l catch myself often starting a sentence w 'These fucking kids nowadays..', I get excited to edit PDF Files to make my paperwork in Real Estate easier, I look at stairs as an annoying obstacle course and when not involved w anything in my career - l really just dont give a fuck to the point where my friends yell at me for how bum like l dress and act.
Tues Vicky stopped by and we had a chill day. We always bum it but l like that. l dont like dating someone who l have to entertain all around the world all day when l see them ya know?! A girl should have a fun life without a guy. And when you're exhausted, its cuddle time. Make some food, cuddle, watch shows and have friends over. We hit up Neshaminy Mall to see the movie The Grandmaster. A movie about Ip Man, Bruce Lee's teacher. But it wasn't what l expected. l wanted a straight up crazy fight movie but it was more of a emotional story w some fights(which were short). Pretty disappointed and l use to have a crush on Ziyi Zhang(still cute) but mehhh.... Hit back, made food, watched Breaking Bad and had a really good night w Vicky. Nothing crazy, just nice and chill like this old man likes it haha.
Weds l hit up Pottstown early in the morning for the walk through of the home for Phil and Kristen which was followed by Closing at my office. Hit my office and had a very smooth closing. l kinda just chilled there as the title company did paperwork. Very chill. Congrats Phil and Kristen on your home. lm looking forward to seeing it when they get settled in. Thanx to Jim, my fraternity brother, l got the referal to his actual brother Phil.
Hit the bank, got my haircut and while posting that l had a closing. People starting hitting me up about Real Estate. Dunno what happened but whatever, this is great. Also saw Staci and BradS at the haircuttery and caught up w them as well. Really nice weds.
Hit home to nap and woke up and played Street Fighter 4 for a while then bought Rome 2 Total War online. Its fun but it can get so dragged out to get to fun battles. Def a good weds and starting following up on my new clients(who are all my friends lol because l barely have non friend first clients).
Thurs took Allison to class during the day, slept all day and booked homes like crazy. Played A LOT of video games lol. Was kinda just gaming, play testing ideas and shit like mad. Didnt really do anything else lol. Yea lm interesting.
Fri took Allison to work and then had house showings w ScottMcE. We saw some awesome homes and it was really good catching up. Its been 9 years since l've last seen him but it was just as if we were back in grade school. l've known Scott since 4th grade when he was the new kid in class. So had a good time checking out homes and then worked on my guestlist like crazy. So many last minute people as always.
Played Street Fighter 4 for a while, playing w Eric part of the time and went training room hardcore. l've become... a training room monster. Pretty much learning how to punish everything at the max damage. Learned a few things and been using not the most damaging responses for some punishes.
Hit Whisper and met up w friends. Eric and Joe came through along w Andy and Alex. Ran around danced w randos, only a few. Jieun and Brown made it through and had fun playing The Great Wall lol. New term for cockblocking mongolians. Had a good time and got McDonalds late night b4 hitting back home.
Sat took Allison to the train in the morning and then slept all damn day lol. Later on picked up Brown and Jieun and we got Vicky and Lisa and hit the carnival. Exact same moving carnival me and Vicky hit up b4 lol. Minh met up w us as well and we hit up some rides and failed hitting 2 of the 3 balloons w darts again. Blowing $15 again cause lm a 66% success rate. Enjoyed the rides and had a good time and we hit back to Jieun's to pregame. So l had Soco and Lime, Midori Sour stuff and the hookah all in my car and the 6 of us had a good time drinking, smoking and eating lol.
So we pced out to Whisper to party and had a really good time dancing w Vicky Brown and Jieun. Just a really simple fun party night. Lien and StephO made it out as well and really good partying w them as well. Other friends last minute hit me up to get on my list to come through and Lori was also gogo dancing on stage. Just a really good time acting retarded all night and everyone LOVES my hand lick drop the beat move. Except l gotta stop actually licking my hand. It gets gross after a bit. Pced out late night and was completely exhausted.
