Sup Guys, l’m really god damn lucky.
I’m tired all the time being out with people nonstop but l love that l have the choice to spend time w friends any single day doing whatever. Summer time real estate is still kicking ass. It’s crazy how old friends just message me outta the blue to talk about real estate and that business comes to me as well as the benefits of working with friends than strangers. I still plan to work w strangers eventually but we’ll see. Friends and friends of friends makes work really nice.
As for everything else, there is a lot of reading l need to do for all the different games l’m into. The competitive Fighting Games as it looks like come September l’ll be focusing on
- Street Fighter V
- Pokken Tournament DX
- Marvel vs Capcom Infinite
- Tekken 7
Then seeing if there is a Nidhogg 2 scene. As well as just looking up basic tactics for Catan, Santorini and other casual games I play w friends. I’ve been doing a lot of reading on the current Standard for Magic the Gathering and its crazy how the way I like to play Magic is the dominating way for the past 2 years. Kinda sad l feel outta it besides messing w Modern and my Affinity Deck and just random drafts or sealed here and there. The new Mono Black Zombies looks SO FUN to play but l really have NO TIME to go to Standard Tournaments right now. Esp in general, they are typically on Fridays.
There really just never is enough time. I’m always playing catch up on my work and what l wanna learn about(mostly gaming related). With shows, movies, games, things to do(waterpark, more bbqs, lazer tag, skydiving) lm trying to set up w my friends…. There just isnt enough time. I really need to binge watch a few shows. My list is growing too big.
As much as it’s rough to try to catch up to EVERYTHING…. It’s better than being bored. I haven’t been bored in years and I’m really thankful for that.

8/7 Monday I was still up from the night before. Reading up about DNA testing. I’m sure I’m just gonna get a 100% Chinese, you’re chinese, you prob like eggrolls and I’m gonna waste $150. The other thing is HOW accurate are these? Some just take similarities to your testing and give you their ‘estimates’ based on other people’s results. I dunno…. I just dont wanna get all excited or whatever about false information about myself. I’m curious bout my past and where I’m from and stuff but…. In the end, it’s not my DNA that represents me but how I go about my day that matters.

Got up at 730pm…. Yeaa….. Just lack of sleep Sunday for Ultrazone fucked me all up. Got up to do work, rewatching Game of Thrones AGAIN cause that battle is epic and then played some PlayerUnknown BattleGrounds w the Scumbags. Was gonna hit Giant cause l have no food but then when l put dishes away, l saw maddd food and asked the roomies if it was cool. Tons of pizza, garlic knots to eat and also there was burritos and spanish rice as well to eat later. Stuffed face and watched Naruto and damn……. Cant believe its over. I mean… there is Boruto which I’m gonna start but alllll of that since the start of 2003 when I started watching it…. Damnn…. ALL the twists….. Bro….. all the fights… dude… IT WAS SUCH A GOOD RUNNNNNNNNNN. But yea, lm gonna watch Boruto. Already watched the movie. Played a ton of Street Fighter V. Only using Ed as I really needed to practice before Summer Jam. Played into Tues.
Tuesday still up, was still doing really well w Ed. Not sure why there are so many Dhalsim’s in Gold-Ultra Gold rank but l was loving it lol. Started work for a little and hit Giant and the liquor store to prepare for the weekend. Bought tickets for Magfest online which lm so hype for and finally slept the day away starting at 3pm.
Weds got up and had house showings w Elaine and Jin again. Back at it again already! So we checked out some investment properties and there was a lot of potential but nothing that we were absolutely in love with. Hit Nicah’s afterwards to chill before working at Johnnie Walker.
Hit Johnnie Walker at 830 and me and the rest of the staff messed w using fruit as hookah bowls. It’s an upcharge but you get more shisha and then your refills are also better. The rush came through at 1030pm and the new package deals were selling like crazy. It’s just practical really. 6 beers of your choice for the price of 6 beers in a ice bucket and a free hookah. Might as well take the free hookah. A bunch of friends came through and David Diamond Amy and a ton of other friends made it out for DavidH’s birthday. Happy Birthday man!! We had a good time singing, doing shots and doing the hookah lol. I know it sounds like lm not working but lm told over and over again to socialize, party, make sure everyone knows who l am and that they feel welcomed. Oh man…. Getting paid to do what I’d be doing anyway. It’s perfect. I’m a good guyyyy that I do like when everyone feels comfortable but it’s not completely benevolent. It’s also cause when there is someone feeling uncomfortable… stiff… awkward… it bothers me so l need to get them to relax so l can relax. It’s like when someone is at your place partying but they still got their coat on, they’re standing while everyone else is sitting, they’re not talking to anyone… it’s like ‘dude take off your jacket, grab a drink and sit over here w us’. But anyway, fun times partying for David’s birthday. Partied till late and pced out at 230am back to Nicah’s.

