 Sup Guys, this past month has been exhausting.

My birthday, friends birthdays, closings, new clients, catching up w people, getting my covid shot and diving deep back into Street Fighter V. I've been pretty beat. Its a good exhaust tho. Got so much done for work and my social and gaming life lol. Its like this every spring time. I just cant wait to do bbqs again.


4/5 Monday got up and did real estate work first thing at 8am. All productive n shit. I got so much sleep sat-sun and then sun-mon, l was ready to work.

Hit downstairs and hung w Jeremiah and Paula, watching Monk, smoking hookah then back up to post pics from the past 3 weeks and then headed out to get food from BJs and Poke poke. I love pokebowl SO DAMN MUCH!! Im so happy they opened close by. Stuffed face and watched stuff on youtube but yoo… ok waking up early just isnt me. Plus the roomies wanted to have it dark and gloomy in the living room, it just got me tired and l had to nap.

Got up later to play COD w the guys for a lil and then watch Vikings. Back downstairs watching the first two Naruto movies as lm gonna rewatch them all and then more food and youtube and finished up that Vikings episode l left off on. Couldnt sleep so more Naruto movies then slept at 9am cause lm fucked.


Tues got up late. Did some real estate work and booked homes for the weekend and got my presents. Amy got me mad stuff for the shower, MattK got me a foot massager and Jeremiah got me a PS5 media remote. Hit downstairs to play w my new toys!!!! Thank you guys!!!! Def enjoying them. Got on COD w the guys and got a birthday win yayyy lol. Ended the night cooking pasta shrimp broc, watching youtube and watching another Naruto movie.

Weds April 7th MY MUHFUCKIN BIRTHDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got up and played Raft w Jeremiah for a while. Did real estate work during the day. Getting things set for the 2 closings the following week.

Visited my Mom and Grandmom for dinner. They made me lobster and other food as well getting me a cake from ParisB. Food was good and it was good to visit. Hit back home to play COD w the guys for a lil till friends came through.

David got me cheesecake as l asked for it on facebook lol. Thank you David. Oh and he got me maddd pringles. Brando got me a big of Slim Jims. Im loving it all. Ended the night watching documentaries w everyone and bumming. One about Wework and another bout The Last Blockbuster lol. Watched some youtube and knocked out late.

Enjoyed all the birthday wishes from calls, text, facebook and facebook messenger, IG stories and messages. I liked the attention. Thanks guys!

Thurs got up mad late… like it was bad….. 8pm… but whatever, l needed the sleep. Got up and got on COD w the guys for a lil and then spent the rest of the night playing Street Fighter V and watching Street Fighter V clips including my own matches trying to see where l get hit the most from, what l should be doing more and less. Its way easier to analyze when lm just watching, not when playing. Stayed up all night into Fri.

Friday still up, watched some Falcon and Winter Soldier and hit house showings w Lindsay and her family. Saw a nice home in the NE and she def has options. Also thanks Jim for helping me get an appointment for the vaccine before the floodgates open April 19th.

Got coals and hoses in the NE and then got Chiptole on the way back. Rewatched and finished the 4th episode of Falcon and Winter Soldier. Really liking it a lot. More action of course than WandaVision though l liked that one too.  Back downstairs to bum, talk about fighting games and watch some gaming stuff on youtube w Paula and Jeremiah till 7pm and finally slept at 7.

Hung up new shower curtains, cleaned my eyebrows, cleaned in general. Ate Chiptole and cake and watched mad youtube. Headed out for house showings w Lindsay and her family and saw a property close by. This one l like the most of everything we saw. Luckily the listing agent is in my office as well so that helps.

Got some food at Halal guys and hit back home to eat and watch shows. Smoked hookah and chilled for a lil then back upstairs to do more work. More friends are looking to buy homes and yoo its crazy, second the weather gets nice, everyones looking.

Watched some videos and bummed for a lil and then at 530pm, me and Domkey started streaming to watch a bonnie and clyde event. Had fun on stream w friends and the stream was fun but the battles we watched, well the DJ was good, dancers were good, just camera quality and stream cutting out on their end was rough. Ended the night watching Warrior w Jeremiah before sleeping before midnight.

