Got into a lil incident and later on that night and waking up the next day, dude… my friends made me feel so much better. Just all the memes, all the jokes, the text messages, the shit talk. It just feels really good when everyones got my back. But its mostly the memes lol.
I dont really get into much conflict or drama cause lm just always around friends but this time some basic ass bullshit came to me. Just scroll down to 8/26 or Ctrl+F 8/26 if you’re trying to fast forward to the Flea Rock situation.
Ima start the blog w a complaint I’ve been discussing w friends lately.
Lol ok it’s about people who cheer outloud ‘whoaaa’ ‘ohhhh’ for anything because they want to be part of a group. These people are in everything. And their fake cheers are cringy. They’re at religious events, at sporting events, gaming and dancing events. Any business conference. Esp at Pyramid schemes. Any event w a speaker. They’re in the same category I call ‘head nodders’ who sit infront and already nod in agreement to a speaker before the speaker has finished their statement because they’re already ready to agree w them.
A cheer should come out naturally. It shouldn’t be thought out. When a hammer falls on your foot, you naturally scream. That’s how I feel cheers should be. It just came outta you because what you saw brought that much emotion outta you. The fake cheerers scream ‘whoaaa’ ‘ohhhh’ so much and it’s so fake, it’s takes away from actually hype moments. These losers do it cause they want to be part of the group overall so badly.
I hate fake cheerleaders and head nodders more than I hate actual bad people. Rants over. I feel better now.
8/8 Tuesday got up at 330am cause l just accepted my inconsistent sleep cycle. Cleaned like crazy again as l have OCD and lit the hookah, made some food and watched a ton of youtube. Went into training mode in Street Fighter 6 allllllll morning testing out all these ideas and questions l had. During the day time, played Fortnite w Julian, Matt and his other friend. We’re the creepy old dudes. Other friends are buying the kid’s friends gifts now lol. I wanna say we’re the cool uncles but nah, now we’re buying 9 yr old kids we dont even know gifts on Fortnite now hahahahaha but for real, it makes me happy. That my friends are so nice to kids that we dont even know. Like Goof doesnt know Vic but Goof knows me, then met lil Matt(MattK’s kid) then from there met Vic lol. But yooo lm actually dropping more than l realized on these kids. I did my conversion and its like $8-$15 l spend on these kids when l buy them bundles on Fortnite but some of the time, its been $20-$30. Meh l woulda spent it on something dumb anyway.
Jeremiah got home and we played a ton of Street Fighter 6 and then watched more youtube and slept.
Weds Domkey visited to go over Street Fighter 6 stuff. He’s also playing Luke but liking modern controls more than a fightstick and classic which l am and lm not surprised w at the same time. Cleaned the house like crazy some more and hit the doctors for a quick skin TB test whatever that means. Got on Fortnite w the children. Julian Charles and ‘Bonnie?’ or thats his nickname lol. Yo these kids need better nicknames than that. Played for a while, got some wins then changed to Street Fighter 6 ranked w Luke for a while.
Later RyanW came through and just made more dumplings and we watched a ton of Twisted Metal and youtube. Twisted metal is so great. It leans to what it is. Ended the night w some youtube before sleeping.
Thurs got up and hit Chinatown for my haircut. It was gross out so l didnt get bubble tea for my dumb IG posts ‘bubble tea and a haircut’ lol. Hit home to just watch some youtube and did some real estate work for friends. Sadly these interest rates are getting out of hand that some friends may have to wait out the storm a bit.
Got on Fortnite w some of the kids and later on Goof, Gary and AJ also joined up. These kids got an army of tough uncles lol. Besides me, lm not hitting the gym like they are. Im more the Mastermind kinda guy who assembles the team.
Afterwards, hit The Lab for Street Fighter 6. Another 2 wins, 2 losses. Kinda peaking as of lately. Not liking it. Still good to chill w everyone though. Hung out late and got home to watch youtube and sleep.
Friday smoked hookah and headed out to NYC. Got KellyC and her sister Kathy and it was really good to catch up w Kelly in person and go over everything. So we ate at Wonderpig, a new korean bbq spot and it was really good. Food came out really fast. Had a good time talking bout tons of bullshit and stuffing face. It was all you can eat too and l was starving so l def got my monies worth. Really good talk bout a lot of stuff. The best thing bout Kelly is I can say all sorts of fucked up shit and she’ll laugh and add to it lol. Glad to have met Kelly’s sister too finally.
