So l always said that each year flies by faster because as you get older, a year isn't as big of a deal to you as it was when you were younger.
When you're in 6th grade, next yr is 7th grade and you may go to the Jr high now. You get your license at 16 or 17 for a lot. You leave to college, you turn 21. After that..... you kinda just do the same thing year to year so you dont have all these landmarks to make time for how long you've been waiting for something to happen like being old enough to get your license ya know? Also... turning 29 from 28.... its 1 yr out of 29 yrs. When you turn 11.... that's a significantly bigger portion of your life for 1 yr.
Anyway..... all the fun lm having is also probably why time is flying like crazy. KK so my last like.... 3 weeks haha.

Friday after helping Joss move, hit the office to print out a listing agreement and me and Mary met up w Brett at his place to talk about listing his place. Nice seeing the home after a couple of years and had a good time catching up while seeing all the changes he made to the home. Good evening w Brett and Mary and afterwards headed out to Ryan's party.
So it was his birthday/house warming/4th of july party all mixed into one. Showed up early and lit the hookah and ate chips and the guys set up the slip n slide. Friends came through and we ended up having a massive party around the 50s. Mostly was outback, the 2nd living room and the kitchen/dining room. Def had a really good flow to it and the party itself was really fun. Introducing friends to friends and also met some new people. Dance battles for the 7toSmoke happening for the Oscar Invitationals. Went picture crazy lol but whatever... there was so many good friends here. Overall.... it didnt feel any different than when we were in high school. And the cops got called on us. lm glad tho.... that fact that me and my friends can still throw parties rowdy enough to get the cops called on us is a compliment. Late night snuck out to Rumor as l really didnt want to battle and feel sick again lol. Drinking and battling really hurts lol trust me. Hit Rumor and found friends and partied for an hour at Rumor. Had fun running around acting dumb and very good work JohnV for the guestlist bump. His hustle is serious. Hit back home late night and knocked out.
Afterwards, we made burgers and stuffed face outside and just chilled for a bit. Next up Rita's place to smoke hookah and hang w Rita Chris and Monica. Just talked bout a ton of stuff and smoked hookah. Def a chill evening lol. Ended the night hitting up Coda late night and seeing the Jump Smokers. Tons of friends came through and a lot of crazy small things happened lol. Not sure what was up w the night but it was entertaining. Jump Smokers did a good job w the music and the music was the best l ever heard at Coda. Jomel got bottles as half the squad ended up playing VIP lol. JohnV again did a good job on his guestlist and had a really good night overall. Finished the night getting McDonalds and then getting Jeff and hitting David's and the 3 of us hit NJ to fish.
So fished from 5am-10am and holy shit it got hot. Had fun trying out different things and caught a small small fish lol. David did catch a small shark which was bad ass. Saw some cool catches but we didnt get anything dope. Always trying. Fished and at 10am or so we hit back. We got food and l needed a slurpee soooo fucking bad. l was having brain freeze and still drinking it. l felt ridiculous. Hit back and drove home and couldnt sleep as it was so hot. Took a really cold shower and it had that swimming pool feeling as l was just hot but in cool water lol. Finally knocked on Sunday around 5pm being up for over 24 hours again.
Monday got up and got Emily and we got Dimsum and bubble tea. Stuffed face and omg l love dimsum so much lately lol. Good time stuffing face and glad we did talk about a lot of stuff in general. Afterwards, had house showings w Scott and saw a really great home and met his Father. Took our time and things look really good. Hit back to get groceries and worked w Scott in the evening and had a relaxing work evening. Bullshitted late night and passed out.
Tues got up late and was flooded w work. Had a long peaceful work day just taking care of so much stuff. Was just on my email, phone, facebook chat just working and it was a really nice evening and night. Nothing crazy hard or difficult. Just productive lol. That was about it. Oh yea and being banned from Facebook to post anything for 3 days cause of my offensive post saying 'which of these faggots has the nicest business card' lol. Oops. So yea, ended the night playing lots of Ultra Street Fighter 4. Took me 2 hours to swing back into it before l had my shit down again. Fun night and good having old friends join in and talk w while l game. Def a good time and l didnt lose any of my skillzzzz lol. Def fun playing w Akuma Cammy and Hugo again tho lm terrible w Hugo lol.
Weds got up for house showings w Qing and her family. Re-looked at some properties and afterwards hit up another appointment w Shain and his girlfriend. Found a nice spot for them and lm glad because there was only 3 homes that fit his criteria but they ended up loving one and its perfect for them. Mad spacious. So that was dope.
