Sup Guys, March has been AMAZING thus far!!

2 accepted offers, new clients, people are coming out to the club in hordes again. My skills in Street Fighter 4 have made a noticable difference and l am playing better than l EVER have played before in my life. Of course, still spending lots of time w my girlfriend and friends. lm not stressed and l have a lot of fun. lm very fortunate.

Plus so much Street Fighter... in the past 8 days.... l played 31 hours. Yeaaaaaaaaa but dont worry, l have improved a noticeable amount.

Thurs yayy Accepted offer on a shortsale home. So glad the response time came much quicker this time around being a Shortsale property. So throughout the day lm on and off working on that w emails and calls and jumped on Street Fighter 4 and got on headset w friends of Midnight Fights. Everyones getting back into Street Fighter 4 heheheh cause Ultra Street Fighter 4 drops this June and it looks dope. lm hype and for the people who complain, they're still gonna buy it and play it and get use to it.

Bummed it and played Gunz 2 finally and yoooo really fun. Just another Arena game but l like it a lot in general but Arena games in general... theres something corky about them. Maybe the fact that blocking is just ass when there are multiple people in a fight. l understand there is a simple but fun metagame in 1v1 but then when its like 2v2.... 3v4 or something... its just a swingfest. Just like Archeblade and Chivalry Medieval Warfare and all others. So like the highly competitive scene, dunno if there really is one and if its something l'd like to get into. In general tho, its a really fun game and just like other Arena games like Chivalry Medieval and Archeblade.... just play it and have a good time fucking around.

Later on played more Street Fighter 4 for over 4 hours on stream. Had a steady set of viewers who watched me practically the whole time and was doing well. 42-19. Not as good as last week but still not terrible. l need to get it more to the 80% winrate l had last week. So yea... played till 1030am

Friday continued into Kate and Mike coming by to go over a few things w their newly accepted offer. Had tea and had a chill time talking about everything. Made a little delivery to the listing agent and then went to bed.... From 1pm-6pm... yeaaa.. so showered, got ready and hit up Eric's house.

Smoked hookah and played a lot of Street Fighter 4. He said he noticed a difference as well. We then left to go to a pregame at a fraternity house as Christine(whose birthday l set up) had set up a pregame there. So while parking in Rittenhouse Square(l always find parking here like crazy) there was an SUV who parked in the middle of the possible two spots. l asked him to pull back so it'd make room so l could park infront of him - which he did. But l was still annoyed just witnessing it. People l feel like are mostly inconsiderate if people arent watching. People act like fucking angels all the time if they know they're under the spotlight - around friends, on a date w a girl, w family but its just a front. Little rant but just saying.... its annoying.

Got to the pregame and drank and smoked and met everyone. Good seeing Christine and Donna as its been a lil while since we partied last. Had a good pregame and really got to know some people before heading out. Me and Eric drove some of the group over to Whisper and got everyone in. Ran and got drinks, thank you Amy as always!! The dance floor was filled just right where it was full but not overpacked and JumpSmokers were DJing and the music really was good the whole night. It really does suck when theres just a kinda shitty DJ and what could've been a crazy night ends up just being aiight cause the mood wasnt there. Had fun dancing w the group and running around and also MikeF and JessH came through. JeffM had bottles and introduced friends to friends and it was a really good night!! Afterwards, we hit back to the house to eat and smoke hookah and bum it for a bit. Chilled for a while before dropping off Donna and Christine. Happy Birthday again Christine!!

Sat l woke up actually kinda hung over. l didnt drink A LOT but l didnt eat much at all on Friday thinking back. Got Brown and Jieun and we hit up her bday dinner at Branzino. Well..... oh man.... this place customer service wise is.... different. The super thick accents and the host who really did not want us to have 8 people to a table tho it was perfectly fine and stood there trying to convince us we wouldnt be comfortable for about 5 mins. Its a 5 second thing.

