Sup Guys, dunno if I wanna live forever anymore.
So I’m watching Starship Troopers and there’s that line repeated ‘do you really wanna live forever?!’ and it use to be yes but l’ve getting mad deep lately l wonder if every generation will always love how things were when they grew up and always dislike the changes made. If thats human nature or if things just actually suck more lol. Id still wanna live forever and be able to be youthful enough to enjoy everything but yea, if everything will just suck more, l’ll skip out on living forever. This isnt like a suicide note or anything incase anyone gets it twisted lol. I’m just ranting.
Kk past few weeks.
3/12 Monday got up mad early and got a lot of work done. You guys know my love for Monday mornings and productivity. After a bit, was just waiting back on clients, agents and college orgs for my next event. Ryan hit me up to play Helldivers 2 so hopped on w him and Ron and played in the afternoon. Later on played a lil Elden Ring before going back to working in the evening.
Took a nap around dinner time and got up around 9pm cause Ryan and Zack came over and we watched the Screencrush on Dune 2 and some House of Ninjas. Love nerding out w them since Sunday Dune 2 went late.
Afterwards, Ryan got right back on Helldivers 2 and Ron joined. Played wayyy late and Duron joined as well. Kept playing till Ryan really had to sleep which was at 4am lol. ‘One more game’ is seriously the EASIEST peer pressure thing to say. That and ‘if everyone stays on, you gotta stay on’. The typical response is ‘ughhh ok last game no matter what’ lol. Suuuuureeeee…. Last game..
Tues l slept in pretty heavily. Got up and just did work for a while. Got Honeygrow cause l’ve been eating nothing but wings, pizza and bullshit lately. Stuffed face watching youtube and then got on Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron and Goof all night. Really enjoying so many strategems, trying to make a simple list of what l like to bring on each type of mission. Stayed up late, working on a lot of bullshit and doing some studying.
Weds was a really short simple day. Just working on real estate and nightlife work during the day. Spent an insane amount of time on Helldivers 2. Im really loving it. Just some solo and a ton of games w the guys. Still focused on bug missions currently. Will learn bot missions later on. Ended the night simply watching a ton of youtube. Nothing crazy.
Thurs got up and got my haircut at Room 209. Went to Best Buy to get a new car mount cause l wanted one of those magnet ring mounts to quickly slap on. Esp for turning my cell sideways if l want to in my car. Got home to do work for a while. Got on Helldivers 2 w the guys for a lil and then headed out to visit my parents.
Swung by my mom’s house and ate dinner w my mom and dad. Just a nice dinner going over everything. Trying to spend time with the both of them as much as l can before my dad goes away for a while again.
Hit home to play more Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron and Titus to end the night.
Friday got up at 8am and did work for a while and then around lunch time got on Helldivers 2 w Ryan and Ron. Took a lunch break later on and then back on Helldivers 2 again w Goof and Morris lol. At night, l headed out to K2 now known as XOX as they are rebranding. Got there early to help set up and give them a gift of a Khali Moon hookah. Friends started coming through and had a really good night partying w everyone. Met some new people as the bottle girls came early to practice a lil. Just bounced around spot to spot socializing between tables and the bar. Good seeing Hanna again too. Worked w Moto on setting up hookahs and also doing the Lion Dance. My first time doing a lion dance lol. Partied till 230am. Got home to bum and stayed up late.
Sat slept in all day. Woke up a few times in the afternoon and kept sleeping. Finally got up at 1030pm… Saw in group chats and got texts messages to come out for Binh’s birthday. I missed the dinner part but met up w Binh’s spot for drinks. Just a chill night w everyone. Happy Birthday Binh!! Lit the hookah and played drinking games. Later some Omaha. We gotta get poker going again. Im always itching to play. Omaha is a lot of fun but switching between that and hold’em is really confusing cause what you think is good, is total trash in Omaha. Hung out till around 3am and hit home to chill. Just did some youtube and food and stayed up all night.
