Sup Guys, business has been going insanely well.
Been working my ass off as most summers but this summer, not sure what happened but things just started happening like crazy. I’m really thankful for my friends as all my clients are either my friends or referrals from my friends. Business wouldnt be so good if l was a loser lol. But for real, I’m def thankful for everything. I work my own hours, I enjoy my work and get satisfaction from it and I’m able to do whatever I want finacial within reason.

6/7 Weds I was still up till lunch time before knocking out. Got up at 8pm cause lm nocturnal and did work all night. Got food late night from Giant and hit Nicah’s to eat and watch Goblin.
Thursday we got up late and l left to check out homes w Elaine and Jin and we searched in a neighborhood they really loved. Put their favorite home on the bottom of the list as it’s a better way to compare and they loved it. Called the agent, we negotiated in the car and got the verbal accepted offer right there on the spot!! Very happy indeed.
Aftewards, hit Marisa’s for game night and Emma taught up a game called Kings in the corner which is mad fun. Its solitary but you just need to get rid of your cards and its addicting. Only won 1 game as there is so many things you can miss during your turn. We laughed a lot at all the mistakes happening.
Hit home to pick up my new hookah as mine was getting gross. No longer need to clog the hose as they added stems to block the ball bearings. SOOO nice!! Went back to Nicah’s to watch Goblin and stuff face.

Friday slept till 11am and worked all lunch time. Dropped off Nicah and then had to run checks and then we met up at Penang to eat. Got extra food to go and yoooo Penang is damn amazing. GREAT FOOD LOW PRICES!!! Always a selling point for any product. The food is seriously like $8 an entree but so damn fucking good. I dunno why I dont eat there more often than like every 2-3 months. Got shit at CVS then hit back to sleep. Got up and got ready to go out.
We hit up Mark’s pregame and tons of friends came through for OJ’s birthday. Had a big fun pregame, played pool and won of course lol. The new hookah was hitting so smooth and everyone was loving it. Met some new people and just had a really good time. Mark’s spot is nice since we can walk to Rumor or Coda. We hit up Rumor and just had a fun time acting dumb on the dance floor. Partied till closing and drove friends home before showering eating and watching Goblin.
Sat got up for moving furniture for Thuy’s family and holy shit, lm weak. Moving sofas…. Aoirhgaoihrgoiahgroia omfgggg but we got it done. Figuring out how to get it in the elevator tho…. Advanced Tetris lm telling you.
Afterwards, met up w Ariel to check out homes and we saw a lot of potential but something is always missing. It seems the more social of a spot you want in Philly, the rougher parking will be… naturally. Had a good time checking out spots and dropped her off so she could get ready for tonight. Got to Nicah’s and got a quick shower and we headed out to Meggie’s pregame.
Meggie’s place is pretty dope w the rooftop to drink on. Tons of friends came through and lm glad a bunch of my FGC friends came out. I swear… l will get the Philly FGC to become regular party people. Introduced friends to friends and had a great pregame.
We hit up Coda and got hooked up w a bottle instead of drink passes and slowly got everyone in and together. The dudes were so aggressive as some guy just jumped in our VIP spot to hit on Nicah… aoirhgoiahsdrga dude… why is this happening on a normal basis. You cant just go into a VIP spot where you no one. Partied half the time in VIP as the music got really good at 1am and then out on the dance floor to act dumb the rest of the night. We had a really fun stupid circle where we went apeshit for a while but after that, I hit back to VIP to chill for a lil waiting for a second wind. That second wind never came. I’m old. I just hung out, socialized and lm glad bringing out new people mixed well. Aftewards, got McDonalds and loitered like a kid outside for a while w everyone. Got back to Nicah’s to shower eat and bummed till 6am cause thats what we do.
Sunday got up for house showings w Shemmay and her family and saw a really really good home but the parking situation was rough. Gahhhh Philly….. You need more parking. The home was seriously perfect minus the parking situation. Sad but there will be more homes this summer. Not worried.
Hit Evo to go to the pool and lit the hookah and bummed w everyone. Met a lot of people, chilled in the pool and just had a really good time. Its just a nice pool w a nice view. Some friends and some friends of friends and just hung out there all day.

Afterwards, hit Mike and Sam’s to play Tekken 7. Learned a lot bout the game and yea… easily… Akuma and King will be my characters. I will try out other characters but lm like 90% set. Akuma plays just like Ultra Street Fighter 4 which was done to get Street Fighter players to play Tekken and King is just great. He has what l like in a character. High damage, low execution. Best grapples of the game and some nice ranged normals. Had a really good time there and glad l got to see them in general as besides my recent BBQ, I haven’t gotten to see them much lately.
Got chinese food and napped at Nicah’s. Showered and ate chinese food while watching the movie Blow which was really good. Hung out till 4am and then hit home where l did work allll night to make up for the lack of work l did over the weekend since l was out house showing or with people nonstop. Caught up a bit on E3 and finally slept at 10am Monday.

