3/14 Monday got up and met up w RY-ANNE, Master drumbumbum(ok thats enough, he wont even click the link) and JJ to check out this property again. Going over ideas and stuff and yoo, it makes sense but theres a lot of obstacles. Hit BJs to get mad food and got an italian hoagie as l needed to eat a lot.
Got home and just took it easy playing Elden Ring and making sports bets on basketball. Made another $388 betting mostly on OVER for total points and re-hedging my bets.
Tues got up and just did work and errands during the day. Got Chipotle and stuffed face w some youtube. Did really do much else besides play a shit ton of Elden Ring. The game is so damn amazing. Its my life.
Weds got up and hit the dentist for a cleaning. Got shisha and did work at home for the afternoon. In the evening, Ryan and Dosu came through. Watching youtube, smoking hookah and watched Black Panther. Just had a good time bumming and talking bout all sorts of shit. Thank you for bringing me food from JB Dawson. That place is always on point. Ended the night w Elden Ring and bball bets. Kelly gave me a tip on a bet at even odds for Gonzaga ranked 2 vs a ranked 16 team so l bet the max l could, $50 and got it. Thank you Kelly. She’s oddly into bball sports betting just around the same time l got into it lol.
Thurs got up late and just did work in the afternoon. Brown came through to chill for a lil. We threw on Thor and just hung out. Afterwards, hit AMC to see this movie X w Ryan Ron and people.
Ok so this movie…. Its an A24 movie. And yea… its fucked. I get the horror in it and its different, its clever and they scare you multiple ways w this concept. Its creative and l really liked this movie a lot for that. Besides that, l will never watch it again. Its so fucked.

Got home, got on COD and got 2 wins to brush off the mental horror lol.
Friday got up late and just did a lil work in the afternoon and right into Elden Ring. So l was gonna stay in, sports bet and chill. Placed bets but then David called me saying pregame at Andy’s and yooo.. Yolo..
Jumped in the car, hit pregame and drank a lil. Bottles on the left side for a congrats of Andy’s friend graduating med school. Met some people and other friends just happened to be friends w the same group. Other friends were on the other side(right side is asian side). It was Jacky’s birthday, Happy birthday homie as he got some tables and went over to catch up w him and other friends at the table. Had fun, running around socializing. Was nice and all but l dont get why everyones always just sitting in VIP. Like, remember when we use to go apeshit in VIP or on the dancefloor? I dunno, just seemed off. I like dancing. I think a lot had to do w the music. No one was really going for the DJ. I dont even who played.
Afterwards, got a ton of Ken’s seafood and had an afterparty at Andy’s. I made a few more hundred sports betting in the club lol, l dont mind dishing out on friends. By chain of events, those ending bets may not have been made the same way without me going to the club. Stuffed face, smoked hookah and hung out late.
Ended the night making IG videos lol.
Sat got up late again. Hookah and youtube. More Elden Ring and yoooo… made $1065 on sports betting. A few big ass plays but holy shit dude. Starting w $200, got up up over $4500 in 16 days. It’s taxed like income tho so not ALL of that is totally mine. The govt gets some of course…. Played Elden Ring all night. Friends hit me up about going out again but l decided to stay in. Im humble now. Ended the night w some Netflix. Real chill.
Sunday got up in the afternoon for hookah, Elden Ring and sports betting. This was the day. The big crash. Sooo… l go up to $4700 PROFIT…. Crashed it down to $2700 in a single day. I kept up my strategy, re-hedging by bet by doubling it on a game where the average score kept getting insanely low. Well… this game totalled 178 points….. I NEVER SAW A SINGLE GAME GO UNDER 200, let alone 178!!! That is insane. Cost me a lot. Made some back, went hard on tilt and yooo… $1500 of my profits was gone. Pulled out my $2700 profits to hold onto for now and chill off the sports betting. Im still up. Time to relax on it a bit. I’ll get back into it later but then… things w AMC and BB stock were happening so now its time to focus on that, tho l dont really DO anything but keep up w the news. Just more netflix, pasta, Elden Ring and hookah all night.
