First time Min brought Lois out w us, l was like ‘l cannot see them ever getting into one fight. They’re gonna get married’ and as time went on, it was pretty certain. I love these two and lm glad they found each other. Def gotta spend more time w them as l use to see them way more but lately its more about once a month l get to chill w them along w the rest of this squad. Happy for you guise!!!!!11
9/4 Weds got up early. Like 4am. Just lots of Street Fighter 6 again. Some youtube and lunch and then got my mom as she needed a ride to the train station. Did work calls in the afternoon. More youtube and Street Fighter 6 and omg…. I’ll do so well and after l go on tilt, l just demolish my ranking lol. More work calls at night. Mix between real estate and nightlife stuff. So much is going on, its a bit overwhelming. Rewatched some of my Street Fighter 6 matches w Jeremiah figuring out where lm killing myself and eventually passed out at 11pm.

Thurs woke up at 11am and got a lot of work done. Got a lot going on w real estate and nightlife. Def a good problem to have. I just dont wanna be that dbag that cant do a good job cause l accepted too much ya know? Hype for future events and def curious on each of the 4 events l got coming up. Well… Halloween is kinda the easiest one of the year. Played Elden Ring from 12pm-630pm… new character, going Sage route(all types of magic) so whatever lm facing, l got the spells for its weakness in trade for being spread out. Im enjoying this run much more than my hardcore sorcery route l did years ago that l gave up on cause it just wasnt fun. This run, l dont care about leveling past 150. Im summoning players and enjoying being invaded. The rush and panic of it, that my life and ruins are on the line, not someone else’s that lm helping out. Its cool getting Blue Hunters to join too when lm invaded. Now that l know much more bout the game, going this sage route is much more fun.
Hit The Lab for Street Fighter 6. Only went 2-2. Re-working my Akuma is mind boggling. Glad we had a turn out of 14. Def need to keep growing the scene because its simply more fun w more people. Talking w everyone bout my Akuma and how Akuma is a degen girlfriend. Full of fun that’s not good for me but so tempting to all these options w. And how Luke was a good girlfriend that didnt have bad temptations. #nodiddy huehue. Afterwards, hit back to make soup dumplings and smoke hookah while watching The Batman on Max.
Friday got up late. Just achy. Was up for too many hours on Thursday. Bryan came over for Dumpling Sessions first and we played a ton of sets. My Akuma against his Aki. He’s got a solid Aki but there were some things to add onn. We hit training room and labbed out a few more layers to his offense. He adapted it really fast. More friends started making it over. Watching the football game on the side. Lit the hookah and made bulgogi. Had a chill smaller dumpling sessions and we chilled till 3am where l passed out.
Sat got up early and worked on stuff for Elden Ring on my new character. Just organizing things l can find and unlock for the areas l opened up. Hit downstairs to chill w Mike and Jeremiah all day. Just a nice lazy day. Watching gaming videos, playing some Elden Ring andn teaching Mike some stuff in Street Fighter 6 for Ed. Smoked hookah and thank you Jeremiah for getting us Taco Bell. Mad chill day but l didnt get enough sleep and went back to sleep at 4pm.
Sunday woke up a lil past midnight. So up all night just gaming and watching youtube. Got Honeygrow, played some Street Fighter 6 and watched The Martian as lve been on a Ridley Scott trip.
Ryan made it over and we met up w Zack and we hit the Redbull BC One competition. Hehe technically, lm a Redbull BBoy Champion though it was a very small competition in Kutztown on like a thurs. I still won a $300 gift card and 3 cases(72) Redbulls. Met up w Domkey and yoooo. We just had such a good time. The bboy scene is a love/hate relationship. But coming back just to revisit here and there is nice. Seeing a lot of old friends primarily. Nice seeing some of the bboys who are still in it, the new heads and just how smooth competitions are now. Now, it was a Redbull event so its usually gonna be run really well. Got some free drinks and just grabbed tons of Redbulls as it was everywhere lol. Was making a wall. Not only was it nice being back but good to revisit w Ryan Zack and Domkey. Afterwards, we got dinner at Ocean Prime. Thank you Steve for taking care of us. Dinner was amazing and we just ordered a ton of food, sharing it around the table, talking bout the event and other junk. Nice meeting new people, talking bout bitches, it was great. Afterwards, hit home to take it easy w hookah and youtube before finally passing out.
