This weather just has been killing me this winter. lm too much of a bitch to deal with it. I want it warm and I can't function. Anytime l have to leave my home, lm sad. I love my friends and would like them to just come over all the time but l also need to leave to make money. Wish l could just retire. People dont understand my struggle.
KK So past 2 weeks.
1.2 Tuesday l was still up watching Harry Potter Deathly Hollows 1 and 2 on HBO. Watching mad videos bout crypto while giving Nicah over an hour massage. She’s so lucky. Finally knocked out for a lil but had to wake up early and hit the Bensalem twp to drop off paperwork but this damn chimney people didnt send in their paperwork yet...
Hit Wells Fargo to make wires to bitcoin and did work all evening. Friends came through later on to play games and smoke hookah. Had a good Street Fighter V/Marvel vs Capcom Infinite session and stuffed face.
Afterwards, me and Nicah got wings from Miller’s Ale House and ate and watched American Horror Story - Freakshow w Jeremiah. Finished up the Street Fighter V storyline for the Fight Money before knocking out.
Weds dropped off Nicah and hit the Bensalem Twp again being open now and dropped off stuff finally done w it. Got a Uhaul and Jeremiah Alex me and Brian moved Soy’s furniture all evening. I’m glad everyone was able to help and we got a lot done! It was rough being in the cold but lm happy they didnt waste their money on movers. I HATE moving more than anything but l know so does everyone else.
Hit back to pack mad shit and got Josh and we picked up Shawn then hit Nicah’s. Cleaned up the place a bit and smoked hookah as Nicah packed up stuff and then headed out to Maryland and slept at Bounme’s where we watched movies and bummed before knocking out.
Thursday got up for MAGFESTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 Been waiting a whole year since the last one. We got there early and upgraded to atrium room as having the balcony and open view gives its a better feeling. I just like hearing all the people out the balcony. Its nice hearing just mad people running around having fun on the side. Its relaxing. Which is why clubs and house parties are relaxing too. I know that may sound weird.
Anyway…. There was a Nidhogg 2 tournament yoooooo and its easy to learn and ANYONE can win but there is SOME skill in it. It’s just mad fun, fast paced and pretty hype. So the 5 of us just practiced Nidhogg 2 in the room for an hour and half and went down.
It was winner stays on up to 3 matches w winning money out of a bag in donut $1, star $5 and heart $10. There was a $20 in there but we didnt know what it was. After Bounme won his 3 matches and told me what star was, l got a star and then l had to face Nicah which sucked cause I wanted to cheer her on facing someone else. Me and her went into overtime Sudden Death which ANYTHING can happen in Sudden Death but l got lucky and got her. I won my next match. 2nd and 3rd match l felt a heart and since l knew what $1 and $5 was, l grabbed it and so l won $25 from playing Nidhogg 2. Bounme did as well and later they had a quick second tournament w rule changes for anyone that stuck around. Shawn went 3-0 in that tournament. Nidhogg 2 being a tournament, knowing you can win money and having friends cheer you on was MADDD HYPE!! I knew it would be fun but it was REALLY fun.
Next we got food at the buffet. Wasnt bad but not great either. I know they plan to put out their meh food on big events cause they know they’ll be full. Hit the hotel and we chilled, smoked hookah and then later hit the club upstairs that wasnt bad. EDM w a lot of drops, was kinda smelly lol. Had fun dancing around a bit but yea…. Its a con club after party lol. Not to be mean.
We hit back up to bum a lil then saw Bounme’s video of the hood lounge being outside. We danced out there for a while before playing arcades. Classic Donkey Kong and Rampage and Mario Bros which l loved as a kid. Esp having Game Genie w infinite lives so you could see all the future levels. I dunno how people beat some games without Game Genie back on Nintendo days. 9 lives(3 lives and 3 continues being norm) to beat the WHOLE GAME(for most games)?! Played some people in other old fighters like Super Street Fighter Turbo 2 and Darkstalkers keeping it fundamentally simple and beat some players. Played and beat some players in Street Fighter 5 but only a handful of players still there and hit back to the room and bummed till we knocked out.
Friday got up and hit the Street Fighter V station and played for a bit. Lost to some Super Diamond players who were holding down the set ups and talked about upcoming balance changes coming out soon. Hit back to the room for Nicah but we ran outta time to meet everyone to eat.
