l feel like people in general have struggles, have issues to work out and others have serious real world problems. As much as nothing insanely great is happening to me right now like winning the lottery or taking 1st place at a Major or getting married or other like life changing events - lm def beyond grateful l have no struggles. l feel really lucky. l think for most people, a lot of people are unhappy w where they work at or they are under paid. All my friends that job searched and relocated are much happier now lm always telling friends to just change work places if they hate it. Other friends have insane student loan debt and others are stuck either on the paycheck to paycheck life or had kids too early. l just wish that everyone could be out of whatever mess they are in. l would feel so stressed out.

Thurs Oct 8th l still up from weds night thinking that Star Wars Battlefront Beta would be playable at Midnight. Nope. 1230pm Thurs... GAHHHh soooo ended up finishing up Halo 4 on Legendary difficulty on Solo so l have still beaten every single Halo game on Legendary difficulty alone and caught up to the storyline.
Hit up my office to take care of some work and print out some stuff, hit Hmart to get korean pork butt meat and rice and was just in a great mood. Singing outloud Love Somebody - Maroon 5. Just was totally feeling myself. Hit up Smoker's Zone to get these huge ass Three King Coals but something bout them l dont like. Hit CVS to get some stuff, the liquor store for Vodka and Patron and got a case of Mike's Hard lemonade. Got groceries and yeaaaaa... spent a lot of money.
Hit home to play a ton of Star Wars Battlefront finally yayyyy and def a really fun game. Its pretty direct but its good. You just focus on the objective and its prob super simple because its in Beta right now. Afterwards hit up Long's place.