9/9 Monday got up early to do work for real estate and nightlife for a while. Took a lil lunch hookah and youtube break and then ran errands for a while. Got pho to go on the way back. Hit home to stuff face and rewatch The Count of Monte Crisco cause l was talking to someone bout it and yoo such a dope movie. Watched some youtube. Back to work for a while and then at night just played some Street Fighter 6 w Jeremiah and ended the night w more youtube.
Tues got up in the afternoon and just did work. Brought in my car for inspection and got Chick Fil A on my way back to eat and watch youtube. Worked hard on my events coming up. XOX got me working hard lol. December, lm gonna take it easy. Julian(Kosal’s kid) hit me up in discord for Fortnite. The lil dudes are playing Fortnite again and yoo Fortnite, you can always just JUMP BACK IN and be fine. Where as COD Warzone, you gotta do your homework, level up, watch videos and build top tier guns first. Played some games of Fortnite and yoo… always a good time. Ended the night w some Elden Ring food and youtube.
Weds got up late. Started the day bummy. Hookah and youtube. Shemmay stopped over and we hit up Poke Poke since it’s good and healthy and she only has 2 ‘cheat’ days. We ran around Oxford Valley to shop around. Talking bout how malls are liminal spaces and how its sad. I like nostalgia. See, l do remember what we talk bout. Though honestly, for some reason, l repeat a lot of stuff to her because l forgot l told her something.
Afterwards, got my mom from the trenton train station, dropped her off and hit home to play some Elden Ring till Ryan and Zack swung by. Watched Parasite(kdrama movie won mad awards few years back) cause in general, lve been rewatching everything really good. Stayed up stupid late watching youtube till 7am.
Thurs got up late and hit a meeting at XOX about multiple events. An anime event, an event w DJ Horizon, a Go Rae corp event and the Halloween event. Meeting was mad chill and l really like working w Edwin and Jacky. Just taking it easy, going over ideas and the full gameplan. AJ swung by too for planning on the anime event since he has the anime party scene on lock w Soju Guild.
Afterwards, swung by The Lab and took 4th of 15 players, 3 wins 2 losses. Went back to using Luke. Akuma is great and all but Luke just fits better. Also entered Marvel vs Capcom 2 just to help w numbers and everyone else was doing it(l wanted to be cool and fit in) and l knew l was just gonna get bodied. Lost to both Golphin brothers lol. Good hanging w everyone as always.
Got home late, took it easy just bumming all night.
Friday still up. Getting work done in the morning. Thanks Jeremiah for picking up wendy’s. Just all day youtube hookah and Elden Ring lol. Enjoying this Sage(int and faith) build w just having access to so many spells. Also this is my ‘for fun’ playthrough where lm summoning people for everything since lm just casting spells. It is fun being invaded and feeling that tension. Slept finally at 8pm. Def mad weird for me to sleep at 8pm on a Friday.
Sat woke up at 2am. Just played mad Street Fighter 6 all night. Bouncing back to Luke has been pretty smooth and my time w Akuma opened my thinking to some stuff w Luke. Small changes and also w the DDT higher damage change, it is something l go for when l need damage often.
Took a lil food hookah youtube break and then played Elden Ring all day. Its a good life. Did some work calls in the afternoon and then more nerding out. More youtube, catching up on My Hero Acad, eating chipotle and passing out again at 830pm… on a sat night.
Sun got up at 4am. Dunno if l like this life. Played some Elden Ring and then hit Giant to get stuff to make these breakfast sandwiches l saw online. I did a decent job but always good to have some basic healthy meals l can make whenever. Watched youtube while eating and then back to Street Fighter 6, getting my Luke back over 1500 MR. I typically float around high 1300s to low 1400s. Trying to get in the 1600s for now.
Had calls w Shemmay bout real estate for a while. Congrats on getting your license! Harassed her for a while and played Elden Ring till hitting the movies. Met up w Ryan Zack Domkey and Rosie to see Speak no Evil and yoo.. James McAvoy is such an amazing actor. Also always liked Mackenzie Davis everytime l’ve seen her. Really dope movie. Afterwards, we chilled at my house to just hookah and talk bout junk till l passed out around midnight.
9/16 Monday got up and ran errands. Got breakfast and watched the movie Trap again on Brown’s Plex. Dude…. Trap is such a good movie!! I dunno why the reviews are ‘mixed’. I just dont get it. But l feel like judging movies and food harshly are the two most common things pompous people do to act like they’re important. The 3rd would be their opinion on art/music. Everything is always ‘bad’ to them though they cant make something better. Anyway, l think its a really fun movie. Def Hitman(the game) vibes in the first act.
