lm like tired often mostly from working on stuff to have fun lol. lm gonna try to not take AS many pics as l usually do and try to aim more for taking less but better pics and by better l mean - it captures the moment of whats going on rather than using 3-5 pics of similar pics that kinda paint the picture on whats going on, ya know? So l love posting pics up cause l really do love looking back. People always talk bout the future and yes, the future is very important but its def true what they say in class, you learn from the past. But ok we're getting too deep, overall l just like looking at the past because its funny to see old great memories. Its just honestly really nice.
Kk so my past 2 weeks.
9/7 Monday stayed up all night from sunday. Slept during the day and later on met up w Emily to drop off her things and talked a bit. Hit home and watched mad History Channel and bought Starcraft 2 Legacy of the Void so l could play the beta. Playing the main campaign and yooo... l really really love Blizzard Games and Starcraft is just truly a classic. The gameplay, the 3 races being pretty bad ass, the clever campaign and the ridiculous skillcap of that game. l love Starcraft 2 to death but l dont think l'll get highly competitive in it. It's one of those games where l need to drop EVERYTHING lm playing to solely play that. When l was hardcore into it, l was having the time of my life and did make Diamond League. But w enjoying other games, w my social life and with work, l cant commit to a game like that right now. Plus Street Fighter V comes out in Feb/March and that will be my main game. Still playing Hearthstone and Magic the Gathering too. Played games literally all night lol.
Tues slept during the day cause lm mad responsible and woke up and played more Starcraft 2. Caught up on my gaming news and chilled but was feeling light headed. Slept early oddly. Just wasnt feeling well. Really simple quick day.
Weds l ended up waking up at 4am. Got groceries at 430am lol and started off the day fresh and took care of a lot of work. Feeling responsible again. Hit up the Willow Grove mall to the Apple Store to check up on fixing or replacing my iphone since l broke the lockbutton falling into the lake a few weeks back. Set up a new appointment for the following Monday.
Hit back and SteveC came over and we played a ton of Magic the Gathering - Modern Format as he was playing his Death&Taxes Deck and l was using my updated Affinity Deck. Def had fun slamming out a ton of games and chilled for a while.
Took a short nap afterwards then got back up to hit Rita's sister's place to meet her son Aiden, an 8 yr old who loves Pokemon and is mostly focused on the card game as a collector. He didnt know how to play the game tho so it was a bit harder for him to grasp the value of each card and some of his friends play. l was 8 yrs old when l first learned to play Magic the Gathering and Magic is much more complex than Pokemon Card Game. Spent the evening w him teaching him the game with a pre-constructed deck l bought and bought an extra pack just for a lil excitement for him to open up and had a fun evening chilling and teaching Aiden how to play the game.
Afterwards, hit up Rita's and smoked hookah and chilled for a bit. Hit back home and knocked out again. Random sleep everywhere is killing me.
Thurs got up at a normal time and took care of a lot of work again. l feel like l either have very responsible or lazy days. People came to install the new washing machine as ours got flooded and kinda just did research, promoted real estate a bit and focused on my new business cards. More focused right now on setting myself up for the future and making my life easier than solely just making money. Ended up passing out mad early. Sleep sced totally random.
Friday l woke up at 1230am... ughh. Shower and ate and streamed myself playing Ultra Street Fighter 4 from 330am-1130am. Had a ton of viewers since theres few channels late night and l always end up as the main channel. Later on, got my haircut and tobacco for hookah and then went back to sleep for a lil. Got up again and got Reza and we stuffed face w pizza. Hit up Mike's and we smoked hookah and drank w Sam and Mike for a while and talked bout tons of shit.
Afterwards, the 4 of us hit up Rumor and a ton of friends met up. Even JimS, my old pledge brother came through w a group since they were a fan of the EDM DJ playing that night. Got in and holyyyy shitt club was packed. Danced in the hip hop room most the night and the music in both rooms were really good since the DJs were bigger names. Had a good time and partied late and hit back home and chilled. Me and Reza ended up streaming some Ultra Street Fighter 4 for a lil before knocking out.
Sat woke up on and off. We got up eventually in the evening and took Reza back home and then hit Philly for an event that Yan, Q and Nikki have been working on for a while. It was an art gallery event w multiple startups for tea, food, wine tasting and stuff. Good times hanging w Yan Q and Nikki all night, ate cake and other cool desserts and had different tea and wine lol. Def very chill. Long came through to chill for a little as well and talk bout some future events and adding the girls in for our Halloween event. Afterwards, Yan jumped in the car w me and we got stuff for pregame and hit May Wu's new spot.