Had people fill out a questionaire l made to get a lot of feedback about our past and future events. Mostly to focus on dates for the future and answer some curious questions l had. We had drinks, hookah and snacks and it was a mini party at Long's. Def a really good social time and it was nice to get to know some of the people lm working w on a bit more of a personal level and it was cool for others to meet each other as well. Hung out till 9pm and then afterwards, me Long Sam and Gabe hit up the Chinatown nightmarket.
Found friends all over the place and got food from multiple vendors. Def tried some cool shit and it was just a nice simple social night. Danced in circle along w other friends, saw some singing and junk and had a good time out. Was up for over 24 hours at that point. Hit back to Emily's to chill and knocked out pretty quick.
Friday we got breakfast at some spot and stuffed face and finally got pastrami that l wanted but then... now l dont want it anymore. Had a ton of work to take care of to start the day. Cleaned my bathroom reall well, made a big thing of spaghetti and meatballs and played tons of Star Wars Battlefront w Scott Dean. Def very fun playing w Scott and lm def hype for when me and my whole group of Scumbags start playing. lm sure when theres 4-10 of us all together on a team and on skype, we'll be having a great time.
Took a lil nap in the evening and then got up as Jerimiah showed up. We hit up Esteban and Joe's party. It was for Esteban's birthday, a housewarming party(l was the realtor) and Joe's new job party lol. A lot to celebrate. Lit the hookah and did some shots and met some new people while catching up w Joe and Esteban. Def really happy bout how the home feels having guests over lol. lm all about seeing a home w people over after l close on a client. Its a really open home. Had a good time but sadly couldn't stay too long.
Next up w Allison and Kim's new place. Had a big pregame there and a ton of friends made it through. Again w the hookah and chilled the drinks and did some shots. Met some friends of friends and did introductions best l could. Rob even came through too. Had a good pregame and glad we have a new pregame spot.
We hit up Rumor afterwards and just danced in the hip hop room all night. More friends made it out and just had a good time as always on the dance floor. Didnt drink too much at all since l had so much to drink earlier in the night. Def a great time and hit back as Jerimiah and Rob came back to eat. Stuffed face w korean pork butt and dumplings lol.
Sat woke up in the evening and did some Star Wars Battlefront till dinner time. Got my sister and hit up Kyle's going away dinner at Fogo. Its so sad so many friends are moving away. Got to dinner and we got a big table for 18 people for dinner. Stuffed face w amazing meats and had a really good time being there w everyone for dinner. Dinner of course was banging and took a poop towards the end. A Fogo tradition lol.
Afterwards, it was time for 1925 and met up w friends there for some drinks and chilling. The ONE THING that needs to change is the tables where the dance floor use to be when it was G Lounge. There are a lot of people who are just dancing in the slightest. But like... if not everyone around is dancing, its a bit much to go all out. l dunno, me personally, l feel funny. Anyway... the point is... they need to make that space open again for dancing like it use to be. Too many people ask me about why isnt there a spot for dancing. We ended up dancing in different small spots but l still dont like how there isnt a main spot for dancing. We'll see.
Afterwards, hit up Coda and danced more as Coda was open till 6am. Acting goofy and had a good solid group as Jerimiah Kelly Gabe Sam Nikki and Yan were all out w me. Partied close till 4am before pcing out lol. Def exhausted after all of that.
Sunday me and Yan got pho as she said 'l need hang over food' and pho is one of the best, ontop of being one of my fav foods in general. Stuffed face and god l love pho but theres like no pho spots around me and when lm in Philly, its to party. Afterwards, she was teaching me some League of Legends as l use to mess w it w Flock but sced wise, l was usually up to play when everyone is asleep. We'll see if l get back into it. Its just.... that kind of game of a 100% all in kinda game. With the new Street Fighter V coming out in Feb, l dunno if its worth me investing in one game when l know l will be more focused on something else later.
Afterwards, we took a nap as we were still beat from sat night lol. Knocked out for a few hours and got up and we watched the movie Ex-Machina while eating rice and korean pork butt. Bummed it and just hung out till late night. Ended up dropping Yan off a bit past 3am and hit back home to do some work and knock out. Def a good full day chilling w Yan and glad shes been coming out often.
Monday l slept away most the day. Physically exhausted from the weekend and my body is just so sore from partying all the time lol. l need new purpose. l feel like lm just waiting for the future so l keep sleeping. Stayed up of course into Tues. Watching Shark Tank, making food, doing readings and doing some work. Planning out future events for Spring time and also watching some old school Xena for nostalgia purposes lol. l just remember there were some episodes that were hilarious w sexual jokes constantly that l wanted to see if were still
funny. Plus nothing good was on tv.
Tues started off my day really bummy. Hit up Hmart cause l forgot sushi paper for sushi later on as l got smoked salmon, salmon, crab and a big cucumber for a sushi day and movie soon. Pretty much bummed it all evening and later on Rita and Scott came by to hookah. Nothing too crazy but a nice Tues.
Weds l spent an insane amount of hours reading up on League of Legends. So yea... gonna still play Lee-Sin, Rengar, Hecarim and now adding in Vayne. Just after so much reading, l think lm good. Caught up on tons of gaming news in general, mostly Street Fighter related and hit my office to get mahhh checkkkk money money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$442390857y28905t23 lol def always a good day. Got some Taco bell and stuffed watched while watching Heroes. Did more League of Legends readings and then pced out to Shogun.
SteveO is moving away. You know.... we've been calling him SteveO(pronounced Steve Oh) forever but l dunno if it was because of the show Jackass. But yea.... he's moving to the west coast too. So many friends have moved in the past 2 yrs, its really upsetting. We got sushi at Shogun and Tristen, Don and other friends came through to eat. Stuffed face and had a good dinner w everyone. Good catching up w Don and Tristen as l havent seen them in forever. Gonna miss Steve a lot. He's been part of the group forever. Glad l got to see him before he goes tho.

Thurs hit up Long's and we hit up a ton of spots to hand out free and reduced passes for our DNA Halloween Event for Oct 30th. Hit up all the popular younger spots and caught up w friends at TeaDo and Bonchon. Its crazy how small the community really is. So after Chinatown we hit up South st and ran around and also stopped by Jack's pharmacy to catch up since l was right there. We hit up Center City and also dropped off cards to friends and organizations who werent able to pick up the reduced cards last week.
Afterwards, got Yan and we got food at Penang and got Mee Siam. l love it. Hit back and we watched some American Horror Story before knocking out.
Friday got up and dropped Yan off. Had a lil bit of errands to run and then later on got food w Janette at Banana Leaf. Got something new that was highly recommended on Yelp and caught up w Janette big time since her birthday at Rumor a few months back. Food at Banana leaf was mad good and stuffed face and it was good to see Janette. Hit back home to bum it and me and Brown just bullshitted all afternoon away. The new lounge room is really nice and at night l went to take a nap before hitting a party and Rumor. Wellll..... kinda just slept through everything... yeaaaa. lm officially old. l just slept through a party night....