Did work in the afternoon for real estate and nightlife. And then played Elden Ring for a lil. Back to work as l got replies back for both nightlife and real estate and then slept early.
Tues got up early again. Worked on my Street Fighter match up notes. It really does help so much when l know what character my opponent is going to be playing. Theres too many small details to always remember on the fly. Jeremiah got back from work and we played some Street Fighter 6 for a while.
Took a break to work on stuff for the 2 Sept Nightlife events l had coming up and then hit my Mom’s house for dinner. Simple dinner, showing my grandmother through photos what me and Allison been up too. Home to do more work and then ended the night w a ton of Elden Ring and youtube.
Weds got up early and kept up on Street Fighter 6 news and worked on the matchup notes again for a while. Going character by character. A lot is updating from the balance patch. It just takes a lot of time and its very time committal. Did some Training and testing on the changes and then played some ranked matches w Luke and later on Zangief.
Brown came by to chill and we watched the movie The Watchers. So l just have really low movie standards cause l really enjoyed this one too. M.Night’s other daughter was the writer and director of this and this has negative reviews too. Glad to chill w Brown tho as he’s been swarmed w work. SteveC came over and went over some Street Fighter 6 stuff. He likes Luke as well so l been teaching him basics. We had mad fun in the past when he was playing E.Honda and Guile back in Street Fighter 4. So like a decade ago. And we had mad fun. Im glad to do it again in Street Fighter 6. Esp hype he’s moving in soon so hanging will be easy.
Ryan and Zack came through a bit later on and we made smash burgers. SteveC was teaching me small tricks on it and yoo making such a difference. Stuffed face and then we watched the movie Lucky Number Slevin and l loved this movie too lol. Ok maybe l do just love every movie. Lucy Liu was my fav part lol. Watching Kpop music videos and just talking bout whatever for a while.
The guys headed out and l just ended up watching some youtube and playing some Elden Ring and sleeping at 2am.
Thurs got up at 3pm and just did work and packed clothes for the weekend mini trip. So my sister Allison invited me to this Survivor weekend thing w one of her NYC Squads. Havent gotten to see some of them much lately as summer was swarmed. Hit BJs to get mad groceries for the trip since it was close to me being in Trenton NJ and they were all coming from NYC. Dropped off the groceries and luckily, some of them of them were already at the estate to help me unload.
Headed back out to hit The Lab for Street Fighter 6 but didnt do so hot. Went 2 wins, 2 loses, taking 7th place of 19 players. Glad we had a big turn out though. Headed out back to the estate and just got to meet everyone l didnt know. Snacked, smoked hookah, played Smash Bros and Mario Tennis and got to know the weekend Survivor squad. Really was liking everyone. Def a more chill group. Got divided into our teams and had a small party. Just games, drinks and food all night. Def nice playing Mario Tennis again. Took a lil bit to get back into but its such a good damn game. Night didnt go late or anything since most had to still work Friday morning remotely.
Friday got up and picked up food from Applebees and hit my mom’s. Allison joined and just had a nice lunch w our grandma and uncle. Took it easy and hanging out w Allison’s dog Ari. Got back to the estate and played some poker for a couple hours. Def glad to be gambling again lol. Def a friendly game. Its crazy how many people are just getting into poker over the last 2 yrs of so many of Allison’s friends. Finally up for some games and in the first game, l got cut up as it was a ‘grab the bandana’ kinda game on a tennis court so yea… second there was roughness, it hurt. I got my hands and knee ripped up a lil. Sadly, my sister got voted out after this game. Next game, was a rally of an egg on a spoon. Afterwards, l got voted out… The only flaw w me and my sister not being as close w this group overall. Had a bad feeling it would be a popularity contest and knowing that lm just meeting more than half the people here for the weekend, had a feeling it may not be worth it because of early elimination, followed by boredom.
We did a big pasta dinner afterwards and hung out for a lil but most people wanted to sleep early because the next round of games started at 10am on sat so Friday night was another wholesome night.
Sat got up, hit home cause l was kinda bored. Didnt feel like just watching people play games for 12 hours as lm only asked to help set up games since l was eliminated early on Friday. Got a good hot shower cause there is never hot water at the estate w so many people there. Ate a solid lunch, ran errands and hit home to hookah and chill.