Sunday still up, playing Helldivers2 solo for a while and later Titus joined in. Vee hits me up saying to come over to eat as they had mad food from the other night. Sashimi, oysters and lamb. Omg… Swung by and good spending time w Vee and her family. Dude.. the food was good lol. Chilling in massage chairs, talking Fortnite w the kids Julian and Charles and then playing Smash Bros w them along w Dan. Dan is really good lol, we had to gang up on him to kinda survive. Later on watched Thor Ragnorak as we wanted to throw something fun on. Good just spending time w everyone there for a full bum day. It was really nice seriously.
Sashimi, lamb, oysters, video games, massage chairs, Thor Ragnorak. That’s a really solid day lol. Afterwards, had to head home as l was passing out from being up so long. Watched one episode of Blue Eye Samurai w Jeremiah before sleeping.
3/18 Monday got up around lunch time and just did work midday. Afternoon, Julian hit me up for Fortnite and its been a while. Got on and then Charles and Logan came over. Got them gifts on Fortnite as usually l get them something once a month but l havent been on at all lately. We got multiple 2nd places through the afternoon but sadly no wins. Had fun playing w them tho and the new changes in the game are fun.
Made food and watched youtube and then got on Helldivers 2. ChaseA hopped in my lobby and yooo so good playing and catching up w him. So small world but Peter hops on and l tell him how Chase is also in DC and they live just a few blocks from each other. Joseph hops on and it turns out him and Chase are friends by chance lol. Crazy small world. Played a ton of games together. Later Ryan joined and then later on Titus joined in. Played all night. Late night watched Curb your Enthusiasm. Still really sad this show is coming to a close.
Tuesday worked on real estate during the day time. Working on new clients mostly. Took a lil break to eat and watch youtube then back to work for the afternoon. Evening did a lil Helldivers 2 solo till Ryan and Zack came over. Thank you Ryan for bringing my Halal food!! We watched more House of Ninjas and yoo.. Such a dope show. Lit the hookah and it was a good bum night. Afterwards, me Ryan and Ron played some Helldivers 2 and then ended the night watching Venom.
Weds l slept hardcore. Lately lve been sleeping 8-12 hours a day. But lm not sick or anything. I just love my sleep lol. I feel very very fortunate lm able to do this. Visited my parents for dinner and had a chill dinner. Nothing crazy but l know it makes them happy and lm trying to be a good son ya know? I do feel bad for my parents having empty nest syndrome, esp my mom but once a week l think is fine. I know some people that see their parents once a year so… l dont feel so guilty visiting once a week for an hour. Thanks mom for the extra food to go.
Got home and played some Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron Peter and Peter’s friend. Game is still so fun. Did mad cooking and watched youtube and movies all night.
Thurs was still up watching movies. Cause of Helldivers2, l watched Starship Troopers which as an adult watching it, its still a solid movie. I thought l would cringe re-watching it now that lm older but yoo its still a really good solid movie. And late 90s Denise Richards…. Gahhh… So played some Street Fighter 6 and then re-watched Wild Things since it came out and l barely understood it cause l was 12 and just watching it for Denise Richards. And yooo… the twists in Wild Things is nuts too!! Its like a REALLY good movie. The sex scenes are cool too but l got the internet lol. Not watching movies for boobs like when l was a kid. Then l watched Cruel Intentions. Easily having a late 90s phase. Sarah Michelle Gellar is my fav. Finally slept in the afternoon.
Friday caught up w real estate clients, the orgs lm working w for my next event and GoRaeSoju. Still on this trip of movies, watched World War Z. Got on Helldivers 2 w Ryan and Ron for a lil midday and then did some Street Fighter 6 ranked. Evening, back to work for a lil while and then at night got on Helldivers 2 again w Peter and Ryan. Ended the night late night watching I know what you did last summer and I still know what you did last summer.