Sunday got up at 5am again. Ate the rest of my Halal, had youtube on and went onto Street Fighter V again, going through different combo/frametrap routes w Cammy. Def enjoying the puzzle solving.

Hit house showings again w Lindsay and her family. Checked out another spot in Philly but this one needed some work. Good seeing them as always and then hit Center City. Visited Judy at work and hung out w her for a while. Glad to see shes doing really well. Got food at Ting Wong in Chinatown. Wholesome chinese spot like M Kee. Got home to eat and watch Warriors and then watched some Cammy clips to study. Napped a lil then got up to play Raft.

Joel and another girl named Steph Tran(#6 l believe l know now) played from 6pm to just about midnight. Got so much done. Crazy how much you get done w one extra person. Had a lot of fun and built soooo much shit!! Had a lot of fun and then at midnight, hit downstairs to hang w roomies and friends for a lil but slept not too long after.

4/12 Monday got up early as fuck. 630am. Im like so ‘adult’ sleep sched now. Its ok. I get everything done so early, so fast that l have to actually leave things hanging till its ok to call/text people. Was done like EVERYTHING for work and personal bullshit before 9am. Felt good but then lm bored and starting on video games at 9am Monday morning feels a bit… wrong lol.

Hung w roomies downstairs for a lil. Watching some Warrior and then headed out to Philly. Ran some errands and got food from Ting Wong again. Got the roast pig which omggg the skin is so crispy and good. Always a good meal. Hit back and ate and we watched more Warrior.

Later on jumped on Raft w Joel and Steph. Got a lot done and started prepping for the next area. Really gearing up and had fun expanding the fuck outta our raft. I really love this game a lot lol. Its just clean, creative, explorative and fun w friends. Afterwards, hung downstairs for only a lil but was passing out and hit upstairs to sleep.

Tues got up early. Got work done fast and hit downstairs to eat and watch Warrior for a lil. Back up to send out more listings to friends. Hit my office to get one of the gifts for the closings weds and thurs which is a cutting board w their last name and my info on the back. They’re nice. Hit home to bum and eat. Had a chill evening. Working on Cammy on Street Fighter V for an insane amount of time. Its crazy that linear doesnt mean bad. Cammy is one of those consistently top characters despite her gameplan being fairly straight forward. Ended up passing out at 8pm..

Weds got up and hit my closing w Jaleesa. Checked out the home and closing went very smooth. Congrats again Jaleesa!! Very happy for her and it was nice to catch up w her again over the past few months. Im excited to see her turn that place into a home. Hit my office to turn in the file and then got mad food at JB Dawson’s. Got spinach, lobster bisque and a fatass burger. Stuffed face and later on jumped on COD. Had some close games and 1 win. Def fun as always. Watched a lil videos before sleeping.

Thurs got up and hit my closing w David. Checked out the place and closing was smooth again. Went back to unpack some of his stuff and AngieL came through to check out the place. Afterwards, hit my office and got food at JB Dawson’s again. Chill evening and played some Raft w Joel for a lil and then got on COD. Got 2 wins and it was good playing w NickC again. He got the final kill on both wins. Watched a lil vids again and then knocked out hard. I get so tired at 2am.

 

Friday got up and did work. Working on 2 new offers for Lindsay and KimL. Got Lindsay’s accepted and got her started on the next steps. Watched Falcon and Winter solider w roomates for a lil and headed out. Got mad stuff at BJs and some Taco Bell and hit back to watch videos. Played some Street Fighter V on my pc for my Ranked alternate account. It was my primary account and then l focused my Playstation account to be my main account. For my PC, its just ‘other characters’ account for playing w anyone besides Ed. Cammy is a lot of fun. Footsies is so solid w her.

Later headed out and got Judy and we got dinner at Pho Saigon. Stuffed face and caught up on everything. Pho and spring rolls yooo so good. Had a really good dinner and afterwards, we got bubble tea in Chinatown. Had a lot of fun and dropped her off. Hit back to the house to bum w friends and roomies for a lil then passed out hard before 1am.

