It’s not good for me but it’s crazy what I can still push my body to do even if I’m mentally and physically tired. I get EVERYTHING done and sometimes I just gotta be up for 31 hours lol. With work being busier in my life than ever. More accepted offers at the same time and more clients than ever and then Voix as well to add on, l thought I’d either have to give up partying to a ‘I can go out rarely, if I dont got work tomorrow and I’m not tired’ or just cut down on my gaming. I’m really happy I’m still able to spend time w gaming friends and party friends and get all my work done.
It’s insane. Absolutely ridiculous I’m still able to do my work. Then play games then party. All on the same day. It’s happened a lot in the past 2 weeks and I am so happy.
4/18 Thurs got up late and did work all evening. Headed out to South st to go clothes shopping w some of the bottle girls and found some stuff at some of the stores the girls suggested. We even found one really popular outfit among the girls from the group chat. We got dinner at Reef something and it took forever for our food to come out but yooo the food was really good. Stuffed face and headed out to house showings.
Got Chris and Keisha and headed out to check out some homes. At the price range, Chris is really happy with what he can get. I’m thankful for Chris for not only working with me but also getting me a referal Erik who closes on the 25th. Thang and Minah came through too to check out homes. House shopping is more fun w more people. A lot more input on each home and its just fun in general.
Hit home to play COD BO4 and got another win and changed up some stuff in our game plan. I really like our team and the guys are just great killers. I’m good too but yooo some of the guys just murder people. I joke how it’s ‘Guard Beezer’s flank while he kills everybody’ lol.
Ended the night playing a ton of Limited Magic the Gathering Arena. Boros is too fun to play. But yoo I miss Boros Vehicles. That’s up there on most fun decks I played along w Red Deck Wins(all formats), my variant of Goblins(Legacy) and Affinity(modern).
Friday got up and hit Erik and Maggie’s future home to check on some things along with having their parents check out the home. It’s been nice working w them and the only sad thing bout closing is that all these small hang outs of house showings come to an end. Through the 8 yrs of real estate I’ve done. It’s been awesome catching up w old friends. Some I’ve known since elementary school. Even a few I’ve known since damn 2nd grade. Still it’s cool to atleast be able to spend time and catch up w childhood friends.
Hit home to watch Patriot Act on Netflix and slept 130pm-930pm..
Got up and hit Noto for JohnVu’s birthday. Happy Birthday man!! Squad was huge and met up and split bottles and DJ Chuckie was really good. Just had fun socializing and dancing w friends. Left at 145am to visit friends at Johnnie Walker Lounge and hung out till closing.
Got home to eat and stayed up all night playing Magic the Gathering Arena again.
Sat still up, hit house showings w Phil and Kristen all day and saw a ton of homes but in the end w went w the new construction we saw last time. Congrats guys!! Spent a few hours at the office going over add ons to the home and I’m really happy for them. They’re gonna love this home. But everybody is always happy w new construction. Knowing its brand new, things wont break down and have a long life span. Knowing its a FRESH home and no one has lived in it before. Working w Phil again is really like hanging w his brother Jim who is my fraternity brother and how I met Phil.
Afterwards, hit back to eat and hookah w Jeremiah a lil only to go back out. Still no sleep.
Got Allison and Jenna and hit Min’s pregame and a ton of friends came through and had a good solid pregame. Always love spending time w my sister and she was out to get lit lol. She was forcing on the shots like crazy. Corruption Crew. I convince them to come out. She convinces them to drink lol. It’s a good tag team. Thanks Min as always for setting up pregame. I love pregames and after parties at his place. The 1st floor is just so perfect for having people over.
Headed out to Johnnie Walker Lounge and friends got a table and just danced w friends all night. More friends came through and just hopped around spot to spot. Partied till bout closing and we got Halal guys afterwards and hit Min’s for an after party to eat and smoke hookah. Chilled till 4am and talked bout the night and more friends came through the night. Hit home to sleep after being up for 31 hours or so.