Sun no joke... l slept all day till 8pm. Yea.... l just woke up a few times to answer calls and emails but mostly just slept. Had my sleep totally fucked up. From 8pm l stayed up all night working on various things. l love the night time. Its dark, quiet and cool. The day is so humid and gross. l hate it. Stayed up through Monday, playing Street Fighter and meeting up w the listing agent for the home next door lm getting for my family. Had a good chill meeting and after pcing out from her office, took Allison to work.
Right after, left to get Vicky so we could get lunch and have some time together. It was nice and stuffed face and got some meat from the HMart. l love korean bbq meat. Hit up a home that Isarin and Minh wanted to check out. Good seeing them as its been a little bit. Along w Melody, their daughter. Shes awesome and ridiculously cute. Me and Vicky plan to take her out one day. Home showing went well and it was a good time chilling w them again. Hit home and slept immedietly lol being at 5pm.
Tues woke up at 430am and just started eating and playing Street Fighter 4. The charts are ridiculous. Trying to figure out ALLLLLL GOOD Vortex options Akuma has on every character. Its quite exhausting going through all options and then going through all each characters response options to make sure whats truly safe and what only loses to EX moves and what l just shouldnt use at all.
Vicky came over and took Allison to class and met up w the listing agent Maureen again to hand in paperwork and check out her broker's open house. Met some agents and mortgage people as well. Hit the mall up to get boxes for my Magic cards and pad and looked for these shoes Express had, well boots that looked so good on the outfit l plan to abuse lol. We hit back to nap and woke up later and Adam and Scott came over for pizza, garlic bread and hookah. Had some drinks and had a really chill evening. Me and Vicky ended the night watching some Breaking Bad. l love watching shows w her tho l did wanna watch Insidious cause we plan to see Insidious 2 soon. She pced out late night and l was scared just thinking bout the movie Insidious lol.
Weds took Allison to class and hit my office for a meeting. l dont really hit them up often as l sometimes forget and other times am busy running around. Was kinda long.... almost 2 hours omggg but l should go to these sometimes. Took care of A LOT of work and l felt like..... l had an office job cause l was at my office like all day. Hit home organizing a lot of shit including my Magic cards. Took it really easy and had a good time going through possible deck ideas in the coming weeks. Standard drastically changes Sept 28th when the new set drops and 4 sets are no longer in Standard play and tons of new decks will be created. l'll give it 2-3 weeks and see what decks have been winning that seem fun to play and then build 3. One aggro mono red deck, a midrange and then something quirky and fun but still high level. lm hyped to get back into Magic again. Working on Legacy and Modern Decks on the side as well.
Thurs had a home inspection next door on the home we got an accepted offer on for my family. Went smooth and went back home to nap cause l dont sleep normally. Had house showings w Scott again and had fun running around and checking out homes. Saw some huge homes and this one bedroom we found was ridiculous. A huge loft in the bedroom and a ridiculously big bathroom. Totally not plausible but whatever. Talked bout turning the loft into a kitchen and then he'd never leave his bedroom lol. Afterwards, hit my office for paperwork and played Street Fighter 4 all night. Chill evening def.
Fri woke up mad late and did work right into pregame time. Hit up Eric's house and pregammed and smoked hookah and we took turns on Street Fighter 4 online. Had a good time going over so much. That game is just getting ridiculous. lm trying to build all these safe ways of attacking. Sadly.... SOMETHING always beats anything l do. And if l dont do anything, well when they do something and l didnt do the right response at the exact right moment, lm then at a disadvantage.
We pced out along w Joe and hit up Rumor to party. Saw tons of friends as Keith Dayu Emily Angela and that whole squad came through. Also Sonyta was visiting Philly and got to see her and her friends and also Ly and Shwe along w their friend Zak came through to party too. Danced all night back and forth from the EDM to hip hop room. Hip hop room DJ was horrible tho. Everything was so chill. l thought l was suppose to make love to some ghetto booty girl. EDM room was where the fun was at but around 1am or so, it gets so packed. Hit the Hip hop room again but the DJ just BLEW so bad so we pced early to Whisper. Danced there all night and ahh music was so much better there that night. Had a good time being retarded and some other friends came through as well. Eric Joe and the girls they met at Rumor also came to Whisper. Had a really good time just on the dance floor all night.