Next up, hit James’ pregame and met a ton of new people. Brought my hookah and mad soju and just had a really fun pregame. Thanks for setting it up Matty. More and more friends came through pregame. Nick and Kelly made it too and good to chill w Nick again too after so long. I miss him gaming w us but the dude is always working hard :(
Tried to convince them to come clubbing but they dont give in to bullshit so easily. Hit Mission and ran around acting dumb, dancing w friends all night. The usual group, a lot of who l went to AC with recently and then more. They got a table and l just wanted to stand on furniture to feel superior lol. Just kidding kinda. It just feels GOOD to be standing on shit. To get a better view of just a big ass room full of people looking to have fun. I use to do the same shit in college. Stand on furniture and get a view of the crowd. Its just nice. And I feel superior lol. Partied till 245am and hit back to Allison and Vince’s. I didnt even get to see them lol. Lit the hookah and watched this meh movie ‘Heart of Stone’ and didnt finish it, dont care lol.
Sat slept till 3pm, lit the hookah and watched youtube and then me Allison Kirsten Zhi and Claudine met up for dinner. So first we were gonna do handrolls but the spot not only had a long line but it was just long bars and kinda cramped. We wouldnt really be able to talk and stuff as we’d be sitting in a row. We found a nice spot that wasnt busy and yooo the food was nice. Being fancy n shit. Had a really good dinner and glad l got to see Claudine Zhi and Kirsten out again since last month. Our conversation topics were pretty filthy lol. Just the way l like it. We family styled the food cause we’re asian lol. Honestly… family style is the way to go. Just order a ton of shit and share it all. You get to eat a bit of everything, splitting the bill is easy. Afterwards, gave them all rides back and then we started calling people for poker.
Lit the hookah, brought out soju and then started doing ‘whoever wins a hand does a shot’ but then switched it to winning hands over $10 as we were getting drunk fast. I got a headache. I wasnt doing so hot for a while and later in my luck kicked in hardcore. Im talking 2.5 hours of just getting NOTHING HANDS. Nothing matches the flop EVER. Just had to bluff every now and then to stay even. It was a good chill night w the guys. I like doing this nyc trip - one banger night, one chill night w friends. Its more personal time ya know? Actually l had a lot of personal time w NYC friends this weekend. I just like talking w friends and having something to eat, drink and/or smoke. You only need 1 of the 3 but you can have up to all 3 together. Its so simple. Anyway, started kicking ass in poker, profiting $165 lol. I also got dumb lucky calling things that were about 30% odds on big plays that l was just feeling. It was one of those ‘why would you call that?’ and then l did the math and was like ‘oh yea, that was a bad move, l got lucky’ But the soju made me confident.
3am drove Matty to his postgame after people left the club. The rain was terrible. Drove home and got out of the rain and had a really smooth drive back. Leaving NYC late night is only 1.5 hours. Mad smooth dark ride home where l can listen to my youtube ‘02 car listen’ playlist lol. Got back, more youtube and hookah.
Sunday was still up cause l have no self control. Finally slept at lunch time and woke up at 8pm. RyanW came over and we got mad chinese food. Thank you Ryan for the food!! So we stuffed face and watched Twisted Metal and yooo such a fun show. It was a really solid chill night. Chinese food, hookah and Twisted Metal. I felt like a kid lol. Ryan been talking to me bout Cyberpunk lately and yooo…. I pulled the trigger and got back into it. I played ALLLL FUCKING NIGHT.
8/14 Monday, made viet iced coffee and just still playing Cyberpunk 2077. Eventually had to eat more chinese food from the other night, watch some youtube, do a bit of real estate work and slept at 1pm. Got up late and seriously just played Cyberpunk alllllll night again. A ‘Terminator/Netrunner’ build where Im tanky, use shotguns and light machine guns but have a good amount of Netrunning stuff to soften up the upcoming fight. Its stupid fun and got Guts, a shotgun from Rebecca from the Cyberpunk anime. Its stupid fun. Knocking down someone w a shotgun is just so damn satisfying.
Tues finally slept midday again. Went to sleep, woke up at 6pm and hit The Lab for a small Street Fighter 6 tournament. Won that as we did a Round Robin of 4. Won all 3 games w ‘white Gabe’ coming in 2nd. Im trying to bring the tuesdays up more to help out Jimmy. Crazy seeing the lab evolve over the years. Since being one of his very first customers to seeing it now.
