Anyway... The days leading up to Halloween... good things always happen to me. They did again this year. In general, l had mad fun the past 2 weeks.
10/23 Sunday night - The Walking Dead holy fuck l felt violated... Ughhhh so like - imagine a saggy old man nibbling on your ear for 2 hours while telling you how cute he thinks you are.... This episode made me feel more uncomfortable than that. Afterwards, played the Hitman Elusive Target 12 and succeeded tho it took close to 1.5 hours. A lot had to do w making sure if l kill 1 target, no one is alerted or killing the 2nd target is near impossible besides a sniper rifle and WHO KNOWS where they will be running around to that a sniper rifle is worth using. Got a shower, cleaned my room and the bathroom and practice some Street Fighter V to end my night.
Monday got up late and hit up Long's to pick up $$$. Me and Nicah got some Dim Sum and bubble tea and hit back to watch the presidential debate while stuffing face and that was kinda the day lol. Went to bed somewhat at a normal time so yea... l had a lot of sleep that day.
Tues l slept in all day and we watched more the presidential debate(2nd one) while eating. Hit my office to get my check from Johnny's closing and hit my parent's place to pick up tax return papers. Got gas and pregame stuff for the next few days ahead and played Battlefield 1 w AdamW MattH and Bounme all night. Very fun times. Adam needs his own radio show. All jokes aside, l think he would be fun to listen to if he had his own radio show.
Weds hit up Ninja training class w Mary and it wasnt too bad. l like the numbers, the facts, the psychology we learn and stuff like that. lm not a fan of the 'fun' activities that l get it, its suppose to be cool and different ways of learning and also fun to relax you and stuff... just its just bullshit and a waste of time. l rather have less class time. Overall the class is good tho. Hit home to do mad work real quick and then headed out to get Jasmine and we hit AC. Tons of friends came through to pregame and then Paola and her friends joined us. Drank, smoked hookah and got ready for the first Halloween night at Harrah's The Pool.
So pregame was a lot of fun and Paola's friends were outgoing and friendly. We hit downstairs and got bottles of Goose and just had a fun time dancing weird in our VIP area which had extra space to dance. Paola's music was on point as usual and got to catch up w other friends in the industry. Mostly just danced all night and did shots here and there. Partied till 230am(earlier than usual) and we hit the room to smoke hookah and bum it. Ended the night hitting Paola's room for a slumber party lol. Phone's going off and snoring tho kept me up ALL NIGHT lol.
Thurs morning, me and Jasmine got food before hitting back home. Dropped her off at work and then hit home to FINALLY SLEEP. l was up for around 30 hours again. Only got to sleep from 230-630pm. Hit up The Lab and got my ass beat in Street Fighter 5. Sadly not enough showed up for Pokken. l wanted to keep up my winstreak since l won the last 2.
Afterwards, hit up Pat's party and a ton of our group came through. We all chilled in Kenny's room and drank and smoked hookah in there till everyone started showing. Caught up w a ton of friends, drank and danced. Introducing mad friends to each other and had a fun time in general. Afterwards, crashed at Nicah's to watch more Presidential debates yayyy!!
Friday l slept alll day. Woke up to eat Chef Boyerdee and then slept again. We got up again later and l had to pce out and got Dim Sum to go and hit Marissa/Emma's and ate and chilled w Emma till everyone came through since l was pretty damn early. Destroyed MikeM in beer pong again 3-1 and took $5 lol. Friends started to pour in to pregame and even Eva and her friend joined us. Pregame was a lot of fun. New drinking games being played and everyone feared me in beer pong as always.
Hit our DNA Event at Aura and ahhh it was packed. First the line was mad long and people were calling me at 1120pm asking if they could skip line because it was so long. Club was filled on both floors. We hit upstairs and got drinks and more friends made it through. Just dancing on the 2nd floor most the night and John Lee was DJing. So he played 'I am the best' by 2ne1 and a few weeks ago l asked friends on Facebook what if we had a kpop night.

DUDE - So much fun. Everyone flipped a shit and it was the most hype moment of the night. We went batshit crazy. l def wanna do a kpop night and blow it up. We'll see. Glad ChrisJ Serena Kalena and Serena's bf came through too. l havent seen them in a bit. Very fun night and partied till closing. Hit home to eat leftovers and knocked out.
10/29 Sat got up and immediately had to make stuff for the costume contest. Printed out pages 1-10 and hit Office Depot to get it lamanated and buy clipboards and rubberbands. Brown ordered chinese food and we just ate and played arts and crafts on the costume contest stuff. They jumped in my car and then got Judy Cindy and Teresa and we hit up pregame at OJs. So the beer pong rivarly is getting serious. Well just like bringing Weili... l brought another secret weapon.

So we just slaughtered all competition and went undefeated for the night. Thanks for the $15 MikeM lol. OJ's super kinda illegal but not really anymore since recently secret weapon couldnt even help him. Even ending a game on first turn on 'Front Right' lol. Glad Brown hasnt lost his edge. Played The Mountain drinking game and tons of friends came through. Before midnight, we all hit up my club event at Fire and Ice. Round 4 Halloween!!
