Sup Guys, I’m very thankful for my friends.
It’s crazy that its so easy for me to pick up new clients from a single instagram/facebook post. Friends hit me up that their friends are looking for homes or tag me in posts when someone’s looking for an agent and it’s just great how easy it is. Its ridiculous how easy life can be sometimes. I’m completely aware and thankful for it.
KK so the past few weeks.
8/19 Weds had a good day getting a lot of errands done. Working on contracts and adding last minute homes to bookings for Thursday. Ran out to get Honeygrow, drop off Christy’s deed and ended up bumming at home.
At 630pm, got on COD and got some wins w the guys. At 191 wins now. Watched some videos on Chun-Li and passed out mad early since l only got a few hours of sleep.
Thurs got up at 8am lol. Did work till 11am and then hung out downstairs. Ate and watched some videos on youtube and hung w Jeremiah and MattK but then passed out in my chair at like 1pm. Got up to do more work and then headed out for house showings. Checked out some homes w Jemma’s family which they really liked two and then stopped by Jack’s The Art of Medicine since l was getting Madz for house showings. Also got to catch up w Lois, first time seeing her since like Feb or so. Me and Madz checked out 4 homes and really like 3 of them, each for their own reasons. Hit home to do more work for both friends l saw home w.
Stuffed face w left over Honeygrow and then got on COD and Fall Guys w friends and yooo almost a win in Fall Guys… twice.. But STILL NO LUCKK GAHHHH hahaha still, had so much fun w both games. I bought Mortal Shell too but l know l gotta sit down and commit serious time to it when l start it. Thank you Alex for the Wawa man!! Watched videos on youtube on the youtube drama and jeez… cancel culture is crazy. Watched stuff w Jeremiah till early morning.
Friday got up at 7pm and readjusted a contract w my team and friend. Hung out for a lil and ate and then hit up to shower before Zack and Marisa’s birthday party. Alex and Jeremiah came w me, got drinks and gas and hit the party.
It was SOOOO good seeing so many friends again. I really really miss this group and due to covid, it’s weird not seeing so many of them since Feb but partying together felt like we just partied together yesterday. Nothing changed. I’ve been friends w so many of them for so many years, a few months off from partying isn’t gonna change things. Had a lot of fun just being stupid. I seriously just let all the stupidity out hahaha. Me and Fanny banging on tables like kids. Twerking on top of the sofa. Going undefeated on beer pong with Elwyn. Catching up w everyone. Talking bout business to boners lol. I’m not kidding. I just had such a good time being w everyone. It’s crazy how nothing REALLY happens at a party but it’s so fun. I see it as a sandbox game online. W the right friends, you MAKE your own fun w whatever you got. It’s weird that you dont need any set activities. Just some space, some music and some drinks and it’s a really good time. Happy Birthday Zack and Marisa!!!!11 Partied for 6 hours and yoo.. We were totally done by the end of the night. Ngoc and Jeremiah really got hit hard hahahhaaha…. Ahhh…. I feel bad laughing at my friend’s pain but whatever, it’s a party. I was hurting earlier too. Got back home at 330am and did some work before passing out.
Sat woke up on and off working on this contract. Head a slight headache from drinking the night before. I sleep w my phone next to my head so l dont miss calls but it’s also probably not good for me to get constantly interrupted sleep. I should be up though so l take the hit. Got it all done and back to sleep for a few hours and got up at like 6pm. Super chill evening. Just youtube on gaming and political news then played Mortal Shell all night. Actually took a break. Zack and Marisa came through and they played board games w friends over but then when poker was suggested, had to jump on that. Went up just a lil. Back to Mortal Shell for a lil and got done more than half the game. For $30 it’s fine. Combat is interesting but it’s very straight forward but you can def get lost but kindaaaa find your way through just running around lol. It’s still kinda annoying. Ended the night watching more gaming stuff before sleeping.