3/21 Monday got up early to work. Working on stuff for clients and real estate class. This shit is so annoying. Clicking through these bullshit slides like its 2002… Got a lot down and took an afternoon nap cause l got up too early.
Afternoon hookah, some youtube and yooo fuck it. I napped again. 2 naps in 1 day. Check it out, lm old yall. Got up later, more bummage time and just chilled playing Elden Ring.
Tues got up for work. Nothing new or crazy. Market slowly returning to normal. This winter SUCKED ASS. Thankfully, l did get some solid sales from friends to keep me afloat. Hookah and youtube in the afternoon for a lil then more work before people came over for Dumpling Sessions.
Handful of friends made it over. King of Fighters and Street Fighter kinda night. Playing against Sam and Phatboi in SFV for a while. Made a fuckton of spaghetti and meatballs for everyone and just had a nice gaming night w everyone. Ended the night talking maddd Elden Ring w Richie since he made it through and just showed him my build and all this stuff lol. Its like we’re kids. Its great.
Weds back on the same daily routine. Work, hookah, Elden Ring. Later on RyanW came through and Titus joined us to watch Spider-Man No Way Home. Got it early from online torrents. I love stealing on the internet. So much media to steal. Its so great. The movie is even better knowing its free. Made red lobster biscuits and pizza, lit the hookah and had a really solid night. God that movie is so god damn good. Mad emotions. Also the WWE fight w Green Goblin. That ceiling chuck into the 180 floor tackle lol.
Ended the night w Elden Ring while watching videos of AMC on youtube into early morning cause l lack self control.
Thurs got up for my big day of house showingssss!!! Yayyyy!!
So first up, Sabrina and her mom. Checked out a spot she really liked. Set her up on getting a pre-approval and stuffs. Next up, Tanner and squad, checked out a spot that was deceiving and NOT a 2 bedroom and had to be a lil politely harsh to the listing agent that they should SEE the property themselves before listing a 1 bedroom as 2 bedrooms and wasting our time. That kinda sucked. Next up Billy’s squad, checked out a bunch of properties, really liked 2. Full night.
Got Wendy’s on the way back. Did work for everyone l did showings for and then some Elden Ring and Sports betting, winning a $140 on dumb plays. Ended the night just on Youtube.
Friday got up and just worked on real estate for a lil before getting on Elden Ring a lil before heading out. Ryan and MattK came over to hookah and chill around lunch time and then afterwards, Ryan dropped me off at the Philly airport. Flying solo again. Look at me. The adventurer…
Got to Dallas Texas and went to Paola’s but l went to the wrong house. I went to Jimmy’s brother in laws lol. But he gave me a ride to Paola’s. I had the wrong address down. Paola and Jimmy fed me well and then l was figuring out the night. Convinced Chad to come out and we hit up MattO who said to meet at Nick and Sam’s for food and drinks. Swung by and met some of Matt’s friends. Mad chill, laughed at all my jokes, cool people.
So we hit up this Gentlemen’s Club called The Lodge. Mega classy. Like… its like a really nice chill mansion cabin lodge feeling… but w tits walking around lol. It was so confusing but cool. So we got drinks and chill and then a girl sat down next to me. Matt immediately starts pegging us both w $1s for her to give me a lapdance lol. Ended up getting a few dances from 2 girls. Had fun. Just drinks, jokes, boobs. SOLID ASS NIGHT!! Got back a bit after 2am and passed out.
Sat got up to chill w everyone downstairs for a bit. Went back up to nap to be woking up by the DJ lol. Hit downstairs to chill w everyone for Paola and Jimmy’s baby shower. It was good seeing so many from their wedding. Met some more people and we just had drinks, food and played games. It was very wholesome. Drinks were solid but we all were getting the same lemon one lol. Very happy for Jimmy and Paola and hope the change into parenthood wont wear them out too much since they’re always so busy anyway. Good thing is a lot of Jimmy’s family is around. Did some karaoke, played pin the sperm to the egg and we totally forgot about the gifts lol. Ate so much and got food coma’d.
Took it easy for a lil bit and then got back up. Me Chad Joe and Jeff went back to The Lodge to see some boobs lol. Chad was in love. Jeff got lost from us for a bit and we just had a good time having a drink and chilling.