Got home and played Cyberpunk 2077 allll night w a bit of food and youtube somewhere in there cause lm irresponsible.
Weds still up, hit BJs to get mad food and sodas and then more Cyberpunk. Slept midday again cause my sleep is backwards as fuck and then got up to host Dumpling Sessions. Made a ton of pasta this time around. I had so much from BJs and its makes a good number of meals per round. Got to play a lot more this time around. Barrone’s Rashid is pretty nasty. Def impressed. The mix ups are pretty nuts as you gotta guess 2 times for NO METER usage. Thats powerful. Glad everyone came through to just nerd out. Ended the night playing more Cyberpunk 2077 allll night.
Thursday lm still up playing Cyberpunk cause l have absolutely no self control. On a second build. Ninja focused on stealth, throwing knives, Katana and Sandevistan. Here’s the thing bout this game, you can enjoy it so many different ways. Think that there are 5 elements and you mix and match 2-3 elements and within those elements, theres 2-3 subclasses. So there’s a lot of room for creativity.
Hits lunch time and did some real estate work for friends. Just sending listings and talking to them about the market(which is hot garbage right now). I dont even know what to tell my friends. This housing situation is ridiculous. These rates are just absurd but when they DO go down, there will be more buyers which will increase demand which increases home value. So even if you want to buy later, its gonna be tough. THATS the truth of the situation. Every other agent is gonna sugarcoat it best they can but the truth is…. The market situation is completely fucked.

Friday got up at 4am and just got onto Cyberpunk 2077 till 11am. Mortal Kombat 1 beta released and played w that for a while. I def like it a lot and its not OVERWHELMING but it is a lot of info and there’s gonna be a lot of blockstrings to remember the follow ups to defend against. I like the game and lm hype for it to come out. Messed w Sub-Zero, Li Mei and Liu Kang.
Made food and watched Hell’s Paradise and took a nap. Got up late to play Cyberpunk and watch youtube all night.
Sat still up, just more Cyberpunk for a while and then back to messing w Mortal Kombat 1. As much as its nice having the beta, lm not hype since it doesnt have any of the characters Im really into. Of the characters lm hype to try - Smoke, Scorpion, General Shao. We’ll see what happens. Watched more Hell’s Paradise before sleeping at 5pm.
Sunday got up at 1am and playing Cyberpunk allll morning. Game is crack. More youtube and Hell’s Paradise and then hit Matt and Amy’s new home for their house warming. Met some of Matt’s other friends and had a good time eating, smoking and chilling w everyone. Watching a Street Fighter 6 tournament and just took it easy. Amy’s cooking is so amazing. She made penang and yooo… that sauce is ridiculous. I dunno if l should ask her how to make it or if the next time she makes a shitload, to just buy some off her lol. Very happy for how the house warming went as the home is great and spacious. The space is what mostly everyone spoke of most.
Hit home afterwards and Ryan and Zack came through to watch and finish Twisted Metal which is a really fun show. The show knows what it is and leans into it. Watched Spider-Man Into the Spiderverse which is seriously such a great movie. Mad action, hilarious and you get hit w the feels a few times.
8/21 Monday slept 19 hours… my body needs rest lol. Got up at 8pm and just started on Cyberpunk all night. I know…
Tuesday still up playing Cyberpunk and then watching youtube and then rewatching the Cyberpunk tv show on Netflix. Hypes me up lol. Did work midday for real estate, sending listings and stuff and then more Cyberpunk. Slept at 630pm.
Weds got up at 3am and watched AMC news as things were stirring up. Relooking at my blog that you’re reading and then worked on my Street Fighter 6 match up guide. Slowly going character by character. It takes a while.
Later on got on Fortnite w Julian Goof and AJ and got a few wins before finally sleeping early.
Thurs got up at 4am. More AMC news, working on the Street Fighter 6 guide and then playing a ton of Street Fighter 6 matches on ranked. Getting extremely close to Master rank. Like 4 wins away close lol.
Watching some youtube and doing real estate work in the afternoon and then later on Ryan and Zack came over to watch Warriors. God l love this show but it goes so fast. Good chilling as always and passed out immediately right after.
Friday got up at 9am and finished watching Hell’s Paradise. Played a ton of Street Fighter 6 ranked and then play some Fortnite w AJ Goof and later on w Julian Vonnie and Syth. Really enjoying the new update. I just really like the new locations a lot. Played all day and then ended the night w some youtube. Slept at midnight.