Sat got up late and was dreaming bout icecream. Had mad icecream for dinner. Chang and Plural came through to chill and watch the ARC Tour tournament for Guilty Gear. Played some Street Fighter 6 ranked and chilled and later on played mad matches w Plural and later Jeremiah hopped in. Ended the night watching the movie The Roadhouse which was just a fun movie.
Sunday got up late and did a bit of real estate work till jumping on Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron and Peter for a while. Watched Invincible and then played some matches w Serazale in Street Fighter 6. We were pretty even for a while but then she just started beating my ass lol. She got me 13-8. Good games tho! Her Rashid can just be hard to open up. Did some more Street Fighter 6 ranked and then watched the rest of the Invicible episode and then watched Curb your Enthusiasm into Monday.
3/25 Monday still up training in Street Fighter 6. Chilled w Jeremiah and Bianca as they made a huge breakfast. Thank you guys. We checked out X-Men 97 and l was iffy cause… l get its a hardcore nostalgic throwback but l loved it as a kid. I dunno how much lm gonna REALLY love it as an adult ya know? Its like l loved Power Rangers as a kid but l know l dont care to watch it now. Still… its got twists… l was actually pretty impressed. There’s def some old school nostalgia things that are nice about it and some stuff that it feels more for just sat morning kids but its not bad. Overall lm gonna keep up w it.
Slept in the afternoon and got up at 11pm and watched youtube and then worked on a bunch of personal things. Checked out Trese but yoo… not for me. Had really good reviews but then l see alllll the positive reviews are ‘so glad my culture is being represented’ stuff that of course they’re just gonna give it the highest score. I like asian shit but not every asian media is good. Or chinese representation or any of that. Stayed up all night watching Ninja Kamui and yooo THAT IS A SHOW you need to watch for just a cool story, amazing action. Its already a show that l will be rewatching.
Tuesday still up, hit Target for items and then hit Philly to inspect John’s future home. Swung by Chinatown for Chongqing Spicy chicken from Emei cause its seriously the best dish and some bubble tea. Hit home to do work and bum. Just kept eating nonstop. Gained 6 lbs in 2 days cause lm just always eating. Its seriously meal, pause, snack, meal, pause, meal. Ive just really been loving food lately. Watched a lil youtube and slept early.
Weds got up at 5am, organizing everything but mostly my notes on my phone to do my To Do Lists. I have 5 separate To Do Lists to keep things organized. Got on Helldivers 2 for a lil doing some missions solo and then played a lil Elden Ring, preparing for the DLC. Got a nap in during the early afternoon.
Got up later for dinner w my parents. Just another chill dinner w my parents. Outside of dinner, a friend suggested to take them out to something but l dunno… Its like, lm trying to be around to make them happy but I dunno if l can do a long period of time. Still, dinner was nice.
Got home to play Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron and Peter for a while. It is mad fun everytime. Did some solo missions of Difficulty 7 Suicide level and then watched some youtube before sleeping.
Thurs got up to do work for a lil and then headed out to get lobster rolls by Cousins Lobster food truck cause lobster rolls are godlike. I love lobster in nearly every way its made. Steamed, fried, boiled, lobster rolls. Its all so fucking good. I need to make more money so l can eat lobster everyday without thinking bout my bank account lol.
Hit home to play some Street Fighter 6 ranked for a while cause my Luke has been slacking lately. Back to work for a lil while and then at night time, got on Helldivers 2 w Peter, Broseph and his friend. Later on w Ryan and Ron. Ended the night watching 3 Body Problem and youtube.
Friday got up at 5am and just started the day. Youtube and making elotes cause elotes are amazing. Did some Helldivers 2 solo vs Bots on Difficulty 7 and did a full run, no deaths. Bots is def harder and more strategic. Later on played w Ryan and we had some smooth stealth runs. As steal as possible. Slept during the afternoon and got up at night to work on real estate and nightlife for a while and then continued to play Helldivers 2 allll night into sat cause l have a problem.
