Sup Guys, so everyone says not to compare myself to others. But l do it anywhere.

l cant help it and sometimes l feel like l have the best life ever. W work in Real Estate and Nightlife l dont work many hours, l work on my own sced, l work from home, l enjoy my work. Its fun. There is satisfaction at the end of a home sale or major event. l've never had a problem making tons of fun friends for everything lm into and l make A LOT of long term friends. l still have a lot of fun partying on the weekends, chasing girls and l get a lot of video game time w my Scumbag Squad. l make more than enough money to be comfortable. l have an amazing credit score and no credit card debt. l have a brand new 2016 civic lol. lm sexy.

But then..... sometimes l wonder if l'm making enough compared to other friends who are making a ton even though they are working a ton and are stressed. Like... should l be the same way because its the responsible thing to do? Like, l should take some heat and have some stress and make more for myself. Should l settle down like mad soon because lm getting old? Should l not be playing so much video games and partying so much? Am l truly immature?

Then l get a reality check speaking w strangers who are interested in renting my friends apartment and just talking w them.... its crazy how rough some people have it. How they're making no money AND stressed AND work 50+ hours a week. How terrible their credit score is that it hinders them from doing anything. How people dont know how they'll take care of their kids and yooo.... these are real world problems. Yes some of these of course are brought upon themselves and sometimes, its just bad circumstance. All divorces will destroy a credit score and theres not much you can do about that. Some people just dont have any good friends or they have a boring life.

Then l realize, lm spoiled and l should stop complaining. l'm totally greedy. No matter what l get, lm gonna want more. l just wonder if its a bad or good thing. Because l always get what l want but l wonder if because of that - l turned into a douchebag lol.

To sum it up. l'm questioning my life a lot lately. l have SO MUCH FUN but l wonder if lm doing what lm suppose to be doing or if society norms just drilled into my head that l should be working hard and making more money, be engaged right now, stop clubbing w girls in their early 20s, chill out on the video games and pretty much slow down on all the fun l have. Yeaaa...


KK so my week

3/23 Weds still up from the night before, l ended up watching Its Always Sunny while eating more spaghetti and then caught up to The Walking Dead. Daytime strikes and ended up on Discord w SteveC to play The Division. We had a lot of fun as we happen to be the same level and the game is MUCH better w friend. l feel like lm ONLY gonna be playing this game w friends, not alone. Fun freaking out, running from shit and we spend a good amount of time playing. Had work phone calls inbetween so l had to let Steve do his own thing while l was on the phone. Always fun playing games w Steve cause he freaks out and it makes me freak out and its fun that way. l know he hit ctrl+F 'SteveC' to see if l wrote about him and there... l wrote a good chunk about you. Thurs got up at 430am lol yeaaaa.... stuffed face w spaghetti and cheesecake like a fatass and it was awesome while watching Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Played the Bloodborne DLC all evening and now lm on NewGame+ aka NG+ OMFGGGGG as if this game developer couldnt make something more impossible. Even w other players helping me out. Its still ridiculous. Hit up The Lab for Pokken Tournament and Street Fighter 5. Learning Pokken from Jimmy and yoooo the game is sooo dope!! So ended up using Machamp because his reg grab does more damage than others and has more range. He's tied for highest health and in general does MASSIVE damage. Single hailmary hits or grabs can knock off 25-35% of a character's lifebar depending on the character. It's insane.

Got my ass beat in Pokken of course being my first day only going 1-2. Did well in Street Fighter 5 for not playing much at all lately and went 4-2. Feeling myself. The thing about Street Fighter games is l can pick it up weeks later and take off where l left off. l actually usually do better as l drop bad habits. l recently dropped using command throw too much and its paying off big time. l use it when l KNOW its gonna land now rather than tossing it around. Its funny how that happens. Pokken is dope tho. Hit home late and couldnt stop thinking bout Pokken.





Friday hit up Statefarm for car insurance and yayyy l got life insurance too now. Hit the mall to shop but found nothing and then hit home to play Bloodborne. Took a nap in the evening and then got up and hit OJs for pregame. l love pregame.

So OJ got my fold up table earlier and we had beer pong at OJs. Its was Sami's bday and her sorority sisters came through as well. Waited for people to do well in beer pong so l could wipe them all out and be annoying and arrogant about it. Grabbed the girl near me, Kylie and we ended up going 7 wins 0 losses lol. We were being so cocky, it was wonderful. Playing 10 cup and when people were winning, they were talking shit. Then we'd win again lol. l love beer pong.

