Sup Guys, thank god real estate is picking back up cause my bouji ass lifestyle is getting costly.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m loving it. Esp lobster crabs and oysters all the time but my monthly spending the past 2 months were totally past budget.
5 weeks I ran through 11 states. Not that I spent mad money at all locations but it’s more bout what I was doing there. So much traveling and I don’t understand this travel life. Packing and unpacking. The time it takes to do the actual traveling part. It’s a lot of work. Def nice spending time w friends all over the US but I feel like everyone wants to go apeshit since covid restrictions got loosened and we’re all vaccinated. Multiple people talking bout ‘let’s fly to here in October’ no no no more flying for me rest of 2021. I did my 2 flights max per year this year. Im over it.
I love my friends and I’ve been having so much fun the last few months but I wanna have 3 days where I just sit at home doing meaningless things. Also my bank account will thank me.
I still have my COD SQUAD meet up, Ezoo and Summer Jam in the next 4 weeks too… after that. I’m looking to just chillllllll…

7/12 Monday was up all night. Making King Crab Legsssss AHHHH SLIGHOISRHGOISRHG!!!!!!!!!!!!11 Messed w Guilty Gear for a few hours. Head def hurts. So much information. So many things l need to test and even tho l try to focus on ONE thing, l keep side testing other things that pop into my head. Bummed all monday. Watched Fear Street part 2 before finally passing out at 4pm.
Got up at like 11pm or so, ended up on facetime w Anthuy for a while. Stayed up late night, making pasta and doing more Guilty Gear research and passed out again at 4am.
Tues got up at 12pm and did real estate work first and figured out plans w Otakon and Harrah’s the Pool. Played a lot of Guilty Gear Strive. Going over Sol and did mad studying and some playing online. Set up downstairs for Dumpling Sessions, first one in like a year a 5 months or so. Friends came through and played mad Guilty Gear. Had 3 set ups. Friends brought tons of food and drinks and just feasted, smoked, had some drinks and played a lot of games. Naturally, everyone was beating my ass but l learned a lot. But damn, just as this game was starting to seem clear, everyone put me in my place lol. Hung out all night till about 4am. Def mad fun playing w everyone as always but overall, just good to hang w everyone again as if they were just over last week. Stayed up all night. Research and bullshitting till 9am.
Weds got up at like 8pm lol. Made pizza, Jeremiah made hot dogs, RyanW came through and we watched the last episode of Loki which l really liked and what its setting up and also watched Black Widow. Did more stock research late night.
Thurs still up allll day. Watching my AMC stock go on a rollercoaster ride. Got groceries and tons of different beef jerky from Beef Jerky Outlet. Wanted to just have different meats to snack on. Watching mad videos. Crab cakes and Ancient Aliens. Just a full bullshit kinda day. Stayed up till 5pm. Watching supernatural and chilling.
Friday woke up at 130am. Videos and taking care of small things online first. Figuring out this AC Harrah’s The Pool trip. Watching this new show How to Become a Tyrant on netflix which is an interesting documentary show. Hit downstairs to play Street Fighter V for a while. Later on did some COD w the guys and ended the night w Netflix.
Sat got up for Go for Broke to enter the Street Fighter V tournament. Not ready at all to do Guilty Gear Strive. 1st match, won against a guy named Lane playing Laura. Nice dude who l invited to our Dumpling Sessions. Next match was a bye. 3rd match Umali, a Karin player. Made it into Winner’s Finals against D-Cint. Played on stage, on stream and had a close game against him, winning 3-2. Came down to final game, final round and was really close at the end. Umali made his way through Loser’s bracket though and came back to beat me. So took 2nd place out of 16 players which lm still happy about but its rough knowing l could beat Umali since l did it earlier in tournament and l couldve won the whole thing. Still, def good to see improvement. Def good to spend time w everyone there. The Sector X location and design was really well done. Congrats Kyle!!
