Each year just becomes more time consuming than the last. Even if I’m free to see everyone, not everyone is free to be around too. It does kinda suck to have to like preplan hang outs now. Back in elementary school-high school, we’d literally invite ourselves over each other’s house to hang. College, I’d wake up to my fraternity brothers in my room, playing my Xbox 360, asking me if I’m down to skip class and go to the mall or waking up to brothers asking if we should throw a party or go out to one. It was so easy to be w everyone everyday. But as long as I’m still seeing everyone, it’s ok to put in the extra work for it. It is a little weird ‘penciling people in’ my calendar instead of just calling and asking if they wanna get food right now lol.

3.13 Tuesday got up in the evening doing a ton of work. 2 closings and 2 really active buyers, some friends looking to rent out property and another friend selling his investment property. Its crazy how much you can do if you HAVE to do it. Book showing but sadly my showings for the day got cancelled since it was snowing.
Played some Monster Hunter World in the evening and hit Vince’s to play poker. We switched from Texas Hold’em to Omaha for a lil and had a lil fun. Its reckless but l love it. Anything can happen. Lost -$10 but honestly.. It was too much fun that l dont even care. Hit home to do more work and play Monster Hunter World for a bit.
At 4am Jeremiah came into my room to show me mad Dragonball FighterZ stuff. I’m unsure about dropping Goku Black or Hit. Goku Black is great but l dunno if he’s for me. Hit is great but has def flaws. I dunno, we’ll see. Ate and watched Vikings before going to bed.
Weds got up and met up w RyanW about listing his investment property I got him years ago. Mary came through too and checked out the place again and noted the changes needed to be made before listing. Hit home to chill and do a lil work then headed back out to see homes w JeffP and saw some great potential. Not a long evening but then back home to chill and do work and then back out again. Got Nicah from the train station and we hit JohnP’s for dinner w him and his girlfriend. His girlfriend is mad funny and chill and the 4 of us had a really great dinner. They made korean bbq and omgggg the sauces were so on point. Pork, chicken, beef.a roighaoirhgoaihgioahg… lm totally down if we just keep doing kbbq every single time lol. It was so good. Smoked hookah, had drinks and ate candy lol. We ended up hanging way later than l expected but we were having a really good time and I’m glad me and John got to meet each other’s girlfriends finally.
Afterwards, went back to Nicah’s and just passed the fuck out due to lack of sleep ontop of being out all day.
Thurs hit back to Bucks county and got my haircut and did work all evening. Hit house showings w Soy for a while but didnt see anything too great. Usually if theres not a lot of pictures of the home online, theres a reason… Oh well.
Hit The Lab afterwards and took 2nd place in Street Fighter 5 during the round robin only losing to sensei Julio aka BedtimeBuddy. Julio won the tournament of course. I’ll get a 1st soon enough. I havent been playing.

Afterwards, hit Philly to get my lil sister Allison and hit Nicah’s to eat more pork and hookah and watched anime. Hung out late and drove Allison back to our parent’s house and hit home to chill and read gaming news.
Friday Allison came over and hit a rental listing in Fishtown. Nice asian couple who is going to rent out their current home and buy a new home in the Council Rock school district that me and my sister went to. Being asian and from Council Rock, they had a lot of questions. Allison mentioning she’s now in Columbia impressed them. Me telling them how l went to Kutztown University and graduated with a philosophy degree did not lol. House looked great and lm hype to list it.
Dropped off Allison at Temple so she could see Jenna and hit Nicah’s and knocked out.
Got up and set up pregame at Nicah’s and friends came over to play games and hang. Smoked hookah and had a good time and got tickets sold. Hit our goal on ticket sales and hit Noto and partied there till 130am or so. Found friends and just partied on the dance floor all night, chugging Corona’s cause me and Jeremiah both went back to the bar to get beers for friends and we ended up having way too many haha.
Afterwards hit Chinatown Square to get Halal guys and party in Johnnie Walker Lounge. Nicah of course wanted food first and eventually had to ditch her to party w friends before closing. Always good to see everyone and hung out for the lil time we had left.
Next up, after party at Will’s. Tons of liquor, girls and hookah. Cant complain lol. Just danced there, smoked hookah, met friends of friends and had a good time partying there till 4am. Will’s spot is mad nice. They had bottles everywhere. Eventually got tired and hit back to Nicah’s.