INSTEAD it was her trying to tell us we werent gonna be comfortable for 5 mins holy shit. l said 'we should be good but thank you' like 7 times before she walked away. The food was good tho and pretty quick. My little sister sat next to me as she slowly slipped into me one Philly group which l think is pretty cool. Shes always been friends w older people but in the past yr, she's becoming friends w a lot of post college people, some who lm friends w.

After dinner, it was party time at Nicky's. So we hit up his house, set up beer pong and a table for the hookah and people came through the night. Vicky came yayy!! l felt bad cause it was a 45 min drive for her but we RARELY get to party together in the weekends cause of her work and its a bit of a bummer. l mean we did do Mur Mur Monday in AC the week before but l'd like to be partying w her more than once a month typically.

We played beer pong which me and Vicky beat Brown and Jieun 2-1. The girls were just whatever about it but me and Brown took it really serious. Me and Vicky ended up winning 6 games in a row together before losing. Also me and Brown beat Weila and Egan 2-1 gahhh its really fun playing serious games lol. Playing pool, playing Blackjack, Texas Hold'em, Jieun got people playing Rummy lol. Tons of friends came through and it was a lot bigger than l expected. Taking people's phones and taking selfies on their instagram. Really good party and it was interesting partying w my lil sister. It was fine tho. Late night pced out and drove Brown and Jieun back and stayed up a long while longer than expected watching youtube videos on Did you know gaming. Its pretty cool seeing all the Easter Eggs hidden in a game and all the hints and secret messages a game will leave you to uncover. l dont go into serious detail w storylines so it was cool seeing it.

Sunday woke up really late... like 8pm. Yeaaaa took the evening getting groceries and making yooooo STRAWBERRY CHUNKS in my lemonade aerigharioghaiorgha sooo good. Cutting up lemon chunks and strawberry chunks in my lemonade aoirhgoairhgaiodrhgaio sooo good. Watched Team PIE's Sunday Session and just did work online.

Ended up again playing massive Street Fighter 4. Yeaaa 5am-11am lol kinda got carried away.

Following Street Fighter on Monday, l picked up Allison and then went to sleep for the middle of the day. Woke up in the evening and had work and then kinda played Street Fighter 4 all night. Now you may ask.... 'is all this Street Fighter paying off?' YUP l have been winning A LOT more matches than losing as of lately. Now l always win more matches than l lose, thats not the case. The case is l usually win 60% of my matches. As of lately its been up to around 75% of my matches. Feels great. And lm beating A LOT more high level players. l think what is part of it is that my Battle Points isnt too far from theirs and mentally.... lm not scared of them anymore. l usually would just have doubt in my mind seeing a player past 10,000 Battle Points but not anymore. l play so solid and patient, its great. l just fuck w people and fool around w their mind. Quite mindfucking fun. Very good time again.

Tues l went to sleep a lil bit at 10am. Vicky came over at 1230pm lol and well had to get up. We had a very lazy day. Just the way l like it. Pretty Little Liars, The Walking Dead, Fullmetal Alchemist as always. Making food and eating while watching. Took a lil nap in the evening and that was about our day. l know it may sound very dull but l like our time together just us where we're not running around everywhere but just enjoying each others company. When we do go out, l like to have a lot of time - like 2-3 days so we have our down time as well as our go out time.

Weds woke up early and hit up the home inspection. Good seeing Scott and catching up w him and it went pretty smooth. Hit home only to take care of more work for a while and then had to lay down at 1pm cause you know.... l cant function when l wake up at 8am. Something about waking up at a normal time(8am or so) makes me really tired around 1pm. l think its subconcious. Like my body makes itself tired so l sleep till 4pm and then wake up. l think my body is SO USE to staying up late from clubbing, partying and just late nights playing video games, reading up on something for hours and junk that.... my body intentionally makes me tired during the day so l have energy at night. l really think my body's subconcious is doing this. It makes perfect sense.