Thursday evening got up and checked out potential rentals w Nicah and Tina. Saw only a few that really had potential. The problem is w the city is housing is so rare. There’s always more and more students but the same amount of housing it seems. So the price can go up on demand even if the property is pretty gross.
Afterwards, more house showings w Callie and her friends and even saw some of the same properties again. Crazy how some parts of the city are so nice. Got food from Quality Taste Jamaican later on as Elaine and Jin suggested it when we were house showing. Yo 2 orders was so much food. Got ox tail and jerk chicken. Me and Nicah hit Domkey and Rosie’s Deck House and ate and omggg the meat just falls off the bone. It was fucking banging.

Birthdays everywhere. Just had a great time going overboard, smoking hookah and dancing. Me Nicah Domkey and Rosie were acting like such idiots. Introduced friends to friends and did my best to get nearly everyone aquainted. Its nice when you know that the strangers near you are actually your friend’s friends. Also, if you’re single, it’s nice to know you got an in to meet someone if your friend is friends w them. Played cupid best l could and just partied till 2am. Happy Birthday Tony!! Me and Nicah ended up stuffing face at Bao Bar before leaving. God pork buns are so damn good.
Friday got up and took Nicah to get shit from CVS and Sephora and then we stuffed face in Chinatown. Viet food is always a good choice. So good, so fast, so cheap!! It’s a great combo lol. Hit Michael’s icecream spot Kuriimii and had icecream which was mad good. So l love soft serve and it’s cool that they have asian related flavors. Black Tea mixed w Green Tea was really good and different. I’m sure his business will go really well.
Afterwards hit NJ for Summer Jam XI and settled in the hotel. Rested up a lil and later on tons of friends came through. Simply played games, drank and did hookah all night lol. Glad to see so many FGC friends again.
Sat slept in and got to my Street Fighter 5 pools around 4pm. Didnt play till 5ish. Went 3-2 in Street Fighter 5 and 0-2 in Pokken ughhhhhh.. Got byes through Street Fighter 5 too which l didnt want. Played my first match of each on stream.
Hung out and partied the rest of the night. Just games, hookah, drinks and food lol. We actually hung out till 6am. Just had a really good time being there with everyone and was laughing a lot during some of the matches w the shit talking. 6am we finally knocked out. Had a really good time at Summer Jam XI.
Sunday we got up and hit home. Got stuff for the bbq and tons of friends came through with food and once again had way too much food. Even told some people coming not to bring anything anymore lol. It’s better than not having enough tho. We just talked bout traveling, anime, gaming and other junk as we always do. Had a really good time eating and smoking w everyone. At 9pm we watched Game of Thrones which was just a set up episode.
Looked up spots for Nicah to rent from and ate more and then even checked out a home super late night. Hit back home and was up all night reading bout various crap.
8/14 Monday still up till about 9am lol. Slept in till 5pm and then hit The Lab and got my ass bodied 0-2 in Street Fighter 5 and then only went 1-2 in Pokken. Was learning a lot about Tekken 7 from Matt and had a good time hanging w everyone. Hit home to re-watch Game of Thrones again and then played some PlayersUnknown w the Scumbags for a bit. Searched online w Nicah on homes for a while along w booking homes for other friends and stayed up all night.
Tuesday, still up from the night before, started booking more homes and cleaned the fuck outta my grill. Made some burgers and watched a Vice documentary on Charlottesville. Shit is just crazy recently. Watched videos bout the use of acid to attack people and how it’s becoming more frequent now in the UK. Crazy way to ruin someones life. Finally went to bed at 2pm and got up at 8pm. Did more work for friends and caught up on my gaming news but was still sleepy and went to bed at 3am.
Weds got up at 10am and started work. Got more clients through nightlife and one of high school friend hit me up as well. It’s so nice how much business comes to me through Facebook Messenger. I feel really fortunate. Hit the mall to get food, a new PS4 controller and got other crap and stuffed face watching Naruto. Played some Tekken 7 and lm learning King. I’m prob gonna pick up 1-2 more characters after that. We’ll see. His pros and cons are -

