Mahhh past 2 weeks...
Tues headed out to Willow Grove to the Apple Store to fix my Iphone 6 screen. $135 gahhh... usually lm good if my phone gets knocked out or l drop it to kick my foot out so it hits my foot then hits the floor or sometimes even catching it on my phone. But that night, l just watched it fall in a daze. 2am reaction speed is not so good.
Met up w Long afterwards to talk about new promoters and we hit up the Arts Ballroom for a meeting about New Years Eve. Def learning a lot just listening and though l've been doing this for 4 yrs, l honestly dont know that much yet. Glad l got to meet new people and also work w other friends in the nightlife scene. Ended the evening w house showings w Weili and Emily. Checked out a property and its always good to hang out w them. Hit back home and bummed it for the rest of the night.
Weds took care of real estate work during the day and started working on the New Years Eve event as well. Figuring out shit for Star Wars Day l have set up and also figuring shit out for NEC(Northeast Championship) w hotel rooms and figuring out hosting our Hearthstone tournament. Practiced some Hearthstone online for a bit and it looks like lm gonna stick w Zoolock, Patron Warrior and lm not sure between Freeze Mage or Mech Mage. Freeze mage is overall better but LOSES to other hardcore control decks but slaughters any type of aggro/creature focused decks. So its very..... match up heavy. Mech Mage just does well in general which is why l like it. l gotta decide soon but its prob Mech Mage just to be safe.
Afterwards, watched some Star Wars Ep 2 and 3 lol. Fun night indeed.
Thurs got up and bummed it and hit The Lab's weekly tournament. 3rd place outta 16 people gahhh... lm not like THAT upset for not taking 1st place but its just rough. Either way, had a ton of fun playing a ton of matches and meeting some new people. The FGC is pretty small in general so everyone l meet is friends w some of my other friends.

Always a fun night w the guys and played casuals on Street Fighter V as well. Street Fighter V has an interesting feeling to it. Its def different than the Street Fighter 4 series but lm ready for it. lm REALLY excited for the scene to become much bigger upon its release. lm an 09er which is someone who started becoming a competitive Fighting game player because of the Street Fighter 4 series.
Anyway... hit home and watched a ton of Fresh off the Boat lol. Rough day.
Friday got Allison and we visited our grandparents. Our grandfather has surgery soon so we went to visit him. Helped them get meds and then hugn out, drank tea and just talked bout a ton of stuff. It was nice. l wish my Grandfather good health. l feel bad the stress my grandparents are probably going through right now.
Afterwards, dropped off my sister to her event at school and l just hit up Delilah's for food, drinks and cigar. Visited a friend and just bummed it for a bit w the entertainment there along w figuring out things w clients and w my nights ahead as l was able to catch up my cell.
Next up pregame at Keisha's. Set up the hookah and friends started pouring in. So... l expected like 8-15 people and yeaaaaa through the night, we had around 30 people come through lol. The only issue is the front desk rules that so many places in the city have. 3 guests per person. But had a really fun pregame and it always gets to that point where its just a mini house party lol. Did shots, smoked, gossiped and met some new people. JohnN was promoting for his first night as well.
We hit up Rumor and just had a really good time. Just acting weird w Sam most the night and made sure the birthdays l set up were having a good time. Was mostly in the hip hop room as usual because thats just where everyone is at. Didnt drink too much at Rumor since l was on the dance floor nearly the whole time. Ended the night by hitting back to Keisha's and me Keisha and Claudia smoked hookah and chilled till almost 5am. Hit back home to shower and sleep.
Sat got up for house showings w Jaimie and Leslie. Checked out some new homes and ended w checking out Rita's neighborhoods new construction homes. Well Rita and Chris were also outside even tho we were gonna call them anyway. They joined us for the final part of house showings as we checked out multiple model homes. Afterwards, we hit Rita/Chris' place and smoked hookah, had drinks and ordered pizzas as l was starving. Very fun day 'working' w friends. This is the MAIN reason l love doing real estate. Its enjoyable to work w friends and nearly all my clients are my friends first.
