lm always need the next year however to be better than the previous or l'll feel like l 'peaked' or something. l dunno, lm crazy. lm already planning out my 2016. l just wanna do really well w work in the start of 2016, there will be no pressure. As for everything else, social life, partying, competitive gaming and shit... that doesnt change too much year to year. lm always having fun. Looking back at old pics, its crazy how much does and doesnt change in one year. A LOT happens in a yr. There are a few ways l can make 2016 better than 2015 but its gonna be pretty hard.
December 18th Friday slept all during the day from being up late and later on got up and headed out to get my lil sister Allison along w Keisha and Chris and hit OJ's pregame. So we didnt really have a plan since there was no DNA event and we didnt decide on a place. It was just a lets drink and go from there kinda night. Had a good time as always, socializing and having a few drinks over hookah w everyone. Chilled till late and later on headed out and planned to just go home. Ended up deciding to just quickly check out Rumor for a lil incase any friends were there just to socialize since l was passing by Center City anyway. Sooo no friends like but met and danced w a girl Aanchal who l ended up hanging w for the night. Hit home and made soup while watching Josh play Bloodborne before knocking out.

Sat got up late and played some of the Street Fighter V beta. The game is a lot of fun but right now lm at the hardest choice to make which l wont be able to make till later.... which characters l want to play. Because l see Fighting Games much differently than l did about 6 yrs ago.... lm much more of a snob. l went through 9 different 'main' characters till l finally settled on Erron Black - Outlaw(which just happened to be Top Tier). Of course someone who is top tier will have a higher chance of being the character l end up w however because l can see their potential much higher than others. Anyway.... lm going to give EVERYONE an honest try when Street Fighter V finally drops in Feb.
So later on, got tobacco and liquor and got Sam and we hit up AC for Fanny's birthday that Dickson set up. Big ass pregame and had fun bouncing around the rooms and just having fun as it was a party tho we were doing pregame. At 10pm we hit downstairs and got us all in for free after a few phone calls and saved the group $780 since no one had to pay. Hit back upstairs for more drinking annd smoking yay!! Just jumping around, playing Smash bros and overall having a ton of fun at pregame. At midnight, we hit back downstairs to party and got weird at Mur Mur. Dance floor just going wild and the DJ was really good. Partied till late and always glad to have a big fun group to party w. Ended the night back at the room hanging out as people were dropping from drinking. Its prob because of the EXCESS of shots everyone loves doing. l just cant hang lol. Fun times and me and Sam hit back home to Philly and dropped her off at like 5am or so and then hit back home to sleep.
Sunday l slept ALLLLL day and woke up at night and started playing Street Fighter V Beta immedietly since l only had a few hours left. Played a ton of games online and yea... it is true. Once when you see it as a NEW game and not a modified Ultra Street Fighter 4, then you start to do well. Its very straight forward. l just like it. We'll see how l feel overtime as l'll always have this love for Ultra Street Fighter 4. Ate some food and did some work for both Real Estate and Nightlife into Monday morning.
Monday headed out to get a ton of groceries and holy shit 7 bags of food. Grocery runs can be exhausting. Afterwards, met up w RyanW and another listing agent l worked w, Bob who was the agent for a previous closing w Ryan and checked out some properties. Good day for browsing properties and hit back home to make burgers. Very short Monday as l went to bed in the afternoon.
Tues got up at 3am and started playing Bloodborne as my PC wasnt working. Played the fuck outta it and at 9am, hit Best Buy for a new Power Supply as that was most likely the reason for my PC not working. Well it wasnt. But lm keeping the power supply anyway because upgrades are always welcome in my life lol. Josh had a rough time putting in the power supply and Hack come over to give it a try and failed as well lol. Glad to hang out w Hack tho and l have to request help to see him but whatever. l miss my BAE lol. Later on James came through and put in the power supply but we found out the Motherboard had water damage from way back. Ordered a new motherboard for 1 day shipping then went to bed in the afternoon. PC problems ughhhh..