Sunday slept 13 hours and felt great. I love the dreams I get during deep sleep. Got up to do work for a while. Booking more house showings. Hit downstairs to hang w the guys for Board Game Night. Chilled and smoked and they were playing a new game which MattChang won. Headed to Vince’s to watch Game of Thrones and ate pizza. Vince Thuy David Elwyn Brando Charlene and Tomy. Episode was another set up and it was good and headed home afterwards to do more work then played Magic the Gathering Arena all night. Watching ChrisH play Dark Souls 3 and god I love that game. Fun watching someone else play as I play Magic. Later on got my 7 wins before 3 losses top prize as you play till ‘you lose 3 times or win 7 times first’ going w of course - Red White Boros and decided to go a hardcore mentor and small guys route. Typical red white strat. Lots of little guys 1/1 2/2 3/2 3/1 like guys that are cheap and get better as you have more cause they benefit each other. This time raising power among others when attacking and then buff spells to keep them alive and help the mentor trigger if at any point they wouldnt. Was super solid and yoo double strike. Classic swing w the double striker…. After they dont block him, I buff him and then that damage they were expecting is now much higher and they eat shit. I’m talking a 3/3 double strike creature that would hit for 6 turned into a 9/3 thats hitting for 18 lol.

4/22 Monday finally went to bed at 11am. Got back up at 2pm and checked out homes w Brian and saw a home he really likes. Good catching up in general and had a really good talk bout logic and fallacies and we went off talking bout the gamblers fallacy. Its like the weirdest thing about statistics to me that I GET IT but it stillllll is a bit weird. Flipping a coin 10000 times… if it lands heads the 1st 25 times, the next flip is still 50/50… not more likely to be tails.
Got a haircut and got some food from Giant and then hit home to work on memes for our Voix facebook page and instagram. Instagram isnt being used till we open though. Did real estate comparisons and then headed out to gamestop where Dean was working to get Mortal Kombat 11. Entered their tournament and l didnt play the beta so l wanted to go in basic. Have a solid anti air cause there is gonna be a lot of casuals jumping around and uppercut isnt totally reliable. Then some basic good buttons on the ground. Went w Noob Saibot and beat the 1st guy no problem, then was MattChang who l just had to watch out for YOLO ASS Sub-Zero slides who I got but sadly l dont know punish combos yet lol so l just punished w throw. Then lost in finals against a guy brandon who l was talking w earlier, nice guy. He beat me 2-1 and beat me final game, final round, final hittt haighaioghaisodghaoig. I just wanted to win for the sake of winning. Good job Dean for setting up the tournament and congrats on doing so well in sales in your district man! I’ve made a good number of friends since becoming friends with DeanJ and DanJ. Hit home and we had friends over anyway to play MK11 on 3 set ups all night since I have 2 playstations, if l have the game digitally, I can have it on both playstation 4s under different profiles. We played literally all night. Katsu slept over as well. Jeremiah streaming it under

Tues still up playing mad Mortal Kombat 11. Chris is liking Geras a lot, Raul is using Kotal and Noob. Jeremiah liking Cetrion and Sonya. MattK Jacqui. We have a pretty diverse group.
Worked on listings and offers and its crazy how well real estate is going lately. It’s very tiring and mentally exhausting remembering everything even with having it all written down. Slept a lil then got up for FGC night where we played mad MK11. Raul slept over. Magic the Gathering in the kitchen. Def a good night and made food and hookah for the guys. Played into weds nonstop. Watching videos, talking bout the game and playing and just had a really good night.
Weds still up, played Mortal Kombat 11 all day w Chris Jeremiah and Raul. Raul has me dying w his Kotal sunbeam being a dick, the comments made and in general, me and Raul have a lot of laughs together. And he likes hookah and loves Street Fighter 5. Got work done on the side all day on the phone and hit my PC to get house showings booked. Slept at 4pm.
