Of course, lm always gonna try to aim for what l'd consider the 'perfect' life but at the same time, lm not gonna be upset if l dont achieve it cause l already have it so much better than so much of the world and l appreciate that. Just felt like sharing.
K sooo the week.
Tues was relaxing. In the evening l got Vicky and we met up w Lisa and Minh for dinner. Got pho and some appitizers and stuffed face. The raw meat dish appitizer we got was sooo good. Forgot what its called but lm def getting it again next time l get pho. Afterwards the 4 of us hit up the re-done Spruce St Harbor Park where they just have a ton of hammocks, games, lights, drinks and its just a lil chill date thing to do. Good job Philly. It was honestly really nice being there and more interesting and relaxing and enjoyable than most parks. When l think parks, l think nature(which lm not a fan off.... lm too much of a prissy bitch) but this wasn't 'nature' like. Just look at the pics and you'll get it. They are taking things down tho Aug 31 st l heard so if you wanna take your gf/bf or someone out somewhere in the city after dinner or something..... its a good option.

So yea, the hammock... l was all about it. Theres a different feeling being in a hammock. Cause.... youre resting not ontop of something but hanging in something instead. If you ever laid in a hammock for a LONG time... you get this weird feeling afterwards that l cant explain well. Just this floaty feeling in your back. Anyway... hammocks - its fun. It just is.
Me and Vicky pced out and watched Pretty Little Liars cause we're gossipy bitches lol. l love that show. Plz hate on me... l embrace it like the Dark Side.
Weds we got groceries and played cooking lol. Its weird.... l HATE cooking alone, lm so bored, lm not relaxed... lm just hungry and want to eat something better than microwaved ramen. But when lm cooking w Vicky... its fun, its Zen(lm madddd spiritual bro) and l like humping her butt when shes washing the dishes cause thats fun too. l like to hold onto the sink and hump. She will yell at me for this. OH wells.
Spent the day relaxing. We napped and later on watched Superbad. Still an amazing movie. Just the 3 characters play their stereotypical role so well. l mean... yea McLovin may be a lil overboard but its sooooo dwebby that you laugh anyway... like you laugh cause you remember when you and your friends were fucking idiot high school kids too. That movie is still so good. Not the most adventerous day but l liked it. lm lazy, l like lounging and being entertained. lm just not outdoorsy ya know? l mean... l CAN be like waking up early in the morning to go crabbing but not every week l can be like doing something adventerous. lm boring.... whatever, video games, parties and History Channel 2 still hasnt gotten old to me.
Thurs we watched The Woman in Black and made burgers. Yoooo burgers... l dunno why l havent made burgers more often. It does take a while to cook but l love burgers but only eat burgers when l go out sometimes and ALWAYS at bbqs. Your typically bbq burger is my fav. Like.... simple and juicy. Just took it easy and later on we went out to Chinatown. Got bubble tea and and dropped her off. Very nice 3 days w her even tho our sleep sceds arent perfect.
Hit home and kinda just played Ultra Street Fighter 4 for over 5 hours. Had a good group of viewers to talk w and l like it when everyone is just chatting w each other and not JUST me. It just shows that people are enjoying each others conversation and its now just a chatroom about the game while watching me and lm in on the conversation too. It just feels a bit much when lm just trying to reply to everyone ya know? Its cool when people are debating about what to do in situations and lm just in on the conversation and sometimes we laugh about something that l did. It was fun and my Akuma game is still better than my Cammy game on win loss ratio but l dunno. We'll see. Maybe Cammy will be my side character against certain match ups. l'll have to look up my win % and see where Cammy does much better than Akuma.