Weds got up at 1am and watched the second Captain America movie, one of my overall favorite Marvel movies and then played a ton of Bloodborne again. God the boss fights are sooo great!! This game is just truly amazing. FromSoftware just makes amazing games. Its just a GREAT nostalgic feeling of Epic Boss fights like old games. SMART, HARD Boss Fights. You would be worried you would lose. You'd be scared. You'd freak out, try things out and when you finally beat that boss after a few tries, you felt great satifaction. So worked w James on the PC and it still sadly wasnt working. We had to try to figure out if its the CPU or GFX card next. Either way, Motherboard was damaged and we had to figure out what it took out when it fried. Got more groceries cause lm fat and Yan came through and we stuffed face as l made a ton of appitizers as we watched a shitloada American Horror Story. Def love that show so much. l actually passed out first since l was up since 1am and ld wake up here and there to her playing League of Legends lol.
Thurs we got up and l made up korean bbq pork butt and pork belly w rice. Stuffed face and watched more American Horror Story before she had to go. Hit up Rita's to smoke and chill and just had a chill time bullshitting around. lm over Rita/Chris' place so much lol. Hit OJ's for a pregame and had fun as always and a lot of friends came through. We hit up Tango afterwards and had a good time partying there. The girls bought bottles and bottles of Henney lol. Just stuck w beer but was pressured into doing 2 shots and aoighairoghaoighraoi it got me. Partied till 2am and glad to be w everyone in general. Met some new people and also saw some old friends who l dont see often. Dropped off my sister and hit back and knocked out.
Friday woke up early hung over as fuck, chugging water as if l was a vampire in need of blood. Hit Rita's as she was collecting The Jews for dinner lol. Ate a ton of new russian food, the cream cheese like thing was my favorite which is also good on tomato. Lit the hookah and just got fat. Monica also brought sushi which is always awesome. Had a great time w everyone stuffing face and watching Christmas movies lol. Watching Christmas movies w Jews.... Christmas was interesting haha.
Later on at night, hit OJ's for pregame again and holy shit.... so many new people. But new people are always welcome and the thing about 'new people' is you never know who you may meet. Maybe you'll never see them again or maybe they'll become a big part of your life or maybe they'll just become a friend you see every so often. The point is... new people are exciting. Socialized, drank and we later pced out to Rumor. Partied till 2am and just danced w our main group as our group took over the hip hop room completely lol. Fun dancing the new friends too and just had an overall great night. Got home sore as fuck, made food, watching Josh play Bloodborne and showered and slept.
Sat played some Call of Duty Black Ops 3 w Goofball and Domkey for a while. Everyones finally off Fallout and lm just jumping on for some mindless blasting while socializing w the guys. Always a good time joking around w the guys and pulling the trigger. The game is still aiight to me. Its just fun to play w friends really. Later on, l hit up James' place to get my PC checked out. Turns out the GFX card got fried too in the damage gahh. So he loaned me a GFX card for now and paypal'd my homie for all the time he's spent on my PC the past week.
Hit home to nap a bit as the lack of sleep l've gotten is just killing me. Got up later and hit Rita's since there was still a ton of food left over from Friday and they were also busting out the crabs. CRABSSSSS AND BUTTERRRRRRR FUCKKK YEAAA!!!!!!!!111 So hit Rita's and stuffed face like an animal. Lit the hookah and bet a simple $10 on the game since l dont really watch football but whatever. So l had $10 on the Redskins against Rob and had fun acting obnoxious and retarded cheering them on. Its fun, l get why people cheer now. Its fun to go 'WHOAAA GO THROW THAT SHITTT YEAAA TOUCHDAAAWNNN REDSKINSSS WHOAAAA!!111' hahahaaha maaybe l'll get into Football. l did enjoy winning $100 on the last Superbowl for how crazy that ending was.
