Sup Guys, crazy what you get what you wish for.

So l never wish for success because thats something l should be doing on my own. However opportunity is part luck and part putting yourself out there to have opportunity given to you. So l do wish for opportunity and lately...... its ridiculous how many opportunities are open to me. l can be VERY selective which is nice but overall.... l just wanna focus 100% on real estate for another 2 years before trying to pick up something on the side or finding a way to take nightlife on a bigger level than just promoting and helping friends in their business as well. Event planning, managing or something.

But yea.... when it comes to success. Things have been all over the place. lm usually a really positive person besides my hater mode lately but l usually just have a lot of confidence. This gut sinking doubt feeling really sux but maybe its cause lm just hungry. lm getting no sleep and when l do eat, l try to eat A LOT because l dont know when l'll be eating again. Theres days where l'll wake up at 9am and at 5pm l'll realize l'm starving cause l didn't eat. Along w the lack of sleep, this is killing my metabolism.

After l get my NJ real estate license and get more accepted offers so my workload isn't as high, l plan to go hardcore working out to get my body back in shape but for now, l have a lot to take care of. l just need to kick ass little more.

l know, just like everything else in the past - lm making right now a much bigger deal than it really is. When lm a bit older and life is amazing career wise, l'll laugh at how worried l was right now. lm scared and excited and its that whole lost feeling that makes things - interesting.

Wish me luck. lm wishing for more opportunities.

Tues l spent the rest of the night watching all 5 episodes of Wild Russia on History Channel. l love Animal Planet's documentary shows so much. Too bad, its also being invaded by trash tv but..... if thats whats getting ratings, from a business stand point, it makes sense. Give people what they need and make money. Even if they need trash tv. Vicky came over later on at night and we watched Pretty Little Liars and The Walking Dead while having some late night dinner. Very good times as always as chill as it is.

Weds we woke up and sent Allison to the train and then got Ninja Sushi again since its right there. I've been eating so much sushi lately but thats not a complaint at all lol. Had a chill day and watched a lot of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and made steak. It was aiight.... steak isnt easy.

We keep getting it close to well done. l want medium rare. l love my meat primitive lol. Just feels right. Eating steak w my hands feels right too. If l could eat at Fogo de chau w my hands without being disrespectful, l would. We napped at the end b4 she pced home.

Thurs met up w MikeD and talked about a lot of things real estate related. Had a good italian hoagie and always a good time catching up w him in person. l talk to him all the time on the phone email and text but l see him maybe 8 times a yr. Got a lot planned w him for the future tho.

Hit home and watched the History Channel like crazy and later on hit up EricS's place to play Street Fighter 4 and hookah. Played A LOT of matches and had a good time. Always facing his Ken w my Akuma, Cammy and Zangief. l would maybe mess w Guile a bit more but we'll see. lm waiting for Ultra Street Fighter 4 to drop this summer to see if l wanna pick up another character, maybe try out Oni again or re-try Guile or Adon or something. Very good times chilling w Eric and Joe came to chill for a bit as well. Pced out late night after a lot of playing and footage watching.

Friday drove Allison to work and chilled and studied Gamerbee vs Infiltration as Infiltration who plays Akuma beats Gamerbee often and Gamerbee was in my Pool for the tournament. Later on Jieun picked me up as she was at Brown's b4 he got home and she wanted to go to the mall.

Hit up the mall w Jieun and talked bout partying and for her birthday plans. Had a good time running around looking for strapless bras lol. Afterwards, she dropped me off and l chilled for a bit organizing crap and then hit up Whisper.

Met up w Brown Jieun Chris and Chris' friend and had a good night on the dance floor. Thank you Amy as always for the hook ups. Very much appreciated. Just acting stupid and laughing at this one dude who thought he was sooo slick who kept creeping out the girls. If we are obviously a group together and she moves away frantically, why would you try again when you KNOW she was not interested in dancing w you. Anyway, partied late and lm glad they came through. l just felt like acting retarded in public and the dance floor is always a good excuse to do so.

Ended the night hitting up the hotel room and Alem had some space so l visited and chilled w him, Trevor and Suzi was there. l was like whaaa as l didnt know Suzi was getting into gaming. So had a good night, smoking hookah and playing games and had a dope hang out till 630am.