Friday l played Rust like crazy. Got my work done and homes booked as the next 3 days would be nonstop house showings. Later on got Adam for Philly. We hit up Chris' for some drinks, hookah, beer pong and gambling lol. So had a big pregame and it was a lot of fun being w everyone as always and introduced friends to friends. So EricM was around Philly and called me and him and his friend Aaron came through and met everyone, hung out to smoke hookah and chill. Def glad he came through and lm glad he called me. Didnt do so hot in beer pong. Felt very closed in. So me and AdamZ decided to play $20 random hands of Hold'em again lol. Well l eventually won against him and AdamW, thanx for the $40 and then Joe said 'uh l got $1' hahahhaa so then we were like fuck it, $1 games. So then there would be 7 or 8 of us playing. AdamZ would deal out a ton of cards in pairs and you'd pick your hand and then we'd just deal it out. Now l know we could just do high card as well but it was more fun cause we'd see each others cards and flip out and then flip out as other hands went from losing to winning. AdamW got screwed over twice having a great hand, hand got even better w the flop and then in the end... someone would have a flush or something and beat his 3 Kings hahahah l was dying.
So we hit up Rumor. It was Joe's bday Happy birthday Joe!! And also Ly was coming through as it was her bday as well. Found Ly outside and we took a bad ass pic. Happy Birthday Ly!! So ran in and started dancing. Just went in w the squadron and had fun bouncing room to room. Hip hop room of course was good but a bit too packed. Mike came through along w Dhruv and 2 girls they are dating and it was good to meet them. there was actually A LOT of couples lol.... Allison Chris, Jenna Dan, Mike and his girl, Dhruv and his girl, Joe and his girl. Then there was me ChrisJ AdamW and Mica lol. But yea, dancing room to room and thank you Long for the drink passes lol. Then in VIP for Ly's bday, thank you guys for the drinks. AmyW giving me Jameson uaorghaioghaoih that one really hit me and met some of their friends in VIP. Had a fun night and partied till 2am. Ended the night taking AdamW and my sister back. Def a good Fri at Rumor as always.

Sat woke up early for house showings w Ivan and Grace. Went pretty well and the weather made the homes look even better. Was really tired tho and kinda just played Rust all day w Breslin and people. Relaxed and l half assed looked for plans but l had house showings Sunday morning so l decided that if l was gonna go out and party in Philly, l would sleep out so l'd be closer to work. No one was doing anything really crazy as l decided to actually take it easy. Taking it easy on a Sat. Different right? lm soo rarely inside on the weekends. Just l like to keep my weekdays pretty simple, somewhat anti social and then my weekends seeing the everyone everywhere. But yea, knowing l had to wake up early really put me off to go out and hope to find some fun. Later on Rita stopped by and we smoked hookah and snacked on food. Had a good time talking bout a ton of stuff and it was good so l still did SOMETHING sat night lol. Glad she came through!! Ended up reading shit online for a while and stayed up till 530am anyway.... lol oh well.
Sunday morning house showings hurt. An hour away all over Philly. Went pretty well but damn it was really hot out. l gotta not wear black jeans on hot days. Showings were fun and lm so biased because lm always looking for homes that are good for entertaining guests and near hot spots. The home by The Piazza was my fav for them because my clients seem outgoing, like to be out in general and they already mentioned they liked going to The Piazza. Its just a social area and the roads being redone, all the construction that has happened or is happening around the area, the value of the homes are going up because the area is becoming MUCH better. A while ago, some of the roads there were CHAOS. Watching a light go red to green 3 times before getting through cause it was soo clogged.
Anyway... hit home afterwards and super bummed it. Waking up early really REALLY hurt. Like.... when l was in high school, l dealt w it cause l had to. For the wrestling team, we had to be at school at 6am to run around the park which took a good 35-40 mins and you had to RUN HARD or you didnt get a shower before school started and you smelled like shit. Having music helped distract me hardcore and l always use to be upfront of the team. But yea... now.... if l dont get enough sleep, my day is useless. Nothing gets done. My logic is...... l can either wake up now and do 50% productivity for the day or l can sleep for 3 more hours and the remaining time have 100% productivity which will overall have more work done through the day. Thats work, running errands, sitting and thinking through some things lm working on the side that create headaches. Theres a lot of stuff l gotta analyze.
