A mix between my for fun games and competitive games just leaves me w no time. Dunno how lm gonna balance it at the end of October w Battlefield 1 and Dark Souls 3 DLC coming out. l wish there was 36 hours in a day. That or if l didnt need sleep. l could catch up on everything. l wanna start on the Luke Cage show too. Gahhh.... the struggle.
9/23 Friday got up at 2pm and took out a ton of work. Met up w Su and Dayu for helping paint the ceiling. The paint they got is really good. Afterwards, we hit Chinatown to get ramen which was mad good. Did the responsible thing by not getting the spicy ramen as much as l wanted. We hit up the job fair at Recess Lounge about NOTO opening up. l just wanted to introduce myself, pass out my card and talk to them about outside promotions if they were interested in DNA Nightlife which they are. Traded cards and lm excited for the future.
Afterwards, headed out and got Cindy and Teresa and we hit up Marissa's pregame where we played beer pong and Mafia. Fun times as always and then hit Rumor for their 5 yr annivesary. DJ Chuckie was so on point and the music was hype the whole night. Dancing w friends in the EDM room nearly all night. Partied till close to 3am cause DJ Chuckie kept playing and had an amazing night.
Sat after the club, l couldnt sleep. May be buying Brown's home sooner than l realized and running numbers like crazy. Finally at 11am, hit Jenny's room to get melatonin to sleep. Thank you. Got up at 5pm and checked homes w Brown and Jenny and saw some potential. Sadly overpriced. Fun times tho always looking at big houses.
Afterwards, got Teresa and Cindy again and hit up Vince's for more Mafia and beer pong. Me and Teresa went 6-1 finally losing to Vince hitting the same cup as his partner at the exact same time. Nothing to do about it. Teresa has gotten wayyy better lately. Afterwards, hit up Coda to party and the DJ was someone random. Wasn't a fan. After partying, dropped off friends and hit my office to work lol. Well got gas and food and then hit my office.
Played Kpop, took my shoes off and prepared well for my open house so Sunday. Did some other work as well and just got a lot done. It's late night, office to myself. lm productive. Its weird but whatever. l get my shit done.
Sunday still up from the office, hit home at 6am and watched Shanghai Noon on HBO while catching up w my gaming news. Played some Street Fighter 5 and hit up my open house. Great open house. People loved the house and other people saw other people were loving the house too. Agents asking me if people were making offers and stuff and ahhhh..... its interesting how to play people in competition. You can make people want something and then when they know they are in competition.... its not about the product... its about winning. And when people want to win, the price goes up. Got the house an accepted offer for Over asking price.
Afterwards, hit back to look at more homes w Brown and Jenny. Saw some potential and god.... huge pool w attached elevated hot tub. l need to sell more houses asap. The idea of just going out back into a pool on a hot day is so ideal. Its so simple but so good. Afterwards, Brown Jenny Josh and Rita came out w me outback for pizza and hookah and just bummed it. Def a nice way to end the weekend.
Monday got up in the evening and did some work and then met up w Shain and Katie for homes all over Philly. Fun times as always and saw some interesting stuff. Met up w Long for a little to talk about upcoming events and pick up payment from the past 2 weekends of nightlife.
Got Nicah and we hit up Bonchon and stuffed face. Saw Chris there and caught up and thank you Chris for the discount! Afterwards, we got that rolled icecream from Iceland which l was mad curious bout seeing it. Maddd good. Afterwards hit back to her place and we did our work for a lil, just bumming. Watched the Presidential Debate and knocked out.
Tues got up late and hit home to do mad work. Hit Rita's for a lil to hookah and snack on shit. Got home late and played Furi while the new Hitman DLC was downloading. Furi is suuchh a dope game. Just straight boss fights. Really to the point as well. Played a ton of Hitman and beat the new DLC and then caught up on my gaming news. Watched some more of the Presidential Debate and messed w the new Street Fighter 5 Urien all night.
Weds hit the mall to shop around but nothing worth buying at all. Did work while watching Iron-Man 3 on the side. Got Angie afterwards and hit Vince's to drink and hookah. Playing High low blow up your spot and just had a really good night bumming it w everyone. Got home to do a lil work and ordered some sweatpants and sweatshorts. The OG pair w the big side pockets. The EXACT same model as the old ones since 2000. So comfy, efficient pockets lol. Thats all you need. Did more work as lately l've been busy as balls which is good.