So got up later, got my haircut and ran more check running and paperwork. Played more Street Fighter 4 all night doing well and had fun w the stream. Viewers from Xbox sent me messages saying there are more people who actually watch me on xbox but it doesnt show up as viewers on Twitch.tv but not to stop streaming. Really put me in a good mood to get a message from others saying more people than l realize are watching lol.

Ended my night watching Street Fighter 4 on Twitch as Level Up and Weds Night Fights were both holding their tournaments and watched that as l went to bed.

Thurs just woke up late and took care of some work and played Street Fighter 4 again all evening. 73 wins and 24 loses. Got close to beating a high level player twice, Chris Hu losing to the very last hit. Overall was doing great. Felt good and lm hype for the tournament next sat. l really feel good about it. Ending the night w lots of History and History 2 Channel. Vikings is such a dope show. But yea....

Sup Guys, priorities are rough.

There's a lot of important things to me. Some that are vitally important but still...... goals are goals. Balancing everything isn't easy and it use to be. l dunno if lm just more tired all the time or what but l cant juggle things as well as l could when l was younger. Dunno if maybe lm trying to juggle much more difficult things or what.... but yea.... l'll figure it out. When l was younger, sleep was what took the hit but l love sleep too much lol. l'll figure it out.

Weds night just played a lot of Street Fighter 4 w Akuma. Had a nice channel and was kicking ass. So l actually def noticed a change. l went 50-13... the ratio was even better earlier on. But something just happened. Mostly the patience in my gameplay makes a HUGE difference. Fucking around w people. Being beyond confident but stil clear minded. Felt really good slamming out wins like crazy.

Thurs just had work and later on a meeting w some friends about homes. Kev and Serg ordered pizza, lit the hookah and had a nice hang out. Talked about homes and caught up in general. Thank you guys for the food! Always a good time to chill.

Afterwards, since l was already in Philly - met up w Vicky Minh and Lisa for food and drinks at Bar Ly. Had a good time and saw some friends coming through and working. We stuffed face w screwers and clams and yoooo now lm not sure if l like raw or steam clams more now. Ahh l love seafood so much tho. Hit home afterwards and knocked out.

Friday took Allison to work first thing at Soho and then had a meeting in Doylestown. Insurance.... trying something new. l think l can do well and lately my weekdays have been dry as most clients can only see homes on the weekends as of lately. Worked on my taxes and junk for a while and took care of a lot of work and just kinda bummed the evening away.

Later on at night hit up Whisper and met up w Chris Nina Ly Shwe and others. Had a good time running around dancing. Simple fun night, DNA Event. Thank you Amy for the drinks as always. Hit home and watched History Channel to early morning lol.

Sat had house showings in the morning and they went really well. For the random odd turn of events.... they worked out perfectly for us. Even if the events didnt happen, l believe the results would still be the same. Had a good day showing Kate and Mike homes and hit back home to chill only for a little bit.

Hit up Eric's place to play Street Fighter 4, hookah and drink. Met his friend Hee Won and had a good pregame before going out. David Diamond Tony John and a squadron all came out to meet us. Had a good time drinking and partying and just acted stupid on the dance floor. It got a bit ratchet in there but l didnt mind lol. It was entertaining. Hit home and destroyed my remaining Taco Bell.

So Sunday played Street Fighter 4 for a while. Had 44 viewers and had a really good time streaming and talking w the viewers. Still doing very well. Win rate is around 70-80% as of lately rather than 55-65%. Got Brown and we got icecream oreo cake and hit up Hack's place.

So me and SteveC set up Hack's surprise birthday party and we got in and well... there was only 4 of us so we gave Hack potential the worst Birthday Surprise of all time.

So had a really good time w the Scumbag Squad and more friends came through, all after we surprised him haha. Joss almost got caught as he was there just as Hack and SteveC came back. Lining up shots of Fireballs cause we're bitches and eating pizza and cake. So we had a ghetto cake too. Had no candles as we forgot to buy some and assumed they would have some since we had some for Brown's Birthday there. Well there wasnt so we used a roman candle ontop of the icecream cake as our candle lol. Joss Matt Gif Jeni Scott SteveF all came through and we started playing Drunk Quest.

