Sup Guys, I just had an amazing birthday weekend.

My birthday reminded me that I really dont need anything more in life. I was thrown off to make a birthday wish at Nicah’s when she surprised me with a party and I didnt know what to wish for. But just for that fact is great because it means theres nothing else I NEED. I just have wants lol. My old goofy ‘trick’ of asking God for petty stuff has slowly died off because I stopped asking. I use to ask for stupid things to happen then I started to only wish for different opportunities and then I just stopped asking. Aiming for more money each year is just a goal I have because you gotta have goals. But honestly…. I dunno what to do w my extra money. First world problems right?

Things are amazing.

4/6 Thursday evening hit Nicah’s expecting to get food, have a chill night and relax before my crazy birthday weekend.

SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So turns out she set up a surprise party for me. Awwwww my first one!! So l opened the door and it was dark w a few flashlights and l hear Surprise and then the lights come on and l see all my friends. I was actually all emotional and stunned at the same time. Really happy to see everyone standing there and got right into partying. Just a simple night of drinks, cake and hookah. Lots of socializing, got some gifts and just had a really good time being there with everyone. Glad people hung out late for a Thursday night and later on a few of us swung over to Chinatown Square - Johnny Walker Lounge.

Erick David and Kenny just gave me tons of shots and drinks. Was pretty damn drunk. Nicah brought up food and stuffed face and just had a good time slamming drinks and food haha. At midnight, l turned 31. Def a great start to my birthday.

Friday we got up and hit back to my place. Got stuff for a bbq and friends came through to eat. The party went straight into the party where me and Brown took out 3 teams but then eventually lost to MikeM and Vince. HOW??!?!?! Mike sucks!!

Lit the hookah, got peer pressured and lied to and drank way too much again. Was hurting for a lil while. The spins were real. Later on started to feel better before needing to puke. Always nice introducing friends to other friends and yayyy we got the cops called on us by my bitch next door neighbor. This is why she’s old and alone. No one likes a bitch. She texted me saying she needed sleep yet texted me later at midnight saying she cant hear her tv lol. Cops let me off and we kept partying. I’m looking for my next bbq where me and my friends can be vulgar outloud to ruin her day again. Party lasted till about 3am before the last of the squad pced out. Always feels right to do one house party night.

Sat got up and me and Nicah got pizza and garlic knots by the pizza spot close by. Bummed it for a lil to relax and then later on got sushi w everyone. I love nigiri. I’m mixing it up between nigiri and sushi just for filling my stomach. Really good dinner w everyone and then me and Nicah hit back to Philly. If I didnt set up more birthday plans in the city, I woulda joined them for Rita’s.

We got rolled icecream at ICENY and then hit pregame at OJ’s. OJ’s girlfriend’s sorority sister was celebrating her birthday too and a bunch of them swung through pregame too. Drank, smoked and towards the end just kept doing shots lol. Hit up Coda where Long and Mario set me up w a bottle. Thank you guys!!! The music was really good and partied hard on the dance floor and VIP areas as Andy’s friends also got bottles next to us. Just danced all night and tried to avoid drinking best l could lol. I drank soooo much Thurs and Fri as is. Stuck w Redbull for the most part. Partied till 235am till the fire alarm went off. Apparently someone pulled the fire alarm. What a douchebag. I hope they get in mad trouble as that harms business and just cut everyones party time short. We hit back to Allison’s for a lil after party to hookah and hang. Joking bout a lot of stuff and just hung out till 4am. Hit back to Nicah’s after to watch Attack on Titan till 6am lol.

Sunday got up and we got wings and nachos. Sooo good. Blaze is somewhere we’re def going back to. Hit another spot for dessert and then hit Long’s to pick up money from this weekend. Hung out w him for a lil and then hit Allison’s to hookah and get my cell back from Steph. Just bummed it and then later on we all hit back to Chinatown since Allison left her car there. We got some bubble tea too and it was just a really really nice relaxing day. As much as I love partying and being with 234692 people, it was nice to take it easy w a few after 3 days of heavy drinking lol. Hit back to eat left overs and watch Shanghai Noon lol.