Sunday got up late. Did work for clients and hit downstairs to clean and went out to get Chiptole. Stuffed face and hung w friends playing D&D for a lil and then played some COD. Got an extremely easy win w Peter and Phil as we got the new bunker opened up south of Park and then that gave us a red access card and just held the best building for circle 7 and 8. It was seriously too easy. Stayed up all night playing and finishing Mortal Shell. Fun game overall. Def got easier as it went on since you get stronger but the enemies just change but arent stronger since you can start and finish wherever. Watched mad videos on youtube. Politics, gaming, kpop lol.
8/24 Monday still up, smoked hookah and watched some West World and then got more work done throughout the day. A lot on a new accepted offer. Huge to do list for this one. Worked all midday and played a lil Street Fighter V w Jeremiah using Chun-Li. Def seeing the game totally different using a new character. I love her normals but she’s got some flaws l gotta work around. Not having long frametraps is weird too. Did more work till l passed out in the afternoon.
Tues woke up around midnight and got up to hang w friends downstairs. Youtube for tons of news and then studying a high ranking Chun-Li player on what he does often. Stayed up all night catching up on news and then in the morning, l started work. Got a lot done and closed up on a few things w some past clients while getting others started. Booked some homes for thurs and then played a lil Street Fighter V upstairs in my room on my steam account. I wanted to lab but didnt wanna go downstairs. Plus just having a laptop, it’s not as easy to type out everything I wanna type so quickly. May just get Championship Edition on Steam for the extra $25. Headed out to BJs and got maddd food for the house and then taco bell.
Hit home to eat and gave Moses and MattK some and started to bum. On and off with work throughout the day and then later watched videos on the new FINN LMG in COD Warzone that seemed mad interesting. I spent the whole evening unlocking and fully leveling it up..
So the gun can play long or close range on the build. The close range w the Chainsaw variant just turns it into a minigun and w Tac Laser, the recoil is pretty tight which makes for a crazy ass close range gun. But you’re slow and you got a laser aiming outwards so it’s more defensive than rushing in. The long range version which l actually liked more is pretty damn amazing. Its the Bruen again from Season 4 but 75 rounds instead of 60. Also you NEED tac laser on, not something I like to do. Also the reload speed is back to LMG timing. But this shit BEAMS!@!!! It may become my main gun. Still w give the CR-Max a try though. Eventually knocked out at 4am after being up for 28 hours.
Weds got up at 1pm and had to get on COD Warzone for the live event. Live event was dope. A lil treasure hunt like thing to get some backstory, a new blueprint and trailer for COD Black Ops that seems to take place back in the past. Its def hype and had a lot of fun. Did Kingslayer Trios which me Goof and Peter were murdering at. We took 2nd in the first game then took 3 1st places right after. Just went after the King’s like crazy, as the gametype name suggests. Watched Supernatural w Jeremiah and then got work done for my two closings coming up. Later more COD, leveling up this CR56 that Goof loves so much to see how l’ll like it. Got some wins on COD Warzone later on w Peter Kenny and Peter’s friend.
Thurs got up and headed out to Philly. First NE Philly getting shisha and maddd coals. I hate the big coals so l got a fuckton of the slimmer coals lm use to. Next met up w Jemma and her family and checked out some rentals. Not as good as showings as the week before but a little more knowledge of the market. Jemma and her family are really nice so l’m def focused on getting them the best home I can. Afterwards, perfect timing, visited Jack’s The Art of Medicine and got to see Jack Lois and Madz and hang out for a lil and then me and Madz checked out a property that looked great in pics but was a bit too tight. Good to have a buddy in the car ride home as we talked about Secret Hitler/Mafia and Trump hate the whole way back haha.