Afterwards, hit Nam Phong for DavidV’s birthday dinner. Happy Birthday David!!! Dinner was banging. Got something other than pho at a viet spot. David just ordered our table stuff and yooo, viet food is always so on point. Healthy, tastes great and never too pricey. Dinner was fun and then had a small party at David’s after. Played the Horse racing betting game, smoked mad hookah and just had a good time being there w everyone.
Sunday got up and got Vince and Thuy and hit Chinatown for my haircut as they got food. They got me food from Sankee and we hit David’s for poker but everyone was bailing out so we ended up watching Molly Bloom, a movie that involved poker lol. Yea… Movie was really good tho and had a good time chilling w everyone. Later hit home and me and Jeremiah finished Fear Street Part 3 which was a lot of fun. Ended the night watching youtube and doing work.
Ended the night playing a lot of COD and watching 6 episodes of Manifest. Me and Jeremiah couldnt stop lol.
Tues got up and hung out w Matt Amy Brando and Jeremiah during the evening. Was still outta it and took a nap. Hit my office and ate and had drinks w my office outside as there was a chill event. Good spending time w the team as l dont really hang out w them much since real estate is pretty individual for the most part and mostly everything is done my phone and email.
Took care of more small errands and then headed home to play COD and watch Manifest and youtube.
Weds RyanW came through and we watched Rurouni Kenshin The Final. Very hype to see the next one on Netflix. Few live actions of anime are done well but this one is really dope. But also, l never saw the anime which everyone yells at me for. Went to BJs for 3 boxes of king crab legs and hit Vince’s to drop it off.
Went to Brown’s to visit him and his family. It was Julian’s birthday. Gahhh that kid is so fun. Hung out w them for a while. Brown’s gaming set up is pretty badass. Brown came over to hookah and watch videos on Pokemon Unite, the new moba Pokemon game. Got on COD later for another win and ended the night w Manifest and youtube.
Thurs l slept allll day. Its so bad. Got up to pack and watched youtube for a while and late night me and Jeremiah started to play Pokemon Unite. I LIKE THIS GAME A LOT and plan to take it serious. Watched Manifest like crazy and back to sleep.
Friday got up and hit Allentown and hit DavidK’s. RichL met up and then we hit the airport to fly out to Georgia to visit Brian. Good seeing Brian after all this time. He’s been all over the place. We video chatted other old AXP fraternity brothers and it was just nice to catch up w everyone. I miss this crew so much. We had such a good time in college and its crazy how l went into college set not to do a fraternity and then ended up pledging and then became all about it after l got in. I miss my college reputation and all the people at Kutztown. It was just a small college town w a lot of people looking to have fun and get a degree most of us didnt use lol.
We got our hotel room and headed out and checked out some bars. Had some drinks, ran around and had a good time just being w them again.
Sat we bummed in the morning and then hit Brian’s to bbq for lunch. Stuffed face and hit the river to chill. It was soooo damn hot out that it felt amazing to be in the river second l adjusted. I thought it wouldnt be THAT cold but nahh it was pretty damn cold. Took it easy w everyone and then back to Brian’s for more bbq. Def cant complain and its exactly what l should be doing more in the summer. Took it easy and then headed out to a shitty strip club called The Flame lol. Played pool and we were not entertained haha. Had a drink and then later hit Waffle House for food.
Sunday got up and hit a strip club called Pink Pony in Atlanta. It was pretty good. Ton of girls, very diverse. No matter what you like, there was something there for you lol. Had some food, some drinks and enjoyed the show. Got a lapdance cause it’s been a while and they were so cheap! Everything was like half off at this place. Might as well haha. Def had a lot of laughs and it was a fun way to finish off the adventure.
Got on the flight home and knocked out half the time. Got home mad late and took it easy.
7/26 Monday got up and hit Chinatown. Needed some soup dumplings and bubble tea. Did work for a while and ran errands all day and had a really productive Monday. I LOVE MONDAYS lol. Im just so productive on Mondays.
Ended the day w a lot of COD and Manifest.
