I got to know Mike over the time when we were house shopping and it was good seeing Dana again since when we use to party often. Def really happy for them and I wish them the best. W all they got going on, they’ll be just fine. More on their wedding below.
Kk past few weeks.
9/14 Tues got up in the afternoon and did real estate work for a little before heading out for house showings w Harvey and Sandy. Saw one really great home and a decent comparison. Good seeing Sandy again after all this time too.
Got pizzas on the way home and hung out w the guys for Dumpling Sessions. Had fun playing Street Fighter V again since Summer Jam. Its crazy how l’ll play like crazy then take a 3 week break off it. Against Sam’s Akira, l had fun using Ed Akira and Cammy against him. Def like refreshing. Ended the night watching Baki cause its awesome.
Weds got up late and Brown came over to chill. Just super bum hang out, watching bullshit and talking bout everything. Afterwards ran errands for a while and got Buffalo Wild Wings and deposited a check from Dana’s parents closing. Hit home and RyanW and Moses came through. Watched the last 3 episodes of What If and then watched the youtube ScreenCrush Easter eggs we might have missed in each episode. Ended the night watching more Baki lol.
Thurs morning got up early and fresh. I got TOO much sleep lately but whatever. Did work all morning. Working on booking homes for Fri and Sun. Worked on the DNA Halloween Event. Finding my new contacts for every single organization in these Philly colleges and its a lot to go through. But already got some organizations confirmed to participate.
Headed out to get Poke bowl and gas and hit home to eat and watch Castlevania which apparently gets stupid good. Finished up Baki and then watched Southpark and then at 5pm went back up to do real estate house bookings and working w all the new people who are social chairs and President of their organization on the Halloween Event.
Played some Street Fighter V w Akira which she’s DEF DEF fun… but l dont think l can make her tournament viable. I just ENJOY playing her. Like lm just playing the game to play. As much as lm writing mad notes and shit… l wont be able to get her on the level of my Ed. Finished up my Oki Chart for her.

Friday got up and headed out to pick up Allison in NYC. We hit Cosco to get mad food and drinks for the weekend and then got Omeo. Hit the lakehouse and yoo lm seeing this squad so often now. Got in, unpacked and we started making tacos. I was starving.
We hit downstairs for games. Rage cage and beer pong. Nick and Omeo being the most serious in beer pong. Had the hookah lit for side breaks between games and yoo Allison waterfalling the vodka all over the cups had me dying laughing. Hearing everyone scream Allie NoOoOoOOo ahhhh…. I’m so proud of her. Chucking sour patch kids in the drinks. Reminds me to buy more. I love sour patch kids. Terance was dead half the night from waking up early. Had to feed him some encouragement. But that only ended up w him giving Angela a blowjob. Showed off badass hookah tricks to everyone and then late night made more food. Me Omeo and Andrew went up first to start cooking. Dumplings, pho and other small junk. The viet pho was pretty popular. Hung out pretty late before passing out.
Sat got up at 4pm. Felt great. Got on the boat w everyone and had a chill time boating around. The boat wasnt charged long enough tho so we kinda got stranded for a lil but luckily we werent too far from the lakehouse.
Next up was bbq time. Nick Cliff Terance were doing the grill and did a good job on food. The food was actually pretty fucking banging. Had a good variety. Loved the crab but l knew l shoulda bought more. Sausages, chicken, vegs, shrimp were all scewered and yoo l ate so much.
Bum time for a lil and then back downstairs for more games. More rage cage and beer pong. Beat Nick by one cup then lost to Omeo by one cup. Nick beat Omeo soooo lma go w 3 way tie. It was getting mad hot downstairs for some reason and half of us ended up w our shirts off. I actually snuck out to shower real quick too at one point. Did my late night exorcism. Angela died this time. Found out Nathan plays COD and added him to our COD Squad group. Back upstairs for food and hung out late again. Half the food was getting fucked up lol. Esp the fishsticks. At 3am or so l ended up going to bed.
Sunday got up and drove back home. Changed and had a lil bum time and then back out for house showings w Harvey and Sandy. We saw 5 homes and liked 3 of them. Just older homes arent doing it for us. The newer modern homes are not only nicer but architect wise, just built more open and have more utility. Good hanging w those two again and then got chinese food from Tai Lake and got home to eat. Watched Castlevania and ended the night w hookah and youtube.
9/20 Monday got up late and did work all afternoon and evening. At 830pm got on COD w the guys trying out the XM4 as thats the new meta gun now. Bought the lightning dismemberment bundle cause its badass and l have over $100 on COD points anyway cause whatever, l enjoy that shit. Played some Ghost of Tsushima and watched House party late night w Jeremiah.