Got back to Nicah’s for another after party lol. Just hookah and food at this point. Stuffing face w Halal guys and ramen and chilled till close to 6am. It was a nonstop night.
Sat got up to an accepted offer for JeffP!!!!!!!1 Ohhhh dip!! So made calls and got small changes made on the paperwork and lm feeling better because this April, l’ll have 5 new buyers and also will be listing Ryan’s property. I need to make sure to have enough time for everyone. And when April hits, l WILL be getting even more clients than that. So it’s good to get accepted offers so I have more house showing time for other clients. Also, its good finding friends a home and l like making money lol.
Slept a bit more and then got back up and hit dinner w Nicah JackK ZackS and RyanW. Rose Tattoo Cafe… DEF on the list of places to go back to. Got a filet and omgggg so juicy. We had a really good dinner, laughed a lot and the food was great. Shared some food and dessert was also really good though l was stuffed. Just glad we found time to get together. Those 3 are mad busy as well so we gotta group text to figure out plans.
Next up, small hang out at the Kofman’s. They ordered a ton of chinese food and lm fat so l actually found room to eat. The food was great and we played a ton of games. Cards against Humanity and one of my favorites… EXPLODING KITTENS!! It’s just hype to be nervous to draw a card everytime and there’s a lot of fucking people over. There’s a playing safe vs greed element too as if you keep spending cards to avoid picking up cards, you now have less cards for the future which is more important and you also arent picking up cards to use in general. There’s a ton of strategy and it’s just so much fun. Had a lot of laughs and glad Mike and Sam set it up. Also good to see David and Diamond as they’ve been MIA but for good reason. Diamond on red carpets n shit. Forgetting bout us little people.
Next hit Chinatown for bubble tea w Nicah David and Diamond and then hit Marisa/Zack’s for Catan to end the night. Won both games. First game by settling at Wheat and Ore to start and citing up first and getting mad good numbered cards often and the 2nd game by having a diverse build and things just worked out. I love Catan.
Hit back to Nicah’s to pack and then hit my house to do mad work for a while. Messaged everyone about FGC night at my place on Tues and also bout AC on Friday since Paola was playing and giving me bottles, VIP and a room. We started the anime - Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler and yoooooo its so dope. The Japanese can make anything epic but for real, it’s really cool.
Sunday did work and then hit Vince’s for games. Played Omaha for a while which was mad fun again. Won $1 and Nicah won $3 lol #ballers #powercouple. Switched to Catan and then ended playing 13 lol. Games… nonstop. Hit home to send out emails, organized my pc and watched Vikings while eating. Later on, caught up on gaming news and ended the night on facebook video w Nicah.
3.19 Monday got up to work all evening on several accepted offers. Feels good having 3 to work on ontop of the other buyers, sellers and renters l have. I really feel great about 2018 and real estate.
Later on hopped on Monster Hunter World w Adam and Weili to do some storyline stuff. Had fun and gahh l want my armored guilli so l can yolo swing w the Greatsword. Later on ate and watched Vikings and did more real estate work. Watched videos on caulking bathrooms so l dont trash my bathroom and then caught up on gaming news. Tried on Foxhole on steam but omggg its so slow pace. I get the idea of like moving supplies in a war effort but people wanna fight, not gather supplies for other players on their team to use.
Worked on my Street Fighter 5 punish guide for a bit and finished up cleaning 21 of the 30 characters. Def wanna have it done. For tournaments it helps to know ‘ok lm facing the winner of this Ken vs Vega match’ So then l look up my notes against both of them to go over. Ate more and watched more Vikings before knocking out.
Tuesday got up lunch time to do work for a bit then back to sleep as l wasnt all there. Got up in the evening and worked on a closing thats driving me crazy cause TD bank is horrible. But when it comes to loans, ALL BANKS are horrible to work with.
Set up FGC night and friends came over for food, hookah and games. Focused on Dragonball FighterZ and Jeremiah was teaching Brando and Josh. Im glad Josh is finally getting into it. Had a lot of fun and played till late.
Afterwards did work and ate while watching X-Men Apocalypse on HBO. Watched videos on this game Detroit almost human l’ve been keeping my eye on for a while and then messed w Adult Gohan and Cell in DBFZ but overall l dont like them that great. Great cr.M and all but l dunno… they seem very standard.