Party time at Rumor squadron deep. Dancing w friends all night. Aanchal brought out new friends and mixed it up between the hip hop and EDM room. Tu and his group got bottles and it was nice to have our own area to party in as the girls were getting creeped out by random guys. Very fun times in both rooms and totally burnt out my legs. Glad Sami had a great time for her bday along w her sorority sisters and OJ in general has been much more wild at the club lol. Def liked introducing friends to other friends and went home mad sore.















Sat got up and did hookah w Rob to start the day. Took care of a quick rental for Ryan and found him tenants within the hour as l sced 3 potential clients to check out the spot. Afterwards, hit up Devnuts to enter Street Fighter 5 and Pokken that Kyle set up. Very fun tournament and really cool venue. Got my ass totally beat as it was my second day w Pokken but my 2nd tournament lol. Went 0-4 lol but learned a lot and thats all that matters right now. Went 2-2 in Street Fighter 5. Hung out and played a fuckload more of Pokken afterwards w Matt and then we watched a Capcom Cup event on the big tv w the guys till it was time to drop off money in Temple.

Stopped by Carmela's to drop off payment for the past Coda event and hit up Silk City and got food and drinks w Diamond David Sam Mike Amy and Sadia. Adam and Danielle swung by later and joined us. Stuffed face and had Tom Collins. Later it was time to dance. l use to hit up Silk City here and there but it always gets so crowded. Good music tho. Its def a place where you wanna come w your own friends to party w by far. The crowd is..... 'different' and thats what other people said to me first. Anne came through w her friend Nikole. Mica and Yuri made it out too. Had a nice solid party squad. Also Jack Jeff Fallan Eugune Mally and the rest came through as it was Eugune's bday and they just happen to be celebrating there. So two party squads. l introduced people best l could in a crowded loud restaurant bar lol. Had a lot of fun dancing w everyone but holy shit it was a fight for space on the dance floor. You had people just backing up knowing they were interuppting our space so they would have space. It was annoying that its even a situation to begin w. When we could dance l had a blast but it was pretty annoying having people walk through or push and elbow and it just breaks up the mood. Very fun times acting weird w everyone and overall had a lot of fun even w the crowded issue. Aftewards, me Mica and Yuri hit up Jack's place to hookah and chill for a while before heading home. Always nice stopping by Jack's place as the view is really nice and the place is just nice in general. It was my biggest real estate sale to date after all.






















Sunday l got up and headed out to get tons of food and drinks. Having people over for a Pokken Tournament Day event l made. Invited the Scumbag Squad plus the typical bitches and some of the Philly FGC that l see often. Friends came through, lit the hookah and made food. After the backyard literally ran outta seats(and we have a lot), we had to shuffle people inside to game. So eventually had 3 set ups of Pokken Tournament and 1 set up of Street Fighter 5 in the kitchen. A lot of people were learning Pokken for their first time. Its cool cause its a great game but the execution barrier is very low so people could learn fast and play and understand what was going on and enjoy it.

Ordered pizzas and smoked more hookah. Glad a lot of the guys of Scumbag Squad came through to have a ton of us together again and glad they got to meet some of the FGC squad l chill w weekly. Fun trying out hookah tricks and cheering for Sam as she was really getting the game and l loved it everytime she would grab someone lol. Afterwards watched the finals of another Capcom Cup event w the guys. After everyone bounced, l passed out quickly.


















Monday got up w house showings at a rental in Philly l have. Got Ly and we hit up some asian store to help get stuff for the Hot Pot night going on. Hit up Tanner's and holy shit there was so much food. So we filled the square and stuffed face and the food was fucking banging. l feel like Hot Pot is better at a friends house rather than restaurant. Its one of those things that you have to do at a certain place. Like steak needs to be done at a restaurant. You'll never make banging steak at home. l tried for over a yr. But yea, Hot Pot is better at a friends house everytime. Got mad stuffed and lit the hookah and just had a great time hanging out w everyone. Crazy how l see these people on my weekends partying and now weekly meal nights lol. Then they wanna drink during the weekdays too lol, l join that sometimes.

Afterwards, hit back home and me and Ly got SteveF's WiiU and Pokken to play. Played more Pokken and stuffed face w left overs. Very fun night.