Afterwards, stopped by Emily's and we got Fetta Sau for dinner and omgggg the meat is soo good. So l gotta look up how much Brisket is by the lb as it was $21 there and l could slowcook meat myself so l may try it out. With cooking, its been a random battle over the last few yrs. Sometimes lm not too bad and l impress myself along w cooking w well.. Vicky in the past. We made some good shit together. In general... theres a few dishes lm good at that l love and theres other stuff lm trying out. Pretty much... if l love a certain dish, l wanna see if l can make it myself. Its cheaper and l dont have to go out to get it. As much as cooking takes up time, so does driving and waiting for my order. If l dont gotta leave the house, that's really good esp in the afternoons and nights when lm mostly doing work and need to be by my PC.
Spent some of the night working on offers and ahhhhh $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ lol. Played some Pokemon w Brown as we tried out the 4 decks and l enjoy it. It just takes sooo long. It seems like there is one very dominate strategy in these decks which is building a big bench pressence and then attacking w Pokemon who do more damage w more benched Pokemon. It's not as costly as Magic the Gathering but tournament format is much more strict since games take so long. Single elimination, one game. That's it. So a bad draw could end your tournament day. Its crazy, one single game, single elimination lol. That's the exact opposite with Magic the Gathering on best 2 of 3 games and Swiss tournament format(you play a ton of games and Top 8/16 or whatever make it to finals based on score). A lot seems to be luck in Pokemon if you are running a water Pokemon focused deck and run into a Grass and or Electric focused deck. Def fun tho and l get why it's still been around after all this time and it's not solely based on the Pokemon brand name.
Spent the rest of the night doing a lot of reading on various things and playing in Magic the Gathering online Modern format tournaments w the Affinity Deck. Def still loving it a lot.
Thurs was still up all night from playing Magic the Gathering literally through the night. Does literally make sense there?! l dont think so. But yea, doing a Modern Daily Swiss of 4 opponents and then the Holiday Phantom drafts which l was getting mana screwed like crazy. So 23 spells, 17 lands... close to 5050... 57% spells 43% lands.... Started a hand w 3 spells, 4 lands... next 9... NINE cards are lands... the odds are ridiculous then it happened... THE VERY NEXT GAMEEE. Another game l just swept my opponent as he mentioned he just drew no lands constantly. Online has always been bad for having ridiculously bad draws wayyy too often where you wonder about its random number generator... but yea... it was annoying.
Spent the morning talking to various friends online about buying meat... mostly beef brisket because after eating it earlier in the week... lm obsessed. Its just soo damn good. Its the meat thats used in pho if you arent sure what beef brisket is. Just wanna get 3 lbs of it and slow cook the shit outta it. Onions mushrooms and garlic. Yeaaa lm pretty hype. Took care of some work at 9am and then went to bed at 10am. Random life style.
Woke up at 9pm and started some work to catch up w some things. Congrats Shain on the new rental! A perfect quick rental done. Hit home to play Depth the Scumbag Squad. SteveC Hack and JohnP jumped on and we had Shirtless Skype Gaming night playing the newly updated Depth. It really is a great game and its clever. Its fun to freak out, to hear the heartbeat go faster as sharks get close and feel that anxiety. Being scared w friends is always fun. Its why scary movies and haunted houses w friends is so fun. Def a good time and l like how the guns are - you buy the gun and then buy one of a few upgrades and only one upgrade per gun.
Afterwards, stayed on Skype w Domkey and Hack for a while talking bout tons of shit for a few hours. Watched the CNBC on Dishonesty which had a really interesting report and played more Magic the Gathering online tournaments allll night lol.
Friday took care of work and played Magic like a mad man. Took a nap midday and then got up and had house showings all over Bucks and Montgomery County covering for my team leader Mary w new clients. Helped them out and found them 2 homes they both loved but the wife like Home A a bit more and the husband liked Home B a bit more lol. But atleast they have options and would be very happy in either home.
After, got my check from Abby's closing at the office and hit Giant and the liquor store and Peppi's Pizza to get stuff for the night. Had no time to myself as l quickly hit home to change, do work and head back out as l quickly ate pizza. l hate being in a rush to eat but it happens.
Got my lil sister Allison and hit up Philly and hit up pregame. Friends came through and watched funny ass videos while drinking and smoking. Glad Anne and Shell came through to meet everyone at pregame finally and we drank and got pretty buzzed before going out. Headed out to Rumor and partied all night and more friends made it out. JohnV had another group that was big so they had their own pregame. Introduced friends as always and had fun acting dumb. The hip hop room was muuuuchh better music wise and the DJ played A LOT of the hype hip hop classics and new stuff that just makes you act like a weirdo. Def a good time and seriously..... the DJ is so important. When you're on the dance floor and a hype track drops, you and all your friends go nuts... its amazing.