4/10 Monday hit home and did mad work. Met up w VinceZ for house showings alll day checking out a ton of options and then we got Popeyes and hit back to my place to eat and smoke hookah for a lil while setting up more homes and talking bout homes in general. We headed back out to check out more spots and it was all night but a fun day. Hit back home to do more work for him and other friends/clients and then caught up on my gaming news.

Tuesday got up late and just ate more Popeyes and then headed back out to do more house showings w VinceZ and Thuy. Checked out more options had a fun full day running around looking at homes. It really doesnt feel like work when I work w my good friends. I’m so lucky I work w friends for a living. Hit back home afterwards and just did more work and did more reading on gaming news. Watched the Walking Dead while eating more Popeyes cause lm fat.

Weds got up and had more house showings w Tutrinh and checked out some spots. Thankfully neighbors were around to give us info on the area that really help out. Its always useful when people are out and its easier when its not winter. Hit Nicah’s to nap cause I woke up so early and then afterwards did more house showings w VinceC for a while. Browsing new options and def learning a lot on the market. Hit Allison/Andy’s and played Ticket to ride again w everyone. I love game night. I thought I was going to win but Allison snuck in the win again. God damn!!!! Afterwards, hit Nicah’s to eat and watch Shanghai Knights.

Thursday got up and dropped off Nicah to class and hit home to do work all morning. Had house showings w Vince and Thuy. Tomy and Elwyn came through too to check out the property we eventually made a move on. Afterwards more game night at Marisa’s. Lit the hookah and played games and just had a good hang out in general. I’m seriously w friends EVERYDAY lol. I love that its spring now. Ended the night hitting up the Chinatown Square to get food from Bao Bar and visited Erick and Angie. Angie poured us some wine to taste test. Hit back to Nicah’s to eat and finish Shanghai Knights.

Friday got up to drive Nicah to class and went back to sleep at her place. Got up later on to do house showings w Josh for a friend/co-worker and checked out some potential in the afternoon. Hung out back at Nicah’s watching gaming videos, took a shower and then headed back out again. Thank god I have Nicah’s spot to crash at.

Got dinner w Jack Ryan Gunnar and Duron at Tequila’s, a really nice spot in Center City. Got drinks and a TON of food and OGMOGMOGMGOMG soo good. We had a really really good dinner talking about so much and lm glad Ryan and Jack are setting up these hang outs more often. Food was amazing and in general, just good being w good friends. Stayed out w them later than expected. I want to do a simple night w the guys to talk more in detail w some ideas and want to introduce friends to friends who are like minded. I want to be the Steve Jobs of this squad.

Afterwards, hit Marisa’s pregame. Drinks and hookah and just had a good time hanging out w everyone and chilling. I was so damn tired though. Nicah was beat as well. Had a group going to Rumor but we had to bail from tiredness sadly. Hit Nicah’s to pack and then hit back to my place to eat Popeyes and cake before sleeping lol.

Sat got up and hit Vince’s potential home for a 2nd showing. Had questions answered and he decided to go w it!! Congrats Vince!! Crazy how many homes we saw within a week but things worked out perfectly. Since there was no washer, dryer and fridge and Vince and Thuy didnt have plans during the day, they joined me and Nicah. We smoked hookah then headed out to Red Robin and saw my old sorority sister JennW who is now manager. Thank you for the discount Jenn!! She also introduced us to our server who was also in the sorority family line of JennaZ. Small world. Food was dope and stuffed face and then pced out.

Next Oxford Valley Mall to shop around along w looking at appliances. Got some polos and tshirts from H&M as I’m gonna go polo hardcore again. Polo’s make me look like such a nice guy!! Plus they are light and good for house showing in the summer. The older an agent gets, the more he dresses down. I had a high end agent show us multiple Murano properties and he came out in shorts, sandals and a tshirt lol. I feel like when youre in your early 20’s, you dunno so you try too hard to be safe w suit tie and all that. We hit up Best Buy too to shop around and I finally found a Nintendo Switch!! Got that shit. YAYYYY!!!! Afterwards, hit back to do work while Nicah slept.