So May Wu got a new place and its a dope pregame spot. Cozy but big enough. Friends started coming through and just had a simple pregame, drinking and smoking hookah. Met some new friends and had a very fun pregame. We hit up Coda afterwards as more friends met up and just danced all night. Acting goofy on the dance floor all over the place and l was already still sore from Friday night but oh man.... my legs and feet are killing. Clubbing is my only work out but yoo... when lm out dancing, its a full work out. The music and fun keeps me motivated to keep moving tho lm hurting lol. Partied till 3am and pced out and we got food at Little Pete's afterwards late night. Stuffed face and good hanging out w Yan Q and Nikki as they dont come out too often until they are in the party mood lol. Got back at like 530am....
Sunday started off with house showings w MJ and Vitol and checked out a new property along w their old favorite. It was a REALLY nice day out as lm driving around house showing w them so l decided to round up friends. House showings went well and just had to crunch some numbers and get info.
Afterwards, went to get wine and cheese for a lil Wine, Cheese and Hookah evening but then it started raining noooo!! But then Adam called saying to switch it to his place since its outside but inside so incase it rains more we're good. So switched the chill evening to his place and hung out w Adam, Rita, Chris, Rob and ScottD. Just had a really really nice evening w them talking bout all sorts of shit, telling old stories of stupid shit that happened when we were in high school and stuffed face w wine cheese and hookah. Def a really good time. Adam got pretty drunk and laughed as he was dripping wine on himself while drinking, knocking off his glasses telling stories and shit. It was def funny. Really good times and afterwards, hit back and just did some work and bummed it the rest of Sunday.
Monday hit work all day and then played a lot of Ultra Street Fighter 4 streamed. Yeaaa... that was like all day. Ended the night doing some more work too as honestly.... lm working w some annoying people right now who are very difficult to get a hold of. As a real estate agent, your phone should be in your hand 24/7 and l bet it is, just these people dont always pick up or text back until the next day. It gets really ridiculous. But yea.... this is like the few things that stress me out w work lol so l really shouldnt be complaining at all.
Tuesday woke up a bit after lunch time and ended up reading about Pokemon cards for over 2 hours. Just was thinking bout fixing up Aiden's deck l got him that was a pre-built deck to make it better at not a high cost. Looked up allllll the best Fighting and Colorless Pokemon and built a list. Got carried away but whenever l check up on him, l'll have a good present for him. Its exciting for me to see others get better at something l helped them w. Its just fun to train someone in something. Its always been fun to teach people any game and explore a new character/deck/race/class w someone and figure it out together and then check back on them. The reason why is because..... serious high level play is the most EXCITING. Playing casual is fun and all but high level is honestly just really fun and really addiciting.
Got ready for this Real Estate seminar about flipping property. It is something l want to do right now but l dont have ENOUGH money yet to do this, buy a new car and have enough saved up for emergencies all at once. l dont need A LOT of back up money but l like the mental security of it... JUST incase but... if something ridiculous happens, l dont want to be finacially fucked because of an injury or like some random student loan shit happens or l dunno... l really dont know what else besides getting seriously injured but l just like seeing my bank account healthy lol. There is risk of course and l totally THINK l know what lm doing and its honestly not as difficult as it sounds but still... l rather have my shit 100% than 90% before l make moves all on my own rather than on friends and family.
Afterwards, hit home to do more research for a bit and its something l really gotta think bout. l like the idea of passive income and l like that someone else will be paying off my property so when l eventually one day sell it, its a big burst of money.... l just dunno if its the right move for me right now ya know? This whole.... adult life can be so daunting but exciting lol. l still feel mentally like l just got outta college because honestly...... when it comes to my future, l still got SO MUCH to learn.
Caught up on Gaming news and working w my organizations about future DNA 18+ Events as we have one October 2nd and our Halloween Event Oct 30th which will be massive and fun.
Weds woke up early and hit up Philly to check out a potential commercial property. Auto repair shop where the Father wants to retire. Did a lot of research and really checked out the place and will have to figure out my gameplan for this as this could be huge for me. AEOTIGhrosighaosirg a lot to do on this one. So hit back home and did a lot of real estate work and working on future planned DNA Events, pretty much bothering orginizations if they are going to promote each event and the details. Also working on setting up the Hearthstone tournament at Defend the North this late October. A lot of chill work pretty much allllllllllll of weds.