Tues dropped off Ly and hit up Manayunk again for another rental listing. Rentals EVERYWHERE!!! Which l mean, lm doing work so l dont feel guilty as much as l did 2 weeks ago but l need HOME BUYERS. So afterwards, hit Gamestop and bought the Street Fighter 5 guide to read on the side because theres always info to find and then got my haircut. Feels great. Hit home and did a ton of work all responsible like. Played a lil The Division w Domkey as he was running me through missions and then knocked out a lil past midnight.

Weds got up and played Pokken allll fucking day. Learning A LOT now that l had time to get in the lab and test tons of stuff l was curious bout. Now l understand A LOT more about the game, tho l only had 4 days w the game, l feel like l'll do much better at the tournaments now. l have my go to combos now and set ups. l got some dirty shit too but l dont plan to abuse it. Rob came through later to hookah and chill. Later l taught him Pokken and got him addicted. Played a ton of matches and taught him Machamp to start. He has the itch as he's talking to me about the game right now. Dropped off the WiiU and Pokken to SteveF(thank you homie) and then hit up Ryan's to get paperwork for the rental and then hit Philly to drop off stuff to Allison. Hit back and got sushi and stuffed face while watching The Walking Dead. Scanned paperwork and sent it out and played The Division w Domkey JohnP and Bounme and talked on Discord. l love how clean and simple Discord is. Had a great time freaking out and did some Dark Zone finally which l was hype for. l like being nervous about dying and l like facing off against other players. l also like the tension between myself and other players when we arent sure if we're gonna be cool or try to kill each other. Fun night indeed.

Sup Guys, the future is starting have a lot of potential again.

lm glad l have things to look forward to as lately, things been kinda blahhh. In general, the past few months by chance l've been running into old high school and college friends and its really nice catching up. There's always the 'so what've you been up too man?!' and l just repeat 'work party video games' lol. l use to have dancing(bboying) in there forever till 2012. The thing is... tho l really really love my simple life of just work, partying and video games.... l kinda want something new to the mix. l just dont know what. We'll see. Video games have been on point lately and l dont really wanna give up video game time for something new. When gaming gets lame and theres nothing new coming out - then l'll look for something new.

KK so past 2 weeks.

3/11 Friday got up late into the evening and just stuffed face and knocked out some work. Friends are more motivated lately on buying homes w the weather being nicer and more homes coming onto the market. Later on hit up pregame at OJs and had a good solid squad come through to do the same old. Socialize, smoked hookah, drank and just enjoyed the mini party as always. l really really do love pregame. Hit up Rumor and took care of Christie's bottles as she was celebrating her birthday. Happy Birthday Christie!! Ran around back from the hip hop room to the EDM room as the EDM room had a big name DJ and thats also where half the group was because of the bottles being in the EDM room. Also found friends who l met at Rumor a while back, Aanchal and her friends and had to do the 'save me' lol as the guy dancing w her looked like a turtle shell on her back. It just baffles me people dont realize what they look like.

If youre gonna grind w a girl, your arms never go overtop of her shoulders.... EVER.

Talk about looking weird. Then we had to save one of her friends lol. Grinding is fun and all when youre into the person you're grinding w but dancing face to face is so much more fun. Also in the hip hop room was another group of friends celebrating a birthday as Liz Bonnie and their typical squad were at the tables in the hip hop room. Also good seeing Shemmay out. So back and forth between rooms dancing w friends and ended the last 15 mins chilling at the tables because theres seating and lm old lol. Good partying till 2am and then hit home... kinda..

Car battery died while l was getting onto i95. A tow truck guy jumped my car and l just threw him a $20 and then it died again close to the Street Rd exit and l just got it towed which cost me another $40 ughhh. Got the car home and yea.... it was hard to sleep at night just wondering how difficult the car buying process was.


















Sat l was stil up texting and calling friends talking bout cars on and off tho l was trying to sleep. Also figuring out how we wouuld do AC since l live out of Philly, l know it would be a bit too much for someone to drive over an hour to get me then hit AC then drop me off afterwards too but MayW pulled through. She got me and we got Mica Kyle and EmilyL and we hit up pregame at Paola's room. So Paola called a week ago to talk bout nightlife and told me she was gonna be DJing at Harrah's The Pool on Sat when there was no DNA event. It really is a lot of fun everytime she comes through. Jenny Jason Piya and Lauren met up w us and had a really good time pregamming. Met Paola's friends, lit the hookah, did some shots. Def a fun time. Later on, Paola had to do a live interview and we went down w her to get in free and cut line all VIP 'lm w the DJ' lololol so dumb but wont lie, l still felt special. l TRY not to but lm immature and its still bad ass walking by the regular line and also cutting ahead of the VIP line.