Was thinking of going out as some friends were hitting Coda but l was physically done for. l actually passed out for a while during the game. Woke up to $10 lol. Good times at Rita's. Hit home, bullshitted on Facebook and did some reading and knocked out at 4am.
Sunday woke up at 9pm.... yeaa... so l figured l would sleep till like 4pm or so... but yea when l woke up and looked at my cell and saw it was 9pm... l totally felt confused. Ontop of that, my dreams were so vivid and detailed and so much happened, l had to remember what was real and what wasnt. Talked w my sister and she got hurt falling off her bike in the city. Was on the phone w Bianca for a lil bit too just to talk for a bit. Hopped on the PS4 to play Call of Duty Black Ops 3 w Domkey Goof and Bounnme for a while and had fun and had a lot of laughs. Its a game where you really need to play w friends cause they 'even out' the teams by taking the worse players and best players from the previous game and pairing them up. So EACH game, the remaining 2 people on our team would be HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. lm talking 4 kills 20 deaths bad. Like it would be better if they just hid somewhere and didnt do anything. l had to get kills just to balance out them dying so much. We were winning like crazy tho even w bad players on our team.
Later on made burgers and watched Fresh off the Boat. l love that show. Jessica is what makes the show tho. She's like hot in a different way. l dunno how to explain it. If my wife looks that good at the age of 33.... l'll be happy. But l think its cause she thinks shes the shit and shes funny which is also why l like her. Like her character anyway.
Anyway... hit up the company of my old GFX card to see if l can get another one. Did a lot of of reading, mostly on gaming and watching the history channel into Monday.
Monday still watching History channel on Nostradamus. So good lol. Did a good amount of work but its a weird time right now being after Christmas but before New Years Eve. Didnt really do too much but organizing a lot of shit. Reorganizing my PC to prepare for the reformat l plan to do soon and also a lot of organizing w cleaning clothes. Gonna just clean EVERYTHING real soon. Esp my dress shirts. They stinky eww. But yea... 2pm - knocked out.
Tues woke up at 2am lol yea... did a lot of reading and its crazy how l get lost in looking up things. l get so distracted. There is a LIST of things l need to buy.. food or things relating to food like a new cheese cutter, lil bowls for sauces since everytime l need sauce on the side, l dont have something PERFECT for it. l was considering going to like TGI Fridays or Applebees and ordering appitizers and just stealing their lil bowls since they are PERFECT but maybe l'll find something good at Target lol.

Anyway... watching a lot of History Channel of course and caught up on all my gaming news. First set of house showings were set on my client Joe's home we just put on the market. Hoping to just hear since quick good news 'hey full price offer' and l can just collect checks lol. Speaking of which, l may have another one or two sales. Crazy how.... tho l havent been doing much lately.... things just kinda work themselves out great. Still... l should be more active w real estate. When its January tho, l have 3 friends who are ready to start looking. lm excited to go out house showing frequently. The game plan is to be finacially set for 2016 half way into the year. We'll see.
Headed out to my office to pay for this insurance thing and then got lil bowls and a new frying pan and got a shitloada yogurt, butter, eggs and stuff and hit home to eat. l dunno why but lm loving eggs right now. Eggs and yogurt. l finally like yogurt. So lm eating eggs in every way possible. Sunny side up, scrambled, hard boiled, omlettes, throwing it in my ramen, in my salad... l gotta make deviled eggs soon. Also w yogurt. Its just a good snack to have often. l read having 2 yogurts a day is really good for you. lm gonna try to maintain it. Yogurt, vitamins and tea. Eating healthier isnt so bad. l feel good about myself and lm noticing it around my mid section.
Made more eggs and toast and stuffed face and then did more work(yayyyy plz buy homes from meee) and just bullshitted online for a bit. Took a nap afterwards. Well kinda but facebook chat, text, email kept me awake and l HAVE to look when l hear it go off incase its for work. Esp emails.