Sat still up, watching 3 body problem and youtube. Jeremiah and Bianca made me an awesome lunch. Thank you guys!! Slept for a lil and then played Street Fighter 6 against an E.Honda around my level. Lost 3-5 for a youtube channel but hey, l got paid lol. Thanks for having me.
Afterwards, Helldivers 2 w Ryan peter and Gunnar on Difficulty 8 Impossible level. Cool to play w Gunnar in a game for the first time. Ended the night w some more youtube and slept.
Sunday got up and hit house showings w Danny and saw a few properties. Hype to finally get showings started w him. Saw some potential and it was good hanging. Afterwards, got food at Hmart and spent way too much money cause l was starving. Chilled and just did work in the afternoon and then at night, Ryan and Zack came over to finish watching House of Ninjas on Netflix which was a good time and then we started Shogun which we’re loving. Hung out all night, ate a lil more w some youtube before sleeping.
4/1 Monday got up to work on real estate and nightlife stuff all day. Just a full productive day. I am so damn good Monday mornings, its wild. Then l get shittier throughout the week. So its atleast good l start off strong monday mornings lol. Did some Helldivers 2 and watched Shogun at night and then back to work late night. Was just on a roll w work. Ended the night watching more Shogun.
Tues got up and hit house showings w Steph and Mikey. Good hanging w them and catching up while working. I hit Giant after for groceries and once again bought way too much food cause lm mad stupid. Dunno why lve been insanely hungry lately but lm enjoying it. Eating is fun lol.
Hit home to do work for a lil and then Ryan and Zack came over to watch more Shogun cause we’re so hooked on it. Later on did some Helldivers 2 w Ryan and Duron and then ended the night watching Curb your Enthusiasm and youtube.
Weds was a full work day. Stressing a bit bout the turn out numbers for my next nightlife event as not as many college orgs are able to attend. Working a bit outside the box on this one. Took a lil food break and back to working mostly on nightlife.
Later at night, just Helldivers 2 w Ryan and Peter and then youtube and Ninja Kamui before sleeping.
Thurs got up for house showings w Steph and Mikey again seeing another potential home. Hit home to chill for 30 mins and then back out to get paperwork from the office and meet up w my parents for dinner at Red Lobster as an early birthday dinner. Thank you guys. Red lobster is amazing as l stuffed face w 2 different lobster tails. Hit home back to work till Helldivers 2 time w Ryan Peter and Mel. Ended the night watching youtube and later 3 body problem. I dunno how l feel bout the show. Its kinda just slow… w some cool stuff here and there.
Friday got up late and just played some Helldivers 2 w Ryan and Broseph till party time. Swung by Space KTV as Soju Guild set up an anime meet up party night and had a good time nerding out w people and seeing people sing anime intros and outros. Had some drinks and then swung by XOX to drink and socialize. Got hype bout some ideas but 1230am isnt a good time to try to talk nightlife ideas lol. Good seeing some friends l havent seen out in a while and talking some other ideas. Dunno if ideas were just coming at that time or if l was drinking too much and just saying drunk stuff. Afterwards, hit Tango for more drinks and hookah. Running around socializing for a while and then went home, got Wawa on the way to eat and try to watch Marry My Husband but reading subtitles while my head is throbbing, it wasnt happening.
Sat got up hung over. First time being hung over in a while. Played some Street Fighter 6 while not feeling well wasnt too smart lol. Vee picked me up for dinner at Shogun for my birthday. Ton of the squad came through and had a really good hibachi dinner. Thank you Vee for getting me, getting my dinner and setting it up for me. Shogun really hooked it up w the food cause there was sooo much. Nerd talking Helldivers 2 and also thank you guys for all the gift lol. Vee making me wear this tiara, Hack making me wear this Birthday Boy pin lol. Glad to just have us together as its like always getting harder. Thanks for coming everyone.