Headed out and got EmilyL and SamY and then hit up Chinatown Square - Johnny Walker Lounge as Erick was getting bottles to take out his old home friends from DE. Had drinks, met his friends and just had a good time eating and drinking. Erick always brings so much food to everything too. Really good time w everyone but we had to hit the 2nd pregame. Mark’s place which is a new pregame spot. Lounge area is huge. Tons of friends came through to celebrate me, JohnV, Addie and Mica’s birthday. Just flooded the place, did shots and introduced friends best I could. Paola came to drink w us since we were RIGHT NEXT to Coda. Took way too many pics but thats ok lol. A bit past midnight, we hit Coda and thank you Long and Mario for the bottles again. Our VIP area was packed since our squad is so big. Birthdays always bring out the biggest groups. Partied pretty hard and Paola always does this apeshitfest of 30 mins of all the hypest bangers where I burn out all my energy. Its not dance music, its go crazy and have fun music. Paola let the girls up on stage. John and Jomel were making it rain off stage. Im glad we had our VIP area to dance among ourselves. The dance floor is fine when there is equal guys so I dont have to play defense for my girlfriend, sister and friends like last week lol. Sam was just stealing everyones girlfriends anyone and she was just rotating our girlfriends as me Zack and Vince just laughed and drank. Really good night and then afterwards headed out to eat.

Happy Birthday Addie Mica and John!!

So we went out to get wawa but just ramen cause the girls wanted ramen. But then after buying the ramen, they wanted Taco Bell and Sam knew of a secret late night Taco Bell. WHAAAAAA OMFGFGGGG OPEN TILL 4AM!! So stuffed face w Taco Bell and yoooo…. That was a good meal lol. Def a good time.

Sunday me and Nicah got up late as fuck. We hit up Spruce St Harbor to walk around and eat but all the shops were closed. Hit Old City and went to Franklin Fountain for Icecream. Got a bit too much icecream but whatever. Weather was TOOOOO NICE not to be out. We hit up Long’s to talk about the weekend and collect to pay out the sub promoters. Next Chinatown Square, my new home lol. Got food from Bao Bar and visited Erick at practically HIS bar to say whats up and then visited Angie at Cork and Bottle and sampled some wine and hung out w her for a lil. Hit back to Nicah’s to watch Attack on Titan while eating. Def a good night.

4/17 Monday I dropped off Nicah to class and then hit home to do SO MUCH work. I just NEED my PC to do a lot of work. Duel monitors is very important. Mechanical keyboard. My files. I bring a lot w me since I use Google Docs and bring shit on my Flash Drive but still, its not enough. At night, the guys wanted to get back on Overwatch so hopped on that w the guys. Messing w the newest character who I like since I’m so use to playing Reinhardt anyway. Had fun and JohnP and Joon carried us as usual lol. Good times playing w the guys finally. I dont get to play games as much as I use to. But it’s great work is picking up MASSIVELY from 1-2 house showings a week, to nearly everyday, some days multiple times. Setting up the rest of my week and ate while catching up on The Walking Dead. Played Zelda finally and well… I said I’d stop at 4am but I stopped at 6am… shit.

Tues got up and hit my house showings w MayH and her family. Saw a great property and good hanging out w her and finally meeting her little sister. Hit Andy/Allison’s to hookah and kill time for a lil between house showings and got a ticket that my Registration Expired ughhh!! Hit house showings w VinceC and saw some great potential. Glad we saw so many good options. Hit back to Andy/Allison’s w Nicah and brought food since I didnt eat all day. We played new games and just talked about a ton of random stuff. Just a random hang out night which was really nice. Came out to another ticket about my registration expired. Another $41. Can they give me 2 tickets within 5 hours for the same thing? Hit Davids Mai Lai Wah for mad food and we stuffed face and watched the Kdrama Goblin before sleep.

Weds hit home and did work all morning. So much to keep track of. Hit homes w Sunnie and her friend and god damn, evening traffic was terrible. Glad we saw one home w great potential though. Got my haircut after and hit the mall to get a cover case for my Nintendo Switch and got gas, cleaned out the inside of my car and ate while watching Better Call Saul. Bullshitted, did some work and slept early.