8/26 Sat - Got up early and just watched some youtube and played some Fortnite taking it easy. New season is made fun and played till it was time to hit Redbull BC ONE in Philly. Was going to meet up w Ryan(Napalm), Zack and Domkey but Dom decided to stream it. The main reason we went was literally to see friends from the bboy scene again, just catch up, have some drinks, watch some battles and it’d be nice to be back here again.
Immediately finding old crew members, Black Nasty right when l walked in who pointed me where everyone else was at. Half of the Porter twins, DanP, WillP, JP, SteveB, SmartMark and a ton of other Philly boys. It was just really nice to see everyone again. I’ve known and danced w some of these guys as far back at 2000… Good job Steve on the mic btw, he does a really solid job and l appreciate how he made people more in the front sit down and get low so people in the back could see better. Just all around consideration for the crowd.
So me and Ryan are watching the battles between 2 of the judges seats. Ryan leaves for a bit and a guy comes up to me and politely asks if l can move over a bit so he could see along the lines of ‘you get half, l get half haha’ l move over so he can see. He then hops over ontop of the left arm rest of the middle judge seat as that judge sat on the right arm rest. Ryan comes back over and we continue watching the battles. Someone from Redbull staff comes over and tells that guy that he cant sit there as the audience isnt sure who is a judge and he stands up and moves back infront of me and bumps me. I do a basic ‘op my bad homie’ even though he got removed and moved into me. The dude turns to me and goes ‘lm not your homie, you nword’ and lm just thinking about how l wanna do some scumbag shit to him while not making a scene. He turns his head and lm thinking, his back turned to me is the worst possible thing he could do. Im thinking bout getting chewing gum first. I look over at Ryan and Ryan looks hype like he’s at the movies, fist full of popcorn but also at the same time tells me like ‘cmon Zang, you know its not worth it’ and lm like l know l know…. Im not sure if someone told Zack or if Zack just happened to come by but that dude ‘Flea Rock’(dont be proud of being dirty) starts talking to Zack loud enough that l can catch some of it. Probably on purpose trying to get me to hear. Some basic ‘who is this guy, do you know this guy, get him out of here’ kinda stuff. Im laughing in my head since I’ve been friends w Zack since the start of bboying in 1999 and he was just over my house on Thursday. He’s the wrong sheriff homie. Whole situation starts being comedic as l realize…. Zack is calming down a heated situation I’m in.. Imagine Wolverine de-escalating a situation.
Anyway.. Domkey’s twitch chat starts talking bout it and asks me for the details. I give them the gist of the story and the chat went off and had me dying. Dom had polls for the battles of who you’d think would win and someone made a poll of me vs flea rock. Then people just started making fun of this guy in general as he has an ego problem. Then people are making memes. Ryan is disturbingly good and fast at making memes on his phone and he says its all bout timing. Im laughing but l still want to do SOMETHING. I know on reddit, you can hire people to hack accounts and l started reading to look through prices. Im totally fine wasting time and money on this. Friends are asking ‘is it worth it?’ and actually to me, it is. The battles end and l run around more catching up w friends.
His Zack and Marisa’s birthday in Jersey and had a chill night w everyone. Stuck w vodka and redbulls and lit the hookah, going over what type of pokemon you’d be, pokemon analogies mostly to life and to typing as a way to easily remember the pokemon type matchup chart. Example, Fighting cant hit ghost. Fighting is 2x against Normal Ice Rock Dark and Steel. Flying Psychic and Fairy 2x Fighting.

These are the kinda things l use to remember the chart. Theres a ton of them. But in tournament, its the fastest way to remember whats what. Ok too much detail. Going over who would be the Boss Fight of the group, which l think David would be the hardest to fight, followed by Andy. Figuring out future dinners and also if I’d be making Colossalcon. There’s a lot going on. Ended up chilling till 3am. Happy Birthday Zack and Marisa!! We def def need to get a poker night going again. Like every 2 weeks, 8 serious players. Cause of playing poker more in NYC, lm like craving it a lot more again. Its so addicting. Got home around 340am and bummed a bit before passing out.
Sunday woke up to text messages, IG chats, Dom’s discord and some fb chats asking me what happened last night w the flea rock situation. Just wrote out a summary and copied and pasted it and dude…. The fucking memes lollolol. We’re laughing in discord bout how Toyz always shits on bboys w huge egos. Laughing in a group text as Ryan is making memes. Jokes that lm the star of Redbull BC One. The Zang vs Flea Rock was the best battle of the night and that there was more hype in chat over this than the actual event. Kotey actually FINDS the moment when it happens and turns it into a gif. Toyz posts a few stories and makes a meme.
