Its working. Some accepted offers, stocks and crypto have been good this past month. W the stocks and crypto copy traders, its been up and down but overall up so l cant complain. Dunno how this facebook magic works but whatever. Hardwork? Research? Network? Nahhh its all thanks to these facebook posts lol. I dont care, lm resharing them everytime l see them.

Anywayyyyy past few weeks.

2/24 Weds got up and started working on my closing. Headed out to return the RAM l got and then hit BJs to get food and drinks. Got poke bowl and then got home to spill it all over the damn floor. I even ordered extra protein. Bro…. lm just hoping all this lil bad luck leads to some really big good luck later on. Watched videos on tons of shit and messed around w Street Fighter V for a lil. Played COD Warzone and got 2 wins w friends and we played in the new update thats really cool. New spot outside of Prison which is the crashed ghost ship that has zombies. I have no idea how that makes sense but whatever, its cool. Killing the last zombie gets you the keycard for a Yellow Access Card that gives you the Yellow Access Box which gives you a special longer Gas Mask that you could previously get and some stuff. You gotta pull the zombie button to start it. Stayed up all night cause lm too hype about stocks lol.

Thurs got after 4 hours of sleep cause lm too hype. All I could do all day was watch my AMC Stocks…. It was so bad. Just bummed w the roomies downstairs. Ate a little and just watched the stocks. Slept a lil in the afternoon, got up, watching stocks. I TOTALLY SEE WHY DAY TRADERS ARE ON COKE AND XANAX.

Later on, finally chilled out. Got on COD Warzone w the Vince Steve and Kenny and we got 2 wins. Not like playing video games w the guys is any less stressful lol. Stayed up for a lil w the guys and passed out hard at 2am.

Friday got up early, finishing up things for a closing for the up coming Monday. Headed out to run errands, tried to get Kenny at PS5 at Best Buy, closing gifts, hoagies and pizza and hit home to eat and watch Better Call Saul. SUCH A GOOD SHOW and its sooo awesome to see characters come back since it takes place in the past. Always really cool in any prequel really. That ohhh shitttt feeling.

Hit downstairs to bum. Watched stuff on youtube and later on Moses stopped by as he was passing through the idea. We watched the movie In Time cause l wanted to watch it and l liked it a lot. Afterwards, another COD Warzone tournament. Me Jesse and Kenny teamed up again and we won again!!

Game 1 - We tied for 1st place but then they said its a ‘warm up’ cause some people got disconnected

Game 3 - 1st place in kills and placement
Game 4 - 1st place in kills and placement

I just let Kenny and Jesse go off. I saved extra money to buy them back. Our only real threat was Goof’s team as they’re a bunch of killers so l knew it would be based off some luck of who jumps who first. I knew if l got in a close to midrange scramble with them, lm more likely to lose so l focused on gatekeeping and positioning which helped me get them a few times. They also got me too on a jumping and getting sniped. Had fun and glad we won again.

Stayed up for a lil w the roomies just watching Jujutsu Kaisen and WandaVision and then some youtube before l got mad tired at 2am and knocked out.

Sat got up at 1130am. Felt good to get mad sleep. Started working on video editing. Just clipping, adding music and posting clips from Demons souls remake, COD, Hitman 3. Not gonna go all out on these videos. Just for me and friends to enjoy and look back on. Hit downstairs to chill for a lil and smoke hookah then back up for more video editing.

Oh we got banned from the COD Warzone tournaments we were doing cause of our skill level. We are a bunch of tryhards. So l wanna see what other tournaments are like. Watching more videos on god damn everything.

Politics, gaming, stocks… this is the shit l live for apparently.

Hit back upstairs for MOREEE video editing yayyy… Worked on that for a while. Watched some Better Call Saul and bummed w Iko all night. Ended the night watching videos on youtube w the roomies and some Supernatural.

Sunday woke up around 2pm. Bummed downstairs. Made spicy italian sausages and smoked hookah while watching some Street Fighter V. Took down my PC so it can get upgraded and headed out to get my haircut in Chinatown. Got bubble tea at Tiger Sugar and happened to Nancy from when we worked at Voix and caught up a lil. Leaving Tiger Sugar, ran into KeithM and got to catch up w him as well. Funny how it’s still easy to recognize friends under masks. Hit home and took it easy. Got my pc upgraded. New motherboard, RAM and CPU installed. Chilled w friends downstairs. Hookah, shows and YouTube till passing out.

3/1 Monday got up and picked up Mike and Dana. Did our pre walk through for their new home. Hit closing and got it done. Very happy for them especially for their effort in precious homes in this crazy market. Closing was fun since we just talked about a ton of stuff. A lot of gossip lol won’t lie. Afterwards, we got kbbq at Seorabol. Thanks for the dinner guys. It was just what I needed as I was starving. We got too much food but whatever. The variety was really nice.

Hit home to book homes and play cod and we mixed it up and did some modern warfare first and then did warzone. Had a lot of fun and then ended the night watching videos on YouTube.

