And sometimes l get shit cause l dont like to go anywhere. l wouldnt mind going somewhere new but l dont really care to go somewhere new. If me and 5 friends go to Japan, sure that'll be cool. But do l NEED to do this? Nahh. Just bought a new car and lm about to buy my first house(which lm already living in lol). Now esp of all times would be the worst time to travel(changing my debt to income ratio). l got my friends from home in Bucks County, in Philly, Baltimore and Kutztown and l got to spend time w them all the past 3 weeks and that's all l really care about. Spending time w my friends. If l travel somewhere far, l honestly know l'll get there and be kinda bored like 'ok cool, l saw it, now what?'. Then l'll see pics of what my friends are doing and will have full out FOMO. l rather be w my friends in the same few locations.

Thurs got up to do some work and was running late on everything. Couldnt make it to The Lab sadly. Domkey hit me up saying Jason was back and everyones getting pho close to Villanova after bboy practice so l hit that up to catch up w all of Flock. Stuffed face w pho and glad to see everyone along w the new Villanova bboy generation. Nice to meet some of the new guys and afterwards hit up up Danny/Tasha's to bum it. Talking bout Cialis, smoking hookah and watching the League of Legends Championships. l will get back into it soon enough but gahhhh sooo many games... so little time. Esp now that Battlefield 1 is coming out soon AND Hitman Ep 6 is coming out AND Dark Souls 3 DLC is coming out omfggg lm fucked. No life.
Afterwards, hit up Shala's bday at Harvest and had a good time drinking w everyone. First off. $3 long islands?!!!? WHAAA so just got 3 and passed them out because they cost next to nothing. Dinner tip can buy you 3 long islands!! That's ridiculous!! Drank and hit the dance floor later and danced w friends. Just glad to be out there for Shala and had a really good time. Partied till late and afterwards swung by Nicah's to crash since she lived pretty close by. We just bummed it and knocked out.
Friday dropped off Nicah and headed back home to get my haircut. Got my flu shot and got food and lobsters after l kept thinking bout lobsters after this ridiculous food stamp post that turned into a major shitstorm because facebook had it go on friend's of friends newsfeed. A lot of really angry people totally reading what l wrote out of context lol. If lm on food stamps, lm not eating steaks and seafood. For $3 you can buy a fuckloada chicken which is healthy. You can buy big ass bags of mixed vegs for $3. Fruits are pricey though but everyone saying 'so poor people cant buy healthy food' was driving me nuts acting like only steak and seafood is the only healthy fodo in the world.
Afterwards, hit home to book mad homes and prepare for an open house for my friend BrettK. Hitting up organizations about our Halloween events coming up, got my package of new sweat shorts. l ordered 4 new ones to wear around the house mostly. Caught up on my gaming news and napped. Got up for house showings in the evening w Shain and Kat and saw some big potential.
Headed out to get Teresa and Judy and we hit up pregame at Marissa's. Lost in beer pong one time and then kept to Mafia and the hookah lol. Pregame was entertaining and then someone had a bit too much fun and couldnt make it to the club lol. It happens. Hit up Rumor and partied all night running around to different rooms. My legs were so burnt out but had a lot of fun. Really good DJ in the hip hop room. Afterwards, we got pizza next door and stuffed face before heading home.
Sat got up at 7pm cause you know, lm a vampire and ate left over pho and then headed out to get my sister, EmilyL and Weili. Glad l got to drag Emily and Weili out. So l talk soooo much shit in beer pong which makes beer pong exciting to beat me. If l was just nice about every win, its just a 'Rob is the best but that was fun' and no one cares to beat me. But if l talk mad shit(because its fun anyway) people NEED to beat me and it makes each game exciting because they dont wanna hear it and l dont wanna lose either cause l talk too much. So l asked everyone if they noticed l always play w a girl who doesnt really care about playing as much as me.
Today, secret weapon Weili. Weili and ChrisE when me and Brown first met them became like our beer pong rivals anytime we saw them at the same party. Like 'we gotta take them out' because whoever won between us would run the tables for a while. Me and Weili never played together. We beat Mike and Vince 2-1 and then proceeded to go on a slaughter against other people eventually going 9-1. 9-1..... something worth mentioning... Not 1-0 like Mike likes too lol. All jokes. Was fun watching Mike do 4 shots of fireball for losing tho. The next time he played us w OJ, he did horrible and his face was bright red. l loved every moment of it. Had a fun pregame at OJs, making light hearted jokes at Angie for being too drunk on fri. Thuy is the most dangerous Mafia player ever and partied till 1230am.