Im laughing in bed for an hour like a child.

Finally get up, planning dinners for later in the week and what to eat when Ryan swings back over to watch Warrior. Made a ton of soup dumplings w the black vinegar, umani and chilli crisp oil and omgahh so good. Finished season 3 of Warrior and ahhh so hype and lost at what they’re gonna do. Prob gonna be a lil while tho sadly till we get to see it. Chilled till 3am watching youtube and eating more as l like this channel l found called Why Files? which does a great job going into mysteries.
8/28 Monday got up working on getting my dishwasher fixed cause of course, the person that was suppose to come through didnt show. Was on the phone w Home Depot for an hour, getting told to call another number 3 separate times. It was really annoying. EVENTUALLY Home Depot had me speak to their manager who seemed to be helpful. Karen’s…. I understand you. I wouldve saved an hour of my life if l just asked to speak to the manager from the start.
Watched youtube and played Fortnite w Goof and his 2 friends for a while, picking up a few wins. Watched and finished season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen and did some work for a lil. Made soup dumplings and watched the new season of Its Always Sunny.
Tues got up late and did some work before heading out to dinner. Got to Chinatown and met up w Angie Min and Lois at Happy Lamb, an All You Can Eat Hot Pot spot that lve been to before but l dont think it was all you can eat previously. I always prefer all you can eat cause cost wise, l always get a lot for my dollar. Yooo this spot is really solid and lm remembering it for future trips. The sauces, the meat options and the soups were really good. I purposely didnt eat so l can go overboard here. Talking bout a lot and going over a gameplan for Angie’s future. Im glad Min and Lois came to give more insight. We then hit Tango for some drinks and a hookah. Thank you Rhea for hooking us up!! Really appreciate it. Talking bout kpop and bitches and had a really good night out w them. Dropped them all off and hit home to bum. Felt soooo fat as l really ate so much at Happy Lamb.
Got home to bum all night. Some youtube and hookah followed by a full night of Street Fighter 6 ranked w Luke into weds.
Weds at 9am hit Hmart for a ton of food for Dumpling Sessions. Ate and watched Its Always Sunny before finally sleeping at 11am..
Got up at 6pm and set up Dumpling Sessions. Asis came first who l met playing online and was looking to join the PhillyFGC in general so l invited him to meet a bunch of people. Dustin made it over next and thank you both for bringing drinks. A wave of friends came through and had a good time playing Street Fighter 6 w a bunch of friends and eating mad meats. Made rice and meats w the spices and a bag of dumplings for whoever wanted it but it seemed most were stuffed from the rice and meats. Full night chilling and playing till 1am and had a good time going over old Wrestling memories and talking future gaming stuff as Cyberpunk 2077 DLC, Mortal Kombat 1, PayDay 3 all come out soon. Its a bit overwhelming now to be a gamer lol.
Stayed up allllll night into the next day watching a ton of youtube videos l had saved w just about everything going on nerd wise. Omni videos, FGC videos, videos on Payday 3. More just nerd shit WhyFiles? and other stuff.
Thurs still up, just youtube all day. Making some food and more youtube lol. Really simple chill day. On call w a new client for a bit before finally passing out at 3pm.
Friday got up at 3am… Felt great. Made food, lit the hookah and watched some Its Always Sunny and then played some Cyberpunk 2077 on my Terminator/NetRunner build. Ran some errands around lunch time and was close to Chinatown so l hit up Penang to get Mee Siam, still one of the best dishes in all Philly Chinatown. I think Mee Siam is something l could eat every week and never get bored of it. Chilled w Jeremiah in the afternoon and Brown swung by to chill too to just catch up. Hype for everything he’s got going on. Later on, more bumming. Just maddd youtube, watching a lot of Poker as lm just itching for it. I really dont wanna play online poker and l really dont wanna play at a casino. I like chill games at people’s houses where l can light the hookah, eat snacks, poop and stuff. Ended the night w some games w the OG COD Squad - Me Vince Goof and Peter. Playing Fortnite. Had fun and it was just nice to have the old OG team back together. Got a win and good to just talk w them how we were 3-6 nights a week during the Covid Era lol. We were ridiculous then.