Just ran the costume contest and JennyJ ended up winning as the Queen of Hearts. It came down to her, Kaliane's Sailormoon and JennyH's Charizard. Jenny won a free bottle and shared it w friends as we just did shots w it. A lot of the group was pretty drunk in general. RonnieD was DJing and he did a really good job and it was good meeting him. He has some boss ass remixes of some tracks. Danced all night and holy shit, my legs. l was so spent. But dancing w friends was so much fun in costume. It just adds this extra layer of craziness. JohnV did a good job on the mic as well. Partied till closing and then had to drop the girls off before hitting home.
Got back and me Brown and Jenny ate the rest of the chinese food we ordered lol. Watching Finding Big Foot and just being a sloth. Read gaming news and started playing the Dark Souls 3 DLC. So fun being back. Read on some SFV news and Hitman news before knocking out.
Sunday got up and took out a ton of work. Hit Rita's to hookah w Chris, Chris and White Rob. Snacked on food and just caught up on everything. Checked out a property for a friend to browse a potential commercial unit. Hit home and just had a chill night of gaming. First Battlefield 1 w Bounme and Adam while we were watching Street Fighter V Canada Cup on our other screen. After they got off around midnight, caught up on my Street Fighter 5 news and was testing a ton of new things for Necalli. lm not going for the big damage frame traps w him which l feel like is lacking in my game. Ended the night playing Dark Souls 3 DLC and yooooooo goddddd this boss fight is so damn ridiculous. The first part is simple, the second part just takes mad time and the third part, l just die and see shit all over my screen and lm not even sure whats going on. Sounds like dark souls.
Monday had work w some new clients all day. Later on hit Nicah's to get food and hang out and later on, me Nicah Mike and Jasmine all hit OJ's to hang out and hookah. Just a chill night smoking and bumming it. Nothing too crazy but a good way to spend Halloween.
Tues l slept in like crazy. We got up later to hit Best Buy to get her a new laptop as her current one died. Hit Long's to talk about our Halloween events and then me and Nicah got Poke Bowl in Chinatown. So damn good. Lately, sushi/poke bowl and Dim Sum have been my main foods. We got bubble tea afterwards and watched the Presidential Debate while messing w the new laptop.
Hit home afterwards and hopped on Battlefield 1 w Bounme, Felipe and Adam for 4 hours. Game is so fun playing w friends but playing alone is so boring. Overwatch and Battlefield 1 right now are my 'with friends, for fun' games. Afterwards, late night got into Hitman as the new episode came out along w a new elusive target. Completed the elusive target and yea... because this is a ONE TIME ONLY thing... it makes it so much more exciting. The only thing l care about is completeling it. Also did the new Hitman episode in Japan which has some kill, entertaining kills. Kept playing into weds.
Weds l hit Ninja training class w Mary and Amie all day. Learned some useful stuff and it wasnt too bad. Got home to sleep asap as l was up for an insane amount of hours. Got up at 10pm finally and ate while catching up on The Walking Dead. Ended up testing some theories on Street Fighter 5 all night into Thurs.
Thurs still up from playing, switched back over to play more Hitman. Mary got me to meet up w some buyers who are looking into Northern Liberties and gave them the run down of what the market looks like for them. Had a good meeting and hit home to nap a lil bit. Got up and checked out a rental potential for Brett a bit far out. Hit back home to nap more and then back up to hit The Lab.
So yeaaaaaa.... l was just outta it from the lack of sleep constantly day after day. Got my ass totally beat in Street Fighter 5 lol. Ughhh... Buttttttt l took 1st place again in Pokken Tournament for the 3rd time in a row since we werent doing tournaments for a lil. lm still King. tho we only have a small turn out of like a really good day like 7 players but usually less.
Afterwards, headed out to May's pregame and drank and hookah at her new place. Mad nice spot. We hit up Down nightclub and Nicah came through as well. We got 3 bottles of Goose and a ton of friends came through. Did shots, made mix drinks and just drank redbull on the side and had a really fun night dancing. RonnieD was DJing and he did a really good job and just had a ton of fun partying till 2am. Afterwards, we got wawa and watched the Netflix documentary The 13th before knocking out.
Friday got mad groceries and pasta from the pizza place close by and liquor/chasers and cups. Hit home to do a ton of work and then headed out to Marissa's for pregame. Got there and lit the hookah and played some games of Mafia. Was laughing hard because l played everyone that Rich was Mafia when he said he was cop and lm Mafia cause he checked me. l was gonna just admit it but l decided to argue and actually got him killed. Either way, the cop was dead and then they realized their mistake when Mike said 'Cop wake up, go to sleep' so quickly that everyone knew the real cop was dead and everyone went for me.
Had fun and afterwards, hit Rumor to party. Nicah's friends got bottles in VIP for a birthday. Just partied in there the whole night and the dance floor was packed in general. Had fun dancing hard but burnt out my legs early. l really gotta go running or something. Dancing on the weekends isnt enough of a work out. Partied till closing and just hung around outside of Rumor socializing as everyone does after the club. We got tacos and hit back to eat before knocking out.
