Not sure what exactly happened... maybe being fully fully single for the first time since 2011 having something to do with it. I'm sure with seeing friends grow and do well for themselves(though you're not suppose to compare yourself to others, l cant help it). My age. My fear that I will 'peak' on how successful l am year to year and if l can keep up w the times.
lm honestly pretty terrified. l dont want to suck. Everyone knows l have the biggest case of FOMO(fear of missing out) ever but thats because l have the biggest fear of having regret. 5-10 years from now, l don't want to regret my actions or non actions of right now. So far lm proud and stick to all the big choices l've made in life even if some didn't really do anything for me -like college and my Philosophy degree lol but holy shit did l have a fun college career. If anything, l learned some small things about business running parties on the scale that we did.
In the end..... l dont want to be in regret and lm scared lm gonna make the wrong move sometime that's going to effect my future.
Everything is going beyond amazing in my life right now. But because of that, l have more to lose, more than ever. Except for a girlfriend, l dont have a girlfriend to lose hahahaha. Not my biggest concern, l jerk off often lol. TMI?!
Kk so my week.
Weds took care of work all day and aorihgaosidghaoihr l RARELY have issues arise in real estate, esp over ones over something so small but this listing agent and her secretary really fucking suck. l felt like a parent being stern to my child for the past 2 weeks which is so weird for me. lm always on the other side of that but for once, l am handling someone else's fuck up. But anyway... got shit together. l felt like the nerd who does all the work in the group project lol.
Later on SteveC and Alex came over just to play a lil Modern format Magic the Gathering. Messing around w my Affinity Deck thats the same build as 2 Major Major events, one being the World Championship along w messing w Alex's BW Tokens which l was really interested in building. l read up on BW Tokens a while back for a while cause l like how its straight forward, effective, top tier and just seems fun to play. However, l didnt know what l was doing and SteveC and Alex hated watching me play. Did get lucky tho in some games and l LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing SteveC have this 'wtf you gotta be kidding me' face he has when l mess up but still out of luck, pull out a win. Its great. Its also why he gets such satisfaction when l lose. In general, its funny.
Good times w the guys over and they convinced me to just open my packs l won and we can just buy packs for our next draft/sealed event at Breslin's. So opened them up and ohhh shittt Zendikar Expedition but not one of the baller ones, just one worth $66 and then a FOIL Ulamoggggggg fap fap fap $50 hahaha its bad ass. l def feel this new Ulamog will replace the current Ulamog people use in Modern for the fact it EXILES TWO permanents when it drops rather than DESTROY ONE permanent. It takes out 2 things and exiles can take out things that are indestructible and you cant bring back things that are exiled unless said in the card. l see the value going up but l really dont NEED the $50-70 whatever it becomes in the future. l like having it cause its cool.

Afterwards, bummed it and l was sleepy and went to bed early. Still hurting from last weekend being up for 38 hours. l will NEVER do that again. l shouldnt ever start a weekend w 'hey wanna do something crazy?' cause staying up for that many hours has me totally confused.
Thurs more harassment to agents and lenders and yayyyyyyyy EVERYONE IS DOING THEIR JOBBBB!! So lm usually not this happy because its usually already happening but holy shit..... whatever.... they did their shit. Its done, we're good for closing. l called off the assassins. Took it easy all day working on multiple things w real estate, nightlife and some other readings.
Watching Ancient Aliens all night and that was awesome. Played some Ultra Street Fighter 4 against some friends on PC who wanted to do a few games and had to kick some ass real quick and then did a ton of reading for Magic the Gathering. Listening to a new DJ's Soundcloud who we could potentially hire and l liked his Soundcloud.

It starts off strong which is always a good move. But in general, John Lee has been doing a great job for us lately for us. Played some Counter-Strike Global Offensive and ended the night reading about passive income for the next 4 hours. Def really interesting shit and well.... l got a lot of ideas. Better ideas than whats on my cell phone lol which l enjoy telling my friends about at parties and get togethers. Those ideas..... something on there has potential but my new ideas after doing all this reading is much more plausible(<- o0o you gotta google dat word?!).
But for real, w winter coming and real estate always slowing down esp around dec-feb, l'll be focusing on finding 1-3 new things to make money but l def want to work on atleast ONE thing that will be passive income. Its pretty exciting jumping into so much that is all new to me. We'll see. l def have 24369024 things to learn before l even decide which ideas l'd want to go with. If l wanna go for 1 idea first or go for 2-3 at the same time. Thank you Mike for the information. Def glad to have him as a friend.
Friday had a ton of good news for work and was def happy bout that. Hit up our final walk through w Qing's family in the evening in Philly during the lil storm. Things checked out well and met the previous tenants. Aftewards, got MayZ and Kiki and we hit up Peixiong's party for a lil just to say whats up and do something before the Guys in Ties Girls in Pearls Event l was hosting. Had drinks, played some beer pong and met some new people.