Got chiptole and hit back to shower and eat. Got on COD and got 2 wins w Kenny Vince and Goof. Got some Kingslayer Trio wins just good to practice guns. Also the CR56 Amax is really good. I’m not sure if l like it more than the long range variant of the FINN Lmg but we’ll see. It’s pretty much - 45 rounds of ammo but fast reload speed for the CR56 or 75 rounds of ammo but slow reload speed for the FINN. Having that extra 30 rounds makes a big difference as I barely gotta reload but honestly… both seem to do the job just fine. Great recoil, solid hard hitting damage. Pretty much, season 4 Bruen. The Bruen btw is still the same midrange but the recoil is noticeably worse since it got nerfed in general and then nerfed again using the 60 round ammo attachment which is mandatory.
ANYWAY… still undecided on my midrange to long range gun and also my close range gun being MP7 MP5 and Chainsaw variant of the FINN. Watched some Street Fighter V League w MattK and then finished up Westworld season 3 w Jeremiah. Hit up for more youtube for news. Political and gaming.
Friday woke up late and did work for a lil and hit downstairs. Ordered Chinese food and stuffed face while watching mad videos on youtube. Got on COD w Steve and Kenny all night and def liked the FINN lmg changes on the attachments that were suggested in videos. Gotta do more testing though. So much things to think about when it comes to having the most effective gun. By far the most important is how often will I be in a certain scenario. Obviously the higher chances of me being in it, the more l’ll make changes so it’s the best gun for that scenario. Ended the night watching stuff on youtube w Jeremiah w the hookah lit.
Sat got up late as balls. Did a lil work and hit downstairs for a bum night. Just friends over hanging out. Stuffed face as the guys played a variety of fighting games and we also watched the Capcom Cup East Coast Qualifiers for Top 16. Talked about a ton of stuff and later on Ngoc and Na came through to chill for a lil. Just bummed around all night seriously. It was nice. Later on, me and Jeremiah started watching Cobra Kai and yooooo this show is actually pretty good. It’s just hilarious how he teaches these kids the wrong way to approach so many situations. He’s direct and honest but it’s not the right way.
“You lost because I taught you offense but not defense. The best defense is more offense” hahahaha dude…. Me and Jeremiah were straight laughing out loud throughout this show. We kept watching more and more.
Sunday still up, went up to book homes and catch up on some gaming news. Bummed all morning and watched gaming videos. We watched more of the Capcom Pro Tour East Coast Qualifiers Top 8 and yooooo my friend Smug won!! Very happy for him. Ngoc and Na came through to hang all night too. Friends played D&D and just had a good time being a bum all night. Hung out till 3am till l finally had to pass out after being up for around 29 hours.
8/31 Monday woke up in the afternoon. Did some work and headed out for the day. Got pizza and drinks and got Paula and we hit Min’s place for just a small hang out. Good to just spend lowkey time w everyone. Stuffed face w pizza and lit the hookah and we played a lot of Jackbox 3. More friends came through slowly and thanks Ray and Angie for getting the wendy’s!! Watched music videos and just really hung out till late night.
Weds still up watching Cobra Kai. Dude we couldnt stop. Eventually hit upstairs to get work done for clients, personal junk and refinancing my home. Worked on stuff for a while and then headed out to get shisha and Chipotle cause lm addicted now that one opened up close by. Stuffed face watching videos and later on got on COD w the guys and holy shit the hackers. 40+ kills teams in 1.15 k/d lobbies…. Then some guy w 20+ kills killing whole teams for the win. It was rough. But we got a win outta it. Watched more Street Fighter V footage and mythological creature videos on youtube before passing out.
Thurs got up and hit Taco Bell w Brown. Came back to eat and smoke while watching the movie Nightcrawler which was really good. Tried to con Brown to stay longer but he has family responsibilities. I’ll trick him later on. Watched more stuff on youtube and junk and then got on COD and we got 2 wins w Goof Vince and Kenny. Still cant decide between the CR56 and the Finn. But l dont mind having 2 main guns. Ended the night watching more Street Fighter V videos and other videos about other junk. Passed out a bit past 3am.