Next up, MattO’s birthday at his friend’s bar. Dancing, hip hop, hookah. Sounds solid to me. Matt getting wads and having us all make it rain. Eli joined us as well. Met some more of MattO’s squad and just drank, smoked and danced. Met some girls out on the floor and brought them back to the table to party w us. They made a cake look like one of the bottles. Had mad fun and glad to get my fix in. Hookah addiction is serious. Next up, we hit this spot called 5am.
Matt gets $4k in $1s lol. So got our table and yooo ok this spot was a strip club but not a strip club. So the girls were better looking that your average strip club but there was no nudity, just practically almost there. And it wasnt gogo dancing w gogo outfits. It was just lingerie and twerking, splits and every move you expect from a strip club.

So yo, this spot was pretty fucking wild. I cant post… well fuck it, l can. So just drinks and partying w some of the girls that came over to the table. So like, gogo dancers dont come to your VIP Table and twerk and you make it rain on them. This is what you do at a strip club. But this place wasnt a strip club. I was so confused but it was pretty awesome. Had mad laughs w everyone and Happy Birthday Matt!!!1!!11 Matt was also just giving me stacks after stacks to throw. It was kinda crazy, a whole home sale commission, on the floor lol. Sadly had to go at 445am, got back w Chad and Joe at like 5am something and got on my flight at 535am… boarding ended at 545am…. That was actually irresponsible lol. I didnt think so late into the night that TSA would be so packed but every other time l go to the airport, l get there 2 hours early and l get through EVERYTHING in like 10 mins. Passed out hardcore on the flight home. Good seeing everyone for the weekend.
Sunday my flight landed at 1040am. Got home and got poke bowls and just took it mad easy watching youtube and Netflix. Hit upstairs to take care of some work but luckily l have a solid team to cover for me when lm away. Hit back downstairs to just bum. No Elden Ring, no COD, no Street Fighter V. Just bumming. All the running around, drinking, strippers and almost strippers… l was spent.
3/28 Monday got up and AMC started moving up. Catching up on the news w that and also went out for house showings w Esteban and Chelsey. Saw a home that was pretty solid and then hit home to smoke hookah. Back out for more house showings w Billy and his squad and found a property that makes a lot of sense. Got home and did more work for both of them and took it easy again. Still was dead tired.
Tues got up late, just hookah and work for a while. Later on got on COD Rebirth w the guys to get 2 wins. Im so outta date w COD on the guns and stuff. I use to be so on point but theres TOO much going on right now. So COD videos had to go. I just play now. I’ll let the guys keep me posted whats Meta. The BAR and Welgun is still doing work for me though.
Weds got up and took care of work before hitting BJs to get mad stuff for the house. Lit the hookah and chilled for a lil and then back to work. Had to catch up hardcore on all the Street Fighter V changes. Everyone is saying my main Luke is now the best character in the game. I see it. Adjusting my Punish guide as there’s too much to just remember on how negative things are AND the spacing for what to do. RyanW came through later on for food and hookah and we checked out the first episode of Moon Knight which l liked a lot. Marvel is really bringing up all their somewhat popular heroes. But when there is decades of work to adjust from, youre gonna get a good story. Watched the Screen Crush videos of it afterwards and had a bum late night.
Thurs got up late. Just hookah and making the Street Fighter V adjustments. So much info to process. Its kinda overwhelming sometimes. Got on COD w the guys on Rebirth cause Caldera really just sucks and we got 3 wins. I think l wrote bout it earlier but l really TRIED to like Caldera but it is just not a clever map at all. After COD, just back on Street Fighter V, working on the punishment guide.
Friday got up around lunch time and just did work for a while. Headed out for mad groceries and then in the afternoon l had to nap cause waking up early sucks. Later on, played the DNF Duel beta for a while. Really liking it a lot still. Just played the new Ghost Blade character and liked him A LOT. Just a very interesting and creative tool kit. His specials all have their place but also work together as teleport can be really dirty and ‘Pressure Ghost’ as we’ve been calling it has some solid dirty mix up opportunities. Just hookah and DNF Duel all night.