Hit back to bum and got on Helldivers 2 w Ryan Peter and Broseph and beat a full set of missions of bugs on the hardest difficulty 9 Helldiver level. Glad we can handle it now. Ate some left overs and watched shows before sleeping.
Sunday slept in pretty hard. So many birthday messages and def loving the attention lol. Thank you guys for all the birthday wishes. Met up w my parents and grandmother at Applebees for a nice dinner. Thank you for the gift and dinner. Stuffed face pretty hard and got home to take it easy.
Ryan Zack Brown and Julian all swung by to chill. We watched The Alpinist and smoked hookah then had oreo icecream cake. Thank you for the cake Zack. I will always be pooping w this dairy everyday lol. Really nice chill night. Then more Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron and Duron and we were able to handle bugs on the hardest difficulty doing a full set and even an extra mission afterwards w 3 of us.
Stayed up late all night watching shows and youtube. Stuffing face w leftovers and doing some studying.
4/8 Monday still up watching Shogun for a while. Show is just smaller Game of Thrones in Japan. So much japanese related shows and movies lately. But Japan in that area is always fun. Did some work mid day and then took a nap. Totally missed the eclipse but l wasnt really like looking forward to it. I didnt have the glasses or anything and it wouldve been like… yea l see it, thats it. Got up in the evening and back to work for a lil. At night, got on Helldivers2 w Ryan Peter and Broseph. Later on Ryan Ron and Duron. Game is still mad fun. Slowly learning how to deal w these gunships. Stayed up all night watching Curb your Enthusiasm and really sad its over. Been watching it for so many years now. Watched more youtube into tuesday.
Tues still up, back to work and watching more Shogun. Played some Street Fighter 6 ranked w Luke for a while and it was def a chill morning. Back to working on real estate and nightlife in the afternoon and watched some X-Men 97 which is crazy good. Me and all my friends thought it was a nostalgia grab which we’d entertain but its seriously good lol. Took a nap in the evening and then back on Helldivers 2 w Ryan Ron and Duron all night. Got food, lit the hookah and watched youtube late night into weds.
Weds still up, just working on real estate, nightlife and personal junk l had to handle. Saw the trailer for Joker 2 and then decided to make food and watch the first The Joker movie. Sooo fucking good everytime. Watched some youtube and then got ready for closing.
Hit closing for my friend JohnV and lm very happy for him and his new home. Closing was quick and smooth. The title guy we were working w was really chill and friendly. Hit my office to drop off everything from closing and hit home to chill. Just ate, lit the hookah and watched some youtube before sleeping early.
Thurs got up at 11am and did some work before house showings w Erica and Lucas. Checked out a few properties and then hit home to send comparisons. Watched shows and stuffed face in the evening and then did work till Helldivers 2 time. Got on w Ryan and Ron and played late night. Stayed up all night watching Oppenheimer, youtube and then starting Parasyte. Couldnt stop watching and kept watching into Friday.
Fri morning finally slept and then got up late and hit the liquor store and beer store for drinks. Got Vince and we hit Andy’s to chill. Just a small hang out night. Drinks and hookah, talking Helldivers 2 a lot w the guys and then later jumped in the hot tub. They convinced me to jump into the pool and overcome it and how its good for me but lm such a bitch. Andy was talking me through it. It really hurt tho lol. Back to Andy’s to hang for a lil and play Jackbox. Smoked more hookah and then swung downstairs to chill w more friends. Funny that we got to see Tanner since we were literally talking bout old groups from like 7 years back or so and how we miss people and then we happen to be hanging out w them. Its like God heard us and was ‘aww you miss them? Ok here they are’ lol. Ate pizza, had drinks and just caught up w everyone and met some new people. Hung out pretty late and then left late w Vince. Dropped Vince off and hit home to watch Blue Eye Samurai and some youtube and went to bed mad late.
Sat slept all day and woke up in the evening. Just a lil bit of work and then Helldivers 2 all night w Ryan and Ron into Sunday. That was seriously my sat. Going over strats and figuring out so much new stuff.
