As much as l like to keep my life simple w what l know. It is nice doing things out of my comfort zone. l think a lot is when friends are well in control of the situation because jumping into things out of my comfort zone alone is.... really uncomfortable lol.

Friday had work all evening and took it easy. Very relaxing way to start the day. Caught up in tons of information about a ton of small things lm curious bout and catching up w my gaming news lol. Always love being up to date. Afterwards, dinner time at Chima!! So it was the last night of restaurant week and we hit up Chima for Sam's birthday dinner. So destroyed mad food and had a good time being out w everyone. Happy Birthday Sam!! The game at any all you can eat steak house is getting the most value for your dollar because its just something fun to do. Open bar, you gotta drink as much as humanly possible. Its just what you have to do... no matter how stupid youre being. Carefully only ate a lil lil bit of bread and smoked salmon and made sure to stuff my face w meat. Def a great dinner and the food coma was hitting hard.
Afterwards, hit up Rumor and met up w tons of friends. Lately every weekend theres something up so l just spammed the usual squadron about clubbing and kinda just party w whoever shows up. Talking w friends, l think part of the reason why the weekends exhaust me so much is the - buying alc, cups, chasers... informing everyone what we're doing.. taking care of my guestlist(can be easy work, sometimes my phone is blowing up nonstop)... pregame... driving people around... the actual partying part followed by driving people home or getting food afterwards... hitting home to eat and shower and then sleep. Friday night is a full day event. It was kinda nice to just.... show up, party and leave lol. Def had a good time dancing and l figured out why l get sore when l have a good night dancing. Of course yea... lm dancing longer... but l noticed, the more comfortable l am, the lower l get and the more l bend my knees and more muscle l use to dance. If lm acting weird on the dance floor, it means lm having fun.
Ended the night doing some reading and playing Hearthstone before passing out.
Sat got up to take care of some clients and was on Hearthstone for a while building decks. Doing so much reading and def enjoying the new decks. So built a copy of Emily's Mech Mage deck which is very fun to play and very efficient and also built the Tier 1 Patron Warrior Deck. Very clever to play, very yolo in going for it on certain moments and very exciting. The downfall is you are betting the entire game on one or two moments. Usually these moments are successful but there is still risk. Example..... turn 7 lm gonna do BIG damage... if they dont got a board wipe, say Flamestrike to do 4 damamge to all my minions which kills all my Grim Patrons at 3 health, then next turn l hit for BIG damage again and win. But if they DO have a board wipe... well hopefully l have enough cards and things in hand to help me for a second big moment.
Picked up Jerimiah and he helped me set up the party and had a fun house party at home. Friends made it through and had our typical set up of gaming in the living room, drinks and beer pong in the kitchen and hookah outside. Steady system lol. Nothing too crazy and our numbers were slightly lower than usual since we didnt make a facebook event page and tell people till the week of but overall the response was that most people liked it better. l like both 'get togethers' and 'ragers' in their own way but in the end, the more friends l see in a night, the more l usually have fun. lm getting old tho lol, Kim made nearly all cups when we played together in beer pong. Played some Mortal Kombat X for fun w everyone and before midnight, we moved the hookah to inside to be safe and we didnt get the cops called on us. Made easy mac for friends and played around w mixing new drinks together. Playing w drinks is always fun tho it ends up usually wasting alc on gross drinks no one wants. Def glad to have people over and l love that lm already home when the party is over.
Sunday woke up to a text from Abby asking if l was down to hit the Eagles game. l havent been to a sporting event in general in a while and it was a nice day and hey... free ticket to lower level seats and just a cool different hang out w a friend. Of course lm down. So dropped off Jerimiah and hit up Abby's and got her and hit the Eagles game and rushed to get there as we thought we'd be late. Found one of her sisters and boyfriend and got drinks and found our seats. The humidity wasnt too bad and our seats were soooooo good. Plus it was a bit windy which helped, it wasnt AS hot as l thought it'd be. Plus the cool drinks..... it was def a good start.