Tues got up late cause l didnt get enough sleep. Hit Vince’s and had king crab legssss!! Me Thuy and Vince went in and yoooo garlic butter was soo good. Thanks for cooking guys! Watched some Netflix and smoked hookah for a lil and then hit back home.
Hosting Dumpling Sessions and played a lot of Street Fighter V. New guy Lane who l met at Go For Broke came through and we went over his Laura for a while. He has a good neutral but didnt have his oki set ups and it didnt take long to figure it out and set up some paths for him to go from knockdown. Ended the night w Salty Bets. Had fun betting on matches and its always a good time of crazy shit happening and betting money on it. Made mad dumplings, thanks Seven for bringing so much. Ended the night w Pokemon Unite and Manifest.
Weds got up late and hit Home Depot and got supplies and then got Poke Bowl for me and Jeremiah. Ate and watched Manifest for a while and then later Avery RyanW and Brando came through. Watched Avengers Infinity War and yooo still soo good. Played some Pokemon Unite w Jeremiah Avery and MattC for a while and had a lot of fun but prob gonna try out other characters. I like Zeraora and Snorlax but they dont FIT like that ya know. Crustle def may be one character l main and same w Gengar. Ended the night w Youtube.
Thurs got up late again. Hit Min’s to work on some repairs and then hit DavidV’s for lamb!! Watched some American Horror Story. A new season comes out soon which lm hype for. David made this banging lamb and had a good time stuffing face and hanging w everyone. Next we played Catan. I really should shut up when lm close to winning. Nicah stole my longest road, David snuck the win. Burch and Julian came through later. Happy Birthday Julian. Decided to stay long from a lil bit of peer pressure. It didnt take much. Re lit the hookah and just hung out, had drinks and we just talked about everything for the next few hours. So simple but such a good time. Glad l stayed. Ended the night back at my place. Watching Starcraft 2 matches w the guys over and eating a lil bit. Played one quick game of Pokemon Unite and yoooo first game w Gengar, l slaughtered it. I’m already afraid he’ll be nerfed w his sludge bomb+hex combo as its easily the way to play him w every single guide and video out.
Friday l still couldnt sleep. I just laid in bed from 6-10am. Got up to smoke hookah, hoping to make me drowsy. Played Pokemon and just hung out. Nothing. Still awake. 4pm left to pick up Paola from the airport. She got me food at Outback Steakhouse. Thank you!! Hit back to my place just to watch Netflix, hookah and chill out. Watched a documentary on Saudi Arabia and then The Founder which was a really cool movie.
Sat got up and played some more Pokemon Unite. Paola and Jeremiah jumped in my car and we headed out to get Teresa and Kimberly. Fun car ride as we all talked bout everything. Counting down the beat drop

Got to AC and hit May’s room to set up pregame. You know, for having a normal room, things worked out. I dont NEED a suite, l just got spoiled lol. We failed at bribing for suite upgrades. Still very sad. Pregame was mad fun, slowly more and more friends came through. Met May’s NYC group and had a good pregame. Paola came through w SteveK and yooo my hookah set off the fire alarm nooo!!!! So SteveK saved the day and l relit the hookah. DAMP TOWEL NOTED. Pregame LIVESS!!!!! So had fun drinking and hanging out w everyone. Always nice seeing friends meet other friends and then hit Harrah’s The Pool. Got our VIP table no problem, staff is solid.
Met the birthday squad as these 14 girls were celebrating a 21st and they joined us. Got our bottles and omgggg the opener sucked soooo bad lol. Like we were just sitting and getting drinks till Paola got on. Noticeable difference in music. Openers cant blow out the headliner but they shouldnt SUCK either lol. Started dancing and yooo we had so much fun acting stupid. Every build up we were doing the 3 2 1 Jump and when the music got spanish, l think it was Kim who started doing Uno Dos Tres Ariba!! I was fucking dying haahhaah it just fit so well. Partied pretty hard and yooo everytime l went for a breather, new track that l was like ohhh shit and ended up getting back up to dance. There was a while where the music kept us hype even though l was dead beat. Partied till 230am and hit upstairs to chill. Smoked hookah and cooled off for the night. I was so gross. Got the squad together and hit home mega late. Somehow musta turned on no tolls cause it took us forever to get home. Getting back as the sunrises. Its been a while since l’ve had that. Thank you Paola for hooking us up as always.