So Matt brought this game and told me about it and yooo its really fun. Its seriously kinda like Magic the Gathering w the counter spells. Pretty much... drinking, making monsters bigger so people have to drink more. Making people drink. Level stealing, double effects and counter spells. l won but l shoulda won wayy earlier if people didnt fuck me over so much when l was level 3. When you hit Level 6 you win. You start at level 0.

Does any one else remember how Rob Zheng won drunk quest? — feeling nostalgic.

Rob Zheng Lol you being a dick to Jeni won me the game. I was level 2 w a level up and double effect and used it before a card was stolen from me which put me to level 4. Then I used my dice roll ability to steal the last two instants. One being a level steal and another double effects of an instant. I wanted Scott to use his poof(counter spell) so he wouldn't counter my level steal and tried to make an agreement w him or id hit him w a bad spell. He said no so I used that spell and he used his poof on it. I knew Matt and gif had no poofs since Steve asked if they drew any and they said no and he said 'fuck I don't want zang to win' so it was only and hack and Jeni left that may have counters. I used a level steal which Jeni denied me. Then Hack to be a dick - denied her spell that would deny me. So my level steal got me up to 5 and then I doubled the effects making me level 6

So winning is awesome not so much just for winning but for the opponents in pain. Seeing SteveC look down on the floor w that 'cant believe Zang won... of all people' is more satisfying. Had a really good time having everyone together in general and glad we could celebrate Hack's Birthday.

Hit home late and just knocked out.

Monday had a meeting and well... yea lm gonna learn a new trait on the side. Life insurance. Had my meeting and it went well at Primerica and well... its a lot to jump into. Esp right now trying to study for my NJ real estate license and now being March... real estate is picking up. Got a quick lunch and met up w a landlord about a rental. From there..... party time.

Hit Vicky's and we chilled, did homework and l napped for a while. Ate food and then got the text Mur Mur is on!!! So got Lisa and Minh and hit up AC and got into our room at Harrah's. Got ready, made drinks and set up the hookah and had a really fun pregame. l love pregame, esp in hotel rooms. Its just hype. Had fun playing w tornados from the hookah and drank a good amount and w Vicky, its a balance game to not get her too drunk but get her a bit more than tipsy and those lines are very close. Got it right - l think and we hit up Mur Mur in Borgata and just hit the dance floor. VERY FUN time dancing w the girlfriend and Minh and Lisa.

Mur Mur was insane! Me and Vicky havent gone out dancing since Feb and before that... a while ago. W her work sced, it can be rough. So ran in and saw a fox on stage dancing lol. Just acting wild and the music was really really good. l was in a perfect mood. Danced and got stupid and got drinks. Later on me and Minh got kicked out for 45 mins as Minh was a lil under the effect of all the wine we were drinking in line lol. Got back in and more dancing till 345am. It was still packed when we left. Ran around the casino and then finally got back, smoked hookah and passed out lol.

So Tues was a chill food day lol. Woke up and we hit up The Pool in Harrah's. Really nice to go swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Relaxed and Happy Hour hit and got drinks and wings. The wings were fucking bad ass. Def something to remember next time. Drank and ate and we got more dessert into our room while smoking hookah and watching MTV lol. Took a lil nap afterwards.

Woke up again just to go to more Happy Hours haha. We hit up McCormicks and got food and drinks and yoooo strawberry lemonade. VERY DOPE. lm def buying strawberries just to make this again. Afterwards, we bummed it then gambled in Borgata. Lost this time around on craps. Just when l made the big bets, l lost each time and it put me too far under. Usually... l go up and down and then... randomly when l just feel lucky, l'll make a big bet and it'll put me up and l'll do it twice then pce off the table but l wasnt lucky wahhh... hit home late night and got home very late. Very good times w the girlfriend and Lisa and Minh. Thank you guys for the room hook up! The 4 of us have a lot of fun together.