Afterwards headed out to Aura for our event and friends came out and by 1130, we had a full party. Had to ask the staff to turn off the tvs and change the above lights to a bit darker as it was SOOO lit up earlier and it doesnt feel club like ya know? When its dark and the light beams are flashing around, theres that mysterious exciting feeling. When you can see EVERYTHING and everyone, it feels like a 6th grade dance or wedding. Lights always need to be low. Anyway.... second they were low... people really started hitting the dance floor and it felt right. Dan got a table and we got a hookah lit along w some beers in an ice bucket. Dancing w friends through the night and acted weird w DavidH and Diamond lol. l love them 2. Introduced friends best l could and played cupid somewhat hehe. Was very very happy with the turn out and good job as always John Lee for DJing for the night. Got a lot of good feedback and it was a good trial run w the organizations again before our Halloween Event which is the big event.
Sat l slept like alllllll day waking up on and off to answer phone calls and texts. Finally got up in the evening, ate and hit Rita's house warming to play games, drink and smoke lol. <- my life story. Our usual group made it through and also got to catch up w Kyle and Nicole as l havent seen them in forever. Learned to play shuffle board and played some pinball, played some Cards against humanity lol. Explaining to everyone how twitch.tv and the whole streaming world and its existence and Leslie had me laughing 'what are we doing wrong?!' hahahahhaha. Good chilling w Leslie and Jaime since the wedding. Took it easy on drinking since l was still outta it from the previous night. Def had a good time and pooped mid party cause thats what l dooo!!
Afterwards, got Yan and Nikki and hit up our event at Coda which went till 6am. John Lee DJing again till 2am and then DJ Reach came on after. Music was def on point all night and got sweaty pretty quick. There are those tracks that just make you move ya know? Like you cant resist. Friends were coming through at 130am, 230am, 3am because it was open till 6am lol. Def had a lot of fun and Long was in the mood to drink and hooked it up w some drinks and shots. Had a good talk bout future plans and in general was just a great night all around. Hit home to have a sad late night meal..... yeaaa..... lol. Started working on things for both real estate and nightlife.....
My friends have asked me before.... 'why do you send us emails at 4am?!' lol. Something bout late night... l can do anything late night. Its just my time to work on whatever l want. Harassing college organizations to put up their event page for our Halloween Event and about money and reduced pass pick up. Also trying to get an idea of all schools breaks and major events so we can just plan out the rest of Fall 2015 and Spring 2016's 18+ Events.
Sunday got up late and just worked on real estate and nightlife. Spent the evening quietly to myself doing a lot of reading. Reading more about passive income, I do like the idea of the blogger route. l already do it and as you can see, l added advertisements on the side just to test things out. But yea, l dunno what my focus will be but atleast lm narrowing things down. Just gotta aim for a niche l enjoy. Ate a fuckloada food cause lm fat and had to make up for the lack of food from the last few days.
Monday still up from Sunday doing readings. Anytime l get sucked into reading about something, l spend 3-6 hours at it. In general, when l work on something, l like being able to work on it for a long period of time with no interuptions which is why l love being up late so much. No distractions. The day time is FULL of distractions and late night is my time to work on whatever l want, whether it be important or just playing video games lol.
At 9am, hit my office and did my closing for Qing's family and got everything settled. Congrats guys!! Def happy it all got done w the interuptions we had towards the end. Afterwards, got Halo 4 so l could run through it to catch up w the storyline and then hit up Wells Fargo about my new credit card as they have not sent me an updated card. Hit my office again to set up my FoxRoach email to my phone as it requires extra security and then hit the mall to trade in Metal Gear Solid V and got chinese food and bubble tea lol. Afterwards, hit my neighbors home who is selling their home For Sale By Owner to see if he was curious to list w me which went well and have a second meeting w him later this week.
After alllllllllllll that running around, went to bed in the afternoon. Pretty full Monday. Ended up waking up at 10pm.
Tues still up from Monday, just made food and played a ton of Halo 4 on Legendary Solo, like a boss. Slept a lil again cause my brain has been 24396u2094u0t9hjsir0hgiahr lately and l get headaches when l overthink. Rob came through later on at night and Josh had friends over for steaks and stuff. Brown joined us and just smoked hookah and had drinks out back. Sad these nights are coming to a close soon as its getting colder. Def a chill evening w everyone and a lil random social night. For all the hours l spend totally by myself during the weekday, late nights. l need human interaction randomly through the week. Watched some Star Wars Battlefront stream and played Halo 4 through the night.
Weds still up, finally passed out at 1030am. Woke up at night and been eating and working on real estate listings to clients and questions for the organizations l work with for DNA Nightlife as we set up a meeting for them to come in, pick up their reduced cards and l can get a lot of feedback about past events and plan for the future. Mostly focused for this school year but def planning for the bigger picture as well. Gonna hit the grocery store and buy some food and play Halo 4 lol.