Sat got up and hit up Summer Jam. Was in a pool w Emjay again(who took 2nd). Me and Emjay warmed up but atleast this time we were on different halves of the bracket. Ran around socializing w friends for a while. Rickwa and Dcint went to get chick-fil-a and got a sandwich and when they got back, hit their room to eat and chill. Warmed up a bit w Rickwa then hit downstairs to play.
185 players signed up and l got put in a bad seeding spot. I dont mind though, get more games in and a warm up game(typically as the first player isnt a threat). Won for my first game no problem and then won my 2nd game against a Chun-Li player who some friends are cool w. Had to play on stream against a Cammy player who was really patient. I sadly lost that match. Used the bathroom cause my body loves needing to poop at the worst times. Cheering on friends who were playing on stream and its just a lot of fun in general being there. Seeing matches and being hype for friend’s wins. Later on played a JP player in Loser’s bracket. Emjay beat him earlier so l asked for some tips, thank you homie. Beat the JP player and then had to play on stream again since l was at the end of Loser’s bracket. Had to play the Chun-Li player l beat earlier and beat him again 2-1. Vada screaming nonsense like crazy cheering me on hahaha, always appreciate it. Esp l had headphones on.
Made it out of pools into Day 2. Bummed w friends for a while, watching matches, relieved l made it out of pools and can relax. Enjoyed the Dumpling Sessions fb chat group going off for my win and for other wins of our friends. Afterwards hit home and just played some Fortnite w Vince Goof and Gary. Me and Jeremiah made hmart meats and rice and ate and watched Hidden Strike w Jackie Chan and John Cena.

Sunday got up and back to Summer Jam. Had to face Rickwa next and sadly lost in the final game, final round. What kills me more is I lost the first game from dropping a combo into lv3 for the game win and he made a comeback. Def felt ridiculous for that. But glad Rickwa moved on if anything and he has been beating me more than l beat him as of lately. Hit back home to chill for a lil and then back out for Marisa’s birthday dinner at Mt Fuji. Dinner was nice as we got 2 boats of sushi and just family styled it. Really simple way to do it and we split a bunch of appetizers. Bill wasnt that bad at all per person. Totally stuffed myself and had a good time w everyone. Happy Birthday Marisa. Next we hit back to Zack/Marisa’s to chill. Watched Albeana do a questionable park job and l thought of Ali Wong’s standup of about asian women drivers. How typical… I tried to take a pic but it was too late lol. Had drinks and played games. Trivia Murder Party on Jackbox 2 and then Zack got Trivia Murder Party 2 on Jackbox 6. Its EASILY the best game of Jackbox. I like other jackbox games but honestly… compared to Trivia Murder Party , l rather just play Trivia Murder Party nonstop. Chilled late and passed out from all the drinking lol. Got up later on and hit home to chill for a lil, watching documentaries before sleeping.
9/4 Monday got up and me Ryan and Jeremiah hit Bounme’s CrabFest in Maryland. So it was way too hot out so we did it inside which l was really down for. Tons of the usual squad came through and yooo… thank you Bounme as always for hosting dope events. Dude has been doing big and small events forever and for everyone. This event was dope cause it was crab focused and yooo… crab meat is up there but it was the butter+lemon juice+old bay mix that was king. This sauce was soo distrubingly good to dip crab meat in. We just feasted so hard. Got messy and had shit all over my pants lol. I was lovinng it.
Afterwards, lit the hookah and checked out Armored Core 6 which l mayyyy get and then Stephen destroyed me Jeremiah and Brando in Street Fighter 6. I swear, I cannot read him on wake up. His strike/throw/bait mind game… dude… I just never know w him. And he’s really solid in general ontop of having a good oki game.
More games cause this squad is just full nerd alert and we played Fish Crab Gong game. I always call it different things w different orders but you know the game. One of my fav gambling games of all time. We used pokemon cards to use as dollars so everyone venmo’d me and we played a ton of rounds. Ryan learning new things this day w the crab and w this game.
Ended the night as Henry suggest Titanic. Its always people trying to fuck over other people that one of the two get fucked. I just try to play safe. The ONE TIME I got greedy too, l fucked myself over. Simple rule of life, if you dont wanna get fucked in the butt, dont try to buttfuck others. We started playing w variations. Using your off hand, two fingers, blowing smoke so its hard to see. We also were drinking all sorts of shit. Soda+soju, Beer+Kraken, Beer+soju, Calpico+soju. We just played nonstop w the hookah lit and had a really great night. Had so much fun all around from one thing to another. Really solid time w everyone and hype that Ryan and Christina are now thinking of joining for Magfest in 4 months.