Later on, headed back out to get drinks and food to help out for the bbq. Atleast the bbq was kinda fun. Alex did an amazing job cooking. Def ate my fill and just had a good time socializing. If anything, glad l got to spend time w my sister as this whole summer, its been very short time everytime we got to hang out.
After the bbq, they went back to the games and just kinda played on my phone waiting for the big party night. The games went on into the night and after 4 hours, l was just so damn bored, l was literally falling asleep. Couldnt light my hookah anymore incase neighbors would see and call the cops or something apparently and there wasnt really anything to do.
I didnt know how much longer the games would be for a maybe party so just said bye to everyone and hit home. Def really liked the group a lot. Def some really cool people l met. Esp over poker. Just wished there was like… things to do if you’re eliminated. Hit home and passed out.
Sunday got up to smoke and youtube. Met up w Shemmay and worked on an offer w her and her family. Next, along w her little sister and sister’s friend, we hit up Starbucks and then she was feeling bbq. We ended up at Mission BBQ and yoo, l really like that place a lot. Thinking bout this blog… l feel like l talk bout most things extremely positively. But l do think, its easy to make me happy. Food, movies, video games… l feel like its all so good. Hit back to her place to chill for a while and do a tiktok video. She’s such a dork. Good chilling w Shemmay.
Hit home and just played Street Fighter 6 all night and then watched the new Agatha show on Disney+.
9/23 Monday just did work when l got up and then took a hookah and youtube break followed by more Street Fighter 6. Shemmay came over and we were gonna wing it on food and ended up doing hibachi. She’s got a collage of her catching the shrimp in her mouth. There’s a joke l really wanna make but lm a good person.
Took a lil video to add on her collage lol. High level skills. We swung by Poke Poke for drinks. That staff is just so nice and humble, l never mind spending my money there. We hit Best Buy next to shop around and was learning bout creamy keyboards from her lol. Had a really good time just taking it easy.
Afterwards, hit home to do work for a while. Watched and finished up Star Wars Acolyte and yea… its just ok. See, l can be critical. It’s rough cause l like a lot of the cast. Its just the main character is very bland. Like, no one gives a shit what happens to these sisters lol. Sorry… Their background story isnt interesting or badass. The GOOD thing bout the show is some of the fights have some cool moments. Small details in the fight choreography was clever. And some kills were unexpected and badass for a show that almost seemed like it was for kids. I get why it got canceled though overall.
Ended the night w some youtube and slept at 11pm.
Tues was up, watching youtube and messing w Terry in Street Fighter 6. They have been so on point w their DLC. Ed, Akuma, M.Bison, Terry. They’re all above average characters strength wise. They’re all VERY FUN to play. They’re just nailing it. Terry is a lot of fun. Gameplan is to take him to Master rank. Played a ton of matches w Jeremiah as well learning Terry.
Next met up w Steph and Mikey to do a walk through for their new home as closing was the next day. Good to chill and went over all the repairs. We got to meet the seller’s and listing agent in person who were all nice. Hit back home to bum.
Later Matt and Amy came through. Played some matches of Street Fighter 6 w Matt. I know he’s all family man now but lm sad to see his talents not being used for tournaments. Def fun also playing against Matt’s Ed. Kinda weird that l use to be the Ed main of the group in Street Fighter 5. Glad Matt and Amy came through to chill, game and smoke hookah. Ended the night w some youtube before passing out.
Weds morning hit closing for Mikey and Steph. Closing went really smooth. I mean, l just kinda sit there and title does their job while l socialize. Congrats Steph and Mikey!!! Really happy l got to be part of their experience buying their first home. They were ontop of everything and the whole process was what you’d hope every deal would be like. Its always bittersweet going to closing cause that’s the end of us meeting up with a purpose. But still glad we got to have some hang out time during our search.
Hit my office to drop off the closing docs and hit home to play Street Fighter 6. Messing w Terry, though l wasnt ready, l decided to just do my ranked placement matches. I assumed l’d get Platinum somewhere or Diamond 1. I ended up in Diamond 5 lol. I did go 8 wins, 2 losses against Diamond 1 to Diamond 5 players though. Did more ranked matches for a while and then did some training. Ended the night watching Agatha.
Thurs got up and hit Room209 to get my haircut from Happy before he goes on his trip. Got Chongqing Spicy Chicken from Emei and some cake from Bread Top House. Good seeing some of the Deng family who own Bread Top House as l helped them in some of their rentals years ago. Shemmay was around and met up. She got me a box of Honey Butter Chips that l really liked!! Gahhhhhhfhhfhfhfhfhfhvh… Thank you :)
Hit The Lab and was there mega early but no point going home, bumming for an hour and then heading back out. Mike was training w Terry and l went over some stuff w him. I always like training people, breaking down a character and understanding the routes to take and why.
