Sup Guys, glad business is picking up like crazy.

So every year, end of March is when things start happening like crazy. Looking at my client list, I'm so thankful for my friends who chose to work with me or have referred me to their friends. I def think 2017 can be my best year yet. The issue with 'beating last year' each year is that the bar is constantly being raised. It's a good goal tho. Even if I make $2,000 more than last yr, its improvement. Its a 'win' anyway. But it's not really about the money. I love that I get to work with friends. I think I'm so lucky because of it. I'm very hype to see how this year plays out.

KK so past 2 weeks.

3/23 Thursday started off doing some work at home for a while. Headed out to Nicah’s before rush hour hit and we ate Filipino food while watching Jackie Chan’s Police Story 4. Afterwards, had house showings w VinceC to look at past potential. Def got so much done within 5 weeks w him.

Afterwards, hit Chinatown square to get wine and met up w DavidT to talk for a bit. Got bubble tea and then hit Long’s for our lil DNA Nightlife coordinator’s hang out. Just glad some of the new guys could meet everyone and chill. Just had a great night talking bout tons of stuff, having some drinks and junk. Afterwards, long took us and treated us to Tswirl. Good way to end the night. Thank you Long.

Hit back to Nicah’s to finish a movie before knocking out.

Friday we made fried rice together and yoooo it was so serious. We did all ingredients of typical fried rice and it was so damn good. Just watched Its Always Sunny and bummed it all day until pregame. We hit up Vince’s. Lit the hookah and had a really good pregame. Drank, introduced friends and later on we hit up Rumor. Just in the hip hop room most the night of course and just acted weird. Being silly w Nicah and just had a good time. Im glad Will and Alyssa are coming out w us more often now too. Partied a lil in the EDM room towards the end and then pced out at closing.

Sat got up for house showings w Vince and his family again on a home we really liked. Spent the day there and then afterwards, hit Chinatown square to get food and hit back to Nicah’s to snack a lil. We went to her friend’s Barrio event and watched that and ate and lm learning so much about Filipino culture.

Afterwards, hit back to Nicah’s as she had to change and we got Sam and hit OJ’s pregame which was a big party in itself as we were celebrating Tomy and Cindy’s birthday. So mad friends came through and had the huge pregame that l always love. Beat ChrisY in 1v1 beer pong but then lost to him and VinceC twice w Tomy and VinceZ as partners. OIEHGOSIHGOISHRGOIS NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!111 lm slipping. The party at OJ’s was so fun. Just slamming shots, running around socializing.

Afterwards, we headed out squad deep to Coda. Tons of friends just in the center of the dance floor along w some friends getting bottles. Bounced around all night and just had a really good time having everyone together. Partied till 3am and afterwards got McDonalds and hit back to Nicah’s to pack and hit back to my place. Did work and then knocked out.

Sunday l worked all morning. Eating left overs as we always have so much lol. Went out to get groceries and did more work all evening. Made boss ass salads and ended the night watching the movie Maleficent which l think is cool putting a twist and making more sense of an old story. So well written and thoughtout.

3/27 Monday we bummed all morning and then hit the movies to see both Split and Logan. Both were mad good. In general, I really like all of M Night’s movies. Logan is sad cause it’s an end to that era of X-Men as they will be starting up the next generation now. All the Wolverine movies are dope tho. Shopped around the mall afterwards for a bit and then we hit up Olive Garden for dinner. YOOOOO Olive Gardennnn mahhh shittt lol. Sooo damn good. So we stuffed face and yoo l love that you get either endless soup or salad w your meal. And them breadsticks. Meal was amazing and got more to go. People hate Applebees Olive Garden and Red Lobster but l love it. If it tastes good, it tastes good. I feel like people get to snobby sometimes about WHERE they are getting their food.

Afterwards, hit back to my place where me and Nicah watched Unbreakable and smoked hookah. Watched mad videos on Star Wars theories and stuffed face watching What on Earth into Tues.

Tues got up early w lil sleep and started work all morning. Just took it easy eating pasta and later on brownies w icecream godddd damn soo good. Watching ELeague Street Fighter 5 and Sci channel all day and bumming it.

We hit up Allison/Andy’s after for game night. Played a new game, I forgot its name but its w building trains. We played in teams and we were all coupled up lol. Whole squad is in a relationship l swear. Chill night there and afterwards hit back to Nicah’s for my Eleague.

Weds got up for house showings w Tutrinh. Checked out some potential but theres another one l have to see w her later on. Hit AC and got to Harrah’s and started to gamble. Eileen came through early to enjoy a full day there as well. She joined me later on at craps and omggggahhh 1.5 hours to win $41 lol. Started w $100 and was just playing slow and then the longer l play, the crazier l get. Its just how I am. Eventually had all the rest of my money on the table being $40 and then started to make a comeback. After I was at like $180 something, I said next time I lose, I leave no matter what and left at $141. I’ll take it. Me and Eileen got food and then I hit my room to shower and get ready. Set up pregame and Eileen came through at 9ish as we were expecting people between 9-10pm. Well everyones always late and people showed at 1015 lol.

