But lm not totally doing it right. Friends still come over everyday so there's that. But atleast lm not running around a bunch of other people who are running around, flying across country and shit. People are selfish and its ridiculous people dont give a shit about increasing the chances of them catching something and then passing it to their friends and family.

2/24 Monday got up late and worked on two offers all evening. Hit my office for a check and later on got on COD w the guys for a lil while. Later chilled w the guys over watching top EVO moments over the years. Some really crazy shit and a lot is mad funny. Bummed and worked on offers again late night and then worked on Granblue for a while. Was up all night watching Batman Dark Knight while doing work.
Tues still up and still doing work. Couldnt sleep. Hit BJs to get mad food and get my copy of Granblue finally from PlayAsia. Slept midday and got up to work on the offers again. One got accepted yayyyy lol.
The guys came over for FGC night and it was a full house for Granblue. Def had a lot of fun and this game is just an interesting mix between a few fighting games but mostly l feel like its a mix between Street Fighter V and Samurai Shodown. It’s its own thing though. Def weird still getting used to some mechanics. I’m not use to having a spot dodge since it was so bad at the start of Samurai Shodown that no one was using it. Finally got some good sleep at 2am.
Weds got up late and back to working on offers. Played some Street Fighter V online, ranking up higher slightly and slowly. Then some COD w the guys and then back to Street Fighter V lol. Really grinding for The Reversal on Sat to enter both Street Fighter V and Granblue. Ate and smoked hookah while watching Supernatural w Jeremiah and switched to Altered Carbon. Eating more nonstop till 7am.
Thurs got up late again. Did work for a few clients and played some COD w the guys. 3v3 gunfight is mad fun. Later, back to Street Fighter V for ranked matches for a while and ran into my friend Smug on his stream a few times.

Friday got up and did work for clients and then me and Plural hit BJs to pick up a lil sofa and reclining chair cause my furniture is mad old and giving me back problems because it sags wayyy too much. Did more work and bummed till Voix. Voix was chill but there was rumors of a coronavirus spread in NE philly. Great… esp l work at an asian fushion karoake restaurant bar lounge… lol yea. So l had this idea of a Coronavirus event where we have discounted Corona’s but that idea was quickly shutdown lol. Yeaa…. Trading old house party stories w Nena Ricky and Kenny and compared my hookah to other hookahs used last week as the gameplan is to bring hookah to Voix.
Hit home later and friends were over playing Granblue and D&D. Bummed and stayed up late and ended the night on Supernatural.
Sat got up and felt like shit. Was dying but l didnt practice Street Fighter V and Granblue all week to skip the tournament. So got ready for the full day ahead and hit Local Host for the event The Reversal. Big turnout for a lot of games. Around 30 for Granblue, Street Fighter V and Tekken 8. Went 2 wins, 2 losses for Street Fighter V cause l suck and drop combos regardless of how many times lve done it in my life and went 3 wins, 2 losses in Granblue which l was surprised about since I’m def behind compared to all the guys that are always at my house. Street Fighter V the shimmey was still paying off well. Granblue, my combos were landing but overall, people were mad on point on their combos and damage so l decided to go a Street Fighter 101 route and throw mad fireballs and anti air the jumps, poking the rolls that are supposed to go past fireballs that didnt happen. It was working out for me pretty well. Had a lot of fun playing both games and its been a lil bit since I’ve been to a tournament. Chilled w friends for a while and then did some check delivery for the new deals l got going on. I never mail checks just incase.
Hit Voix and it was a big night. Some guests had me drinking whiskey and ughhh l died. Even w all the food l eat there before the night begins. Its rough. Me and the girls gossiped a lot and god l love my gossip lol. Its great.
Hit home and bummed w the guys till late before knocking out.
Sunday barely slept. I went to bed at 6am and woke up at 8am totally dehydrated. Damn whiskey l swear. Anytime l drink too much… 8AM EXACT everytime l wake up. Couldnt go back to sleep so got some work done and watched Supernatural on the side. House showings w Sam and Mike and then we got food at a chill spot close by. House showings werent so hot since the tenants were a mess and sleeping everywhere. But still glad l got to hang w them. Later on played some COD w the guys all night and watched more Supernatural. Just a very slow Sunday. I shoulda got more done but my head was throbbing.