Bryan got there a bit early and played his Dhalsim against my Terry for a lil before the tournament. Didnt do so well, went 2 wins, 2 losses and took 5th of 12 players. Always a solid time w everyone at The Lab. Playing games, smoking hookah, talking bout whatever.
Hit home to watch youtube and started re-watching Squid Game as the new season is finally coming out and l wanted to rewatch it.
Friday got up eating chongqing chicken, one of my fav ways to eat chicken ever. Watching youtube and smoking hookah. Messed w Terry on Street Fighter 6 for a while. DLC has just been so good. Then l headed out to XOX for my Anime event co-hosted w Soju Guild. The crowd came early as our event started at 8pm. The anime party scene does start a bit earlier but just in general, anytime lm at a con, just because you just start partying when you feel like, 8pm sounds about right. Some of the influencers got there earlier and yoo Brandon and Brandon, great job Djing the event. So of course l was expecting a lot of anime intros and outros but there was a good amount of remixes that were mad hype. Towards midnight and after, it was just straight club bangers lol. It was a really good blend all around. A variety of different friends came through the table and also met some people at the table next to me. Just stuck w soju nearly all night and had a really good time. Def hype to do another Anime night again.
Hit home and got back around 3am and watched some Squid game.
Sat got up and hit Shadow Royalty but didnt do so hot. Only went 1 win, 2 losses. Gahhh.. Im always partying the night before a big event. Most big events are on Sat though so it kinda makes sense. Good to spend time w the Philly FGC though. Me and Gabe hit Dim Sum Garden for a food break and stuffed face on a variety of stuff. I love that place. Hit back to chill for a lil till l had to hit XOX my next event.
Got to XOX to set up and yoo our event got slammed w people at the door around 1030pm. Fair amount of Philly asian greek life came through and had a good time running around socializing. Met a lot of new people through friends and lit the hookah at our table for friends. Had to focus back on work for a while. Kinda overloaded myself as l was networking as well. Corey from Forte Energy drink came through. Hoon and Elijah from Go Rae made it over. KennyP came through and was doing my best to connect everyone together. Just if opportunities come up for them, great! Tough part is of course doing it in the VIP room during peak time but it was the time everyone was able to make it over. Thank you Corey for bringing the Forte Energy drinks!! More friends came through and some of the Philly FGC came out as well. Just shots of soju and hookah at my table and met some people on the dance floor. Some who are friends w Elijah. Had them join my table to party w. Mango and her squad also made it over and she does such a good job making people feel comfortable. Partied till a lil past 2am and was so dead tired lol. Good work everyone involved. Dropped off Mike and Kenny and hit home late.
Sunday got up and realized through Kenny, l forgot my fightstick at Shadow Royalty. Luckily Brentin picked it up and drove down to get it from him. Thank you Brentin! Zack and Ryan came over and we got to watch the first 2 episodes of The Penguin and yooo its pretty dope. Pretty much mafia like show but in the Batman Universe. The newest Batman movie universe. We all highly enjoyed it. Afterwards, bummed for a while before knocking out.
10/1 Monday got up late and just did real estate and nightlife work in the afternoon/evening. Got some Honeygrow again and just took it easy watching youtube and eating. Got on Elden Ring for a while. Its weird Elden Ring is my chill game… and its Elden Ring lol. But its like… just do whatever, think it out when you’re stuck on a boss. Help out some strangers here and there. Its chill. More youtube and then late night just working hard on my Halloween Event.
Tues got up just working on events. 2 more events for October. Smoked hookah and Jeremiah picked up Buffalo wild wings. The quality though has been going down. Finding good solid wings is a lot harder now. Maybe just eating chicken that way has gotten boring. I dunno. Watching youtube and back to working on events all evening. Late night just playing Street Fighter 6 and watching the Netflix Doc on Vince McMahon which is really interesting. Crazy what he has done but the ending of his legacy is tarnished from his accused actions. Still wondering what’s uncovered in the end.
Weds still up, trying to sleep but the sleep sced is all messed up. Power Windows was suppose to come at 8am… then online they switched to 1130am… then they called and said 1pm… then actually showed up at 2pm. Bro… l didnt commit to anything because resced w them stalls literally for weeks. They finally came through though and did a good job on the new double life time warranty windows. Just standard solid modern windows. Just wanted to do something to increase the longterm value of my home. Does it keep heat and cold out better like they promise and actually save money on my electric bill? Well… l had some installed downstairs and the back door and l didnt notice a difference honestly. Just good to have updated windows. Back to being broke though..