Drive home was mad smooth. Driving late night is the best.
1. No traffic - no dumb drivers doing dumb shit, less time on the road

Tues got up and started the aggravation of these calls l had to make bout my hotel cancellation cause people are unreliable and to Home Depot for the dishwasher fix because again… people are unreliable. Atleast the manager apologized saying it totally slipped his mind and was just accountable for it rather than making excuses and then got the info l needed for the dishwasher to be fixed. Been going at this shit for 2 weeks now. Watched some youtube and hit my Mother’s for dinner and to catch up on stuff. I do feel bad that it just seems like my mom and grandmother are just straight up bored. I try to visit just to keep them happy. Hit home to watch the Zom 100 Live Action first which was fun but it wasnt THAT hype or anything. Just a feel good movie. Zombies barely had anything to do w anything.
Weds started the day w Witcher s3, food and hookah. Back to working on the house. Taking care of the lawn, used 2 hose extensions to spray this mildew off the front of the home. My arms were dying holding it up. Worked on calls bout the dishwasher and this dumb ass hotel charge and after all that, l was mentally burnt out. I can only work on so many things before l get too unhappy lol.
Chilled out in the afternoon, in training room in Street Fighter 6 for a while. Waited till Brown Joena and Julian were ready and we hit up BJs to get a bunch of junk. Had a lot of mandatory things l was low on. Julian rode in my cart and dude… that kid is so fun. Afterwards, unloaded our stuff and l asked to babysit Julian while Brown and Joena went out to eat. Me and Julian watched the Super Mario Bros movie which lve seen before, solid movie. Ate rice and hmart meats and played some video games. I feel like this is me trial running if ld like to be a parent one day. Prob should figure this out sooner lol. But right now, its like renting a kid to see if its for me or not. I love kids and all that but l know things are much different when they’re living w you or youre just visiting them to play for a few hours and then leave, which is why its nice to be on my current position.
Brown and Joena got Julian afterwards and then back to Street Fighter 6, playing on ranked. Hit Master Rank w Luke. Ended the night watching a ton of youtube.
Thurs got up and just worked on cleaning the house like crazy. I was craving soft serve icecream so bad and got it at chick-fil-a and hit home to eat, hookah and youtube. Did some work in the afternoon. Afterwards hit The Lab for the Street Fighter 6 tournament. Went 2-2 taking 13th of 34, losing to Paygun’s E.Honda final game final round and then later on to Kyle’s E.Honda. They both play pretty differently too which its cool how just because it’s the same character, doesnt mean the mindset is always the same. Def gotta work on that match up though as its one of the tougher ones. It was Vortex’s 100th event so there was a huge turn out. Always great chilling w everyone and made a few new friends who are down to come to Dumpling Sessions.
Got home to watch The Witcher, eat and hookah. Ended the night w some youtube.
Friday got up and did work for the morning. Booking house showings and adjusting listings sent to friends. Watched the new Mortal Kombat movie and then hit King of Prussia for the Street Fighter 6 event that l wasnt sure what was up w all the details. Won a headset by chance just for being there. Wasnt allowed to use my fighstick though since it was at the Razor store and they want you using their controller. So played some Classic Luke and Modern Zangief but lost to a Guile for the Wolverine Pro controller which l wanted, which l wouldve had to give up the headset but woulda been worth it. Still cant complain though.
Called Solena seeing if Charles needed a better headset but l forgot, we talked bout headsets a while back and she got him a good HyperX headset. But then l hear Chance in the background saying ‘l’ll take it!’ and gahhh l love these kids. Drove over there to give him the new headset. He just started Kindergarden lol. The main thing is, it fits thankfully. Thank you Solena for the soup too btw! Glad l got to chill w the kids, Solena, Chris and Solena’s mother for a lil before heading back home.
Got on Fortnite w the kids for some games and then later on played w Goof Gary and Vince and ended the night watching the new Netflix Gamera show.