So the game started and Abby's friend who is a cheerleader was on the field not too far from us. Also another girl l danced w literally back in high school days from friends is also now an Eagles cheerleader on her first yr. lm actually friends w her sister because her sister was on the same dance team l was on in college but at different times than me. Eagles were doing well and it was cool just to be so close. Def my closest seats ever. Got food and stuffed face and def had a good time. Thank you Abby for inviting me!!! Right before the game ended, we left as it was set that the Eagles were going to win and we wanted to dodge traffic. Hit back to Abby's and checked out how she furnished her new home that we recently closed on and yooo.... she def has style more than just clothing. Mirrors everywhere just looks nice and clean. Def really happy for her.
Hit home to shower and eat and Josh made me food, thank you! Played h1z1 w the guys for a while and ended the night peacefully.

Monday hit Philly for a home inspection for my accepted offer the week before. Inspection went smooth and l was ready to tackle 3 issues that l thought could take all day of phone calling, waiting, problem solving and adjusting some timing in some things. Well made 3 calls and was told everything was handled from each issue.
Its kinda like being in a group project w 3 straight A students. Its nice.
So hit back home, got my haircut, got my checks from another past closing and from a quick rental from my old fraternity brother Shain and then hit up Boyd's w Brown and Jenny to visit Chris and Carly.
Really good seeing them as always and l seriously love this dude. Checked out his new guns and went swimming. Lit the hookah, ordered pizza and checked out his new toys. He really is doing whatever he wants and his wife organizes his life lol. Must be nice. Def had a really nice evening and ahhh being in a pool in this hot summer felt soooo good. Always an amazing hang out w Chris and Carly and time flew by and chilled till it got really dark. Def want to see them again soon rather than a once a yr thing lol.
Hit home and played some Hearthstone before knocking out.
Tues got up and hit up closing for David first. The home checked out well and closing went extremely smooth. Thank you Phil and Kristen for the referral. Next up, headed back out to get Nancy at the bank, hit the final walk through and then met back up w everyone at the same office and had my second closing. Everything came together smoothly and it was really nice what the seller's did and added in just for the sake of being nice. Full day of running around but def happy to close on two properties out in Montgomery County in one day. Afterwards, got Emily and we just hit back and bummed it and slept early.
Weds dropped off checks to my office and me and Emily played Hearthstone against Wes for a while who has really good decks. Got pizza wine and cheese and had a nice bumming evening. Stuffing face and watching lots of Attack on Titan. God its sooo good. Its straight to the point. Wine and cheese is so fun lol. Simple ass weds evening.
Thurs hit my office to take care of some work and got back and me and Emily made devil eggs. Was just craving them big time lol. Stuffing face and watching Attack on Titan and finished up the season. Sooo good. We straight up bummed it all evening and at night hit up Max Brenner for fondue. The food was banging except banana cause banana just sux in general. Hit up Long's to have a lil meeting about some changes for the future which will def help w promoting.
Afterwards, we met up w my sister and Kim along w her sorority sisters at a party and met some people and chilled and wasnt there too long. Just a nice bit of random socialness. We hit up Allison and Kim's place to check it out and visited another friends just to drink and smoke for a bit. Random ass night but def fun. Also may have a new promoter for DNA. Very good times and dropped off Emily late night.
Friday had a lot of work to take care of before the weekend. Packed for the weekend and played some Hearthstone before hitting Philly. Steph and Foley met up in the garage and Lori got us and we got Lien and hit up CT for the weekend. So the drive was pretty smooth till we saw on Instagram of everyone else in the hot tub already partying. FOMO kicked in terribly strong and we were eager to get there. l havent seen everyone in so long as half of this group lives in NY and also they are traveling all the time. l just see them when they happen to be somewhat around and lm free to meet up w them. Last time l got to see everyone was for Lien's birthday months ago. Got there and was so happy to see everyone again and also met some new people as well.