So we ran into an issue getting EmilyL in since her ID expired. Kyle didnt get stamped yet and l told him to get stamped and come back out and rub the stamp on Emily's wrist. Also we went to the bathroom and SLOWLY peeled off his VIP braclet off. This VIP braclet let us into the bottle service area by the stage Paola was on. Took me forever since l went extremely slow because of the bumps, they rip off all sloppy if you try to peel it off. So put it on Emily, plus the smudged stamp which we couldnt see since it was glow in the dark and not visible besides a blacklight. Finally got her in but then the one strict guy who was watching us came in and had security check her. But lucky MayW gave security a drink earlier lol. He let us slide omggggg. So found Frank at Harrah's who gave me more VIP braclets. Got a free bottle of Grey Goose and had a great time dancing.

Ice T and Coco were also hosting so it was cool to be upclose to them since they were on stage and then in our area since we were past the gates. l didnt think l'd be star struck by them but yooo... it was pretty cool. So the girls got to dance on stage as Ice T called them onto stage and thats when it was time to take a break and chill. Dancing in our VIP area all night and had a ton of fun and we partied till 4am....... holy shit. Afterwards, we got a fuckloada wings and stuffed face and hit back to Paola's hotel room to hookah and bum it w everyone. Talked bout a lot of stuff and just had a really good time. Hit back to Philly and crashed on May's sofa at 8am lol.




























Sunday we got up and got pho chicken. May took me back and Mayyyy thank you sooo much for picking me up and dropping me off. She really went outta the way for me. Def really appreciative of that. Later Rob picked me up and hit up Rita's to smoke hookah along w Chris and Keith. We were being fat and Chris kept opening up food and l kept eating along w them lol. Rita told me people were texting her and calling her congrats'ing her for upcoming baby because she wrote on Facebook 'at babies r us' and l pretended to be hype that she was pregnant, which she's not. Very good time bumming w the group and hit back to play Hitman allllll night into the morning.




Monday still up, got mad work done, did a lot of car searching and talking to friends about cars forever. Played some Overwatch again and yooooooo that game is soo fun too. Its crazy because it has a really good feel to it that its great for casual and competitive players. Blizzard just makes amazing games in general. Of the cast of 21 characters, l narrowed my favorites to 6 who l enjoy and do well w. Oddly the character lm amazing with but l only use on Defense because he's a defensive character is Torbjorn, the guy that builds turrets. All l do is put them at good spots, defend it and it racks me up kills like crazy. Reinhardt too l feel is one of the best objective characters in the entire game because no matter what you're doing, his shield is so effective. He has other great moves too and he's tanky, hits hard w the hammer only in melee range but yooo... the shield, thats 80% of why he's so good for objective games. You don't rack kills but you hold down points, protect the payload and help the team move forward. Slept during the day into the night.

Tues got up maddd early, did my research, made my calls and after pitting 5 dealerships against each other comparing their 'rock bottom' prices. l went w Mike Piazza where l got my older Civic. Rob brought me over, thank you and got my new car!! 2016 Honda Civic Sedan LX Black. l love it. lm prob just gonna pay off the entire car before 2016 is over cause l dont like having debt. Afterwards, bummed it for a lil bit then got Rob and we got my sister and we hit up Taco Tues at Tanner's. Squad deep just drinking wine and eating tacos. Lit the hookah we got to borrow cause l forgot mine at home. Had a really good time at this mini party and glad my lil sister came out too. Partied till late and afterwards everyone went to Tango but l was maddd sleepy and had to end the night. They are at Tango all the time during the weekday. Bummed a lil bit then started playing Overwatch and got hooked again. Ended up playing all night into Weds.














Weds still up playing Overwatch. Just going insane and trying to figure out which characters are good for each map and if lm on offense or defense. A lot of testing to do of course. Some characters like Reinhardt and Junkbox are just typically good all around but sometimes there is someone better. Soldier 76 is very good and straight forward. Just shoot, sprint and plant a group healing thing on the floor which helps for holding down points. Reaper is a straight killer. No objective help at all, just great for flanking and doing massive damage up close and then using his Shadow form to run away. The teleports are sooo good. l learned to teleport up high, wait for cool down them teleport far so lm flanking the enemy. Wait for the enemy to engage my team and then literally shoot down 2-3 guys in the back and then Shadowform run away. You gotta play patient w him but yo... getting that flank in is soooo great. Esp high damage duel shotguns w 8 shots total. Takes typically 2-4 shots to take someone down. l go for squishy characters as well. But yea, after that, slept at 1pm lol.