Sat had house showings at 10am and ran around w a new family checking out a nice home in Langhorne. Hit back home to sleep for a bit only to wake back up and show another family the same home lol. Very nice meeting these families and been in contact w them sending them more listings. Following up on new clients and work has been keeping me busy like mad the last 3 weeks. Went back to sleep and then woke up and left to AC. Hit up the hotel room to pregame w everyone and met some of Jack's friends l never met b4. Had a good pregame and got hyped and hit up HQ Revel.
So we were gonna get a VIP bottle service package for $2500 but we had 12 people and had to get $3000 worth of bottles. The tip made it just about $4000. Lol yeaaa.... but gambling right b4 going in helped me win another $70 and threw in towards the bottles. Went in, got our table, drank a lil and then hit the dance floor. The squadron of the night was very outgoing and just ran around, meeting and dancing w girls and dancing all over the dance floor, dancing ontop of the VIP area and going apeshit w Big Bird. DJ was on point and the music was very hype. Planned to just introduce Jack to girls like crazy all night. Introductions were mad like crazy.
Danced all night and was back and forth between the dance floor and the top of the VIP areas. It was fun being up there tho at that ridiculous cost lol. Whatever, birthdays have exceptions. Close to 4am l bounced out w others and got food and hit back home late night. Happy Birthday Jack. Always a good time. On my way back, had to get my little sister as she had a bit much too drink. Ahhhh yea.....
Sunday slept till 6pm because l didnt get home to sleep till 9am lol. Yeaaa..... So hit up Hack's and Joss came through and me Joss Steve and Hack played some Sealed Magic 2014. Had a good time and glad we finally opened up all those packs. Got a bunch of good shit and yo..... HACK WON..... like wtf just happened?! l believe the game is pure random chance now. Ate food, watched some football and had a chill night w the guys. Always a good time w the Scumbag Squad haha. Hit home and didnt even stay up mad late. Was SO tired from the weekend that l went to bed at 1am.
Monday woke up and met up w a client potentially renting the home we are buying next door. Took care of a lot of work on my computer and hit my office later in the night to finish up all l had to take care of. Set up house showings for Tues Weds and Thurs. Theres a bit too much to keep track of so lve been writing things down on a list of things to worry about. Rita Scott and Adam came over later on and lit the hookah and had drinks and chips and salsa and had a long night talking bout a lot of stuff. Good seeing Rita as l havent seen her in almost 2 months or so. She needed her hookah fix too lol. Talking a lot bout buying a car and got a lot of advice. Pretty much, l should really do my research and prob buy w a fair down payment just for building credit. Afterwards, been chilling. Reading up on Magic cards of the new set. Downloaded Outlast on Steam to play w Vicky and been writing here. Also on the side, watched one of the Resident Evil movies. SOOOO HORRIBLE!!!!!111
The action is so CORNY. Watching Wesker teleport THEN dodge bullets seemed a bit stupid since wouldn't the teleporting part dodge the bullet itself? Then how he got hit by Alice twice w a face lunge tho he can teleport. The jumping off buildings and swinging on rope and throwing guns in the air and everything else is so terrible. The guy that has been working on all the Resident Evil movies has a terrible track record and l dont know why this person is still in business. There are SO MANY flaws in the movie, no character development and the outfits of what people are wearing just looks like typical white people cosplay. Not making fun of white people. Just the ones that fail at cosplaying lol which is usually fat white girls haha. Anyway..... the movie was SO BAD, lm actually annoyed. But 'Movie 43' will always be the worst movie ever created.
Ok done hating. But holy shit. Got a long week ahead w a lot of house showings. Wish me luck.