Sat got up and got drinks for Paula’s birthday. Hit Mohan’s place which l havent seen since l sold it to him. Its a really great open layout. Met some new people, mostly friends Paula’s made at work and got to catch up w other friends l havent seen in a bit. Was so happy they brought pizza. We got to play a ton of games where you know, you drink from your drink. But then it started crazy and it was Henny poured from the bottle into your mouth. I really didnt want to lose in anything since lm so weak. Made a ton of drinks from Soju and Calpico which is always popular. I chilled on Mike’s Hard Lemonade lol. Played a ton of rounds for the first card drinking game where you just read the card and see what happens. There was another deck of a similar game which we played. Ended w playing Kings which was always a lot of fun. Really good to meet a lot of new people and see a lot of other friends l’ve made through Paula. Brandon passed out towards the end for a while and lm glad he got to sleep. Being new parents, l know they get no sleep.
Afterwards got home and Kristine, EricB and Kotey came through. Glad they thought of us when they come back to visit PA. We got to catch up hardcore. Jeremiah made us meats from Hmart and had a good time stuffing face. Lit the hookah, broke out some candy and we watched Jackie Chan’s New Police Story and then watched the first Police Story. Yo…. OG Police Story is still just such a great all around movie. Its ridiculous how good it is for how old it is. Its 38 years old and yet still so great.
Day was filled w lots of friends. Ended the night catching up on Jujutse Kaizen before sleeping.
Sunday got up and hit house showings w Gani and his family. Saw a home w a lot of potential. Def older but the space was ridiculous and after fixing it up, the equity would be a solid amount. Always nice seeing Gani and his family as they’re really nice.
Got home and watched youtube for a bit and worked on Street Fighter 6 in training mode and then ranked and was doing really well in ranked. I was fighting a lot of players lower rank than me in Masters as l sit around 1450 and most the people l played against were 1200-1500. Not sure about the new algorithm or if most ranked players are sitting around there so to get more matches faster, they adjusted things but before, it was taking longer to get into ranked matches after hitting Master rank, so l am happy it’s faster.
Ryan and Zack came through after. Watched some Baki, ate some Hmart meats and then more Baki. Just a really solid time and yo we’re blowing through this series. Baki is so dope.
9/11 Monday got up and lit a hookah to chill for a lil. Hit Chinatown for my typical full haircut day. Haircut from Happy at Room 209 then got Tiger Sugar bubble tea w pudding which is now my favorite cause the pudding was really good and then got an order of Mee Siam from Penang. I LOVE PENANG SO MUCH. It is my overall favorite place of Chinatown. There’s a ton of great places but Penang is like Taco Bell. You can order anything off the menu and like it. But l order the Mee Siam like crazy cause its seriously one of my fav foods. Hit Target and got a new indoor grill since mine has a broken side from falling. Kinda needed a new one anyway and it was only $27. The amount of meals l get outta them, its so worth it.
Got home and got on Fortnite and l felt like Santa Claus for gifting all the kids gift. Pretty much, one skin bundle per month and yo their friends are so nice so l get them stuff too. But lm gonna prob limit a cost cause its kinda adding up lol. I did the math and its like $8-12 usually per kid which isnt bad but it started w 2 kids and now its 7 lol. We’ll see. Had fun w the kids as Julian, Vic and Chance/Charles(they were sharing their account) got in a lot of games and later on another kid joined when Charles/Chances had to go. Always fun to help get them some wins. We played A LOT lol. Afterwards, finished up Marvel’s Secret Invasion which wasnt bad but wasnt like really crazy good either. Im hype for Loki season 2.
Tues got up to do work for a while and make calls for getting this damn dishwasher fixed. Its pretty ridiculous how long lm on the phone everytime l make an attempt. Ate and watched youtube and later got on Fortnite w Goof for ranked matches. I think we can hit Diamond as they changed the algorithm in ranked and its much more balanced now. We hit Platinum 1 before so lm very sure we can hit atleast Diamond 1. If l hit Diamond in general, lm fine w that but of course Diamond 3 or higher would be preferable. Since we had so much gold saved from unranked games, was very easy going spending gold in ranked matches grabbing the Heist shotgun nearly every match. Its so good but costly but def makes a difference in our overall kills and placement each game. Literally blew through the 5000 gold down to under 800 since the Heist Shotgun costs 800 lol. We switched to unranked literally to collect gold again lol.
Had mad fun and then got off as Ryan came through. Thank you for bringing Red Robin!! Always nice having a nice shroom burger. Lit the hookah and Jeremiah joined us for more Baki. Ran through a ton of episodes and yo the show is so serious and interesting and then so ridiculous and dumb. Its just all around a great time. Kept Ryan a bit later than he expected but the show is so good.