Sat woke up to phone calls as a client wanted to see a home that day as it just got put on the market. Sadly l was at the tournament w people depending on me as l was the one who booked the room for everyone and l prepaid already for my tournament entry and fee for coming($45 total pre paid) along w being an hour away from the home. Lucky for me, Mary was able to see the home w him and then l ran around taking care of more stuff.

So practiced w some friends and Ike came through along w Andres and his friends. Found Team PIE along w Arturo to set up the Salty Suite in my room again. Got the rooms and started moving furniture w friends from one room to another. Sadly since we didnt have both rooms for friday night and they were so booked, they didnt have connected rooms which would have been EXTREMELY convienent as we would slide it through ONE DOOR rather than out the door, across hallways and through more doors. But w enough team work, we got it set up quick.

Played some matches w my friend Eric, a really good Zangief player who does very well at the tournaments learning some tricks w Zangief. Followed up thankfully to Alem who heard my name being called downstairs as they were starting my pool much earlier. It read 6pm on the board but it was 430pm when it started. lm glad he was there and not sure why it started an hour and half early. Would have sucked to pay for nothing. Anyway, lost to an EMP member who used Rufus. Was doing well in the start, zoning and DPing jump ins but then when he did get in, l was getting blown up. Later on beat an Abel player throwing him like crazy and corner pressure was just on point. People l played in the hotel rooms through the day earlier told me they thought my corner pressure game w airfireballs into a guess(they have to block the airfireball on their wake up and then guess what attack is coming IMMEDIETLY after its blocked, high, low, headthrow, throw, bait) was really good. If you didnt have a way to escape all options which could be a losing option itself as bait is to bait a DP(invicible move that beats all options but loses to simply being blocked) and then you get knocked down and back into the vortex.

Vicky came over and brought food for me and friends because shes awesome and tried to convince her again to talk on stream w me and pretend she plays Street Fighter 4 and is from Australia lol. Arturo set up stream and l got to play matches and commentate and through the night, l got to commentate A LOT!! l love commentating as its just straight up fun, its fun to analyze and socialize w friends and the audience and its fun to just make jokes, make fun of people for looking like people and getting hype on big money matches or grudge matches. Had icebox matches in the start so loser got ice to fill the bathtub of ice so we could keep the beer and liquor cold lol. Later on my room got packed.

Got to chill w everyone freely and it was a good time and thank you Poem for helping getting us a second set up together. Had a lot of fun chilling w Alem, Trevor, Suzi, Ike, Andres, Andres' squad and Team PIE. Also really got to know Arturo this time around. Made some new friends, bet on some matches and had a really good time. Had my hookah running all night and friends made me drinks throughout the night and l got pretty drunk towards the end.

Making fun of a high level Dhalsim player as he was talking on stream next to me about Dhalsim's Ultra 2 for over 3 minutes and he looked like Bill Cosby so l just started making jokes w a Bill Cosby accent. He was cool about it.

Vicky was known as the 'Australian Asian girl' as l did convince some people she was from Australi and she jokingly talks w an accent for fun and people really just believed it. One guy, who l kept calling J Brown cause his name was something like that, kept saying on stream l had the hottest girl of the entire fighting game community hahaha. Much appreciated.

Salty Suite ended around 5am and we cleaned up, moved furniture around and passed out. Poem knocked on our door later on as people were snoring too loud in his room hahaha.

Sunday woke up rushing to brush my teeth, look clean and check out. Said late to everyone and drove Ike to the train station. Very good times chilling w him again. Crazy we met two years ago facing each other at a local tournament. Hit my open house w Amie in Newtown and learned the home as quickly as l could. $750,000 home so picking up any walk ins as clients would be AMAZING. Met a lot of people, repeated a lot of information l heard Amie drop and lm pretty proud of my listening and repeating skills. Real estate def trained me A LOT to memorize information quickly. Got along especially well w two walk ins. Always a good thing when l make them laugh and they ask if l have a card on me. Real estate has been slow due to it being winter as its terrible every single damn winter but l wont be so stupid when l make money this spring-fall. Esp w Christmas, Valentines Day and my sister's bday and Vicky's bday..... winter time is a costly season.