Tues got up w those same stomach pains again gahhh… Took meds and a hot shower and started to feel better. Headed out to house showings w Jalessa and checked out a promising spot. The owner was very nice and there was no red flags we could find on the property. Hit back to my office to drop off the check and paperwork from Monday’s closing. Got home and Amy made sushi!!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!! Stuffed face and watched a lil youtube before going back up to do work.

Later on, got on COD w the guys and we did well w fights but sadly no wins. Gahhh. Had a dope moment dropping my helicopter on another one which killed the enemy team lol. Ended the night making the kbbq from the other night and watching youtube on everything l always watch stuff on.

Weds got up, working on offers and working on small things for 2 different clients that l closed on. Booking new homes and in general, had a really productive day. Hung out downstairs w roomies and Ngoc. Talking real estate and junk while smoking hookah and watching videos. Got most my work done.

Later on, Ngoc got the game Raft so l could FINALLY play w someone. It just seems like a pain constantly fishing, making fresh water, trying to build your raft WHILE advancing in other things. W 2 people, shit gets done of course twice as fast.

Later on, got on COD Warzone w the guys. Had good games and some 2nd places but sadly no 1st places again. Had some funny moments and good that John is playing w us more. Ended the night watching whatever w the guys on youtube before passing out at 2am.


Thurs got up and worked on the new offer and booking more homes for David. Chilled downstairs w roomies for a lil and then back to my room to get more work done. Got the accepted offer for Jaleesa and worked on that for a while. Downstairs for more bummage and then headed out for house showings.

Me and David checked out a ton of spots all over Philly. It was mad cold. Saw one w great potential though and now hes really liking Brewerytown. Got popeyes on the way back home. Got in and sent out more listings and stuffed face before jumping on COD Warzone. No wins again gahhh… had some nice clean team wipes l had to record but yooo… circle luck was not on our side. We also got complacent l feel like and then would get third partied. Hit upstairs to book more homes as David sent me a list and then back downstairs to try out some stuff in Street Fighter V I’ve been taking notes on.

Friday got up and booked more homes as David got more hype for showings. Caught up on news and hung w roomies downstairs for a little. Headed out to run errands. Picking up checks, paperwork for taxes, stuff for my Mom and dropping it off, shisha and depositing checks. Hit home and AJ was over. Ate and watched videos for a lil first. Bummed for a while and then headed out.

It was Joel’s birthday at Tango and swung by. Felt guilty but l really wanted to see everyone. Caught up w so many friends and nothing really changed lol. Joel tore his jeans so bad early in the night lol. Set up ChrisK w a camera gig for the birthday and hung out w Theresa and her friend Hava most the night. Hung out a lil past 1am before heading back and taking Theresa back to her place. Got home and then all the drinks hit me lol. Chilled w friends and roomies downstairs for a lil before just going up and knocking out.

Sat got up and hit homes w David again seeing a ton of properties all over Brewerytown and Point Breeze. His friend Bryan joined us too towards the end since he lives in Point Breeze. Found 2 w potential. Had a nice full day hanging and seeing homes.

Got home and Ngoc and AJ were making steaks and baked potatoes yayyy!!!!!!1 Thank you guys. The food was banging. Watching some I am Legend and eating. Hit upstairs to do comparisons for David and Pookie and then back down to chill. Back downstairs to snack on shit, watch mad youtube and watched the last episode of WandaVision. I liked it a lot. I also like how its setting up for multiple things in the MCU. Kinda sad its over. It went by pretty quick. More youtube w roomies and friends over till l had to pass out.

Sunday got up in the afternoon. Finally got to sleep in some. I know Im spoiled that MOST people only get to sleep in on the weekends where l just sleep whenever l really want to but because of stocks… lm like normal and l dont like it. I like my advantageous lifestyle. Now l feel like a sucker. Got up and hit house showings w David again. Spot RIGHT next to Min’s is amazing. The bonus of Min’s being right there AND the big ass church l love for parking situations is huge as well.

Afterwards, got food in Chinatown w more friends. Good catching up w Bobby as well. Stuffed face at Penang and yooo still such a solid staple of Chinatown. Stuffed face and did it family style. FOOD SO GOOD AND YOOO after tip, $30 a person. So cheap!! Dude l love Penang. GOOD HEALTHY FOOD and you dont break the bank for it. Got bubble tea afterwards at Tiger Sugar before hitting back.

Took it easy for a lil when l got back. Hung out w everyone, watching Attack on Titan and smoking hookah. I caught up on my videos l wanted to watch. Ended up on video call w Hava for 3 hours late night which was fun before passing out.


3/8 Monday got up to work on my offer for David and listings for other clients. Worked on small things for clients into the afternoon and then made baked potatoes. Baked potatoes are prob the cheapest food of all my favorite foods. There’s just so many ways to eat them. Classic loaded baked potato is my favorite though. Watched some youtube and Netflix and later David came through. Just chilled, watched Warrior and smoked some hookah.