Thurs got up at midnight and joined the guys. A lot of friends came over again for MK11. Lit the hookah, ate some chinese food and I’m still being open minded on my Main character. Scorpion’s tournament Variants are both appealing. Having a teleport cancel is nice so I can go for teleport mid combo and if everything is blocked, cancel it to make it safe as both teleport hit and teleport hit AMP’d are both highly punishable. The air grab is nice but l dunno. Scorpion doesnt have a great anti air being a basic uppercut that is like 70% reliable but others have weapons for bigger hitboxes and others have great anti air specials which l love. Noobs is so good. Same w Jacqui. I can anti air 95% of the time well w them. The air grab helps but l dunno…. We’ll see. I’m open to his Spear build. More damaging combos and an extra spear special move and spear buff special.
Hit closing for Erik and Maggie and things went smoothly and congrats guys on your new home!!! Very happy for them and thank you again ChrisC for the referal. We couldnt have made it there without your introduction. Hit my office to turn in the file and then hit Newtown to get shisha for the hookah. Got home and did work and did more Mortal Kombat 11.
Hit Vince’s and smoked a lil bit more before heading out to Avenger’s Endgame. Went squad dee and yoooooo there was so much feels. I really really liked it and damn…. Def need to rewatch it like 2 more times to take it all in cause so much happened. Its amazing what they did over the past 11 years. So many characters you know so well all fighting together. They wrote it alll together so well. The Infinity Stones slowly coming together in the movies.
Ended the night back home playing more Mortal Kombat 11 against MattK.
Friday got up late and did work all evening and then headed out to meet up w ChrisC. We hit Johnnie Walker Lounge and Ryan came through w his friends Matt and Trey. Met Chris’ friend Frank and we had drinks and a hookah and all had a chill hang out. I’m glad the guys quickly connected and everyone I met was pretty cool.
We then hit Noto for MAKJ and l always liked his music. TinaT and Marium joined and we had a solid squad. Last table left was inbetween 2 groups of friends. Right side VIP tables, the asian hallway. You can dance and socialize between the VIP tables. Alec got a table too close by and Shemmay came through to join as well. Danced and socialized all night and had a really fun night. Just did shots and had fun seeing everyone meet and become friends. I love that. I just like when everyone knows everyone and its one big group rather than scattered friends ya know?
Afterwards, drove the guys all back before hitting home and passing out. I drank too much.
Sat got 3 hours of sleep and woke up and hit the Magic the Gathering tournament at Oxford Valley Mall. Mike, Adam and Dean joined up and entered the sealed event for the new set, War of the Spark. Built red white but switched to white black cause l had soooo much black creatures that were 3 drops. Not much combat tricks though at all. Went 2 wins, 2 losses, 1 tie cause this set is very atrocious. Everyone needs to keep handling each others planeswalkers cause as cheap as all these new ones are, they are annoying enough that you need to kill them asap.
Lost to Mike actually on the final game. Haha Mike I’m never letting you draw another 7 after you mulligan again. Not in tournament anyway. Glad the guys came out and good shit Dean going 5 wins 2 losses!! Hit back to hookah w Jeremiah for a minute and then we headed out for Go for Broke in Philly for Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter 5. Oddly 6 years ago exactly l did the exact same thing this date. Magic in the morning, a Netherealm studio game, Injustice 1 6 yrs ago and Ultra Street Fighter 4. Then partying. So entered and ran the bracket for Street Fighter 5. A lot of friends came through and good seeing EricB again!! Met his wife and friend and introduced them to my friends and we all hung out. Everyone listened well making brackets and we had 4 set ups and had the first 8 matches ready to go as everyone knew what set up they’d be on. Lost my first match to an Ed mirror match to the guy that took 2nd place. Won my next match then lost my third to my roomate ChrisH. Good shit Raul on taking 3rd.