Thurs did a lil work before hitting up The Lab for the weekly tournaments. Got my ass beat in Street Fighter 5 going 0-2 gahh and then won the Pokken Tournament again lol. JUST sneaking wins off Plural again and then also the same to Jeremiah. l really feel they are better than me just l use a better character. Got groceries and did work and played Hitman and got a PERFECT Silent Assassin score on the first map and the Sarajevo Six. Watching Street Fighter 5 videos inbetween.
Friday got up late and did some work and hit up some homes w Shain. Checked out some stuff before heading out to pregame. Just went 1-1 against ChrisY and then we decided to play 1v1 where l lost gahhhh. Played Kings and Kumar and JustinJ came through to meet everyone and hang and drink. Pregame was mad funny w Kings.
Afterwards hit Rumor for Trong and Vince's birthday. Gave ASR a guestlist as well and they had a shitloada people come out as well. Def a huge night for everyone. So many friends came through. Both rooms were fun to dance in but were slightly in hip hop more. Partied till closing and hit back and ended up making food and talking bout Pokken w Justin before knocking out.
Sat got up and did work and then played a ton of matches w Justin in Pokken. Went 7-5 and went over tons of stuff w him. Ate hotdogs w him and Josh and lit the hookah and bummed it and then more Pokken. Went 6-4 and they were mad close games.
Hit up pregame and me and my little sister Allison went 5-1 in beer pong. Was being mad obnoxious about everything that l started to annoy myself. Eventually we lost to VinceZ and MikeM cause a ball bounced off my sister and back into a cup so 3 cups were gone plus balls back and then they both hit final cup when we were down to 1 cup as well. Terrible lol but still glad me and my sister did well. Kaliane and her cousin Sam came through to join us as well and introduced them to everyone.
Hit up Coda to party afterwards and we stayed together squad deep on the dance floor. Place filled up a lil later than usual. We were in our own circle, fist pumping and shit and just had a ton of fun. Kept it simple and stuck w Redbull and water. Partied late and afterwards dropped of Kaliane and Sam and hit Nicah's to knock out.
Yoooo 1 cup left and you guys got 9... whats going on here?!?! Lol.
Sunday got up and hit Johnny's walk through. Met the seller's and met the listing agent too. Walk through went fine and hit home to look at more homes w Brown and Jenny. Saw some cool shit and we were talking bout steak and got ourselves hungry and ended up at JB Dawson's to stuff face w their best steak. God l love it there. Afterwards, hit home to book more homes while watching Deadpool and played Hitman for a while.
Monday got up and hit Bed Bath and Beyond for a giftcard for Johnny and Kim for their closing. Hit up house showings w Shain and Katie. Funny that l've been house showing for 2 of my fraternity brothers at the same time. Its crazy l finished college over 7 yrs ago now. Afterwards met up w Nicah and we ate Penang. God l love it there. Always getting the Mee Siam. Afterwards we got TeaDo and then hit back to do work. We were so distracted its so bad. Finished up Captain America Civil War finally while eating again and knocked out at 3am.
Tues got up and dropped her off to get coffee and hit my closing for Johnny and Kim. Closing was smooth and good catching up w MikeD as always. Congrats guys!! Really happy we found them such a great home. Afterwards, hit my office to turn in the paperwork and got another check and then hit home to do work for a while. More home searching w Brown and Jenny and finding cool homes - in all the wrong places lol. We'll figure it out. Watching I Am Legend while sending out listings to clients and got a new client from the past open house l had from calling back people. Yayyy!! Checking out the new HBO Westworld based off the old movie. Def a really cool show already. Stayed up late and knocked out.
Weds met up w Long at the Fire and Ice Lounge to go over the gameplan for Halloween weekend as we're having an event there on October 29th. It's a good venue, just parking is rough. There is mad space but TOO much space is bad as you dont want that empty feeling. lm hype for Halloween. Afterwards, we got food at Whole Foods and talked about events and stuff and had a good time as always going over everything w Long. Got pho, spring rolls and viet hoagies(for Jenny). Hit back home to do work for a lil while. Gotta prepare for another open house w another friend for this coming Sunday. Played some Street Fighter 5 w Urien and watching Travel channel. Chill night.
Asked him to hang twice in the past 2 weeks and he couldnt. Always gots an excuse.
