In other news, sadly an old friend Tommy Por has passed. He was that fun dude totally confident and got along w everyone. First time I saw him was him battling in Virginia in a 2v2 or 3v3 BBoy competition and the kid has zero fucks and it was awesome. Later became friends w him and his group that was squad deep and hung w them a lot when I still danced. He battled cancer and I know things were getting better for him the last I spoke w him. I’m sad he’s gone and a lot of our friends are really hurt right now.
Shout out to Tommy. I’m going to miss you man.
With everything else. I’ve kinda been overwhelmed. I got more real estate clients than ever. Work w Voix is piling on more but I’m glad we got so much done in the past months and I’m so excited for our opening. Knocking out things on my To Do list where it’s actually getting pretty low and it’s mentally relieving. That list is stressful when I look at it but it feels so good not worrying bout forgetting something because it’s on the list. Also deleting something off the list is so great. There’s too many good shows and video games to play. I have new video games that I haven’t touched yet or played twice that I spent more time reading bout the game I own than actually playing it lol.
It’s weird cause like, I work less than 40 hours a week but I’m always doing something. Everything kinda just works out though. Just like EVERYTHING in the past. It’s all temporary problems or things that need to be done and it gets fixed or completed. Now I just got more on my plate but I know in the end, I’ll still be just fine so in general, my stress is still really low even w more to do.

Slept then got up late for a conference call and then cod where we won a game cheesing it out. 2 trauma kits outlander and medic. I outlive everyone. We were pinned and had to go out to fight. The guys went out to fight while I hid and healed and we won. Such a dirty win. I love it.
Ended the night doing sfv stuff and hanging w the roomies. Spaghetti and meatballs and Devil May Cry Demo and videos. Played a lil bit of Hitman 2 then afterwards gaming news before knocking out.
Friday got up and did work and bummed downstairs w the roomies. Played some Street Fighter V Ed for a while before heading out to dinner. Met up w RyanW Gunnar MikeK and JackK at Suraya which is a very highly rated spot in Philly. I dunno that much about like nice places to eat so its good the guys just pick a hot spot and l just follow along. Usually l like to call the shots on nearly everything but stuff like this, it’s best to let my friends who eat at places like this often to make the shots.
So got to dinner and its just nice getting dinner w these guys. Talked about everything we had going on and yooooo… the food was ridiculous. So we got the tasting menu which, l think just makes sense when trying out a new spot. You get a little bit of everything, you get more food for your dollar and it’s not like l do this every 3 days so might as well splurge a little. We got a ton of peta’s w ALLL sorts of different hummus and other things to mix with and we were housing this food. Me and Ryan killed the rest of what was remaining. I hate wasting food. Esp if its a lot of new things I’ve never had before. Our main dishes came out but honestly, l didnt know how to pronounce anything or what l even ordered. Me and the guys just shared everything anyone which family style is the way to go. You get to try everything.
Dinner was great and I do need to go out of my way more to see these guys more often than once every month or two. I see what their sced is like and also, not living as close as we use to(me Jack and Mike all went to high school together) makes it tougher as well. Factor in rush hour traffic and how much our lives changed now, it’s not easy. But lm really happy we still make time for each other.
I def wanna join in on one of Ryan and Gunnar’s podcast sometime to talk about networking or maybe just how things changed over the last decade or whatever. They had Jack do an episode with them the night before dinner.

After dinner, gave Jack and Mike a ride back to their home in Center City. Glad l got to see Mike too and its been even longer and l feel like a bad friend not being around. Double dates w Mike and Sam kinda ended since me and Nicah broke up which kinda sucks. Mike and Sam are also gonna be gone a lot of March so lm glad l got to see Mike atleast before he left.
Afterwards…. Yea… l kinda just went back home. So l was considering just yolo going out alone and l know l woulda found friends at Johnnie Walker Lounge or Noto but my body has been just spent, l just hit home. As l was driving, l got calls to come out which if l was still in Philly, l prob woulda ended up going out but l was already back on I95 at that point.
