The older l get, the simplier my life gets. Its simply my social life, gaming and my work. My friends are part of all 3. Without them, my life would be mad boring. l really appreciate having them.
Weds still up, started booking tons of homes for Su and Dayu for Fri and Sat morning. Worked on my Street Fighter 5 cliff notes guide for a while but all the reading and studying and stuff makes me dizzy and sleepy lol. l cant go back to school. Got up later and worked on booking more showings and making calls about homes other friends were interested and then headed out for house showings.
Got Zack Marissa and MayW and started checking out spots at The Murano. l love that building. Its just mad nice, not too expensive(for a high rise in center city philadelphia) and the views are amazing. Saw a ton of great properties and checking out homes in The Murano doesnt feel like work. Good evening w them and hit home to play Overwatch w the Scumbags. Played a ton of games and this game is def sticking around for a while within our group. After everyone got off, l just made food while watching Fresh Off the Boat and went back to working on my Street Fighter 5 guide.
Thurs got up late and started on work right away. Worked until tournament time at The Lab. Only went 2-2 on Pokken and 1-2 on Street Fighter 5. Not so hot.

Good games w everyone and learned some new shit. Hit home to join the Scumbags on Overwatch all night and lm gonna try to explore more characters a second time around. Ended the night again watching Fresh off the Boat while eating. l love that mom on the show. ld really marry her.
Friday got up and had to work straight into my house showings w Su and Dayu on their first day checking out homes. Saw a ton of places and its nice working w friends always. Saw some potential places and had a nice evening working w them. From there, hit up AC and on my way l realized l didnt even eat yet. Ughhhh....
So got to AC for Jie's birthday and met up w everyone while meeting some new people. Just shots of Jameson as l brought a bottle and the hookah and we had Arizona Ice Tea as a chaser lol. So more friends came through and then we pced out to Haven. Happy Birthday Jie!! Hit up Haven and the club got going around 1230am. Dance floor was hype and smog and strobe lights along w confetti always makes the night better. Its so dumb but it still gets me. Had fun dancing w new and old friends most the night and danced w randoms later in the night. Partied till late and after half the group KO'd, l pced out w AdamZ to get food at Bill's Burgers which are banging. Met people in line and got our food and hit back to the room to eat and smoke w everyone. Good times hanging w everyone and always nice meeting new people. Left AC at 4am ish and got back to Su and Dayu's place close to 6am as they gave me the key. Slept on the sofa and slept pretty easy.
Sat got up and me Su and Dayu hit up our second wave of house showings. Saw more properties more in Center City along w The Murano and def glad to show them tons of spots so soon. Thank you for letting me crash there. Hit up Trader Joe's afterwards to quickly get a cake for Paola and Long for their birthday and hit up Andy/Allison's to give them food and to poop lol. Hit Paola's hotel room and got her things and we hit up Monarch.
Got to Monarch where Paola had to Dj and first got food and relaxed a bit. MikeH and his squad had a table next to us and also met some new people by the bar. Later on at 7pm my list opened up and friends came through. So l told EVERYONE to come early and enjoy the pool and just hang, swim, eat and then later at 10pm or so, we'll start the drinking. Well some of my friends came early to hang and swim and it was nice but l was pretty nervous about my list. Wasnt looking too hot and after all my work constantly promoting the event, l felt it might have not been so great.
Well later on, everyone started coming in hordes. Our table areas got packed and l was constantly introducing people. Always nice to see my friends meet and become friends w other friends. My fraternity brothers Corey and Johnny came through along w their girlfriends and White Rob, Rita and Chris came through. Most my Squadron came at 11pm and it got pretty wild. Swimming and drinking all night was mad nice and the music Paola played def gave it a spring break feeling. By midnight, all the philly asian groups came through. It was def the spot in Philly. l also broke the record for my biggest guestlist ever. Celebrated Paola and Long's birthday and tons of pics were taken by me, Jason and JohnV. Partied till late and hit home to sleep the lil sleep l'd get.
Sunday got up and hit up Paola's hotel and bummed it w her for a bit, eating breakfast and talking bout last night. Hit up Monarch again as she had to DJ the day party and had a good time drinking w friends and swimming. The pool felt beyond amazing since it was so hot. Just floated there enjoying the weather and pool and more friends joined. OJ, Mica, Jason and Allison, Paola's Maxim buddy all came through and we got buckets of beer and had drinks and it was a really nice day.
The rain came at 630pm, 30 mins before our second event which got cancelled. l was pretty bummed but there is nothing l can do about the weather, so no worries. Hit up OJ's to chill and we ordered chinese food. Vince invited us over as he was having people over and had a small party there playing tons of games. Went 6-1 in beer pong and there was also flipcup. Very good full day w friends.
Monday l woke up to Paola saying that her and Shap were on their way over to my place lol. Got a shower and hit up friends and later on White Rob, Josh, Brown, Jenny and Rita joined for a last minute bbq. Lit the hookah, had drinks, stuffed face and well..... Paola and Rita are assholes but atleast this discussion is over now.... Taste the Rainbow lololol.. Planning out shit for the rest of summer. Really fun way to start the day and later on Paola forgot her purse.
