It’s so crazy seeing lil kids gamble off one of THE BEST GAMBLING GAMES EVER and it still makes me laugh. Gong! Gong! I’m a shrimp and gong guy personally.
2/11 Sunday still up, did work and then me and Nicah ate while watching Dexter into Monday.
2/12 Gave Nicah a backmassage and then slept finally at 8am and we woke up…. At 10pm…. Got groceries and ate and watched more Dexter lol. Dropped her off late and hit home to do mad work. Played some Monster Hunter and then watched old youtube gaming clips when l use to stream. I miss a lot of games. For Honor and Evolve. Evolve is sadly dead now. I was so great at that game w over 70 wins and like 11 losses or something w Wraith. There was just so many mind games and when youre facing 4 people, SOMEONE of the group is dumb lol.
Played more Monster Hunter into Tues cause lm obsessed.
Tues was just playing Monster Hunter and doing real estate work allll day. Like allll day lol. AdamW and Wilton joined in too and played w them all night. The game is just epic ass boss battles that doesnt feel like youre locked in the ring w them. Later in the game, seeing other monsters fight each other often is so epic. Seeing 3 monsters in a fight is just carnage and its great. Went to bed at 830pm.
Weds got up at 330am and did work all early morning. Played some Monster Hunter World and caught up on my gaming news and then worked in the evening. A lot to do for both real estate and the 18+ Noto event we were setting up. Napped in the evening and then got up to get Nicah and we hit The Olde Bar for Valentine’s Day.
The food was REALLY GOOD but it was pretty damn pricey for the amount of food we got. I finally had wagyu steak but yo honestly… its overhyped. It was good and all but l rather have a Filet Mignon or Filet Oscar. The other items we got though were all really good and unique. It was a tease how much we got of each though. Def wanna try seeing if we can make any of it another time. Dinner overall was great. Hit home and knocked out afterwards.
Friday got up late and worked on DNA work all night for our event. Me and Nicah hit Shogun to stuff face w sushi. Never a bad choice. Afterwards, held pregame at Nicah’s and played David in 10cup beer pong for $5. Thanks for the donations David lol.
Sat got up early as we both had nightmares lol. She got her nails done and l got my eyebrows did and l look fucking fabulous. Got mexican food at the Reading Terminal next door and that place is fun and all but so hectic. Hit back to Nicah’s to plan the AC trip and took a nap.
Got up later and we got RachL, Marisa and Zack and hit AC. Got our room and got wings cause the wings are so dope there. We set up pregame and slowly friends came through to drink. Had a really fun pregame and headed downstairs before midnight to get stamped.
More pregame afterwards and then a bit after midnight hit downstairs to our table. Usually we jump in the hot tub a little later but it keeps starting earlier and earlier and lm loving it. So we went into the hot tub squad deep. Dancing in the hot tub all night was amazing. Paola played a great set as usual and we just had a great time drinking and dancing there all night. After that, l dont even wanna do the dance floor anymore at The Pool. It’s nice to be with just the people l came with, in our own area with our own bottles lol. I know that sounds so anti social but honestly, I dont care bout anyone else there. Nicah was dancing like a hoe. I liked it huehue.
Ended the night getting a bunch of food for everyone since there was some left over cash from diving up the price w the guys. Had an after party till 430am and then afterwards drove Zack Marisa and Rach back to Philly. Got stuff from Nicahs then got back to my place at 630am. Did work and watched Planet Earth before sleeping lol.
Sunday got up late and we got Ahi sushi w Zack and Marisa and then hit Vince’s. Thuy got that chinese new year gambling game, Gong Crab Rooster. I played house and won $105 lol. It’s such an addicting game. We played chinese Sorry and won $3 off that too. Then switched to poker which l lost $18. Beat David in foosball for a bonus $2. So much gambling…. But after everything. I lose about $100 a month lol. So pretty much a meal a week.
Hit home and did mad work for both real estate and DNA nightlife then we made fried rice and ate while watching Dexter.
2/19 Monday we slept the entire day away. Like got up at 10pm……
Afterwards, had house showings w Soykum and saw some potential. Afterwards got groceries at Hmart and Giant and then hit home to work and chill.
Later on friends came over for FGC night. Played Street Fighter V and Dragonball FighterZ and lit the hookah and had food. Even showed the guys the gong shrimp rooster game and won $25 real quick being house. I kinda feel dirty. That game is making me too much money fast. But I feel bad cause it’s friends. Justified since I always cook them food and light the hookah though lol. Had a good time getting some last minute games in and knocked out before midnight.
Did more work in the evening afterwards then hopped on Monster Hunter w AdamW and Weili. Weili just got it and had fun running around, slaying shit lol. Hit poker at Vince’s and lost $9 but l was -$55 at one point. I kept buying in at $10 which just isnt enough and eventually bought in for $20 and started making a comeback. Lost $1 to Elwyn and won $1 off David in foosball. I gotta just play safe. I bluff wayyyy too often.
Thurs got up at 1pm to do work. Ate watching Boruto and packed for the weekend and hit my house showings w Somanette. Showings went well but it’s such a seller’s market right now we can’t get a deal and have to be so aggressive.
