Theres A LOT more houses on the market again and my clients are all highly motivated again. Now is the time to collect the nuts before winter.
Thurs started off w the early morning w lots of Dark Souls 2. Its mad addicting. Made my calls and emails like crazy organizating this closing. If the bank did things on time, closing would've been last week all fine but because of the delay, figuring out a time where EVERYONE can meet at once can be rough. Luckily found a time everyone was good and felt very relieved. Took care of some more work and played video games but kinda fell asleep at 2pm.... yeaa.....
Fri woke up made early and just looked over everything for closing. Very smooth closing besides the ending events. Played Dark Souls 2 like a mad man and then hit up closing. Things went smooth and it was good seeing Mike Kate, Mike my mortgage guy and everyone else. Congrats Mike and Kate on your new home!! Newtown Shortsales, lm helping my friends out big time. lm thinking of short sales myself.
So after closing, l needed to get normal sleep since l woke up at 3am. So TRYING to sleep, l was just woken up constantly by helping others w guestlist and working on my guestlist myself. People calling and texting and yooo every damn week.... no one says anything till party time. Then the whole world at once wants to party. Threw down a ton of friends on my guestlist and tried to sleep more.
Got up later on and hit up Rumor at midnight and met up w friends. My sister, Chris, Ly, Shwe and just ran around. Also good partying w Jenith again as him and his fiance came through. Just danced, got free drinks - thank you Long. Had a good night dancing and being out w friends and partying w my lil sister. Crazy how much lm seeing her out now. Hit back to sleep asap.
Sat woke up and hit up my house showings. Glad everyone is motivated again now that the weather is nicer. So checked out homes w Ivan and Grace and it went pretty smooth. Afterwards, met up w Allison and her friend Jenna and we hit up Su's for pregame!! l love pregame. Drank and had a good time w everyone before running around Drexel for Enter the Dragon 3v3 bboy competition and the Krewella concert. Su Dayu and Xindy were very 'DRINK DRINK DRINK' and yea.... Bacardi 151... first time having it in years. That shit is straight deadly. Its not even fun. Its just trying to hurt yourself. l really dont think we are suppose to drink things like Bacardi 151. So yea... l was hurting a lil.
Stopped by Enter the Dragon first and found friends and chilled. Watched a few battles and introduced my sister to some of my friends. Then we hit up the Krewella concert and it was dope to see them Live. Even tho l only really like their one song 'Alive'. Had fun and holy shit it was packed in general. Was fun and found friends throughout the evening. Xindy was feeling the effects of 151 lol. Hit back to the bboy competition and chilled. Glad to see Jason again. Its crazy how hes been gone for a year now but it doesnt seem like it. He seriously is one of the funniest people l know.
Afterwards, we got food and then hit back to Chris' place. Ended up smoking hookah, playing Kings and beer pong. Undefeated cause lm awesome lol. Good work Allison lol. First time really chilling w Fanny outside the club as well. Had a good night and just played drinking games and smoked and drank all evening. The hookah knocked me out early tho. 130am l knocked out lol. Yeaaaaa....
Sunday woke up and helped clean the house. Got changed and Me Allison and Chris met up w my mother, grandmother and grandfather for Mother's Day lunch at Dimsum. Dimsum is fun, its different but some of it is TOO chinese for me. Chicken feet..... lm not that chinese to do chicken feet. l just see the feet and cant do it. l dont care how good it tastes. Mentally l see toes and shit.
Afterwards, hit Jeff's bbq and helped set up. Good seeing a lot of old friends. Met a lot of new people as well. Jeff balled out and got $200+ w of lobster tails. Tons of steak. It was fucking banging. Had a good time just bumming it out in Philly and talking w people about Game of Thrones lol. That was the topic of the night. People were watching it inside but l just watched it later when l got home. Read up on gaming shit and watched Game of Thrones and passed out.
Monday was short as shit. Woke up early to my sister waking me up needing a ride and just got up and took care of a lot of work. There was a lot to worry bout and l just wanted to wipe out everything to be mentally relaxed. Well.... doing work w a headache and then only having a bowl of Chunky's soup. Yeaaaaa..... l kinda.. passed out at like 5pm. That was my entire day. A total of 6 hours of conciousness. The weekend just wiped me out so much.
Tues woke up at 3am and started getting shit done and playing Dark Souls 2. Hit up Finance class and completed that shit and holy shit - 9 hours.... OMG l dunno how people work 8 hour days. Anyday l do 8 hours or more..... lm like sooo tired. So after class, l went straight to house showings w Dhruv and his family. Pretty glad so much is on the market right now. Homes in his preferred area came out so we're looking again. Hit home afterwards and just stuck to Dark Souls 2. Kept my week really simple thinking bout it. Work - video games - party lol. Ended my night on the phone w Vicky. Cant wait to see her! And we got an Atlantic City night ahead!! Mur Mur!!!!!!!!!!!!111 Lol. But yea.... passed out at 11pm. Responsible day.
Weds woke up at 9am. Made a big breakfast. Took a bath and been figuring out stuff for setting up insurance testing. Also gotta figure out how to do the practice exams. Setting up house showings and got house showings later today w Dhruv. Playing Dark Souls 2 on the side as l just have my Soapstone up and anytime someone summons me, l take a break and play lol. Trying to get some items. Feeling good that lm getting so much done. l guess from bumming it so much from when the real estate season was dry, its good to feel like lm doing work again lol.