So just rushed over and hit the Top 40 board games panel which wasnt presented too well as they tried to do it within an hour and it just seemed rushed and there wasnt enough info given besides ‘its really fun, if you see it, buy it… the art is really nice’... like wut?!
Me and Hack hit Magic the Gathering and did the draft. My first opponent was Hack lol and he was running Pirates. I rocked a white/black Vampire lifelink focused deck since my first pack opened was an amazing Rare Vampire. Beat Hack along with my next opponent and my 3rd opponent was super serious. Having not knowing this set besides glancing over it online, l thought I would be done for. That and she/he(transgender l think but maybe just cosplay so not sure) had a midrange deck against my aggro. So that’s usually a loss but the lifegaining would def help. She won game 1, l won game 2 having 33 life to her 1 life and played a ⅓ flyer which she couldnt draw a blast spell for and game 3 we ran outta time since our games were so long due to the life gaining and tied for 1st place. I’ll take it considering l was sure l wouldve lost game 1 and 2 and that would’ve been it lol. She was not too happy. I tried being nice making conversation but she wasn’t having it. Bitch I’ve been playing since ‘94… ColinU’s basement.
Afterwards, me and Nicah shopped at the vendors for a bit and found some small cool shit. Nigiri maker and bath bombs that have pokemon inside them lol. Not a bad vendor but wasnt huge as this event was more towards gaming than anime and stuff. Hit the room to smoke hookah and eat ramen and chilled for a while. A ton of friends came through and we hung out pretty late and then hit the club again. Still wasnt anything amazing but had fun, met some people and took a ton of pics where it looked cool lol. Hit back to the room to chill for a bit. We later headed back out just to check things out, hit the arcade and played random games. Indie games and old school classics.
Sat got up and hit the Street Fighter 5 tournament. 64 player limit. JustinR came through too and glad we got to hang out in person. I lost in Top 4 from being too aggressive. Before that though, everyone else was pretty easy. I knew there would only be a handful of good players being a gaming event/con but not a true tournament. People hit the room and hung out w a ton of old friends. Had a dope reunion and slept a lil. More arcades at night and found some cool shit.
Ended hitting the board game area and we saw TONS of board games. So we decided to learn King of Tokyo which has great reviews. Learning it, we got bored and almost gave up on it but Nicah said lets just play a game and try. Then we got hooked and couldnt stop playing. Def a really cool and fun decision making game. I may just buy it soon. Won 2 of the 4 games and we hit back to the room to hookah and eat and slept finally at 7am lol.
Sunday we drove home and took forever to get home. Did work and watched Fresh off the Boat for a while and then caught up big time on gaming news. Jeremiah made this chicken wrapped in bacon ontop of pasta and it was mad good. Ate more while watching more Fresh off the Boat and just took it easy.
1/8 Monday slept alll day and worked in the evening. Moving around coins from exchanges to mining and watching Fresh off the Boat and eating. Played Street Fighter V for a while and even beat Wolfkrone on ranked one game. Took a video of it heheh.

Tuesday morning started work and hit my office and hit Bensalem to find water readings for Soykom’s home. Hit office max to laminate professional pictures we used to sell her house as another gift for her. Hit Wells Fargo and then got Bang Bang Shrimp at JB Dawson. Ate while watching Fresh off the Boat and slept finally.
Got up to play poker at Vince’s and l lost $7 gahhh but then l won $10 playing David in foosball lol and another $1 from Elwyn. That shit is my game. Had fun playing as poker is addicting as fuck. Hit home to move around coins again and spent all night reading up on the Street Fighter V Arcade Edition changes and watching Fresh off the Boat while eating.
Weds hit my Mother’s office to get my teeth cleaned and a cavity filled. Everyone hates going but its good for me so l deal with it even though l hate it. Most adult thing l probably ever said. But that’s the shitty part about growing up. You gotta be responsible for yourself cause no one is forcing you anymore. I’m still a fatty though.
Hit Vince’s to work on stuff and hookah and then headed out to get my haircut that was long overdue. Hit home to do more work then back to Vince’s for poker. Lost another $7 and then lost $1 to David in foosball. NOOOOOOOESTGOIHSOIGHSOIGHSOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thurs got up and got Soykom for her to sign her deed package. Congrats!!!!!!11 I felt bad selling her home cause she loved it so much. I found it for her 3 yrs ago but she’s moving back with family which lm helping them find. Settlement went smoothly and then hit back to chill at home for a bit before going back out.