Sat got up early as fuck for the Magic the Gathering - Magic Origins Pre-release. Over 60 people showed and l was unsure to go Black w SteveC and Breslin or go Red/White as l always do and sit at the 'White' table as White was apparently very powerful for Limited in this set. But l believe just how the colors work, Red and White are the most powerful styles in Limited. Good strong low drop creatures is what you look for in Limited. So l went w my gut and went w White. So you get a few cards in White and then 6 packs. Of the 6 packs..... 3 red rares, 2 white rares, 1 black rare. WOWOOWWOOWOW HOOWWWW LUCKYY!!! 5 different colors you'd expect 1 rare in each and then last pack whatever... but yea... had a total of 3 red rares and 3 white rares in my 40 card deck. Bomb central.
So ontop of that, l got a lot of great 2-3 drop creatures w Renown and First strike and yooooo DEMOLISHED people...
Went 6 wins, 1 loss to start. After that in Top 8, beat the next guy who was the son of another player l beat. Cool Dad and Son tho and they weren't weirdos like some people there lol. At Top 4, it was close to BBQ time and the other 3 wanted to Split(meaning we tie for 1st Place, divide packs up evenly.
Hit up Giant w the guys and got tons of shit for the bbq and hit back to the house and people started coming over. Was suppose to be just a few nerds after the tournament but we invited people, then figured to invite more and about 20 friends through the night came through total. Didnt take that many pics oddly. Abby even came through lol as l've been harassing her to come party. Def got in trouble as Hack was talking loud about the guy w double dicks and neighbor flipped a shit about our topic of discussion lol. l get yelling at us if its 3am and we're being loud but 7pm on a sat.... really?! Just cause we're talking bout a guy w 2 dicks for 20 mins lol. Def a good time and it turned out to be a mini party. Late night everyone bounced out and l hit up 1925 as some friends came through to chill and drink. Def a nice evening and sadly my sister's friend couldn't get in as her ID was taken away at another spot. Gave JohnV, my sister and her friend Eva a ride back and we put my sister's bike in the back of my car and took her back lol.
Sun got up early as fuck again to enter the tournament Day 2 and didnt do so hot. Went w the same colors but had NO rares in my deck rather than 6 lol. Big difference. Plus didnt have as many strong heavy hitters as l did before in general and went 3-3 and didn't make Top 8. Pretty sad but whatever, my luck was on fire on Day 1. It'd be too ridiculous that it'd happen twice. Plus l sat at the Green table as White was totally taken up when l got there. Slept from 5-10pm and got up and got Emily and we hit up Giant for food and watched American Greed all night and eating food lol.

Monday we hit up Doylestown and got Beef Brisket l was craving from Doylestown. Hit up Peddler's Village where she has fond childhood memories from and walked in some stores and saw some cool shit. Bought some spices and dry ice'd corn and the spice store was the best place we went to. Saw her old stomping grounds as a 7 yr old of where she use to play and hit back to eat at Red Robin and get more snacks at Giant. Played Depth w the Scumbag Squad for a bit before knocking out.
Tues got up late and took care of a ton of work. Threw in the Brisket and prepared the shit outta it. Very fun. Josh was making Tacos, so me and Emily ate that and drank some Long Islands he made and met his friend Brit. Jeff came through too. We lit the hookah and Brown came back and the 5 of us smoked hookah and had drinks out back for a while. Def a chill night and l always love a simply evening sitting around w a few people talking bout whatever. l just love socializing. l feel thats why partically why l love the idea of smoking hookah and drinking. Its the bullshit reason to sit together and talk. If we just sat out there w nothing to do while talking, it feels weird. You gotta either be eating, drinking and/or smoking something lol. It just feels right ya know? Def a good night. Hit up Giant afterwards and got food and took care of a lot of work.
Started playing Hearthstone as Emily got me into it and after messing w it more... l got really really hooked. Ate Brisket and omgggg everything l dreamed of haha. Watched some Shark Tank and caught up on my gaming news and tried to sleep but it was hard. We ended up playing my Hearthstone again lol then sleeping early morning.
Hit home and played a fuckloada Hearthstone... oops dropped $245 on my account and Emily's account. Its nice to have two accounts we share so we can both play. We build her a Mech/Miracle Mage deck that is just straight up very good and not extremely difficult to play that she's kicking ass in. We also have enough cards to build her a few other decks. Freeze Mage interests me a lot and she also likes the Priest class. For me, l built two Legendary ZooLock decks which fits my playstyle exactly. Aggro. It's more like Red/Black in Magic the Gathering as you sac. you're own stuff and life to give your creatures a boost. Working on a few other decks. Mostly Firemage 3.0 Legendary.
Ate fod and stuff and me and Emily kinda just played Hearthstone all day and night lol.