Sat got up and got liquor, hit Vince’s to pick him up. Got our haircuts from Happy in Chinatown and then got Jolyn and then finally got to Yan’s birthday dinner at the new Dim Sum Garden spot in UCity. Mad friends came through and yooo the noodles and spicy chicken was so good but soooo damn spicy. Just had drinks and shots and l def mixed alc too much cause l was a bit outta it. Towards the end of the night, someone said ‘everyone is hanging out in the bathroom’ so l went to the bathroom and it got even more dumb lol.

So next, got Andy Nicah and Cathy, got these cupcakes and hit David’s for an after party(which was the original idea to just have a party for Yan). Party was big. Just the usual squad. Had drinks, lit the hookah and ran around socializing. With all the drinking earlier…. This like… nice 30’s age group party started to become like a college party. Just a few small things that happened and tho… its all only bad things. Its kinda funny. I just hope Nurdeen isnt severely hurt from falling down the stairs. Pced out and ended the night chilling watching others play DNF Duel.
Sunday got up early to work on this offer for a friend. Headed out to Vince’s and jumped in his car. Thuy came through too. We got Nicah and hit Chris/Jenny’s. First time there since l sold them the home. We ordered tacos, had drinks and yoooo we just sat around and it was GOSSIP TIME lol. So we were going over everything. I love gossip. I love talking lol. Like, people like to play cards against humanity and all that on chill get togethers. I JUST LIKE TALKING BOUT SHIT. Chilling and just having great conversations is simply some of the best times. Nothing against playing Cards against Humanity and stuff. I know its fun and dont mind it. But overall, l rather have snacks and hookah and just talk bout shit.
Jenny was loving it haha. I felt like an old man telling children some fairy tale. Good spending time w everyone as always and hit back late to just chill and play DNF Duel before the beta was over. Def buying it, def seeing it as my second tournament game for when tournaments come around again. Tournaments been kinda dead lately. Watched some youtube before passing out.
4/4 Monday got up later than l wanted. Spent the next 7 hours just doing work. Uploading pics. Organizing everything, esp for work as lately there’s a lot going on w real estate. Just sat at my pc literally all afternoon and evening.
Eventually hit downstairs for some Elden Ring. I need to give myself more stress. Getting mad shit to level up weapons. Got to Malenia and another boss area. Making sure l dont miss things on the way. Mad chill night. Matt and Amy came through to chill later on too w us. Just a lot of Elden Ring and some youtube at the end of the night.
Tues started off the day w work for friends in this aggressive real estate market. Hit Hmart to get mad dumplings and pork belly for friends coming to hang out tues and weds night. Got my eyebrows did and o0o l look sharp. Hit home to clean up hardcore for Dumpling Session. Its crazy how messy the house really is when l focus on it. Hit a zoom meeting w Amy and Emily for 2 hours and as always, had fun working w them.
Hit downstairs and friends came through for Dumpling Sessions. Street Fighter V on one set up, King of Fighters 15 on another set up. Playing Street Fighter w Titus, Gabe who came through first time in forever and Sam. Made 3 bags of dumplings over time for everyone. I was feeling generous. Had fun playing mad games, eating dumplings, smoking hookah and talking bout all sorts of bullshit w everyone. Solid night and stayed up late hanging w friends.
Weds got late. I think its the melatonin that makes me sleep so heavily. Worked on real estate and a bunch of other small things and later on hit downstairs to chill. RyanW came through, rewatching Moon Knight ep 1 since the roomates didnt see it yet and then watched ep 2. I really like the show so far. Made pork belly and rice. Watching the Screencrush videos to see what we didnt get since we’re not like hardcore Moon Knight fans from the comics. Def interesting how much they changed up so far. Afterwards, more Elden Ring. Nearly beat all the bosses in the game. At the end right now. Stayed up late, watching youtube and eating more pork belly.
Thurs April 7th my birthday. I woke up and just started on work. First… had to find which text messages were Happy Birthday text and which were work texts and respond to the work texts first. Decided to try to respond to Facebook Happy Birthday’s after midnight. Facebook messenger Happy Birthdays and cell text messages l’d respond to immediately. As much as it was…. I rather have tooo many happy birthday messages than too little right? Its like l rather have too many bitches on mah dick rather than none. But actually… thats my current bitches situation lol. I just need a good one. One good bitch lol.
