enough to have a strong independent Michelle Obama attitude to Vogue properly. Had a blast and late night Me Sam Mel and Chris hit back to play w the hookah. Worked on hookah tricks for a while and had fun before driving them back. Def a very amazing night.

Sat woke up w Scott texting me he showed up to my place early. Got changed and we pced out to house showings. We checked out two awesome homes and yooooo the second home. We bugged out. Def had fun browsing through the home. Imagining people coming over and how the layout would be. How it'd be a great place to entertain and how much of an awesome just hang out house it'd be. It'd be like living in the fraternity house again but CLEAN and BIGGER!!
The thing l miss MOST w living w my fraternity brothers/friends is waking up to friends already chilling - in my room playing my xbox360 - in other rooms talking bout how crazy last nights party was - in the kitchen trying to cure hang overs. Its just really nice and l get to see that rarely when l do visit the current brothers of AXP at Kutztown. Its just nice to see.
Anyway, after house showings - we ate food and smoked hookah and chilled for a while just talking bout all sorts of stuff. l havent had my food drinks and hookah nights much lately w the weather being so cold and snowing and shit so it was nice to have that again. l do gotta have people over soon. Probably in Jan will be the next time.
Afterwards worked on my guestlist and was considering going out but the snow was absolutely terrible. After talking w some friends and hearing of other friends saying that I95 was extremely icy due to the snow and then ice rain, l decided that its not worth it to go out. High risk of getting into an accident isnt worth it and plus the club would prob be kinda empty.
Sunday me and Brown hit up Hack's. Played Magic w Brown SteveC and even Breslin came by and taught us a lot. Had a good time practicing decks and really hype for my Rakdos Aggro. Its got flaws but l've been really focusing on the ins and outs of this deck. Had a lot of fun and we ordered pizza even tho me and Brown just stuffed face w a ton of Taco Bell. Stayed till 10pm or so and pced out and had a chill evening. Ended up on the phone w Vicky till l passed out. Always a good way to knock out.

Monday worked all day and then just kinda kept to myself for the day. Had to get a lot done and felt good getting a ton of work knocked out of the way. Was looking at some games and Adam brought to my attention a game called Archeblade. Its REALLY fun. The thing is - just like the Chivalry series, when it becomes more than 1v1, it gets hectic and blocking isnt too efficient since someone will attack you - you will block and be 'locked' into blocking there while the other person will flank you and you will die. Usually - its just better to dodge and run.
The thing l like the MOST about the game is how much fun lm having w SO MANY of the characters. Usually in most games, l find that GOOD connection w 1-3 characters. Street Fighter 4 more because of the large cast and for how long l've played it, over time l've been able to understand how to play certain characters and get it through watching or facing them. But this game l INSTANTLY feel a connection w many characters. Each character is mad diverse and so many are VERY FUN to play. Its just a really smart game. There is a metagame in combat which makes it more than run up and hit somebody.

So kinda just spent the night playing that.
Tues Vicky came over early and we made food, mac n cheese and mashpotatoes - our classic, and we watched the Hunger Games finally lol. Really good and hyped to see the 2nd movie. We hit up Best Buy to fix up her Macbook Pro and Oxford Valley Mall to find Christmas gifts.
Got Allison new gloves she needed that she can play on her Iphone without taking off her gloves. Got my watch sized to my wrist and l love it. Well love the way it looks lol, it can hurt when my arm is down and l bend my wrist. Nice having the time at a turn of my hand. Havent owned a watch since Jr High. Took fun pics in the photobooth and edited one pic so dope like lol. The rest are cute.
Hit home and made pasta and mussles and watched the movie The Heat. Didnt think ld like it at first being a chick flic but watched it for Vicky and yooo actually mad funny. SO MANY INSULTS its amazing. Its just a burnfest. The disses are hilarious. The delivary is great. Nice night w the girlfriend b4 she pced home. Loved my day w Vicky.
Weds went by fast. Took care of some work, nothing too crazy and later on Adam hit me up about Anchorman 2. Went to go see it w him and ScottD and yooo fucking amazing movie. Esp the epic battle. l was dying. lm glad they did a great job not ruining the series, only extending it. It was really good and they should come out w a third later on. Hit home afterwards only to play Street Fighter 4 for almost 7 hours lol. Streaming myself play Cammy and Zangief and then just w all Akuma Cammy and Zangief against people that were watching my stream. Had fun w them and it was a good time.
Thurs picked up my car from the Honda dealer and it needs some repairs. Went out to Philly to get Vicky and we met up w Sim and Steve for dinner. Stuffed face and it was nice meeting Steve and good to see Sim since last yr. Dinner was dope being a Steve Stars restaurant and we were all in food coma.
Afterwards we went iceskating and yo..... just once a yr is enough lol. The iceskates are too tight in the middle of my feet and too loose around other areas and around my ankels. They overall hurt my feet all over along w my ankels. Skating is fun for a bit but mehh. Its just good to be out tho. Dope light show and took a lot of pics together. Some nice pics haha. The atmosphere is what you go for tho. At Penn's Landing, its just a really nice view. Sometimes things like that arent easy to appreciate but if you think about the future on 'what if l could NEVER do this again' you can really appreciate the view, the music and the people you're w. It was nice taking it all in even tho we were doing something mad doofy which is iceskating in an oval over and over again. l didnt fall this time but l kinda wanted too cause its fun to glad across the floor. Last time l fell from going too fast and spending too much time on one skate, l landed on my back and glided for a while across the floor and it was pretty fun but l thought l'd look stupid and ridiculous if l purposly dove onto the floor on my back lol. We got hot chocolate and chilled b4 closing. Drove Vicky back b4 hitting home. Def a very nice night out w those 3.