Late late night, watching youtube and getting some work done. Went down the rabbit hole on youtube. China’s housing bubble to the fake influencers, the lying down movement, social media, ‘left over women’, 5G problems, ghost cities and false GDP growth… it was one of those nights.
Tues got up late. Visited my mom and grandmom for my grandmom’s birthday. Set up my Mom’s new gaming pc. I went overboard but whatever. The cost difference is so little that l might as well go all out. Dual monitors, one being a BenQ, razor mechanical keyboard, Logitech Mouse, 16GB of SSD. Its pretty beastly. Had a nice dinner for my grandmother and caught on everything.
Got home and got on COD and yooo multiple 2nd and 3rd places but no wins tonight sadly. Played a little later than usual from using the guilt trip. Made grilled cheese and worked on a ton of stuff all night. Ended up talking w Teresa for a while as l needed a Villanova Sigma contact for the Halloween event and she happened to be up. More youtube about China and bullshitting mega late night into weds.
Weds still up, got some work done. The thing about real estate is that l can quickly get my work done but its more about when people get back to me. Sent out some emails and then l just wait. Hit BJs for mad snacks cause lm a child. Snacks are great.
Watched Ronny Chieng’s stand up on Netflix and passed out for a lil bit. Got up, mad lobster and mashpotatoes for me and Ryan and we watched What If, easter eggs of What If and Shang-Chi and then some of Star Wars Visions. Visions is cool, very dope short stories. Hung out close to midnight and yooo l was so dead. Prob from all the food too. Always good hanging w Ryan. Took it easy for a lil then back down late as Brando swung by and me Brando and Jeremiah watched some Southpark and youtube.
Thurs got up and got my haircut in Chinatown at Room 209 from Happy. Solid cut as always and then got shisha in NE. Got home and chilled for a lil and watched Squid game which is insane on Netflix. Played some COD w the guys for a lil and then some Street Fighter V w Brando and Jeremiah, going over a ton of Cammy stuff. The thing w Cammy is so is straight forward, easy to play and still very fucking good. It doesnt take long to get back into her and everytime l do, l learn just a LITTLE bit more each time. If anything, its good for building learning a character skills which gets faster and faster w each character. Ended the night into the morning watching a ton of Squid Game and yoooo korean shows are just so insane. Battle Royales are just nuts too and its crazy how everyone loves the genre in shows/movies/gaming.
Friday was a full day of work and fun. With SO many little things to take care of, stayed in Friday and cleaned like crazy. Organizing. Figuring out other stuff for my Mom’s new PC and then bummed late w Jeremiah. Watching Manifest, finished off Squid Game which was so good. We played Street Fighter V on and off all night. Using my Akira and Cammy and Jeremiah was playing a ton of characters but mostly R.Mika and Rose. Its FUN again, just like, being on somewhat an even level, having multiple characters, mixing things up. Like the thinking involved is fun again. Dont get me wrong, l love my main Ed but there isnt as much to learn, which paths make the most sense ect. With Cammy and Akira, its hype again. Really looking at the characters, Akira is more of a character l’d play than Cammy. Cammy’s frametrap routes are all over the place, require either REALLY quick reactions
Did LK Counter Hit? If yes, use B.mp, if no, use lp. Its like toooo quick to like decide. I think you just gotta go w a route. Its a lot to take in. We’ll see. Akira is more straight forward outside of the ‘standing or crouching’ state to maximize combos. We just bummed all night. Lit a few hookahs, made food twice, shows and Street Fighter V till 6am lol. Super chill night.
Sat woke up late as fuck. Started to do work from 6-10pm. So much going on w real estate work, nightlife work and just errands and personal shit to do in general. Played some Street Fighter V w Jeremiah. Made food. RyanW came through and we watched this movie Old by M.Night which l really liked. Didnt get great reviews but yooo l love M.Night stuff and the twist was so good. Stayed up all night, watching and playing Street Fighter V w Jeremiah till 7am.
Sunday got up and hit my open house at Min’s. Caught up w RobK too and thanks again for the vapes. Afterwards, hit Quials or whatever for my suit the be tailored then hit my Mom’s to install the wifi USB drive and set up her PC and figured out ALLLLL her passwords since she has them saved on EVERYTHING that she forgot her passwords for literally everything. She has them written all over this lil notebook. So made her a google doc to save passwords, nice and clean. Also from a friend, l forgot who, got them started on Mahjong. 4 players online or vs bots.
Next Hmart to grab madddd food and snacks cause lm fat and hit home to eat and do work. Worked on real estate stuff and orgs for my Halloween event at night and ended the night watching Free Guys w jeremiah which l really liked.
9/28 Monday woke up late. Ughh. I wanted to wake up earlier but got up and got my work done in the afternoon. Just waiting back on friends and listing agents on booking homes and answering questions about homes lol. Worked on DNA Nightlife for our Halloween event, getting a few more organizations to participate and trying to get a feel for which venue is best.

