l really do have A LOT of good things but l want more lol. Mostly.... l want more money so l can do more. l dont live an expensive lifestyle as video games consume TONS of hours to make up for its cost($15-60 for a game that consumes 20-100 hours makes sense. People pay $12 to go see a 1.5 hour movie). And nightlife and house parties is cheap/profitable. W making money from guestlists and throwing events. Drinking for free or having set bartenders hook me up and other friends who promote when l go to other places - also house parties is just bringing some alc - partying is cheap. lm prob spending more on gas picking up my friends than anything else.
But..... l want more. l dont know what l'd do w more money but l just want it for mental security if anything lol. l really think l have everything a person really needs but money is one of those things where its like 'can you really have too much?' so thats why l think that l think about money a lot lately. Its def a good thing that l dont really have any issues and l just want things as shallow as it is. Its good to be shallow in a way because that means you dont have serious issues. lm def thankful for everything but..... l could def have more steak and lobster in my life. Just saying.
Weds - got up early and got Vicky for our full day. First thing we did was find macarons. The legit french kind. Not the MacarOOns w two O's that are meh. Took us forever to get parking but found macarons and got a box of 12 w a mix of flavors. In the end... Choc and Vanilla are the best for me. So next we went to Fetta Sau for lunch but oh shit.... closed.... opens at like 5pm. Oops.... so we got pho lol. Driving ALLLL over Philly cause l suck so bad. But the pho was good and def felt a lil tired from all the running around.
Continued running around as we hit Target as she had to get stockings and other stuff. Well.... she loves her Target. Hung out looking at stockings for 20 mins.... not kidding lol. Next up Oxford Valley Mall for bubble tea as she had to check some things out. Long day out. When we finally got back, it was time for a nap cause lm an old bastard.
Got up and made pasta w meatballs and then got ready to go party. Loaded up the car and got to Chris and Serena's house for New Years. Big party and played a lot of beer pong and friends came through the night. Had fun doing Karoake w Nicky and people and enjoyed Hak doing Gundam Style. Doing shots Jao's father and l think uncle. Def need more simple house party nights in my life. Ended the night playing 10 cup beer pong winning w Brown against some competitive friends hehehehehe... ISLAND CREATION!! l love island. And bouncing. And 2 balls in one cup and every other rule to exploit. Def a really fun night and always a good time to do a house party for New Years. Clubs are dope and all but the problem is you cant get drinks because EVERYONE has the same open bar you all paid $100 for so it takes forever to get a drink and losing 15 mins out of the night each time you want a drink just sux.
We got home and ate bread to try to avoid hang over lol.
Thurs ate leftovers and had a lil lil headache. We watched Taken 2 and got groceries at Giant. Had some of the pizza Brown and Jieun got and watched a ton of American Horror Story season 3. So damn GOOD!! l really really like it. Def a chill day and l got to play Depth a lil w the guys haha. After all the running around on weds, l just wanted to have a nice peaceful evening on thurs.
Fri morning took the car to get my inspection done and then hit back and me Vicky and Joss made a massive thing of nachos. Tons of ingredients. Usually when l do nachos, its one or two things. Salsa. Cheese. Sour cream. Or a mixture of some of that. But nahh we got veggies and shit and chili and the previous 3 mentioned and yooooo it was a party. Def a really good lunch. Watched a ton more of American Horror Story cause l like the theme of this season a lot and took a nap afterwards. Got up and we made walnut shrimp hehehe. Had to fry w the pan as Joss got the deep fryer a day late lol. Walnut shrimp is sooo good.
Afterwards, got Hak and Lori and took Vicky back home. Bye Vicky :( wahh lol. Hit up Allison's and had a chill pregame playing Kings and drinking and cause of the rules that were added on and because l talk too much, l ended up drinking a lot. Def a good time and then we headed out to Rumor for dancing. Def a solid squad and had fun acting out. l love the dance floor for some many reasons. Playing w music, being out w friends but its also one of the few places being ridiculously inappropriate is encouraged rather than discouraged. Afterwards, took back Lori and Hak and hit home and passed out.
Sat woke up late and ate nachos again lol. Watching Arrow and later on ran errands to make Tom Collins. So its a really good drink just its more complicated than splashing vodka and soda in a cup. Later on messed w Realm of the Mad Gods and its pretty stupid fun. Would be much better w friends tho as all games are.
Got KimL and we hit up John's get together and EricS came through as well. Met up w everyone and really good seeing Sam again as its been forever. Old school KU Breakers. So had a good time mixing Tom Collins together and yooo0o its soo dope of a drink. Talked about gaming, marketing and all sorts of nerd and business shit lol. Smoked a ton of hookah and messed w tricks and junk and played a ton of beer pong. Went 5-1 w Kim lol. 'Did we win?!' hahahahaha the most patronizing thing to say after a win. Stayed pretty late and drank and smoked and played games in between. Def a really good night being a small group. It was just enough people that it was really fun. Dropped Kim off and hit back and ate walnut shrimp and passed out.
Sun had my meeting and that went smooth followed by groceries. Just got a few shit real quick and hit back to play Counter-Strike Global Offensive w Sameer and David but yoooo we got destroyed. l think its mostly cause Sameer is such high rank and we got paired up w a full high rank team. l guess they go by your highest ranked player lol. There was a lil suspected cheating tho. Esp when people make new accounts and that is their only steam game meaning they got banned before and had to make a new account and buy the game again. l dont get the point of doing that. It not only wastes everyones time but wouldnt the game not be fun for the person playing God? Like its fun for 10 mins then what? Theres no challenge and you're not trying to learn the metagame so it should get old fast. Its kinda like killing ants. Its fun at first but then its pointless lol.
Didnt really do anything but eat stuffed clams, crab cakes and seaweed salad. Did some reading online about gaming and just chilled. Didnt really feel like doing much lol...
Monday woke up late again and slowly started my day. History Channel and got my bath and made a ton of food and stuffed face. Playing Depth w the guys for a while and still messing around w different weapon orders. Its kinda like a build order but more so.... whats my end game? Do l wanna risk going for mad money and saving so l can get mid tier guns early and late game guns around mid game or do l wanna get early game guns now and slowly get mid tier guns later and then there are the consumables which are VERY useful but then slow you down on what guns you wanna get. Also a big question is - net gun or no net gun as a secondary gun as its pretty damn good at times but thats money you coulda been using on consumables. Ended up skype still w Matt and Hack for a while after games ended. Watching clips and listening to music l screenshotted on my pandora off the iphone6 and kept it simple.
Tues started off w hitting up clients and getting friends started. You know.... my friends joke around saying 'what happens when you run outta friends?' and actually...... l have sold a lot of my friends a home in the past 3 yrs and yeaa............ l need to make even more friends lol. Big money comes in when l sell a friend's home and also find them a new one. Double the money, double the work but 1 client rather than finding 2.
Stuffed face and been working on lil projects. Simple night ahead w Jieun making dinner and maybe some late night Street Fighter.
