I really dont know how much longer I can last like this but lm hanging on lol. I really do love being w friends and yea.... I'm with friends nearly everyday and it's tiring alongside work and getting personal things done. But FOMO kicks in so bad. I stayed in one night l coulda went out on a WEDS and of course, l miss out on the best night ever...
I think if I drink more water, excersise and stuff, I'll be better to keep up w what I'm doing but it's just a time struggle game. I'll figure it out.
My past 2 weeks :)

5/30 Weds got up and hit house showings w Soy. Caught up as l havent seen her in a lil bit and we checked out some potential properties. Got my haircut finally and hit home to do work all evening. Was watching some of the Eleague tv show that my friend RobTV got on. Funny to see him on a reality show. Took it easy still doing work all night and later on worked on Magic the Gathering for a WHILE brewing decks.
Just old school, building off an idea. The way we use to do it as kids rather than just looking up top decks and buying them. Magic really has changed. From buying packs, trading with friends and making the best 5 color big creature yolo deck you could to understanding the game, making 1-2 color decks w a plan then finally growing up, using the internet to just find whatever you wanted and just buy it cause lm making money. Both are fun in their own way.
Later on played some Street Fighter V and then ended up on facetime w Nicah before going to bed.
Thurs got up late and bought Detroit Become Human on the ps4. Did work for a while and played a lil Street Fighter 5 and then got popeyes and hit Nicah’s. Jeremiah came to hang out and we had Nicah play most the time. Andy Erica Jess and Min were with us part of the time as well.
WE PLAYED 12 HOURS STRAIGHT and omgggahhhh what a game. I should’ve bought it hard copy knowing l’d finish it soon and could use that $40 or so trade in for something else. We literally just ran through the game and enjoyed it. Def dope hype moments. Chases, fights, crazy decisions. Great story, amazing future concept and just a REALLY good time. I was hype for this game for over 2 yrs only to run through it in 12 hours. That’s what can be sad about some video games. It’s such a good time but it can be so short sometimes. Anyway… smoked hookah and ate food throughout the night and played till 11am in the morning lol.
Friday got up at 7pm. Ordered food, bummed and later on we headed out to get bubble tea and visit friends at Johnnie Walker Lounge. It was ChrisC’s bday and came through to chill and dance w everyone. I planned not to drink but was forced down shots. Nicah didnt help save me so l didnt help save her lol. Chasing w bubble tea was a bad choice lol. Had fun dancing and spending time w everyone and later on headed out to have a lil after party. Just food and hookah as always.
Sat we got up early and Alex came through. We got Domkey and Rose and the 5 of us hit Baltimore for Bounme’s bbq. Bounme always makes banging ass food. There was a lot of different good food. The ribs though omggggahhh. Lit the hookah, played Piccolo that Goof had on his phone and caught up w a ton of friends. Played w Alem on SFV but bounme didnt download Ed or any season 2 characters. I feel like everyone napped at one point lol. We literally just ate throughout the entire day lol. 10 hours of hookah, drinks and food. It’s interesting how for centuries, people get together to eat, smoke and drink. It’s so simple but always so fun.
We finally pced out around midnight. Thank you Bounme for the food!! Def a really good day. Got back home late and was pretty tired but ended up smoking hookah and eating and watching Dexter before knocking out.
Sunday got up and hit house showings w Min and his parents to a property we previously checked out. Afterwards hit home for a lil and then got ready for a team photoshoot. Good to see the team in full and meet our newest team member. Hit back home to do a ton of week and set myself up for house showings and picking up keys for listings. Got a lot going on. I’m very excited for the next few weeks but lm gonna be tired as fuck from all the running around. Still… I like that real estate is active and it’s a lot of creative thinking. Worked on Magic the Gathering decks and also my Brawl deck came in. Depala, Pilot Exemplar Commander - Go Fast deck. Focused on dwarfs/vehicles. A fun aggro deck. Bummed the rest of the night, getting a lot of junk done. Trying to kill my personal to do list.
6/4 Monday got up and did work all evening. Was mad productive as I like to be on Mondays. I know most people hate Mondays but my work is pretty different than most. Its pretty much get stuff done, wait for responses. Got groceries in the evening, deposited checks and hit Philly.
First hit TaskUp to take a few pics and put the lockbox on as it’ll be up for listing soon. Get mad food at Quality Taste Jamaican and brought in groceries to Nicah’s. We hit up Domkey and Rosie’s place to eat and hookah on the deck. Ahhh… lm gonna miss Deck House sooo much. So many good evenings up there. Had a really nice chill evening and the weather was perfect. Food was dope and smoked hookah and bummed till later than we expected.
Ended the night hanging back at Nicah’s, smoking more hookah, watching Andy and Erica play Detroit Become Human and eventually hit home at 3am.
Tues got up early and did work all morning. More groceries for FGC night and set up for friends to come over. Ton of friends as always made it through and messed w some games of Magic the Gathering and some Street Fighter V. Always fun having my rival match w Gabriel and just tried to play everyone atleast once for Street Fighter V who plays it. Glad Chris came through, an Ed player l met at Local Host a while back and also Raul made it who is a good Akuma player l met at The Lab. Just like adding more chill dudes to the group. Nicah even came through to chill. Played games, made burgers, lit hookahs all the way till 3am w friends.