Got up later and hit up Philly and hit the rehersal for our New Years Eve event at the Arts Ballroom. Caught up w most the staff and met some new people and just walked around, caught up and got an idea of what the night would be like. Found Long and JennyJ and later found Q, Zack, Burch, MichaelH and the rest. Later JohnV and Jessie came through and had a good time hanging out w everyone, discussing the event and overall, lm pretty hype for New Years Eve.
On my way back home, got a ton of sushi and joked that l made it on instagram because thats what l do for kicks lol. Watching Fresh off the Boat annd knocking out.
Weds got up early and just watched mad History Channel and eating more sushi. Caught up on my gaming news and later on went to chill w Bianca again. We bummed at her place for a while, played w her new puppy Ares whose mad cute and then hit up a rock climbing place. So l thought we were just doing typical rock climbing but we were actually bouldering. MUCH harder than what l thought we were gonna be doing. So yea, l kept 'dinosaur arming' and even hanging still takes energy that you dont wanna hang and think too long. Def got a pretty good work out tho and met one her friends at the rockclimbing place. l could only do 1 easy path and you know... l thought... you just climb but holy shit theres so much more to it. l honestly left feeling kinda disappointed in myself lol. l know l dont work out or do anything for my body anymore but lm still over confident in my athletic abilities. Overall had a lot of fun tho and lm glad Bianca brought me out there. Afterwards, ate pizza and watched some Arrow and fell asleep because my sleep sced is near randomness. Good chilling w Bianca as always.
Thurs got a call to help out on finding extra food for the event. Got wraps from a pizza place because we needed more filling food. If all the food out is small, people will house the shit outta it. Also got more snacks to build simple classy looking crackers w fine cheese and other condiments to make. Spent the evening working on the croisant hotdog thingys or what l later learned this week as 'pigs in a blanket on fire'. lm actually gonna make more serious ones later. Brown and Jenny jumped in the car and we hit the New Years Eve event early.
Hit the kitchen to just make food look clean and organize a little and put out food. JenH, Sam and Lee joined and helped me, Jenny and Brown. Good to have just good friends. Thank you guys for helping. 9pm hits and tons of friends came through and by 10pm, A LOT of the overall overall group came through. Also saw some random old friends who also came to the event. Also really good hanging out w VictorT as he was visiting home. l miss him being out w us. People were even asking me who catered the event lol. Brown was very proud of his wall tower. We made shit look mad nice and thank you JenH for 'beta testing' some food. Cracker cucumber.... it will be brought up years to come.
Took a bit of advantage by going back into the kitchen to fix up friends several drinks just so we could socialize and not go fight for the bar though the bar wasnt that bad at all which was my #1 fear of the entire event. Its probably the most common complaint at any New Years Eve event. Not being able to get a drink. Very happy things went smoothly there. Later on before midnight, started pouring glasses of champange and people just started taking glasses and chugging them right next to me ughh l tried telling people its for Midnight but people just wanna drink and l understand so l just kept trying to pour more and more and more glasses as fast as l could. Midnight hits and we still had 7 bottles of champange and l brought them over to friends to just drink to the face lol. Its actually simplier by having people just chug straight from the bottle because l dont have to pour out 7 more bottles into tiny glasses and people had fun spraying champange everywhere. Though it added to the mess, it added to the fun the guests were having and thats more important. Ran around and danced w friends and then back to socializing and back to helping the bottle service girls as JennyJ was one of them and l just recently met the other 2. Adrian Hardy did a great job DJing and he seemed to be having fun as it was his Birthday.
Later on, brought friends upstairs to just get away from all the craziness downstairs. It was also crazy upstairs tho lol. By 1am, you could tell a lot of people were burnt out from drinking since 9 or 10pm and drinking a lot because of the open bar. Partied till 2am and said bye to everyone before heading out. Just very happy to have so many friends all under one roof. Got back home and made food before knocking out.