Friday woke up mad late and bummed it. Worked on my guestlist and massively spammed my 'ring leaders' of people who somewhat run their circle of friends and told them about Whisper. Was thinking bout old video games that were just amazing that l think ld still have fun playing now. Of those, the multiplayer focused games l wanted to replay were
Shadowrun Xbox360
Condemned 2
Multiplayer for both those games were extremely different. Shadowrun has a counter-strike feeling but theres a lot of factors in choice making that feels like a fighting game and rpg. The fact that the character you choose greatly influences gameplay, the guns you pick and the tech/magic you pick. Its pretty intense. Ultimately - there are a MASSIVE amount of combinations you could try out and also face which keeps the game interesting. Though of course, some combinations are better than others. A slow moving troll w the ability to push people away w a katana isnt efficient at all. Now a fast moving, see through walls, teleporting elf w a katana makes much more sense(which is my favorite build). The fact that abilities are just as important as guns is really crazy how because of the game objective, the magic/tech can be crucial. Someone climbing up a ladder w the flag to the destination point cause be Gusted off the roof which helps your team get to them to kill them b4 they capture the flag. Seeing through walls alone is ridiculous but w the combination of teleporting through walls so you can jump people is god like. Its just a really clever game and it got great reviews for gameplay. Just had nothing but multiplayer and didnt save your scores or anything. It was just that match and that was it.
Condemned 2 is amazing for the fact that you're playing hide and seek w killing. Its intense hiding in the shadows and jumping the cops and taking their guns. Lying in wait or moving around hoping to flank the cops. While playing as the cops, its nice having the guns and flashlight but the flashlight also gives away your position but without it on, someone could be really close to you and you cannot see them. Its a VERY exciting game.
As for single player
Dishonored
Star Wars The Force Unleashed 1 and 2
Just amazing games. Very clever and Star Wars The Force Unleashed is the best controls for a star wars game for force powers and overall the best Star Wars game l've ever played and l played A LOT of them, being a fan of Star Wars. Its style, its cleverness, the combinations of powers - its just a dope game.
Ok so anyway - hit up Whisper and partied the night away. Met up w EricS and Joeh and also caught up w a ton of friends as the Drexel group and med student posse were on break so everyone was going ham. Also randomly bumped into Sang there who ran around w me for a bit and Ly and Shwe came through later on to. Even tho they attract dbags who dont dance at all, l still had a good time w them lol.
Theres just soooo many dbags who dress so dweby who act so stuck up and l just dont get where it comes from. Like its ridiculous how intentionally dressing like a stereotypical nerd is somehow a cool thing. Like they look EXTREMELY DWEBY. l just dont get it. lm a hater, lm cool w it. But l go to clubs to dance and have fun - not try to look like an extra nice guy and buy girls drinks in hopes they'll sleep w me. Esp FAKE NERD GLASSES that dont actually have glass in them. THEY WEAR IT PURELY FOR FASHION to look nerdy cause its a look. Being a nerd is cool in the last few years and now you have frauds everywhere. Not just dressing nerdy but claiming they are nerds/gamers/into anime and all this shit.
^^ sorry the way this one guy dressed just really pissed me off lol.
Anyway.. pced out at 3am and had hit to play more video games.
Sat l was gonna hit up the Invitational Qualifier for the Magic the Gathering Standard tournament at Stomping Grounds. Breslin took 2nd and Baro got in Top 8. Last time l was there, there numbers were in the high 70s. Was just too tired tho from going to bed at 7am and l couldnt fall asleep any earlier.
Picked up Vicky and hit up the bboy jam in Philly to go chill, watch and catch up w so many friends. Friends from all over Philly, NYC, MD, DC, VA came through and had fun watching the 1v1. 1v1s are a whole new game because you gotta worry MORE about having enough energy to fully do everything you plan to do in all your rounds. Esp when there are 3 rounds or more... it gets tiring.
Afterwards we had options but first hit up KungFu necktie for drinks and chilling. Met up w friends and had a drink and then bounced to Delilah's waiting on some people but it took them forever to arrive and it was not worth $20 to go in for 30 mins so at 130am we left to get food. Me vicky Domkey Ryan and Duron met up w Toyz Chris Fleg Gunjak and Dmoe at David's and ordered mad chicken for Duron lol(l make my own jokes). Stuffed face and had a good time just catching up and talking bout the jam and other junk. Glad l got to chill w Chris too as l havent seen him in 2 yrs almost exact. That little thirsty motherfucker lol. Gave people rides back and said night to Vicky. Glad she got to come w and meet so many of my friends.
Hit home and played a lot of Star Wars The Force Unleashed. OMG stilll SOOO fun haha. Played till 11am of Sunday oops.
Sunday woke up at 9pm. Well woke up on and off through the day, making calls, answering emails and back to sleep. No nerd night as Hack's parents were visiting. Been stuffing face, watching History Channel and posting and tagging pics and crap. Gonna just game tonight like crazy. Thats pretty much gonna be my Sunday lol.
Late.