Sunday got up and Paola drove us to Connecticut. Hung out w her family and thank you guys for dinner. Checked out Paola’s mom’s home and got some custom soap. Back to Chad’s and we smoked hookah and played mad Chivalry 2. Yooo its a huge improvement from Chiv 1. Chiv 1 was just about your weapons damage/range/speed. Blocking, parrying, attacking, fake swinging against parries and turning your body for faster swings. Solid gameplay right? But yooo Chiv 2 has SOOO MUCH more going on. Like if you’re holding block but call out the swing type, horizontal, vertical or stab and then getting a counter hit. How other counter attacks work and stuff. 1v1 is very deep but yooo you still get in plenty moshpits of hell which is also fun. Def may get it for the fun of chill fun. Paola learned the game and wasnt too bad. She got the mechanics down pretty fast. Played till 2am and watched some Netflix before sleep.
8/2 Monday drove home and finally, some rest. Got McDonalds and watched Ancient Aliens and did work to catch up on everything going on. Later at night, got on Pokemon Unite and played mad games and then got on COD Warzone and we kicked ass. 1st 2nd 1st for the night. More Pokemon Unite w Alex Brando and Jeremiah and then ended the night watching Manifest and youtube.
Tues got up and hit house showings w Dana and Mike. Ready for round 2! Saw some properties and there was a lot of great potential but we had our overall favorite. Good hanging w them again and lm hype for their wedding. Hit Hmart and got mad food and got home to watch the Street Fighter V Summer Update. Very hype for Akira, somewhat for Luke and not really for Oro. A lot to learn when they drop tho and lm excited to lab again.
Did real estate work for a while and then later on got on COD w the guys and ended the night playing Pokemon Unite w Justin and MattC.
Weds got up late and worked on an offer for Dana. Did mad cooking and latere on Avery RyanW Brando and Jeremiah came through to eat shrimp and dumplings. Watched Avengers Endgame and yooo still so good everytime l watch it. Had the hookah lit and just had a good time chilling.
Later on playing Pokemon Unite w Jeremiah. Trying out more Venusaur since the buffs. Wanted a Pokemon more stable and solid. Gengar is fun and good and all but he’s very all in and if l get crowd controlled or they get into a bush to turn off the auto targeting, l have to either run or l just die. Either way, lm out of the fight. W him as Charizard, we went top and won 4 games in a row in Expert rank 2. A little bit of Manifest and youtube before sleeping.
Thurs got up and picked up EmilyL. Got to Maryland and met up w Goof and Joon. Christine joined us too as this seafood spot thats pretty new and mad popular. $1 oysters…. 100 oysters ordered. Stuffed face and got some other stuff on the side. Happy Hour menus are so important. Afterwards, me and Emily got our Otakon tickets and then hit Goof’s to hang. Showed him Pokemon Unite which he seemed to really like and smoked hookah, got Taco Bell and had a good chill night.
Friday Otakon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we got in and started shopping. Took me and Emily a bit over 2 hours to thoroughly go through the dealers room. Met up w some friends from Philly here and there. Checked out the gaming room. Got presents for Jeremiah Brando and Avery from a streetwear brand that is anime related. Pretty good shit that fits them. Hit a japanese tea panel which was pretty chill but it was really slow for me. Later Emily asks ‘wanna go to the Ota Cafe to cringe?’ hahahahahahahigohiregh yooo…. So it was pretty much open mic on singing anime intros and shit and some singers asoihgtoaiehrg it was fun. There were some that didnt do so bad. Later on hit the Open World Video Game Music Live that was pretty cool. Always nice hearing an orchestra play songs you grew up to.
Afterwards, we met up w Vince Thuy Dickson Heng Bobby Sara Goof Joon Peter and Allie for dinner at a kbbq spot. Dinner was great, had drinks and it was just a solid good time. Plus me and Emily didnt eat the entire day so we got our monies worth lol. Even tho it was our only meal of the day, it was enough to make up for not having lunch.