Hit home to play more Street Fighter 5 but this time ‘for fun’ as l played on my trash Silver ranked Zangief account and laughed at SPD’ing other low rank players and fucking around. Ended the night w the roomies watching 2 episodes of Umbrella Academy which l really like.
So later on Chris Brando Angie Jeremiah Josh and Janelle all made it through to hang. Just bummage throughout the house. We made sushi w the sushi bazooka and my shit looked like ass hahahaha. The guys asked ‘when Rita does it, it doesnt look like this’ but also when Rita made Poke Bowl herself for the FIRST TIME ever, her presentation was Instagram worthy. I dont have that clean female touch like her. My shit is Frat Bro Level ok guys, just be happy you eating free sushi and got hookah to enjoy while you wait. My friends are so demanding.
We all played more At Sundown and just rotated people in. Smoked hookah and also made dumplings to substitute the sushi. Ended the night watching Star Wars Solo where everyone was knocking out at. Was gonna just go to bed after cause l was so dead but then Angie but on Thor Ragnarok which…. I think is actually my favorite Marvel movie and l was like ‘fuck it, angie if l pack another hookah, you down to smoke?’ and she was so stayed up even later and smoked while watching Thor lol.
Afterwards, stopped by Vince’s for some stuff and then hit back to do work for Voix but then Vince forced me to get on COD BO4 since Peter couldnt play too long lololol. So got on and yooo it was rough. Couldnt get a win that evening sadly.
Later on people came for ‘board game night’ but its my house so its just gonna be Sunday hangouts from now on. Cause its really a free for all of friends doing whatever lol. Smoked hookah, made the guys pasta and meatballs and played a new friend in Street Fighter V, Sophat who has a really good Urien l couldnt get. His set ups were nasty…. And he’s looking for a rental so now working w him on that. See… who needs to work with strangers when you have a network like this. Clients just showing up at my house lol. Set up At Sundown and played that for a lil as well and then joined in on a podcast cause l was like fuck it l wanna try and joined Chris Brando and Alex on the podcast bout Devil May Cry.
Ended the night watching Evo Japan Street Fighter 5 and knocked the fuck out. Went to my room and slept before 1am…. Yea…. this is weird. Do I have aids?!
2/25 Monday got up at 11am and started a REALLY PRODUCTIVE day. So like, l guess w all this rest, it’s good for me. Knocked out SOOO much work for real estate, DNA nightlife and Voix. I really do love Mondays. I ALWAYS get a lot done on Mondays. Took care of some of my personal to do list as well and yooo… another new client, an old friend who use to live in Philly wanting to invest in properties. I’m a great agent and all that but what really does it for me is my friends. Seriously, the HARDEST part of real estate is finding a steady stream of clients. Lucky for me, l have a lot of friends. They buy and sell and they also refer my to their friends. About 30% of my clients are my friend’s friend. I’m just always thankful for it.
Hit downstairs and cleaned like crazy from having friends over the night before. Mad dishes, tables and cooked some pork butt w rice and watched Dynasties on BBC. Worked on real estate stuff and then stuff for DNA Nightlife and Voix.
Hopped on COD later on and we got 2 wins, 1 of them me being a cheap bitch and hiding and healing outside of the circle. Ended the night w Brando Chris and Jeremiah watching Spider-Man Into the Spiderverse which was really good and then watched some Entourage.
Tues had work in the evening and then got Vince. We got pho and did Voix interviews at night and def found some more potential. Afterwards, hit back home for FGC night and made the guys massive amounts of fried rice. Played some games and had some sets w Phatboi’s Kolin.
We also had Dead or Alive 6 early cause one of the guys just has the hook up like that. Played some DOA6 and oh mannnn memories started coming back. I was really into Dead or Alive 2 and 3 and played a bit of 4. Thats crazy Dead or Alive 2 was from 1999… 20 yrs ago. And the same concepts still apply lol. 3D fighters dont change as much from each iteration. Played some Jann Lee, Hitomi and Hayate. My mains in that order forever. Obviously replace Hayate w Ein during DOA2. Chilled till 330am.