JohnV's had some birthdays, May was taking care of a big birthday, Allison's friend's were there early celebrating a birthday and Jenna and Cindy also made it out to celebrate their birthdays lol. Happy Birthday everyone!! lol - so yea, big big pregame and fun winning a game of Pool w Kim cause the 8 ball didnt go in at the slightest bit on the last hit so we got the cheap win lol. Later on had to destroy MikeM at ping pong lol jkjkjk but he was playing like a derp against David and l wanted to destroy him and then found out he actually knows how to play. 21-19. But he was kicking my ass at first. Slammed drinks and l think the Monster really helped. Friends spraying champange and took a big squadron photo.
We then hit up Coda and friends were just alllll over the fucking place lol. DJ Miss Jade of course killed it and l really hope she starts to DJ back in Philly more often. A DJ really can make or break a night regardless of other factors in the night. But yea, her and Paola do a really really good job and lm not just saying that out of friendship. Straight up bangers, the way l like it. So me and Kim ended up dancing together all night and l promise you.... we had the most fun out of anyone there that night. Its just fun to act ridiculous and 20x better when you got a friend to act silly with you ya know?! All we did was make funny faces and bounce around to good music. Def had so much fun w her as she's like my drinking games/dance partner as of lately. Partied till 3am and was ridiculously sweaty and sore. Def had an amazing night and everyone had a really good turn out on their guestlist.

Sunday just got up in the evening and hit up friends and we hit up Rita's. Rob, ScottD, SteveC came through and we just smoked hookah, ate pizza, watched the fight and played Shuffleboard and junk. We ended up hanging out from like 630-1130pm lol. We played Scatagories and lm usually meh about games like that as l rather just have a conversation but yoooo.. l was laughing so hard at all the idiot things that happened. l think the game is better than Cards against Humanity for laughs.
The very best thing said was Rita saying 'yea l love Russian Roulette' totally serious and me and the guys just lost it. Then she realized she just meant roulette.
l thought l was just going for like 2 hours. Def a good bummy recovery day w friends. Watching some of Pacific Rim and def need to watch that movie in full. Glad everyone came out as always.
It was what l needed.. Well l still need a foot massage and a back/neck massage. Groupon doesnt have anything around me. Plus tipping, massages are kinda pricey. l never paid full price for one cause Groupon is usually good w having one for half off in the area. But yea, def wanna try a hot stone massage or deep tissue.
Monday got up and started the day productive. Got an oil change, a car wash, reading on League of Legends, hitting up all clients and getting shit taken care of and had some sushi. Good Monday. l dont really have bad mondays lol. Watching History Channel all evening and playing League of Legends. Later on l was starving and craving meat like a savage and swung by and got Emily to eat at Fetta Sau and catch up on everything. Food there is so dope. Good time eating there again and seeing her again and hit back home to watch more History Channel before passing out.
Tues hit work all day and later on met up w Long to get food. Got Whole Foods and was being all healthy and we hit Villanova to give KSA passes for our Halloween Event and also saw and caught up w Jasmine for a lil. Hit home and watched Street Fighter V streams for a while. Later on, jumped on League of Legends and Jinx was free to play this week so l tried her out as a suggestion. Anytime l post on Facebook anything bout League of Legends, l get the entire world responding w help. l love my friends. But yea, Jinx is a great counter to Vayne who is popular so its a good anti popular pick(metagame) but Jinx in general isnt AS fun as Vayne or as good. She's fun of course but l like Vayne more for that role. Maybe l'll learn and buy Jinx eventually as a back up but we'll see. l gotta figure out all the champions l like to use and which roles they play and THEN if l need any other characters to cover shit incase of other people picking them or they got banned from that specific game, then l'll take it from there.
Weds got up and hit Breslin's place along w Alex and SteveC. Set up hookah and talked bout a lot of bullshit along w Magic the Gathering. As l was out there, l was taking care of real estate work, new client thanks to KevinR, Thank you Kevin - l really do appreciate it, club events, planning out Defend the North's Hearthstone Tournament l was running and talking w Big E about the NEC Event. Pretty productive while smoking hookah w the guys lol. Playing a ton of Modern later on and got my ass beat by Alex later on against his 4 Color Gifts. So l was doing fine in the first like 6 games then l went on tilt... after he was drawing hate cards right off the bat, l just was in agony lol. Happy Birthday Alex lol.