Its work but l enjoy it and its at a comfortable pace and with friends so .... dunno if its really WORK.... more like planning and research all day lol. Took it easy and was just talking w friends pretty much all evening on - Real Estate, Nightlife and hosting the Hearthstone tournament at Defend the North. We may have a set up to stream the tournament and commentate and Jerimiah already has some commentating background. He's really into commentating like me because its fun to analyze what is going on and why players are making the choices they do. Streaming Hearthstone is interesting. They pretty much show one players view and show up top the other players hand so you see in full all choices of what they could be doing and what they are doing. lm pretty exciting for this and def see Hearthstone slowly being common place at Fighting Game Tournament even tho it is not a fighting game. The main thing is the accessibility to the game which is HUGE because its FREE and can be played on the phone which expands its player base to crazy numbers. Fucking genius move on Blizzard. Blizzard does A LOT of great things and even tho l always love Capcom for Street Fighter and other games.... Blizzard is my overall favorite Gaming company.
Later on Reza came through to chill. We got dinner at JB Dawson's and stuffed face and tried a new steak. I WISH I COULD MAKE STEAK LIKE STEAKHOUSES BUT I CANTTTT. l tried so hard for like 2 months and learned A LOT but theres just some things you should pay for rather than do yourself and thats just a fact in life. You cant have skills in EVERYTHING and sometimes, it makes more sense to pay a professional to do the work for you to save time, money and effort. Nothing sucks more than spending more money to do something than it would to pay a professional, taking the time to do something and then failing lol.
Afterwards, watched It Follows suggested by friends and holy shit that movie..... really good concept. Def a clever movie and yea lol... as AdamW says.... there was some Scooby Doo like parts. We ended up playing and streaming Ultra Street Fighter 4 late night and had fun picking random characters and playing her. She's got the concept of canceling normal attacks into specials and when to DP... well sometimes.... she just likes throwing DPs so l cant tell if she made a clever choice or was yolo doing it anyway lol. Def a fun night.
Thurs Reza pced out as l had to hit Glen Mills for house showings. Met up w MJ and Vitol and checked out some properties and house showings went well. l tried digging some advantageous info from the listing agent but the agent wasnt selling out lol shittt. Def have to do more research about one property and we'll see what happens next week.
Evening did research and chilled out and later on hit up Long's to have a lil meeting about future events. Always a good time meeting up and planning the future. Its exciting. lm def so happy work in nightlife because hosting in general is just fun. Knowing people are having fun because of something we planned is a nice bonus as well.
Hit home and Siweon came up to visit from VA. Hit up Domkey and the 3 of us smoked hookah and chilled out back for a bit talking bout tons of stuff. Josh joined us not too long after. Def a chill way to end the night.
Fri got up and me and Siweon hit Shogun to stuff face w sushi. Everytime l come back from Philly and its not 3am.... as l pass the Bensalem exit l go 'shit, l shoulda ordered sushi' as l fucking LOVE SHOGUN. Ordered a ton of sushi and went in. Omg sooo good lol. Always ordering too much so l have some sushi to go.
Flipped on the movie, The Wolf of Wall Street which l watched a documentary on Jordan Belfort before on American Greed and yoooo... that movie was def entertainment. Later on, we got ready to go out. First we got JennaZ and then hit up Dayu and Su's new place for their house warming party. Def a really good time but l was a bit scared. Anyone knowing Dayu and Su know that you gotta drink Bacardi 151 and die. They peer pressure you like crazy and you cry and do your shot of 151. Sometimes you do 2. For Dayu's birthday l had to do 3....
So lit the hookah, did some shots, ran around and socialized and met some new people. Def a really good time. Later on hit Beer Pong and me and Siweon went 6-1 on the board. Def was laughing A LOT because of the shit talking. l feel like beer pong's indirect rule is youre suppose to have shit talk. Not personal stuff but just competitive shit talk because its funny. We all laugh and it makes every miss and cup made that much more exciting cause really.... if you take a step back... beer pong is a pretty basic game at the core of it. Its alllllll the extra rules that make it more interesting and the shit talking that add on to the entertainment. Twice during bounces, our opponents knocked over 3 cups and l was laughing so hard my stomach hurt. Chris and Kalena waited forever to play and we bounced even know they were watching out for it and we went for it anyway and Chris knocked off the front 3 cups hahaha was laughing so hard. Happy Birthday Chris!! Lol. Started singing Happy Birthday for him a bit past midnight.