Weds hit a marketing meeting w Steven and Vince and time flew by. We got food at China Gourmet which was really good. Thanks for the food Steven. I tried new things at dinner and well… l’m open minded but sometimes l was still right bout what ld think bout things before. Hit home for COD and got on and got a win w Min Vince and Beezer. Ended the night playing online w Zangief on ranked on a seperate Zangief account. Had fun churning butter.

Afterwards played some Dead or Alive 6 and relearning the entire game fresh now that l think differently than my jr high and high school self. Played games and caught up on gaming news and all this shit all night.
Friday morning still up, bothered Chris and Jeremiah WAKE AND BAKE lol but its just hookah. Flipped on Umbrella Academy and smoked hookah and chilled all morning. Slept at lunch time and got up at 9pm and Plural Chang and Brando came through too. Tekken was being played, later watched the Fate/Stay night movie which was dope. Played Dead or Alive 6 and hung out till 6am.
Dropped off everyone and hit home and Brando Chris Jeremiah and Janelle were home and we just lit the hookah and chilled…. Till 9am lol. We just talked bout all tons of shit and were laughing all morning.
Sunday still up, ended up playing Street Fighter V w Chris w other characters for a while. 12pm headed out to get Dim Sum at China Gourmet w Jeff Steven Lily Thuy and Vince. Food was amazing and l havent done Dim Sum in forever. Thank you Steven for the lunch man!!
Afterwards, slept and then got up later for a conference call for a lil. Was on the phone w the real estate team for a bit afterwards too and then people were over for board games and Dead or Alive 6.
3/4 Monday still up did a lot of work for Voix and then hit my car inspection. Thanks Chris for getting me. Watched Spectral w Chris while eating and smoking and then got my car later on and then slept. Later on got up for interviews w Vince and found 3 really great potential.
Later on COD BO4 w the guys and tried the new Hot Pursuit mode. MAD FUN!! Its really silly and over the top and I like that in video games. Hitman does a great job never taking itself too seriously. Had fun jumping in vehicles, hunting other people down, rocketing vehicles from the helicopter and all this shit. It was a lot of silly fun. We got no wins though lol.

Afterwards, hit Philly for house showings with EmilyD but l was a bit early and had to poop. Where can I go w clean bathrooms that I dont need to buy something to use the bathroom and its not 1 or 2 stalls where people will bang on the door?!?!?!

Ok so this strip club is amazing for everything including the tits. So lets knock this outta the way, the girls here are the best in Philly and every guy that goes to strip clubs in Philly agree hands down. It’s been the top spot for a while now.
Ok so besides the boobs, what else?! Well, parking lot so you can park freely and get inside hassle free. No cover till 5pm. CLEAN BATHROOMS and also… FREE HOT FOOD AT 5pm!!
So if you are ever just lost in Philly and you need a place chill, poop and/or eat FOR FREE….. Delilah’s Gentlemen Club is your safe haven. Also the dancers dont go around asking you for a dollar, you only spend if you wanna get lapdances or want to throw money at them. What a place!!!
Ok back to my story…
So met up w Emily and checked out a spot that has a lot of potential. Only flaw, New Age Realty, these people suck. Of course the lockbox didnt work and we had to swing by to get the spare key. Theres always SOMETHING w seeing their homes.
Next hit Feasterville Gamestop to reserve Devil May Cry 5 and Mortal Kombat 11. Thank you Dean!! Always getting my games from him.
Hit back and it was FGC night. Mad friends came through and just had fun playing games and chilling eating. Thanks Adam for making food!! Very nice the guys help out so much bringing food and drinks and help setting up the hookah and stuff. Laughed a lot playing games and me and Raul have the best fights. We laugh a lot. Did some At Sundown and the guy really liked that. Kept it 2v2. So many game modes, guns, maps. Really great FGC night and glad everyone came through.
Weds got up and got a massage from Groupon. Got a dude though… Im not homophobic but I def prefer a girl. Massage was good though and did good work on my lower back and feet which has been killing for a bit. Got Arbys afterwards and did work all evening.
Hit a Voix meeting and got a lot done and showed the guys what I’ve been working on and thank you for the Popeyes Steven!! Always a good time hanging w the guys in general. Hit home and played COD BO4 w the guys and we got a win. Yayyy!!!