Thurs l got up at 230am. Bummed it and ate buffalo wings, motz sticks, jalapeno poppers for breakfast while watching Fresh Off the Boat. Did work throughout the day and lm glad my friends/clients are more active about buying a home. l just need to get more house showings happening. The weather is helping but now theres a storm on Sunday wtfff... So played tons of Overwatch inbetween work and just played like a mad man all day. Stopped in the evening to do work and then hit up The Lab for the Street Fighter 5 tournament. Did better going 3 wins, 2 losses again. Very fun times commentating and playing.

Friday l woke up at 1130am and started off getting work done and a shower. Headed out to get pregame stuff and food in general and stuffed face watching History Channel. Watching on Twitch the 3v3 for Street Fighter V at Final Round in Atlanta. Then playing Overwatch for a while. Def enjoying the shit outta that game. Afterwards, did some more work and hit up friends. People are more motivated which is great. Watching Final Round on Twitch for Street Fighter V and later on headed out.

Got Aanchal and Mary and hit up pregame at Christie's. Tons of friends eventually flooded through and just drank and smoked w everyone till close to midnight. Introducing friends to friends and LyN made it through as well. Mad fun pregame as always and then afterwards hit up Rumor. So we went massive squadron deep because everyone was hype for Morgan Page. Ran around dancing w friends and yooo everywhere l went and turned was friends. Danced w friends in both rooms and tried my best to spend time w everyone lol. Afterwards, dropped off everyone and hit back to eat and sleep. Really really fun night.









Sat hit up Philly and got food at Peking Duck w Ly to stuff face. Good call. Got extra food to go and hit up my house showings in Manayunk. Afterwards, visited Allison and Andy and brought them food and we smoked hookah working on tricks for a while. Good eating and hanging out w them and afterwards, headed back out for more house showings.

Afterwards, hit up OJ's for pregame which was small because everyone was so fucked up last night lol. Good hang out as always but yoo, l think l gotta chill on the Monster. Its giving me an upset stomach. Headed out to Coda to party w friends. ASR was there since we set up the after party for their Mr.ASR Event and the girls brought a shit ton of people. Ran around dancing w different groups of friends and good partying w EmilyD again. Caught up w other friends and l feel like in general, lm running into a lot of old high school and college friends in Philly nearly every week. It's really nice. Partied till 3am and pced out and dropped off Emily first.

Got home to eat and ended up doing some stalking research and watching shows into Sunday till lunch time before passing out. Yea... my sunday was just the morning lol.








Monday l woke up at 230am. Chilled all throughout the night first eating food and catching up on Pretty Little Liars. Afterwards, took care of a ton of work. Getting more clients which is good. Playing a ton of Overwatch and narrowing down the characters lm using even more. l pretty much want to have 2 characters for each map and scenario if lm attacking or defending. 2 just incase someone picks one of the characters ld typically use. Sometimes 2 of the same character isnt horrible but its better to have utility.

Watching some of the Final Round finals for Street Fighter 5 and watching a lot of History Channel America the Story of all of us. Atleast History channel plays some documentaries that l loved from History Channel 2. Did some laundry and took a nap.

Got up later and Rob came through and we hit up a hookah store in Philly that had a lot of good stuff. 3 kings coals and al fakher tobacco. We hit up Shanghai Station that Dickson is managing for their soft opening and ordered a ton of food. Allison Andy OJ Jasmine all came through. Vince Julie Christie were all working. We pretty much had a good amount of the Squadron together for dinner. Food was banging and it was dope how they had 4 variations of soup dumplings. Def a really good time w everyone. Afterwards, hit Rita's to smoke hookah since l got new stuff and bullshitted there for a few hours. Ended the night on Discord w the Scumbag Squad talking bout whatever. Its seriously like just being on the phone w a bunch of friends. Its nice. Ended the night late night making eggrolls and dumplings while watching Its Always Sunny.








Tues got up late and Rob came by and we got meatballs and sauce for Italian night only to find out it got postponed. So yea... we hit up Rita's to make pasta and stuff face and smoked hookah there lol. Good hang out as always. Afterwards hit home and got The Divison and joined the guys on Discord. A ton of the guys in the Scumbag Squad got it so its fun playing w everyone. Def been a while since l did an MMORPG. lm just hype to do the Dark Zone w friends and start shit w strangers lol. We'll see. The Dark Zone is what interests me. We'll see. Played pretty late before chilling and making more food.