3/2 Monday got up late. I slept like crazy. From the lack of sleep before and staying up late Sunday, l needed it. Did work all evening working on an inspection report and helping past clients and then got on COD for a while. Had fun and l love Cyber Attack so much. Ended the night watching YOU on Netflix.
Tuesday got up early and hit up real estate class. God class sucks so bad. Did work during class, working on home inspection reports and then finally got home in the afternoon and bummed for a lil.
Headed back out and met up w Nicolie. We got cheesecakes at Cheesecake factory and OMFGGGGGG the cheesecakes are sooo damn fucking good. Totally worth the money. Had a good time catching up and stuffing face and then shopped around KOP mall. Found a new dark green vneck at HM. Love these vnecks.
Hit home for FGC night and EricM came through and glad we got to catch up. Full night of games and chilling. Made food, lit the hookah. Full bum night and then Eric got us hooked on the show Locke and Key.
Weds did work in the morning and bummed w Eric all day. Lit the hookah and made stuffed shells. Stuffed face and watched shows and we just had a good afternoon bumming. We took a nap later on and then got up and got chinese food and bummed all evening lol. Very nice lazy day. Ended the night w hookah and practicing Granblue all night.
Thurs got up for real estate class on property management. Being a landlord, l guess class was somewhat useful but in the end, having your own system is what l think works best. You gotta adapt to your clients, not a one size fits all rule with how you operate.
Hit back towards home and yooooo got a massage at the spot close to me and yea its kinda pricey but soo worth it. My back was hurting so bad from my slumped in old sofa pieces(which are now replaced) and yooo it makes such a difference. The massage gun and electric massage thing def help a lot but a classic massage by a professional is always best. The hour went so fast though. Felt like 40 mins. Fuck the groupon massages for half off. They’re just not as good and just in the end not worth the money.
Got home and played COD for a while and we were kicking ass for the most part. Doing well in 3v3 gunfight and playing other game modes when we had more people on. Did some Granblue and work for the rest of the night.
Friday got up and had the preinstall for the windows came through to do measurements. $7k…. Ughh but l need these windows all replaced. I feel like l’ll always be broke lol.
Brown hit me up to go to BJs and we got a ton of shit. The hysteria from coronavirus really is good for these kinda businesses lol. We lit the hookah and made pizza and bummed the fuck out watching Avengers End Game. Still such an amazing movie. Just having all these heroes you know in a single movie.
Did errands for a while and then hit Voix for work. Some friends visited and had fun drinking and chilling and later on got out for 1 hour for JWL to see friends. Ran around, had drinks and caught up w friends. We ended up stuffing face at Ken’s seafood and got home mad late.
Sat got up late and did work and bummed w the guys downstairs for a bit. Hit Voix and met the Henny girls who were giving out free shots and had fun gossipping w Nena and Hyeon lol. Had a good night and tables were filling up slowly. Danced w guests, threw out candy like a boss and had a fun night drinking soju w new birthday people. Got food for the Henny girls and they were great to work w.
Hit home and watched the last episode of season 2 YOU and omFGG did not see that shit coming. Def a fun show. Read gaming news before knocking out.
Sunday got up late, did work for a lil then headed out. Got a check from Steven and then hit Christy’s new home l sold her to help her move in. Thank you for the bubble tea and ramen!! We got Terakawa ramen along w Lep and yoooo ramen is always a solid choice. Moved in all the big stuff and very happy for Christy and her new home and glad she got a solid roomate so quickly.
Got back home and the squad was playing board games and l just bummed. Catching up on more gaming news. Spent a while late night playing Granblue online finally and kicked a lot of ass. Then cleaning and Supernatural till early monday morning.
3/9 Monday still up watching Supernatural. Dropped off my car at the Honda dealer for the State Inspection then back home for work. Watching the original Star Wars trilogy while making calls and its crazy how fast l can get everything done and l just gotta kill time till people get back to me.