them. Me and Nicah hit Walmart to pick up mad camping gear and then
checked out homes again w Andy and Nicah. Saw one that we were so close
to taking. It’s a bit older but it made up in tons of space. We hit back
to her place to eat pasta and meatballs while watching My Hero Academia
and then we pced back out to Johnnie Walker for Alyssa’s Birthday.
Johnnie really is becoming the spot. It’s not that big but it’s comfortable to hype. Tons of friends came through and just had a good time partying there all night. Allan was a walking VIP table as he was bouncing between rooms so he carried the ice bucket w orange juice and liquor w him. It was amazing. Danced w Nicah some of the night and just socialized hopping around spots. Happy Birthday Alyssa!!! Glad we got to be there to celebrate w them. Also Red and Cris came through and l havent gotten to party w them in forever. We were talking bout old times for a while. It’s crazy how we all went from partying into working for in the industry. Friday dropped off Nicah to work and hit back to nap for a lil. Got her later and we hit the Reading Terminal to eat wings and cornbread. We do need to eat there more. So many food options. She got her nails fixed up and right next to us was Jess from Johnnie Walker lol. Took a nap after and got up to eat more pasta and meatballs and watch more My Hero Academia.
We hit Zack/Marissa’s to just chill and got upstairs in the pool and hot tub and bummed it w everyone. Just a really chill night. The fire alarm went off and we walked to chinatown for bubble tea and dessert at Teado and Fruit C till we were allowed back in the building. Got back in and played 4 player Catan where me and Nicah teammed up and won both games. Aww Yeaaa!! Development cards are becoming my new shit. Before l wasnt a fan of them because you are giving up set resources for randomness and hoping the card is something useful to you soon. But w the risk of having too many cards, it’s better to have development cards you can play without worrying bout losing cards to other players or someone rolling a 7 in general. I love Catan so much lol. Pced out late and hit back to her place to eat and dry my shorts incase l needed them for camping. Ate and slept.

Sat got up and we hit Domkey/Rosie’s and got in their car and slept on the way to the camp grounds. Unloaded our things and put up our tent and then went hiking. Omggg my legs lol but it wasnt too bad. It wasnt humid which was my main worry. We were just walking and taking pics by a ton of rivers and waterfalls. It was nice and it makes Nicah happy and it’s just walking. And if l slip at the wrong side, l’ll die… lol. Took some cool pics and got back to the car before sunset.
At camp it rained for an hour which sucked but what can you do ya know? Made smores and yooo soo good, such a classic. We hung out, lit the hookah, drank wine and had mad snacks and yoooooooo 830pm-330am lol we were the last campers up as we saw fires slowly go out throughout the night. Talked about everything you’d talk about at any typical sleep over. Laughed all night and yooo… ‘is it raining?!’ god l hate them sometimes lol. The wind would blow and water would drop from leaves so much l thought it was raining again. The night was really chill and the weather was really nice. God really lucky on that. Eventually we hit our tents to sleep and still were up giggling bout stupid shit. Very fun trip but sleeping was rough as we forgot pillows and the ground was so rough.
Sunday got up early and thank you Rosie and Domkey for packing up like everything as me and Nicah are heavy sleepers. We got breakfast at a local spot and slept on the car ride home. You know…… l was really sure l wouldnt have fun and would be miserable with the humidity, hiking and all that but it was a lot more fun than l thought. Thank you guys for forcing me to do something outta my comfort zone lol.
So back at Nicah’s, slept for a while before hitting home. Organized my entire room. Got a lot of small crap done and watched Game of thrones. Did a ton of real estate work being Sunday night and watched some of Pokken Tournament Worlds which was really good to watch. Watching Azazel like crazy as he is hands down the world’s best Machamp player.
Ended the night playing Dark Souls 3 again and l’m making a Rogueish like pyromancer. I dunno, I’m really gonna mess w spells this time around more so for PVE and a bit for PVP and see how it goes. Well actually w PVP it’s ass since landing a damn fireball is rough. I’m still loving this game all over again even though I beat it when it first came out with over 100 hours played. A lot was due to me taking full days just to fuck w people. Invading their games, harassing from afar. Still fighting all bosses Solo only as l feel if you just gang up on it and swing at it, you lose the GAME they built around a boss fight. Learning the patterns, trying out different gear and weapons on it. Thinking bout what type of monster they are and what is good and bad against it. It’s a lot of thinking and honestly a lot of fun. Finally it’s very satisfying coming up w a new idea and winning because of it. Finally slept at 8am.

8/21 Monday got up at 4pm. Hit my office for a check and hit the bank to cash it. Watched Sci channel for a while till l hit my parents house to drop off money for stuff and got mail and junk. Got mad Taco Bell and watched Naruto and played PlayersUnknown w the Scumbags for a while. That game is still mad fun too but god the fights are so intense. I like getting into fights and all but when you’re attacking, it’s so disadvantageous. Being set up to lay the drop on someone is easily the best. Afterwards, Dark Souls 3 all night.
Tues got up in the evening and just played Dark Souls 3 for a while. Hit Vince’s for game night and played a ton of Catan. Some games were just ass and some games I was so close to winning but lost a turn before the potential win. I grabbed 2 dev cards hoping for just 1 victory point to win but nothing. Thats what sucks bout RNG but you go into the game knowing it. RNG is fun but god l hate it sometimes. RNG is fun when you win w it cause it’s literally winning on gambling. Ate a lot of David’s left over sushi stuff and lit the hookah all night. This just shows l need to play w Nicah as a team to win. I cant ever win by myself……