We hit up Coda afterwards and the DJ was meh in the start then he started playing a ton of old school hip hop and it got 20x better. Danced w friends all night and introduced friends to friends. Partied late and afterwards a bunch of us hit Chinatown to eat afterwards. l was thinking since lm gonna stay up allll night anyway, might as well go so l joined. l like doing food after the club but it is tiring. But then again, so is partying every fri and sat in general lol. So we stuffed face and family styled it at Ken's. GOD I LOVE FAMILY STYLE!!! If you dont know what that is... its where you order rice and a ton of different dishes and you just share everything. Makes splitting the bill 20x easier too. Dropped everyone back off at OJs and hit home to stay up all night and read bullshit and crap into Sunday.
Sunday still up, at 7am showered and ate 2 lobster tails w melted butter and lemon juice. Took care of mad work and hit my open house at Brett's w Mary and holy shit we got flooded. We knew we were gonna have offers coming in. Time flew by, introducing myself and meeting potential buyers. All buyers had an agent so no potential new clients for me. Always cool hanging out w Mary as well. Hit home to do more work and then Alex came by and we hit Rita's to smoke hookah and eat. Watched some of the Presidential Debate but was getting sleepy as balls and we bounced out. Hit a group chat w the #Squadron about Vince's birthday and was dying laughing before going to sleep.
Monday slept in like crazy. Booked homes in the evening and then Me, Brown and Jenny checked out a ton of homes. Some cool shit and it's easy working w my friends l love w lol. Afterwards just hit Nicah's. Bummed it and watched Train to Busan, crazy korean zombie movie, really good. Stuffed more face and knocked out.
Tues me and Nicah got dim sum garden and yooo l fucking love Dim Sum Garden so much. Stuffed face and glad to have left overs. Afterwards, hit homes w Shain and Kat and saw some potential again. Ran around Fishtown and then afterwards hit more homes w Brown and Jenny again. Homes like crazy. l show homes wayyy more than the average real estate agent. For friends tho, l dont mind. Plus its fun to check out new areas, new homes and see new things you can do to a home. Plus its spending time w friends in general.
Afterwards, hit my parents house for tax records since lm buying Brown's home from him soon and did some work and watched Luke Cage and stuffed face. Did a lot of bullshit reading online and more Luke Cage and food into weds.
Weds finally went to bed in the morning and got up late. Just more work for Shain and Brown and played some Street Fighter 5. Watched the Starcraft 2 tournament where an American won in Korea for the first time in 16 yrs. Pretty nuts. Both players using Protoss(my shittt). The game is so different from when l played Starcraft2-Wings of Liberty. l have all the Starcraft games but Wings of Liberty was when l really last played and reached Diamond. l studied that game like true war. Watched all night into Thurs.
Thurs was still up watching Starcraft 2 tournaments. Started watching this documentary called The 13th on Netflix that l keep hearing is really good which most of it was but the tiredness really hit hard. Knocked out and slept all evening. Got up and got on Discord w the Scumbag Squad late messing w the Battlefield 1 beta. Was mad fun and afterwards did some work while waiting for Domkey. He came through to pick up something l told him about years ago he's finally understanding.
Stuffed face and watched Luke Cage and GODDDD that show is so good. Netflix themselves are the shit. Afterwards, hit Hitman to do the Elusive Target 11. So l did the normal mission w Suit Only, Silent Assassin and it took me a while to figure it out but it makes me memorize the map much better. Took me an hour and half to kill these Elusive Targets and ALMOST fucked up at the very end but l got it. Was so happy. Game is so fun and knowing its the ONLY try you ever get, its scary lol. Caught up on the gaming news into Friday.
Friday got up in the evening and got liquor. Got ChrisY and we hit Baltimore for Bounme's Birthday. So big ass pregame and got to see a lot of friends from that scene. l do miss visiting but w work, things going on in Philly and just how exhausting traveling down there can be, l cant do that nearly every weekend in MD DC VA lifestyle. Had some drinks, made an awesome video and smoked hookah.

Next stop was Bond St Social and went there to drink and party. Tons of friends came through and it was a big reunion for me. Friends trying to hook me up w girls they met lol appreciate it. They turned out to be dancers too. Watching cyphers and watching Bounme die was a whole adventure of itself. So he drank, danced, had to take him to the bathroom, he went back out to eat a hoagie Vee snuck in, he danced more while drunk, threw up, was dead outside, we hung outside w him and just drank there, he disappeared to dance again then died again then ended the night w him going 'CASINO' lol... So yea.. we hit up the casino afterwards and holy shit the line was forever and then super hood people just cutting the lines just adding on to it made it so much worse. Took us 1.5 hours to drive 10 mins to the casino, get in and get food. Stuffed face and gambled. Lost $60 on craps after 40 mins and hit home afterwards at 430am lol. Happy Birthday Bounme!!!