Weds worked all day and eventually dug out my car to hit Vince’s for poker. So normal texas hold’em l was doing well… then we switched to the FUN OMAHA but omggggg you win or lose big so fast and being on multiple straight draws and flushes and not hitting is the worse. Was up $15 in Texas then -$60 in Omaha. God damn it lol. Ordered chinese food and bummed and hung out pretty late.
Hit home to do work again. SO MUCH is going on. It’s great but everyday l need to be by my PC during the day and late night it seems. Ate and watched Vikings and then worked on my Street Fighter 5 punish guide. Almost done.
Thurs work all day again at my PC and then later practicing Dragonball FighterZ. Combos are coming to me more naturally now. I’m just getting use to the timing l guess. We’ll see what comes w that game but for right now, lm not gonna grind SUPER hard on it.
Got groceries and hit Nicah’s and just smoked hookah, ate and watched Kakegurui. Such a dope anime. Slept early as l had work early in Philly the next day.
Friday got up and hit Tim’s home for cleaning and helping with the photos for putting his home on the market. Hung out w Joyce and the photographer and had a fun morning setting up and socializing.
Hit back to Nicah’s to eat wings and watch Kakegurui and then back to bed. Got up later and OJ and Tina came through and we hit AC. Paola took care of the group again and got our rooms and set up pregame. Friends started pouring in and had a huge pregame in the room. The fire alarm went off cause of my hookah and Vince threw the alarm off the wall…. Well Security came and we all had to leave but l could still keep my room and no fine surprisingly. 31 yrs old and still getting in trouble like l was 16. Drank more and hit the club and got our hot tub and bottles. I got more buckets of beer too just to help out since so many people chipped in. Partied in the hot tub all night and Paola played a great set like always. Ended the night with an after party till around 4am or so w everyone before hitting home. We got McDonalds on the way back, got back to my place and watched more Kakegurui while eating before sleeping…. At 10am…
Sat we slept all day. Got up late and we hit JennyH’s birthday dinner at Ninja sushi. Yoooo bucks county sushi is so good and so cheap. Getting a soup/salad then appetizer and then 2 entrees for $20… dude… so cheap. Dinner was great and stuffed face pretty hard. Fried cheesecake was amazing but omggg… fatty. Happy Birthday Jenny!!!
Afterwards, hit Zack/Marisa’s going away party. Really sad they’re leaving us. Glad a lot of friends came to see them off though and had a really good chill time just with a lot of good friends. Just drinking and smoking hookah. Some people playing pool and towards the end, we hit Johnnie Walker Lounge. Got drinks and people bought a table and caught up w ShawnC and lm glad Jeremiah and Josh came out w me. Partied there till closing and then hit back to Nicah’s to eat and finish Kakegurui. Really enjoyed it and hype for season 2.
Sunday got up early and ran errands all morning. Afterwards, checked out some properties w Mike and Sam but sadly, they were practically taken when we got to see them. We’re still in browsing phase anyway. Next up, house showings w Domkey and Rosie and saw a lot of potential. Running around Philly all day w homes.
Hit back and got Nicah and we got Bobby’s burgers cause she was craving it. HIt Vince’s and we played Omaha and godddd…. Lost $55. I screwed up a few times using 3 cards in my hand rather than 2. Oh well. Hit home and we ate and watched Dexter late night.
3/26 Monday we got up late and did work all evening. We hit Boston Market to eat and then met up w Domkey to do more house showings. We really liked a building and wanted to see all units in that building. Compared and found our top 2 and made moves(spoiler alert, they got their favorite home - Congrats!). Afterwards, hit Fresh Grocer and got mad stuff and hit back to Nicah’s and we made milkshakes w Andy. Smoked hookah and watched Hot Fuzz. Hit back home and caught up on mad work into Tuesday.
Tuesday worked on multiple clients all day at home. Had a lil down time and tried out the Rainbow Six Siege OUtbreak DLC - Zombie mode pretty much and beat some of the levels but it wasn’t AMAZING but it was fun for a few hours.
Napped and then got up and hosted an FGC night at my place. Lots of Dragonball FighterZ. Made the guys pizza rolls and madddd meatballs w sauce and cheese. Simple, cheap and good. Hung out late and then at 130am started doing work again.
Weds got up doing work and then met up w Nicah and hit this Afternoon Tea thing she got on groupon. Really nice chill lounge where you get a bunch of lil sandwiches and snacks and tea and a drink and it was really cool. Really pricey if not on groupon though. Everything was realllly good though. Thank you babbbeeee for treating me.