Friday woke up in the afternoon andn felt much better. The Universe was on nonstop on the History channel awwww shitttt its such a good interesting show. So headed out as the group decided to get ramen. We were doing either Ramen or Pho but l never had TRUE ramen from a ramen shop before and l really wanted to try. You know, like straight outta Naruto style. So got to Naoki Ramen in Chinatown Jenny suggested and happened to see Helen there. Caught up a lil and turns out shes close friends w the owner and hooked us up for a big discount off our bill. Thank you Helen :) always helps. The waiter was entertainment as well. The food was banging and we got a ton of appitizers and then the ramen. l got the seafood ramen which was so good and yoo... lm surprised l JUST started eating ramen like this. Def really nice. Fun dinner w everyone and then we headed out for Tswirl for crepes where we happened to see JohnV and his girl and then Teado for bubble tea seeing Nicole and Sue working. So much good food in one day.
Afterwards, we hit Rita/Chris' to chill, smoke hookah, snack on left overs and had a really good time bumming it. So many people were done from New Years Eve that it didnt seem worth going out into the city. Had a good night just hanging out and yea... its crazy how many Friday/Sat nights lm taking it easy w people but honestly.... as long as lm out w good friends, thats all that matters. But l still cant miss out if something nuts is going on lol. Had a good night and dropped Sam off late night and hit back to knock out. Thank you for the gloves and Little Girl figure Sam haha. l love that the gloves allow me to type on my iphone. So important.
Sat got up and yolo bought this game 'Squad' on steam Weili mentioned. It started off as a Battlefield mod and since Battlefield is all bout cops and robbers and also how greedy EA has become and how l dont like how they changed how shooting and bullet drop works compared to the old Battlefield 2.... l love the Battlefield concept but lm not a fan of how the current Battlefield games have been. Star Wars Battlefront they made is better because its more linear, straight forward and puts you in many 'face to face' fights. Call Of Duty Black Ops 3, even tho lm playing it w friends, because of the spawning and maps, there is always a lot of just being shot from the back or side which isnt fun for the shooter or person getting killed. You want to shoot at someone shooting at you. Thats where shooters are exciting. This game Squad is really fun. Really realistic. Squad based of course and lm just enjoying shooters again because of this game. So maybe l just didnt lose my love for shooters but just havent found the right game lately as the games l did love have changed into a way lm not personally a fan of. Very good times playing w Weili and his friends and worked on my guestlist and putting things together in general.
Got ErickaS and EmilyL and hit pregame at OJ's. Nice sized pregame and lately its been getting out of hand and Sat night was just right. l think like 15ish people. Very fun pregame as always, just hookah, lots of wine as wine is becoming popular within pregame and Jenga. God everyone sucks so bad at Jenga lol. At midnight we hit up Coda for our DNA Event and had fun on the dance floor all night w friends. Its prob because its like winterbreak for people in college but there have been A LOT of new girls lve never seen before at both the New Years Eve event and at Coda that night. The longer lm really single, the more girl crazy l become lol. Had fun dancing w friends all night and was totally done by 220am. 3am took Sam and Ericka back home and then hit Long's new place to collect money for some staff to pay them out, talked about the New Years Eve event, future normal events we have coming up and our Chinese New Year Event. He gave me this massive mirror too which is perfect for my room. Thank you Long. Hit home, made chicken noodle soup and showered and got to sleep at 8am lol.
Sunday got up at 12pm as lately lve been sleeping short hours and just cant fall back asleep. Not sure why. Maybe from sleeping 12-17 hours a day multiple times the week before. Sleep apparently doesnt work that way but my body is just weird in general. Doing laundry, on History Channel watching Ancient Aliens and The Universe. Maybe games later w the guys. Monday lm hype to hit up friends who told me they will be searching in Jan 2016. Planning out my 2016 is exciting.