Hit hom and only had a lil time to chill and then hit up Ryan's. Got to Home depot first to get him a gift card for a house warming gift as this is the second time he's used me as his real estate agent and he also gave me a referal that lead to a closing deal. Got in and watched History channel w him and Lori. It was a surprise going away party for Alex. Bill and his girlfriend, along w Ron and Corey coming through. Had a good hang out and watched Ron perform some of his tracks. The reason they're really good isn't just because the lyrics are funny but the song itself does have a good catchy flow. Like..... it really is music just w ridiculous lyrics. Watching clips of random shit and eating Lori's velvet birthday cake. Had a great time chilling w everyone and it was nice to spend a night w Alex before he moves to Cali. lm sure l'll see him when hes home again.

Hit home afterwards and chilled w Allison talking bout how shes liking working at Cafe Soho and her plan for this coming school year. Gave her as much advice as l could and l think she'll be fine. Crazy how as early as this summer, she'll be on her own. lm pretty proud of her tho for how she turned out. Grades, social life, friends.... she did a good job lol.

Monday took care of work as l woke up which was kinda late. SteveC came over later and we play tested decks a bit and then followed it up w the tournament. So Allstars Collectibles is having Standard tournaments again which lm really happy about. Not to sound like a dick but a Magic the Gathering Tournament at Friday at 630pm isn't how l wanna spend my Friday night. Even if l play till 9 930pm.... the location is an hour from Philly and if l dont plan on going to Philly, lm even further away.

So yea.... Standard tournaments are better for me during the week and afternoons. Monday and Sat they will be hosting Standard Tournaments. Stomping Grounds here and there are holding stuff as well as March 2nd, they will be hosting a Standard Tournament at 1pm.

Well yea we've been outta Magic for like 2-3 months. So yea.... kinda didnt do so hot. Got mana fucked twice too. Lost to a player Adam, beat Steve and then lost again later. Enjoyed my game against SteveC tho when he dropped some walls to defend my rush and l had 2 'Rakdos Charm' which can do 1 damage to each player for each creature they control. l had 5 mana and 2 of them and then he Master of Waves increasing his creature count. 18 life and his 9 creatures, 18 damage exact hahaha.

Hit back and chilled and looked up and watched things on Magic. Talks of switching up decks and stuff. Just l dont really connect w a lot of the new decks. l like rushing people down, being on the offense, making people worry and plotting my final blow when they think they finally put up a big defense. We'll see. May switch back to Red Deck Wins or Red Devotion. We'll see.

Tues started my day off on the phone w clients as Vicky came over. Took care of work on and off through the day w her over and l felt bad to work while its our day together but shes understanding. We ate a really late lunch due to some.... distractions lol. Boston Market as we saw a KFC and yo... l love Boston Market but they arent around as they use to be. Def a good choice and ate amazing chicken w great sides. Its like thanxgiving all over again. We hit home to nap and then woke up later for shows and food.

Very simple evening w the girlfriend but l love it simple. Watched The Walking Dead, caught up on Pretty Little Liars and made a bit more food for watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Def a really good night. Wouldn't have spent it any other way.

Weds woke up late and just spent the day working. Overflooded as the winter set a lot of things back as usually l have a few clients going to closing while others looking at homes. Well everyone is looking at homes so sced time to see homes w all clients is getting a bit chaotic. Esp now, more than ever, most my clients can only see homes on weekends. l need to find them amazing homes asap. Lots of things happening in general w different career paths open. Real estate will be my main focus as l really believe l can do extremely well as l stick with it and learn more and gain bigger buyers. However, l am curious about other ways of making money in shorts amount of time. Pretty much being smart saves a lot of time. Chances to use my networking to gain profits seem possible again and l really do gotta benefit w what lm good at which is people.

Later me and Allison pced out to get her a late birthday gift of snow pants as shes really into snowboarding now. Good time as always spending time w her as these times are going to be more scarce soon. In just 7 months, she'll be in school and l wont get to chill w her as much. lm glad l did stay at home for that reason to be around for my sister. As much as l hate being home and cant wait to save up more to get my own place, plus the fact l'll need more than the average salary worker since lm on commision so l need extra money to be safe - l am glad l have been home to help out the family. Mostly my little sister w rides, advice, just being there in general.