We hit Local Host to play Dragonball FighterZ all evening w Philly friends. Nicah had work close by 30 mins later. Messed w the new DLC Broly and Bardock and OMGGGG Broly is so fun. Armor on sooo many different moves. Even though the command grab is slow, it has armor too and plus, people will still get hit by it. Played against friends all evening. Mostly against Aaron. Laughed a lot as we were joking that Broly just does whatever since he has armor and you can make unsafe things safe w an assist. Def gotta think of a lot of pressure game with him. Nicah came back w pizza later and played till 930 or so and hit back home.
We got stuff from Home Depot and Taco Bell and then food from Giant and watched Dexter and ate. Played more Dragonball FighterZ and then we ended the night smoking hookah and watching both Broly DBZ movies. Not the 3rd cause apparently it’s ass.
Thurs got up and checked out homes with Soykum. Got Nicah and we got mexican food by the Lab and stuffed face and got a massive burrito. Hit the Lab and played Street Fighter 5, taking 3rd and going 0-2 in Dragonball FighterZ showing me l still suck at anime fighters. I really enjoy it but we’ll see how l continue to do on it. Had fun at The Lab as always and hung out late.
Me and Nicah hit back to Philly and had to pick up a check from Tim’s as l got his rental done in 3 days. Congrats Tim and Joyce! Ate food at Nicah’s while watching Planet Earth and smoking hookah.
Hit home and caught up on my gaming news and read up on the new Magic the Gathering set Dominaria. Trying to hit the pre-release. Goblins are back awww shittttt!!!
Friday got up to do work and then hit Kutztown for the AXP alumni dinner. The food was great and had an open bar and got to catch up w a lot of former and current brothers. Hit back to the house to hang out and watch pledge events. The new guys are pretty nice and it’s always really nostalgic being there. It was 5 yrs of my life that was a lot of fun and very different. Even though l still had summers and winterbreak. Odd to think that of the 5 yrs there, l was only there for 7 months of the year for a total of 35 months. Not even a FULL 3 yrs.
After pledge events they had a party and l went 15 wins in a row before losing in beer pong by myself lol. I gave the winners a handle of Bacardi. I was playing for over an hour and half lol. Glad I still got it. Hung out and partied afterwards till late and thank you brothers for showing me and the other alumni a great time.
Drove back to Nicah’s late night to eat and hookah while watching Planet Earth before knocking out.
Sat got up early and we helped Zack and Marisa move out of Goldtex. Had to leave early though for house showings w Mike and Sam and saw some really good potential. Also the listing agent of one property we met up w was one of my old wrestling partners EricD. Good to catch up w him as I haven’t seen him since 2004. Afterwards, met back w everyone at Penang to eat. Thank you Zack for the food. Stuffed face and yoooo Penang is just such a solid spot in Chinatown. Great food and so cheap!! Hit back to their place to move a few more things and got to say goodbye for now. Will miss them always being w us for every pregame, club night and game night.
Dropped off a lot of the stuff Zack and Marisa gave us to Nicah’s and then dropped more stuff off at my place. We got Vince and Thuy and hit Philadelphia Mills to shop and l got some new nice dress shoes. Got Ahi sushi on the way back and we hit Vince’s to play mad games and gamble on everything. Poker, Catan, Foosball and Blackjack. Went up and down but eventually down -$51. Blackjack killing me the most allowing higher bets and more hands and one round that killed me. Blackjack is a ton of fun though. Played games all night w the hookah lit and then finally home late night to bum. Me and Nicah ended the night watching Dexter and eating.
Sunday got up mad late. Vince and Thuy invited us over for shrimp and soup so we had to go over. Ate food and played poker, foosball and Catan. Lost $10 in poker. Nicah won both games of Catan even though lm dumb and traded w her thinking l could win and couldnt.
Hit back to my place and we stayed up all night. Watching Dexter and eating a ton of food and bothered each other into Monday lol.
4/2 Monday got up from a lil nap and got my oil change, hit my parents to sign papers, dropped off a check at my office and got pizza hut. Hit back to eat w Nicah and watch Dexter and then drove Nicah to the train station. Hit home to do work all evening and eventually knocked out at 4pm cause l couldnt last being up any longer.