Lit the hookah, made a drink and into the hot tub. So being in a hot tub on a friday night is perfect. Cool meeting new people and just enjoyed being out somewhere new and w a ton of friends l havent seen in so long. Good work JessH on setting everything up. Just had a nice night drinking and socializing stayed out pretty late. Went in later and snacked while playing Intervention which is pretty much a game of blowing up people's spot in a fun way, nothing too personal. Def really fun.
Sat we had to wake up mad early. Def in for a crazy day. Started off w a big breakfast w everyone at 730am. Pretty early shit. Hit up the lake and we got our boats. One speed boat and one plantoon(fat ass slow but spacious boat). Got on the fat boat and yoooo.... l thought it'd be nice to be on a boat and drink w friends.... but yooo... ITS REALLY REALLY NICE lol. Something about it, l think its a combination of a lot of things. The weather was beyond perfect that day. Just hot enough w a breeze and also no humidity. No humidity. It felt like l could love summer all year around like this. Then there is the scenary. The entire view is really nice. On a massive body of water, the wind from moving on the boat, friends, drinks..... l was so relaxed. l totally get the boat hype now. Its so weird how l also saw boats as whatever and now l get it lol.
So people jumped on the circle raft and got dragged and was just enjoying mix drinks and enjoying being there in general. We met up w everyone on the other boat at a spot called Chicken Rock, a cliff jumping spot and l guess its called Chicken Rock cause it wasnt that high. High enough to make you nervous but not high enough to question if you will die or not. A spot back at college was about 5 stories high. Chicken rock was about 3 stories high. By 3 stories high l mean jumping off the 4th floor of a typical building. Best way to think of it is to imagine someone climbing from the second floor balcony to the first floor and estimate distance from there. If l were to ballll park(my visual estimation is horrible) the height. 35 ft? College's spot was prob 60?
Anyway... went and jumped a few times and yoo.. its such a great feeling. l dunno why skydiving feels so different. l think one reason may be the way my body is angled falling and the second is - cliff jumping, you see yourself get closer to the ground right away where skydiving, the view stays the same so you feel more paniced cliff jumping. Also skydiving youre attached to a person w equipment while cliff jumping, youre just in a bathing suit. From jumping before tho, it wasnt too hard to build up guts to jump. The initial run and jump is by far the scariest. Being in the air and falling is like 60% fun 40% scary lol.
Next up, we divided the group again and l went on the speedboat to try wakeboarding. Totally sucked and l chocked on water for like 20 mins lol. JessH pooped while l was waiting for another run and was almost around her poop as we saw her toilet paper around me..... classic Jess. Also XJ almost ran me over w the boat as he was texting and driving lol. The recklessness gets even more out of hand as the day goes on.
We came back to Chicken Rock to meet up w the girls as all the guys went to try wakeboarding. Well..... leaving 8 asian girls on a boat for 2 hours w a ton of alc is disastrous. They were doing shots, killed most of all the alc and already puking and passing out lol. Fun. So more cliff jumping and people gave Lori a countdown to peer pressure her to jump as she was scared lol. Pushing boats away from each other, l realized l was going to fall in and screamed 'Steph Drink Drink Drink!!' so she could save my drink.... then l realized my iphone in my pocket. So l pulled out the iphone real quick and it was still on and fine. Just buggy.
chilled there for a while, drinking and blasting Karen's party mix. We were like the fucking Jersey Shore cast at a family friendly lake w families lol. We were totally 'That boat' hahaha l enjoyed it tho. Hit back on the speedboat to do the circle raft. Went on w Lien and being on it is scary and exciting cause..... its gonna be fun but kinda dangerous too. l started giggling a lil out of excitement and so was Lien and l kept laughing more cause of her laughing too and same w her. We were literally laughing like kids the whole ride and was on for about 30 seconds till it got really bouncy where our bodies were bouncing off each other and it hurt my chest and l flew off. First reaction was l thought l knocked out a tooth or two but l didnt. Took turns on the circle raft and tried going alone as l couldnt not hang out w people. So l stayed on for a good minute as l found the secret was not to let the legs drag and pull my body tight to the raft. Each bounce went w my body and l was able to stay on longer. It came to a point where l was wondering if they were gonna slow down for me or just keep going till l flew off which l guess the rule of the day was, max speed TILL they fly off lol. Def so fun tho but the pain of flying off over and over was a bit much. Oh yea, Jess and Evan almost died as we accidently crashed the raft into the plantoon of all the girls passed out from drinking lol. They let go right before it crashed and it looked like out of a movie. The other girls really thought they died. On the same trip, we realized we had too much weight in the back so we sat up front. Lori was standing on her knees at the edge but we were going max speed and bumping and she almost flew off and Me Steph Foley and Lori held on for life as we were literally bouncing in the boat upfront afraid we were all gonna be flung out. Lien and Karen just sat at the end and laughed at us in fear.... Oh yea.... multiple people had clothes fly off because of flipping out of the raft lol.