Had a big fun pregame and introduced people and just drank and smoked hookah. People getting ready and just had a good time being there w everyone. We hit downstairs as Paola had to start DJing and got our table and started drinking and dancing. Later on, hit the room to do more shots cause it was taking FOREVER for our second bottle to come out. Came back down later and jumped in the hot tub. Jomel bought bottles as well. Met some of his other friends and someone had a good idea to pour drinks into the mixer bottle so we had a big safe container to drink in the hot tub. Just threw around a volleyball, drank and socialized in the hot tub and it was just really really nice. Partied till about 330am and then hit back to the room.

Wasnt sure if l was gonna get food and gamble later but started w the hookah and hung out w people there. I was so damn tired though I realized that I was in for the night. Chilled till 5am and then knocked out. So didnt get much sleep cause it was freezing, phone alarms going off, people going to the bathroom to pee or puke, then people got up at 8am and then we were all up at 9am… lol. Prob our overall best AC trip. Thank you Paola for setting it up.

Thurs we relit the hookah and bummed in the room recapping the night. Glad my sister finally came to party w me in AC. Mica drive me and EmilyL back, thank you Mica!! Dropped EmilyL off at work and then hit Nicah’s to get her and we hit CVS and Nom Nom Ramen which was ok. A bit pricey tho for ok food. We slept 2pm-9pm cause thats what we do lol. Got up just to watch Eleague all night lol.

Friday we slept in till 5pm. Got up to get Crown Fried Chicken and l wasnt a big fan. Friends are saying to try other locations. Got theraflu and just bummed all evening w Nicah trying to recover. Had a 101 fever. Was down to 99 and hit Jeff’s pregame for his birthday. Just stuck w the hookah and gingerale. Me and TimY went 11-1 in beer pong. When I wasnt doing so hot, he’d be on fire. Just 6 cup beer pong. Had fun at pregame and pced out at 1215am as l had to rest more. Their pregame was still so lit, they didnt even go out anywhere afterwards ahhahaha. Me and Nicah just watched The Visit and Signs, 2 of my fav M Night movies.

Sat got up at 4pm and we started to watch Iron Fist. Its honestly not that bad at all. Its a bit slow yea but its not this horrible show others make it out to be. Ate a lil but later on met up w Zack Marisa and Adie at Chinatown Square to eat. Found Erick David and Angie too and hung out. Stuffed face w pokebowl which is never a bad choice and then afterwards we got bubble tea and hit Marisa’s to play Monopoly.

Still a bit too sick to party. Weds night just wipped me out. I won Monopoly again cause lm amazing hahaha. Honestly, l just always land on Free Parking a lot and have enough money to do whatever l want all the time. It happened last time too. Afterwards pced out back to Nicah’s for more Iron Fist. Drove home afterwards and hit my office to print mad shit and hit home to sleep.

Sunday got up feeling like hell and did my Open House. A big one my team tossed me in the $665k. More people came through 2-3pm and potential got a new client. ANOTHER Vince lol. I have 3 Vince friend/client’s right now. Rita hit me up to hookah and decided to invite people over and then decided to just do last minute bbq and hit up everyone. A bunch of friends made it over to grill and just had burgers and hot dogs and lit the hookah and we just bummed for hours. It was amazing lol. Just a good way to end the weekend w a ton of friends and I’m so happy its getting warmer to see my Bucks county friends more often. I always feel its 4-5 months of anti social time in the winter November till end of March. Then April-Oct is hang outs all the time. I’ll be calling people over nearly every week again second its warmer.

Did work in my room, caught up on my gaming news and was watching Planet Earth while eating for the rest of the night.

 









4/3 Monday slept in like crazy cause my mind wouldnt rest. I came up w a game, a simple game but a fun decision making game. It’s pretty game the game we play between mixing up attacks and grabs in a fighting game. Started doing a ton of work and then caught up on my gaming news. Played some Street Fighter 5 messing w Zangief for a while and then was on Facebook video w Nicah for a bit, solving puzzles she sent me lol. I solved Einstein’s Riddle but I didnt know it was called that till later. Took me 30 mins though. It follows the same pattern of putting the most useful information to start w and the very end. Then you gotta fill in everything you know and find SOMETHING that gives away information of something you dont know. When you find that new piece, that tells you something about another thing and forces more answers.

Afterwards, more Zangief and Necalli online for a while on Street Fighter 5 and played all night into Tuesday.

Tuesday l finally went to bed at 11am and got up later at 6pm. Just stuffed face and did work. Glad business is picking up like crazy. Watching Captain America on tv on the side and reading gaming news. Not sure why I was lightheaded but I went back to bed before 10am.

Weds got up at 3am and was just bumming it. Played Street Fighter 5 till 10am and was doing a lot better. I came up w more… If - Then solutions as l have my SAFE approaches and then my RISKY approaches to slip in there.

Had house showings w Vede, Thank you Andy for the referal, and found him a great spot he’s making moves into. Really nice guy and glad we found him something fast.

Hit back home to play more Street Fighter 5 where I played w JustinR’s Kolin for a while. We always play for a WHILE when we play. Def a lot of fun and did our traditional call afterwards to talk and theory craft lol.

Afterwards watched a few episodes of The Walking Dead and knocked out.

Thursday got up and had house showings w Sunny and found her 2 great properties that we gotta decide between. Came back doing work all evening. Gonna hit Nicah’s soon and then… MY BIRTHDAY WEEKENDDDDD… Stay tuned for more!!