Spending the rest of the night organizing things for clients. Trying to also look up info about fiance and re-reading other things in my email w other business opportunities. Gotta start studying for my NJ real estate license too.

EVERYTHING is just being delayed because lm trying to juggle too many things at once. At college and after, l was the king of multitasking. l also think l had a lot of luck on my side as things just happened to be on different times and days but lately, l think lm trying to juggle too much. Its ok, not like l completely broken down yet lol. Wish me luck tho. Testing the waters in so many things while trying to still do well in my current career w real estate, trying to be a good boyfriend, a good useful friend to my friends(mostly just networking) and have a fun social life all at once. Its kinda a lot.

Sup Guys, been extra pissy lately.

Just a lot of small things that have been happening that overall have been adding up. lm usually always in a great mood and just happy in general but lm just hating a lot of things lately. Just seeing people do things l find so corny. lm usually good w not hating people as from their view, l can usually understand why people do the things they do, even if l dont agree with it. But lately.... l just dont understand some people's actions.

So now lm a hater. Its not fun. l dont like being in a pissed off mood.

2/4 Tues Vicky came through yayy!! So we hit up one of her fav coffee shops in Newtown. The Zebra-Striped Whale. So we got drinks and crepes that she was craving and had a chill evening there. Its a nice chill environment and good to be outta the house a little bit as we mostly just chill in my room, eating, watching shows and movies, napping and banging lol.

Afterwards, got Allison and hit home. We made devil eggs and nachos and had a nice night watching shows. Caught up to Pretty Little Liars haha and enjoying how its really picking up. Also watched some Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. Very nice day w the girlfriend. Decided to sleep early after she left.

Weds woke up w the power out as it went out. HOLY SHIT OMFGGGGGG OGHWSHGIOHGIOh no power - drives me mad. So played on my iphone and bothered the world on Facebook. After my iphone would die, l would recharge it w a spare external battery and then charge it again on my laptop. l was pretty damn bored. Power came back on thank god and played Loadout. Its aiight. Just a silly crazy game but tactics arent that deep. Just fun building guns but thats about it.

Later on at night me and Adam went out a little for his birthday. We hit up Fette Sau which he suggested and YOOOOo advantages of being friends w a foodie. Fette Sau was amazing. The meat just cut through very well and clean. Def a place l plan to go back to again sometime. Really cool place and afterwards got bubble tea before hitting home. Very good night out. Happy Birthday Adam!

Thurs woke up late and took Allison to Philly and hit up Eric's. So we ended up gaming and smoking hookah all evening/night. Played mass amount of games and had hookah breaks watching Street Fighter footage lol. Messing w my Cammy against him along w my Zangief. Def a totally different game. My Cammy is just.... more how a player should play Street Fighter. l feel like l play the game 'right' w her tho l havent perfected my frame traps w her yet. But the footsie game and vortex l play w her is good. l really do enjoy Cammy. Had a good time chilling w Eric and Joe and pced out late night as we were all really tired.

Friday picked up my sister from the train and tried to nap but couldnt. Ended up taking her to Philly on my way to Vicky's. So me and Vicky had a good time at her place. So l trust her pretty well with cooking. Esp when it comes to asian food. Well we tried to make wontons and yoo lol it was just goo. We later got pho and bubble tea and had a nice night in watching tv shows. So we watched a little bit of my favorite 3 comedy shows. Southpark, Its always Sunny in Philadelphia and Curb your enthusiaum. Really good time and those 3 shows are just amazing. Had a very nice full day w the girlfriend b4 pcing out.

Hit up Sam's and met up w Andy Eric and Joe for pregame. Hookah and drinks and had a good time chilling b4 going out. Got hype and we hit up Whisper and yooo Whisper was really packed again. l guess the snow ruining so many nights have got people in the mood to go out when they could. Got rounds of drinks for my friends, thank you Amy for the hook up as always. Introduced friends to friends and had a good night dancing w friends all night running around the dance floor acting retarded. TommyY came out and introduced him to a lot of people. Carolyn and her squad made it out along w Zaki and his friends from school and other bboys also came out. Around 130am it started to empty out a little bit which was good for me so l could actually TRULY dance w my space for how wide l step and throwing my arms out like a retard but then around 210am it got filled as shit again as Whisper is the after party spot for a lot of people going to places that close at 2am. Had a great time dancing and acting out w friends.