She came back and we started talking homes and we checked out some homes online together. She loved a few but that have the potential to sell asap. We decided to book the homes for Tues and she'd just sleep over lol. Bummed it watching shows and eating all night before knocking out.
Tues got up and hit up house showings w Paola and she really loved the one she was hype for. Really good times checking out spots and afterwards we stuffed face w Pho. Hit home to do work all day and holy shit its crazy how flooded l am. Afterewards got ChristinaP and we hit up JB Dawson's for dinner. Stuffed face and had a really good dinner and hit back to watch Zoolander 2. Def enjoyed it and it was a lot of jokes for original Zoolander fans. Bummed all night before eventually knocking out late night.
Weds dropped off Christina and got hookah stuff and then headed out to get my haircut by Sarah. She cuts it so quick and well. Hit up Hmart to buy tons of stuff and came home to clean the house and my room. Ate left over pho and worked all evening. Later on MattC came through as he forgot clothes from Sat night and Rita Rob Brown and Jenny joined for food, drinks and hookah. Fun night w everyone again and its nearly everyday lm with people since the weather is nice. l love summer for that tho its exhausting. Ended the night by starting on Daredevil season 2.
Thurs had a ton of work during the day time. Nothing difficult, just time consuming. Peacefully did work through the day and later on hit up The Lab for Pokken Tournament and Street Fighter 5. So l ended up doing better going 3 wins, 2 losses in both games.

Very fun times at the Lab as always and happy lm doing better tho lve been playing less at home lol. My notes!! Hahaha but l have been actually taking a lot of notes on matchups and against my friends at The Lab specifically. Hit home and finally played Overwatch w the guys. They yell at me lm never on which is true. l feel bad and l do wanna join the fun but lately lm out late every night. Fun times w the Scumbag Squad and after they all got off, l caught up on my gaming news and watched Daredevil while eating sushi and tacos and other random food lol.
Friday got up w a fuckloada work. Booking up my entire weekend. Was kinda tired just thinking of what was coming on the weekend. Relentless days of house showings and partying back to back. Figuring out future events as well and watched History Channel's new show 'Roots' which is pretty good. Stuffing face and playing Street Fighter 5 and then finally headed out.
So got to OJ's pregame and had a ton of friends come through to smoke, drink and play beer pong. Went 6-1 again. lm always losing exactly one time as of lately so l dont mind but that one loss is always painful cause my friends really rub it in lol. Fun pregame as always and then hit up Rumor to party. Danced w friends mostly in the EDM room this time. Met some new people that Emily brought and had fun as always being hype on the dance floor.
Sat got up early and hit up house showings w Su and Dayu and saw a ton of homes. Saw some good options and it was fun running around Philly w them. Last minute EmilyL hits me up asking if lm still doing AC. Got her and we hit up AC and got May Linda and Sylvia. Hit up the hotel room and started drinking and getting ready. Dickson and Christie made it through and hit up Haven early so the girls could get in free.
Hit back to the hotel room to drink more and got pretty drink playing a Canadian drinking game lol. Hit back to the club and partied till late. Tritonal was really good and SO MANY Philly heads were there. 3 of the 4 VIP spots inside the dance floor was Philly. Found some other friends from NY too and also got to party w some friends l havent seen out in a while. Dancing w randoms for a lil but mostly stuck w the group. Ate some Cuban hoagie late night waiting for the rest of us to get out and hit back to the hotel for a lil after party. Happy Birthday EmilyD!! Hung out late and at 530am finally went to bed.
Sunday was rough. Got up early and hit back to EmilyL's and had to book more homes. Pced out and hit up house showings w Johnny and Kim for their first day checking out homes. Glad l got them started and had a good time checking out new spots w them. Def got a good feeling what they are looking for after the 1st day. Timing was perfect and met up w Brian, Somanette and their baby Elle. The baby is adorable. Checked out some homes and had a good time discussing ideas about each home. Always good spending time w them and then headed out to Vince's.
So Vince and Adam had a bbq but cause of the rain, we kept it inside. This weather can really suck lately. It should only rain during the weekdays. Had fun playing High Low Roast lol as its playing high low and the person w the highest card asks the person w the lowest card any question they gotta answer. MayW was being extra savage hahah it was great. Good time watching puppies fight and stuffing face w burgers lol. Afterwards, w hit up the hot tub to bum it for the rest of the night. Sooo relaxing. Stayed till late and pced out and dropped off Jasmine.
Got in and did work for all the house showings l had all weekend and made korean bbq and watched Game of Thrones. Finally knocked out at 4am tired as fuck.
Monday woke up at 5pm and loved it. l needed that sleep so bad. White Rob came through and we hit up MayW's for a bbq. Stuffed face and lit the hookah and had a great time w everyone. Christy is such a good house wife figure lol. The sausages were banging. Later AdamZ came w steak which is always awesome. Ended the night relaxing on the sofa w the firepit. The weather was near perfect and l coulda passed out. Hit home and just did work and watching History Channel.