Ended the night playing Rust. Shooting people on the road, hunting down people who killed me before and ruining their base even if the cost of the resources wasnt worth the loot we stole from them. Knowing 'l got them back wayyy better than they got me' is such a good feeling. So yea, that was fun. The social aspect of survival games is what makes it fun. Not knowing who you can trust, making friends and maybe even becoming friends w people you killed earlier. Its so different l love it.
Mon had house showings w Jack in the morning again. l was so tired but yoooo this high rise is so nice. One of the best in the building w the extra big balcony and another exit to a shared common grounds in the middle. At times, l wish l had a place in the city rather than live in the suburbs because of the location solely. Yea you dont get a lot of space for your money... or you do and you live in the hood.... but not needing to drive far to get to Philly would be nice. l would be 45-1 hour 15 mins closer to going to Maryland DC VA too which when on the return trip adds up. Saving 2 hours of a drive each trip would be nice. And having a simple drive to the clubs on the weekends, to see friends and stuff would be nice too. The home we saw was very nice for entertaining but yoo.... lm not super baller yet to get that. l wonder tho... cause it seems to be a thing in the 20s and l wonder how l'll be in my 30s. If by the time l DO get the high rise in center city if l'll still want to have people over frequently or will l have kids so that is like done. Who knows. lm really really happy of all my moves w my career and my future and all.... but l do kinda wish l was richer right now so l had more OPTIONS of fun right now because - whats the point of being able to do something when its no longer an interest to you.
Example - Halloween... l always come back to Halloween lol. We can still go trick or treating but its only fun when youre a kid up to about 13... after 13... you dont really care to go trick or treating then high school comes and you go to Halloween parties and those are way more fun haha. But if you didnt go trick or treating when you were a kid, even tho you can go trick or treating later, its not the same.
Oh well.... a lot of people in their 20's cant afford half million dollar high rises.. l dunno what lm sad about lol. But yea, would be bad ass. Like Mike's place. l love that place.
Good chilling w Jack as always and seeing his parents. Been forever since high school days since l met them lol. Like 10 yrs ago. Finished off the day playing Rust w Breslin Quigs and people and went to bed early..... like 830pm early.... Lack of sleep gets to me.
Tues woke up at 3am and then back to bed and woke up again at 530am making food and shit. Cooking is sooo lame alone. Watching Smallville and junk and at 8am - massive migraine and slept.... till 3pm. Well l woke up on and off to my phone as clients called and l replied to emails which is partly why l slept even later. l didnt get steady sleep. The sleep was broken up so much its so bad for me. Got up eventually in the afternoon because my sleep is truly broken. Took care of a lot of work and re-looked at the home me Brown Jieun and Joss are moving into and met the seller's as well. Re-measuring my room as well.
Hit home and played a lot of Rust and had really good runs. Raided a lot of bases, esp the secret hidden 1x1 that had 10 C4's in it. That was a huge jackpot. We always talked bout having a 1x1 as well that no one would want to raid cause its so small and actually hide our important stuff in it and when l saw this 1x1 not have a campfire, furnace or anything typical, l just had a good gut feeling on it and yooo jackpot. Someone is gonna wake up tomm every upset. Spent the rest of the night chilling. Taking care of some work. New clients and looking up Modern Decks. So the Affinity Deck really really appeals to me. Straight forward, solid, not toooo pricey. l mean they're all pricey but its in the lower end when it comes to Modern. Excited to test it out and get back into it. Tomm seeing Chris Boyd first time in 12 yrs lol. Talked bout chilling for a while and excited to chill w him again. Talking bout venison and he goes hunting and has burgers!! Whaaa. Def looking forward to it tho. He always had crazy stories in high school when we were in Tech School together.