Weds had class at 8am omg l was in pain. 8am-5pm Yeaaa was just trying to read on my own in class. Didnt really do much at all afterwards. l was so out of it. l went to bed at like 9pm. That was my day. This is what my friends deal w? Jeez.

Thurs class at 8am again till 5pm and then had to catch up on my work since l didnt do anything Tues and Weds for clients. Posting up a lot of shit. Answers mad emails and sending out listings to clients. That was pretty much my day. It was kinda depressing. l guess its ok tho since l had 2 days of fun and most people dont get to party Monday and chill in a pool Tues. So l really cant complain.

Friday relaxed hardcore, slept in and met up w clients. Afterwards, ate a small salad and took my sister to work at Soho. Ordered wings for myself too. Got to EricS's place and ate wings, smoked hookah and we played a lot of Street Fighter 4. Also we did the whole.... coaching thing against online players and yoooo its mad fun. One person plays, the other person studies their movements hardcore.

See when playing..... lm usually thinking 'what should l do? What are they probably thinking?' and then to add on 'last time l did X... they did Y.... the next time l did X... they did Z' and then make choices for the next time while thinking of a plan of attack and what your opponent is thinking and then of course, things change as life remaining changes, amount of meter left and Ultra being up. SO MUCH to think about. So having a coach go 'EVERYTIME so far, after a reset, he backdashes' it helps him get that hard read on that backdash to go for YOLO Ultra to catch him or whatever. Get it?

Overall its having another brain think for you. Afterwards, pregammed at Lydia's at Villanova along w her roomate and Diamond and David. Joe came through as well. Made Bacardi Wild Berry w Blue Mt Dew the best new thing to ever hit the world. Drank and hookah and had a good talk about a lot of stuff but we were really just trying to solve the mystery of the airplane that has gone missing by Malaysia.

Afterwards, we hit up Rumor and met up w tons of friends. Wasnt sure if the turn out would be good or not w Chainsmokers at Lit but it was still dope. Ly Shwe and their squad. JackK and his group and first time partying w him in forever. Tony JohnL and their squad and LindaH and her twin sister and her friends. Had fun running around dancing w friends and then hit up Whisper after.

Got drinks, thank you Amy and hit the dance floor acting stupid. Watching some highly aggressive guys go for girls that..... l dunno. l mean l give them credit for trying but theres these signs girls put off to show interest or not interest and l feel some guys pay attention to NO SIGNS whatsoever. They just YOLO it. And hey, credit for trying, the girls looked good but just the approach. Danced w my friend Zuley when she wasnt gogo dancing and it was really good partying w her again. We use to party a lot 2 yrs back along w the other Yakitori Bartenders and her squadron. Afterwards, hit back, ate wings and watched Judy's stream on Left4Dead2. l woulda played but l had a headache and just wanted to sleep.

Sat woke up sending out rental applications and booking dates for house showings and yoo.... its crazy how it just turned March and real estate is blowing up. Things are going very well. Lots of opportunities here and there and its getting to an overwhelming point honestly. l just wanna find amazing homes for my clients asap. l love my all in one HP Officejet Pro 8600. So useful. Watching Final  Round happening on stream on the side and Vikings on my tv lol. And eating salad. Talk about multi-tasking.

Later on hit up Vee's to a family party for her Father's birthday. Her parents hold big parties and over the past decade - they've become a second family to me. Really good seeing a lot of them and hanging out. Stuffing face, catching up w Jason, Serena, Vee's parents, cousins and aunt. Adam also came through and it was a good time, having drinks, stuffing face and being w the entire Mao family.

Afterwards, stopped by Hack's to drink and chill w them. Slammed drinks during Beerio Kart and the next door neighbors came by to drink too. Slamming shots and just having a good time hanging out. Nothing specific that happened. Just a good time w SteveC Hack Mark Jeni and Scott along w the neighbors lol. Afterwards, watched SteveC play Titanfall a bit and Hack gave me an awesome massage w his elbow. l thought Zangief gave me an elbow drop. Pced out late night and passed out.

