Sup Guys, I've been working my ass off lately.

I dont mind at all cause its that time of year when real estate is hot. I'm hype to break my own records but we'll see. This year the market is extremely aggressive. Its crazy how busy I can be one week when its nice out and how I'm on winterbreak every December.

KK so the past 2 weeks.

4/20 on Thursday l slept in real good. 14 hours of sleep. Started doing a ton of work as I’ve been flooded lately and deposited mad cash and hit my car inspection. Played Zelda while waiting and the car was fine. Hit Popeyes on my way to Nicah’s and got another huge box cause the fried chicken is sooo fucking good. Hit her place and we ate and watched Its Always Sunny. Got extra biscuits cause Nicah loves that shit.

Afterwards headed out for house showings w VinceC and saw some potential but overall l liked the homes we saw the week before more. Always good to hang out w him though and I feel he’s very comfortable now w homes. Hit back to catch up on my gaming news while Nicah played Zelda and l helped out here and there. She loves that game.

Friday got up to drive Nicah to class. Hit the PPA to fight my tickets about Car inspection tickets twice in the same day. Hit Chinatown sq for foods and hit back to eat and sleep cause thats all we do. Drove her to dance practice later and then back to her place for more Zelda!! Ate more Popeyes for dinner cause life is awesome then Thuy and Vince came through.

So the Squad wasnt out in full effect as l feel lately, its just one night a week we go ham. Which is what it use to be like. Just trying to get EVERYONE to go crazy every single friday and sat is rough.

We hung out and watched Insidious 3. I love horror movies. Marisa and Zack came through later and played an old fun game hahahaahaha. The several moments we had were epic and its a fun game we should be bringing back more often. They pced out a lil before 4am and me and Nicah just ate, played Zelda and l watched Eleague for Street Fighter 5 till close to 8am lol.

Sat got up late as balls. We had a guys dinner as me Vince Zack and StevenZ got food at Bubblefish to talk about some ideas for something coming up. Really excited and glad they reached out to me. Dinner was really good, thank you Steven. Afterwards, hit OJs pregame and had drinks along w the hookah and just had a good hang out. Not massively big but enough good friends made it fun.

Hit Coda and Mario/Long set us up w another bottle. Had drinks in the VIP area closest to the stage on the dance floor and saw a lot of friends as Temple ASR and Temple VSA came through since l set up their after party. DJ Throttle was on point as the music was ridiculously hype. It was just typical club bangers that make you go crazy. You’re not trying to dance well, you’re just losing your shit.

I was going in and Redbull wasnt helping me survive much longer. Just a lot of

Had such a good time tho but at 210am… we pced out. Shameful. This was the earliest l left Coda…. Possibly ever. Ends at 3am and l left 50 mins early. WHILE EVERYONE WAS STILL PARTYING HARD!!!!11 Music was still lit as fuck and l was leaving. I am officially Geezer Status. Hit back and showered and bullshitted before we went to bed.

Sunday got up for house showings in the morning which were quick and werent too bad. Hit Long’s afterwards to pick up payment for the weekend and then swung by Chinatown Square to visit Erick and Angie at the Cork and Bottle and also at the Johnny Walker Lounge. Just hung out, had a drink and snacked. Talked bout a lot of stuff and had a good time hanging out.

Nicah finally came through after practice, got food and headed out to visit Allison and Andy just to eat and hookah for a lil. Small hang out and it was nice to always swing by. I’m gonna miss stuff like that when Allison goes away to grad school.

Afterwards, hit back to Nicah’s for Zelda, more food and watching Its Always Sunny.

Monday got up to drop off Nicah to class and hit home to do work all day. Finally done at night and hopped on Counter-Strike Global Offensive w the Scumbag Squad to play. Havent played CSGO in a while now. We were doing fine tho since we were just playing in public servers. Not ranked. If I were to jump back into Ranked, I’d have to take it really serious first as CS in general has always been a very punishing high skilled game. But yea, kept it simple w the standard rifles most the time and we had a good time all rushing bomb sites and trying out classic tactics of jumping into the vent asap to plant and shit in the Nuke map. Just a lot of fun in general playing w the guys.

Later on, got on Street Fighter 5 to do a lot of testing. Pretty much follow ups for all my knockdowns in non Vtrigger and in Vtrigger mode. I’m just going to stick w the basic rule of… do the same solid follow up a lot. Sneak into the other options when you’re SURE it’ll land even tho those choices are risky. Played some matches. Did fine. Watched Fresh off the Boat and ate and slept.