Sat woke up and hit up my house showings w Ivan all morning. Afterwards, got a box of Born of the Gods Magic the Gathering cards and then hit up the bboy jam, Kingdom Come 2 hosted by The Villanova bboy club and my crew as Kenny was the one in charge of hosting the jam. So came through and chilled w everyone and had a really good time watching the battles. A LOT of creativity at the jam and the concept of how the battles were was mad interesting. After pre-lims, its a 2v2. Winning crew picks a person they beat to join their team as they 'capture' them. Then its a 3v3 then 4v4 then final battle is 5v5.

Had a good time seeing and spending time w everyone and afterwards, Asil Black Nasty and Tommy jumped in my car and we hit up the after party that was suppose to be small but ended up blowing up. So got there early, set up hookah and had drinks and slowly people came through. Over time it got packed and we had to open up the basement for more room. Drank and smoked and just had a good time chilling w everyone and it was a good party. So after everyone had some drinks, l hear in the kitchen that the 'Oscar Invitationals' is starting hahawhhahaha.

So we started a fun lil dance battle. A 7toSmoke Allstyle battle where its always more about who is the most entertaining, not who is the best dancer. Its by creativity, being funny, making fun of your opponent, stupid circumstance incidences and so forth. Theres a lot to it. Usually l always just think of a style of do as many commercial moves as l can to it. Ended up winning 3 battles in a row then losing my 4th cause l wanted to flick out the light but it didnt flick out. Krumped, vogued, housed, twerked(in a headstand as well) and had a really good time battling everyone. Asil slanted crowd surf from when he almost fell over and everyone caught him and passed him over. Just a lot of funny things happened in general.

l was laughing so damn hard for such a long period of time.

Our party was hype. So many moves were hilarious and random and it was seriously the most entertaining house party battle l ever watched/entered. l kinda wished l didnt enter so l could just enjoy the show but whatever, lm glad l won some hehehe. Got to pull out my The Soup move, Make up move and tons of other shit. Once again for the 5th year in a row, Oscar won the Oscar Invitationals. Def a very good night. Pced out late night and went to sleep asap.

Sunday did a lot of work in the morning. Dont know why l woke up at 8am. Took care of stuff and headed out to get stuff and worked on one of Vicky's gifts for Bday/Vday. Just had a chill night as it started to snow so now Magic the Gathering w the guys. Watching a lot of gaming footage and had a good time taking it easy. Very chill Sunday.

Monday hit up Best Buy and then Peking Duck and then to Vicky's. Had a good time, eating birthday cake and chilling and then pced to Philly to get my sister and hit back home. Me and Vicky went out for her birthday to a new place suggested by Joss for her birthday. Ninja Sushi. Really good food. So the location is a bit weird but the inside is great. Bummed it - watched some The Walking Dead and passed out kinda early from waking up early and driving so much. Very nice day w the girlfriend for her birthday hehehe.

Tues we woke up early as balls. Stuffed face and then we kinda just went back to sleep lol. Its prob a combination of the cold and how much we love cuddling hahaha we're seriously obsessed w it. Got up later on and hit up Newtown for alc and tobacco - l know we're bad asses. Hit up Best Buy and then the mall and got Vicky the infinity necklace she wanted. We found a really good one and the diamonds really do shine well and went w that.

Hit up Lisa and Minh's for a double date early Valentines Day dinner. So dinner was huge. Shrimp steaks wine pasta salad choc covered strawberries. l was loving it. Me and Vicky had a good time dancing half the cooking time to EDM lol had a really good time dancing. Vicky's new 'gun move'. l just call it 'Miley Cyrus to Duel Berretas'. Then it was time to eat. The food was really amazing and there was so much food, l didnt know how to get a second serving of anything without being full. The pasta salad was really good and something l def wanna try to make. Steak medium rare and juicy. Shrimp we had w lemon juice and pepper and that was my 1st time doing that and its really good. Apparently its an asian thing but lm pretty white washed. l am curious to try lemon juice and pepper with crabs and lobster tho as they suggested. The choc covered strawberries were the best ones l ever had. l think cause both the strawberries and choc was so fresh.