Afterwards, got liquor, cups, chasers and hit home for a lil and then headed back out to get my sister, Jenna, Kim, Keisha, Tori and Julianna and hit pregame at OJ's. So lit the hookah and started doing shots lol. Friends came through and holy shit.... another house party pretty much. Def really fun, standing on furniture taking group selfies, doing shots and gossiping and oairshgoairhgoai it was really fun lol. Pregame is half the night to be honest. Its our time to be together and socialize and have fun together before the club.
Hit up Coda and thats when its time to get weird. Ended up mostly dancing w Kim as she TRULY gives no fucks and its amazing. We are very synchronized and if we're not, we become synchronized. The DJ was really good as he was playing A LOT of hype shit and my drink was mostly used as a refreshment than to stay somewhat drunk lol. Cause of the dark liquor earlier, l was actually a bit out of control. Ran around, socialized w friends but was on the dance floor for like 95% of the night. My legs were sooo broken. Had so much fun tho and we partied till close. Dropped everyone off and hit home to eat more pizza before passing out.
Sunday was super bummy. Woke up late in the evening and hit up a few clients just to catch up. l feel bad hitting people up on Sunday's as l know its a relaxing day for a lot of people but then hitting up people Monday can be rough too cause they're at work and when they get home, they just wanna chill. Watched Capcom Cup 2015 allllll evening and didnt move. Watching both streams and damn.... $120k for taking First Place.
Made spaghetti and watched Ancient Alien's all night while doing some research on Pokemon lol. When l have some major free time, l will be getting back into it. Theres 3 formats l plan to have a SET team for. Overused Singles 6v6, Uber Singles 6v6 and VGC Doubles. lm still figuring out just the Overused singles for now. Gengar is my favorite Overused Pokemon while Mewtwo is my favorite overall Pokemon. But yea.... when Street Fighter V comes out in Feb, that will be my main focus. Did some work, paying out promoters and encouraging them to keep up the good work and focus on birthdays. Took it easy. Ended the night playing Starcraft 2 for a while and eating breakfast(hits 7am) and then knocked out.
Monday got back up later and got my haircut from Sarah. First time seeing her in forever as she was on vacation forever. Afterwards, hit BiancaI and she jumped in my car and we hit up Chinatown. Caught up big time and we ended up deciding on Bonchon for dinner. Got the Avacodo Ball and a ton of wings and stuffed face. Got bubble tea afterwards before dropping her back off. Glad we got to hang out and catch up after everything the past almost 4 yrs lol. Checked out her place too which was really nice.
Hit home and played games and bummed it for a while. Caught up on some reading about random junk and later on Yan came through to bum it and welll.... the PC downstairs is having 50 issues so instead of catching up on American Horror Story, we just watched Shark Tank up late till she was pretty much passing out.
Tues we got up late and bummed it. Played and won 2 games of League of Legends and it seems.... no matter what role l play, lm in a 2v1 fight. When lm bottom, my support is missing. When l play top, its me vs their top + jungler lol. l can never get a break. Whatever, we won both games so lm happy.
Afterwards, harassed clients for a bit and then started to organize a ton of stuff for nightlife. lm glad lm getting new promoters on the team but most important is getting new people to our events. lm glad Han and JohnN are getting people outside of usual group though. Pregame is kinda getting out of hand lately tho. Def gotta figure something out. Also figuring shit out w the weekend at NEC and l was pretty much organizaing people today on my PC lol. Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at 10pm and didnt have internet all night since our modem was messed up. Josh has been trying to change things up w our downstairs PC but everythings not coming to his plan at all. No internet till apparently Friday morning.....
Weds got up figuring out shit for the weekend at NEC and hoping my sub-promoters will do a good job setting up pregame and bringing out good numbers to the clubs this weekend. In the past yr, l've been doing a lot less variety of things besides the club because not only is it money and fun but things just seem to happen when lm not around so l try to be around as much as l can, as l should. Leaving things up to people no matter how much l trust someone or how confident l am w someone.... if someone doesnt know EVERYTHING l know.... then issues can arise. Not saying anyone sucks, but yea some people suck in general to depend on lol, but things happen and its always best to be there to handle any issue than rely on someone. l just dont like relying on ANYONE just to be safe. 'if you want it done right, do it yourself' is in my top 3 favorite quotes. Its why having a small team is always better as well on whatever. Anyway... lm sure they will be fine without me. Either way, l have to test out the waters w how they run pregame and the guestlist without me. lm prob making it much more of a big deal than it really is.