Got my car back and watched the new updated Pokémon movie on Netflix. Finally napped and got up later for COD. Had a good time as our probable final night on normal COD MW since Warzone(battle royale) was coming the next day. Had fun playing a variety of stuff but honestly…. I was kinda done w COD MW. The rush isnt there compared to the Battle Royale mode. Ended the night playing Jedi Fallen order late night.
Tues got up early and yooo COD WARZONEEEEEE downloaded that shit and hopped on. GAME 1 me and Goof took 2nd place outta 150 people lol. We got more 2nd and 3rd places along w playing w his friend Steven and Vince who got on later. It is very Apex like which they took the better things from Apex. Def had a lot of fun.
Got some work done and friends came through. Hack and Brown came over and just talked shit the entire time lol. Happy Hack came through. I hit him up all the time and he’s too busy having sex w his wife and being a bitch. Lots of Granblue, hookah, bagel bites and yoooo HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTK aka Plural!! Hung out for a bit but ended up knocking out early from lack of sleep.
Weds got up early for house showings w Estaban and his family. Checked out some properties and good hanging as always. Got some chinese food on the way back and did work in the evening.
Later on got Airelle and we got some food and hit my place to watch Parasite the movie since she never saw it. Stuffed face w chinese food, hookah and some rocky road icecream lol. Chilled late and had a nice night.
Thurs morning got up and dropped off Airelle and him to eat, hookah and do work before heading back out to Philly to get my haircut by Happy at Room 209. Hit house showings afterwards w Mike for a lil and then back home to pick up a Red Robin burger and do work.
Got on COD WARZONE AND YOO FIRST WINNNN!!! OEIHGOISHGOSGHo lol so yea… def loving it.
Friday got up in the evening and did work for a while and simply just played COD Warzone all night and got another 2 wins. So watched videos and decided to be a helicopter whore, flying spot the spot to lessen the chance of fights to increase the odds of winning. We focus on getting custom loadout for ghost primarily and our fav guns. Then UAVs to be safe when we move and extra armor and self revives as the last item. Sometimes Munitions box as well. Using the RPG in fights is so damn good. Friends were over and it was a chill night. Ended doing work while watching on the side Star Wars Ep 1.
Sat got up and hit house showings again w Estaban and saw some potential. Got McDonalds and hit home for COD all night lol. Got another win w Beezer and Nick. That was pretty much my entire sat lol. Ended doing work and finishing Star Wars ep 1 while doing work.

Sunday got up and kept the same schedule. Work during the day, dinner then COD Warzone all night. Friends came through and also got another 3 wins. Back to my room to do more work and watch Star Wars movies and then back on COD lol. Ended the night w Jeremiah watching Locke and Key.
3/16 Monday got up and same thing. Work and then COD and got some wins and then watched more Locke and Key. Thats seriously my entire day lol.
Tuesday, again, work, COD and got more wins, another 3. We just have a really smooth system of getting the custom loadout early, getting UAVs and our Ghost and Heartbeat sensor help soooo much. More Locke and Key w Jeremiah before knocking out.
Weds again, work during the evening, hit BJs for some food and stuff and then got on COD and yooo dunno what was up w us but we kept getting mad 2nd and 3rds. We eventually did get a win and then later on me and Jeremiah finished up Locke and Key. Watched some Altered Carbon before going to bed.
Thurs was again the same. More COD and yooo 4 wins w Beezer and Vince. We were on fire. Did some solos too. Got 5th as my best. But eventually my first solo win!!!!! It’s so intense.
Friday Ngoc came w maddd food for kbbq. Thanks Ngoc!! We stuffed face and it was good to eat like, a real meal lol. Hopped back on COD and got another 3 wins and then went into multiplayer all night to unlock the crossbow. Gonna test that out for Warzone. Played throughout the night.
Sat morning still up playing. Matt and Ngoc woke up and we smoked and ate while watching Supernatural before l finally went to sleep.