Ended the night chilling at the hotel for a lil while. Smoking hookah and talking about everything w the squad. Hit back to Peter’s and got a shower before passing out.
Sat got up and checked out Peter’s place. Saw some cool shit including his Akira Bike. Yeaaaa it would be worth a lot if kept in the box but its really badass and cool to see him open it up. Me Emily and Peter met up w everyone else at this spot called Ted’s in DC for lunch. Lunch was great and then we hit Otakon. Shopped around. Got more stuff. Me and Vince played Initial D and yoooo ok so people are obsessed about this game and its actually pretty… basic… butttttt it was really really fun somehow too. Was ahead of Vince the whole race till the very end. Found more friends from Philly including Mike and later on Jolyn and Josh. Got more art that l dont know where to put it.
Bounced out and me and Emily found a ramen spot in Chinatown and stuffed face and then checked out the Masqurade which we dont know why its called that since its a talent show. Everytime l’ve gone to this, its been… entertaining. Usually cringe skits, some fair to really good dance performances, some randomly good thing and more cringe skits. Wellll lol…. KDA was atleast good. Ok not to talk shit but l gotta bring this up. There was an act of just a guy punching and kicking somewhat on beat or atleast l think he was trying to. I dunno if this was a troll, an idiot or someone actually… special… and yayyy good for him.

Hahahahhahahasg yo Emily is much more of a dick than l realized after hanging out w him so much this weekend. Its awesome.
Next, met up w Kaliane Raksmey and their friends. Met their squad and we had fun drinking and playing stack cup. Their squad was mad friendly and we geeked out talking bout games and anime of course being at Otakon. Hit back to the convention as their new friend was DJing in the gaming room and they were pretty good. Just jumped around and acted stupid but then everyone was still very down for Echostage.
Got to Echostage right before 1am and was afraid of the long lines but l guess getting there at 1am is so late there wasnt a bad line. Everyone was saying getting there by 1030pm can be a really long line but l dont need 4.5 hours at club/concert. Im more of a 1.5-2.5 hours and go crazy during that time. I dont like having DOWN time in the night ya know? I like pregame, hype drive, club while its good. Showing up to the club/lounge/house party early just like puts this pause in the night. So had madddddd fun at Echostage. Tritonal and Cosmic Gate. It was a full night of dancing w a few rounds of drinks. Echostage isnt a spot to get VIP since its so distant from the action. They need their VIP to be like IN the shit to make people wanna get it. Anyway, danced all night and yooo l was so beat. Drove their squad back and its awesome meeting and partying w new people.
Drove me and Emily back and we talked about mad world problems. It was a very deep talk followed by why people who suck at video games also suck at life. Like you’d think your typical loser looking person would be a KILLER at the game youre both playing at in a tournament but thats mostly not the case. Its the people who seem to really got it together in life ALSO are killers in gaming. Pretty much, people who got their shit together - have their shit together in most things they do. And losers suck at life and gaming lolololol. Its just crazy, how you can understand someone just by how they game. Different games tell different things but in JUST MOVEMENT ALONE in Fighting Games and Mobas… you just UNDERSTAND them. Its weird.
Got home at literally 7am and bullshitted till 9am before sleeping.
Sunday got up maddd late. Needed my sleep. Didnt really do much. Played some Pokemon Unite. Gave presents to Jeremiah and Brando for their birthday and smoked hookah, ate a lil, watched the guys play some D&D and kinda bullshitted the night away into Monday. Just what l needed.
8/9 Monday still up, smoked hookah and watched Suicide Squad 2 w Jeremiah which was really good. Slept midday and got up at 7pm. COD Warzone w the guys for a while and watched some Manifest w Jeremiah. Cleaned, hung up Displate posters, working on A LOT of small to do list things. Very productive night but then ORGANIZING my to do list alone. Seeing ALL the house repair things l need to do..