Watched some stuff on WWII for a bit on History Channel and started Bloodborne finally since l didnt have internet. No Blizzard Games obviously, no Steam games obviously. No multiplayer of course so Bloodborne was the perfect answer. So l always LOVED LOVED LOVED Dark Souls 2. Overall the best Action/Adventure game l ever played in my life and yooo l played A LOT of fucking video games so l knew l'd really like Bloodborne. Same exact thing. Its seriously the same game just in a different setting. Instead of knights and dragons and mages and everything Medieval, its all London, Werewolves, big ravens, silver bullets and stuff. Its def a dope theme and game is really fun for how hard it is. Its like ridiculously hard. Harder than Dark Souls 2 def. ANYONE can kill you in 3 hits. Boss fights are a rush and frantic w my brain going aioghoairhgoiarg. A lot to learn at first but yooo... this game is amazing. There are very few campaign/storyline games l can play now. Most of them are too easy which ends up making me feel like lm just watching the script they laid out. Dark Souls 2 and now Bloodborne make me feel like its a challenge from the makers to see IF l can beat this game. The Hitman series is another storyline game that I LOVE because it is again a game of 'can you figure out how to assassinate this target?' as they leave multiple routes for you to figure out. Its fun to FIGURE OUT answers.

Its crazy how good l feel about this game that is somewhat coming to a close when Street Fighter V comes out this Feb. l think thats fine tho because the mentality of A LOT of things will remain in my head that l learned over the years. l really love going there each week to hang w the guys and plaay games. Afterwards, hit home and played a ton of Bloodbourne again. SUCHHH a fun game. Pretty simple Thurs. Dont mind a FULL DAY of video games lol.
Friday got up and packed the car and hit Northeast Championship(NEC). So set up the rooms as l always do and it took a while but having the room set the way l wanted was a relief. Gambled a bit since l was at the Radisson Casino and lost $20 after an hour and half of playing Craps. No biggie. Hit the room and friends started coming through. Simple night of a ton of games, eating food, having drinks and smoking hookah. Very fun times and l was able to balance everything nicely. Played till late night before everyone slowly got mad sleepy from drinking all night lol. Made some new friends and had a hard time sleeping as l was nervous for the tournament the next day.
Sat hit downstairs and got into my matches pretty quickly. Ended up having 3 wins, 2 losses. The tournament had over 200 players. My first opponent actually came in 5th place of the entire tournament and lost to his Chun-li. Went to the final game and he did not jump at me the ENTIRE game so l was like 'ok he's not a jumper' and he finally did at the end of the game which l couldve anti air Ultra 1'd him but l freaaked because l was shocked it happened. l should NEVER rule out someone WONT do something 100% from now on. Good lesson learned for future tournaments. My next 3 games were won and werent too tough. Lost my 5th game but was close which upsets me in a way. l HATE losing close games. Close games are more fun, more exciting and all but at the same time.... losing knowing l COULVE won just hurts. l honestly rather get completely slaughtered so lm like 'ok he totally deserves to beat me and move on' but yea... losing close games sucks. Its NEC tho and the hardest of the 3 majors BIG E hosts each yr and lm def very happy with how much better lve become. Having a local to go to every week has made a big difference. l wish l had this sooner.
Afterwards, hit Hearthstone where me and Adam were running it but really... it was mostly Adam lol. Got my ass swept by my opponents and the only thing l had going for me is having top tier decks. It didnt help that my deck picks were the completely wrong ones to use against what my opponent picked. Its just chance but sadly it did not work into my favor. Or that half my hands were entirely replaced by a new hand multiple times lol. l dont care about Hearthstone like that tho so l wasnt upset.
Back to the hotel and we got busted for smoking. $500 fine total since it was 2 rooms. Yeaaaaaa..... that sux. Cleaning lady came in and smelled the weed other people were smoking and told the manager. But anyway, hotel party time. Had friends came through and just played mad matches, drank and smoke all night. Kenny brought a bottle of Malibu nonalcoholic mixer and we thought it was Malibu Rum and did shots w it hahahaha so dumb. Had fun acting wild w everyone, getting overly hype over matches and it was really cool playing a lot of new people. l was doing overall really well playing against strangers who were coming through. Def raised my arrogance some more lol. Def had a lot of fun w everyone there and its sad that l dont get to see them all much each yr. l will try to make more events tho this yr. Esp when Street Fighter V drops. Played games and hung up till 5am before knocking out.