Monday l got up in the evening and hit up Serebol for Zack’s grad dinner. REALLY FUCKING GOOD DINNER as that place is always a good time. Just pretty pricing. Zack’s mother sneaked the bill and she was really cool and we talked real estate as she retired at the age of 40 doing real estate. #Goals. Dinner was really fun and also saw a ton of other friends there and then hit back to Evo to drink champagne and hookah and hang for a lil. Really good night but had to get home to do work.

All which l either currently am or may take seriously for tournaments soon enough. I dunno how l’m gonna handle it. Ultra Street Fighter 2 will prob be for fun on the side since its $40 on the Switch and l can play it whenever and may enter tournaments cause its only $10 more dollars to enter it and something extra to do at tournaments. Injustice 2 and Tekken 7 lm currently feeling out. Street Fighter 5 and Pokken are my serious games for right now and we’ll see about Marvel and Dragonball. I’ve been working my ass off lately tho and there’s also a few games l wanna play on the side for fun. It’s tough to balance but this is a good problem to have. Finally Tues morning went to bed.

Tues got up and did work in the evening and submitted an offer for Brown. Got food and stuff for having people over and hit home to set up. Pizza, pizza rollers, breadsticks, wings, popcorn chicken. Set up the hookah and friends came through to eat and smoke. Really nice evening just sitting around talking. I want to do it every week as the weather is too nice not too. Plus I dont get to see my Bucks County friends enough since I’m living in Philly more than half the week now w work and spending time w Nicah. Laughed a lot as my friends are assholes and we just had a good time making fun of sensitive easily offended people. Hung out till late and then headed upstairs to take care of work and play Street Fighter 5 for a while. Late night we hit back to Nicah’s.
Weds got up to drive Nicah to her interview and just hung out till she was done as it was only going to be 30 mins max. We got food at Fruit Life in Chinatown which was pretty good. Hit back home to get my oil changed and then Nicah got her nails done. Hit home to finally get my AC fixed by the people who installed it and they worked on it, then left without saying anything, still broken…. Wtff…..
We ate wings and watched The Haunting Hour and bummed it all evening.
Thursday we hit the movies and watched the movie Alien Convenant. We really liked it and now we wanna watch all the older Alien movies. We snuck into Wonder Woman. Late and saw half the movie lol. We thought we got in at the right one but nope… where we snuck in just seemed like near the start.
Hit the mall afterwards to buy a lot of basic clothes and some shoes. We got food at Olive Garden and stuffed face and l love going there. The breadsticks are boner city. Bummed afterwards and then did work for home inspections for clients and after midnight, bought and downloaded Might Gunvolt Burst which is a simple Megaman game by the old maker and the game Arms which lve been hype to play. I really enjoy Arms and its deeper than it looks. Def so many playstyles and arm combinations, I’m def curious about the future of this game. If it’ll be a tournament heavy game or not 6 months from now. Everyone thought For Honor would be like I did but it sadly died off. We’ll see but overall, it’s just a fun game.

Pho is so simple and so good. I’ll never get sick of it. We hit Marisa’s afterwards as they wanted to play Poker. $10 buy in for 100 chips. Well…. Lost $70 going crazy cause Marisa is a shark and I had no idea. I was up $32 and then boom…. -$70 lol but had fun playing and then we played some Mafia. Ahhh I missed you Mafia!! Had a lot of fun but damn, I suck again lol. People could read me well. Still had a lot of fun playing w everyone. Afterwards, hit back to Bucks county since I had to help Domkey w errands.
Sat got up to help Domkey and Rosie to help them w stuffffffzzz and omggggg there was…. Well….. I almost died but it was a good day hanging w them and lm glad me and Dom had a lot of time to catch up on a ton of shit as we dont get to hang as much as our early 20s when we’d just roadtrip nearly every weekend. Afterwards, hit Nicah’s and showered and ate and then people came over.

6/19 Monday got up and did work till we hit up The Lab. Played some Arms w Jimmy and Matt and Nicah played against some friends before tournament time. Only went 2-3 in Street Fighter 5 and 1-3 in Pokken gahhhhh l was all off. But still had a lot of fun in general and l need to find time to take both games more seriously. Afterwards, we met up w Ryan along w a ton of other people to see Resident Evil Vendetta which l liked a lot. Horror, great action - a ton of it actually and some cool boss fights. It really felt like watching a mix of Resident Evil 1 and 4 ish. Def a fun movie, some flaws but whatever, l liked it a lot. Hit back to do work and watched a ton of shit about North Korea lol.