Afterwards, got on COD Warzone w the guys and we got a win. Scramble fucking city in an open area but we got the win and thats all that matters. Ended the night watching youtube on stocks, Street Fighter V and other junk.

Tuesday got up and yooo what a start to the day. Negotiating this offer. Working on another friends Reply to Inspection report. Stocks are going up, crypto traders l am copying are going well up. Everything is just happening. Its overwhelming but a positive overwhelming. Just a lot of work but lm very happy. 2020 was pretty sluggish w real estate and not having nightlife as is.

Later on, hot pot and kbbq w friends. Thank you Ngoc and Amy for getting the food and cooking. Food was banging and totally got my fill. Played some COD w the guys but sadly no wins. Got royally fucked during one ending circle when we were doing so well. Its part of the game. There were some def lost fights that the circle just came highly into our favor and got us the win so l cant complain about the bad times. Watched more youtube while bumming w the guys before passing out.

Weds got up early. Checking stocks and crypto which has been going well. Worked on the 2 accepted offers l have mostly during the day. Took it easy midday and had another kbbq/hotpot meal w everyone. Overate as always cause l have bad self control. Later on, worked on making a new video.

More bumming and some COD Warzone w the guys and got 2 wins w Vince, Kenny, Steve and later Goof took Steve’s spot. Had a lot of fun and then ended the night watching more videos on investing and my yolo bullstock AMC.

Thurs got up late. Got work done first thing and then hit downstairs to hang w roomies, hookah and watch some videos on youtube. David came through to drop off a check and then worked on clients and bullshit. Watched the southpark vaccination special and set up my new printer best l could lol. Worked on more video editing and then hit downstairs for some COD Warzone. Got a win w the guys and we’ve been getting into more action lately. Still loving MW guns over CW guns. They dont seem to be touched anymore since Cold War came out and l dont think they will be touched since none of them are overpowered. Just they still got some solid guns and if they’re untouched, why not keep rocking it? Unless something really good comes out, then you enjoy it for a lil and then drop it second its nerfed.

Stayed up all night. Working on more videos. Paula came back from work and we smoked hookah and watched Mamma Mia which was pretty good. Just a fun movie. Good music and all. Plus Amanda is hot. I met her back in 2004 as she was visiting her friend at Kutztown University since we’re the same age and she was raised in Allentown.

Watched Batman Begins and also worked on my Street Fighter V Ed Punish Guide for myself.


Friday still up, took my car to get the oil change. Hit back and was gonna stay up and do shit but was way too tired and passed out. Woke up around 8pm, making baked potatoes and watching Batman Begins on Netflix. Followed up w Batman Dark Knight and then finishing w Batman The Dark Knight Rises. All while testing stuff on Street Fighter V. W the new balance changes comes a lot of questions. A fuckton. I just write them down as I find them and then answer them when l find time.

Later joined Paula to hookah and we watched the movie Maria. Typical female ex assassin that has to go back to that life. Been done plenty of times before but l enjoy it everytime. Movie was dope, fights were sick.

Got more car back from the Honda dealer then worked on stuff for Street Fighter V again. Testing questions l wrote down. Working on Street Fighter V for a while and then took a lil nap. Got up and hit Chinatown and visited Joel and Alina for teeth whitening and yooo, she did such an amazing job. The pics just show it. It was pretty quick, $200 for an hour of 4 treatments. Def DEF highly suggest it. Good seeing them along w other friends that happened to go by for teeth whitening. Dropped by another BHHS office to drop off a deposit check and hit home to sleep finally. Had youtube on before l knocked out.

Sunday woke up technically past midnight(sat midnight) and hit downstairs. Ate and hung w roomies and friends for a lil then back up to get work done. Had to work on this reply to inspection report. Watched videos on AMC and other shit. Passed out again at 4am and then woke back up at 430pm lol. Showered, worked on another COD video. Then hit downstairs. Steaks and mashpotatoes. Thank you Ngoc!! Stuffed face hard and then finally played some Raft w Jeremiah and got A LOT done and yooo its that constant, finding stuff, working on the next thing addiction feeling that makes this game very entertaining. But that items come to you rather than going out to search is def interesting. Youre just collecting and building. Travel time is much easier since items come to you.

Hit downstairs to hang w everyone. Had fun betting in Salty Bets. Started w $10, went to $38 then went too ham and went -$20 then back to even lol. Its a lot of fun. Ended the night eating while finishing season 5 of Better Call Saul.

3/15 Monday got up and AMC was really climbing up. Hung w roomies downstairs watching The Escore on Youtube and smoking hookah before heading out to my office and running errands. Hit back to cook burgers w Ngoc and made banging shroom swiss burgers. Watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and got work done all afternoon. Hit my mom’s house for dinner later on, caught up on stuff and had a nice dinner w my mom and grandmom. Got back home and got on COD Warzone and we got 2 wins. W Vince Peter and Steve and later Kenny replaced Steve. Just some circle luck. Circle luck also fucked us over bad twice. I feel like circle 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 is too influential on wins sometimes. Ended the night watching videos w roomies and friends into late night before passing out hard.