Got home and actually started playing Street Fighter 5 w JustinR. He's switching his main to Urien. Its crazy how he's the only DLC character everyone is saying is good which l agree w. SOOOO Versatile + big damage. Mad fun to play tho lm not too great w him yet.
Sat morning Me and Justin ended up just talking bout Street Fighter 5 for a while and then l finally slept at 1130am. Life is completely random. Got up at 7pm and figured out plans. Booked homes and hit Rita's to hookah for a lil. Afterwards, got Sameer and Mike and we got Allison and hit pregame and played a ton of Mafia. Had a really good time as most games it was a perfect 12 players - 4 mafia, 2 cops, 1 nurse. Def a balanced game there. Played the group sooooo good one game when everyone was asleep, l was sticking up my middle finger and was the nurse knowing l would save myself. Baited the Mafia and turn 1, saved myself as they tried to kill me like l wanted and we got a free turn and everyone knew l was safe. Kept saving myself so people thought l'd do it all game cause people who were out of the game would laugh when they see me point to myself. Then would switch it up saving the cop. Mind games are so fun. Afterwards, hit up Coda to dance and found friends. Had a redbull and had a good time being there. DJ was pretty good and met some new people from friends. Also really good seeing SamK again. Funny how me and her ended up in nightlife. Who woulda knew in 7th grade we'd be friends this long. Afterwards, we got wawa and dropped them off. Stuffed face and stayed up all night cause lm a vampire.
Sunday morning was still eating the wawa hoagie and watching Luke Cage. God damn the show is so good. Played Battlefield 1 for a while and yoooo... the guns are really diverse and feel great.. The vehicles feel like God mode and overall... its just a clean fun game. Hit up homes w Shain and Katie to double check on some things. It's by far a seller's market which is usually the opposite this time of year. So pretty much, if theres a home they like, we see it right away. Hit home to get sushi from shogun and watch Luke Cage. Perfect thing to do lol. Did some work and then later on hopped back on Battlefield 1 w the Scumbag Squad. AdamW MattH and SteveC were all on and we were speaking in accents on whatever team we were on. Adam and his voices always makes me laugh. The jokes were hilarious, plus playing w friends and the teamwork.... its so fun playing w friends. Slept at midnight as l was up for over 24 hours again.
Monday got up at 2pm and started work for the evening. Snuck in a lil Battlefield 1 and testing some things on Street Fighter V. Figuring out things for optimization and planning the 'how likely' scenarios of the most optimal things l could do. Afterwards hit homes w Shain and Katie for a lil really quick to double check on another home and then hit Nicah's. She ordered us chinese food and stuffed face w Walnut Shrimp while watching The Revenant. Finally got to see it and really dope movie. Ended up looking up the backstory to The Revenant since its based off a true story. Watched some of the Presidential Debate and knocked out.
Tues dropped off Nicah and hit home to do madddd work. Got so much done. Evening played some Battlefield 1 w MattH and we had a really good squad. Just capturing points, had 1 of each class and supported each other well and then after, me and Alex hit Rita's to hookah for a lil. Hit home for more Battlefield 1 w Bounme and Adam. Adam's voices are pure entertainment. Bounme capturing impressive plays and posting it on Facebook and its just funny in general. Played all night and knocked out.
Weds got up early and met up w Mary and we hit up Ninja training which wasnt too bad for real estate. Met some other agents and Mary seems so popular among the realtors. A lot was ways of thinking as a realtor, how to word things and its just a lot of mental games w how things are said that we learned. Was worth the time and learned a good amount. As much as l didnt wanna go, lm glad Mary made me lol. Also was working on an offer for Shain on the side and then hit home for Battlefield 1 w MattH and King Bounme. Turned in our offer for Shain and played some League of Legends w Kaliane, ChrisY, her sister Raksmey and viewers. Had a lot of fun and Aram game mode helps me learn characters quicker. Watched Fresh off the boat while eating and then played more Battlefield 1 into Thurs.
Thurs finally got to bed at 1045am and slept till the evening. Playing Battlefield 1 for a lil and then hoped on League w Kaliane, Raksmey, SteveC and Raksmey's twitch viewers. Thinking of learning Caitlyn too. Jinx lm still indifferent. l do love Vayne but its just solid play and do well. Nothing exciting like jumping people like Rengar. We'll see. Fun times playing and then hit Battlefield 1 w MattH all night and slept at 3am.