Sat got up and ate Taco Bell. Me and Jeremiah played Raft for a lil bit and then bummed downstairs w Matt, watching the Capcom Pro Tour Japan for Street Fighter V and smoked hookah. Back upstairs to eat more spring rolls and watch Vikings. Got work done and then headed out to get cash, liquor and food. Got Jameson for pregame so we could stick to one drink all night, got pizza and $200 cash. Hit home to play mad Street Fighter V. Still having mad fun playing Cammy.

Afterwards, hit downstairs to watch Warriors w Jeremiah and smoke and then me and Paula left to get Nicah and hit David’s new home for pregame. Settled in, set up the new hookah l got David and had a good time eating, drinking and smoking. Nurdeen Min Lois and other friends came through. Met some new people and thank you guys for the new White Claws. Pregame feels right lol. I love pregame.

Headed out to Tango for JohnV’s birthday. Split a bottle and hookah w David and Paula. Kenny pouring me shots immediately on sight. Good seeing Steven again and also met some of Paula’s other bottle girls she works w who were really nice. Ran around, socialized and still, cause of Covid, l havent seen a lot of people in a while so l was really happy to see so many friends l havent seen in a bit. Went photo happy again and had a good time. There were multiple adventures that followed.

I felt like a bounty hunter.

So everything worked out w missing people, a missing car, missing shoes, missing phone. Hit a small after party at Joel’s. Just lit the hookah and hung w friends. Heated up pizza and just hung out. Passed out a lil then got back up and me and Paula left at 630am… gahhh

Got home to sleep.

Sunday got up half dead. Took it easy all day. Getting some work done. Watching shows w roomies and later on got on Raft w Joel and StephT. Worked on the raft for a while and yooo game is so addicting. Later, bummed downstairs w everyone for a while. Watching the Capcom Pro Tour Japan Top 8 and then passed out before 2am again. Short sunday but it was needed.

4/19 Monday got up and sent out listings to everyone. Caught up w the other agents and then hit downstairs to chill. Amy made everyone lunch, thank you as always. Watched anime and bummed downstairs for a bit before running out.

Got gas, my checks, dropped off a deposit check, deposited my checks and got food and stuff at Giant. Hit back to watch the last episode of season 2 Warrior. Such a fun show but ahhh lm gonna have to wait a while for season 3 but glad it got picked back up. My friend Jason is a stunt double on the show too which is cool.

Bummed and played some Street Fighter V. Learning Rose and also learning how to fight against Rose. A LOTTTTT of things to test but her frametrap routes are short and easy since she’s not a rushdown character. It’s more about playing neutral with her. Got online and did Casual match so l could run into maddd Rose’s and l kid you not, 80% of my matches were against Rose which was good for practice. Get it in now while its easy to get matched up against everyone using Rose.

Paula came back w her friends from Tango and met some of them, one l just met the other night and Jocelyn who’ve l known for sometime now. They played Jackbox and we smoked hookah until they went back out to Tango.

Later on headed out for dinner w Shemmay. We got food at Bleu Sushi and yooo the food was banging. She had some solid picks and yoo this Kani Salad is mad dope. Ordered a few rolls that looked good and we got to catch up on everything. Im glad everything still going well for her. Stuffed face and we ordered more Kani salad cause that shits banging. Dinner was great and then afterwards we hit the mall in Chinatown to play games at Round 1 but sadly they closed at 10pm and so was all dessert and bubble tea spots. Good hanging w Shemmay as always and will be slowly tricking her to come out more than every 4 months.

Hit home and chilled w roomies. Watching videos on Rose and really trying to see how the pros are playing her so l know how to fight against her. I feel like she’s gonna be a problem. Def one of those, l need the maul the fuck outta her when l get in kinda characters. Hung till 1am and then passed out cause lm a baby now.