Headed out to Shemmay’s bar Rose Bar and set up the hookah and friends started to come through. Got food and drinks and took a big table to hang out. Met some of Shemmay’s friends and we all hung out all night. Singing songs, having drinks, smoking hookah and eating food. Shemmay also beat me at pool. I was doing really bad, then 4 in a row then started to suck again. The food was really good and was housed it quickly. Hung out till closing and then hit back home to chill and play Mortal Kombat 11.
Sunday got up early and met up with Lynn in Chinatown. We were hunger and we decided on ramen and got Terakawa as thats the main ramen spot of philly. Stuffed face and caught up on a lot of stuff and yoo it was so nice out that day. So we hit the Franklin Institute and checked out the Marvel Exhibit which was mad cool. Just cool seeing some used in movie costumes and we also ran around some of the other parts of the place. Very educational lol. We had a lot of fun but l felt bad cursing and shit all around the lil kids. Lynn was laughing even though she was saying she cant bring me anywhere. Thank you again for taking me for my birthday Lynn!!!!!!11 We got Imani next and got drinks at Davio’s and bummed for a while and they loooveee my fucked up jokes. We all going to hell. Dropped them off afterwards and hopefully can see them again sooner than a long break again.
Hit home to do mad work quickly and then did a lil lil Mortal Kombat 11 training and then hit Vince’s for Game of Thrones and yoooooo lol dope episode, some questionable things but whatever. Afterwards, THE ENTIRE INTERNET WAS SPOILING. NO ONE GAVE A SINGLE SHIT lolol. I was actually impressed how there wasnt much spoiling for the last 2 episode and for Avengers Endgame and then this episode happens and its like the whole world won the Superbowl, posting up mad memes, mad status’, you couldnt go anywhere on the internet without hearing bout it lol. Rewatched it again at Vince’s and then hit back to rewatch it a third time w the guys. Knocked out immedietly after from lack of sleep the last few days.
4/29 Monday got up at 10am and did work and work errands all day. Got a new lockbox at Home Depot and got $150 worth of food at BJ’s.. God damn it. Hit home to eat and then headed right back out.
Got ChrisC and we checked out homes and found one that has a lot of potential. Its been pretty fun house hunting w him since we always got 50 things to talk about on the trip. Dropped him off and Erica was down for food and l have been CRAVING congee for a while for some reason and we hit M kee and got food. Got a ton of food and just stuffed face and talked bout old times….. :( Its crazy all that can happen in a short period of time. We got some tswirl too which l really do like but l rarely get it in Chinatown oddly. I always get the exact same blueberry icecream one. Trading secrets and gossiped w Erica and then dropped her off and headed out to more house showings.
Checked out more homes w Brian and Somanette and re-looked at one they really liked. Hit back home and did work real quick, sending out listings and stuff and then got on Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 w Vince DavidH and Beezer and we got 3 wins in Blackout(battle royale). We so good lol. Re-watching Game of Thrones again cause you know, its cool and knocked out early.
Tuesday got up and hit Kristen and Phil’s home l sold them back in 2013. We had the photographer come in for pics and l took a good look around. Excited to sell this one and get them in their new home. Hung out w them for a lil and then headed back home and worked all evening. Closings, new accepted offers, new listings. Its A LOT of little things. I mean, takes 2 mins to take care of each thing but its just A LOT of little things that make it seem overwhelming till l actually get to my PC to get everything done.
Later on friends came for FGC night. Made these guys a ton of food this time. Chips and different salsas. Fried rice. Bagel bites and lit the hookah. Eric and Kristine came through too and lm glad they got to meet everyone, some they met on sat. Had a lot of fun hanging out and playing Smash and later on ran gauntlet on Mortal Kombat 11 and Street Fighter V against a ton of friends. Gabe using Urien?! Interesting. Good games though homie! Also crazy matches w Titus as well. At 3am l just knocked out.