Hit up Jimmy's new Gaming Lounge in Hatboro that lm SO HAPPY exists now and its also cool that Jimmy from high school is the one who opened it. So their main focus in all Smash Bros games but they also have set ups and tournaments for other Fighting Games. l def want to help blow this place up so that its finacially sustainable to exist, also for Jimmy and for this place to become a gamer's hang out. Its funny its in Hatboro where Stomping Grounds is at(Magic the Gathering/Warhammer hang out spot). Its simple, just a ton of set ups, chairs, a stream set up, drinks and snacks being sold. You just go and hang out and play games. lm really gonna promote it to the Philly FGC and hopefully Street Fighter tournaments along w other games get big there for weekly or bi weekly tournaments to be hype for, esp for the future when Street Fighter V drops, also for just having a nice hang out spot for gaming. This place got me extremely hype for the future.
So did a Round Robin Tournament, going 3-1. The guy Brian l lost to beat me, final game, final round, final hit by a yolo Green Hand by his Zangief. We were playing earlier for a while and going back and forth but lm still sad l lost as it was anyones game. In the end tho.... l feel he was actually better than me tho so lm not TOO upset. If l felt l was better and he got lucky, then l'd be more sad. Beat everyone else 2-0 and met some new cool people. Fun commentating on stream too and just in general, lm really looking forward to the next tournament there.

Seriously played all fucking day and loved it. Its different of course but l def enjoy this game a lot. So the overall basics of course are the same but now hit confirming is a lil different. Instead of attacking w quick light attacks leading to bigger attacks, its more chaining medium and heavy attacks in shorter combos and its very commitment heavy. Right now lm loving Necalli and Karin. R.Mika isnt as fun as l thought tho l do like her SPD, her hop kick attack and her drop kick which both low crush(dodges low attacks while hitting the opponent and avoids throws). We'll see. Now that l understand fighting games MUCH more compared to 2009, l'll be trying EVERYONE out a lil bit before l settle down on my Top 3 characters. In Mortal Kombat, l switched my Main character 9 times till l finally settled on Erron Black - Outlaw. NINE TIMES. Anyway... lm loving the game.
Necalli has some safe shit too and you can see things hit and then follow up w the rest or go for throw or frame trap if you see it was blocked. But like, because of the slightly slower pace, you can see and react in time to if things hit or were blocked before you make your next choice of 'finishing the combo on hit, bait/frametrap/throw on block'. Will def be in Training room putting Dummy to block randomly to test and practice it.
Afterwards, hit Weili and Emily's pregame and drank and smoked hookah. Tons of friends made it out and lm glad everyones back into party mode. Right before the Pope came, people were coming out less and less and then right after the Pope left, everyone has been out like crazy every weekend. Its fucking great. Hit up Rumor and met up w more friends and just danced all night w TONS of friends. lm so glad the past few weeks has been back to the - go out squad deep and just dance w all my friends all over the place. Acting silly and bouncing the hood ass tracks and just had an amazing night in general.
Sat woke up early as balls and me and Jerimiah hit up North Jersey to get Brian and Rob G aka White Rob and hit up Defend the North and got settled in. Got my ass beat in Ultra Street Fighter 4 w a somewhat stacked bracket. Ended up buying a new Fightstick too for PS3/PS4 as l'll be needing it in the future and using converters and then converter bans and other tournaments and all that shit is a hassle. Just makes sense to get a stick that fits for the future. Also got a ton of art for my room and for Brown and yea, my room is gonna be so nerdy but l dont care. Everyone saying 'a girl wont sleep over if you...' thats not true. If a girl likes me, shes not gonna see my Street Fighter posters and be like 'ew lm going home'. Hasnt happened ever. l think people overanalyze what they think would happen and what actually happens. l got Magic the Gathering cards, fightsticks, Street Fighter shit and clothes all over my room in a mess.
So anyway.. hung out all day, eating food w friends and good catching up w so many friends. The NYC FGC has always been good to me and over the past 4 years, lve made some really good friends in the scene and its really good always spending time w them.
Later on, we went out to some bar in Jersey and had fun as it was a hype big spot and had drinks and ran around and laughed at some of the ridiculousness. Someone got a lil too fucked up from chugging tequila before we went out and ended up puking for a while in the diner we ate at afterwards. As much as l know l missed out at DNA Coda in Philly as it was the Undefeated after party along w my sub-promoters both having big lists, lm glad l was out w friends l dont get to see too often.
Monday got up late and finally got some sleep after 3 days of restlessness(<- real word?!). Taking care of ALLLLL ERRANDS and got pizza and whiskey for Josh. We plan to play Halo 5 at midnight and beating the game on Legendary. Playing on Facebook and promoting multiple events of both Halloween events, a house party at Rita's for a beer pong tournament, the tournament in Hatboro at the Labratory and talking w Big E about Hearthstone event at NEC. Event planning is just fun. l've always been big one setting up things because l know if lm the one running it, it will be fun and be done right ya know? l hate when l waste a friday or sat at a party/club/event that was run poorly. Anyway... gonna get Halo 5 at Midnight soon and play Halo 5 all night yayy!!