Tues got up and missed my Honda state inspection. Dunno why l was so dead. But felt good to sleep in. Worked w friends on real estate for a while and got a lot of small things done on my to do list and screenshots on my phone of things l need to handle. Back and forth between to do lists and work stuff. Got the new water softener in too. More hookah and watching clips for Rose. Combo guides and also pro players using her. She’s got a lot going on. Not sure if l wanna dive THAT deep into using her, FOR FUN ONLY or just forget about her. Esp w Oro and Akira coming out soon enough. Both of them lm VERY interested in exploring and maybe making a secondary.

Later on got on COD Warzone w the guys for a bit. No wins sadly. Just a 2nd place. Had fun tho and had some funny moments. Ended the night making lobster bisque and watching youtube w the roomies and friends. Alex got me some cool gifts. Thank you Alex for the Birthday gifts.

Passed out at 3am. Felt right.

Weds got up and hit home inspection w Lindsay and her family. Thank you guys for the food!! Inspection went well and it was nice to look around and plan things on the home. Im very happy we got it for how difficult this market is right now. Hit Philly to meet up w OJ as he’s back in the area but he got caught up in traffic. Ended up getting bubble tea and dropping some off to Nicah at her work since l was gonna eat there. Hit back to shower and do work. Watching youtube for a while.

Later on, back out to Philly again. Judy hooked it up w the covid shot. Thank you Judy!! Got Honeygrow and hit back to eat and chill. Visited Brown and my lil best friend for a lil as we helped move some furniture over. Ahhhh Julian is such a cool kid. Played Raft for a while and yoo me and Joel think we over did it and overprepared for like… the rest of the game lol. We are soooo stocked. Had fun as always and ended the night hanging downstairs w roomies and friends for a lil.

Thurs got up at lunch time. Made soup and chilled. Got on COD w the guys to see the part 2 of the Nuke event and then hit upstairs to test some things for Street Fighter V and play some Ranked Cammy. Later on, got back on COD for some games w the guys till midnight. Watched some Street Fighter w roomies till 3am and then MORTAL KOMBATTTT hahaha watched that and… its ok. They had a lot to work around to do the best movie they could. Fights werent bad either but some felt rushed and some fights l didnt care for.

Friday got up late and did work first. Hit downstairs to watch the last episode of Falcon and Winter Soldier. Hung out and chilled. Played some Street Fighter V for a bit and took it easy. Later on headed out to David’s to watch Mortal Kombat again lol. Still a fun movie. Fights are fun and it was good to hang w David and everyone else. So nice l got him a hookah as a house warming so l dont gotta bring mine in lol. Ate pizza, smoked hookah and hung out w everyone for a while after the movie was over. Talking bout college days and shit we use to do.

Got home late and hung out w Jeremiah and Paula mega late night. Watching youtube, smoking hookah and chilled.

Sat got up and hit house showings w Will and his girlfriend. Saw a home that was huge but needed a lot of work. The question is, is the work and cost of repairs worth what the house will be worth when its done. Its a rough call. Good seeing them as always and hit back for my Street Fighter V tournament.

Bad habit l always have but l never play enough w my own character before a tournament. Its always focus on another game or other characters. Ive been focusing way too much on Cammy and Rose lol. It happens. Went 1-2 and arhgirhagoi… l was seeded pretty rough. Having to go against Spaceboy 2nd match. He ended up taking 2nd place of the tournament. Had fun tho and played on ranked w Ed for a while afterwards. Ate pizza and watched Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace as lm trying to catch up on all the recent Bond movies sinec the reboot. Watched this movie Stowaway thats huge on Netflix but wasnt for me.

 

Sunday got up and bummed for a lil then headed out to see the Demon Slayer movie. Typical anime movie off a series where its more of a side story than a deep movie by itself. Pretty much, if you dont watch the show, there is no catering to you about anything from the show to understand the movie, but if you watch the show, you’ll enjoy the movie. Ending fight was dope and my fav part. Got Wawa on the way back and watched Snowden as everyone else played D&D.

Watched Skyfall to continue my Bond catch up and then Paula had us watch Charlies Angels. Dude…. The writing… my fucking god… Its literally just trying to sell sex. Watched some youtube before passing out.