Finally slept afterwards and got up at 5pm and hit Breslin’s for Magic the Gathering Commander w Breslin SteveC and Alex. Just played 2 big games and had a good time. Just a chill night but yoo these games lasted a while. Brought some food and thanks for the pulled pork Bres.
Hit home to do mad work on real estate and nightlife. Watching some Agatha, playing some Elden Ring and watching Netflix on Vince McMahon till thurs morning.
Thurs still up, watching shows and doing small real estate work on and off till 12pm. Finally slept and then got up in the evening to hit The Lab. Took 2nd place of 7 players but losing 3-2 in Grand Finals. Smaller Lab event but l think its because of the big event on sat. Still mad fun w everyone.
Hit home to watch shows and hookah. Clearing my notes and organizing my junk all night. My personal and work notes pile on faster than l can clear it out. Its kinda rough. Along w my list of things to do, shows/movies to watch and everything else… everything piles on faster than l can knock out cause l like too many things. Just worked on my PC into fri morning.
Friday still up, watching youtube and junk and slept at 10am. Got up at 5pm and showered and got ready for Min and Lois’ wedding. Got to the wedding and yo, it was so good to be together w so many friends. A lot of the NYC friends made it out too. Min and Lois, lm so happy for you guys!! Richard, you did a great job officiating as well! I know he was kinda nervous being his first time. But l def think its always way more better and personal having a friend officiating than a stranger. The cocktail hour was AMAZINGGG as it was at Tendenza, a great wedding location several friends have had their wedding at. And other friends have worked out way back.
I remember when Min started bringing out Lois and thinking how l cant even see them ever getting mad each other and they’re gonna get married. Def the best match for Min l saw since meeting him through Andy years back. Happy they got here cause they’re really good people.
During cocktail hour… I ATE like a mad mann. I didnt even drink. I just kept going for food. Just a solid hour and a half just eating. I was sooo full. I was like… how am l gonna eat dinner? A solid section of the wedding was Jack and his staff from the pharmacy and it was good seeing all them too. Glad l got to chill w Jack and Caitlyn a good portion of the night. Met some new people and had fun just running around and socializing. Glad l got to meet Angie’s boyfriend too finally as he was part of our table. Just bounced around, taking pics, doing a few shots and the food came out slower and later which l thought was strategically clever. Andy did a really solid speech and played the piano for us to keep true to his IG handle. Finally had some room for food when the main entree came out. Partied till right before the wedding was over at 1250am since l didnt wanna wait in line for my car. Got home around 130am and bummed a lil before sleeping.
Sat got up in the afternoon and hit The Lab for the Wild Ambitions event. I didnt do so hot in bracket going 0-2 in the open bracket… been a while since lve had this happen lol. And then only 1-2 in the Invitiational. Tied for 2nd in the Terry Only bracket as lve been playing Terry pretty serious. The DLC has been nonstop amazing. Terry which most say plays most like Luke, has been really fitting my style, esp since l main Luke lol. Close to getting him to Master. Gabe picked up chinese food, thank you Gabe for picking up my food babe. Stuffed face, smoked hookah and just played mad Street Fighter 6. I think l played 10 matches that day total. After the event, Kenny came over and we watched the movie Blink Twice which wasnt bad but not my kinda movie personally. Slept early and was only awake for like 11 hours.
Sunday got up early and hit house showings w Nancy and Frank. We saw some new construction properties and def found a lot of potential. Afterwards, ran errands to get new keys for SteveC as he will be moving in soon and then got mad groceries. Hit home to play some Elden Ring for a while and do work till friends came over.
Ryan Zack and Duron swung by around 730pm and me and Duron played some Tekken 8. Turns out he plays King too and taught him some King stuff. I just want him to get down the main bnb and understand the chain grab system on how to read it and do it for his biggest chain. We made smash burgers, watched youtube, watched the first episode of Dan Da Dan which everyone has been talking bout, watched ep 3 of Penguin and watched a random episode of Curb your Enthusiasm. Really solid night w the guys. Stayed up late doing some work for real estate and nightlife.