Weds dropped off Nicah at the train station and then met up w Ryan for keys for the listing. Got lunch and we talked about a lot of stuff coming up. I’m def excited for this listing. Afterwards, met up w a leasing manager to settle some things for Somanette’s rental then back out to Ryan’s listing to check out the place now that it’s been fixed up. Looks amazing and it should sell immediately.
Hit home to do more work and then ended up playing Street Fighter V all night and eating while watching Boruto. There was a chance l was gonna go to Local Host then out to Johnnie Walker but l wanted to just get so much done at home which l did…. But l did end up missing out big time. Apparently weds Johnnie Walker was insane…. Ughhh… this is why l must go out everytime people saying somethings happening…. Cause when l dont, l missed out on the best night ever…. Again.
Thurs got up and got Nicah from the train and then we went back to nap lol. Got up later to go out w my cousin before he hit back to China and stuffed face at the Hong Kong King Buffet. Going back… its just aiight. I use to praise that place but this trip the food really was just ok.
Hit back to Philly and got Domkey and we saw Deadpool 2 which l liked a bit more than the 1st Deadpool. There was a few jokes that were SO BASIC AND STUPID that it was funny again. Like the jokes that is the 1st thing to come to mind that you really shouldn’t use but its funny because its so basic.
Afterwards, hit back to Nicah’s and along w Erica and Andy, we looked up 4 player co op games to buy for the ps4. We’re gonna do Overcooked of course but there’s other games that seem mad fun. They played Detroit Become Human and then late night l drove them along w Min to the airport. Watched Megalobox and ate before we knocked out.
Friday got up to eat and watched more Megalobox. Good suggestion Andres. Played the Hitman Sniper challenge which was mad fun and corky as Hitman is a game that doesnt take itself too seriously and l love that about the game. There was SO MUCH MORE than just killing the 3 targets and their body guards. SO MUCH more going on. You just have to look. It’s straight up great gameplay mixed in w humor and easter eggs. In the end, Hitman is just entertainment.
Played some Street Fighter V for a lil and then friends came over to drink hookah and play beer pong. Just bummed it all night since l had a very big 3 days ahead. We played Overcooked and smoked a lot of hookah lol. So bad. Ended up watching The Wailing late night and yoooo def a cool movie. Knocked out mad late.
Sat got up early, like 9am early and hit house showings w Morgan. Def a lot of potential in a new construction neighborhood we saw and it was good to finally meet ScottD’s girlfriend.
Drove back to Chinatown and got cake for Long’s surprise bday and pokebowl for me, Jeremiah and Nicah and hit back to eat. Back out again to Chinatown for more house showings w Serena. Saw one apartment l liked in Chinatown and good hanging out. Glad she’ll be moving into Philly.
Hit back to Nicah’s to nap then got up at 8pm to set up Long’s surprise party. A ton of friends came through and we got the surprise him w cake and drinks. Ordered some pizza hut for everyone and had fun eating, drinking, smoking and playing beer pong. Did some shots and had a fun pregame. The champange and mixed drinks however got us drowsy and we were outta it for a lil. We did start drinking really early. Got up for round 2 and hit Noto. Long got bottles and we had a lot of friends make it through to come dance w us. Danced most the night but got burnt out acting ridiculous part of the time w Nicah. Friends got bottles above us and to the side of us and just had a really good full night at Noto. Ended the night w a small after party and we watched the movie The Ritual which l liked.
Sunday me and Nicah slept the day away and got up for David and Hang’s event to show the world their 1 month old daughter Taylor Jessica. Got seated w family friends and lm glad Nicah got to meet a lot of them. It’s crazy how many friends l’ve made because of Vee. Mostly through the connections of her entire family that I’ve gotten to know for the last 13 years. Dinner was AMAZING as the selection of food was perfect.
Finally got to meet David and Hang’s daughter and I’m really happy for them. They have been together forever. It’s really interesting seeing the new generation at an event like this. Makes me feel old. But it is nice seeing Taylor Jessica. Also seeing Chris and Solena’s kids… oh man… its still something lm adjusting to. Seeing my friend’s kids. Had a lot of fun at dinner and ended up doing shots because in general, this overall squad likes to drink lol. Collected left over food and afterwards we said bye and headed over to Johnnie Walker Lounge to bring food to the staff who couldn’t make it to David and Hang’s event because someones gotta be working. Lit hookahs and did shots and had fun singing and socializing all night. More and more friends came through from the event earlier and it was a good way to end a weekend.
Hit back to Nicah’s and Hana tore up the apartment lol. Ate, smoked and watched Megalobox before hitting home.
Got home early Monday morning.
6/11 Monday still up all night working and got so much done for all my clients/friends. Caught up on my gaming news and other bullshit and finally slept at 230pm. Woke up at 7pm and started watching E3 w Domkey Bounme Hack and Adam as we were just talking bout it on FB messenger the whole time. Def some games l’m interested in.