Got Arby’s, stuffed face, watched more Midnight Mass and slept at 3pm. Got up and booked more homes and had people over for Dumpling Sessions. Playing a lot of Street Fighter V. Ed Cammy and Akira. Will most likely be adding Luke to the squad. Just having more characters makes the game FUN. ONLY taking the game mega mega serious is like stressful. And when winning, its kinda mindless. Only some close matches are exciting but my brain isnt churning as much as when using someone lm newer with. Made maddd dumplings for the guys, had the hookah lit. Kenny came through w the new PS5 for Brown. Im such a good middleman.

Weds got up and chilled w Jeremiah and Kenny watching Dave Chapelle’s Netflix stand up. Lit the hookah and chilled and then dropped off Kenny in Philly and picked up Angie and Ray for house showings. Saw 7 properties and really liked 3 of them. Fully day hanging w them but actually it was only 3.5 hours. I always think l work longer than l really do. Hit back home and did work for them, booking homes for other friends and working w Orgs for my Halloween Event.
Hit downstairs to play Street Fighter V on a new account to focus on Akira/Cammy. Really having a lot of fun again but god l suck w them still lol. Watching youtube on the side. Music videos, Caleb and other random stuff w Jeremiah.
RyanW and Brando came through. Titus joined us too and the 5 of us watched GI JOE’s Snake Eyez which some of the action was good. Decent explanation of the origin but mehhh. Got to see Dean fight tho in one of the opening fights so that was cool to see him in the movie.
Stayed up late, organizing notes for Street Fighter V. There’s just so much more going on to that game than most realize. But to narrow down routes to mix up between the routes while being optimal(max damage or oki and/or corner carry), you gotta keep looking at the big picture. There’s a few things l could do to make my life easier but in the long term, might as well get max damage than almost max damage and keeping things mentally easier for myself. I do it Ed so l can def do it w Cammy and Akira. Also, l think w enough practice, anything is possible. Ended the night w a lil youtube and Midnight Mass.
Thurs got up and relaxed a lil as Power Windows came to fix my back screen door again lol. Good thing l got that double lifetime warranty!! Lol having lifetime warranty on things is mad nice. Slept a lil more and got up for a house showing w Harvey and Sandy. Saw a really nice home and the listing agent was solid. Spent a lot of time in there because it was so huge and then hit Giant to get mad food.
Ate pork belly and rice and hopped on COD but yooo it was a rough night. Ended the night watching and finishing Midnight Mass on Netflix which l really liked. Just the big twist and how it plays out is really solid. Making grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. Was full as fuck before sleeping.
Friday got up and just did real estate work. Sending listings to friends as its crazy how more people are looking for a new place now in October. Figuring things out for this Halloween event and trying to reach the few smaller organizations that didnt respond yet. Got a lot done and was feeling out of it. Fell asleep at 4pm, woke up at 9pm and hung out w Jeremiah downstairs all night. Played some Hitman 3, played a lot of Street Fighter V Akira and watched Manifest all night.
Sat was still up. Hung w Jeremiah a lil longer and passed out at 11am. Got up at 5pm and played Street Fighter 5 for a while. Picked up Jolyn and we got food at Long’s new restaurant Far East Descendant. Food was solid and it was cool to eat on the rooftop. Good catching up w Jolyn again and had a really good dinner.
Hit David’s party afterwards. Just drinks and hookah all night running around socializing w everyone. Nothing too crazy. Just good spending time w everyone as always. Hit home and the guys were playing Ultra Street Fighter 4, saying l dont got it lol. Had fun playing that again and I can still consistently land both the Super and Ultra versions of the Demon w Akuma. Like riding a bike. Watched some Southpark before passing out.
Sunday got up late and just picked up mad chinese food. Was craving it hard. Just had a super chill sunday. Watching Netflix, smoking hookah and did a lil real estate work in the evening. Had just a really simple to myself night. Just need that ME time ya know?
10/4 Monday got up and hit the bank and Philadelphia Mills for the new suit. Got pho and did work and watched Boruto all afternoon. Mad chill. Got on COD w the guys and got a win. The balance changes are wayyy too frequent right now. Its like every 2 weeks. Once even changing a week later. Afterwards played some Street Fighter V w Akira which lm really enjoying and then watched Boruto and ate pho a second time.
Tuesday got up maddd early. Did work, focused on stock news and reg news and played some Street Fighter V. Visited NYC to hang w my sister Allison and Cliff for the evening then late night just bummed w Brando on youtube. Passed out pretty early tho cause l woke up at like 6am. I felt like a normal human being.