Sunday watched Final Round all evening and then got Vicky from her place. Picked up some Boston Market and kept watching Final Round in my car lol. Dont worry, it was more audio as l just wanted to see who the 5th new character was as it was driving me crazy. l was sure it would be Decapre or Noembelu from the hints. Both being one of the M.Bison Dolls, like Cammy. Hit back to my place, and made more mashpotatoes and corn and gravy and made a big entree of food and ate while watching The Walking Dead which was really good.

Then more Final Round 17 and finally found out who the new character was and saw gameplay footage. DECAPRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 So a lot of people are pissed 'wahh a cammy clone' but shes an interesting character. It really seems like Marvel. Just gimmicks and guessing. Theres positions where you have to be premeditating or you would be forced to guess but theres some situations where you can beat out Decapre if shes just throwing out teleports into things. Theres gotta be set ups... prob best used after a reset, knockdown or so forth. There are some REALLY dirty things you can pull w her l already thought of. Now.... if you are put into a blockstring, thats already bad for you.... getting out free is you getting lucky from a good choice. But there follow ups are usually pretty straight forward. W her being able to teleport - the mix ups are really creative and dirty. l have some smart ideas, NOT genius but smart that should work on a lot of people once or twice. lm all about playing a solid character where lm not relying on tricks to win but just amazing foundation but yo..... the idea of playing w her cheap dirty creative moves are exciting me. If l can learn to play her cheap dirty AND solid at the same time.... oh shittttt..


KK so anyway.... after me and Vicky watched that, we watched the next The Walking Dead on stream and passed out. Really good evening and passed out late night.

Monday we caught up on Pretty Little Liars and had a small lunch and then kinda went back to sleep lol. Just the afternoon is so good for napping. Got hungry for dinner which was very important. BUCK HOTEL ALL YOU CAN EAT SEAFOOD BUFFETTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!11 BUCK HOTEL is one of my favorite places to eat. All you can eat oysters and clams ISEUGHWSGHHGOSIRHGOISRHGOISRHGIOSH yea..... me and Vicky had 20 each along w crabs, mussles, clams and so much more stuff. But yea, the main focus was on the oysters and clams. Oystersssssssssssssssssssss OSEIHGSIORHGSRIOHGIOSRHGIO lol ok lm done. But yea, amazing dinner as always. We got more groceries afterwards and hit back home and watched Fullmetal Alchemist and knocked out. Pretty awesome Monday lol.

Tues for lunch we were undecided on where to eat and decided just to go w Ninja Sushi, even tho we were making sushi later on at night. So stuffed face there as its one of our main spots to eat and then got more icecream and Chick-fil a and got draps for my window and holy shit.... draps are awesome. We took a big nap and yooo the drapssssss lol. Woke up and watched more Fullmetal Alchemist and then hit up Lisa and Minh's.

Brought cheesecake and had fun cutting and stuffing and rolling sushi. l have some experience from trying several times before. Had fun making it tho and yoooo it was pretty good!! l was really happy. One for us doing a good job but more so that it was good in general. Smoked hookah and played w tricks afterwards and it was a really fun time. The 4 of us spend a lot of time together in general. Its really nice. Def glad they had us over. Afterwards dropped off Vicky and that was the end of our 3 day fun. Good lil escape from reality. Late night worked on my new layouts for streaming. Thank you Jeyprime for helping out!! Weds met w potential renters and took care of a lot of work and worked on my taxes. Its annoying but kinda peaceful at the same time. Adam SeanB Scott SteveC came over for hookah and food. Stuffed face w my awesome sandwich and chips and salsa while smoking hookah while trading stories of parties, strip clubs, puke stories and crazy shit that happened when we were in high school. Really good evening and glad the guys came through for a couple of hours.

Later on streamed Street Fighter 4 for a while and had fun w the viewers even tho 2 tournaments were going on, still had 20 some viewers. Played some Left4Dead2 w Judy on her stream and ate more pasta and salad. Def a fun way to end the night.