We ended the night watching the Olympic Games and smoking hookah. lm really glad lm watching a lot of it since its only once every 4 yrs. We made fun of a lot of people for whatever reason. Felt mean but it was pretty hilarious. Def a great night w the 3 of them. Late night headed back to Vicky's to drop her off.

Weds was a big work day for me. Took care of all my clients. New and old. Making mass amounts of calls and updated all clients to homes they were interested in seeing. Possibly will have an offer on the table as well. Ran a ton of errands and well.... l decided to join the fucking Scumbag Squad once again for a new game.

Its called Rust, another strictly free world survival game. You just wanna stay alive, build a fort, protect yourself and your stuff and live. Just people is what makes the game interesting. If you have NO enemies, its kinda dull. You kinda start shit w people just so you have people to defend against haha. So HOLY SHIT is it frustrating to start. Finding your friends in a HUGE MAP w no map, compass or anything... its annoying. Giving markers is useless cause you just see rocks and trees. Its just massive. After 2 hours of finally finding everyone and starting a fort, it got really fun. Teaming up against animals. Being paranoid against strangers. Making random friends. Helping new friends steal their forts back. Building new stuff, getting blueprints to build shit. Had fun getting an airdrop which is always a gunfight. Got one drop and Hack was by the second one. He killed someone who begged not to fight hahahahah and we stole his shit. l laughed so hard when l just saw Hack stand there and decide to shoot him anyway. Played that kinda all night. Good times tho!!

Thurs uhhh kinda just played Rust.... alllll day. Total we have 8 people from Scumbag Squad playing. Its $20 and only in the Alpha phase but for real, its really dope. Theres DayZ and another game that is interesting but l like that in Rust, you can lay a sleeping bag and spawn there if you die. So you dont TOTALLY lose everything if you die, just what was on you. Fun day even tho l was losing my mind half the time. The excitement comes from other people. Killing other people lol. l had two guys w nothing but rocks just run up and swing at me in which l pulled out my shotgun and killed them both. It was simple and easy but it was really exciting. Mostly cause you have no idea when action is gonna happen. That was pretty much Thurs.

Friday woke up and packed my stuff quick. Ran errands and got roses to surprise Vicky hehehehehe but l failed really bad. So when l asked her if she would be home at 4pm cause she had a package coming. Well l ran across the street w the roses and l see Vicky calling 'Why are you outside my house' hahahahah damnnn it. She spoils everything for herself but she wants to. So l spent the day w her. Chilling. Got food and was in the mood for porkchops w broken rice. Had a good evening just bumming it w her and at night left to MD for Katsucon. Well to drink and chill w friends really lol.

Drove to the hotel and met up w friends. Thank you Kimily for helping me find a spot and everyone else for having me. Got in, started doing shots and friends come through. Got to party w some of the younger bboys as my lil bro Chris came through along w Caesar and Dolfin. Drank, met friends of friends and checked out the rave. Raves.... not really my scene. Never have been. You'd think l would like them since l like partying and dancing clubbing aeioghriog but raves are different. Esp at any anime convention rave.... they are different than other raves. Jumped in some circles for fun w friends tho and we hit back to the room and chilled. Nothing too crazy but good times just spending time w everyone.

Sat woke up to everyone going for free breakfast. l wanted to eat since l wouldnt even know when l would be eating at all but l wanted sleep more lol. Woke up later and hit up Katsucon and found friends here and there but mehhh.... l guess going to Otakon every year, Katsucon was just ass to me. Oh and the Street Fighter 4 tournament.... YOU HAD TO PLAY ON PAD EVEN THO THEY HAD FIGHTSTICKS - because someone decided it would be FAIR to do that. l hate when people run something they dont know about. A lot of players were pissed about it and it was starting at 6pm. l didnt feel like waiting to play on pad. Thats just a waste.

Got alc for the group that sheltered me for fri night and then met up w Vee Goof Domkey Nick and later on Peter at Public House for drinks and burgers. Stuffed face and hit back to Goof's to chill but everyone was beat so we all took naps lol. Well Dom hit the mall. Afterwards, we woke up and ate again. Got sushi and stuffed face even tho we just ate 3 hours ago haha. Then it was time to get hype!!