Friday got up and got my haircut in Chinatown and got my Honeygrow. I love this shit. Hit home to watch videos on youtube w Jeremiah while eating and smoking hookah. Watched the Call of Duty Finals for a while. Got on COD later on and got a Solo win being my 200th win!!!! Yayyayayaya 7 kills bushmaster strikes again!!!!!!!!!!!11 That’s why l paid $20 for that damn skin lol. Avery came through to hang along w some of the other Dumpling session homies. Ate food, smoked hookah and watched videos till 430am.
Sat got up and got my sister and we got a ton of food and drinks for the weekend ahead. Hit the road and we got to catch up big time. It was nice just to have some us time before partying. Got the Cliff’s lake house and got to see some friends l met through my sister Allison and met some new people as well.
Right into food. I was wondering if we were even gonna drink lol. Lit the hookah, did some shots and eventually hit downstairs for drinking games. First me and Nick lost to Sherlie and AngelaS in beer pong down to the last cup and l felt like kicking myself outta the family for disgracing our name. We had to do shots of winners choice but the girls took it a step further and mad a mix of whisky and alc seltzer and it was rough. Next played a ton of rage cage which is a lot of fun but omg these people are so nice to each other. I wanna see people suffer. Where you get into that endless loop of drinking and before you can bounce it, you’re already forced to drink again and the loop just keeps going. Had mad laughs though and then back upstairs to chill some more. Burnt some dumplings and others made ramen. Ended up partying till 430am before finally passing out.
We just bummed on the grass outback and took it super easy. Doing nothing. Was perfect. Just smoking and eating mad chips. Slept for a lil and got up to hotpot and it looked like vulture city w everyone crowded around an island eating outta 3 hotpots. Hotpot was banging though and def filled me up. We watched 22 Jump Street but then l was like shittt were all in a chill mood and its 1130pm. Terrence suggested the game Vietcong which is a funny racist variant of beer pong. Pretty much USA is a shitton of cups that get drank and refilled just slightly everytime a cup is made while the Vietcong side has scattered full cups that are drank and taken away if a ball hits it. Vietcong also has ‘barricades’ as well lol. Vietcong loses when all cups are hit. USA loses if they just give up hahahahaha l was dying when l heard that part. We split into teams and went fucking ham and l was loving it. Was on full sweat. Laughing at the chaos and died when Kelly reminded me of the ‘Something Cool!!’ line from 22 Jump street while shooting balls. The tequila shots in some of the vietcong’s side kinda killed me though. Afterwards, more hanging upstairs for mad food and just took it easy till 4am again. Hit the bed and yooo got the worst spins of my life. God damn it.
Tues got up in the evening and hit house showings w Madz. Checked out 3 spots and all had their pros and cons but nothing really great on this trip sadly. Hit back and always cool talking w Madz about all sorts of shit. Dropped her off and got mad food from JB Dawson’s and ate while watching multiple videos on youtube. Got on COD w the guys for a lil while friends over played D&D.
Afterwards watched the new Mulan movie and yoo… l liked it. Everyones so pissed about it but if you just watch it for what it is, it’s a good movie. Everyone is just comparing it to the animated movie. Thats the problem remaking a story. It’s always getting compared and most people will always love the original way they saw it. I enjoyed the fights and liked that people had like special moves to them. Stayed up late watching mad stuff on youtube again. Getting lost on the history of the story of Mulan and other gaming videos later on.
Weds got up late and worked on new clients. Made a recent post about interest rates and friends hit me up about other people looking for homes. Other friends had questions bout interest rates which l lead them in the right direction to refinance their current homes. Very thankful for my friends to keep the hardest part of real estate so easy for me. Finding clients. Got on COD for a lil while w the guys and had a few good games but sadly no wins. Spent the rest of the night on youtube downstairs w the guys. Watching mad videos on current news and gaming for COD Black Ops 4 and Street Fighter V.