10/7 Monday got up late just working on real estate and nightlife. After October is over, lm gonna chill out a lil. Played an insane amount of Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. So l tried it at Evo a couple of months back and enjoyed it but yooo, now l know the depth of this game. It def seems to be extremely fast for an arena fighter ontop of having a lot of depth. The fact that the close combat has so many ways of offense and also many defensive mechanics. Its a bit overwhelming. Played late into the night. Its such a good game. Ended the night into tues watching youtube and smoking hookah.
Tues still up and back to playing Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. At 10am, started work again all morning and a lil past lunch time. Just a lot of little things and then had to wait back on everyone. 1pm more Dragon Ball Sparking Zero till Shemmay came through. Just chilled and later on Brown and Julian came through. Julian being wild and l love that kid. Glad Shemmay got to meet Brown and Julian and had good time just talking w them till we got hungry.
We hit up JB Dawson’s and yoo… l gotta stop getting the filet oscar but its so addicting. Got a bunch of food and dude… l need to make more money so l can just keep eating good lol. I love food. Its so easy to be happy.
Afterwards, hit back to my place to work on nightlife stuff. Primarily the presale tickets and getting them to all the clubs and greek life in various Philly Universities. Felt a lot better that they were out. We’ll see how this round of presale goes. Played and trained w Jeremiah in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero till bout 130am. At that point, l was awake for 31 hours and finally slept.
Weds spent the day just working on real estate, nightlife and a bunch of small errands. Hit the office and got Shemmay’s charger she forgot and then hit back home to work on stuff and answer questions for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. There is SOOO much going on w the game and already the training section is huge. If they went into detail on it ALLLL it would give an overwhelming feeling. So theres a lot of research and testing. Main thing is, l dont wanna build bad habits on something that’s wrong and then its too built into my muscle memory. Untraining something is mad hard.
Back to doing real estate work, harassing Shemmay for a lil and then more Dragon Ball Sparking Zero all night.
Thurs got up late and hit Shemmay’s to work on some stuff for real estate and bring her charger. Chilled for a lil till it was time to hit Chinatown for the Chinatown Night Market. Took me 20 mins to find parking and then l parked illegally at Goldtex. So l always got lucky not getting in trouble there before.
Ran around met up w Ryan, Richie, Kathy and Dennis. Just running around the street like big ass hallways. Socializing up and down the street. Its just good to be out and see everyone. I just enjoy being around active life. You’d think l’d love NYC but its a different vibe. The Chinatown Night Market is a very good positive, everyone out to have a good time feeling. Just like any party. Saw Keith and Linda too and thinking bout it, cause of Keith, Keith was my bridge to a lot of Chinatown friends in general. He’s always been a really good social friend. Saw some performances on the main stage. There was dance circles. Introduced some friends to each other and also met some new people from other friends. We ended up eating at Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodle House. Derek’s squad made it over and just had a good time stuffing face and bullshitting. Really solid squad out for the night. EmilyL met up w us w her squad along w Jolyn and her squad. Running into Helen and then Long on the way out and introducing everyone to everyone.

Afterwards, was gonna give Kathy Richie and Ryan a ride back but then my car was towed. I was bummed. $205. But l totally knew what l was doing. I knew the risk involved so l cant be mad ya know? Its literally just gaming. The risk/reward. You make a choice and whatever happens, you picked it. I think this way of thinking keeps me calm on anything bad that happens to me that was in my control. Of course, if a psycho path attacks me outta nowhere w a hammer, lm gonna be pissed cause l couldnt control that and it was a bad thing to happen to me. My examples suck but you get my point. Also… anything good that happens afterwards, MAY or MAY NOT have happened cause of chain of events. So l just search for something really good to happen to exceed the bad thing that happened so due to chain of events, lm glad the bad thing happened for the good thing to happen that may not have happened if the bad thing didnt happen leading to the good thing to happen. I feel like a picture would explain this better.
Good things that exceeded at $205 loss did happen so l really dont mind that loss now lol. Thank you Richie for driving me to my car though. Good hanging w everyone. Hit back home, ended up on a call w Shemmay to harass her for a while before smoking hookah and watching youtube.
Friday got up mad early for house showings w Wei Wei as she’s looking to move around Bucks. Saw a few spots all that have their own potential and the tours were straight forward. I kinda just hang out and give my professional opinion and do some math.