So smoked hookah and drank monster and just got hype for the night. l love partying in DC and always have a good time but lately people havent been wanting to go so much lately over the last few yrs of visiting. So Goof knew some people who met when he got offered up on a date auction. It was also Julianna's bday and the aKDphi girls were hosting the event so l knew ld see some friends.

We hit up the club, Capitale in DC and ran in and found friends. Caught up w a ton and then more friends had bottle service for a joint birthday and other friends were at the same table as friends from home. Small world. Met friends of friends and cousins and such and also found Julianna's table along w Soup and partied w them in their VIP area for a bit. Also the third huge VIP area, found JennT and it was good catching up w her again. l use to see her out often years ago in DC and then randomly in Philly when she worked for DNA and then now seeing her back in DC. Ran around, danced w a friend l met way back in October at a previous club event by aKDPhi and some randoms who were fun. l swear, we were the only ones jumping up and down, hands in the air, face to face and people gave us weird looks but trust me, l was having more fun than anyone else there. l feel like scene to scene - people REALLY dance differently. l feel like l party like lm in Atlantic City NJ. Hands up, hype as shit. l feel like just EVERYONE grinds and yea thats fine at 1st but then turn the person around and actually dance. Its much easier l feel like w friends or your girlfriend than strangers of course but still..... following someone elses lead all night would be boring. Pced out at night and hit home. Almost ran outta gas. l always push my luck lol.

Ate some of the leftover sushi and passed out early morning.

Sunday woke up for house showings. Did some extra work, sent out some homes to clients and well.... yolo snow mount attacks w the car wasnt so smart. My car was NOT getting out at all.. l straight up beached my car ontop of a snowmount. Thankfully Joss was around and took me to my house showings in Holland. Thank you Joss and the house showing went well. l got Joss Applebee's afterwards as this isnt the 1st time hes come to car related rescues to me.

Later on, talked on the phone w new clients. Was on the phone for a few hours as l have two new groups of clients thanx to Vee for one referral and Phil and Kristen Smock for the other referral. Later on, tried digging my car out again. It was straight up beached. Me and Brown dug for 2.5 hours with a 30 min break for fried rice and hot tea. Got to talk a lot tho and l bundled up like crazy so laying down in the snow wasnt bad as l would use the badass icepick Brown brought over to stab at the chunks of ice under my car. At one point stabbing away while Brown was on the other side, l almost stabbed him in the face as l broke through the ice lol oops. Eventually we got the car somewhat out and moved it back but the beached part was just now in the front of the car than the back. After some more maniac stabs, we watched my car collapse ontop of the ice l was stabbing out. After that, it got out just fine.

l will never yolo my car ontop of a snowmount again.

Ended my Sunday night just on the phone w Vicky. Very good way to get sleepy. She just relaxes me lol.

Monday woke up and hit up house showings w new clients. Spent some time in Montgomery County explaining everything l could but lm afraid lm gonna overflood them w info. l always talk a lot because l like to give A LOT of detail because when lm hearing about something, l usually have a lot of questions, so the more detail for me, the better.

Later on hit home and bullshitted around and then sent out listings to all of my clients, giving them calls and figuring out the rest of the week and so forth. Watched a ton of stuff on the Presidents on History Channel 2 and ended up going out to get several pieces of steak for myself. Was just in the mood. Felt primal. Also.... eating it w my hands, felt amazing. Just tasted better. l cooked it too far tho, l wanted med rare but it was practically well done lol. Watched gaming footage and passed out.

Today Tues, been taking care of things w work, booking meetings and such and figuring out this weekend at Winterbrawl. Plan to work and watch all 5 episodes of Wild Russia. Its an amazing documentary on Animal Planet. Just that they are playing it all back to back, its dope to just watch it. Gotta check up on recent winning Magic the Gathering decks in the Standard Format as w the new set dropping, decks are going to change. Allstar collectibles at Oxford Valley Mall is going to be hosting Standard tournaments again which lm really happy about so lm gonna to aim to have a new deck by mid March after testing and keeping track of decks.