Tues worked all evening. Its crazy how much I work in the spring. Later on met up w Vince to check out homes. Fun hang out checking out spots and found some potential but there was a lot of positives and negatives. Got Bonchon cause l was craving it and some bubble tea and hit Nicah’s to eat and chill. Stuffed face and Alyssa and Will hung out w us in the living room and lit the hookah to chill. Ended the night playing a ton of Zelda cause thats what we do now lol.

Weds morning I took Nicah to class and then played Zelda in my car waiting for her lol. God that game is so fun. We hit back to nap more cause we also sleep a lot too lol.

Got up later for house showings w Aanchal all over Center City. Good catching up w her. Hit another location about a potential venue and met up w VinceZ and StevenZ. So much potential in general, lm hype. Did a lot of brainstorming and there just happens to be a lot of really good factors already set in place.

Headed back to Nicah’s to eat and then hit Allison/Andy’s to just bum it. Will be missing their place a lot. I remember when me and Allison found it and were so hype. Afterwards, hit back to Nicah’s and caught up w my gaming news while watching Nicah play Zelda.

Thursday l finally hit home and got groceries and cleaned out my car big time. Did mad work all day and watched a ton of videos on Heroes of the Storm since the Scumbags are playing that more. Counter-Strike Global Offensive and Heroes of the Storm seem to be our current games. Played a bunch of games w the Scumbag Squad and was always fun just being on Discord w the guys. 2nd day ever playing. I decided since I like ganking and burst damage, I atleast narrowed down to focus on the assassin class for now. Sticking w basic bitch Raynor till l get a better feel of the game.

Watched Walking Dead while eating and then played Street Fighter all night into the morning. Working on all quick rise oki set ups. It’s def helping my game.

Friday got up early and checked out homes w Sunnie and her friends. Found some potential and was a good way to start the day. Ate while catching up Fresh off the Boat and did work for a while. Played some Street Fighter 5 and then hit Nicah’s. Of course we napped first lol.

Got up and hit Jeff’s pregame and had a good time playing beer pong and hanging out w everyone. Lit the hookah and friends came through later on and just enjoyed socializing. We couldnt go out late since we had to wake up at 7am to help Andy and Allison move. Me and TimY won 6 games in a row till we lost. Hit back to Nicah’s to chill for a lil before sleeping somewhat early.

Sat got up to help Andy and Allison move all morning. We were running a lil late but glad we got so much done. Checked out homes w VinceC and his family and now we’re inbetween homes. Fun day checking out spots and glad the traffic wasnt too bad. Got chinese food close to Nicah’s and hit back to nap.

Got up later to eat and then more sleeping lol. Got SamY and we hit OJ’s party and everyone always shows up so late lol. Had a really good time partying and went 3-1 w VinceZ in beer pong. The good side lol. EmilyL and MayH won 4 games straight on the same side and l was loving the performance. Lit the hookah of course and played the finger game. Just had a really good time being w the #Squadron huehuehuehue. Partied till 3am or so and then headed out as we literally actually finished all the alc. Some people hit Chinatown to eat but l was so dead, we just ate back at Nicah’s and knocked out.

Sunday morning got up to house show w Tanner Amy Pat and Kenny. Found one spot that was really nice, lots of parking and NEXT TO FEDERAL DONUTS!! But holy shit, anyone would die from being a fatass from fried chicken and donuts if you lived literally across the street from there. Got some chicken and fed donuts tho and hit back to Nicah’s to sleep.

Got up and downloaded King of Fighters 96 and Samurai Showdown 4 on the Switch to mess w. Later played Zelda and we watched Pretty Little Liars and Attack on Titan while eating. Then we started watching Goblin. God so many good shows to catch up on. More Zelda and then finally went home. Did work and bummed it till 9am lol.

5/1 Monday finally slept around 9am and then got up at 3pm. Did work all evening and then later on Rita Alex Rita Scott came over to hookah and chill. Brown and Josh hung out w us too and just bummed it. Good evening just talking bout a ton of bullshit. Love this weather being nicer again.

Worked in the evening and then played Heroes of the Storm w the Scumbag Squad for a lil. Just won 2 games but everyone was getting off. Hopped on Street Fighter 5 and ended up playing that really late. Watched some Better Call Saul and slept.