Friday, still texting and negotiating Shain's offer while editing changes needed. Hit Kutztown University and met up w the brothers to see the new pledges and just hang out for a while and catch up. Bummed it for an hour and just had a good time being there w everyone. Hit JustinJ's where other brothers were meeting up to hang and we played a ton of Pokken. Beat 4 brothers all 3-1 or 3-0. Ahhh they'll learn lol. Pretty much, all the black brothers are into Fighting Games which if you know the FGC, it's not surprising. Afterwards, we played some Smash and then hit back to the AXP house to drink and hang. Lit the hookah and played some beer pong and me and TomK took a game and lost. l was doing real bad tho cause they had those light weight grocery store pong balls. Not actual ping pong balls. We hit up Shorty's afterwards to drink and found AshB SamJ and Haley and hung out w them for a lil. Also good seeing former Dance Team members and catching up and did some shots w AdamC JustinJ and Rob. Just ran around and caught up w friends as much as l could. The place hasnt changed much at all. Ended the night back at the AXP house to chill some more and then we all slept at Justin's where l beat him 8-5 in Pokken again cause he refuses to stop playing till he takes the lead lol.
Sat woke up to the brothers playing Smash. Justin, Justin, Rob, Eric and Kumar. So worked on my offer and did some negotiating and paperwork on my phone and its crazy how much l can get done on my phone. l can do everything tho the font is a bit big cause its the smallest l can make it on my phone on the basic photo editor. l need to find an app to edit photos better. Played some Smash bros competitively and then did some random maps w all items for fun. Did ok as anytime someone had a stock lead, someone would scream out who to gang up on. Used Bowser, just command grabbing and slamming on people for double kills but he's not too great for group fights.
We hit up Tailgate and met up w the rest of the fraternity and had hot dogs and burgers and just hung out for an hour. Met some new people and just had a good time being there. We hit back to Justin's for a lil and played more Pokken promising anyone $10 if you could beat me for a First to 3 and then lost to my own grandlittle Eric to his Pikachu Libre. WTFFFFFFFF l feel so played. Suggested we clean his place and then hid while they all cleaned lol. Atleast l suggested it. Played more Smash and then hit the AXP house to chill. Got an accepted offer on Shain's house who is also in AXP but couldnt make homecoming. Very happy we beat out the other buyers and got them a great home. EricM RichL and MattC made it out and glad we all got to hang out together for the first time in forever. They are 3 of my best friends during my college career and slowly became one group from just always hanging out and going out. l still get to see them here and there but its always just one of them at a time. Caught up on everything, talking bout old times at this college and we watched the new pledges cross over into our fraternity which was really nice.
Very happy and mad nostalgic watching people get in. How happy they are. l remember my night clearly and it really did add a lot of fun and really long term friendships in my life. And clients... lol. The fraternity means a lot to me and l have a lot of really fond memories of college because of them. Afterwards, EricaJ and her friend Katie were eating in town and realized it was Homecoming and she hit me up asking whats going on lol. Felt like 2008 all over again 'Rob whats going on tonight?' loolol. Erica was one of fun crazy ones of Alpha Sigma Tau back in the day. AST was always the craziest sorority in a good but bad way lol. They're our sister sorority and in general so much fun so Erica saying 'shes chill' now and all this, l was like noooo. We hit the other AXP house for the party and just tried our best to out party the current college students lol. Just dancing wildly, getting everyone to sing happy birthday to Katie tho it wasnt her bday and screaming Shorty's which just showed the majority of the party wasnt even 21 lol. Just old heads pretending to be in college again. Was a lot of fun and laughed pretty hard. Partied hard and had fun reliving college times, pumping the keg, meeting new people and drinking w my brothers. Ended the night getting Spuds w Rich and Matt and the new location is right across the street which made college feel a bit different lol. Hit back to the AXP house and said night and congrats to everyone and drove home.
Sunday got up at lunch time, answering calls and texts. A lot going on in general w work and my social life. Halloween event to really focus on this week ahead and went back to sleep. So tired from lack of sleep, drinking, hookah... got up again finally after 7pm to play Battlefield 1 w the Scumbag Squad. Bounme ScottD AdamW and SteveC were all on and had a lot of fun messing w new guns. We are really loving this game. l am going to hold off on Dark Souls 3 DLC till l need something new to play but right now w Battlefield 1, Hitman Elusive Targets and the last episode coming out soon, working on Street Fighter V and Pokken Tournament and other games coming out.... Dark Souls 3 is when l have A LOT of time to focus on it because l'll need it.