Sunday started the day w some work and then got on Street Fighter 6 ranked w Luke for a while. Watched some more Blue Eye Samurai and then Parasyte. Brandon and his Dad came over to check on home repairs l need and then we hit my parents to check on their home repairs as well.
Afterwards, hit house showings w Danny and checked out some potential homes. Saw 2 we really liked. Hit my office for the check for my last closing and then got Popeyes as one opened up right by my home. This is gonna be a problem. We got a damn Popeyes. I fucking love Popeyes. Hit home to watch the Netflix documentary What did Jennifer do and then later Ryan and Zack come through to watch shows. Lit the hookah and had a nice lazy night w them like most Sundays.
4/14 Monday got up early and worked on an offer. Lit the hookah and caught up on emails and then headed out to get my haircut in Chinatown. Nice full morning in Chinatown. Got my haircut at Room 209 from Happy as always, then got bubble tea at Teado, got more Chongqing Spicy Chicken from Emei and then swung over to XOX to go over event stuff w Ken and Edwin.
Hit home to chill and work on the event coming up. Got on Helldivers 2 w Dom Adam and Ryan. Glad Dom gave in and joined us on Helldivers 2. Had mad laughs and we played pretty late. Watched youtube late night and went to bed early tues.
Tues got up late and just did work all evening and night. Alex swung by to chill. Got on Helldivers 2 but yoo… power cut out at 1030pm… no storm or anything. Just no power. Luckily we lit the hookah before it went out. Me Alex and Jeremiah just talking in candle light lol. Chilled for a while and then just forced myself to sleep but kept the light switch up to let me know when power came back lol.
Weds to the power came back at 330am ish. Got up and just watched youtube. Made pasta broc and started watching Fallout which lm really liking and now looking into the game. I know the games always been great but l never got into them. 10am started playing Street Fighter 6 ranked for a while and then back to watching more Fallout lol. Couldnt stop. Took a nap in the afternoon and then hit my office for a team meeting.
Good hanging w my team and thanks for the chipotle!! Glad Ngoc joined the team as well. Our meeting was really chill. Just going over tons of stuff in the market and eating. I dont see my team much so its always nice to spend time w them when l get the chance.
Hit home to work on an offer more and then Zack and Ryan came through. We watched more Shogun cause we’re obsessed and then watched some youtube on philosophy. Nice bum night as always w them. Finally slept somewhat at a normal time.
Thurs got up late and did work all evening. Hardcore working on my event. Later Vee and Dan came by to chill before they move back to Seattle. It felt so fast for how long they’ve really been back but lm glad l got a good amount of time w Vee and her family while she was back. They brought Taco bell and we just threw on Kpop and talked bout a ton of stuff. Already miss you guys!! Im gonna try to visit them sometime in Sept.
Got on Helldivers 2 w randos for a lil while and then was up late just bullshitting on personal work for a while. Started watching Fallout and yoo this show is so dope. I never played any of the games but l know they’re good but this show really makes me wanna play them. Its just so damn good. Kept watching into Friday morning.
Friday morning started playing Street Fighter 6 w Luke for a few hours. It is a love hate relationship w that game but mostly love lol. Watched a bit more Fallout before sleeping midday for a lil. Got up in the evening to do work and set up for the big Neo City Tour event.
Packed my nightlife bag and headed out to XOX to meet up w the staff and go over everything. So… l was really nervous bout the turnout of my event as the college organizations couldnt really make it due to mostly greek life events and it being close to finals so the past few weeks, l focused on promoting the old way.