Sat l slept all day like crazy. When l can sleep in like crazy, l take it. Got up later and me and Nicah Lyft'd over to Eastern State Pen for their Remix Haunted House event where its darker and you get a glowstick. l didnt feel like there really was a difference but either way, it was a lot of fun. Its a Halloween tradition that will never get old.
We got Pizza Hut afterwards and got OJ and Tina and hit pregame at Vince's and played a ton of different card drinking games. Mixing in other stuff too into a drinking game like Blackjack. l wanna do more Blackjack for shots. l really enjoy seeing the decision making people do in Blackjack. Just their logical decision making skills in general. l really think you can read a lot about a person on how rational they are.
Afterwards, we hit Coda late at 1am cause it was open an extra hour so instead of ending at 3am, it ends at '4am', know what l mean? Zaki got bottles and drank w him and his friends for a lil. Was in the middle of the dance floor and just had a good time w everyone dancing till my legs gave up. Got a redbull and round 2'd it and danced for a while till l was done again and had to take a seat again. So much VIP bottles lately. Partied late and pced out late night and since l had to drop off so many people, got home late.
Sunday got up and dropped off Nicah to visit her friend and met up w RichL and MattC to visit KenO's grave site. Hung out, talked bout a bunch of stuff, drank and just spent a lot of time there. Visiting w friends was really nice though. Afterwards, we hit Chinatown and stuffed face w Dim Sum. So much food and so cheap. Glad we got to have a chill hang out of the 3 of us. In general, l have been seeing MattC, RichL and EricM more the past year. Its def interesting which high school and college friends stick w you after you leave ya know? But just because l dont see everyone, doesnt mean lm not as close or miss them. Just lifestyle differences make it easy or hard to see people.
Hit home and me and Brown planned stuff furniture wise for me buying his home. Found out Akuma was revealed for Street Fighter 5 and l got the hardest boner. So hype. l will still be using Necalli because l understand him on that level but we'll see how things go with Akuma. l mean.... he could be pretty different. The properties of his Critical Art. If his Critical Art is even the Instant Hell Murder aka Raging Demon. Just how strong he is in general. Every Street Fighter game he is in, he's really strong and they may just make him too weak to start in fear of that happening.
Worked on booking homes for the week and ate 3 lobsters while watching The Walking Dead. Ended my night doing a ton of Magic the Gathering readings. Commander seems like chaos and fun. Also keeping up w Modern. l do wanna get back into Modern Magic the Gathering but not right now. Too many things w other games happening right now to get back competitive into Magic the Gathering. lm glad l found and love the Modern format and esp my deck - Affinity. It's exactly how l like to play. Aggressive, heavy hitting and versatile.
Monday got up early cause the puppy was barking so loud and forever.... just got up, showered and did a ton of work off my to do list. Played some Battlefield 1 and did the campaign on Hard finishing the first chapter. Got food and deposited cash and checks and stuffed face w chinese food before getting my haircut from Sarah before she leaves again on vacation.
She cuts my hair so good and fast. So l decided to get my haircut back to how it use to be which is practically what it's been like but the blending point to be lower so its not the new age cut anymore. As much as it was the same thing to me, just l like the emphasis on the back of my hair being spiked up and sideways, it did fall over the wrong way sometimes partying and looks mad weird so l just didnt feel like dealing w it anymore.
Hit home and played mad Dark Souls 3 DLC and got soooo close to beating the boss but omgggg.... this game.... brings back good memories of things l never wanna do again. Thats what Dark Souls 3 is like. Afterwards, jumped on Overwatch w the Scumbag Squad. Bounme, Breslin, SteveF and SteveC came on. Did our placement matches into Gold. l wanna hit Diamond but l didnt realize this season ends Nov 30th. l jumped in at a rough time cause l dont have much time. We'll see. l wanna hit Diamond in Street Fighter 5 too. l hit it for Starcraft 2. Just to have that under my belt. Knocked out at 2am.
Tues got up early for the sales meeting at my office. Learned some interesting stuff and hit back afterwards for Overwatch Solo ranked and holy shit........ 5 games people on my team quit leading to the whole game quitting. 1 time because someones internet just went out and he got back in and said sorry but it was too late. Another game we were winning 2-0 and because we didnt have 2 healers and someone said 'someone change to healer or l'll quit'... the person quit and then we lost. Like really?! How childish. The problem w playing w random people is you dont CHOOSE your teammates and personalities are all different. Negative people who flip out and give up EARLY are the worst people to work w in anything. Multiple times w the Scumbag Squad, we got DESTROYED in game 1 and then in games 2 and 3, we won them pretty easily cause we focused more on communication and calling out what we see. We didnt complain we were just done for and give up. Welll..... one time they had 99% of the point, we had 0% and someone pretty much gave up and then we somehow still brought it back. My point is.... DONT GIVE UP TILL ITS OVER!!!
Played games w AlexL and ZackS and we won 3 games in a row. SteveF Bounme Allen Breslin ZackS Nick later on in the night and ended the night on Discord still after the games w the guys just watching the election. Its like a group call. Quigs was on w us as well. Def a fun night laughing at meme's w the guys how ridiculous our country is. Its sad that all we can do is now laugh at it.