Hit Nicah’s afterwards and had pregame. Friends came through to get tickets and drink and then hit Noto for Dimitri Vegas. Ran around taking care of friends/guests and had a lot of fun. The music was good and hype but he’d start a new build up soooo quickly after the beat previously dropped and you’d get hype and feel it and then… new build up. Over and over again. My emotions were confused as they were inconsistent lol.
Had a small after party to end the night and slept as early as l could which was like 4am.
Later on had pregame again and my sister came through. Had a fun pregame and omggg corgi’s everywhere. Good to see Ari again. Cute seeing Ari meet her lil sister Hanna but they didnt get along. Both are so alpha.
Hit Noto for Blau which was aiight. Honestly… he ended at 130am which l was confused on and then DJ who finished was even better lol. But the opener cant and shouldnt be playing the best tracks. The club bangers are left for the headliner. I guess the last DJ was like ‘Fuck it, I’m ending the night on a good note’. Danced a lot and yooo dancing and sex is not enough of a work out. My legs were so beat. Happy Birthday Tina!!!!!!111 My promoter Tina is finally 21 and can now legally go to the club.
Finished off w an after party and made a ton of food for everyone. Lit the hookah and hung out till late.
Sat got up early and hit Winterbrawl and hit the Street Fighter V section first. I went 4 wins, 2 losses. I realllly wanted to go 5-2 since 4-2 and 3-2 is my norm. I haven’t gone 0-2 in forever. But I wanted to make it out of pools with all the work I’ve been doing. But lately because I’ve been playing Monster Hunter w friends and poker at Vince’s so often, I played little to no Street FIghter V the past 3 weeks. It always happens before a tournament. I play the less before a tournament cause of other games and stuff.
I lost my first match to a Vega player which now I like that match. But then talking to Emjay who always beats me who uses Vega, Emjay told me ‘thats the guy that trains me’ lol fuck… Got a bye on my next match so it was a free win then won my next 3 matches no problem. Just 2-0 2-0’d each opponent smoothly and quickly. 5th opponent we went to the final game. It was an Ibuki player. FINAL GAME FINAL ROUND FINAL HIT… I Yolo’d an EX DP which was blocked because I was actually positive and he was gonna block regardless and then got punished and lost. If l woulda knew it was ‘my turn’ l woulda went for grab of course and prob woulda won unless he tech’d the grab but prob not since he was scared being on defense w one last hit. Julio was next to me couching me. Thank you Julio for EVERYTHING you do for us in Street Fighter V. I gotta find a way to help him make some extra money teaching cause he’s teaching so many people and helping them out big time. He needs a return.
Lost my 1st match in Pokken 2-1 and then just left. I didnt feel like playing as I dont play it anymore. I may just quit it altogether. I did fine but l wanted to hang and see people. MikeK came through too and we got the room and Nicky and Andy made it. More friends joined us in the room where we played Dragonball FighterZ. Now that Winterbrawl is over, l can learn and focus on that game. People were playing chess which l wanted to play but then we started on poker lol. So much gaming of all sorts. Dragonball FighterZ - Chess - Poker. What a room right? Glad we got to hang out w Andy and Nicky a lot as lately, running around and so many friends over, we dont get that much time to chill personally.
Me and Nicah knocked out for a lil and then got up to hit Josh’s birthday. Smoked and ate mad food there and had fun. Met some new people and hung there till pretty late. Ended the night watching The Shining which l never saw before. I liked it but lm still lost on a lot of spots lol. Had the hookah lit and Nicah made milk tea which is mad good. Watched till damn 8am and slept afterwards.
Sunday hit home and did work all evening. Eventually hit Vince’s to play poker and omgaahhh l suck so bad. Bluffing just sucks. Someone always calls and I just toss more money away.. Lost $75… gahh…. Good times w friends though and yo… if lm gonna lose money to someone, I rather it be my own friends. Ended the night doing working and catching up on my gaming news.
Hit house showings w Soy in our neighborhood and found a great one w an inground pool. You know l’ll be visiting lol. Afterwards, more house showings w Jeff in Montgomery County and found 2 really good potential homes.
Late night hit Vince’s for poker and decided to bluff a lot less. Ended up winning $37 cause of it. Coulda walked away w more if l didnt bluff a few times throwing away $5 or so each time. Had a good time playing but had to leave earlier than normal to pick up tickets from Noto. Long is away so I’m in charge of DNA Nightlife for the next 2 weeks. I really wanna do well, sell these tickets like crazy and reassure him that he’s in good hands w me. Got tickets and hit Nicah’s to eat pizza and mac and cheese and we were watching some of The Mist. It’s a lot like The Walking Dead and all other end of the world shows where its more about the people than the actual disaster. Slept early as l got no sleep and worked nearly all day.
Tuesday got groceries and worked all evening. A ton of stuff going on. Got the beef brisket I was slow cooking and cooked some of it of the frying pan and brought it to Vince’s to eat w everyone. Brought vinegar, balsamic vinegar and bbq sauce and we ate and the beef broth soup was really good too. Played poker and won another $29.. Only losing money when I was trying to bluff hard w 7,2 since we play a rule, if you win w 7,2 you get a dollar from everyone. Had to chase it. But still after all the nonbluffing, I ended up winning a good chunk again. Hit home to do work and catch up on gaming news.
Hackkk is so happy. I miss Magic the Gathering.