Hit Philly to meet Jasmine for house showings at a spot l once considered moving into as well. Ten Ten on race st. IF l ever move to Philly, l’d move into Chinatown because of the food. So cheap, so good, so big portions. Cant go wrong and you always got new spots to try out. Found one that is really good we may make a move on.
Afterwards, me and Nicah hit up Little Sheep and yoooo this hot pot place was banging. The soup itself was amazing and it was cool picking out each lil thing we wanted in it. Def a good meal and l need to Yelp it.
Afterwards hit the movies and we saw Insidious The Last Key which l think also means its the last one and also Star Wars ep 8. Really enjoyed both of them a lot and it went from scary to action lol. Def need to rewatch and recap on some stuff l was lost in each movie though. Insidious does some cool shit though. Ended hitting back to Nicah’s to smoke hookah and eat w Andy before hitting back home.
Friday hit closing as the buyer was making the true settlement date and everything went well. It always does. Got Taco Bell and slept and woke up late to eat soggy Taco Bell while watching Planet Earth lol.
Downloaded Dragonball FighterZ and hit Vince’s for poker and won $15 out of getting mad lucky a few times including hitting Quad A’s and a straight when l had a shitty 7,2 cause we play a rule if you win with it, you get a $1 from everyone. Nicah also won $33 and then won another $6 playing foosball and smoking hookah and bumming.
Got wawa and hit back and me Jeremiah and Nicah watched American Horror story and then l ended it playing the Dragonball FighterZ beta which l liked but l dunno if lm gonna take it serious.
Sat got up late and got Vince and Thuy and we hit up Ramen Bar to eat. Food wasnt bad but they gave us low amounts of meat so we just paid for expensive noodles and soup lol. It’s usually not bad but l was disappointed. Afterwards hit Nicah/Andy’s for a small party. It’s been too cold lately and the girls dont wanna wear dresses out in this weather so had people over to drink and play games. Playing yolo poker and beer pong and betting money on that too where l lost gahhhhhhhh David is my rival in everything gambling lol. Had fun drinking and playing games all night and pced out a lil bit after most people dipped out.
Hit back home to eat and watch American Horror Story and caught up on my gaming news.
Sunday got up late and me and Nicah hit up Red Lobster. I use to celebrate every closing with lobster(my overall favorite food) and l lost that tradition so lm bringing it back. Stuffed face and OMGGGG so fucking good. Got mad extra biscuits so l left a good tip for the waiter as he knew we wanted more to go and bagged it for us so we didnt have to steal even more in napkins lol.
Brought biscuits to Vince’s and played poker and lost $4 and played some foosball inbetween lol. It’s like all we do when we’re not partying or eating together. Hit home to do work and ate while finishing up American Horror Story before going back to Nicah’s.
1/16 Monday got up and picked up Nicah from work and then hit house showings. Met up w my fraternity brother Conner and his girlfriend Daniella who we happen to have a lot of friends in common. House showings went well and there are 2 they are deciding between.
Next had house showings w Soykom and found one she really loved. Bedrooms were ridiculously huge. Afterwards, hit Vince’s and Steven came through to hang and we ordered sushi, did shots of Patron and played Catan and Poker. I suck and lost $31 lol. The force was not strong with me. Lost $3 to Elwyn David and Vince too as l played 3v1 foosball to try it out. Had fun and hit home and caught up on gaming news, ate and slept.
Tues got up again to get one last cavity filled and then downloaded and played Street Fighter 5 Arcade Edition working w Ed and all the Vtrigger 2 combos. NEVER switching back to Vtrigger 1. The new one is soooo much better. +2 on block and up close, good combos on hit, high pressure… l love it.
Hit Vince’s to work on stuff and gahhhh not a good day. Shit happens. I could have aids so lm not too upset though l feel l prob should be more upset than l am. Hit home to set up my kitchen/dining room and friends came through to play games, eat and hookah. Ordered pizza, cheesy bread and wings and lit the hookah and played a ton of matches. Really feeling my new Vtrigger 2 lol. Besides that, not too much changed with him. Had fun and played till around 1am before everyone pced out.
Did work and ate and watched Planet Earth on BBC before knocking out.