Slowly a lot of my main squads started rolling through and l felt better. Everyone was making it too which was nice. Just running around, socializing and doing introductions. The side room was re-done completely and was a solid room to lounge in. By 1130pm the place was getting pretty full. The bar room was filled and l felt a lot better. More tables were being booked last minute too. Slowly just shuffled more people into the main lounge. Met a lot of new people. Meeting some of my new promoters and their friends for the first time. Got a bottle of Goose and just started pulling heads back and making people drink. I like people loose. When people are tense, l get tense. Like when people still got their coat on and they’re just standing there. Which when people had their coats on, l was making everyone hang it to relax. My DJs did an amazing job hyping up the crowd and more friends got tables. Some of the Temple Delta Alumni came through as well. All tables were booked. The lounge was hype. I was so relieved lol. Partied all night while checking up on my front door staff. Aka Yohanas, Kenny, Helena and Susan. Kept ordering more food from the kitchen for them. Had so much fun and yooo, it all paid off. Brandon aka DJ Dreamdriver came on and when he pulled out the guitar, crowd flipped out. Had mad fun and our event went till a lil past 2am.
Afterwards, me and Kenny swung by Tango to chill and hookah more. Hung out for a while and then late night dropped off Kenny and hit back to my area. Got food from Wawa and got home to eat and watch youtube WhyFiles and sleep.
Thank you everyone for coming to my event and to all the staff. It was so much work but we need more big nights like this in Philly again. It kinda sucks that a really good night is every so often than every weekend like before. But lm still gonna push for things to go back to the way it use to be. I’ve always done extra work to make fun nights for what seems like forever now. Glad l got the right friends to help make it happens and more friends to come through.
Sat got up hung over. So l drank more than l realized the night before. Was iffy on going to Go For Broke for the Street Fighter 6 tournament but l already missed the previous Sat tournament that Shadow Royalty held in Chinatown. I cant keep missing tournaments cause l accidentally drank a bit too much. Hit Philly, parked and walked to Go for Broke held at Localhost Esports Center. Right infront of me is Keith and Linda!! They were just walking their dogs. Got to catch up and its funny cause l still talk to Keith all the time but its been a while since we got to chill in person.
Hit Go for Broke and went 2-2. Dude… lm not gonna fully blame it on me being outta it but l was dropping combos and hating myself. Literally, combo into Lv3 and the lv3 was done too early to go under. FOR THE WIN TOO and l screwed up and the dude Patrick, who l’ve met before a while ago, took it. Good games tho. Also good just running around and chilling w the Philly FGC. Played some casual matches w my Luke and Ed. Met some new people and then at 720pm, headed out to Sara’s birthday dinner.
Happy Birthday Sara!!!!!111 I swore Bobby told me the birthday dinner was for their kid’s 1st birthday which seemed kinda soon. Dinner was really solid and laughed a lot on some bets we placed. Richie is alway entertainment. Thuy was a winner lol. Good hanging w everyone at dinner. Tried to convince them for Round 2 at XOX but we were kinda far.
Swung by to Philly Chinatown to XOX to drop off this massive box of multiple hookahs and chill. Smaller night but got to catch up w JulieBby and Nena!! Lately, seeing a lot of old party friends has been a thing. Got to catch up a lot w Julie and lm very happy for her. She was always the ringleader of her squad. She would always roll w 3-6 girls any night she was coming to any of my events way back. Met some of their friends and Happy Birthday Ria!! Had a chill night, smoking hookah, socializing and doing a few shots. Hung w the XOX staff on and off throughout the night too.
Afterwards, hit home to eat, watch Conan O’Brien’s new show which… dude… he doesnt need to do anything but be himself and has me dying. He started roasting this kid and it was nonstop hilarious jokes.
Sunday got up to chill. Just organizing mad shit as l had sooooo many notes in my photos to organize into my google docs. Made pasta w broc and later on Brandon and his dad came for some house repairs l needed. Very thankful for you guys! Was a really slow Sunday, just how l wanted it till later on. Got on Helldivers 2 w Ron Ryan and Adam for a while and then back out again to XOX, my second home lol. Celebrated JohnV’s birthday. Happy Birthday John!! Got him a bottle as a house warming gift and got to catch up w friends. Kristine and Jackson were back in the area and glad to catch up w them as well. Havent partied w them since pre-covid. Just ran around socializing w John’s group and the XOX staff. Hookah and shots and hung out later than expected. Got home late and started watching The Sympathizer which is REALLY GOOD.