Eventually lost and had to go up to smoke hookah anywaysssss lol. Taking mad squadron selfies w everyone as Su suggested it and just had a ton of fun in general. Was SUPPOSE to leave the party at 12 ish but ended up leaving a bit after 1am and we only had 30 mins to party at Rumor. Got in, got drinks and dance floor and found mad friends. Its crazy how l need less and less time at the club but can still have fun. When l was younger.... l would be at the club for 4 hours. Thats insane to me now. 1.5-2.5 hours is all l need. Under 1.5 hours feels a bit short. Just acting dumb on the dance floor and had a good time being goofy. Fun dancing w Siweon in forever. Introduced people best l could but yoooo it was really packed because of the DJ's playing that night and that it was the 4 yrs anniversary night of Rumor. After 2am, hit back home to shower and knock out.
Sat got up and Siweon wanted cheesesteaks so we hit up Steve's Prince of Steaks to stuff face. Ate and said late and lm really glad she came through to visit. Def will have to make a trip out to see her again in VA but we'll prob end up partying in DC. Actually l gotta visit MD friends like crazy too. Its rough making time for friends all over the place. Its a lot of effort to drive far and l just dont have the energy like l use to.
So afterwards, spent the evening working on real estate and DNA event planning - pretty much hitting up mad people in organizations lm working with. Caught up on my Gaming news and yoooo lm really hype for Karin for the new Street Fighter V. Its weird.... the character she plays similar too..... allll the characters she relates to from Ultra Street Fighter IV.... l play none of them lol. But lm interested to play Karin. So she doesnt have a good DP meaning if lm being pressured, l just have to defend properly between being throw or hit w a frame trap. Also if someone w a divekick jumps at me... using a normal to anti air could be the wrong answer if l use it to stop a normal jump in. But l like her normal attacks, her jump in and neutral jump normals.... her special moves interest me but you cant be stupid w them and her vskill and vtrigger are interesting. l COULD see her as my Main. Sadly everything l like about Cammy from Ultra Street Fighter 4 is being removed in Street Fighter V.

like..... poking w Cammy was actually what l was really good at w her. Very sad.... not sure yet but l dont have a 100% this is my main character yet that l decided on. Necalli also changed to partically a charge character and l dont like the change at all. One his big combos are gone and second, l dont like charging at all. l like being able to move forward and know l have my specials even for the longer recovery. We'll see.
So watched the Dreamhack Ultra Street Fighter 4 tournament, played some Hearthstone in the evening and headed out. Got Emily May and Linda and hit up Su and Dayu's second party for Chris' birthday. Lit the hookah - smoked and drank w friends and played King's. Cindy and Angel even came out first time in a while. Def laughed a lot and l really really really like this 'Roast' rule where someone gets put on blast and asked questions by everyone in a circle or drink if they dont want to answer which is really fun. Everyone was being so nice about it tho lol thats not the point. l got some people w questions of 'of all the guys in this room, who would you make out w first' and stuff similar that put pressure on people really bad lol. Its the fun of it tho its a lil embarassing. Someone made a rule... no touching your cell phone or you have to drink and Chris said to me in a few minutes 'Rob lets take a selfie' and l picked up my phone and had to drink. Really really fucking clever Chris...... you fuckhead lol. l laughed just in shock l fell for someones bullshit like that. Enjoyed the night being out w everyone again and hit back late and just slept.
Sunday got up at 2pm and had 2 hours of chilling before friends came over. Rita Alex ScottD and Will came through to smoke hookah and do milkshakes. Weather has been wayyyy too nice lately. So its just funny last week we did Wine and cheese and now we're doing Milkshakes lol but whatever... the milkshakes were dope and cool throwing in choc candy in there too. Smoked hookah and bummed it w milkshakes for the evening talking bout tons of shit. Its just...... sooo damn nice. l think lm so use to going crazy, any social down time is very nice in a different way.
Afterwards bummed it and changing up the theme to our one DNA Event coming up. Adding in more of something than just showing up. Was brainstorming w Liz and Jasmine from Villanova Sigmassss and we were coming up w some good ideas. The issue w highlighter, tho simple and always a good time, is we dont have blacklights at the club. So we're going w Guys in Ties - Girls in Pearls. The only thing lm nervous bout is the lack of attire some people may have. Girls wont have an issue but some guys may and l dont want the turn out to get lower because of it. But we'll see. The main focus is really Halloween.
Monday woke up early and just worked and watched tv and talked w friends on the phone and online all day. Really simple day. Planning on some junk for the future w fun and got some fun.... mini party ideas w friends just for the sake of doing something fun and different, kinda like when we did the Clam Bake. l think doing stuff like that is fun. Pretending we know what we're doing on something new. l like pretending l know what lm doing all the time honestly its soo bad. Not so much 'fake it to you make it' but more so 'heys lets buy a ton of sodas, juice and liquor and try to invent a new drink'.