Tues morning Ryan came through to work on some paperwork and just caught up on everything going on. Couldnt go back to sleep so just started working through the morning. Later on more Street Fighter 5 all evening. Playing Necalli but still messing w Zangief on the side. Not sure if Zangief would be a secondary but who knows. Cammy was a good secondary sometimes if my Akuma got his ass beat in Ultra Street Fighter 4. We’ll see.

Headed out and got groceries and then hit Nicah’s to make chicken broc alfredo pasta GAHHHHH SOO FUCKING GOOD!!!!!!11 We cook well together. Stuffed face and played Zelda and knocked out lol.

Weds we got up and l took Nicah to class and then hit my house showings w John, a friend of Liz, along w his family. Thank you for the referral Liz!! Checked out a few spots and then went back to the first home which we ended up choosing. Congrats John!! Really cool guy and really chill family too. Will be inviting him out to hang out w everyone when he moves to Philly officially.

Afterwards, got Nicah and hit Chinatown to eat at Cheers Cut. Its all fried food. So fried chicken, fried beef, fried calamari, fried shrimp. It was pretty good. I liked the sauces to pick from. Got bubble tea and then hit back to her place to sleep a lil. Dropped her off at dance practice, played Zelda and we ate left overs while watching Zelda.

Thurs got up working w friends all morning. Playing Zelda during some down time and then got Nicah from class. Got food and then hung out at her place for a lil. Dom came through to pick up stuff and talked bout rentals in Philly for a lil bit and caught up on other stuff.

Me and Nicah hit Andy/Allison’s new place to have dinner and met AndrewS and his girlfriend Tina. We had a really good dinner but l brought sausage and hot dogs thinking it was a bbq lol oops. Afterwards, we started to play Betrayal but it takes too long. Also Christie came through. Half way into the game we stopped and just started playing Kings. Classic and we actually got pretty drunk in just two games cause of all the rules lol. Wine and Jim Bean. Very fun random times. Hit back to Nicah’s just to pass out.

Friday got up early to house show with Liza and Nick and found one spot that has a lot of potential. Good hanging out w them as always and and then got halal food, did laundry and stuffed face before our evening nap lol. Got up to do work and well… new Hitman Elusive Target was out. Silent Assassin rating after doing so much work to snipe a guy who was in the building l was looking for. The fucker was on the first floor of that building.

Afterwards, hit EmilyL’s to get her as she got ready and played Zelda waiting for her. We hit Marisa’s pregame where it was just a shitloada girls. There was birthdays and just new people and then other friends just bringing more girls and yea… it was just a ton of girls at pregame lol. Fun pregame haha.

Hit Rumor after and just had fun dancing everyone mostly in the hip hop room. Both rooms were pretty packed but l havent been to Rumor in a lil bit lately. Partied till closing and then drove friends back and then hit back to Nicah’s to knock out.

Sat got up to drop Nicah off to her dance practice before the performance. Got liquor and gas and hit back to her place to play Zelda and bum it for a while and then back out to her Barrio event. Ate and watched dances and the performance they worked hard on the past 9 months. Some fun dances and funny commercials inbetween. Nicah was in 3 dances. Afterwards, we hit OJ’s pregame which was a lil party. Glad my old fraternity bro Jim and his friend came through. Ariel is coming out w us more too. Went 3-1 w VinceZ in beer pong and just had a fun time body slamming Sparky(OJ’s dog) and smoking hookah and having drinks. Partied till 1am and then afterwards headed out but then everyone was splitting up all over the place. We ended up at EmilyL’s to hang for a lil and keep the night going for a lil longer before heading back to Nicah’s to eat left over pizza and watching Goblin before sleep.

Sunday got up and did a house showing for a friend Jasmine which we really liked. Got home and called the agent to find out she didnt update the website showing its no longer for rent…. Wtfff… So worked allll damn day w everyone. Mostly booking homes and sending out listings. Submitting offers and getting info for rentals l did for friends.

Watched ScottD play Prey for a lil and it seems fun but a bit too slow paced for me. Watching The Walking Dead and then played Heroes of the Storm w the Scumbag Squad. Won 6 games, lost 3. Fucking Hack… that yolo bastard. But towards a dead game, he just went in for a kill and l went w him. After realizing we still werent dead, I realized SteveC was healing our #Yolo asses hahahaha. He was prob like ‘wtff l cant believe lm saving these 2 idiots w downs’. I’ve been playing Raynor a lot. Simple and effective, l’ll work on other Heroes later. Eating more and watching The Walking Dead and then Kevin Hart and South Park on comedy central late night.