Weds got up early again. Just work and Street Fighter V w Akira during the day time. Eventually at like 3pm, this is not my life and l had to pass out for a lil. Got up for house showings w Harvey and Sandy and saw some properties for the night. Got snacks and hit the AMC theater to see Venom 2 w RyanW. Movie wasnt bad but it was too much jokes, not enough action. Should be the other way around. They kinda threw in stuff without explaination. Hit back to my place and l got him hooked on Alice In Borderlands. Ended the night staying up late w Jeremiah while watching Supernatural.
Thursday got up late and hit Domkey and Rose’s place to chill, drink and hookah. We headed out to our Escape Room which l never did and got a drink at a beer garden in center city. Pricy but good. Kev and his girl Steph came to join us and yooo, it was more intensive than l thought. Def liked it a lot and we passed it with a few minutes left. The first puzzle we werent sure if it was already solved or not which ate up a chunk of our time. Afterwards, hung out at Dom’s w everyone for a while. What was suppose to be 1230am ended up till 130am hehehe l didnt wanna say anything and end the night early. Got home and did some Supernatural w Jeremiah before passing out.
Friday started the afternoon w work for a while and then hit JohnP’s. Good to see him again after just about 2 years. Pirin and Rob came through and we hung out and played DDR/Pump. Had twitch on the side and also watched Domkey’s twitch on a Redbull Canada Cyper. Later on it was hot tub time. John got a nee hot tub and yooo it’s so nice. Just chilled, talking bout whatever and it was perfect. I really want one now. Hung out for a while before hitting home. Ended the night w Street Fighter V and Netflix late night.
Sat for up late and just did work and had on Netflix for a while. Started watching Girl from nowhere and yoo it can be kinda stupid but it’s so good. This bitch just goes school to school fucking shit up. It’s so addicting. Watched ProjectX and later on Ryan and Gunnar came through. Watching Alice in Borderland and ended my night w Street Fighter V.
Sunday for up and hit Dana and Mike’s wedding. Congrats guys!!!! Ceremony I met some new people and found other friends and yoo cocktail hour was dope. Esp all the sushi just up for grabs. My table, table 4 was a lot of fun and we were def inappropriate. Just the way dinner should be. Talking bout the best strip clubs of Philly. The ratio of strippers you would fuck and wouldn’t fuck lol. We just had to make sure not to be too loud. Did some dancing, did a good amount of shots and had to take it easy later on. Good seeing Dana’s parents again since our last closing as well. Marium and Hyeon auctioning me off on IG stories. It was a really good time being there w everyone. Also got to meet Hyeon’s bf Ace whose mad cool.
Afterwards we did Johnnie Walker Lounge. Met up w Angie and Jada. More friends came through and I’m glad to see Mike see Dana’s nightlife side. It was cute and funny seeing Dana pour a bottle down his mouth haha. Had fun dancing like an idiot but yoo the music was on point. Also found Jade and we hung out and walked to Tango to say yo to people for a lil. Back to Johnnie and just partied there rest of the night. Thanks Allan for hooking it up. End of the night, got Paula and hit back to chill and watch the movie Grown ups.
10/11 Monday got up late and did work all evening. Headed out to get mad food and Paula made this chicken rice soup thingy. It was really good and then got on COD w the guys for a while. Played all night but sadly no wins. Later on some Street Fighter V w Akira which lm still really enjoying. Finally ended the night watching more Girl from Nowhere cause its addicting and l love seeing Nanno fuck shit up lol.
Tues got up early and hit homes w Tony. Checked out two spots that are potential investment properties and then had to kill some time till my next showings. Got wawa and shisha and then hit my house showings w Harvey and Sandy. Checked out some solid spots and had a good evening w everyone.
Hit Hmart on my way back to get mad food and did some work when l got home before hosting Dumpling Sessions. Happy Birthday Nick!! Made mad dumplings, played a lot of Street Fighter V and hung out w everyone till a lil past midnight. Cut cake for Nick’s birthday and yoo icecream cake is so good. Had a chill night w everyone but l got so little sleep before l knocked out at 1am.
Weds got up late and did work. Lit the hookah and watched Girl from Nowhere for a while and then made more bulgogi and pork belly w Me Jeremiah Paula and Avery. Had a really chill night and later on got Street Fighter V for a while and then got on COD w the guys and got a win. Downtown feels so funny now that its so destroyed. I dont like it… Ended the night watching the movie Get Smart w everyone.
Thurs got up and took it easy. Did a little work and hung out w everyone downstairs. Watching Girl from Nowhere and later got on COD w the guys. Got a win in a crazy circle and yoo we had so much money we couldnt spend. But it just shows that money def sets up a win. It just helps. Watching more videos late night on youtube and smoking hookah. Going over stuff w AMC and BB stocks and did some studying.