Anyway… so booking homes, responding to emails. Just Youtube on the side. Ran out to get a new black suit for Jack’s wedding and got pizza on my way home. Stuffing face, watching this documentary Ryan suggested on that girl who wanted to make blood tests easier and shit just went wrong. Ended the night w Street Fighter V, ranked matches and training room testing some ideas.
Friday got up and hit house showings w Esteban and Chelsey. Saw one home w some def potential but its rough that a decision needs to always be made nearly immediately in this current market. Got my suit… thanks God lol.

Anyway, just hit home and played some Street Fighter V. Sam came through and we got some games in. His Kage is very solid. After going over some pressure routes w him, dude, its really good. Sat got up, did a lil work, hookah and youtube and then Ryan Gunnar and Julia came through. Headed out to Jack and Caitlyn’s wedding and yooo so nice seeing everyone. Im talking bout friends from 2nd grade forward. There was friends from high school, friends from college, friends after college. It was simply broken down to those 3 categories. Just ran around, catching up w so many friends. Introducing some friends to other friends. Had some drinks and thanks Jeff for the pretzel lol. Taking pics all over the place. Nice ones, stupid ones. I was just in a mood.
Cocktail hour was damn amazing. They had this asian like dumplings and stuff side. I appreciate the effort to make me feel welcomed Jack and Caitlyn lol. The food was banging, drank more champagne and more running around and socializing.
Afterwards was dinner. TABLE SEXXX!!!!!! Eating steak and crab cakes and drinking all sorts of stuff. Finally time to dance and l think w the drinks, seeing so many old friends and stuff.. I got too hype, went to apeshit and got sick lol. Had fun dancing w friends though for a while. Eventually really had to take a seat. I overate during happy hour and my stomach wasnt feeling well. It was a game of drinking water, running out dancing, taking a seat, peer pressuring others to drink while faking my shots. It was a lot of fun. It was very great to seriously see so many friends here at the wedding. Its kinda sad that it takes things like weddings and birthdays to see everyone you use to see all the time but l guess 20 years will do that lol. Either way, atleast we still got to spend time together. Josh had us laughing mad hard at the table cracking jokes. Back and forth from the dance floor to the table all night. Getting in trouble w one of the waitresses' multiple times. I FELT LIKE I WAS BACK IN 8th GRADE. Throwing blueberries at girls at other tables trying to get their attention only to get caught by the lunch lady….
Jack and Caitlyn. Im mad happy for you guys. Its great seeing Jack getting married. Funny, half a life time ago… literally 18 yrs ago, we were making Jack do beer bongs in bed, grinding on randos in foam pits and now here we are, seeing him get married. Hype to do dinner soon and talk about everything lol. Love you guys.
Partied till 11pm when the wedding ended and hit back home. Me and Ryan watched this movie Insomnia which was really good and just smoked. Passed out 3am or so.
Sunday got up, bummed it and then hit got sushi and hit Vince’s to chill. Just a simple afternoon hang out. Sushi and Blackjack. Watching Conan O’Brien on youtube in the back. I love that guy. So had to check numbers and shit constantly as they’d hit like 18 but scream 21!!!!111 And sometimes ld fall for it. These guys… I dunno if its worth the profit lol. Just a really solid few hours w everyone and then headed out to the movies w Ryan Gunnar and other friends and friends of friends. Saw Everything Everywhere All at once and yooo… so l liked it but at times it was a bit too much. But I get what they’re getting at and l get its a fun movie so just go w it. But at times it took me out of the movie and reminded me someone wrote this rather than being immersed in it ya know? Fighting was dope and the family related issues was solid. The overall message of the movie is a simple tried and true message, pointed in a positive way. Though this message can also be taken in a negative way. Its one of those…. How you see it kinda things. A24 movies are always really far out there.
Hit back and chilled for a lil. Cleaning my shoes along w other roomies shoes and ate grilled cheese w tomato soup lol. Passed out a 1am.