Hit back to the docks to hear people knew of our group. The girls were puking again and laying out in the street lol. A ranger came by and Tina said 'yea that fucking ranger' and the ranger replied behind her 'hi... still here' hahahaha l was dying. We hit back to eat and have a small bbq and then everyone passed out from like 6-9pm ish. Got up and we started waking others up and slowly got everyone together and had a small party in the basement. Lit the hookah and just had a chill evening talking bout tons of junk and playing intervention. Def a fun time and really happy l went. Around 3am, finally knocked out.
Sunday woke up and said bye to everyone. Good just hanging w the original Villanova Sigmas and everyone else. l really do miss that group when they were all still in school and l saw them often. But either way, it was good to be able to spend a weekend away w them and catch up so much w them. Good shit Jess for setting it all up and keeping the costs low. We got food at some cafe on the way back and stuffed face and slept on the rest of the way back.
Got Emily and we got Burger king and straight up bummed in and watched Ancient Aliens lol. l got her into it haha. Its not ALLLLL crazy shit and they give you a lot of history about stuff in general before telling you 'and maybe aliens were involved?' cause thats how they present it. 'blah history blah and if aliens were involved, that would make sense to explain blah'. Ate more food andd we knocked out.
Monday drove her back to Philly and had some work to catch up on. Now that its started to get towards Fall, real estate work slows down. Spring/Summer was pretty reckless and lm glad of all my closings over the past 4 months. It was def money making season. Anything else for 2015 is more of 'bonus'. l dont like putting too much pressure on myself and causing unneccesary stress. Also.... it'll make me spend money less recklessly if l just pretend my income is lower than what it is ya know? l know it sounds dumb l have to play mind games on myself to give myself some self control but in general.... if l want it... l buy it.
Played some Hearthstone and really really loving this game now that l have 3 fun decks to play. All 3 are fun in their own way.
Zoolock - Clever aggro deck
Patron Warrior - Top Tier but difficult to play Combo deck relying on 1 or 2 massive moments for the kill
Miracle Mech Mage - a tempo/control deck on mechs and building up spare parts so Archmage Antonidas can build Fireballs in hand and blast like crazy for the win.
Played some Rocket League w the Scumbag Squad for a while and its a fun direct game. Its soo ridiculous that its fun and there is some skill in it and team work but its not extremely complicated or anything... overall just fun and flying the cars w the boost after jumping is pretty funny. Played a ton of Hearthstone late night and aoerighaorhgaoig.... game is so addicinting. lm gonna go back to Magic the Gathering too but oaishrgoihrsgoiahgoirah..... man... l didnt think ld take Hearthstone this serious, esp w all the randomness within the game but still... l do....
Tues woke up late and worked on some things for my closing next week. Checking up on clients and get my checks from past closings and tons of food and junk for the house. Feels good just having everything organized and clean. Made burgers and streamed some Ultra Street Fighter 4 for a bit. Watched footage of Street Fighter V and been relaxing. Watching the GSL Starcraft 2 Code S and tho l dont think l'llever get back into Starcraft 2 on THAT level ever again, l still enjoy watching it and seeing the new stuff. Who knows tho because the last installment of Starcraft 2 - Legacy of the Void comes out pretty soon. Ughhhhh too many games to be competitive with.