Hit home to watch youtube, smoke hookah and go back to sleep. Wellpp… woke up at 8pm. Matt and Amy came through bringing so much. Amy is one of those people that everyone loves all the time cause you can mess w her and she’s cool w it, she makes banging food and now l learned she can make drinks too. They brought penang and fluffed rice and also a ton of stuff for margaritas. Everything was awesome. Zack and Ryan came through too and we just had a good time eating, drinking and smoking. Watching youtube, Dan Da Dan, more youtube and just chilling all night. Really solid lowkey friday. Ended the night re-watching AfrAId which l liked but got poor reviews.
Sat got up around 1pm and Ryan came through so we could hit Jack and Caitlyn’s bbq. Glad we got to spend more time w their baby Gio who has so much personality. Def a very happy kid. Good spending time w so many old friends of like 20 yrs. Many who l met through Jack during college time. And good seeing Jeff who l’ve known since l was 7. Just had a good time talking all afternoon and evening bout everything. I ate soooo much, l was hurting for the first hour lol. I just kept making plates. Met some new people who were cool w my offensive jokes. Started the firepit and just enjoyed sitting around, talking bout everything. Lit the hookah. Chased Jack’s kid around and yooo that kid was just happy the entire time. We stayed till we were the last ones there. Glad we did though as we got some more personal time w Jack Caitlyn and Gio. Very happy for their family in general. Thanks for having me guys.
Hit back home and Zack joined me and Ryan to watch Dan Da Dan and some youtube for a lil before going up. Harassed Shemmay for a lil while late night before trying to pass out. Had a rough sleep though.
Sunday got up in the afternoon and just did work and cleaned like crazy. Got a ton of random pizza slices for the guys coming over. Ryan Zack and Duron came through. Ryan brought a carnival cake for the squad for Duron and Zack’s birthday. Happy birthday homies!! Been friends w this whole squad for 25 years. We were hoping Domkey could make it too but he was returning from a trip. Stuffed face just eating, lots of hookah and watched a ton of stuff. Deadpool Wolverine then another episode of Penguin and part of the newest Bad Boys. Just talking bout a lot of stuff and we always gotta pause whatever we’re watching a lot lol, its ok. Chilled late. Ended the night just watching youtube while organizing all my screenshot notes off my phone and having a rough time trying to sleep.
10/14 Monday didnt really sleep. 50 things on my mind. Lit a hookah and watched some of the East Coast Throwdown tournament for Street Fighter 6 and finally slept at 12pm. Got up at 2pm as the carpet cleaner showed up. They did such an amazing job on the upstairs carpet.
Later on a call w Shemmay. Congrats on her first accepted offer! Helped walk her through a bit and then had a chill night watching youtube and Agatha.
Tues slept hardcore.. 16 hours. It was great. Got up to get a bunch of small things done, played a bit of Dragon Ball Sparking Zero and then headed out at night to meet up w Shemmay. We hit Chinatown to snack as we were running too late for the 1st time for omakase. Plus its not bad to fill up a lil first because omakase doesnt seem like a really filling meal. Got some snacks at Tea Do and stuffed face, played some Jenga and we were considering bubble tea but decided to just hit Izakaya at their Fishtown location. Got there a bit early and had a lil photoshoot lol. Shemmay was She Hulk smashing glass and making a scene and then around 930pm we got seated.
Yooo… it was so damn good. And I felt mad bouji having every piece made infront of me. Thank you for taking me out Shemmay. The fatty tuna was one of my favs along w the eel. Def need more caviar in my life. I think lm gonna order some soon. Hung out for a while after eating. Just bullshitting. Seeing her pitch she’s a real estate agent. She’s gonna do so well lol. I really enjoyed it but now lm worried bout wanting it again somewhat soon and being too poor for it. Everything l do costs money and always costs more than expected. Maybe she’ll do really well in real estate and be my sugarmama. I think that’s the plan.
Hit home to bum. Youtube, hookah and a hot ass bath since it was so cold out. Watching youtube and finished rewatching Squid game into Weds morning.

Weds slept in hardcore. Got up to do work. Harassing college students to repost my flyer lol. SteveC came over to get the keys and relook at the room. Ryan and Zack came over shortly after. Just chilled, testing stuff in Street Fighter 6. Later on Steve had to go. Me Ryan Zack and Jeremiah watched this movie Caddo Lake which l heard good things bout but couldnt tell what it was about. Halfway into the movie, shit is just happening and you really gotta pay attention. Def a clever thriller. There are flaws in… well… any movie that has it THAT way has the same flaw, but the movie isnt about THAT, its just part of it and it makes for a fun movie.
Afterwards, played Street Fighter 6 from midnight to 4am.