Sunday cleaned up and pced out and said late to friends and TEAM PIE. Smug ended up winning the entire tournament too. Congrats homie!! So hit back home and help set up things as we were having 'Star Wars Day' to watch episodes 4-6. Well Rita came by and we ended up drinking, smoking and eating for a while as many friends were coming late anyway lol. Watched Episode 4 and then started Episode 5 and then we went out to smoke, drink and eat more till everyone left lol. Well... we got one movie down atleast lol. Really good time w the Squadron and had fun talking bout tons of shit. Very good weekend indeed w tons of friends.
Ended the night catching up more w Bianca late night for a while and its crazy who comes around your life and who comes back into your life. But life is crazy in general and lm not too shocked by anything anymore. Watching videos on how Jar Jar Binx was suppose to be a Sith Lord and yooo.... at first l thought it was basic fan theory but after these videos.... it really seems like Jar Jar is a sith lol.
Monday finally passed out around 10am... smooth. Got up at 4pm and hit up Philly later on to meet up w Yan and her friends. Got crepe icecream at TSwirl and yoooo... it was made fucking good. Blueberry NY cheesecake crepe was what l got and it was totally worth it. Met her friends and then we hit up Dave n Buster's to play games. Split a card and played a TON of games trying to figure out how many credits we used to earn how much credit to determine the most useful game to play. Tons of games were fun tho but my fav was Deal or No Deal. Its all about how greedy you are lol. Greed is interesting. We ended up winning enough tickets to get each girl a prize of 1,500 tickets which was enough for each of them to get a good sized stuffed animal. Very good times hanging out w Yan's friends and we got David's food after. Hit back and stuffed face while watching Shark Tank. Roast Pork Roast Duck Noodle Soup, Fried soft crab shell, Walnut shrimp. So fucking banging. Passed out late night.
Tues we got up and we got Boston Market and afterwards hit Giant as l needed some groceries. Trying out yogurt for the last time to see if l can like it for my health. If l can. lm gonna try to have 2 servings of yogurt everyday. That and tea. Dropped off Yaan and hit back and got some stuff at the mall and bullshitted my night away. Doing a lil work and doing a lot of math for a lot of money related things. Its funny where l write my numbers and how l divide things up but whatever.... it works.
Weds l got up in the evening since l was up for a while on Tues. Sleep sced totally fucked of course. Hit my office party, had drinks at the Winery, ate tons of food, caught up w my team and other friends at my office and in general, it was a really good time. Its a bit different for our office parties since we arent ALL working together. We're mostly doing our own thing and happen to use the same office. Its cool having Pat and John there since their my age and lve known them since l was 18 so its good to have people to relate to. Got wine drunk lol and went home to nap even tho l just woke up not too long ago... yea...
Thurs got up at 4am and knocked out the rest of Star Wars Empire Strikes Back. Hit my living room and played a fuckloada Bloodborne. This game.... dude its seriously Dark Souls just in a different setting. Its so fucking good. God damn all games need to be like this. That curious, exploration feeling. Gahh such a good fucking game. So then yea, slept during the day.
Got up at hit The Lab's tournament and had fun w the guys as always. Playing and commentating and gahgroiahegioahrg 3rd place. l cant even get 2nd anymore. People are onto my shit lol. For real tho, people know my set ups, esp in the corner pressure. There is still a guessing game no matter what cause l can always go for a bait but before people werent sure about using EX moves to blow through the air fireball pressure on wake up so l use to just maul people the fuck down. Def another fun day w the guys tho.
Hit home to quickly watch Star Wars Return of the Jedi and then headed out to Nesh mall to meet up w ScottD and his bro and friend to see Star Wars The Force Awakens. DOPE FUCKING MOVIE. l'll prob see it again in theaters if people wanna see it later in the week. Great action, and yooooooo... just go fucking see it. Dope time and hit home and played the Street Fighter V Beta allll night till morning on Friday. Game is good and lm getting it better. It is a different game than the Street Fighter 4 series. Just take it to a basic level. Its very straight forward. Some people dont like that its tooooo straight forward but we'll see.