Thurs got up and started working on Hearthstone. Also Emily's spreadsheets are legit. Putting in what she needs for the deck, what she filled in, win loss ratios and stuff. l was very impressed. l like organized and l love love love reading statistics. Its just... clean, informative and based on actual data, not theory. Theory crafting and theory fighting(saying who would probably win because of what a character or deck has on paper) is fun and all but only after a ton a ton of high level matches, does the truth show.
We ate a late dinner of meat, corn and mashpotatoes and then played more Hearthstone like crazy. Met up w the guys for the movies as we saw Ant Man. Def a dope movie and it was hilarious and creative. All Marvel movies tho have been really really fun tho over the last few years.
Spent the rest of the night playing more Hearthstone while Emily also worked on her Twitch channel. l figured, if she's gonna be playing it. Might as well stream it. Who knows?! Def a chill day.
Friday got up mad late and watched EVO 2015 Ultra Street Fighter 4 all day on both monitors w the two streams open. Stuffing face and then me and Emily headed out to get drinks. Hit up UltraZone and met up w everyone to play as Yan wanted to play and we set it up. Yan brought her friend Kevin. Brown Jenny Harris SteveC and Rita all came through too. So the 9 of us played 3 games and its so cheap or maybe because the last time l use to go there was 19 yrs ago and l see money very differently now. $15 for 3 games and yooo l got winded as balls. Def had A LOT A LOT of fun playing and its def something we plan to do again. The arena is EXACTLY the same as it's been since l was 10 yrs ago. How crazy?! But its perfect. It really is the best lazer tag place in general.
Def got winded and afterwards, hit back to the house and Rita and Chris Jao joined to smoke hookah and drink. Just had a nice chill evening. Not a crazy party night but def a really good night in general. Plus.... the next day would be crazy drinking.
Sat got up mad late, ate food quick and started setting up the party. Lit the hookah and friends started coming by. Around 40 friends came through throughout the night and tho friends showed early, it really got started around 1130pm. So the living room ended up being the gaming room hardcore. Got people a deck of cards. On the TV had Mortal Kombat X, Mario Kart and Smash Bros. Then there was Hearthstone matches as me and Emily were using her Tempo Mage vs ChrisY. SteveC and JohnP were coaching and also JohnP and SteveC showing me Emily and ChrisJ some stuff on Hearthstone. Funny how sooo many people play. Def cool tho and a game that has a big community is a factor. Why?! Because its fun to play together always. Even good games become amazing w friends ya know?
Kitchen was beer pong and drinks and out back was 2 hookahs. Def really glad to see everyone coming together as always and spent a good amount of time doing introductions. Partied till about 3am and a few straglers hung around to smoke and eat ramen when everyone was bouncing out. Cops got called on us yayyyy..... the party isn't worth talking bout unless the cops get called. Its a compliment really.
End of the night Josh fell down the stairs and popcorn was everywhere lol.
Sunday got up late and we got cheesesteaks and fries and stuffed face. Didnt really do much as Evo 2015 finals were on so l watched Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Ultra Street Fighter 4. HOLY HOLY SHOYLRSJOI:YGHOIGHSROIGH SHITTTT was Top 8 amazing for Ultra. Just soooo much crazy shit. Pro players having secret pocket characters against each other is always crazy because EVERYONE goes.... 'he uses HIM?!' and it throws everyone off.... esp in Top 8. But the matches were soo good. People winning 2 games then the other playing coming back w 3 wins straight. The chaos of the Grand Finals. The long assss Losers Finals cause Elena could heal and it took forever.
Afterwards brought Emily and Jenny back home and spent the night working and playing Hearthstone. Did A LOT A LOT of reading on multiple games. Mainly Ultra Street Fighter 4, Street Fighter V, a really nice article Breslin gave me about the Magic the Gathering Modern Format.

^^^ Great reads. Reading on Hearthstone. Building my Firestorm 3.0 Deck. Thinking of how to build some of Emily's decks w fillers for now. Also got my little sister into it. Def glad she's getting into gaming. Its fun and she's smart. Blizzard games are just great in general for being fun, accessible, easy to play/hard to master, big community. My sister is interested in Overwatch too which lm hype about. But yea my whole night... reading and gaming central.
Monday morning got convinced by Karen to go on this boat trip thats costing me around $250 for the boat, lodging, food, drinks and gas. Be good to see everyone of that old Villanova Sigma Squad. l miss them. they are alllll over the world. Its insane. Figured yolo, l havent gotten to hang w them for a while.
Slept all midday and woke up and did work for the night. Going to hit my office at 3am and do some junk and do a lot for gaming and preparing for Otakon. Def got the rest of summer fun planned out. Flipping through channels, Step Up 3D was on and l saw me, Goofball and Aja in our scenes. Aja is all over since he's one of the main good guys in the movie. Def interesting to see myself on ABC Family lol. Very hype for a lot coming up.