Thurs got up late and hit Gamestop to grab the receipt for Devil May Cry 5 so roomates could get it for me since I would be in the movies during release.
Hit Mirim to eat korean food w Brando David Vince and Thuy and then we saw Captain Marvel which was good but on the Marvel standard, it was aiight. Dont need to watch it again. My overall favorite Marvel movie is Thor Ragnarok. Overall though if you’re a Marvel Fan, go see it.
Hit home and finished the last level of Hitman on the hardest difficulty. Took me prob 5 hours total to get it right since you get no saves on the hardest difficulty so it was a lot of trial and error. Then I play it again and kill my targets in other routes just to see it for fun. Lit the hookah and watched Umbrella Academy for a while and ended my night reading gaming news.
Friday got up and did mad work since I’d be MIA for a while. Made mad calls trying to get a squad for AC but l know its a trip and people were bailing out. Cancelled the trip and got Ivy and we got Hot Pot w Vince Thuy Steven and Lily. Food was good and Vince said if another couple goes, lets go. Steven and Lily couldnt but DIckson and Heng were down and we yolo went and got there mad late. I’m talking like past midnight just to get the room and stuff. Got stamped and used the stamp rub on other people trick for Ivy and Heng since Heng forgot her ID in Philly.
Pregammed and then hit down for bottles and hot tub. So they gave us the BIG hot tub that l wish we knew we could get. I thought that was for anyone. So it can hold 23 people where the one we always take is only 7 people though we load in 30 people sometimes lol. So we had this huggeeee hot tub to ourselves. Played games for shots and relaxed and had drinks and just had a really good time even w a small group. Our group was solid and l guess l dont always need to get hell squad deep. I’ve always been a more the merrier kinda person but quality is just as important and quantity. Had a lot of fun and we partied till 4am….. The place closed. I never partied there till closing before lol.
Got wings and smoked hookah and hung out till around 6am before going to bed lol.
Sat got up and dropped everyone off and then back out for house showings. No time to go home. Met up w Erik and Maggie, a new couple l met thanks to ChrisC for introducing me. A really motivated nice couple looking in Brewerytown and we checked out 9 homes. Which is usually a long day but since all homes were in the same town, it went pretty past. Saw 3 potentials of the 9 and then hit home finally. Got a hoagie and hit home to eat and work and watch Fresh off the Boat.
Hit a conference call for the website and worked on that for the next 2 hours w the team and then back out to Philly again lol.
Met up w Domkey Rosie Danielle Adam Goof Jackie Jill and 2 more girls as they got outta the Philly Fashion Show and we got drinks and food and hung out for a while. Glad to see Goof again and nice meeting his girl Jackie finally. Next we hit Barcade for a lil and then ended my night at Johnnie Walker Lounge to see friends. Friends had bottles of course and just hopped around catching up w friends.
Ended the night hitting home to eat the rest of the hoagie and other food while watching Fresh off the Boat and then chilled w Jeremiah as he was playing Devil May Cry 5 while l caught up on my gaming news w the hookah lit.
Sunday got up and picked up Ivy and we hit BJs since l needed food for a while and hit my place to chill all day. Bummed it and started watching this show Lucifer she suggested based off the DC comic book. Def a chill fun show. Made salmon and stuffed face and later took a nap. My lack of sleep lately has got me hurting. Got up and more friends came over for board games and chilling and some of the dudes chilled and watched the show w us. Really chill night which is what l needed after that long ass saturday. Dropped Ivy off late night and hit home to chill w the guys remaining.
3/12 Monday got up to work on stuff for real estate and Voix and then did a lil conference call going over my work. Afterwards me Vince David and Beezer won 2 games on COD BO4 Blackout due to my outlander and medic/consumer trick twice. All we gotta do is wipe a team. Take their meds and find a safe spot in the second to last circle. Finished up playing Hitman on the hardest difficulty doing it Suit Only. Ran through it pretty fast since I know the maps so well. Sniper Rifle makes everything easier. The guys were on Devil May Cry 5 and then hookah, soup and Umbrella Academy before going to bed.
Now for Hackney and friends yayyyyyy!!!!111 While back for Thanksgiving.