4/22 Monday got up and hit Philly to get Victoria to catch up in person. We both been mad busy. She does so much in general, its kinda wild. We werent sure where to eat but ended up picking Sankee Duck House which l havent eaten at in a while and so glad we picked it. I MISS duck so much. OMG the skin… Its only competitor is korean friend chicken skin. Talked bout a lot of greek life stuff and got a lot of insight on how things are lately in greek life. Its wild how much does and doesnt change. Got bubble tea and just had a nice afternoon catching up.
Dropped off Victoria and then back to my second home XOX to go over everything and collect my moniesssss!!! Planning some stuff for the future and l still gotta organize all these notes in general. Still reworking the DNA Nightlife social media pages and aihgaoihgoa… lm a bit burnt out from nightlife. I love it but its the last thing l wanna think about. Though there is a lot going on. Luckily, later down the line.
Hit home to go through all my phone photo notes to put in google docs and yooo.. It keeps me organized but totally gives me anxiety seeing my To Do lists just have so much added to it. I dont even know what to do w myself if everything was done though. I want it all the be done though for a lil. Or a while. The thing bout nightlife is l do it because l like it, even tho it can be stress. Also, some other ideas that’s gonna take up mad time so l noted it but that’s gonna be for another week.
Brown swung by to chill. He’s been so busy, lm glad any time l get w him. He lives across the street and sometimes l wont see him for weeks lol. But we caught up on some Gen V and talked some ideas. Always good to bum w him and brainstorm. Got on Helldivers 2 w Peter Broseph Ryan and later on Ron. Did some Helldivers Difficulty 9 vs Bots and we were pretty fine. Its literally JUST the gunships that are the serious problem against bots.
Watched some youtube and started watching the movie The Creator which l enjoy. I always like futuristic stuff w AI.
Tues got up in the afternoon and just did real estate work. Went to Brown’s to get his sofa and omggg even w the small walk, it was hell. Thank you for the sofa tho Brown. Smoked hookah and chilled for a lil w Jeremiah then hit The Lab as they were starting back Street Fighter 6 again.
Got to the Lab and good hanging w everyone. Crazy how long l’ve been coming here now. Since Street Fighter 4.. Because of Jimmy, the Dumpling Sessions Squad was formed because of the friendships l’ve made there over the years. Always happy to support Jimmy for giving us a really chill spot to have FGC tournaments. Just bumming w the squad and l went 3 wins, 2 loses taking 3rd place of 8. Good games everyone and had fun doing commentary.
Got on Helldivers 2 w Adam Dom and Ryan for a while. We’re just straight up doing Difficulty 9 from now on. I’m glad we’re at that level. We also been lucky not dealing w many gunships by chance which l think can be the most difficult thing of the game when things get out of control.
Late night finished watching the movie The Creator which l liked cause l like AI futuristic movies. Stayed up all night bullshitting. Studying some Street Fighter 6 and then watching my matches from earlier on twitch. Watched the movie The Last Duel and yooo really cool movie. I like the idea of something happening and having it retold slightly different from three different perspectives. Just an interesting concept. Watched into weds.
Weds still up, just doing work and organizing all these photos and videos from the last few weeks. Still gotta organize all these gaming clips too. Slept midday and later on got up and played Helldivers 2 w Adam Ryan and Domkey again. More laughs and bombs. Just a chill night night playing. Late night, made soup dumplings from Mila and then re-watched the movie Last Night in Soho. Suchhhh a good movie. Up watching more youtube into thurs.
Thurs morning, just taking care of work. Uploading photos and videos. Watching Omni’s youtube channel as he just keeps me up to date on all the news.
